second channel where he had skits and some of it has to do with picking up

women men go their own way and redpilling so to me when I look at his

track record I see someone that has one channel and it looks like they tried it

for a couple of months and then stopped for whatever reason then they had a

second channel which was producing nofap content which I would say is

somewhat successful I don't know what other style content he did on his main

channel but before this big subscriber boost and the branding change that he's

did he had 15,000 subscribers I don't know man there's just some red flags

popping up every video he's deleted or he's put

them all on private after his newest video hit a million views and he did the

crusade against YouTube which he's currently on and you know why Matt is

also dumb as bricks because here's a channel we covered six months ago in my

mind of youtubers video where it's a mother and her daughter from France who

run a mukbang slash ASMR channel I've critiqued the mom because she's eating

food in a sexualized manner on video while having her daughter and the other

videos eating by herself and it made me ask what type of community are you

trying to build if you want to upload videos of your children and send the

family members that's fine no problem just make it unlisted so other people

can't download it and send it off to Grandma and Grandpa but let me get to

the point if I'm gonna start a new channel called kids eat and download

every single one of her videos also while grabbing other videos of children

eating and created compilations or just do raw uploads and I were to send

this off to a community of predators that what can you do to stop it what

Matt wants is literally Minority Report that's what he wants he wants youtube to

step in before the person even thinks about making the video and that is not

possible what we can do with the system that we have is we see and report it

Matt doesn't want that and let's be real if YouTube were to implement some

Minority Report we're like you know based off of older style videos he

Meghan's escaped the latest round of family drama by jetting out to New York with some

of her closest friends.

And it seems Meghan is determined to shrug off her troubles after putting on a cosy display

for the cameras with some of her nearest and dearest.

The Duchess of Sussex, who is seven months pregnant, ensured she was never far from her

friends' sides as her A-list pals - including Serena Williams and Jessica Mulroney - descended

on Manhattan for her baby shower.

At various points, famously tactile Meghan can be seen waiting in the throng of waiting

paparazzi to walk arm-in-arm with Soho House boss Markus Anderson, and insisting on holding

hands with Suits co-star Abigail Spencer.

According to body language expert Judi James, such displays of camaraderie could suggest

the duchess is feeling vulnerable and is 'keen to show strong bonds of unity'.

Judi notes that while Meghan appears keen on 'concealment and barrier-building', she

nevertheless risks being snapped by paparazzi by insisting on walking with her friends.

'There is some incongruence in her behaviour here, that hints some aspects of this newly-concealed

Meghan and her squad could be something of a deliberate message,' says Judi.

'Although she appears keen to rush into the venues and to avoid being papped, she also

seems to delay before actually disappearing, meaning there will be plenty of opportunity

for her to be snapped looking like this.

'There's no rushing in surrounded by a wall of bodyguards going on here.

On one occasion she even pauses before walking back to get her pal Markus so that he can

usher her inside protectively, even though the delay caused by waiting for him would

have made her genuinely vulnerable as she stood out in the street.'

'It's probably true to say Meghan is rather isolated in the UK in terms of support from

long-term loyal, home-grown friends,' Judi adds.

'And her lack of positive relationship ties with her US family members, (with the exception

of mother Doria) might have made her keen to show herself surrounded by her own strong

entourage.'

Judi adds that Meghan's body language could also be a message to her 'publicity-friendly

father and stepsister' who have repeatedly given negative interviews about her.

Returning to The Mark Hotel after lunch, Meghan again pauses to wait for Suits co-star Abigail

Spencer, who puts an arm on her back before clutching her hand as the pair head inside

together.

'Meghan arrives looking agitated, this time wearing shades to hide her eyes and with a

large bag again held up to mask her bump,' says Judi.

'Despite her apparent desire to arrive in some sort of obscurity, though, she does again

risk that to check about her friends.

This time she stops to ask about Abigail Spencer and nods and smiles with what looks like relief

when she spots her.

'Abigail's support for Meghan is emphasised by the way she places her hand on her back

as they walk in and then actually holds hands with her so they walk in together in a show

of unity.'

How do you solve a problem like Neil Woodford? When this 'star' fund manager set up his own investment house, many of us piled in, seeking the dazzling returns he'd delivered throughout much of his career

His flagship Equity Income fund, launched in June 2014, at one stage held £10.1 billion of investors' money

But Woodford as a solo act has been disappointing. After an initial flourish, a run of bad news on key income-paying holdings brought howls from investors

Neil Woodford has fallen from favour as his share picks have suffered recentlyShares in outsourcing group Capita halved in value at the end of January as it delivered a profit warning

Provident Financial shares fell by 65 per cent in a day last August after two profit warnings, but Woodford is still a big investor — now holding almost a quarter of the loans company

The fund, and the financial advisers who backed it, primarily attracted investors using Woodford's name and reputation

On that basis, I feel the scrutiny is justified.Woodford has a history of going through long poor periods when his chosen stocks are out of fashion — most memorably in the tech boom of the late 20th century

But anyone who held his Invesco Perpetual High Income fund at the start of 2000 — as I did — would have seen their money double in the following six years

During that time, the technology bubble burst. A FTSE All Share tracker — which blindly follows the stock market — held through those years would only just have broken even

So Woodford's success was quite extraordinary.But those glory years are a decade behind us

And the numbers since the 2008 banking crisis suggest that Woodford watchers might have done just as well following a FTSE tracker

It's been a tough time for equity income managers generally, as growth stocks, particularly mining and oils, have been in favour over shares renowned for paying large dividends

However, competitors such as J O Hambro, Schroders, Newton, LF Miton, Artemis and Marlborough have left Woodford in the shade

Brian Dennehy, a financial adviser at FundExpert, compiled figures showing that in its first four years, Woodford Equity Income has returned 23

2 per cent, compared with 33 per cent for the average equity income fund.Over the 12 months to the start of June, it fell 9

76 per cent, while the equity income sector as a whole was up 6.69 per cent and the FTSE 100 Index is up 9

32 per cent. The past year has been tough for Neil Woodford's flagship Equity Income fundIncidentally, because its income is too low, Woodford Equity Income has been moved to the UK All Companies fund sector — but I think we should compare it with what it says it does, which is provide attractive income

Last year, Dennehy suggested that clients choose Schroder Income or J O Hambro UK Equity Income

Since then, Woodford's fund has lagged these by 27 per cent and 26 per cent respectively

Ben Yearsley, a director at the investment firm Shore Financial, sold the fund after becoming concerned at the amount of unquoted shares it was holding

These peaked at 9.69 per cent in January, according to the Financial Times, very close to the maximum 10 per cent allowed

Crucially, such shares are not as easily traded and investors can end up with a raw deal if they have to sell quickly

Yearsley does say that he thinks Woodford is right on the economy — his view is that everyone is too gloomy about Brexit — and 'there is a lot of value in his portfolio'

'If I was buying one equity income fund, I wouldn't buy Woodford. But if you have three or four in your portfolio, on that basis, his could be one of them

'Darius McDermott, managing director of Chelsea Financial Services, is a Woodford backer

'One thing we know is that after periods of underperformance, Neil has tended to come back very strongly,' he says

'Woodford's view is contrarian in a world where UK stocks are out of favour. So, if you are very nervous about the post-Brexit world, then perhaps you do not want to be holding this fund

I have kept the ex-Woodford money in cash ready to top up if the market falls.John Chatfeild-Roberts, who runs Jupiter's Merlin funds, recently told investing website Citywire that, despite selling the fund, he would 'absolutely' invest in it again

'I think it's all about where the market is and whether you are fighting it,' he said

'We'd have to think the market is coming round to his way of thinking.'My thoughts exactly

Shopping on Ebay is certainly an option...

but coming to a Vintage Market like this is even better!!

Today I want to take a walk with you around this Topanga Vintage Market and see what kind of cool stuff we can find!

There is a lot of stuff here... certainly cool stuff to make a garage very nice!

This is a pretty large event, so lets get inside and check it all out!!

Americans are very friendly in general... and like to joke and laugh a lot!!

That girl wasn't very good at math but she sure was nice and friendly!! lol

Thousands gathered in Cologne at the weekend to protest against the move, which they say will be a de facto meme ban as the internet jokes are often based on copyrighted images and video.

Outrage worsened this week after the EU Commission was forced to take down an online post in which it called opponents of the controversial proposal a mob and implied they had been hoodwinked by powerful tech companies.

The piece titled How the mob was told to save the dragon and slay the knight was deleted and replaced with a message saying it had been taken down because people had not correctly understood it.

This only fueled the anger of its opponents, who felt they were owed an an apology.

The lobbying battle has raged since September 2016 when the European Commission proposed to modernise copyright for the digital age, sparking a major debate between tech giants, artistic creators and member states.

Negotiators for the European Council, which represents the EUs 28 member states, and for the European Parliament struck a provisional deal last week, but in a rare rebellion, several member states today voted against the compromise and two abstained.

Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Poland refused to back the deal and released a joint statement slamming the final text.

The reforms goal was to stimulate innovation, creativity, investment and production of new content, the rebel countries said.

However, the final text fails to deliver and is a step back for the EU, they said.

The dissenting countries also said the proposed changes could hinder innovation and hurt the blocs competitiveness in the digital market.

We regret that the Directive does not strike the right balance between the protection of right holders and the interests of EU citizens and companies, they said.

The new EU copyright proposals, which face a final vote in the European Parliament in March or April, would mean tech giants such as Facebook and Google pictured would have to sign licensing agreements with rights holders such as musicians, performers, authors, news publishers and journalists to use their work

The next step in the process is a vote by a committee of lawmakers next week and a final crunch vote at the European Parliament is expected in March or April with the outcome highly uncertain.

Powerful Germany backed the deal, but voiced concern that the reform faced a harsh test in the European Parliament with opposition growing, a European source said.

The biggest stumbling block has been a provision that calls for YouTube and other platforms to remove illegal content using automatic filters, or face massive liability.

Another bone of contention is a provision to create neighbouring rights that opponents call a link tax for media publishers.

The revamp would require Google and other online platforms to sign licensing agreements with rights holders such as musicians, performers, authors, news publishers and journalists to use their work online.

Googles YouTube and Facebooks Instagram and other sharing platforms will have to install upload filters to prevent users from uploading copyrighted materials.

Google, which has lobbied against both features and has even suggested that it might pull Google News from Europe, said last week it would study the text before deciding on its next steps.

I'm married now, but it's just like you never know in the next few years what might be in my life and this just seemed like the perfect time.

So, ready to try again." As for changes that Wentworth has gone through since she was on the show before, she said that she has gotten married and learned to have more patience.

She said she's also better at handling her emotions and relationships with others.

Previously on the show, Wentworth made it to the final four, so she definitely has a good chance at being the season 38 winner.

Wentworth certainly thinks she can win.

She told Entertainment Weekly, "This game takes so much out of you, so my only goal this time is to win so that I don't even have to entertain the thought of coming back.".

According to Soap Dirt, there are many reasons why Wentworth could be a front-runner this season.

Soap Dirt reported that Wentworth is the "idol queen".

When she was previously on the show, she found an idol and then cleverly buried it so that no one would know she had it.

She is also great at doing physical challenges.

The show's longtime host, Jeff Probst, has also said that he thinks Wentworth could end up a winner this season, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Probst said he thinks that she's great at challenges, she knows how to talk to people, and she is very convincing.

Probst stated, "She's who I would align with.

I just think Kelley has it all, and she's got just enough physical skills, great social skills, very aggressive in terms of finding idols, and she can lie like crazy.

I think it's her time.".

Probst also said, "I believe Wentworth is destined to win this game.

I have since we first met her and it's why we keep bringing her back.

She has all the skills and it has not gone to her head.

Every time she shows up, it seems like she's been sharpening that knife for months going, 'I'm ready to try again, get me back in, coach.'".

Wentworth was previously on Survivor San Juan Del Sur and Survivor Second Chance.

Foxx has recused herself from the Jussie Smollet case.

In a statement, Foxx, 36, said her decision to take herself off the high-profile case was to "address potential questions of impartiality based upon familiarity with potential witnessed in the case.

But some are asking to what witnesses specifically is she referring and what is her connection.

Others, however, are saying that the county's top prosecutor is displaying integrity and it should be left at that.

But the twisting and turning controversial Smollet case has led to more questions than answers.

Here's what you need to know:.

'Empire' Actor Jussie Smollet Said 2 Masked 'MAGA' Men Attacked Him & Put a Noose Around His Neck in a Homophobic Assault.

That Story Has Unraveled.

Smollett, who plays Jamal Lyon on "Empire," is gay.

His detailed account of the attack was not supported by evidence, police said.

Smollet claimed he was jumped in downtown Chicago in late January by two men in masks who shouted racist and gay slurs including, "This is MAGA country!" He said the assailants placed a noose around his neck and doused him with some substance and then took off.

Smollet received tremendous support on social media from myriad public figures and appeared on talk shows to tell his story.

Weeks later, police picked up brothers Abel and Ola Osundairo, both are actors who have appeared in the show.

It's been reported that Smollet hired them for a staged attack.

Smollet through his lawyer has denied this allegation.

The case is headed to a grand jury.

Foxx Said She's Stepping Away to Avoid a Conflict of Interest.

She Spoke at 'Raising Our Voices: Supporting More Women in Hollywood & Politics'.

Kim Foxx, Lisa Ling, Melissa Fumero, Stephanie Schriock, Amber Tamblyn, and Olivia Munn attend EMILY's List forum.

According to NBC Chicago, a spokesperson for Foxx emailed a statement that read, "Out of an abundance of caution, the decision to recuse herself was made to address potential questions of impartiality based upon familiarity with potential witnesses in the case.

" No other explanation was offered, it was reported.

Assistant State's Attorney Joseph Magats will take over the Smollet case.

Meanwhile, some want specifics on why she's stepped away.

"She definitely should explain… and the fact that she feels she doesn't owe the people who elected her an explanation is a problem for me," one wrote on the Fox32 Chicago Facebook post.

But others say she's doing the right thing and caution that there should be no "rush to judge.

"If Kim Foxx says it's a conflict of interest why not take her word, she must have her reason.

If she had stayed on the case and later the media found there was a conflict they would be calling for her to step down.

Don't rush to judge until all the facts are in," one commented.

Another wrote, "It's called professional INTEGRITY??? I know in this political climate that's a strange concept.

I praise her for not compromising the investigation if there is a personal connection…".

Foxx was a speaker at the EMILY's List-sponsored Raising Our Voices: Supporting More Women in Hollywood & Politics forum in Los Angeles Tuesday.

She was among Hollywood actors including Amber Tamblyn and Olivia Munn.

Foxx is the First African American Female Cook County State's Attorney.

The Cook County State's Attorney's Office is the second largest prosecutor's office in the country.

According to her bio, Foxx, who took office in December of 2016, had a "vision for transforming the Cook County State's Attorney's Office into a fairer, more forward-thinking agency focused on rebuilding the public trust, promoting transparency, and being proactive in making all communities safe.

The official biography on Foxx reads that she's "undertaken substantial reform.

Foxx's accomplishments include overhauling the state's attorney's office's "Conviction Integrity Unit, resulting in overturned convictions in over 20 cases, including the first-ever mass exoneration in Cook County for 15 men whose convictions stemmed from misconduct by a Chicago police officer.

Foxx is credited with being a "leader in bond (bail) reform, instructing prosecutors to agree to recognizance bonds where appropriate, and reviewing bond decisions in cases where people are detained because they are unable to pay bonds of $1,000 or less.

And, she's "taken the lead on prioritizing resources away from low-level offenses, including raising the threshold for approving felony charges for retail theft to $1,000, and declining to prosecute misdemeanor traffic offenses for failure to pay tickets and fines.".

Foxx Has a Long History in Cook County & Has Advocated For Children & Justice System Reform.

She Urged R. Kelly Victims Step Forward.

Foxx served as an Assistant State's Attorney for more than a decade and was a guardian ad litem; an attorney advocating for children navigating the child welfare system.

Before her election as state's attorney in 2016, she was the Chief of Staff for the Cook County Board President Toni Preckwinkle.

According to her bio on the Cook County website, "she was the lead architect of the county's criminal justice reform agenda to address racial disparities in the criminal and juvenile justice systems.

Foxx went on local Chicago TV to talk about the R.

Kelly investigation and to request alleged victims to step forward.

"…watching and listening to the women who said they were survivors, it was heartbreaking.

It was sickening.".

Foxx is a Chicago Native & SIU Law School Graduate.

As a Child, She Was Sexually Assaulted & Lived in Poverty.

Born Kim Anderson on Chicago's Near North Side, she grew up in the Cabrini-Green housing projects, raised by her mother Gennell Wilson sans her father, a now-commercial actorit's reported.

But the family fell on seriously hard times and barely avoided homelessness despite her and her mother working, the Chicago Reader reported in 2016.

During her campaign for the office she now holds, she said she pulled herself up from one of the worst neighborhoods in the city.

As a child, she was sexually assaulted and while her family lived in poverty, her mother "slept on the floor" so Kim had a bed to sleep in, she said.

She graduated from Lincoln Park High School and went on to Southern Illinois University, where she earned a degree in political science.

Foxx earned her J.D.

from the Southern Illinois University School of Law in 1997.

She is married to Kelley Foxx and the couple has two daughters.
