Losing light pretty rapidly, gonna try and film this without my script and just talk.

So, I wanna talk a little bit about the idea of the "other woman", it's that really common

heteronormative trope wherein a man marries a woman and then that man cheats on that woman

and then the original woman is really really mad at the person he cheated with rather than

at the person who cheated on her.

And I think this trope is bonkers.

It doesn't make any sense to me at all, it never has.

I just can't understand why you would be more mad at a stranger than you would at someone

who has broken your trust.

'Cause that's the thing that you should be mad about, right?

You know, you're in a monogamous relationship you've committed not to do the thing that

they did, and then they're gone behind your back and done it.

But, some... the trope at least suggests that the "other woman" is the one doing something

so awful.

And I just, I can't, I can't process that.

I mean, is the other woman even doing something wrong at all?

Because that person has not, y'know, I say "other woman" but it could be a man or a non-binary

person, but let's just go with the way that the trope usually is, and it's usually the

"other woman".

Is that person doing something inherently wrong?

Because, they've not committed to anything.

They've not made any promise to anyone.

Maybe if they know that person is in a monogamous relationship there is something wrong with

it though...

I just don't know.

I just can't...

I think for me, I don't know, full disclosure: I've never done it.

I've never slept with somebody who was in a committed relationship with somebody else,

but also, I don't know that I wouldn't?

I just, I think maybe it's that I've never really put much stock in the sanctity of marriage,

or even the sanctity of relationships in general.

And I think that if you did have a really strong passionate belief in marriage, then

you would feel that there's some kind of, unwritten code that's being broken?

And that that's the thing that you should be angry about.

But I don't know because your partner is not your property, when somebody else sleeps with

them they're not stealing something that's yours.

And that's what it comes down to, doesn't it?

It's jealousy.

But wouldn't that be more about the person who is being cheated on than the person who

is being cheated with?

I don't know.

I wish I had a solid strong opinion on this but I don't.

I do feel like the idea of the "other woman" being evil is way over hyped, and way overdone,

and completely ridiculous.

Because I think definitely the person who is doing the wrong thing is person who is

cheating.

Obviously.

Cause cheating is bad and awful and hurtful and all of those things, but my real question

is: is there anything wrong at all with, you know, sleeping with someone when you know

they're in a relationship, a monogamous relationship, with somebody else?

I'm interested to know what everybody watching thinks.

Because I'm just going to go around in circles forever.

I don't really feel married to e- "married to", I don't really feel married to either

side of the argument.

I'm just interested to know, because I had a con- I had this exact conversation once,

ages back, with a friend of mine who felt very strongly, who believed very strongly

in marriage and felt very strongly that sleeping with someone who's married is and evil-bad

thing to do.

But I just don't think that.

I don't know, if you have a strong opinion let me now in the comments, and also please

let me know, if you can analyse yourself in that way, let me know why you think that.

Like, for example, if you're married and you're really offended at the idea of somebody else

sleeping with your partner, that would be pretty relevant.

Firstly you should choose leg for the hook kick.

If you twist in the right side - you do the hook with your right leg

if you spin in the left side - just mirror everything I say.

I do the hook kick with my right leg

We put our left leg forward and a little bit in the side, like that.

Then, just unfold our body. We do the same thing in the hook.

Don't forget about this move with your body! It gives you a lot of momentum

Now, try do the the kick.

We do this setup, then we lower our body and do the kick.

We should spot the target, it's very important!

When we do the hook kick, in the end of this move we should bend the leg.

It'll give us a lot of momentum

Also, don't forget about your shoulders and arms!

It's very important too, cause it gives us some momentum too!

You should have good stretching for the hook kick, so don't forget about it!

Firstly you must do the hook kick very slowly, you should understand the technique, then - try to increase the speed!

Try to do the hook kick very often, use it of warm-up, and in the end of the training.

The Government Is Going To Counter 'Misinformation' About Gmo Foods - Duration: 1:42.

The government is going to counter 'misinformation' about GMO foods

A campaign for promoting the GMO will be funded by the Food and Drug Administration.

A lot of groups from the food and agriculture industry say that there is much misinformation

about agricultural biotechnology.

Some House Democrats and environmental groups think that in this way the government promotes

the GMO industry Rep. Nita M. Lowey says that the job of the

FDA is to regulate our food safety and not to advertise a business.

The budget for this campaign is $ 3 million and it is still not known how it will look.

There was an attempt by the Democrats to redirect the money to medical projects especially pediatric

but the Republicans didn't approve that.

39% of the adults in America think that GMO foods aren't good for people's health

and 90% of the people in the American Association for Advancement of Science think that GMO

foods are healthy to eat.

The agribusiness donated $26 mill.

To political campaigns so this is a way how the politicians will pay that back.

SOME ANALYSIS LAST YEAR SHOWED THAT GM SEED PLANTINGS HAVE MORE HERBICIDE IN THEM

Another analysis showed that the technology doesn't increase yields.

The Congress, last year, passed a bill that food companies must put it on their labels

Patrick Delaney who is the spokesman for the American Soybean Association says that consumers

must understand those labels.

So the public should be better informed about the GMO.

what's up so I got that you guys on my phone here and make a quick video

because it's been kind of hard it's been really hard for me to make a video

lately there's been some family problems but I just wanted to address something

that I've been seeing on the net on YouTube social media and it's about

anxiety of course why not and it's this question the question is

uh will I ever get better will things ever get better will my

anxiety ever go away? along those lines the same questions kind of similar

and my answer to that when somebody brought it up on reddit somebody asked will I ever

get better with my anxiety ever go away and but I was typing I was thinking

should I say yes or should I say no because I was like if I say no

that's kind of messed up you know and if I say yes that is kind of pumping them up

for something that might not happen and so I said ..if you allow yourself.. I think

that's the most proper answer to give to someone that's asking that question will

my anxiety ever go away and I think the answer is ..if you allow yourself.. if you

allow yourself then your anxiety will go away and it took me a while for me

to be able to receive this kind of this kind of answer

because for awhile I asked I said that question before too - I was wondering if I

would I ever get better. is life just always going to be like this

stuck inside this kind of mindset that I'm always panicking I'm always going

through some kind of struggle and seems like life is just dreadful I've been

through that and it sucks I know but if you allow yourself to

let yourself you know be free sometimes the thing that's holding us back is

really us.. as hard as it is to swallow. Sometimes we're the

ones who are allowing ourselves to be pressed so allow yourself to be free

a psychologist went into the classroom and took out a glass of water he said

how long do you think I can hold this glass for before it starts to hurt and

some people said one hours people said 24 hours some people said 72 hours the

psychologist was talking about even though the glass is light it doesn't

hurt at the moment when you're holding the glass of water. but when you're

holding it for so long your arm is going to become numb after a while it's going

to begin to hurt and then after a while that's going to feel like oh man this

water is pretty heavy and that's what anxiety is anxiety is that glass of

water that you're holding on to for so long because at first it doesn't hurt I

first was very very light it's like people who have a little bit of anxiety

they have that light cup.. but they know when to put the cup down the thing

about anxiety is we need to learn how to put the glass down when it's time put

the glass down and let your arm rest so put the anxiety down let your body let

your mind let your soul rest so one thing I want to do is I want to

challenge you I want to challenge you to put down your anxiety face whatever fear

you have whatever anxiety that you are holding on to allow yourself to let it

go allow yourself to be free from it but just allow yourself you're stronger than

you know you're stronger than a lot of people there isn't that many people that

would trade places with you if you told someone can you hold my anxiety for five

minutes most people will say no some people will say yeah and when they take

that five minutes they're gonna say I'll take it back so what I'm saying is that

if you're going day to day way you're stronger than you know because so

there's some people who wouldn't last five minutes in your shoes and

you managed to get through every single day so I'm not saying we're better than

others what I'm saying is you're Stronger than you know! Remember that

that's one thing I want you to want to leave you with and I also want
