I'm so excited I'm sorry that I literally just started this video out

with a actual scream but I am so beyond excited today because I am going to be

showing you guys all of the new releases from Maybelline and a hardy gnome so

excited to tell you guys about this so I just created this makeup look look at

that eye light I just created this makeup look using all the new releases

from Maybelline and kind of showed you guys like all of my first impressions my

thoughts how they wear how they apply everything like that so if you want to

see how I got this look but also just learn about all the new releases from

the drugstore from Maybelline specifically and then just keep watching

I just went to a launch party for Maybelline last night and I wasn't on

planet planning to film today because I'm actually going out of town tomorrow

so I was like I'll have all my video filmed I'll have everything done so I

don't have to worry about then I went to this launch party and I was like oh my

god I need to do a video on all the new products so here I am I thought I would

just try out all the new products on camera for you guys and you all already

know what I am most excited about these new fit me loose powders I have a

complete obsession with Maybelline fit me matte and poreless foundation it's my

favorite foundation of all all life honestly of all time of all lives of all

history it's so good and you guys obviously know that because I've talked

about a million and one times here on my channel but when they came when I saw

that they were coming out with this they posted on their Instagram and then so

many of you guys were tagging me in the colony like oh my god Rox you are going

to die and lit literally I did and I'm still dying a little bit on the inside

so I thought I would start with this in this first impression because I'm this

is the thing I'm most excited about obviously and I never start with face

makeup so this is like really different for me so let's just go ahead and good

story shall we so this is the Maybelline fit me loose finishing powder as I just

said it is colored it is not a translucent powder which I thought was

interesting and it looks like it comes in one two three four five six seven

shades so the shapes range from 0-5 fair ten fair light

um let's see that's 115 light 20 light medium 25 medium 30 medium deep and then

35 deep so this is the deepest color that they carry and then this is the

lightest color so that's kind of like the color range but I think for me I

think it's probably going to go with light medium we'll try it out and see

and if not then probably the medium but I am just like SuperDuper these are my

real nails you guys and this just makes me so upset also might my primer is

creasing well I just use concealer but this is making me beyond upset right now

you know how long it took me to grow out these nails we're just going to pretend

like that didn't happen and just leave it because it's still like connected on

the side so anyways okay so 20 light medium is what I am going to try I am

NOT going to use my nails and all right so I'm just going to take a little bit

and put it into the pallet here and let me just real quick

press into the concealer that I already have done okay

back to this powder whew I really like that shade match it's like not too late

and not too dark for my skin tone and for reference I usually wear the shade

228 soft tan now in the Maybelline fit me I was using 230 but now I feel like

228 actually matches me a little bit better I should kind of like that it's

not white or translucent powder just because I feel like it won't have as bad

a flashback and I feel like it's going to look a lot more just like your

natural skin but what I've been doing lately is baking in you know the under

eye area and then around the smile lines but then taking a bigger fluffy powder

brush and almost just setting the rest of my face with translucent powder i

found that this really really locks in the makeup especially during the summer

month when you know we need it the most we need a little bit more help this has

been really helping me and I use kind of like patting motions or like pressing

motions I don't buff a in I press it in

Oh voice leo Maybelline okay I really really like this yeah

it's giving me like a very flawless - but it doesn't look cakey at all and I

feel like it gives a little bit of extra coverage which I mean because my skin is

in like absolute turmoil right now it's so bad you can see right there

oh but so yeah I'm looking for that coverage okay this is definitely

definitely a hit for me so far I am going to right take you guys out like

out and about with me today just to see how the product wear throughout the day

I do like to do that in first inversion is just to like kind of get like the

full picture and whatnot but now that I've you know experienced you know

the powder that I've been dying to try I think I am going to actually move back

to the eyes so I know I'm going like really really out of order today from

even what I normally would do which is already like a crazy order but I just

like I needed to try this out so for eyeshadow they did come out with some

new palettes these are called the city mini palettes and it looks like they

have six different shades so they have this one which is called downtown

sunrise they have concrete runway which has like a bluish tint to it they have

this one so pretty rooftop bronzes I'm sorry I just woke up literally I'm not

kidding you I got home last night and I was like literally I am going to wake up

as early as possible to film this video before I do anything else today because

I couldn't wait okay so the city mini palette rooftop bronzes the graffiti pop

which is like a really really pretty purple I like that for luxury and then

we have blue chill brunch neutral okay I think I might use this one today I know

I'm kind of debating between the bronzy and this one and then this last one is

called urban jungle so it has a little bit more like olive tones to it so let's

turn these babies out honestly they look really cute

they're like little mini pellets um yeah I think I'm gonna go with that launching

one oh pretty good I feel like I just let my

stinger go a little bit on the end but honestly pretty pigmented let's do one

of the shimmering shoes oh my god honestly like drugstore palettes or

drugstore eye shadows in general mostly palettes honestly they're not usually my

favorite things in the world but these are please darn good Oh

oh my god okay yeah no big deal right there oh my

god I'm like pretty darn impressed with that not going to lie let me just start

off by doing the boring stuff I'm going to take this the cream shade down there

and just go ahead and Pat that into the eye to set down the concealer that I

used as primer Jay because we all see that we need it it's like creasing like

crazy that's the one thing I do like using concealer as lid primers but it

creases so badly unless you set it right away

then I think I'm going to take this beautiful Molly shade right here in the

middle and I'm going to use that as our transition shade and just put that right

into the crease using windshield wiper motions these are pretty pigmented you

can see right here I like went way too heavy-handed so yeah just something to

put out there now I think I'm going to take that really pretty plum shade up

here and put that onto the outer and inner corners to kind of make like a

halo I will see how pigmented those ooh-whoo

and a little bit of fallout but I think it's because they're pretty buttery

honestly this nail it's gone it's a goner I couldn't save it this time just

don't pay attention to this finger now reverse of this video please I think for

that middle part I want to take this metallic shade over here I didn't flush

this one so let's see oh it's like a really pretty champagne a shade oh no

it's like kind of rose gold but I do really want to make it like extra extra

pigmented so I'm just going to spray it with a little bit of makeup forever

missing 6 and just that's pretty Oh what do we think Sam really think they

actually came out with two different kinds of liners I believe so these are

the two sort of new additions to the Maybelline liner fan so this is the

curvature liner which looks interesting I don't know what it's all about

okay so it is a salt tip and it looks like it has a curve so that you can get

that wing go in but they also came out with metallics which look beautiful this

is the one that I'm like so excited to use it's called stellar sand how pretty

is that like I'm obsessed also this gold this is solar gold I would probably use

these over top of something else because now that i'm swatching them they are

less opaque than I thought they were going to be but I think they would be

really pretty like if you had maybe like a brown gel liner and then put the gold

on top that would be so fire but I think for today I kind of want to try out this

because I know this is like this is the newest to the newest to the game they

were telling me last night at the event that they hadn't even tried it out like

the Maybelline team yet so let's go ahead I've never used a liner

this shape I think you might can you turn it no no you can't turn it okay so

oh I'm kind of nervous all of a sudden okay by Genki little finger whoo it's

really really black I hope that it dries down Matt doh

because I really like matte liners these wings got so big so fast I don't even

know what happened I feel like I got to tone it down a little bit obviously this

is my first time using it so I was kind of like trying to get a handle on it but

I do really like the finish of it because it is drying down Matt so I'm

very happy about that oh I like this I I like how this I

turned out better probably is my second try but ooh dude you can get a really

really sharp line back there and I'm just going to go ahead and pop on it my

favorite to your cien lashes as well just finish off the rest of the eye

makeup on that bottom section and then we are going to move straight back to

the base I am so freakin excited to try this out so this is the Maybelline

master bronze bronze and highlight kit their blush palette that looks really

similar to this is so good so let's see this baby I'm not going in

my nails it looks like this is the highlighter let's launch it Oh looks

pretty y'all feel actually pretty pigmented and then these or the three

bronzer shade

they do look um pretty on the light side I mean this is the light shade of the

pallet I didn't get any other shades so this is the only shade that I have I'm

not sure if they have a deeper one but even for my skin tone this is like a

little bit on the light side for me the highlighter is beautiful and then I

think I'm gonna have to go for this darker shade the darkest one on the

palette and see how that goes actually you know what altought some

contour can I now these are like a little bit

shimmery so I don't really recommend using them for contour to be honest so

let's just go ahead and use this for some bronzer real quick that is actually

really really pretty it's like it's very neutral so I feel like this is the type

of bronzer that you should go for if you you know don't ever really want to look

too balloonfish which I mean I don't know who who really wants that but yeah

that's actually really nice very very natural-looking and then me

very very natural but let's build it up I'll just add some contour in with my

Charlotte Tilbury palette just literally whatever you have on hand

now for the part I have been waiting for this entire video the highlighter so my

friend Carly actually already told me about this and she said it was like

super bomb like SuperDuper pigmented and metallic and it's literally called the

metallic highlighter the master chrome face studio metallic highlighter okay

it's called molten gold that's the shade name and let's do a swatch oh my god it

is so buttery like you see that oh my god I'm literally dying right now this

you know honestly this was really similar to my other favorite highlighter

let me get it real quick this guy which actually also happens to be from

Maybelline but this is the expert wear eye shadow in the glow down I want to

see how similar they are because they look really really really similar so

this guy over here is the glow down eyes shadow from Maybelline that you guys

have seen you use as highlighter a lot of times and then this is the new master

chrome highlighter they are different this one is a little bit lighter this

one is a deeper set gold which honestly I'm all about that list I am so so

excited right now I love trying out new highlighters

baby's calling yo brah I'm filming okay sorry flight emergency with Davey

because we're going to like this museum later and she forgot her Beautyblender

so I have to like go and give it to her real quick so I got to finish this video

super quick but look at the highlight I feel like it's pretty popping honestly

if you love golden highlighters like I do you need this in your life

I actually ordered this on Amazon like a couple days ago I should be coming like

in a few days it should be filming today because I order two days ago on Amazon

Prime you already know Doh but yeah they have it on Amazon they probably have at

Target already you know you can check but they definitely have it on Amazon

because I already ordered it because I'm a crazy person and I love highlights

dude so pretty on the nose oh oh I like I like I like last step lift I've been

dying okay so let me let me let me start this over they came out with three

different new lip collection so the first is these right here so these are

actually a liquid lipstick they are matte and these are called the super say

matte ink and they are pretty to me like even just the packaging like I think it

looks really like modern and fun so they come in let's see seven shades

took me a while to come fit and I think this is what I'm going to try out today

is because like I've been dying to try those out but they also came out with

deep rest these guys which are more of like a high shine gloss these are the

vivid hot liquors lacquers liqueurs I always say liqueurs but I think it's

lacquer yeah these are the vivid hot lacquers and these are kind of like a

long wearing high shine lip gloss formula I've tried this I tried one

shade unreal because like I said I'm like a makeup obsessed person and as

soon as I saw these I was like yeah I'm gonna

try unreal but they these they have it target because that's where I bought it

and they were already sold out of like every other shades so I'm really really

grateful that I got all the shades now but yeah I've tried these they're very

very cool very good very I feel like they're pretty different because they

are pretty long wearing even though it's a glossy formula and they also came out

yeah Maybelline is just killing it with the lip collection metallic lipsticks

which I think are pretty cool I was watching them a little bit last night at

the launch party but they're really really pretty huh let me take off this

bronzer so this is the shade copper spark they have like a pretty I would

say like I'm dropping everything right now but I'm trying to get to Daisy so I

gotta hurry this up this is ooh that's actually really

pretty it's like a plummy shade with golden sparkle honestly like a pretty

unique shade range I would say I'm not like huge like look at this green soak

all right I'm not a huge metallic lip wear myself but I do think these are

really really different and fun you know like if you just want to play around

with something and it's going to be obviously affordable oh I think this is

probably my favorite shade oh so pretty that is

white gold okay so that's kind of like the gist of those let me swatch one of

these real quick for you because they're so pretty as well I'm going to swatch my

favorite shade which is unreal this is the one this is actually the only one

I've tried but oh my god so pretty these remind me kind of of the Kylie cosmetics

lip glosses but a lot more affordable and a lot more readily available so

pretty though right like look how shiny and beautiful and I love that they have

so many different like neutrals in here as well so very very pretty very

impressed with those when I wore them already and then this I really want to

use this shade right here so this is loyalist but I want kind of swatch in

this shade even though I don't want to wear because I don't think it will go

with my whoa so payment is I think it's going to dry

down that though but this one definitely won't go with my eyes so I'm going to

try out like I said loyalists when you see like a

full swatches for that that one's really pretty too these are so pigmented like I

don't know if you can see but literally I'm doing one swipe and it is just

everything like it's literally just swiping on completely opaque no patches

no nothing the shade actually looks really pretty this is 15 lover oh my god

that is such a like pretty and unique shade I don't think I hat honestly I

don't think I had anything like that I know that sounds crazy because I have

you know hundreds hundreds too many lip products but I actually don't think I

have anything like that so we are going to use a loyalist though and I guess

I'll just go write anything with it I guess I don't need you know a lip liner

please oh so pretty oh my god Oh oh my god this color everything there's

like my perfect um nude pink oh I really like the applicator actually because

it's pointed here so if you're not using a live wire like me today

you can kinda just like get right up in there I've never really felt a formula

like this before um I don't know how I feel about yet I

really want to see like how it wears throughout the day but I will say that

it's so opaque on the first try the color this color is beautiful I really

like the color the formula itself it's very slow drying which I'm not used to

it all but like I said I don't really know how I feel about it yeah that's

kind of weird I know but like hmm we will see because I will be taking guys

out and about with me today um on The Adventures of mundo zoo but

overall honestly I feel like mainly in plant kind of killing the game over here

this is bomb like you literally need this in your life I feel like the

drugstore I've set this before but the drugstore doesn't have like a lot of

great loose powders that the Cote air someone is good but I personally just

like don't really care for the smell I mean it's a good powder but just the

smell kind of Smith but this is bomb and I feel like

it provides good coverage the highlighter Booker we seem Emmeline you

guys do this in your life like my rock stars my glow Gators you got to get this

honestly honestly possibly umm I mean yeah like but overall I feel like they

really did a good job with all of these parts we just crazy because like there's

a lot of products and a lot of little mini collections within the new releases

so yellow steals Maybelline and I know I'm going to get comments being like

because it's not like patchy at all it's not wearing off it I was eating

entertaining the car on the way here and it's actually like staying on well it's

just that like it feels very tacky so then success will slip right now I'll

check back in a little bit we just finished lunch low-key I just in the

restroom to finish this or not finish but I like check-in on this video and

honestly I'm getting creasing right here I guess that's what often to be

completely honest and the lip Ian like grody

impress with a lip just because honestly it held up really well through lunch and

restroom now how does my makeup look for my first impression looks super good

here sectionals enough it actually is very good too you still need you heard

it from the highlights inner self what about the lips is it holding up I

feel like it did that is because you ate because I ate like a lot of coyly just

just from the inside inside a little bit yeah I like em up it's pretty hold on

overall friggin yes I've been wearing this makeup for it's four o'clock right

now and I believe I start at like 7:00 so I've honestly had it on a long time

and I've been like eating and drinking and like literally sweating like I was

actually like super super hot in that Museum because it was just overwhelming

but I'm not people and like everything so I would sit honestly it wears pretty

well I do kind of see what days you talking about how like on the inside it

or off it almost feels like it's like a rubber or something like a rubber layer

over your lips because it doesn't feel dry to me and I feel like rub it off and

it doesn't come off look at this nothing so I mean it's really really long

wearing it does kind of start to look like it's settling into the lines but is

on there is really on there those are my final thoughts I'm going to pretty much

go home and take my makeup off real quick because I've been wearing it for

so long like literally it's 5 o'clock now and I've pretty much had it on since

Most MYSTERIOUS Towns That Disappeared! - Duration: 12:46.

From hundreds of people going missing to abandoned places here are 7 real towns that mysteriously

disappeared.

#7 Roanoke Roanoke is literally known as "The Lost

Colony" and disappeared off the face of the earth in the 1500s.

On April 27, 1584, Sir Walter Raleigh set out to explore the eastern coast of North

America.

He and his crew arrived on Roanoke Island three months later.

They made friends with the natives, in theory, and were given info on the area.

Another explorer then went on an expedition.

There were five ships on the trip that were separated.

Thankfully, they had a plan as to where to meet.

After a few setbacks, lack of food, trips around the New World, and various incidents,

the leader of the expedition, Grenville, decided to leave a group of men to establish a colony

on Roanoke Island, saying he would return in April 1586 with supplies and more men.

April came and Grenville didn't return.

Famous explorer Sir Francis Drake was on a separate voyage, but knew of the group at

Roanoke.

He stopped by and offered to take the colonists back to England.

Several accepted.

The relief fleet arrived shortly after Drake's departure with the colonists.

But…by then, the colony was mostly abandoned.

Grenville left 15 men behind to maintain presence.

Sir Walter Raleigh was eventually ordered to pick the men up, but when he arrived his

crew found nothing except a skeleton that may have been the remains of one of the English

garrison.

While no one knows what happened to them the story gets even weirder.

When John White, appointed by Sir Walter Raleigh as governor of Roanoke Colony, returned to

England for more supplies in late 1587, he left behind his wife, his daughter and his

infant granddaughter.

Virginia Dare.

Fun fact: she was the first child born in the New World to English parents.

The relief group was delayed for three years due to ship raids and wars.

When John White returned for his family after 3 years, there was no one there.

No real sign of a struggle or a battle.

The only clue the word "CROATOAN" carved into a fence post.

Croatoan was the name of a Native American tribe and an island near Roanoke.

It is possible that the remaining colonists may have been absorbed into friendly Native

American tribes or attempted to return to England on their own but were lost at sea.

It is one of the most mysterious cases in history.

#6 Hoer Verde, Brazil This mass disappearance at Hoer Verde, occurred

with no evidence to suggest that any tragedy had occurred.

In 1923, some people went to visit the village.

They soon realized that it was a ghost town.

What made this village strange was that although it seemed…dead…it also seemed fresh.

Everything was still clean and taken care of but the population of 600 had disappeared.

They expected to see busy streets and lamps lit indoors.

As they traveled through the town…there was no one in sight.

Due to this strange discovery, the police were called and arrived shortly after.

As they went through town they passed by the schoolhouse.

The only strange thing they found was a gun which was filed as evidence.

It was later discovered that the gun had been fired the day before.

The blackboard also had the words, "There is no salvation" scrawled across it.

A large manhunt for the 600 people soon took place, but to no avail.

It is believed that the town was either evacuated due to a sharp change in weather, or to escape

guerillas.

Another theory suggests they did not escape, but were all murdered.

But if this was the case, there would have been bodies…or at least blood.

Another odd fact was that the phrase on the board wasn't in English or Portuguese, the

primary languages of Brazil.

It was maybe written in Latin, but it may have been just a simple Catholic school lesson

interrupted by an emergency that forced the residents out of the village.

There are very few original sources about this occurrence, and most of the references

come from an article translated from Russia so details are confusing.

To this day, no one knows for sure the reason for the disappearance or even if this story

was even true.

#5 Reschensee, Italy You've heard of men building lakes that

drown out villages, but the case of Reschensee, Italy, may be the most intriguing as it dates

back to the Roman Empire.

Lake Reshchen is one of the largest man-made lakes in the country at 120 million cubic

meters.

Those who do not know of its origins may think the steeple of a 14th-century church protruding

out of the water both odd and sacrilegious.

In fact, when the water freezes in winter, the steeple can be reached on foot!

Legend says that the bells can be heard at times, but of course, they were removed in

1950 so you might hear the ghost of a ringing bell, if that's possible.

Maybe an old spirit still resides in the church, ringing in the hour.

In total, 163 homes and over 1200 acres were submerged back in the 1940s simply so the

surrounding area could receive hydro-electricity.

Okay, so this one is not as mysterious as some of the others but if you didn't know

that it was flooded and submerged on purpose, you would think it was suuuuper mysterious!

#4 Dead Cities of Syria The Forgotten Cities, or the Dead Cities,

are a group of 700 abandoned settlements in northwest Syria.

Most of them date back to the 1st to 7th centuries, but strangely enough, it is believed the disappearance

of it citizens took place no later than the 8th century.

The remains contain very well-preserved architectural remains of dwellings, pagan temples, churches,

cisterns, and even bathhouses.

It is argued that these cities were of prosperous peasants, but others suggest that the architecture

is too impressive.

Still, many side that the peasants struck "gold" when they started trading olive

oil with outsiders.

Another side suggests that the route was simply what caused the city to flourish as it was

ideal for trading during the Byzantine Empire.

This would explain why change of powers and alternate trade routes would cause the residents

to flee as the trade route was no longer valid.

Many believe that if this is the case, the cities are a perfect example of how people

transition during changing times and eras.

The Dead Cities were inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2011, under the name

of "Ancient Villages of Northern Syria".

Tourists are welcome to visit at any time of year.

#3 Easter Island You probably know of Easter Island because

of the large, ancient statues, but do you know what happened to the people who lived

there?

No one knows exactly when the island was settled, but reports have set a range of 300 to 1200

AD.

Quite a big range for sure!

It is likely the Polynesians first settled here from the Gambier Islands or the Marquesas

Islands, both thousands of miles away.

Which is amazing considering the technology and travel abilities of the time.

When James Cook visited the island, one of his crew members, a Polynesian from Bora Bora,

was able to communicate with the natives.

Thus, it is believed that the residents were Polynesian.

According to missionaries of the 1860s, the settlers had an ariki, or high chief, with

power over nine other clans as well as their chiefs.

As in Ancient Egypt, it is believed the statues were created to honor ancestors, chiefs, or

other important personages.

But there are no 100% reliable accounts.

Everyone just seemed to have disappeared.

Of course there are many theories.

It is believed that cannibalism, rats infestations corrupting the plants, and an upheaval in

their social system brought about by a change in their island's ecology had resulted in

a drop in population.

Loss of trees also meant that they were not able to build houses or boats, and also eroded

the topsoil, making it infertile.

A Dutch ship visited the island, and something happened that caused a misunderstanding that

led to the murder of more than a dozen tribal members.

By the 1800s, the islanders had become hostile, not letting anyone near due to the chaos and

death the outsiders had brought.

Slave raiders eventually came and took more of the inhabitants and left them with smallpox

and other diseases.

By 1870, 97% of the population was gone.

It is believed that if Easter Island had been left alone, the population would have grown

rather than diminished, so the people on the island most likely disappeared because of

death caused by outsiders and unwanted visitors.

Today, various outsiders have taken over and what was once a peaceful island of indigenous

people sees little trace of the island it once was.

#2 Indus Valley The Indus Valley Civilization, or Harappa,

is known as one of the oldest standing in the world.

Its origins date back to before 3000 BC.

The Indus Valley Civilization is located in South Asia, extending from what today is northeast

Afghanistan to Pakistan and northwest India.

It joins Egypt and Mesopotamia as one of the three early civilizations of the Old World.

It once flourished in the basins of the Indus River.

Aridification of this region during the 3rd millennium BCE may have reduced the water

supply enough to cause the people to eventually scatter to nearby flourishing civilizations.

It is believed that the population of Harappa once reached over five million.

It is also known that they were the founders of many once new techniques in carnelian products,

seal carving and the purification of copper, bronze, lead, and tin.

The cities were recognized for their planning, baked brick houses, elaborate drainage systems,

water supply systems, and clusters of large non-residential buildings.

Despite its ancient origins, the city wasn't spoken of until the 1800s when the ruins of

Harappa were described in 1842 in a narrative by Charles Masson.

It spoke of an ancient city extending about 25 miles.

This was ignored for nearly 100 years.

It wasn't until the 1910s that attention was paid to the area.

By 1931, much of Mohenjo-Daro had been excavated, but they were never able to finish.

In the 2010s, floods had ruined much of the discoveries.

Although much has been gathered from the cities, to this date, no one knows what happened to

its residents nor how long it sat uninhabited, waiting to be rediscovered in the 1800s.

#1 Catalhöyük If Indus is old, Catalhöyük is even older.

The settlement took its prominence from 7500 BC to 5700 BC in southern Anatolia (later

known as Asia Minor).

Çatalhöyük is overlooking the present-day city of Konya in Turkey.

The site was first excavated in 1958, but the leader was soon banned from the country

due an incident known as the Dorak Affair.

Despite having no leader, excavation revealed 18 layers of buildings from various eras in

history.

The earliest from 7500 BC.

From then, the layers showed the progression of technology over the next couple of thousand

years.

The site wasn't investigated again until 1993, when Cambridge was let in.

It is said that these investigations are among the most ambitious excavation projects currently

in progress.

Çatalhöyük was made entirely of domestic buildings.

There were a few extravagant buildings, but no one knows what they were for.

Maybe for religious purposes, or for the rich people of the town.

About 10,000 people or more lived there.

The settlement was very much a community, as they traded, married, and communicated

with their neighbors alone.

There were no streets or footpaths, as the residents lived more like bees, in one large

dwelling, using rooftops to travel.

The dead were buried under the floors rather than far away graves.

It is believed that the residents had little distinction as far as class or gender was

concerned, and that they lived as equals.

Since the city was left untouched and undocumented for likely ten thousand years, it would be

nearly impossible to know exactly where the residents went.

What happened to them?

Did they go extinct because of their close knit group?

Or perhaps they simply migrated elsewhere, blending in with the indigenous people there.

The possibilities are endless!!

The problem is that, they transmit diseases.. and the fact that they have the diseases in their glands and secretion..

and the diseases multiply in their glands and secretion..

then, practically the disease is transmitted to us with the process of biting.

And to prevent clotting of blood, Allah gave it a certain thrombolytic substance..

then it sucks the blood..

when it produces the thrombolytic substance, it introduces the causative of the disease with it.

What are the most dangerous disease that the Mosquito might transmit to man?

It has all the internal organs of an animal..

flies, bees and spiders..

So, Allah, Almighty replied to them in Qur'an, He said:

"Indeed, Allah is not timid to present an example - that of a mosquito or what is smaller than it."

So, this mosquito is actually smaller than the insects that they've mentioned!

Now, have you realized how great is the creation of this amazing insect!!

'How Honorable You are..'

'Your Sovereignty is the most merciful'

'You've created the strong seven..'

'And You've made earth a resting place..'

'And You provide for all the servants..'

They actively choose us.. we do not go to mosquitoes, but mosquitoes come to us.

It can find us.. can recognize us through CO2.. through our breath.

So, it does not necessarily find us visually..

Though, Allah, Almighty, says:

"And there is no creature [Da'ba'h] on earth but that upon Allah is its provision, and He knows its place of dwelling and place of storage."

The word [Da'ba'h]..

it includes all the living things on the surface of the Earth!

It is true that..

Allah, Almighty, knows all what.. you say..

you do..

your secrets.. and even your intentions!!

"He has enumerated them and counted them a [full] counting."

are you looking for the right thing to do and then you have to consider your

situation where you are and you say well I'm looking for the right thing to do

because I feel that I'm in the wrong situation I don't have peace of mind why

do you want peace of mind because my mind is disturbed then in other words

you as a disturbed mind of trying to find peace of mind your quest for peace

of mind is the same thing as having a disturbed mind now if you don't have a

disturbed mind you won't ask a peace of mind well how can I quiet my mind why

are you asking to quiet your mind because it's disturbed you see where you

are so in this way by this dialogue the the guru the teacher brings a person

back to Center

so then this is the point all Buddhist teaching is a dialogue really and truly

the man who goes out and leave society and becomes a monk is it a little bit

too much

Buddhism involves this act as a preliminary gesture but what it comes to

in the end is the position of what's called a bodhisattva a bodhisattva means

somebody who went out of society or we should say gave up the world in some way

try and this then is the first part of the discipline to try not to desire to

calm your mind to practice centering to practice getting rid of all what they

call cliche KL e sa disturbing thoughts distractions evil passions the moderate

appetites and come to OPEX ax or a chronometry of mind and so the student

practice is that and this is a very difficult and arduous discipline and all

the time he sees the teacher watching him with a slightly sour expression on

his face and he knows of course or thinks he knows that the teacher is

fully aware of his inmost thoughts because you know it's the Indian Way

they go to meeting with the teacher and the teacher sits under a tree and smokes

cigarette or pipe or something and all the students sit around cross-legged and

they they meditate sometimes the teacher meditates and they can see him

occasionally looking at them like this you know and they think uh-oh

teacher knows what I'm thinking because he has the power of infinite vision you

see and all seeing this and this bugs them completely because you see you

remember how it was in school when you were trying to do something the teacher

walked around and looked over your shoulder it puts you off completely and

so the hindu teacher or the buddhist teacher deliberately puts his students

off and finally he raises in their mind an insoluble problem that if you are

trying to stop desire so that you will not suffer

aren't you still desiring to stop desire all the students may very well find that

out for themselves and they say to the teacher but how are we to stop desire

when we are desiring to stop desire so then the teacher can engage them in an

extremely marvelous trap which is to say

he can he can play it in a number of different directions one direction is to

say well don't try to stop all desire but try to stop as much desire as you

can stop you see where this is going to go then they're going to say well I'm a

little excessive about desiring to stop desire well if you're naturally

excessive about it he says try to be as likely excessive as you can the thing

how do you see what's leading here if you follow that course you are being

brought to center in the same way as I demonstrated before you're being brought

to yourself to accept yourself as you are here and now totally but you can't

do that directly because if you try to accept yourself you will always find

that in yourselves there is a spirit of the non acceptance of things and you

have to accept that so the teacher would say don't try to accept yourself more

than you can accept yourself accept yourself as much as you can accept

yourself because then you see you are also accepting the part of you that

doesn't accept all he may try on another tack he may say

all right now if you've seen that it's that desiring not to desire is simply

another form of desire you you're trying for example to get rid of your sensuous

appetites you are going to give up booze and women and party - foie gras or

whatever it may be and you then think well now yes this I must do and

eventually you find that you are becoming proud of your success in

mastering your appetites and you're beginning to depend on that so the

teacher says do you see you're in the same trap as you always were formerly

you sought spiritual security in booze and women and so on now you're seeking

it in holiness formerly you bound yourself with chains of iron now you're

bound with chains of gold formerly you boasted to all the boys how many sins

you committed now you're boasting before the law that how many virtues you have

same trap why do you do it

after suffering from insomnia for months, I finally get some quality sleep these days.

I check my phone, that's the first thing I do every morning.

because I am a freelance,

I start working late compared to full-time workers but I also work until late at night even on weekends.

I usually call to my boyfriend to say good morning.

I get a sip of water, and go to bathroom for cleansing.

I recommend to laundry your pillow cover regularly,

there are lots of germs on the cover.

I use pH balanced cleanser and warm water to clenase my face skin.

especially during summer time, I need this cleanser every morning and night.

This one is from Paula's Choice.

It's my second bottle, and it takes about 3 months to empty it.

it's really important to cleanse your face as soon as you wake up.

your face skin has been exposed to dust and germs during sleep.

so let's cleanse it off!

Once you start moving, your skin also wakes up.

your face skin is sensitive in the morning so please be gentle.

After cleansing, I spray mist or use toner and wipe it out using cotton.

I use soothing mist, or a toning mist and wipe it out using cotton.

I use this mist a lot these days, but it doesn't have to be this one.

I just make sure if it works for polishing my face skin and controlling oil on certain area.

and make sure to moisturize right after this.

if not, my skin becomes super dry.

I will use serum.

during summer time, I started to use this serum everyday on my face multiple times.

my skin easily gets oily outside but dry inside during summer time

so I prefer light textured but fast absorbing serum like this.

I apply multiple times.

It's not sticky at all, that's the main reason why I love this.

I also prefer serums containing skin-protecting ingredients.

ingredients should be natural.

for circulation, I face massage everyday while applying this serum.

Moisturizing is done!

At night, I remove my acne using this.

I use this only at night before sleep.

I avoid touching inflammatory acne

only normal pimples

I never touch it using fingers.

Lastly,

I attach pimple patch on the spot and

leave it until the next morning.

I try not to touch or push it

This routine should be held during night time, not day time

because sunlight can tint acne scars.

what's up guys welcome back to today's video and thanks for hanging out with me

again if you're new to my channel hi my name

is Trevor Ritchie and I make new videos every single week covering today's hottest and

latest trending beauty and skincare products from all over the world from

drugstore level to luxury level if it's trending we're going to talk about it so

make sure to hit that subscribe button before you go now today's video is all

about fragrance and the top 5 perfume mistakes everybody makes and how to fix

them now you might be one of those people who think that cologne or perfume

application is as simple as a little spritz spritz but you would be totally

wrong there's a full science behind perfume and cologne application so if

you're ready to find out the top 5 perfume mistakes you're making and how

to fix them keep on watching alright guys we were jumping in with the first

perfume mistake you're making and this is a big one I can't stress

this enough and it's spraying your neck with perfume or cologne now you might

think that it's natural to spray your neck you've seen this everywhere like

spraying pulse points like your elbow is your wrists behind your knees yes your

neck is a pulse point but the skin on your neck is so delicate you guys

perfume and cologne is made with pure alcohol this is so drying you don't want

it anywhere near your neck or your face anything that sprays up if it gets on

your face this is going to shrivel you up like an apple doll you're going to be

like now two great ways to avoid spraying your neck could either be

spraying directly down onto your chest area or you could do what I do and spray

the back of the neck that way you still get that pulse point that trigger point

you get the sweet relief of smell but you're not going to worry about drying

or damaging the front of your neck now if you're one of those people who leave

your colognes or perfumes out on the counter you are committing a big no-no

that brings us right to number two which is leaving your perfumes and colognes

out in the open is a no no no now if you keep your perfume bottles out on the

counter and they are exposed to light what you're doing is making it break

down a lot faster than if you just kind of wore through it naturally perfumes

and colognes have a shelf life of about twelve months and if you keep it exposed

to sunlight it is going to greatly a short in that duration of time now the

best solution to this problem it's actually suggested to keep your perfumes

and Cologne in the fridge I know that this can sound totally weird to keep

your perfumes next to your veggies or your fruits but not only is the fridge a

dark place so the light will break down any molecules in the perfume but it's

obviously a colder temperature so it's going to make all of those molecules to

move a lot slower and last longer you may have already heard about

this next perfume no no this is probably the one that people know the most but I

thought I had to touch on it because not everyone knows the reasons why you

shouldn't do this exactly you are committing a major perfume and cologne

crime if you are one of those people who spritz on your wrist and then just go to

town and you're grinding and you're grinding and you're grinding it back

here and you're rubbing it all over your body this is something you need to stop

immediately now the reason you don't want to go to

town crushing your wrist together is because it actually destroys those top

notes in the perfume which are often the most delicate notes and the ones that

draw you to the cologne or perfume in the first place top notes are generally

flowers or citrus scents or those really fresh lively sense and if you crush them

together you're going to blow through them probably in the first 15 minutes

and all you'll be left with is those deep dark notes which will still smell

delicious but you will have just blown through those top notes and why pay for

them if you're not going to get them I mean the whole reason for this video is

that you guys can get the longest wear and most bang for your buck out of your

perfumes and colognes so a way to fix this problem is just do one little

spritz like this oh so good just do a light tap here and then the back of the

neck not the front and then just wherever else you want now the fourth

perfume mistake you're making is that you're only sprained your wrist and not

the other pulse points in your body now if you're just a boring old rich spritz

or the other pulse points in your body include the angle behind the knee I know

it seems a little bit weird to spritz them cologne down there but give it a

try let me know how it goes and then it's a wrist and the neck then we should

also mention to make sure you don't spray all these pulse points all at once

or people will literally hate you you will be a walking ball of sense which I

mean I like but not everyone does and let me know in the comments down below

if it changes the way that your perfume smells or how it interacts for the day

alright guys the last perfume mistake that you are making and how to fix it is

that you're applying perfume or cologne to dry skin there is absolutely no

reason to apply a perfume or cologne to dry skin a it is very damaging remember

it is made of alcohol so spraying and alcohol spray on your dry skin already

it's just like a big no-no but using a moisturizer actually extend the life of

your perfume as well or your cologne so if you have a well moisturized base it's

going to help you hang on to that a lot longer throughout the day now a

lot of luxury perfumes actually come up with a separate body lotion that you can

put below the fragrance and that's kind of intended to make your scent last

longer but if you find that too powerful or too overwhelming you definitely can

use an unscented lotion as a base this again will help pick up the perfume and

make it last a lot longer throughout the day and that guy's is a wrap on my top 5
