welcome to my channel

today i'm going to make a different and stylish indoor hanging basket planter

now

Palmyra baskets and Polythene bag

first

inserting the polythene bag into the basket

just pull out a little bit polythene through hole at the bottom basket

then

cut the polythene to make a water drainage

next

putting the soil

the soil mixture is coco peat 50%, sand 30% and compost 20%

and you can use peat moss instead of coco peat

then

place the plant in center of the basket

add remaining soil and completely cover the roots with soil

after that

cut the excess polythene

finally

put some peat moss or stones or fresh moss on the top layer of the soil

pour water thoroughly

pour water every two days

keep this planter in indoor or shady and indirect sunlight areas

USTR to end public comment on third China tariff list - Duration: 2:15.

I see, and with this escalating trade war, what about Korea?

How has it been affected and what should the government do?

Well, China and the U.S. are Korea's top two trading partners, accounting for more than

a third of its exports.

This trade war has long been cited as a major downside risk to Korea's economy, given how

it is closely tied to the global value chain.

So far, according to the Bank of Korea, Korea's exports in the second quarter posted zero-point-four

percent growth, slowing down from 4-point-four percent second-quarter growth last year....as

semiconductor exports increased but home appliances, ships and autos fell sharply.

Korea mainly ships intermediary goods to China, which would be affected by the tariffs when

finished goods are exported to the U.S.

Also, the slow down in the Chinese economy and global market jitters could hurt Korean

exports."

And there are a lot of variables to watch closely.

After declaring a truce in the trade war with Europe in July, the U.S. has just renegotiated

its trade deal with Mexico and it is now negotiating with Canada...which could change the terms

on agriculture and autos.

For instance, the U.S. and Mexico agreed that 75 percent of the value of vehicles exported

to the U.S. would have to come from North American-made parts...which could lead to

higher tariffs on auto imports from countries outside of North America.

Korea has hedged trade uncertainties by amending the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement, getting

an exemption on steel quotas, agreeing on a 25 percent tariff rate on Korean pickup

trucks and doubling South Korea's import cap on U.S. vehicles... but it's not 100 percent

certain that it will stay like this as President Trump renegotiates trade deals with other

countries and further isolates China.

Experts say, the Korean government and autos and steel exporters should continue their

outreach efforts to negotiate with U.S. counterparts to secure Korea's footing.

Korea VR Festival shows future of virtual reality - Duration: 2:18.

With its potential for application in everything from computer games, TV and movies,... virtual

reality is a key technology of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

An event displaying the latest VR trends, is giving visitors a glimpse of what's to

come.

Our Lee Min-Sun takes us to the Korea VR Festival.

Seoul might seem like a place where it's impossible to experience skydiving, but not so for visitors

at the five-day Korea VR festival.

Under the theme "Experience the 4th Industrial Revolution through Virtual Reality," the

festival kicked off its third edition Wednesday in the Sangam-dong area.

In virtual reality, visitors can try all kinds of shooting, sports and musical games.

"I tried this VR game and it felt real and natural.

It was fun to play."

If you're worn out on activities, you can sit back in massage chair and have a relaxing

time in a virtual reality forest… or test your nerves by walking on the edge of a tall

building.

"It was really scary… it felt so real that I cried."

You can even check out the meeting room where the historic inter-Korean summit was held

in April.

"Not only can visitors enjoy various VR games and experiences, but they can also get

a glimpse into the future of VR technology."

Scores of companies are showcasing a range of VR products and services that will be used

in military training, machine maintenance, education and medical surgery.

The medical sector, in fact, is one of the most promising industries looking to adopt

the technology.

Patients can simply put on the VR gear to get psychological consultation and therapy.

And doctors can polish up on their surgery skills with the VR training program.

The Internet of Things, AI and 5G are the basic technologies of the 4th Industrial Revolution.

It is expected that many kinds of services will combined with VR and AR devices.

And 5G will be commercialized next year."

Although the VR is not fully ready for customers yet, experts hope commercialization will speed

up as the accompanying technologies improve.

Another new phase in the U.S.-China trade war.

Public hearing deadline on 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese imports is due in less than

an hour from now..

What it means and what could happen after the deadline, we have our business correspondent

Kim Hyesung with us for more details.

Hi Hyesung, Hi Ji-yoon.

Hyesung, so can ou tell us more on what could unfold frm now?

Are we going to see Trump impose tariffs on all 200 billion dollars of goods?

Right, this is the deadline for American businesses to submit written comments on the U.S. Trade

Representative's proposal of imposing tariffs on 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese imports

announced in July.

Now, President Trump is expected to make the next move, be it imposing tariffs in different

phases or a lump sum.

As a recap, The Trump Administration slapped 25 percent tariffs on 34 billion dollars of

Chinese imports in July and another 16 billion last month.

Beijing has retaliated each step of the way.

It's also threatened to respond to the newest round of tariffs, if implemented.

(Chinese) September 6, 2018 "If the U.S. ignores most companies' opposition

in the hearings, acts arbitrarily and imposes any new tariffs, China will have to take necessary

countermeasures.

"

Tech companies like Cisco Systems and a coalition of the National Retail Federation and 150

organizations submitted letters, urging the USTR to avoid imposing more tariffs.

They said it would raise costs to consumers and the tariffs imposed so far haven't led

to any meaningful concessions.

But for now, the tit-fot-tat trade war is likely to escalate further at least until

the November mid-term elections in the U.S. as both high level and low level talks between

Washington and BEijing were unable to reach an agreement.

Which Build Is Better? - Best Karrie Build | Mobile Legends - Duration: 11:16.

Hey guys it's betosky here with another mobile legends video,

So Karrie has been getting quite popular lately and there's this new meta build going around,

which the main objective it's to prioritize maximize cooldown reduction so you can spam

her second skill.

Now, I like the idea of spamming her second skill but going to the extreme with the cooldown

reduction item I think it's a bit pointless.

Now let me explain.

Her second skill at max level only has 2 seconds cooldown and the difference between 20% or

40% of a 2 second skill it's really not that noticeable.

Now the other part that you have to understand about Karrie.

Her main source of damage it's actually from her passive, which the more you attack

the same target the more damage you will deal over item, kind of like having a passive demon

hunter sword.

But now if you can double that passive by actually building her demon hunter sword and

make it three times more efficient with golden staff, oh boi, we are talking about massive

burst damage output in a short time.

Of course I am not talking about the right build or the wrong build, it's really up

to the player playstyle, so if you doubt deciding on her build, I would highly suggest you to

try both and see which one works for you.

So I am going to leave you guys with this gameplay which I am using the golden staff

build and the demon hunter sword.

Well we cast a survey across all the

Western democracies and the Greens and

their friends have only succeeded in one

place of trying to do what they're doing

here. The other democracies have retained

the Lord's Prayer before their

Parliament are all around the world. So

that respect for our tradition has

nothing to do with accommodating other

faiths. And remember there's no

compulsion about it. The Greens don't

even show up for it in the Senate.

There's no compulsion it's just

something under standing orders that

senators who hold those views and want

to continue they and they seem to

represent the majority who for faith and

tradition reasons want to keep prayers

in the parliament. [Do you think it's that

that sinister though? I get

your point about tradition but there'd be

members of other faiths in this country

who go well I don't know if it's

necessarily what I want the Parliament

to be doing. I mean churches are

there for people to reflect on matters

spiritual but why do we need to have a

recital of any type of religious verse

before we get down to the business of

running the country?] If there's any merit to that argument when you look at the opinion

polls about retaining the Lord's Prayer

in Parliament they strongly support

retaining it. We've done our own polling

on that front more than about 80% of the

public want to keep them there. So I

don't think the Australian public are

really worried about something like this.

There are bigger issues like Chinese

influence in our country that's what the

Australian people want politicians to

it was liquid liner

and after I finished this eye

the bottle of liner

there wasn't anything left

so I had to find another eyeliner to do this eye

here there's liquid liner

and there's gel liner here

and because they're two different materials

I had to try and correct this side

because the look was different and it annoyed me and

10 minutes later

I *finally* finished my eyeliner

and now I'm here

and that's that. It's already been 4 minutes

I passed the DELF B2 and I'm super stoked

now I'm in the process of reaching the C1 level

it's cool... it's a little terrifying because

there's a biiggg

distance between the B2 and the C1

because the B2 is the B2 and the C1 is the C1

but it's really different

between the levels right anyways

the things I'm doing to improve meh mi ma eh

to improve my French

first of all

I started reading in French

I'm already on...

I put it underneath my computer because I'm tall and

I put my computer on my chair

and it's too... it's not tall enough for me

so my book is under my computer

and I'm currently reading the Divergent series

I already read it in English

right now I'm reading it in French

and I'm on the 3rd book of the series

it's great. It's a good exercise to improve a language

you learn a lot of vocabulary

it's fun. I like reading

yeah, it's good.

I'm gonna make a video about reading later

I have a blog post in French on my blog if you want to read it.

but yeah, I'm reading Divergente

Other things

I'm watching videos in French on YouTube

almost exclusively in French

I don't really watch videos in English now

I watch videos in French every day

for around 30 minutes

sometimes it's more, sometimes it's less

but about 30 minutes of videos in French

and it's helping so much with listening comprehension

I'm not watching videos about "how to learn French"

things like that

I mean of course it's good to watch things like that from time to time

but in general I prefer to watch vlogs

makeup tutorials

things like how to cook

but yeah I like watching vlogs

I'll put some links to channels I enjoy watching below

if that interests you

I talk with a teacher/tutor on italki

2-3 times per week

because I don't know any French speakers in my "real life"

ok it's real life on italki too but

I don't know people (avec lesquelles) who I can talk to

everyday

it's quotidiennement

so I use italki and it's really effective

I love my teachers

we...

talk...

they correct me

it's cool

I use Instagram a lot as well

to talk with people who speak French, Chinese, Swedish

any language!

it's easier when it's in a language I speak

it's super effective and it motivates me a lot

because when I don't feel like studying or revising languages

when I feel a little discourages because

I'm learning something difficult

and I tell myself

ugh I can't do it! it's too difficult, it's too hard I want to stop

then I go on Instagram

I see the stories, the posts, the comments

of other people who are learning languages

and it's a huge source of motivation for me

and if you're also learning languages

and you don't know people in your "real life" who are learning languages

who love languages

who are polyglots... things like that

I recommend you make an Instagram account

it's great

and the 4th? 3rd?

I think it's the 4th thing

that I'm going to ... uh...

that I'm doing to improve my French level

is to start speaking French every day

and I know I already said that I talk with my teachers on italki 2-3x per week

and it's true, it's helping me a lot

but in order to improve my speaking level

I need to practise speaking every day

that's what you gotta do to improve (*fait)

and I don't really like speaking

right now I feel more comfortable

which is great now

but I'm doing the 30 day speaking challenge

and also

the record yourself challenge

In our world, there is one place where collected motorcycles of all nations of the world!

Let's return to the design of the motorcycle. Why is it the best motorcycle design of the Second World War?

After all, someone can say: no, it was the Zundapp KS 750 or the BMW R75.

They were like hefty monsters with a drive to the wheel of a sidecar and hydraulic brakes.

But this bike was better because:

It was cheaper.

Because it was the only mass army motorcycle of those times with a suspension.

Soft suspension of the rear wheel, which allowed to increase cross-country passability, because the rear wheel was able to repeat the geometric contours of the road, which was increasing the adhesion of the wheel.

The traditional BMW telescopic front fork with hydraulic brakes was used on M-72.

Very reliable and complex frame of pipes. Also, a sidecar was used.

And in general, this motorcycle turned out to be a real warrior,

you can compare it, look at the link, with the BMW R75 and the Zundapp KS 750, which, of course, are in our collection, and which, of course, are so good to drive, but

you will see that the Russians outplayed the vaunted German engineers in details.

GMA's Ginger Zee Candidly Talks About Her Battle with Depression: 'I was So Fragile' - Duration: 4:44.

 Ginger Zee is opening up about her battle with depression.  The Good Morning America chief meteorologist, who previously revealed to PEOPLE that she was diagnosed with depression at 21, candidly spoke about her decision to reach out for help seven years ago in an emotional Instagram post Thursday

 "It's been seven years since I finally took the critical step of taking myself to an inpatient facility," Zee said on Club Mental's Instagram page

"My mom had been urging me to do this since I struggled with anorexia in my early teens

"  Zee, now 37, explained that getting professional help took longer than expected because she couldn't find a therapist who was a "good fit" and she "wasn't ready to improve

"  Upon being offered her "dream job" at GMA in 2011, Zee realized she "needed to get to the bottom of the depression" that was affecting her for over 20 years

 "I was flirting with suicidal thoughts just before I moved to New York and just knew with the pressure of a new job and the transition I always struggled with that it was time to commit to getting healthy," she explained

 Although scary at first, Zee says her short time in the mental health facility became a "reality check" and helped her find a regular therapist who she's comfortable with

 "I was so fragile," she admitted. "…but the work we did and the demons I was able to get out were so healing

"  And since working with the professional, the GMA meteorologist says her life has been changed for the better

 "He was the first person who was ready to help me overhaul my relationship with myself and with other people," she revealed

"…Life has never been the same in the best way thanks to the simple exercises he taught me and I am committed to practicing

"  Still, Zee admits this process, though rewarding, continues to also be challenging

 "I don't think depression ever goes away. I think we learn new ways to live with it and identify with it before it spirals," she explained, noting how nervous she was the night before her book, Natural Disaster: I Cover Them

I Am One released. The book, which discusses her suicide attempt, was released in 2017

 "I've had my healthiest seven years in my life, and so many great life experiences have come from being a mentally healthy person," she said

 Part of those "great life experiences" include Zee's marriage to Pickler & Ben host Ben Aaron in 2014 and the birth of their two sons Adrian Benjamin in 2016 and Miles Macklin in February

 After welcoming her first son, Zee told PEOPLE how motherhood has given her new strength and perspective

 "I'm now focused on not just myself, but on keeping my family happy and healthy," she said

"You have bigger things than [your own problems]. That has helped a lot — being a mother has helped incredibly

"  The mother-of-two has also been vocal about her husband's unwavering support throughout this process, noting how fortunate she is to be married to someone who doesn't judge her past

 But even with the peaks that Zee has experienced in her life, she still remembers the valleys she has overcome and is embracing it as she moves forward

 "Just because I've had an unbelievable career and life stretch doesn't mean I haven't had low moments," she said

"Now I know how to deal and who to go to if I don't think I can overcome it alone

It is so empowering, that self-control is like a buoy that keeps me up."

The Senate Judiciary Committee erupted into angry clashes on the final day of Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh's confirmation – with Sen

Cory Booker saying he will face possible expulsion by releasing a document deemed confidential

'This is about the closest I will probably have to an "I am Spartacus moment," said Booker, referencing the Hollywood classic about a slave rebellion in ancient Rome

The New Jersey Democrat identified a Kavanaugh document related to racial profiling among the tens of thousands deemed 'committee confidential' – meaning senators can view them but they have not been released to the public in advance of the hearing

'I understand the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate,' Booker told his colleagues

Republican Sen. John Cornyn tangled with Booker, saying he 'knowingly violated the rules

' 'I knowingly violated the rules that were put forth. I'm told the committee confidential rules have no consequences

So, sir, I come from a long line as all of us do as Americans of understanding what that kind of civil disobedience is and I understand the consequences

Iam before your process is finished, I am going to release the e-mail about racial profiling,' said Booker, a possible presidential candidate

'I understand the penalty comes with potential ousting from the Senate. If Senator Cornyn believes I have violated senate rules, I openly invite and accept the consequences of my team releasing that e-mail right now

' Booker continued: 'I'm releasing it to expose that,number one, e-mails are being withheld from the public, have nothing to do with national security

Nothing to jeopardize the sanctity of those ideals that I hold dear. Instead, what I'm releasing this document right now to show, sir, is that we have a process here for a person, the highest office in the land, for a lifetime appointment, we're rushing through this before me and my colleagues can even read and digest the information

Panel chairman Sen. Charles Grassley jumped in and implied Booker was grandstanding

'Can I ask you how long you are going to say the same thing three or four times?' Cornyn took a shot at Booker's motives

'Running for president is no excuse for violating the rules of the Senate,' he said at one point

'This is no different from the senator deciding to release classified information that is deemed classified by the executive branch because you happen to disagree with the classification decision

That is irresponsible and outrageous. And I hope that the senator will reconsider his decision, because no senator deserves to sit on this committee or serve in theSenate in my view if they decide to be a law unto themselves and willingly flout the rules of the Senate and the determination of confidentiality and classification,' said Cornyn, the number two GOP Senate leader

'That is irresponsible and conduct unbecoming a senator.' At another point, Booker taunted Cornyn: 'If what he said was sincere, there actually are Senate rules governing the behavior of senators

If he feels that I, and now my fellow colleagues who are with me, have violated those rules, if he is not a tempest in a tea pot but believes that, then bring the charges

' 'Go through the Senate process to take on somebody that you said is unbecoming to be a senator

Let's go through that process. 'Because I think the public should understand that at a moment that somebody is up for a lifetime appointment, that this issue does the public have a right to know,' he said

The Senate can only expel a senator with a vote of two-thirds of its members, a hurdle Republicans could not hope to muster in the 51-49 body they control

'If somebody's going to land those charges, I hope that they will follow through,' Booker said, running through a list of fellow Democrats on the committee

'I hope that they will bring charges against us,' he said. 'And I am ready to accept the full responsibility for what I have done

' Cornyn read from Senate rules in response: 'Any senator, officer or employee of the Senate who shall disclose the secret or confidential business or proceedings of the Senate, including the business and proceedings of the committees, subcommittees and offices of the senate, shall be liable if a senator to suffer expulsion from the body and if an officer or employee to dismissal from the service of the Senate and to punishment or contempt

4 Struggles Of Being A Creative People In An Uncreative World

One of the hardest things you can imagine is being a creative person in an uncreative

world.

There used to be such a high regard for artists and other creative minds that they were quite

literally revered.

In this video, I'm going to show you 4 struggles of creative people in an uncreative world.

Nowadays making a living doing something creative is almost impossible.

Sure, technology has created more outlets for expression, but to monetize those outlets

is a burden that most people can't bear.

Having a creative mind is more of a burden than some people understand.

Sitting in a cubicle working through mundane tasks when you'd rather be painting, singing,

or writing is a kind of personal hell that so many creative people have to endure every

day.

For some people, it was 12 years in the computer business.

For some others, it is a lifetime of going through the motions to make sure the mortgage

is paid.

If you have a creative mind, these are most likely 4 struggles you know are all too real:

#1.

The "Real Job" Conundrum

All of our lives we are told that we need to "go out and get a real job."

Apparently you have to be a famous writer, actor, artist, or musician for it to be a

"real job."

As a creative person, there is no correlation between fame or money and doing what it is

that you love.

People don't understand that you do what you do out of a personal need to create, not

a need to be compensated.

An insurance salesman doesn't sell life insurance because they have a personal need

to sell insurance – they do it to make money.

For creative people, the process of creation is our reward.

Unfortunately, you can't pay your rent with self-satisfaction.

#2.

Choosing Convention over Creativity

So, because of the burdens of responsibility, you end up suppressing those creative desires.

You get that "real job" that your parents and peers have pushed on you.

Now your energy focus becomes supporting a life you can't enjoy with endeavours that

only serve to get you by, instead of endeavours that actually fulfill you as a person.

Sure, you're being a "responsible adult" but inside you feel empty.

You get that feeling that you are a kid sitting in a classroom when you'd rather be on the

playground.

The playground is where it's at.

On the same token, you fear falling into the "starving artist" cycle.

Somehow you become thankful for your conventional, albeit soul-crushing, job.

Think of it like Stockholm Syndrome where you are both the hostage and the captor.

#3.

The Burdens of Doubt

As you progress into a career that fits like a shoe that is two sizes too small, you start

to dream of breaking out and doing whatever it is that you love.

This is when the "doubt monster" peeks out from the shadows and reminds you that

you have bills, and responsibilities, and commitments.

"You can't make a living doing what you love," he will say.

No matter how passionate you are about what it is that you want to create, you doubt your

ability to make a living at it.

Your "passion" becomes a "dream".

Running off to join the circus, no matter how badly you want to, just seems like an

impossibility.

#4.

Expectations of Others

Then there comes a time when you finally take that flying leap off of the bridge of what

you have to do to make money into the unknown abyss of what you want to do.

Maybe you've saved up some money, maybe you haven't.

Either way, you've chosen to pursue your dreams.

The people around you in your life will look at you with their sheep eyes, and try to convince

you that you've gone crazy.

You look back at them with your creative eyes and try to convince them that they are crazy

for being cogs in a machine that they have no control over.

You embrace the struggle and pour your soul into whatever it is that you're doing, no

matter the financial repercussions.

Finally, you're alive.

But no matter how far you move forward, people still have their expectations of you.

All of the sudden you dread the question, "what do you do for a living?"

Well, that's the 4 struggles of creative people in an uncreative world.

In the end, the choice is your, and yours alone, to do whatever you want to do.

Life is way too short to spend it in a thankless, unfulfilling job.

Life is also too short to spend it worrying about how you can pay your bills.

If I can offer any advice for someone looking to break out of the cycle and get into a creative

career, it would be this: Take your time.

It's not a transition that is going to happen over night, so be smart about it.

Being creative is so often tied to being compulsive, so try to go about making the transition intelligently.

There are always going to be people that question your choices, but I promise you: there is

a whole world of people who will support your decision, and look forward to what it is that

you have to share with us.
