[WATER SPLASHING]

[SEABIRD SONG]

Atreus: Are you gonna do it?

Atreus: You said I was cursed.

You think I'm weak because I'm not like you.

Kratos: You do not know everything, boy.

[RUMBLE]

Atreus: No.

But at least I know the truth now.

[RUMBLE]

Kratos: The truth...

Kratos: Hang on, boy!

Atreus: Okay!

Kratos: The truth...

[OMINOUS TONE]

Man: Long way from home, aren't you?

[OMINOUS TONE]

Man: And here I thought your kind

was supposed to be so enlighted...

so much better than us.

Woman: The gods of these realms

don't take kindly to outsiders, trust me.

When they find you, and they will,

they'll make things difficult.

Kratos: Wait here.

I will handle this.

Sindri: Wow, that was..uh.. something.

That... uh... uh... fight.

Sindri: [GASPS]

[MUSIC PLAYING]

Kratos: On our journey

we will be attacked by all manner of creature.

To be effective in combat

a warrior must not feel for his enemy.

[BONE SNAPPING]

Kratos: Close your heart to their desperation.

Close your heart to their suffering.

Kratos: The road ahead is long and unforgiving.

No place for a boy.

You must be a warrior.

Atreus: But not everyone is bad.

Mother always said to be open to those who can help.

Woman: Who you were before doesn't matter.

This boy is not your past, he is your son.

And he needs his father.

[OMINOUS MUSIC]

Kratos: What... is this?

Atreus: It's the World Serpent!

Kratos: Stay calm, boy!

Atreus: I am!

World Serpent: [UNINTELLIGIBLE]

Kratos: What is it saying?

World Serpent: [UNINTELLIGIBLE]

Atreus: He wants to help us!

Abercrombie & Fitch's Pride FAIL - Duration: 5:52.

IN AN EFFORT TO CELEBRATE THE START OF PRIDE

MONTH, THIS JUNE ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH TWEETED OUT THAT PRIDE

IS FOR EVERYONE NOT JUST FOR

LGBTQ COMMUNITY.

A SENTIMENT THAT WAS MET WITH A

LOT OF BACKLASH.

THIS IS A QUOTE FROM KAYLA, A MERCHANDISER.

SHE

IS WITH THE TREVOR PROJECT, A COLLABORATION THAT ABERCROMBIE

AND FITCH IS DOING WITH THE SUICIDE PREVENTION HOTLINE.

SO

AT LEAST THEY ARE KIND OF DOING SOMETHING RIGHT THERE.

THEY

DELETED THE TWEETS AND RESPONDED WITH

A PSEUDO-APOLOGY/TWEET.

THEY JUST MISS THAT WHOLE I'M SORRY PART, BUT THE SENTIMENT

WAS THERE.

MAKE A LOT OF PEOPLE THAT ARE RESPONDING TO THIS ON

TWITTER ARE POINTING SOMETHING OUT IMPORTANT HERE.

THEY REALLY

MISSED THE POINT.

PRIDE TALKS ABOUT BEING PROUD TO BE A PART

OF THIS COMMUNITY REGARDLESS OF THE BIGOTRY THAT YOU MAY FACE AS

BEING PART OF THAT COMMUNITY.

IT

REALLY IS FOR THAT.

I DO THINK EVERYONE CAN BE AN ALLY FOR THE

COMMUNITY BUT WHAT THEY

BASICALLY DID HERE WITH THIS COMMENT IS APPLY THE ALL LIVES

MATTER ARGUMENT TO THE PRIDE COMMUNITY, AND THAT IS MESSED

UP.

I'M GLAD PEOPLE CALLED THEM OUT AND I WISH THEY WOULD'VE HAD

A BETTER APOLOGY.

BUT THEY ARE TRYING TO DO WORK WITH THE

COMMUNITY.

I WANT TO GIVE THEM CREDIT FOR THAT.

WHAT YOU GUYS THINK?

>> I THINK THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN CORPORATE INTERESTS

SUPERSEDE A THOUGHTFUL UNDERSTANDING OF AN ISSUE.

WE

SAW THIS WITH PEPSI.

ALTHOUGH THEY ARE SUPPORTING THE TREVOR

PROJECT, YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO CALL INTO QUESTION THE MOTIVATION

BEHIND THIS SUPPORT.

ALSO DO RESEARCH AND EXAMINING WHAT

OTHER CORPORATIONS OR INTERESTS THEY SERVE.

A LOT OF

CORPORATIONS KIND OF SIMULTANEOUSLY SUPPORT

ORGANIZATIONS THAT SEEM

PROGRESSIVE AND ORGANIZATIONS THAT FUND MASS INCARCERATION OR

OTHER INTERESTS THAT DISPROPORTIONATELY HARM

COMMUNITIES OF COLOR.

ABERCROMBIE HAS NEVER BEEN ON

THE RIGHT SIDE OF ISSUES, THIS IS NOT THEIR FIRST MISSTEP.

I'M JUST SUSPICIOUS.

>> YOU SAID IT RIGHT, IT IS THE BLACK LIVES MATTER, ALL LIVES

MATTER THING ALL OVER AGAIN.

AFTER THAT IT IS HOW YOU

BACKPEDAL FROM IT AND TRY TO RETAIN SOME DIGNITY FOR YOUR

COMPANY.

IT IS CLEARLY A GRAB OF THE SPOTLIGHT WHICH IS ON THIS

COMMUNITY, WHICH NEEDS A SPOTLIGHT.

NOW YOU ARE TRYING TO

NUDGE YOUR WAY AND AS A COMPANY FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

IT IS BLACK LIVES, ALL LIVES OVER AGAIN.

>> WITH THESE SCENARIOS THERE IS A GREAT OPPORTUNITY FOR LEARNING

IF THEY HAD REALIZED THERE

MISSTEP AND REALIZE THAT MAYBE KAYLA MINCED HER WORDS.

AS JOHN

BROUGHT UP DURING THE PRODUCTION MEETING THAT MAYBE THIS WAS AN

INTERN WHO DIDN'T FULLY

UNDERSTAND, BUT IT IS STILL A GREAT OPPORTUNITY TO SAY WE ARE

SORRY, WE MUST UP, BUT HERE IS WHAT WE ACTUALLY MEANT.

>> YES.

>> THEY SHOULD'VE MADE A FEW MORE STRIDES TO REMEDY THE

SITUATION AND TO BE MORE SUPPORTIVE FROM THE OUTSET.

BUT

I AM GLAD PEOPLE ARE DRAGGING THEM FOR THIS BECAUSE IT WAS A

HUGE MISSTEP WHETHER IT BE ON ABERCROMBIE AND FITCH'S

SHOULDERS WERE KAYLA'S.

>>BEFORE YOU INSERT YOURSELF INTO AN ISSUE MAKE SURE YOU

KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TALKING ABOUT.

>>BY THE WAY, IT IS TRUE, YOU SHOULD RUN A TWEET LIKE THAT

PAST SOMEONE ELSE.

>>THERE IS NO WAY THAT OUT OF THE ENTIRE ABERCROMBIE CAMPUS

THAT THERE WAS NOT SOMEONE ON THE MARKETING TEAM OR SOCIAL

MEDIA AND TEAM WHO IS AN ALLY OR IS AWARE THAT SAW THIS TWEET AND

SAID SOMETHING.

I NEVER UNDERSTAND HOW THESE THINGS SLIP

THROUGH THE CRACKS.

Kim?

I'm willing to let bygones be bygones.

And if you agree,

I think we can settle all this right now

with a simple handshake.

Jimmy: If I had to do it all over again...

SCP-020 Unseen Mold | Object Class: Keter | Contagion scp / mind-affecting scp - Duration: 4:13.

SCP-020 "Unseen Mold" Object Class: Keter

Item #: SCP-020

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: Samples of SCP-020 are stored in a series of sealed cultivation

chambers inside a sealed containment room at Biological Research Area-12 which is accessible

only via airlock.

Nutrients are administered via automated robotic systems, as the cultivation chamber must remain

sealed at all times.

Hermetically sealed video surveillance cameras are installed within the containment room,

and must be checked daily for integrity.

Any personnel entering the containment room must wear Biosafety Level 5 equipment including

rebreathers and undergo full anti-fungal disinfection upon exiting.

Description: SCP-020 is a fast-spreading fungal organism that is capable of affecting the

senses and behavior of living creatures, including humans.

Samples of SCP-020 exhibit an unknown effect that renders them effectively invisible to

direct observation, even when under a microscope.

SCP-020 is only visible to humans when viewed through photographic or video surveillance.

Once SCP-020 forms a colony, usually within a human residence, it will produce spores

that affect the behavior of humans around it.

Affected subjects will increase the heat and humidity within their homes to create an environment

more suitable to the growth of SCP-020.

Affected subjects also become more sociable in many cases, and often invite acquaintances

to their homes to further spread the organism.

As the spores and mold colonies are invisible to affected subjects, the mold may sometimes

grow directly on living subjects.

As the spores and colonies within a home approach critical concentration, the health of affected

human subjects will rapidly deteriorate, resulting in death.

Further spread of the mold may occur as the bodies of any deceased subjects are encountered

by emergency responders and health care agents, as well as transportation of the bodies to

local morgues.

SCP-020 was first encountered in [REDACTED], where an undercover SCP agent noted dramatic

personality changes in personnel working at the local hospital.

Upon investigation by a containment team, it was discovered that almost ███ civilians

had been infected, as well as a majority of the town.

The civilian population was terminated, and the town incinerated under cover of a local

flash forest fire.

To date, over 12 outbreaks of SCP-020 have been reported.

Investigations are currently underway to determine the source of these outbreaks and possible

preventative measures.

Addendum 020-01: Excerpts from the audio/video mission recorders of Mobile Task Force Eta-10

("See No Evil") during the initial containment of SCP-020 on [REDACTED].

T2-Lead: Team Two moving to the red house.

T2-COM: Copy, UAV One is picking up one heat signature.

T2-Lead: Team Two in place, ready to br— [Expletive]!

T2-2: Door opening!

At this point, a civilian woman appeared in the doorway, holding a kitchen knife.

Video surveillance showed that nearly two-thirds of her face was covered by mold growths.

Civilian Woman: Well… hello there, gentlemen… care to take a breather inside?

T2-Lead: On the ground!

Drop the weapon!

Civilian Woman: Don't be silly!

Come on in and… stay a while…

T2-Lead: Stop where you are!

DROP THE WEAPON!

Civilian Woman: We… we just want to have some guests… please… come in…

T2-2: Drop the [Expletive] weapon!

It is assumed that at this point, the infected civilian noticed T2-4 carrying a primed incendiary

weapon, and lunged forward at the team members with the knife.

Civilian Woman: [DATA EXPUNGED] T2-Lead: Open fire, open fire!

Gunfire, screaming.

Our purpose has always been to break stereotypes and change the perception of

the Middle East. Because there's a side to the middle east that isn't seen and that's

what we want to show. So from our modern take on Middle Eastern flavors, to the art

on our walls, to the music of unsigned Arabic artists for us it's all about

sharing this creative culture because this is the side of the Middle East

that we want you to know about. So with a purpose is big, our work culture is

everything it's a work environment we're hard-working, determined high achievers

thrive. And also where people feel respected and

also inspired by one another. People want to be in a place that they feel

appreciated and have opportunities to grow and so having this is so important

to us. So we all believe in what we're doing and we have a clear mission. We

want people on our team to feel that and be part of that but more importantly we

want leaders who bring their own creativity to become part of the story.

Presenting Naturally: An Introduction - Duration: 2:08.

Hello. Dr. Jon here from Social Agility. I hope you're well. Just a quick word on Social Agility.

Today, I'm going to be talking about a really important

interpersonal skill, public speaking and effective presenting, in particular I'm

going to be talking about how to present naturally and authentically. I'm going to

demonstrate this using the power of the simple and humble banana.

Back to bananas in a second, but before we do,

just think about the last time you did a presentation. How did it go for you?

Did you really nail it or are there things that you could improve? One really simple

way to improve your ability to engage an audience in presenting is to be your

true authentic natural self. In doing that you're going to be much more warm

and approachable and engaging. You'll be quite surprised at the difference it'll make.

So let's go back to those bananas. Remember these little candy bananas you had when

you were a kid?

They were pretty great actually and a good childhood memory. But we were never really

sure what was actually in them. I think our mums were secretly anxious about all the E numbers

and artificial coloring they were giving us. Also they were just a quick snack and

they definitely wouldn't last you through to lunchtime so they definitely had a

limited impact. Exciting for a short time but not lasting forever.

Let's now compare that to the very simple and humble banana here. This is a

natural product something we know where it comes from. From a tree. It's much more

sustainable. It will last you until lunchtime. And more importantly than anything it's

natural and it's authentic and you know it's going to be good for you.

So which would you rather be when it comes to presenting? Would you rather be the candy

banana or the natural authentic banana? We know which one is better for us and we

know which one has the most impact. If you'd like to know more about becoming

this kind of banana then join us on our next Presenting Naturally course taking

place in Melbourne CBD. Thank you for listening to me today and we look

forward to welcoming you soon. Enjoy your day! Bye now.

Confident Communication: An Introduction - Duration: 2:47.

Hello.

Dr. Jon here from Social Agility.

I hope you're well.

Just a quick word on Social Agility.

And today I am going to be talking about a really important interpersonal skill:

communicating with confidence.

In the workplace nowadays, we spend a lot of time collaborating with others.

So it's important we are able to engage and

communicate with those others in order to get results.

In fact it is proven that if you are a more effective and confident communicator you are

more likely to earn more money, you are more likely to get promoted and definitely you

are going to feel better and more confident in yourself which leads to a greater sense

of well-being basically.

So it's good all round.

So let's think about the origins of communicating with confidence.

Confidence originally comes from the word 'confidere' from the Latin which means to

gain a trust in others.

So the idea is really that actually while we focus a lot of our time thinking about

confidence in ourselves, what we're trying to do in our communications is create confidence

in other people.

A lot of that confidence comes from understanding and a lot of understanding comes from listening

and listening effectively.

So what I would like to do is to ask you in the 1440 minutes that you have other the next 24 hours

to take just around 3 minutes to engage in a little experiment.

The experiment requires you to grab your iPhone or device, shuffle a song, and then very simply

just listen to that song and jot down in writing the first things that pop into your head.

Once you have done that and you have listened to the song, then look back at what you wrote down

You'll find actually a lot of what you

listen to has led you to all the things that are not relevant at all about the song.

And that is very typical in the workplace.

If you think about it, we are too busy focused on the thing we are going to say next rather

than actively listening and understanding those around us.

By actively listening, we can really be present in the conversation and really engage those

other people and in doing so communicate much more effectively.

So I recommend that you try that experiment.

Three minutes out of your day, you'll be quite surprised at the result.

If you'd like to know more about communicating with confidence, join us on our next workshop

taking place in Melbourne CBD.

Check the website for details.

Thank you for listening to me today and have a good day.

And maybe

those difficult words, which we hear from people, which are

outside this visible church,

maybe the things we perceive as an attack on us,

as a brutal, destructive criticism,

maybe this all is just trampling the weathered salt.

Things that Jesus speaks about today:

- Ventilated salt is not suitable for anything,

Only for throwing and trampling by people.

I am convinced that if we treated that way

attacks, reluctance, criticism, sometimes crushing,

Sometimes even in our sense unjust,

of church, christianity, catholicism,

that maybe this is exactly trampling the weathered salt,

we could, from this see of criticism,

pick out some pearl for us,

Which would shine with such a light showing the way of conversion.

SUMMERVILLE IS

HOW TO LEARN ENGLISH WITHOUT COURSES (FROM THE OTHER SIDE with Doug) - Duration: 8:27.

You want to speak English but can't pay for a course because of the Brazilian crisis?

Always wanted to learn another language but don't know where to start?

Don't wanna learn from boring books?

Tired of the verb TO BE and only knowing THE BOOK IS ON THE TABLE?

Now your problems are over!

Just subscribe and watch the following video!

Hi guys, I'm Doug. I'm starting to post more videos here on my channel.

And if you wanna know when a new video comes out just subscribe and hit that bell button.

Today I'm gonna talk about something that I love which is speaking English.

I'm gonna tell you how I learned English without a course.

Because I couldn't afford to pay for one, or else I would've done it. But anyway...

Since I didn't have the money to pay for a course, I couldn't afford it,

I just pushed through and learned it on my own.

There's not a lot of magic or mystery.

But I'm gonna share how I learned and how I think you could learn it too if you want to.

Because you don't really need a course to become fluent.

If you can afford it, do it.

But if you can't, follow these tips that I'm about to tell you now.

Something that really helped me was music. Music helped me a lot!

The first real strong contact I had with english music, that was a whole album in English,

was Sandy and Junior International.

This CD is awesome. There are some boring songs but there are heaps of good ones too.

And in the booklet, the songs are in English but there're also all the translations.

I used to read it and be like:

Wow, so this word means this and this word means that.

So it ended up staying in my head.

So every time I listened to a song, I thought about the translation. So that really helped.

Thanks Sandy and Junior, helped me heaps!

Go girl!

Another thing that really helped was subtitled movies.

One of the first movie sagas that I was a huge fan of was Matrix.

It was love at first sight when I watched the trailer of the first Matrix.

I fell in love, I said 'what is that? I need to see that!'

My sisters and I, we used to go to the neighbour's house to watch movies.

She used to rent them because she had a VCR.

And I remember that there was a movie that she rented that had Matrix's trailer.

And when we finally bought a VCR for our house, it was when I was able to rent Matrix.

The video store that I used to go to, didn't have the dubbed tape.

Everything was subtitled. Unless it was a kids' movie or something of sorts.

So I said 'that's it, it's my chance, I'm gonna watch Matrix like that.'

And I fell in love at first sight. I had no idea what was happening.

Because with Matrix really is like that, you think

'what's happening? Are we in the Matrix? Are we not in the Matrix?'

But yeah, it helped me a lot. It was one of the first movies that I...

It was the first movie that I remember watching with subtitles.

And it opened doors, I took the little pill...

Red? Or green?

I took the red pill and I entered this world.

Another thing that helped me a lot was TV shows.

All kinds of shows. I used to watch LOST subtitled.

I'm sure that there were others but I particularly remember watching LOST with subtitles.

And when I came to Australia for the first time, someone gave me a Friends box-set.

It was in DVD, I think it was the first Friends box-set in DVD that came out.

And I started watching and so on, and since I arrived here my English has gotten much better.

Friends...

Is the best show in the world, I apologise to any other show.

Friends is the best one.

If I was to recommend a show for you to watch in order to learn English, I'd recommend Friends.

Because it's things that you'll use on a daily basis.

It's pure conversation. You'll talk to your friends, you'll say this and that.

And it's a lot of situations, that's where...

That's where the term SITCOM comes from.

COMÉDIA DE SITUAÇÃO. But it's about taste,

it's like salt in a recipe, right? It's to your liking.

So you can choose any TV show that you want. Now, you can't just...

You can't watch one episode and say 'ah, I can't do it. I'm not learning. It's too hard.'

You're not gonna become fluent overnight, okay? Nothing is like that.

It's not in a snap of fingers that you'll start saying everything, better than Joel Santana.

So yeah, it's not gonna be like that.

Another thing that helped was music in general.

What I used to do was: me and my friend Igor, we used to go to his house after school.

We used to watch movies or music videos.

For music videos, we used to play pretend that we had our own production company.

It was the ICA and DVDS, because those are our initials.

We used to make subtitles for music videos. Every song we liked we used to search for them on Shareaza.

When Shareaza was around, we searched there and on Emule too. We used to search for the songs we wanted,

trying to find the HQ videos. When we did find them, we would look up the translations and make the subtitles.

We used to do that in both languages, in English because it was the actual song, and then Portuguese.

So this kind of exercise, this kind of thing,

helps fixating in your head the meaning of those words.

And another thing that helped after I came here.

I read the entire Harry Potter series in English. What I used to do was...

I used to read it, and whilst I was reading it, I listened to the audiobook. And the guy was so good.

I listen to the american version because I like the guy's voice better than the one from the british version.

It's a matter of taste though, the story is the same, everything is the same.

He does a lot of different voices, accents and intonations. Everything. Amazing.

Reading and at the same time having someone pronouncing those words,

wow, the pronunciation and how you say things improved by 100%. And your vocabulary also.

Like, there are words in English that I don't know in Portuguese.

There are times I try to translate something and I'm like

'damn, I have no idea what this word means in Portuguese.'

But you know, you just look it up and move on.

I recommend. I recommend not only reading Harry Potter but also any book that you can.

That you are interested in. Read heaps!

Delicious, you guys!

If you enjoyed this video, leave your thumbs up down below. Share with someone that you know

wants to learn English but isn't sure what to do, and can't afford a course.

Maybe these tips will help some people.

And it doesn't have to be just English, it could be any other language because I think

movies, books, TV shows, all of that is valid for any other language, right?

You just need to be eager, look it up and learn it.

If you have any tips on how you learned english or any other language,

comment down below. Maybe someone else can also use one of your tips.

Like, subscribe, share, comment, do a Capoeira paranaue dance.

And that's it. More love for everyone, kiss, bye!

Tire-size Donuts - Duration: 3:41.

Bang! Spinning, spiraling, whirling, twirling. Crash! The airbag deploys.

I sit there, paralyzed with shock, cars whizzing past. Mustering strength, I sit straight

and open the door. The back left tire smokes in the grassy

median between myself and the side road after catapulting itself off of the

spoke. I retrieve my spare tire and a jack from my trunk. I replaced the

remaining hubcap with the spare. And as I'm sure you all know, changing a tire on the

side of the road is no amusement park. I drive to the nearest auto repair shop. As

I pull up, an 18-wheeler was being unloaded. At least six dozen tire-size

donuts are taken into the shop. I had seen these on cars before but never

tried them on my own. Since both are ring shaped, I figured, the donuts were tires too.

And even though I had just gotten into an accident that traffic was bad, I still

purchased a set of donut tires. And ever since the donuts were put on my car, my

car, has not done any donuts. And truly, all motor vehicles should be fitted with

tire size donuts. Now you may ask, what made a set of donuts the ideal

replacement choice after my incidental blowout. Easy. With donuts,

you are buying more than just a tire. You are buying a convenience. And, you are

buying that convenience cheap. We all know what being late for work is like, because

from the moment you push the snooze button a couple more times, you're racing

the clock just trying to get showered and dressed. Have you ever been so late

that you forget to eat breakfast? If you're anything like me, this happens

every time I am late. And as we are told, breakfast is the most important meal of

the day, making missing it quite unfortunate. However, conveniently, donut

tires can be eaten from, making them truly a day saver. We should all buy

donut tires, because they are truly cheaper by the dozen. As I mentioned

before, I got into an accident that could have proven fatal. :Luckily, none of the

oncoming traffic struck me as my car slid through the three other

lanes onto the bank of the highway. However, my friend was not so lucky.

During the summer, as it is usually hot, tires are more prone to blowouts. My

friend, James, had a similar case to my blowout accident, but his wasn't as harmless.

His tire blew out in the middle lane of the highway,

sending him reeling across two other lanes of traffic. He was struck on the

driver's side and was pronounced dead on arrival. I

constantly tried to encourage him to buy the donut tires which are essentially

balloons on each side of your car, rather than his rubber ones, but he refused. And

I tried to just change the tires for him but my hands had grown too weary at

that point after I worked in my own auto repair shop for twenty years. I've considered

it my fault for years now, and I don't know if I'll ever be able to forgive

myself. You know what the problem is? A donut would be good right about now.

The problem is customers think that donuts tires are too cheap to be any

good. But, in actuality, they are cheap because they need to be bought in bulk

And of course, since no one with donut tires has gotten into an accident since

they were at least two months ago, they are the safest option. Cars of all kinds

should have tire-size donuts. Thank you for your time.
