Youtube daily report Sep 2 2018

SONY has just revealed its new Xperia XZ3 flagship at the IFA technology show in Berlin

and here's what's new on this latest smartphone.

Sony Xperia fans are being treated to another new smartphone with the launch of the refreshed

and rebooted Xperia XZ3.

This shiny new flagship has just been unveiled at the IFA technology show in Berlin with

it offering a number of upgrades over its XZ2 predecessor.

The XZ3 will go on sale later this month and, if you're thinking of buying one, here's

what's new on this latest smartphone.

1.

THE DISPLAY AND POWER

Sony is making a big deal about its new display and it has every reason to shout very loudly

about this latest screen.

The Japanese technology firm has not only increased the size slightly but also added

OLED and QHD+ technology.

This makes colours burst from the phone with content looking better than most home TVs.

Sony is boasting the XZ3 will deliver deeper blacks, higher contrast, and much sharper

clarity.

There's certainly nothing wrong with the 5.7-inch HD+ display on the older XZ2 but

this new flagship should take things to new level.

If it's power you are after then you'll find the XZ2 and XZ3 are performance packed.

With Qualcomm's blistering Snapdragon 845 tucked inside it's unlikely these phones

will struggle with anything you throw at them.

2.

DESIGN

You won't notice any big style changes between the XZ3 and XZ2 with them both featuring a

stunning all-glass finish and a screen that stretches to the sides of the phone.

The colour options also stay the same with these devices available in Black, White Silver,

Forest Green and Bordeaux Red.

From the front, there's also little that has changed with Sony sticking with its bezels

at the top and bottom of the phone.

This, Sony says, is so they can include their front-facing S-Force Surround Sound speakers.

There's no question that these are both good looking phones but there is still one

odd design decision.

The XZ2 was universally criticised for its fingerprint scanner placement which sits very

low down on the rear of the device.

Sadly, Sony hasn't changed its mind with the XZ3 still getting this rather annoying

security feature.

3.

BATTERY

With a glass rear case, it's possible to refill both the XZ2 and XZ3 wirelessly.

These devices also include Sony's battery care tech and stamina modes which help look

after and extend its life.

However, the XZ3 does ship with a slightly larger power pack inside.

It's unclear if this will extend battery life or simply offer a way of powering that

brighter display.

We'll let you know as soon as we begin reviewing this phone.

Is Any Food NOT Worth It? • Worth It Q&A + Season 5 Announcement - Duration: 5:52.

- Here we are.

We are about to release a Season Five of Worth It.

We've done four seasons.

(growling noise)

That sounds like Chewbacca.

(beep)

You guys ask a lot of questions.

- We never give any answers.

(laughs)

So, we're finally doing a Q & A video.

- Why not take some time to answer some

of your most burning questions about Worth It.

The behind the scenes, behind the curtain, the secrets.

- We thought that we would eat something

while we did it.

We're making peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.

The jam from Squirrel Cafe.

- Jammin' the squirrel.

- And this is bread from Republique,

from the spaghetti episode.

Mmm.

- I took the first bite.

I was scared I couldn't bite it off,

so I just aborted mission and threw it all in my mouth.

We had a Worth It Instagram account,

it's buzzfeedworthit.

And we're gonna now answer some

of the most popular questions on Instagram.

Question number one: "How did you guys meet?"

- There was an unscripted-ish department

at the time that you worked on,

and somebody on that team was looking

for a new, unscripted food show.

And you were tasked with coming up with this

on-the-road, food, travel-ish show,

like, city-guide show.

I was added to that show to help reduce,

and like be a character on that.

(beep)

This sauce is incredible.

- It's whimsical.

- Whimsical.

- "Is a hot dog a sandwich?

And what are your thoughts on pineapple pizza?"

- Is a hot dog a sandwich?

- Yes.

On three.

One, two, three.

- No. - No.

- Hey.

Is a hot dog a sandwich?

- Adam says no.

- And what are your thoughts on pineapple pizza?

- Pro or negative on three.

One, two, three.

- Pro. - Okay.

(laughs)

- @juliadural, "How do you say Andrew's last name?"

- So my last name looks hard to pronounce,

but is actually very easy to pronounce.

It's Il-nik-ee.

- "What was the most fun Worth It video to film?"

- Ooh. - Ooh.

- Ooh.

- Ooh.

You know what was really fun,

is when we went to Seattle to eat some salmon.

'Cause we were just like on a jolly road adventure.

It was like a fun, new place.

I was blown away by the autumnal glory

of the Pacific Northwest.

- I would have to say sushi.

Not part one, though.

- Hmm.

- Teaser alert.

That's all I'm gonna say about that.

- Not really a great food to talk through.

- "Who else is on your team?

I don't think you guys are mean enough

to stick Adam with all the work."

Great question, I'm glad you asked,

because over the years,

we have had so many people who have

contributed to the show in so many ways,

that's just made Worth It what it is today.

- As you know, we make this show here at Buzzfeed,

where there's a ton of great people

that help and support us make what we make.

Like there's a research team,

that makes sure that we're factual.

There's a legal team,

that makes sure that everything we do is legal,

at least what you see on camera, hey-o.

There's a production team,

that helps with scheduling and getting us places on time.

A whole post-production support team.

This season we have an extra special additional person,

who's name is Annie.

You're gonna see her in a bunch of the videos.

(laughs)

So if you ever hear that trademark laugh in the background,

you know who it's coming from. - You know.

- "What is the craziest thing that happened

off-camera that we haven't seen?"

There's been some moments.

- Yeah, there's one time (beep).

And that is probably the worst thing

that's happened on set.

- "What happened to the 1000 cinnamon rolls

you owed Adam Bianchi on the fried chicken episode?"

- That wasn't our fried chicken episode, that was a--

- Game day foods, yeah.

- Yeah.

- Oh yeah, you owe Adam 1,000 cinnamon rolls.

- I do.

- Or one thousand dollar cinnamon roll.

(beep)

- Adam, if you finish that,

I'll buy you a thousand cinnamon rolls, if you eat that.

I'm going to not give him all 1,000 at once.

I'm gonna kill him slowly.

One at a time.

So it's starting today.

- So how many have you given him?

- Number one.

This is me starting my quest to pay off my debt.

- That's one down.

Put the ticker on the screen.

We've eaten like ten dollars worth of jam already.

- "How does Andrew feel getting killed off

by Ryan and Shane?"

- (sighs) I feel fine about it.

I mean, when they killed me, they dropped me in a pool.

(Titanic flute music)

- Insult. - Oh.

- Did he just die?

- Did he just die?

- They'll get theirs.

- "What is one food you would never do an episode for?"

by Abby Regs.

- I mean, there's lots of answers to this question,

because the food just doesn't make sense

at different price points.

- Mm-hmm.

Adam said spiders, I'd have to agree.

Probably, crickets.

- I'd probably say peanut butter and jelly.

- "How is Adam doing?

And "Does he get enough food?"

- Adam, do you want to answer for yourselr?

Or do you want me to take this one?

- You wanna answer how he's doing?

- Well, I'm not gonna answer that,

but Adam is currently eating a peanut butter and jelly.

(laughs)

- How are you doing?

- He just went like this.

- And now the final question,

"Have you ever disliked the food

or any part of the experience

from places that you've eaten at?"

- We go to three restaurants that are already worth it.

We're really just trying to find the best food,

at three price points, and so

there really hasn't been anything that's just like,

not delivered in it's given price tier.

- I've definitely enjoyed every experience.

It was worth trying the two thousand gold pizza, to me,

because I got to see what that was like.

This is fun.

We could do it again.

- We're gonna have to get some more jam, though.

Pan over there.

- Very special news, we have merch.

- Sick merch, heading your way.

- It's available now.

(magical chimes)

- We'll see you next week,

on Season five, six episodes.

You wanna reveal next week's episode?

- Hinty teaser, it's not gonna be small,

and it's not gonna be a vegetable.

- Medium fish.

- Guess again.

(laughs)

- Hey, Unsolved is on a new channel.

And now you're part.

- Subscribe here. - Subscribe here.

- That was my part.

The Test Results are In! - Duration: 5:24.

And so the results of the examination was that nothing happened to me

I guess he was quite a gentleman, though his personality could use some serious work.

When he saw the results, he was so happy as if he'd won the lottery.

CherngPha: I told you that I didn't do anything to you,

I wouldn't even think about it.

You were the one who was so wasted she couldn't take care of herself yet you still had the

nerve to accuse me of doing something to you.

Kwan: Hey, Mr. CherngPha, I am a woman.

If I wake up at a house of someone I don't know, how can I trust you?

Look, I'm sorry I freaked out okay?

But now that it's over, I'm going to go home.

I hope he forgot....

ChernPha: "Hey, don't be sneaky.

You promised me that you would wash my car."

Kwan: Look at him.

He looks so smug.

Ugh, so annoying!

But I did promise him.

"I didn't forget, fine I'll go wash you car for you now."

CherngPha: Ha. Look at her.

She thought she could get away with it.

Her whole face changed when I reminded her.

Haha She does look pretty exhausted.

"Alright, you've had a pretty long day, you can wash it later this week.

I'll just use the office car for now."

Kwan: "I have to wash it for you today because at

the end of the week, there is a company charity event where we're all going to donate and

make some food for the children in the orphanage."

Should I invite him?

Will he like this kind of event?

Though having him there can be really good for the company...

"Would you like to join us?

You'll get to spend more time with everyone and really get to know them.

You'll see how they are when they're outside of the office.

They'll also get a chance to get to know you a little bit too.

This would really improve working together.

I think it would be really good for you."

CherngPha: "Hmmm... that's true.

I will check my schedule and let you know tomorrow.

It's quite late now, you should go home.

Don't forget about my car."

Kwan: What is his deal?

I'm giving him a golden opportunity here, yet he's being picky?

Whatever, he is our supervisor, he probably has a lot more pressing matters to deal with than us.

I ended up getting home and showering for 2 hours to make up for not showering since last night.

And after that, I slept like a baby until morning.

Sontorn and I called a meeting and told them about our target of raising the profits 25%

in 3 months in order for the BKK branch to not be shut down.

After that I invited each employee to speak with me one on one.

Many people had a lot of questions that they were too shy to ask in front of others and

had the opportunity then to do so.

Some made pretty helpful suggestions on how to reach our target while others told me about their family life.

They had the opportunity to express their personal concern about the company shutting down.

I was able to show them first that they could trust me by opening up and honestly telling

them the important information that clearly, directly affects them, answering all of their

questions, and really listening to what they have to say.

I think that in order to work together smoothly, one factor that is really important is trying

to understand the employees by seeing things from their perspective.

And it's not the worse thing that they have flaws because there is nothing perfect in this world.

I think it's really a good start that they are beginning to trust me and tell me their stories.

Overall, I think the result of today went better than I expected.

Everyone seems motivated and ready to work together as a team to reach our target.

It's not even just them that feels motivated.

Managers like Sontorn and myself are also motivated.

Our office is really beginning to come together nicely.

After speaking with everyone, I told Sontorn that we really should make it a routine to

speak with everyone one on one at least once a month or more.

Because this kind of discussion creates trust and familiarity between the employees and

managers strengthening teamwork.

Managers like Sontorn can delegate tasks according to personality types, skills and aptitude

of the employees.

And this will increase efficiency.

After Sontorn and I finished our discussion, we took what we learned from the team and

their suggestions to try to get more ideas on how to increase profits in the three months.

We'll meet with the marketing team tomorrow about this.

Then Sontorn suggested the lunatic to be my secretary while I'm here.

He kept praising her by saying that she's very diligent and is very loved from all of

her friends and colleagues.

Apparently she should be able to help me.

I agreed to his suggestion because I agree with him about her.

Before he left, he invited me to the charity event at the orphanage this Sunday.

He gave me the same reasons as the lunatic did.

I agreed to be there and asked if they needed anything from me.

He said he wasn't sure and to ask the lunatic because she's in charge of this project.

Sontorn said that after he speaks with her he will send her to me.

Hmm.. I really hope that us working together won't be a problem.v

John McCain's Memorial: Meghan McCain, Barack Obama and George W. Bush Speak | NYT News - Duration: 1:55.

He was a warrior, he was a prisoner,

he was a hero, he was a congressman,

he was a senator,

he was a nominee for president of the United States.

We gather here to mourn the passing

of American greatness.

The real thing, not cheap rhetoric

from men who will never come near the sacrifice

he gave so willingly.

Nor the opportunistic appropriation of those

who live lives of comfort and privilege,

while he suffered and served.

The America of John McCain

has no need to be made great again,

because America was always great.

He was honorable, always recognizing

that his opponents were still patriots and human beings.

He loved freedom with the passion of a man who

knew its absence.

He respected the dignity inherent in every life.

A dignity that does not stop at borders

and cannot be erased by dictators.

John believed in honest argument

and hearing other views.

He understood that if we get in the habit

of bending the truth to suit political

expediency or party orthodoxy

our democracy will not work.

That's why he was willing to buck his own party at times,

occasionally work across the aisle

on campaign finance reform and immigration reform.

That's why he championed a free and independent press

as vital to our democratic debate.

the Lego Movie Everything You Missed easter eggs - Duration: 11:05.

>> Crazy Nate: Like always, you got to decide what we talk about next.

I picked some of your most common movie request and ran a survey.

Seems pretty simple, you want me to piece together everything you missed in Warner Brother's

the Lego Movie

(intro music plays)

Find these 5 hidden easter eggs I put in this video and comment where they are,

but don't forget to include your Instagram user name and #Lego, and I will randomly choose

a winner to get your very own Lego set.

I will announce the winner on Instagram @ImCrazyNate so make sure you're subscribed.

>> Vitruvius: Hello everyone and welcome to the Lego movie

>> Crazy Nate: Obviously being that the Lego Movie was one of Warner Brothers best movies

financially we know we're going to see part two.

But this movie doesn't waste any time getting into the action.

So let's not waste any here.

The first scene builds the plot for the entire movie.

Vitruvius made a butt reference that sounds a lot like the famous butt reference from

Jurassic Park.

>> Vitruvius: Cover your butt.

>> Ray Arnold: Hold on to your butts.

>> Guard: Cover the what?

>> Crazy Nate: The Bridge that the evil robots use is a ruler, not Legos, but most everything

we see in the Lego Movie was actually Legos.

Like the soap bubbles are ice cream scoops, and the lasers from the guns are light saber

blades.

But Vitruvius' head band is a rubber band, the kind used in braces for your teeth.

If you look closely at Vitruvius, underneath his robe you're going to see that not only

does he have a hippie outfit on, he's also wearing Crocs.

>> Stewie: I have just one question for you.

What are those?

>> Crazy Nate: and the staff he's holding is a lollipop stick.

Fun fact is that most sucker sticks will actually will fit in the hands of your Lego guys.

Even though this movie isn't actually stop motion Lego tried their very best to make

it appear to be stop motion.

They even went so far to put finger prints on the textures to make it look like it was

hand made.

But the only parts of the movie that were actually stop motion, or even real Legos for

that matter was the 5 hours later moment, and the end credits.

They also hid a little shout out to Halle Berry who played as Cat Woman, and an Oscar

but not for Cat Woman.

The only thing Cat Woman ever won was worst movie of the year award.

Everything else in the movie though was made on the computer.

This robot wasn't much help in the interrogation room, since he was playing solitaire.

By the way, happy birthday to Frank.

I'm pretty sure nobody remembered.

So we all think Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice was the first time we ever saw these

two guys in a theatrical film,

>> Director: The line is I'm Batman.

>> Batman: I, you don't want me in your movie, I'm not into it.

>> Director: You know I think we should just get Superman.

>> Superman: Yeah!

>> Batman: I'm Batman.

>> Crazy Nate: but the Lego Movie was the real first time we ever saw these two together

in the same movie that made it to theaters.

Batman also made a reference to one of his own movies.

Near the end he tells Lucy

>> Batman: He's the hero you deserve.

>> Crazy Nate: That's a reference to the ending of the Dark Knight.

>>Commissioner Gordon: Because he's the hero Gotham deserves.

A hero, not the hero we deserved but the hero we needed.

>> Crazy Nate: Fun fact: The Dark Knight is the Best Batman movie ever made.

Another amazing movie though was Taken.

We've all seen this punch line before.

>> Bryan Mills: I will find you, and I will kill you.

>> Crazy Nate: Bryan Mills is played by Liam Neeson, who is also the voice for Good Cop

Bad Cop.

>> Bad Cop: Oh yes, but we're not done yet.

>> Good Cop: Hi buddy.

>> Crazy Nate: This isn't the first time though that someone tried to kill him and

told him it's not personal.

>> Lord Business: Bad Cop, unfortunately I'm going to have to leave you here to die.

>> Bad Cop: What?

Sir?

>> Lord Business: It's not personal, it's just business.

Lord Business.

>> Crazy Nate: In Taken this guy tried to have him killed, and he also said…

>> Bad Guy: Please understand it was all business, it wasn't personal.

>> Good Cop: of course buddy, I believe you.

>> Emmet: Great.

>> Bad Cop: I believe you too.

You see the quotations I'm making with my claw hands?

It means I don't believe you.

>> Crazy Nate: This part is a Lego copy of a scene in Star Wars Episode 5 the Empire

Strikes Back.

Only the Millennium Falcon actually escaped in the original.

The Voice for C3PO was Anthony Daniels and Lando was played by Billy Dee Williams, which

are the actual voices in the original Star Wars as well.

Not only should you not put your bum on a pirates face,

you also shouldn't wear a dress on a Tuesday.

(man screams)

And any Pirates of the Caribbean fan knows you probably never want to release the Kraken.

>> Davy Jones: The Kraken

>> Boot Strap Bill: No!

>> Crazy Nate: When Emmet finally uses his head, there's a pig ridding in the wagon

with them.

When they crash into the train if you watch the pig closely it turns into sausage when

it hits the ground.

Not really a fan of sausage.

>> Emmet: I mean I know what a master builder is, why don't you tell me what it is, that

way I can see if you're right.

>> Crazy Nate: So a Master Builder is an official position in the Lego company, and they are

the people responsible for making the Lego sets we see in stores.

They're also the ones responsible for making the giant Lego structures we see in theme

parks Like Lego Land or Disneyland.

This guy right here is a Lego version of Indiana Jones, and he always seems to be battling

to not lose his hat.

So in Lego they made it a reality as well.

Right as he's entering the secret passage he almost lost his hat.

But then he saved it.

Or like the Indiana Jones ride, we have a giant ball chasing him down a path, guess

what they put that in Lego as well.

We have him as a golf ball running away from the giant thing.

>> Wyldstyle: I'm, I'm Wyldstyle.

>> Emmet: Oh I'm sorry what was that?

>> Wyldstyle: Wyldstyle?

>> Emmet: Wyldstyle?

>> Wyldstyle: Yep.

>> Emmet: What are you a DJ?

>> Wyldstyle: No.

>> Emmet: Oh, that's your name is Wyldstyle,

>> Wyldstyle: yeah.

>> Emmet: Like on your birth certificate it says Wyldstyle.

>> Wyldstyle: Let's not talk about my name.

>> Crazy Nate: Wyldstyle?

What kind of weird name is that?

And why does everyone keep asking her if she's a DJ?

>> Wyldstyle: It's Wyldstyle.

>> Vitruvius: Are you a DJ?

>. Wyldstyle: What the, why does every...

>> Crazy Nate: Probably Because there's a real life DJ called Wildstylez.

In the Lego Movie the bad guy has a giant ship with guns that shoot bubble gum as a

defense mechanism.

Kind of sounds like something we get to see two years later in Despicable Me 3.

That's not a exact copy of course right?

Of course if we want to look even harder at this scene, it kind of looks like when Mr.

Incredible gets caught hacking Syndromes computer.

Basically everybody's copying everybody.

Cloud Cuckoo Land is Made up of all the Legos that Finn's dad the Man Upstairs gave him

to play with,

and they were stored in a box that said cloud on the side of it, which is where Finn got

the name Cloud Cuckoo Land.

>> Batman: I hate this place.

>> Crazy Nate: There are also other hints that Lord Business was his dad.

There are signs all around town with sayings we hear often from a parent.

Like Don't play in the street, or don't stay up all night, or because I said so.

>> Wyldstyle: Your home Bricksburg is one of many realms in the universe.

There's also this one, the Pirates Cove, Knights Club, Vikings Landing, Clown Town, a bunch

of others we don't need to mention.

>> Crazy Nate: Why don't we mention them?

Because the others were total failures of Lego.

That's why they don't mention the other ones.

Vitruvius predicted that there was going to be a chosen one that would save everyone.

>> Vitruvius: A special one with face of yellow, you will make the piece of resistance found.

>> Crazy Nate: Then 8 and 1/2 years later Emmet shows up on the scene.

But the real chosen one who would of saved them all wasn't actually Emmet, it was the

man upstairs' son Finn who happened to be 8 and 1/2 years old.

This suggest that dad actually played with his Lego's and didn't start gluing stuff

together until his son was born.

If you notice his dad also wears a suit with a red tie.

President Businesses evil costume is also in the shape of a giant tie.

This is probably because Will Ferrell was the voice of President Business, and he played

the character Mugatu in the movie Zoolander, and in that movie he was famous for making

a piano tie.

>> Mugatu: Doesn't anyone notice this?

I feel like I'm taking crazy pills!

>> Emmet: Howdy guys.

>> Wyldstyle: um, no stools don't talk.

>> Emmet: Come sit on me.

>> Wyldstyle: Stools don't talk.

>> Crazy Nate: We are starting to see a trend with the guy who voices Emmet though.

>>Emmet: Uh, yes, that's me.

>> Crazy Nate: If you're a fan of Chris Pratt

>> Chris Pratt: So wait, who's Chris Pratt?

>> Crazy Nate: Probably the only reason why some of you are here

>> Emmet: Haha, what was I just thinking?

I don't care.

>> Crazy Nate: then you probably know he's the voice behind Emmet, and it seems that

anytime he's in a bind he does a dance off to defeat the bad guys.

(Emmet starts to dance to Everything is Awesome)

>> Robot: No way.

>> Star-Lord: oh, child things will get brighter, listen to these words.

>> Batman: Alright, cool it with the laughing.

>> Emmet: I find everything funny.

>> Batman: Man, your laugh is making me, it's actually a pretty good laugh.

>>Emmet: Well then you're not going to hear it anymore.

>> Crazy Nate: They let Emmet have an easter egg in his apartment.

This poster is for Macho and the nerd.

This is actually a poster for 21 Jump Street.

In Russia the Poster title says this, which I have no clue how to even attempt to say

that when they use numbers as letters in their words,

but google translate says that you guessed it, it means Macho and the nerd.

>> Vitruvius: Ah, you gotta write all that down because I'm not gonna remember any of

it but here we go.

>> Crazy Nate: Of course 21 jump street was actually rated R though, not rated PG.

However Lego Movie was rated PG.

And one thing they left out of the movie to keep it from going to PG-13 was when the master

builders were escaping capture in cloud town,

underwater cop was going to have a kissing scene with a mermaid.

But out of all the Master Builders that were captured they only showed Wonder Woman getting

put in handcuffs.

This of course is reference to the comics in the oldie days when that was her only weakness.

Being handcuffed by a man.

Since the Lego Movie was so successful, they're actually making the Lego Movie 2.

Survey time.

Are you excited to see Lego Movie 2?

Yes, no, maybe so, or why do they keep making Lego movies.

Vote now.

If you've seen Lego: The adventures of Clutch Powers, you will probably recognize inside

the saloon this plaque here says Bob and Skelly.

Another movie shout out was the magic tube that Emmet jumped into.

It's called Magic Portal.

One of the first stop motion Lego's ever made was Called Magic Portal, some would argue

though it was technically not first.

The Lego Movie was directed by Chris Miller and Phill Lord.

And we see them near the end of the movie Legoized as a cameo.

>> Lord Business: Phill, Chris, come on up here.

I just want you to act naturally.

OK Phill totally suggestion here, and this is even a bad idea, I'm going to start with

my bad ideas.

Is there any way you can change your face?

Cause it's a horrible face.

Perfect.

Chris, just scoot two steps in to the right.

Phill you just moved and you just wrecked it, you wrecked it.

>> Crazy Nate: And the baby voice that we hear at the end is a voice recording from

the Directors three year old son.

These videos of stop motion Lego are all made from actual Lego fans in the ReBrick community,

Sadhguru - Break all the identities and be Human ! - Duration: 17:14.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: Sadhguru, it's a great opportunity and an honor for me to

interact with you.

In many ways there can't be a greater contrast between two individuals

Sadhguru: At least in appearance we are.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: You grew up in a very urban and sophisticated background.

I grew up in a village in Telugu medium.

And you're in the spiritual realm and I'm anything but spiritual,

I'm in the completely temporal realm.

I built all my life around principles of rationality and logic.

When you are a person of religion, you're given certain edicts

what is good, what is bad, the ten commandments, the do's and the don'ts,

but in ordinary life for most people, particularly in the public domain,

to distinguish between good and bad seems to be increasingly difficult.

I've always held that there are two realms the individual, individual gain and the second

is the public good.

If one is clashing with the other, if my personal gain is clashing with the public

good, then that is something bad; if both are in harmony, then that is something

good.

That seems to me a workable definition of what is good and bad

for ordinary interaction between the citizen or individual and the community and the society.

What are your thoughts on that?

Sadhguru: See, once you start a debate as to what is good and what is bad,

this debate can go on forever without coming to a conclusion.

Obviously you've debated this within yourself and around yourself for many years

and still there is no conclusion.

And believe me, people have been debating this for thousands

of years and still there is no conclusion.

essentially it boils down to this 'What I do is good, what you do is bad.'

That extends to the society, to politics to various things.

Whoever is in a position of power is in a position of dominance,

they may not spell it out so crudely but in so many ways they're telling you,

what I do is right, what you do is wrong.

So ultimately it becomes about whoever is in a state of advantage is right,

whoever is in a state of disadvantage is wrong.

Well, that principle is the basis of all exploitation and all the ugliness that you see on the planet.

So instead of starting a debate on what is good and what is bad,

I think what we need is what is appropriate and what is inappropriate

to our times, to our society,

to our existence here, to our level of economics.

What is right and… what is appropriate and what is inappropriate?

Tomorrow if our conditions change, the appropriateness changes.

Then there will be no clashes.

Constantly the clash between the previous generation and this generation,

between one human being and the other human being is

your ideas of right and his ideas of right are so different.

Parents and children are fighting, administration and people are fighting,

management and union is fighting simply because your ideas of good and bad

are very different and it's always different.

Within the family between the husband and the wife,

basic unit of the family, their ideas of right and wrong are very different.

So, once you enter that space, you're entering into an endless controversy,

no possibility of a solution.

But if you look at appropriateness of action, then we can arrive at what is the appropriate

thing to do in our society, for our conditions,

for our limitations.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: Sadhguru, that brings me to the question of

ensuring that the moral conduct is actually upheld,

while spiritual gurus, religion itself and society norms have a value,

they don't seem to be sufficient.

Only in India, whenever you talk about corruption or some other misconduct in public life or

private life, we talk of morality and values instead of

talking about institutional Sadhguru: No, as far as I'm concerned there

is no corruption in India.

Where is corruption in India?

There is only banditry.

I don't see any corruption.

Because corruption means you come to me and you want a favor to be done,

I'm willing to do it, but, you know, under the table I want two rupees from you.

This is corruption.

I break your head and I take everything that you have, this is not corruption.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: So when we talk of all these evils in public domain,

often times we talk about values in this country rather than enforcing a certain code of conduct.

Unless the laws of the land, unless the enforcement mechanism is strong

enough to enforce a certain code of conduct and prove

that there is punishment for bad behavior and reward for good behavior,

I'm afraid values in themselves will not for long sustain us.

Sadhguru: Not at all.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: No.

This is something that we need to get from you

because over emphasis and values at the cost of institutions

sometimes may actually become an excuse for doing nothing to build institutions.

what institutional mechanisms we need to build in your estimate to build higher levels of

public integrity, higher levels of civic conduct?

Sadhguru: See, one important thing that India needs to do

is to simplify the laws in a way that everybody understands it.

Right now, it's so, so complex and so ambiguous, nobody really knows what it is.

And because there is so much ambiguity, it creates so much grey areas which breeds

corruption endlessly.

If there is no ambiguity, somebody just couldn't come and ask money out of me to do some work,

isn't it?

There is so much ambiguity.

These laws were largely created by the English because they wanted ambiguity,

so that they could interpret it whichever way they want.

If they want to pick you up tomorrow morning, they want to pick you up and there is a good

enough reason.

We have still kept the same laws and even today it is true,

the law can just come and pick you or me up now

and I don't know what I have done but they can pick you up and they can produce

something number whatever criminal procedure code,

some damn number that I'm not aware of and they can say you did this

because it's such an ambiguous law.

This is good to control foreign nations if you occupy them;

not for our nation to move ahead.

Too much ambiguity.

you can see million examples like this in the country

where laws are unnecessarily complicated and ambiguous,

which is essentially breeding ground for corruption.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: Now Sadhguru, I hear you saying that

a) the cultural ambience in which you live, that matters about the appropriateness and

b) it changes from time to time, generation to generation.

In other words, people sometimes confuse taboos with morals,

the changing fashions and attitudes of morals.

But unless we have some kind of a yardstick which is measureable and somewhat universal

in guiding our behavior and dealing with the society at large,

or perhaps even in nature, how are we going to give people a yardstick

other than religious edicts that is the challenge for many agnosts

because we can't go by the Ten Commandments merely

because God gave us those.

We can't go by the Gita because Lord Vishnu told us so.

We need a temporal yardstick, we need an institutional mechanism to be able

to measure and say this is right, this is wrong - a talisman.

Sadhguru: Trying to fix the human societies with morality

will only bring more and more deception.

And above all, it kills life in so many different ways.

Why are we trying to fix life with morality?

Essentially because we have never bothered to stir up humanity.

There is something called as humanity within us.

If you stir up this dimension which we call as humanity,

when somebody is feeling very human, he doesn't need morality.

He will be fine the way he is.

But instead of being a human being, he becomes a Christian

or a Hindu or a Muslim

or an Indian or a Pakistani

or this or that or some many things caste, creed and many, many things.

So instead of a human identity he takes on a different identity.

Now you can do most horrible things with great pride.

Yes.

You can kill thousands, not one; you can kill thousands and feel really good

about it.

I did it because 'I did it for the nation', 'I did it for my religion',

'I did it for my caste, creed', whatever else.

So your identity is shifting from your fundamental identity to make-believe identities,

it may serve limited purpose.

We're a nation because we have to politically manage ourselves.

It is not some divine dictum that this is a nation like this.

We are the people who drew the lines, isn't it?

Now we believe that's how it is.

For certain functional realities we draw lines, but that is not the reality.

So a human being should essentially be identified as a human being,

not by his religion, not by his race,

not by his caste, creed, nationality, no.

If he sits here as a human being, you don't

you will see he does not need morality.

He will be fine.

And that's what is needed in the society, to stir up humanity,

not morality.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: That's a terrific message, Sadhguru.

Essentially what you're advocating is that go beyond the individual,

go beyond the sect and the creed and embrace humanity itself

and you will not go wrong in actions Sadhguru: I'm not saying embrace humanity.

I'm saying you are human, isn't it?

I don't have to teach you to be human; you are human.

The problem is somebody else has taught you that you are something else.

Somebody else has told you, you're Indian.

Somebody else has told you you're Hindu.

Somebody else has told you you're Muslim, but the reality is you're human.

if you travel hundred kilometers in India, people look different,

they dress differently, they speak differently,

different languages, our food is different, everything is different.

But still for over ten thousand years, the whole world has referred to us as one

nation.

Though we were over two hundred political entities at some time,

still, you know we've been doing trade with Syria,

Jerusalem, Damascus, Jerusalem, Greece all these places for over 8,000, 10,000 years.

Even at those times, they referred to this country as Hindustan

though there were two hundred entities.

It was referred to as one nation as Bharatvarsh or Hindustan or whatever the name,

because somewhere people saw this as one nation though it was ruled by many kings

because there was one ethos which is something that the politicians and

administrators and the people have never paid attention to.

The only thing which keeps us as one nation is a certain fundamental spiritual ethos

which is not on the surface but which is always there.

In the sense, people recognize this as one nation from outside

because they all believed in something.

This nation has never been a nation of believers.

We have been a nation of seekers because spiritual process has been the main

thing.

Here, people are not believing in God, they're seeking mukti or liberation or freedom.

There is a difference between a seeker and a believer.

A believer means he's made a conclusion.

A seeker means he's wide open.

He's… he's realized that he does not know that's why he's seeking.

This one quality set us apart from the rest of the world,

so outside world recognized as one nation, though there were so many political entities.

We need to understand even today, it is only this spiritual thread which is

keeping this as one nation.

If you…

right now it's being systematically hacked at.

If you break this one thing, after twenty five, thirty years,

you will wonder why are we one nation and we will break.

If you do not strengthen the fundamental spiritual ethos of this nation,

if you hack it down with beliefs and other kinds of identities,

you will see you will break up into various nations,

you will not be one nation.

Dr. Jayaprakash Narayan: Sadhguru, I hear you clearly

and I entirely agree with you that unless unity and order are kept even above liberty

if necessary, if there is a clash, we're in danger.

(Sadhguru): This is the reality of existence.

If you sit here as a piece of life, you instantly know that there is nothing in

the existence with which you're not connected.

essential dimension of spiritual process is that you dis-identify yourself with all the

false identities you've taken on and to learn to sit here just as a piece of

life.

If you sit here as a piece of life and throb as a piece of life,

breathe as a piece of life; you know this happened a few years ago

because you mentioned this Project Green Hands I'm bringing this on.

When I said that we need to plant a 114 million trees

to get Tamil Nadu to thirty three percent green cover,

people said, 'Sadhguru, do you know what is 114 million?

Is it possible for any human being to plant this many?'

See, I told them, the population of Tamil Nadu is 62 million

people.

If all of us plant one tree, take care of it for two years

and plant one more tree, what is the number - you got it.

Now the problem is that they must feel for it.

How do you do it?

I told them you don't worry.

I went out village to village, called Farmers Associations together,

I told them one simple thing - just sit here, where do you want to sit in the sun or under

the tree?

Choose.

You know what is the choice.

Everybody sits under the tree.

Now I said, see, are you breathing?

Yes.

I want you to understand what you exhale, the tree is inhaling.

What the tree is exhaling, you're inhaling.

Just sit here and feel it, it's happening.

One half of your lungs is hanging out there, It just caught like a fire.

We've not planted 114 million trees, but 17 million trees

and Tamil Nadu's green cover has officially gone up by 7.2 percent

and we didn't give up our lives to do this, this is just one of the small things we do.

Just that if everybody gets involved, it's a small job, isn't it?

Why are they not getting involved?

Because they're identified with something.

If they sat here as a piece of life, nobody had to tell them.

They would have anyway done it by themselves.

So, it is because of these wrong identifications that we're doing all these crazy things

and you're trying to fix it with morality.

It's not going to work.

It's not worked for these thousands of years, isn't it?

Our Daily Life in Guanajuato, Mexico - Duration: 10:34.

(mumbled) it is so delicious!

and I remember seeing videos where

people were walking around this little

square and let me tell you it

this is a Magnifica Doble. it is the best sandwich at McDonald's in Mexico

Harper is measuring her dinosaurs to see if they've grown

it's just very domestic and very homey

hello hello hello

I've got empanadas and they are so good

Jesse finally has some time off so

bright light, bright light! ah, so bright, hold on

look! he does exist, he's still alive

and he's not sick and he doesn't have

work today and I got him our favorite

empanadas so I am just having a lovely

morning I hope you guys are having a

lovely morning too. we're gonna head out to

find some place to sit and eat these

delicious pockets of goodness and

fabulousness

all right I got my favorite: rajas con queso

it's also got some corn. (mumbles) it is so delicious

it is so good.

Harper's got a tres quesos

and Jesse you've got

pepperoni, how is it?

it's good, it's got a tartness

it doesn't have a marinara sauce so it's

not like really italian necessarily but it's yummy

I remember when we were location

scouting before we ever got to Mexico and

I would watch-- I think I've got empanadas

on my mouth, okay, um I would watch

all these YouTube videos like basically

any YouTube videos that I can find that

on Guanajuato and I remember seeing

videos where people were walking around

this little square and let me tell you

it is better in person than it even is

on the videos, it is so fabulous

these trees are big and beautiful and

there's so much lovely shade and the

fountains are just so pretty and

now Jesse's gonna try the Rajas con queso

I will give this the highest praise I

possibly can which is considering that

it's filled with peppers it's probably

the least offensive a pepper has ever been in my life

all right we're here at the mall doing

a bit more shopping and getting Harper a

happy meal and getting Jesse... let me let him tell you

What is it that you have?

this is a Magnifica Doble, it is the best sandwich at McDonald's in Mexico

why? because it has a ton of

sauces on it and that makes it good

Harper is just making up a song and

singing to herself about how much she

doesn't like jalapeños and mayonnaise.

Harper is measuring her dinosaurs to see if

they've grown, well have they grown? H: yep! E: oh good. H: they've all totally grown.

good morning we are just having a

really quiet regular normal day here

today I think we're gonna bake some

cookies

the place we're at is so so nice it's

we've got the windows open, there's a

beautiful breeze coming through you can

hear kids, you can hear people walking

around, in the morning you hear people

going to work, it's just very domestic

and very homey so I like that a lot

and oh guys on a super serious note

there was a gas tank explosion at

someone's house we heard about on the

Facebook group the Guanajuato Facebook group

and we saw we saw a lot

of the ambulances as we were walking

yesterday and I thought there had been

like a car accident or something but

later we saw that it was a gas tank

explosion, so yeah my heart just goes out

to that family and I hope that they're

okay, trying to find out updates online

as to whether they're okay, but you know

just be thinking about them, if you pray

pray for them

it just it looks like it was a really

bad situation yeah so I'm not saying

that what happened yesterday could have

been prevented because I have no idea

what happened yesterday but it did

strike me that you know we really don't

know you know if there's anything that

we should be aware of for you know

maintaining the tanks or keeping an eye

on the tanks or just making sure that

we're as safe as we can be so if you can

share any tips or best practices for

having propane and being as safe as we

as we reasonably can be let me know in

comments below. we have a carbon monoxide

and explosive gas detector in the house

and that's about the extent of what I

know to do and and again just you know

be thinking of that family and if you

pray, pray that that they're okay yeah

all right

gonna sign off and get Harper a snack

okay so Harper and I are gonna bake

cookies but if you're an actual baker I

want you to like skip ahead because we

don't have measuring cups yet and I

don't have several ingredients so I'm

swapping things out, so this is like

breaking every baking rule in the book.

but I decided that poorly baked cookies

better than no baked cookies

you gotta have cookies

3 Ways to Style Short Hair | KRY - Duration: 4:58.

Hey everyone it's Kry, welcome back to my channel and today I will be showing you three ways to style short hair

So this is going to be an updated version on how to style short hair

I made two videos before

the other one is 5 ways to sell short hair and the other one is another 3 ways to style short hair and

in those videos I had

Really really short haircut. I think I have my sides shaved in those videos

So if you guys want to check that out

I will be putting the video the links the

Links to the videos on the description box below or you can just go ahead and check it out right here

So the first hairstyle that I'm going to do is a very very simple hairstyle

It's only going to take you a few minutes to style it

It's going to be a side part hairstyle. And what I'm going to do is that I'm going to

Grab a small section on the front part of my hair and put it on one side

That's the thicker side and the thinner side. I'm just gonna go ahead and put it behind my ear

Next I'm going to use a straightener on medium to high heat I'm going to

Straighten the ends of my hair in an inward direction

So after straightening my hair I will be using a hair wax

It's going to be as a Gatsby purple hair wax

But you are free to use any type of hair wax or hair gel that you like

I'm going to grab the roots on the thicker side of my hair to have that hold and to add more volume to my hair

Next hairstyle I'm going to do is a wavy hairstyle

again, using my straightener

I'm going to create waves in my hair and I'm going to start from the bottom and then I'm going to work my way up

So when creating waves in my hair

I do it slowly so that it can last longer especially

When I'm outdoors and I have this hair style my hair tend to fall flat really really quickly

That's why it's good to do it this way so I can keep my waves longer

So the last hairstyle that I'm going to do is a messy wet look hairstyle

This is kind of similar to the first hairstyle that I did the side part hairstyle

But just in wet look, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to wet my hair

I'm just gonna spray water on my hair and then I'm going to

apply

Coconut oil to add that shine, but I would highly suggest you to use argan oil or Moroccan oil

Coconut oil is what I have for now, and that's why I'm using it

But argan oil and Moroccan oil is usually used for styling hair

What I'm going to do here is that I'm going to

grab most of my hair to one side kind of creating that thicker side of

My hair and then on the other side, I'm just going to put it behind my ear

Then just go ahead and play around with my hair to create that messy look

So there you go guys that's my three ways to style short hair. Thank you for watching guys

I hope you enjoyed this video and if you do give it a thumbs up

and if you want to see more videos or hairstyle tutorial videos

Hit that subscribe button, and I'll see you in the next one guys. Bye

peace!

My First Crash 😭 On Gravel 🤬 #Ride 60.2 [EN SUBS] - Duration: 10:09.

Hi guys, this is Julien

today I'm releasing the video you expect since last week

In fact, during my last ride

a great tour in Occitanie in southern France

there is a sequence that I did want to release separately

Today, if you're there, if you read the title

you know it is about my first motorcycle crash on gravel

as shown on the video

I was at the Mont Aigoual

I take an intersection

immediately I realized that the road

will be filled with gravel

even if there is no warning sign

As usual, I'm riding quietly

I even take the time to stop to take some pictures

Finally, after several kilometers

I see the first warning signs about gravel

and a speed limit up to 50 km/h

and despite my very slow speed

barely 30 km/h in straight line

I already have some grip problems with the front wheel

gravel

it is not stable

I nearly lost the front wheel

my first fall-off!

next will be the fall-off

I'll leave you with the raw sequence

finally I made a lot of live comments

and I'll go back in a few minutes for a fuller analysis

gravel

it is not stable

I nearly lost the front wheel

Yet I was not so fast

it was my first fall-off

I was only at 5 km/h

Gravel gravel gravel

I arrived in this corner

look, this is not a road

there is almost more gravel than at the beach

I have taken outside as it should be

but look at the gravel on the outside

and when you are here

where all the cars go

it is stable

except that here, it is in the middle of the road

I know that the bike is not damaged

a little scratch here, it's normal

I was just thinking putting a GoPro on the side

to be more impressive

I didn't had time to do it

Notice that the ABS indicator flashes

here we go

mirror

I am stuck

I am really stuck, this is not a joke

maybe rear brake

it's OK

slowly, I will continue

I admit I got my shin on fire

it's hurting a little

when falling I have to scrub the passenger footrest

it annoys me, on every video I see gravel

no every video, in every ride you understand me

all my rides are filmed

I was at Mont Aigoual and the village of Espérou

to join the Herault valley, there are three routes

by Valleraugue

by the Col du Minier

that's where I ride a month ago with my colleagues and it was

full of gravel during 20 km so I said no!

and the third solution, the more delicate one, through the Col de la Lusette

just when I entered this road

I saw the gravel

but I wanted to continue

There you go

So, advice to myself, when there is gravel

do not take outside

this is where the gravel is not flattened

by cars not taking the right paths

you'll find that stupid

you'll say, but he is stupid

he had to ride in the cars traces

Yeah, yeah, I know that

actually when you look ahead

you see two sections from the cars tires

and in the middle there is gravel

but when you are in a turn

in a wooded area

in the shade

especially as I was just saying

I had lost the front wheel

in any case, no damage on the bike

crash bars played their part

Slightly rubbed but it the purpose of that

this is supposed to be a beautiful road, the D329

when I say beautiful, it's interesting

in a landscape perspective, for sure not for the infrastructure

it's not good at all

this is not possible (just slip back wheel) yet I use rear break

ABS is flashing since earlier

I had not noticed that ABS is flashing

ABS is flashing?

let's check the instructions!

time to a break

so

it's a little bit rubbed, rubbed a little

there is nothing here

a little rubbed again

OK, I checked at the manual

I just had to restart

the bike and

the ABS stops flashing

otherwise it means there was another concern

in fact

when ABS is flashing is that the rear wheel is off the ground

This was the case since

when the bike was on the side

the rear wheel was in the air

it no longer touched the ground

as I have not restarted at the time of the

crash, in quotes, it's OK

nobody died neither I nor the bike

it didn't restart so now the indicator turns off

and apparently it's over, no more gravel

the ride will resume

I confess there are still 3 hours of driving, 150 km

to do, but I think I'll do it

as promised, I'm back for an analysis

So, is the fall-off due to my speed?

no, I do not think so, you have seen, I wasn't so fast

trajectory?

by motorcycle, we must take outside of the corner so in this configuration

with a left turn, you have to keep right

That's exactly what I did

Unfortunately, with the road condition

I should change my trajectory to drive a little more central

and avoid this gravel area

Finally, the last point, the look

Normally you have to look towards the exit of the turn

that's what I did at the beginning of the turn

Unfortunately, when the front wheel arrived in this gravel area

I changed my look

I looked just in front of me

and as the bike goes where the eye see

changing the look, the bike went down on the low side of the road

we talk a lot about gravel

be aware that this gravel technique

is done to protect the road

I found on YouTube a video of the Savoie region

explains very well how this is done

you have a truck that makes a sticky substance on the road

and that spreads gravel

and it is the vehicle by rolling

which will help flatten the gravel on the road

there is also an interview with the department of Lozère

which is why this work is important

in all cases, they speak every time about a suction phase of the gravel

here, clearly the suction phase was not done

and as I saw many areas of gravel this summer on the road

I'm not sure that the suction phase is done everytime

Finally, I would have liked on

community applications like Waze

or even on the website of the trafic

of the region of Gard

an indication of the fact that it was an hazardous zone

or a danger zone with gravel

and therefore the road was almost impassable

I'm riding for fun

so it would not have bothered me to make a detour

to not go on this road

believe me, analyze a fall-off

is not my regular topic on this channel

I am here to share motorcycle rides with beautiful roads

with beautiful scenery

Texts To Make Him Want You - And 3 to NEVER Send - Duration: 7:00.

Do you want to make your man smile excitedly when he hears a text notification from you?

Do you want him to eagerly await your next message?  Do you want to make him miss you

when you aren't with him? Then you have to watch this video because I'm going to

share the texts that will make him fall in love with you. So don't go anywhere because

were starting in 3 seconds.

hi everyone.. I'm dr Antonio Borrello, Welcome to another video. This channel is all about

helping you build great relationships so you can grow happy with the people you love. And

one of the pillars of a great relationship is excellent communication. today, more than

ever before, communication happens in person, over the phone, and through text messages…

oh and emojiis.. lol Actually, texting has become the go to tool for people who are dating

and starting to get to know one another.  And it works.. When used properly, texting

can do everything from spicing up a relationship to promoting respect and value.  That's

why it's in your best interest to become good at creating or maintaining attraction

via text messages. Then your texts will keep emotionally stimulated and have him thinking

about you and missing you. So, I'm going to share some examples of texts you can send

and I'm also going to explain the one rule you must follow when sending any texts to

your man. So make sure you watch until the end so you understand that rule. It's super

important. Ok on to number 1

1.  Texts to Compliment Him- Think about it… men don't get compliments from one

another too often.  I mean we most of my male friends would probably look at me strangely

if I told them they look great in that shirt or if I told them their hair looks great today.

So, when he gets a compliment from you, he'll definitely remember it and feel more appreciated

too.   Specific compliments that appeal to his sense of masculinity, sexuality, intelligence,

accomplishments, and sense of humor work well..  For example..  if you were to text him something

like;…  "I always feel safe when I'm in your arms", you will be appealing to

his masculinity and his protective instincts.. he will certainly be smiling and feeling proud

of himself when he reads a text like that.

Or, if a guy has a great sense of humor, send him a text message that reminds him of a time

he made you laugh. That will certainly make him feel proud, I know it makes me happy and……

it makes me want to see them.. spend time with them and make them laugh again.

So when crafting the text, keep in mind that you want to remind him of a specific time

that he made you laugh… You could tell him that you crack up every time you think of

a particular memory. Or, if your man is funny and you always laugh when you're together…

let him know in a text like this…   "It's so great when we are together.  You always

have me cracking up" Or, tell him something specific that they did which cheered you up—this

also shows your appreciation for him. You could say something like.. "Thanks for cheering

me up when I was upset the other day.. or "You always know how to make me laugh even

when I don't want to laugh. Oh.. that reminds me of a meme I wrote.. Fall

in love with someone who makes you laugh, even when you don't feel like laughing.

2. Texts that Trigger a Powerful Memory Remind him of a special time in your relationship

where you felt super close and special.  you're going to text him and help him recall

this powerful memory you've shared together.  And you're going to get really detailed

so that he will be able to see the memory flashed in his head like a movie.  For example..

Let him know you just drove past the place you first kissed, or that you heard a song

that reminded you of when you went on your first date. Use vivid and descriptive language

and Give lots of detail and tell him what it meant to you. Make him smile, make him

reminisce and make him remember why you two are so good together.

This is a very powerful type of text that really gets you connected… Have you tried

it before, if So please tell us what happened and how well it worked.. in the comment section.

I love reading those comments and will respond to all of you. Ok.. number 3

3. Texts that create sexual tension.  We experience intense emotions whenever we're

thinking about or anticipating things that are to come – especially things that are

related to sex. So, When texting and flirting with your man, help him to develop fantasies

that remind him when you were sexually intimate, or if you haven't reached that point in

your relationship, you could create even more sexual tension because his curiosity is going

to be peaked for sure.  And I'm not saying you have to make any promises or commit to

something you're uncomfortable with. Just focus on the effects of your physical attraction

by creating an image for him to think about.

Remember showing something is more effective than telling.   So for example, you might

want to let your man know how you're feeling when you were daydreaming of your last night

together.  Rather than saying something like, that was Hot, or I'm turned on, you can

describe something hot by the reactions from "hotness."  So you might describe a physical

or mental reaction that you're having at the moment and include words that describe

sensations in your body…  words like tingling, flushing, feeling faint, sensations in different

parts of your body, heart beating…  an inability to speak, a stutter, .. Do you see

where I'm going? Wow… I think these lights are really hot today…

SO, SOME exampleS… Casually mention that you were just thinking about him while in

the shower and now your heart is beating fast and you have flushing sensations in parts

of your body. Be open. Or say, "I can't stop thinking about how you looked the other

night… it's making me feel faint." Again, use words that describe how you feel

physically… paint a picture of the way you're feeling.  This has a powerful effect because

he is going to be imagining what you tell him… so make it good.

Oh.. and now for the things you should avoid doing.. keep watching because if you do these

things, you could be ruining the other texts. So. Remember these important rules.

1. Keep it positive – that means no venting of negative emotions or feelings.. no arguing

or expressing disappointment over texts.. If you are upset about something…. Wait

to communicate in person or over the phone. You don't want him to misinterpret something

negatively because that can take a lot of undoing.. plus it kills any vibe or attraction

you started. 2. Check and re-read your texts before sending..

Misspellings usually aren't a big deal, but why risk it. You are trying to create

attraction, remember.. following up with a corrected text will get your point across,

but it definitely takes away from the effect.. .. so read and re-read before sending

3. NO BORING OR LAZY TEXTS.. the most important rule that applies to all texts..   Before

you send a text, I want you to ask yourself if he's going to know right away who it

came from. Ask yourself if you're showing your personality, your sense of humor, your

own style of writing –all the things that make you and your relationship unique. If

it could have come from any other woman in his contacts list, delete it and start again.

That means… no boring texts like… hey..  sup?  Make sure that even if your name was

deleted, he would know the text is from you. Btw.. if you are following these text suggestions

but you still feel like your guy is not engaged or responding well, perhaps he's not into

you or playing games… if you're not sure, this video explains the signs that a person

is playing you or using you.. so click here and check that one out. Or if you want to

know what men are really attracted to.. check out this video… Ill see you in the next

one.

Kristen Bell Celebrates Husband Dax Shepard's 14th Year of Sobriety: 'I'm So Proud' - News Today - Duration: 4:56.

Dax Shepard has a lot to celebrate — and wife Kristen Bell could not be prouder!  As Shepard, 43, rang in his 14th year of sobriety, the Veronica Mars alum, 38, wrote a sweet tribute to her husband on Instagram Saturday that just might have fans reaching for the tissues

"To the man mocked me when in our wedding photos because I cried too many tears of joy, who wore a baby Bjorn for 2 straight years to show his girls how to be as adventurous as possible, who held our dear little shakey man pup for 8 hrs straight on the day we had to put him down, I know how much you loved using

I know how much it got in your way. And I know, because I saw, how hard you worked to live without it," Bell said

The actress, who shares 5-year-old daughter Lincoln and 3-year-old daughter Delta with Shepard, continued, "I will forever be in awe of your dedication, and the level of fierce moral inventory you perform on yourself, like an emotional surgery, every single night

You never fail to make amends, or say sorry when it's needed. You are always available to guide me, and all of our friends, with open ears and tough love when its needed most

"  Calling her husband "the fertilizer in the garden of our life," Bell praised Shepard for sharing his story

She concluded, "I love you more than I ever thought I could love anyone, and I want you to know, I see you

I see how hard you work. You set an excellent example of being human. Happy 14th year sobriety birthday, @daxshepard

"  The mother of two also shared a fun family album that included pictures of the couple's laid-back wedding and children (whose faces were covered by cartoon hearts and apples)

Bell's Instagram post particularly spoke to one fan, who commented, "This hit home for me

I'm trying to get sober…again and I hope to continue to have the same kind of support from my partner for just as many years

Thank you."  Bell replied, "It's hard and worth it. One day at a time xoxo."  Meanwhile, Shepard shared that his wife surprised him a unique present for the anniversary — a tour of the King's Hawaiian factory!  "Best sober birthday present ever

@kristenanniebell got me a tour of the @kingshawaiian factory and I ate 8 STRAIGHT oughta the oven

2 more upstairs, and 3 at home. 13 all-in for one day is an accomplishment I will not soon forget," he wrote on Instagram

"Also, the fact that Kristen looks like a scientist and @mlpadman looks like she's on a kindergarten field trip just makes my heart swell to dangerous levels

Thanks Ladies!" Shepard added.  The couple has opened up about Shepard's substance abuse in the past

Two years ago, Shepard tweeted, "12 years ago today I came out of my last toxic, life-threatening stupor

I now have a wife & babies & some self-esteem."  In 2016, Bell told E! News that her husband changed how she views the world

"Seeing the world through his eyes has really opened mine to knowing that it is a disease and nobody is choosing to drink more than others," she explained

"They are doing it because of a variety of reasons and they deserve the attention of a mental health professional, and not the county jail or however else we're choosing to pretend we're fixing the problem

URBAN DECAY MOONDUST APPLICATION IN KAYAKOY GHOST VILLAGE // MESSY MAKEUP - Duration: 5:20.

okay here I am in an abandoned... it's really sad ill show ya

an abandoned Greek village but in Turkey

where they had population and switchover

in 1929 they had to evacuate I'm gonna

show you how to do an urban look using

moondust urban decay really quick so I'm

inspired by the colors of the ground

which are like these orange golden

colors so In my palette

I'm gonna take lithium

cant really see what I'm doing to be honest

litterally gonna drag it under

and a little bit of..

veda and im just going to put that in the center

it's a green so I'm gonna use that just

over top of it here and I'm applying it

my fingers can hear the crickets

this is a ghost village

I'm happy

i cannot actually see if thats blended well

I think the main bit was this bit under

the eye here I wanted to go like a greek

thing

this is I'm inside like erm... i dont know if you can see with the light, but its like a chapel

i love this greek look that i've created using urban decay

it's just something really quite cool

actually check what it looks like in my mirror one minute

yes so I think like a good

way to just extend this a little bit

better

would be to just put more blue in the middle use your ring finger just

press right in the corner you can get

the top on the bottom

can you see, underneath i'm going to use

lithium again just to get that smoked out look, and then in the green

which is called lightyear, you just blend it in like that

using my point finger I feel mystical

and then there's a bit of element just

like a copper colour this one and I'm

going to use that on my lips, just rub that in like that

this is how you get a Decayed Look

Bye

peace!

Nerdfighters Recommend Books [CC] - Duration: 2:56.

Kathy: Some Nerdfighters are gathering for a secret reason in Victoria today, so I figured

it was a very good idea to ask them all for book recommendations.

So let's do that.

Aimee: Hi, my name is Aimee, and I recommend I'm Afraid of Men by Vivek Shraya, um, because

it's an amazing essay about, um, her experience with masculinity and being a trans person.

Alyssa: My name's Alyssa and I recommend The Three-Body Trilogy because I really liked it.

Alison: Hi, my name is Alison.

I recommend the book The Phantom Tollbooth because it, uh, it's great for all ages, from

children all the way to adult.

It has fabulous wordplay, and, uh, but has good plot line, too, so it's great for kids

to read and follow along.

Cori: Hi, my name is Cori, and I'd love to recommend The Never Ending Story.

It's a magical story; a lot of people have seen the video, the movies.

They haven't actually read the book, and it's a really amazing intertwining of two worlds.

And if you can find, somewhere in a second hand store, one of the original editions,

it's actually printed in red ink and green ink, which is amazing.

So the part that takes place in our world is one colour, I think red, and when you go

over to Fantasica, the second part, is green.

And so story goes back and forth, and if you watch the movie, that would be the first half of the book.

And the second half of the book is all one colour, and it's all in one story, and it's

something you wouldn't have known yet, because you haven't read it.

Sara: Hi, my name is Sara and I recommend Mary Barton by Elizabeth Gaskell.

Uh, because it's a window on a woman's world in the 1800's without the overly intimidating

language or Gothic flourishes.

Just, a story of a woman's life.

Steph: Hi, my name is Steph.

I'm recommending Dragonsinger by Anne McCaffrey because, uh, it is one of my favourite books

from, well, since... ever [laughs]. I guess.

It's the second in a series, so you have to read Dragonsong.

It's a trilogy called the Harper Hall Trilogy.

Um, and it is fantastic.

It's about [sighs] a girl and her love for music, and that she's not supposed to be into

music "because she's a girl" - and she defies her family, and goes to the Harper Hall, and

it's amazing and wonderful and I love it so much.

Kathy: Kathy From Editing here.

We went out for a pint and something to eat after that, so I totally forgot to do an outro.

Thank you to the six lovely ladies that gave me book recommendations, even though I gave

you no prior warning, just went, "hey, talk to me on camera, please".

And everyone's response was, "yes, let me just think of a book..."

Because, obviously, if you're asked for a book recommendation, suddenly you know the

title of zero books.

Thank you very much, regardless; it was a very fun event and I will see you all soon, hopefully.

Bye!

M1 Finance - How To Buy & Add New Stock To Your Portfolio Pie - Buying A New Stock! - Duration: 9:36.

hello everyone and thanks for tuning

into the financial investor channel my

name is Brent and today we're gonna be

adding a new stock to the Roth IRA

account over on m1 finance so during

this week's video stocks with X

difference next week I covered six

stocks that have X students one of them

really caught my eye

it was Stanley Black & Decker so here we

have ticker symbol swk Black & Decker

the schools of course sells power hand

tools mechanical access solutions

electronic security and monitoring

systems across both United States and

international as well it does have an

extended next Thursday payout day on the

18th of September now looking at the

stock you know their current prices up

nineteen nineteen point three percent on

average for the past ten years that's a

very healthy return now the past is no

you know prediction of how the futures

gonna go but their dividend increases

sitting at a ten point six percent

ending you know increase over the last

ten years here their dividend growth has

been for the past fifty years

so back sends what nineteen what is that

nineteen seventy sometime this stock has

paid a dividend and continued to raise

their dividend year over year over year

now what caught my attention is this

one's currently trading with a dividend

yield of one point eight two it recently

has had an increase in its dividend put

in it with a yield over price the price

has been hurt since the beginning of the

year may be due to tariffs but its

financial metrics are looking very

positive here revenue net income free

cash flow all up triple digits or double

digits year over here over the last ten

years also current p/e ratio is at a

twenty one point seven five which is

below both the S&P 500 and the industry

average for the most part I'm gonna go

ahead and consider that valued its

forward p/e is at a seventeen point

three one and expected to grow their

earnings from a dollar sixty three to

two dollars and eighty

since in the in the upcoming year that's

a very nice you know increase there now

when I had looked at them they looked

very inexpensive price book prices sales

wise currently trading undervalued in my

opinion so I'm gonna go ahead and show

you guys in this video how to add a new

stock to your portfolio over on m1

finance so here I do have my portfolio

I've never added a new stock to it since

we built it back in January of 2018 so

it does still have all of its 15 stocks

originally added to the portfolio in

order to add a new stock to this

portfolio you'll click Edit at the top

you'll click Add

we'll have to type in the ticker symbol

for this so this was swk for Stanley

black & decker here we'll just add a

plus signal make sure it's here on the

bottom and select add now we do need to

allocate 7% or whatever percent you

would like to add to this position I

would like to add it as a primary so

about like another six or seven percent

so initially I'm gonna go ahead and

because this one has had a very nice

it's here years of growth as far as

dividend goes I believe they're gonna be

going forward very strong I could you

know I could see this one very easily

continuing to pay out during recessions

and raising their dividends during the

recessions as well so I have no problem

adding it into my portfolio as a 7% or

now I will need to reduce some target

percent equities for some of my other

stocks so in order to put 7% into the

stock I do need to remove seven you know

a stock one or two percent from the

other stocks here in my portfolio so

AT&T I am gonna knock that one down to

six I'm gonna go ahead and knock

Lockheed Martin down to six as well

prax there I'll knock that one down to

six

I'll try oh this is one I've been

wanting to kind of move lower and lower

in my portfolio I'm gonna knock that one

down to two and here that leaves me with

I do have a hundred and two so I do need

to decrease just a few more by two

percent cat

piller still a great stock I'm gonna go

to just knock it down one and I do need

one additional one there I'm gonna go

ahead and move Pfizer down to a 6% so

that puts me with Stanley Black & Decker

up at 7% of my portfolio I'm gonna go

ahead and keep Apple Johnson & Johnson

Kimberly Clark black stone WP Carey and

Walmart at my seven percenters and go

ahead and add that to my portfolio

whoops and that's not that escape and

I'm gonna go ahead and hit save here so

if you are sure you want to make these

changes your portfolio any or remove

slices will be sold during the next

trading window for seeds will be

reinvested into this pie I'm not trading

or removing anything from this portfolio

I'm gonna go ahead and hit confirm and

there we are our portfolio has been

updated we can now see down here that

Stanley Black & Decker has been added to

the portfolio

there's no point current equity in it

and the actual equity percent is null

and its target at 7% now if I want to

fund this

I want to fund it to 7% of my portfolio

I want to hit its target so what I'm

gonna go do is bust out my handy-dandy

calculator which is right here now the

target I wanted to be 7% of my portfolio

so in order to do this I could just take

the current equity of the portfolio 5910

and subtract 7% so that would put me at

413 dollars and 70 cents so I can take

this number copy it in order to buy four

hundred and thirteen dollars of the

stock I'll go ahead and select it next

with this one selected you can see here

there's no value there's no gain there's

no return I will just go ahead and click

on buy and sell and here by Stanley

Black and Decker current value $0 we

just punch in how much money we want to

buy into this one for available orders

is negative four hundred and thirteen

dollars and 67 cents current cash

balance three cents

so I will see what happens here train

the next trade window by Stanley Black &

Decker amount four hundred and thirteen

dollars and seventy cents alright actual

order amount may deviate slightly from

your input amount so let's see how m1

Finance fulfills these orders so it's if

I don't have the cash a lack of cash

available to complete buys if you do not

have enough cash available to to trade

for all buy orders m1 will have to

prorate the order to match the available

cash example user submits a hundred of a

buy order for stock a 100 buy order for

stock B and a hundred dollars in

available cash m1 will procreate these

orders to $50 for stock a and $50 for

stock B you can always see your

available cash nearby order submission

screen okay so based off what I am

reading I won't be able to actually make

that but what I can do is fund it

wonderful allow me to do this I'm gonna

go ahead and deposit four hundred and

thirteen dollars and seventy cents into

the account making contributions for

2018 go ahead and hit confirm and

confirm there as well and there we are

we have some pending details of when

this will go on in the next trading day

and that should be yet I'm gonna go

ahead and let it sit and you can see

here that there is a trade initiated

here with the little signal there on the

bottom right there so that should be all

that is needed in order to complete this

trade we'll come back here in another

video and probably doing our weekly

recap we'll take a look at the portfolio

and see how that one has been initiated

and added to the portfolio so that is it

for this video I did want to create just

a very simple video again I'm going to

be adding ticker symbol swk to my

portfolio

let's X divin is coming up next week

it's financial mess

looked very nice when doing the review

of stocks that had backs given is next

week and that is it for this video thank
