(Not Quite) Empties #1 - Duration: 7:40.
hi everyone so this is a really different video from what I usually do
but I had the opportunity to film it so I thought I might as well do it so
I have basically an empties video with some makeup and that kind of
thing because I think that empties videos that are just like body lotion
shower gel and all that are kind of boring, but I have some make up to show
you. It's not actually empty, most of it is just expired but I'm going to get rid
of it so yeah. Now first one - I do have some skincare first - here is the elf
daily hydration moisturizer, it's only eight dollars and it has this really
beautiful kind of luxurious-looking packaging, I don't know I like it
and actually it has a pump, a fricking pump. Yeah I do like it, it feels
really nice it smells good I think. The smell isn't too overpowering and it
definitely made a difference on my skin I actually started breaking less
I mean I feel like out here but when I started using this I started breaking out
less here, which is funny because usually moisturizers
shouldn't do it but I guess I was kind of dehydrated there or
something, so yeah, nice. This the Neutrogena healthy defense moisturizer
with sunscreen. I use this as my straight-up sunscreen.
this is not... I mean here's the thing, I read on, I think it's called,
/r/skincareaddiction on reddit that the ingredients that are not this is a
chemical sunscreen right? so supposedly these ingredients that it has are not
stable and what that means is that as soon as they become exposed to sunlight
they stop being so effective and the ones are stable are the ones that are
like zinc oxide and titanium dioxide and this kind of thing and now I have a
sunscreen that has those instead. So I don't know if I should really
recommend, well I don't know, I guess I wouldn't recommend this. I heard someone say
before that this particular product didn't have very good ingredients but I didn't know what
exactly they meant by that so yeah. But you know it served its purpose I think I
didn't get sunburnt when I used it on anything, so I guess that it probably just doesn't
protect as well as a physical sunscreen I think they're called. Okay so here's the makeup
this is really sad. This is the Revlon Colorstay whipped cream makeup um I
still have a lot of this left. So it's been probably three
years since I opened this since I bought this for first time and I think I
should let go. It says that it should be kept for 24 months and I've definitely
had it much longer than that. It doesn't smell weird or anything but um, yeah it
smells like foundation, you know? but it is dark for me anyway. I used to just use
it on the center of my face or mix it with a lighter foundation
so that um I could actually use this but it's actually a really good product and
I'm kind of sad I have to let it go especially because... I mean I think that I will
keep this packaging anyway like i will just empty it out and maybe put like a
sticker on this or something because it's glass and that just makes me feel fancy so the
other makeup thing is ... this is actually really sad, this is the Kat
Von D Everlasting Liquid lipstick in the shade L.U.V. and I'm pretty sure this
has been [with me] for way too long because well I'm pretty sure this is expired because I
have noticed that this is much drier than when I originally bought it. When I
bought it I could have it for I don't know, eight, like six hours and
it would still feel not too drying but this feels really really drying even
after like a one hour two hours now so I think it's just been dried up you know
which is sad because I only got to wear it is like maybe ten times
at most so... and I've had it for a year and a half and supposedly you should only
keep liquid lipsticks for maybe a year or so and anything after that is
risking it kind of so, but at the same time I kind of feel like maybe you
shouldn't trust expiration dates so strongly because sometimes they
just put it in there cause they would want you to buy more, you know? But since it has changed
formula, I'm kind of weird about. This is the Milani eyeshadow primer and this...
I don't want to say is expired because it's really weird but it keeps
separating on me and I try to shake it and all but it just it just happens you
know it just keeps separating like I try to shake it and then pour it out and
only like clear liquid comes out and this is like this actually
like a beige cream so that's really weird and I don't think
I should be using it because it just won't work the same way if it's
separated so I don't know what I should do with it but I probably should toss it and just
never repurchase it. The first time that I bought this, it worked perfectly well
and then I bought it again because I
thought that maybe - because the same thing happened with previous one but I
thought that maybe it had expired and apparently it's not expiration, it's just how
the product is because I had this for maybe like three months at most so
that's really disappointing. This is the Wet n Wild Max Fanatic Cat Eye mascara
the first time that I bought this, again, I liked it more. The second time it
got... it was a bit more of a wet formula for some reason, maybe that's the way
the formula is actually supposed to be and the one I bought was a bit dried out so I
liked it more but um yeah I'm definitely not super thrilled with
this one I mean it doesn't too much so it's just a mascara. Doesn't really
lenghten much, doesn't make your lashes voluminous
it doesn't really hold a curl which is the most important thing for me and I
think the hardest to find I swear to God so yeah and this is an EOS lip-balm
in the mint one, Sweet Mint I think it's called I had this for way too
long and also mint apparently dries out your lips so it's kind of pointless to
use this, you know, and it it tingles. I mean I like how it tingles but sometimes
you don't want your lips to tingle, you know?

hey everybody my name is Ray Copeland and more than likely you're watching
this video because you're searching for simple wood projects that sell great you
know a few years ago I was probably in the same shoes that you're in I'm
looking on the internet I'm trying to find some decent information about you
know some wood projects and some real solid plans that I could go by to be
able to make some really cool projects that I could sell in my local town sell
to my friends selling my family but you know what I kept striking out and it was
very frustrating you know some of the planets that I was finding online they
told me that I would be able to make this easy I'll be able to sell it
quickly but unfortunately a lot of these plans were incomplete the stuff that
they had listed on the plans were not right and when I was in the middle of
the project that's when I discovered it so I wasted a lot of time we just stood
of a lot of my resources and but fortunately enough and thank goodness I
was able to find this awesome resource that had thousands and thousands of wood
project plans that I could make and sell make some extra income you know I've
been doing this for quite a while now as you can see here this wood table behind
me you know I just got through staining
it's going to make it into a table and this is one of the plans that are
included in this and not of the thousands that are on there so if you're
like me and you're searching for these wood projects that you can make and sale

"Mad Men" and "Glee." Her latest creations include "UnREAL," "Girlfriends' Guide to Divorce," the
forthcoming HBO adaptation of Gillian Flynn's "Sharp Objects" and the new Netflix movie "To the Bone," which premiered July 14.
"To the Bone" is a personal project for the 52-year-old Noxon, who channeled her own struggles with anorexia to tell the story of a sardonic 20-something (Lily Collins) whose
uptight stepmother (Carrie Preston) encourages her to move into a home for young adults with eating disorders. There, she works

To the Bone" sold to Netflix for a steep $8 million. We hopped on the phone with Noxon last week to discuss the film and her career.
Any time you make a movie about a disorder of any kind, it has the potential to be all one thing, or to be maudlin. I really hoped with this project that we'd have variation and we'd really show a person who also happens to have a disorder, not a movie about a disease.
I never did think of it as a TV show because it was so personal to me. I had gone through it. It felt to me like a story that wanted to have a beginning, a middle and an end. It's a difficult topic; it's not necessarily one that you want to live in forever.
I had another feature that I wrote — I've always joked that I had one project for them and one for me. The one for me is something that I write just for myself. With the same producer, Julie Lynn, I had developed a script that I wrote just for me. We actually
attached Susan Sarandon to star in it, but it just never got off the ground. So when I wrote this and brought it to Julie and asked her if she thought it was a movie, she wrote me
back an email — she also produced the movie "Wit," and she said she thought it was not unlike it in its DNA, and she felt really strongly that we needed to make it. It very much comes from an authentic place that I care about.
absolutely think one thing I learned from ["Buffy" creator Joss Whedon] early on was that leaning into genre conventions to tell harder stories is a great way to Trojan-horse-in other content. For me, "Girlfriends' Guide" was a romantic comedy, but we brought in a
lot of content about sexual politics, feminist issues and lots of things that are really important to me, but in a pretty package. It's issues with really nice heels. And with this one, I think the YA genre became a really great container for me because I felt it was
dealing with issues that were character-driven and there was room for humor there and a little bit of romance. I invented this character who was at the home with Lily's character, and they have a kind of odd romance. By bringing in a few more conventional things, I
was able to tell a pretty challenging story. So I'm absolutely still using the lessons I learned on "Buffy" — it's just that as I'm getting a little older and honing in on my voice, I don't need the monster costume.
