thank you I'm in Washington today to meet with my economic team about trade

policy and major tax cuts and reform we are renegotiating trade deals and making

them good for the American worker and it's about time our economy is now

strong the stock market continues to hit record highs unemployment is at a 16

year low and businesses are more optimistic than ever before companies

are moving back to the United States and bringing many thousands of jobs with

them we have already created over 1 million jobs since I took office we will

be discussing economic issues in greater detail later this afternoon but based on

the events that took place over the weekend in Charlottesville Virginia

I would like to provide the nation with an update on the ongoing federal

response to the horrific attack and violence that was witnessed by everyone

I just met with FBI director Christopher ray and Attorney General Jeff Sessions

the Department of Justice has opened a civil rights investigation into the

deadly car attack that killed one innocent American and wounded 20 others

to anyone who acted criminally in this weekend's racist violence you will be

held fully accountable justice will be delivered as I said on Saturday we

condemn in the strongest possible terms this egregious display of hatred bigotry

and violence it has no place in America and as I have said many times before no

matter the color of our skin we all live under the same laws we all salute

the same great flag and we are all made by the same Almighty God we must love

each other show affection for each other and unite together in condemnation of

hatred bigotry and violence we must rediscover the bonds of love and loyalty

that bring us together as Americans racism is evil and those who cause

violence in its name are criminals and thugs including the KKK neo-nazis white

supremacist and other hate groups that are repugnant to everything we hold dear

as Americans we are a nation founded on the truth that all of us are created

equal we are equal in the eyes of our Creator we are equal under the law and

we are equal under our Constitution those who spread violence in the name of

bigotry strike at the very core of America two days ago a young American

woman Heather Hare was tragically killed her death fills us with grief and we

send her family our thoughts our prayers and our love we also mourn the two

Virginia State Troopers who died in service to their community their

Commonwealth and their country troopers J Colin and Burke Bates exemplify the

very best of America and our hearts go out to their families their friends and

every member of American law enforcement these three fallen Americans embody the

goodness and decency of our nation in times such as these America has always

shown its true character responding to hate with love division with unity and

violence with an unwavering resolve for justice as a candidate I promise to

restore law and order to our country and our federal law enforcement agencies

are following through on that pledge we will spare no resource in fighting so

that every American child can grow up free from violence and fear we will

defend and protect the sacred rights of all Americans and we will work together

so that every citizen in this blessed land is free to follow their dreams in

their hearts and to express the love and joy in their souls thank you god bless

you and God bless america thank you very much mr. president

I don`t know if you can see it

but there is a bridge

only one bridge from very centre of Istanbul to Asia side

there are also ferries

and boats to transport people

after one and half hour we finally found entrance to park

we just arrived to park Gulhane

and we are so exhausted

so relaxing here

we had to wait 12 hours for bus to Istanbul

then 8 hours by night bus where you couldn't sleep

coz of people snoring and moving etc

in half of our transport we stopped on borders

where we got checked 2 times

So we haven`t slept much

today, coz of Monday

we have to wait for CouchSurfing host coz of he is working

and he ll be available at 8pm

so we have 10 hours till we meet him

and we are thinking that we gonna have a nap in park

then we ll have great lunch

and we hope we ll find our luggage on bus station where we left them

they are locked, but we have nothing in hands we kept it there

so we have to hope

Klara is already sleeping :D

Of course i have to guard us so i cant relax

but what i wouldn`t do for her :)

Gulhane park is probably the most beautiful park so far

Its well maintained

there is a lot of staff in the park

they pick up fallen leafs

another are cutting the grass

We recommend to plan your trip in Istanbul, coz its an labyrinth.

so you wont go 3 miles this direction

then you ll find entrance

and they you ll go another 3 miles back

and then you ll be on the right way

and we

so its the best snack during the day

but we have 5 hours left

we are burned

because of no sun cream

so we are burned, tired, hungry

But we found shop in the park where you can buy ice cream for 20 cents

and we are going to Spicy market!

which is famous market with spices and other stuffs

we bought a snack

its something like pastry with meat inside in bologna sauce

its weir... more like vegetable taste

with kind of meat

but its very good

great snack!

3rd day in istanbul

we are heading to city around 6pm

because of the first day we walked most of the city (everything we wanted)

yesterday we relaxed

we slept and worked most of the day

and we met our new friend Bennet!

He is traveling by his VW T3 minivan from Austria

we are heading to Cappadocia togehter

and we are looking forward!

and we will see, how its gonna be

the trafic is madness

there are trafic jams all day long

the biggest adventage is

the middle lane

here

is only for busses

so they are no late

and they arrive and leave literally every 5 seconds

its easy to go to the city centre

it takes like 45 minutes from our place to reach centre

because of the distance

but it cost less then 1$

so its pretty cheap

they are charging machines on every bus stop

we chose "charge card"

you put your card to this place

then you pay

It eats the money

now you can see you payed this amount of money

OK, great

take you card back

and its done

Bus is already coming and there is immediately another bus behind

its kinda full

You can smell the food around

Unbelievable how many people can be on one place

we are on our way to Galata tower

through the Istikal street

which is most crowded street in Istanbul

Today we went to Istanbul in night

Its different - its calm, relaxed

but there is still a lot of people

We met one Turk who travels to Spain

he said that there is more then 20 million people in Istanbul

With no tourist

and you can feel it in the streets

How long does it take to close on a house | Average time to buy a house - Duration: 5:14.

I'm a Realtor in Savannah, GA with Keller Williams

and today I am going to answer the question:

How long does it take to close on a house?

And be sure to stay till the end

because I'm going to give you a bonus tip that will save you hours when looking for your next house.

So let's get right to it. The first thing to consider is...

Your loan type. Are you getting an FHA loan, a VA loan,

a USDA loan, or a conventional loan?

Are you putting zero down, or are you putting 20% down?

All of those things factor into

how long it's going to take to buy your house.

The second thing that affects how long it takes

is your financial stability.

Are you a first time buyer with very little money in the bank

Perhaps you're new to the job market,

you just graduated college you've only been working

a year or two, don't have a really long

job history behind you. Or is this

the 10th house you've bought and sold in your lifetime and you've got

lots and lots of money in the bank.

The less money you have the more carefully your

loan officer and your

lending team is going to look at your file, because

they want to make sure that you have the ability to repay the loan.

They would rather deny you now and say

"I'm sorry, you're not qualified,"

than agree to the home loan

and then a year from now the bank is foreclosing on you

because you just didn't have the ability to repay the loan.

So they're going to look at your financials very closely.

The third thing that will affect it is what do both parties want?

Let's say that the seller puts their house

on the market in...

early March, and they say

"We want to remain in the house until the end of May when the

end of the school year is because we don't want our children

to have to change schools three weeks prior to the end of the school year."

Or perhaps the buyer says

"My lease is not up for 90 days.

I'd like to close in...

2 1/2 months and then that will give me

2 weeks to move out of my apartment and

get it all cleaned before my lease is up.

So it's really whatever both parties agree to.

The fourth thing that will affect how long it takes

is your lender. What is your lender's

average turnaround time? There are lots of lenders

where I'll be saying, "I need an update. What's going on with this file?

My client wants to make sure we're going to close on time."

And you hear... crickets.

And obviously I never ever work with those people again.

I want to work with a lender who's going to get back to me, you know, within an

hour or two and say, "Here's where we are on the file, this is what's going on,

yes, we're closing on time. This is what I've asked

the borrower for. I'm waiting for them to send me

their last two bank statements." Etc...

So as long as your lender is on the ball and

they can turn around things as quickly as they need to

then everything is going well. So,

the rough estimate for how long does it take to close on a house?

It could be two weeks if you're paying cash,

the average is probably 30 days,

on the outside it could be 60 days,

rarely will it go longer than 60 days unless

one of the parties has specifically requested

that it take longer than two months.

And now for that bonus tip!

The longest part of closing on a house is... finding the house.

So, most buyers will decide

"Ok, I want...

I want a 4 bedroom and I want it to be in this school district

and I want it to have a 2 car garage and a big back yard,

preferably with a fence," and they have this whole wish list

of things that they want for their home.

Their Realtor will send them lists of properties and they'll say,

"Oh, this one looks good, this one looks good,

cross this one off the list. This one looks good."

And on Saturday they'll go out and see 6, 7, 8 houses

They spend a lot of time

driving around, a lot of gas money going to

look at these houses only to find out that

none of them worked. Or, of the 8 that you looked at,

7 of them are going to be crossed off the list.

Well, what about virtual reality for house hunting?

What if your agent went over and took a 360 degree video,

you had a pair of virtual reality goggles.

You put your phone in here,

close it, you pull up the tour,

and watch it through these VR goggles.

It literally feels like you are standing in that living room.

You can turn all the way in a circle. You can look

down at the floor, look up at the ceilings,

you can be outside and look all the way

around, look up and down that street.

It will tell you what that property is truly like.

And you can either say, "No, I don't think this is gonna work for us," or

"YES! Let's make an appointment to go see it."

Summer Commencement — Josh Burg - Duration: 2:03.

- Hi my name is Josh Burg and I am graduating this year with my doctorate in Psychology,

so it's a PsyD degree after five years of being here.

Next year I'm doing a postdoctoral fellowship at CU Boulder.

It's a little surreal, so tomorrow is my last day, it hasn't quite hit me yet, I've been

talking with my peers here and we're like, I think it won't hit us maybe until Monday

when we're like, oh, we don't have to go to work.

It's a big change.

I feel sadly maybe more like an adult now.

These days.

I've learned so much, I've worked hard on just understanding myself better and then

by doing that, I'm better able to help people.

I know when I came out here for interviews five years ago, both myself and my wife, we

were just blown away by the staff here at the Graduate School of Professional Psychology

and that was part of what really was like, wow, we wanna be here because this is a faculty

that, one, they're just so smart, but they really like each other and they work well

together and that really stayed true throughout the five years.

The quality of education that I got here specifically in the program I came from was just amazing.

This is the last time I will ever walk, there's no more degrees, this is it.

And it's like the end of a long phase of what my whole life has been, I've been in school

for most of my life and now I'm like, oh, now I'm not anymore and there's no going back

to school, it's just, I'm done.

And so I think it's gonna feel pretty good.

And to have my family be here and to be able to walk across the stage with my wife, it's

gonna be awesome.

Suzanne says, "Parents in the 21st century have rediscovered Juliet and Juliette, and

The rising popularity could be due to the success of American-born Mexican singer Julieta

Camila

Matthew McConaughey's Brazilian-born model-wife Camila Alves helped popularize the Spanish/Portuguese

version of Camilla, bringing it to number 43 on the most-popular list, Redmond says.

This was also the name of a huntress in Roman mythology who allegedly had the speed and

agility to run over a field without bending a single blade of grass.

Isabella

Although Isabella has dropped from its number one spot, it's still the 5th most popular

baby girl name in the United States, Redmond says.

And while pop culture buffs might associate the name with a fictional vampire-loving teen

girl who goes by "Bella," history buffs know the Spanish roots of the name date back to

Queen Isabella of Spain.

If you don't want a Bella who befriends creatures of the night, consider giving a nickname nod

to strong female characters like Izzie Stevens of Grey's Anatomy.

Belén

A traditional Spanish name that's been on the rise since 2000, it's the name of Spanish

pro golfer, Belén Mozo.

It's also the name that Scandal and Desperate Housewives actor, Ricardo Chavira, chose for

his daughter.

Belén is also the Spanish name for the city of Bethlehem, a city with no small amount

of Biblical importance.

Aitana

Named for a beautiful place in Spain, Aitana is the highest mountain summit in the Province

of Alicante.

It gained popularity probably because of Spanish actress Aitana Sanchez-Gijón and Mexican

actor Eugenio Derbez' daughter, who also has the name.

Máximo

Máximo, which means "the greatest," is the Spanish form of the Ancient Roman name Maximus,

Suzanne says.

But Máximo is now making a surge.

With a strong nickname like Max, tennis fans will love knowing that their baby is aligned

with Argentina's Máximo Gonzalez.

Leandro

Leandro is a Spanish form of the name Leander, a character in Greek mythology.

The name actually translates to "lion-man" and lends itself to the nickname Leo, Suzanne

says — a strong, and beautifully romantic Spanish option for August babies.

Valentín

Speaking of romance, Valentín is another Spanish name now trending due to celebrities,

like Dancing with the Stars' dance pro Valentin "Val" Chmerkovskiy.

Although Val the dancer is Ukrainian-American, the name Valentín is the Spanish form of

the Ancient Roman name Valentinus.

Suzanne says, "Here in America, Valentino is being used steadily but quietly, and Valentín,

which is hovering just inside the Top 1000, is on the rise again."

Actress Ali Landry and her husband loved the name so much, they chose it for their youngest

son.

A name is everything

Although these names might seem exotic in the U.S., Spanish is the most widely-spoken

of all the Romance languages throughout the world, so consider these gorgeous names when

dubbing your little bundle of joy!

Time is running out for Corbyn to make his mind up about Labour's stance on Brexit

There is a left-wing case for leaving the  and it was made eloquently in London last week by the Harvard University professor Richard Tuck, who argued that would benefit the left more than the right.

On a tactical level, Scotland would be more likely to remain in the UK, enhancing Labour's prospects of winning power.

More fundamentally, Tuck said, the EU is hostile to socialism, so after Brexit, "the space available to left-wing policies would suddenly expand, and all sorts of possibilities, including such things as thoroughgoing nationalisation or differential regional taxes, would be on the table again".

To which Corbyn allies might add state aid and favouring the public sector for state-funded contracts.

It is unlikely that Jeremy Corbyn was in Tuck's audience as he was addressing Policy Exchange, the think tank closely associated with David Cameron's Tory modernisation project.

But it looked as if Corbyn might have been there when he appeared on the BBC's Andrew Marr Show on Sunday and rejected membership of the single market.

Then Barry Gardiner, the Shadow International Trade Secretary, went further by opposing staying in the EU customs union.

It appeared that Labour endorsed Theresa May's hard Brexit, even though the electorate did not last month, and was letting the Conservatives off the hook. Labour 'want to have our cake and eat it' on Brexit says Shadow Business Secretary.

In fact, Labour's position is more nuanced. Thankfully, Corbyn's office slapped down Gardiner, who seems to mirror his opposite number Liam Fox in his enthusiasm for post-Brexit trade deals with non-EU countries.

This is hardly surprising, since both men would be virtually out of a job if the UK remained in the customs union, which would rule out trade deals with third countries.

It is true that Labour's divisions on Brexit are much smaller than among the Tories, who dare not risk a leadership contest that would expose theirs to full public view. Corbyn masked his party's tensions skilfully at the election.

A pledge to end free movement reassured white working class voters worried about immigration. A promise to fight for the benefits of the single market and customs union persuaded many pro-EU voters, especially younger ones, that Labour was on their side.

While Corbyn somehow appealed to both Leavers and Remainers, it couldn't last and make-your-mind-up time is now approaching. "The trouble with riding two horses is that eventually you fall off," said one Labour MP.

"The real split in the party now is not left versus right but over Brexit.".

Corbyn's long-standing Eurosceptic instincts, and desire to implement Labour's manifesto without constraints from Brussels, make Brexit attractive on one level. However, the election has made his dilemma even more acute.

Some Labour MPs now believe that Brexit can be stopped, if an apparent shift in public opinion – which now prioritises the economy over controlling immigration – grows.

But two in three Labour MPs represent seats which voted Leave last year, and the party needs to do better among the working classes to win the next election.

Corbyn also promised to accept the referendum decision, so going back on that would be a huge risk.

As Caroline Flint, a Labour MP, told the same Policy Exchange event: "We cannot spend the next 18 months voting down every one of the Tories' EU Bills. If we do so, we will look like liars.".

Yet Europe is the only big issue on which Corbyn is out of step with Labour's 550,000 members.

A survey by the Economic and Social Research Council found that two-thirds back membership of the single market and customs union and half support a referendum on the exit deal – the Liberal Democrats' position.

There is also pressure from several trade unions on Corbyn to adopt a tougher stance and support single market membership.

Manuel Cortes, general secretary of the Transport Salaried Staffs' Association, wrote in the New Statesman: "If as I suspect, staying in the EU is the best deal on offer in 2019, we should not deny voters the possibility of taking it.".

When Parliament resumes in September, it will debate the Repeal Bill, the first of eight Brexit measures.

Although soft Brexiteers would need the backing of only seven of the 20-30 pro-European Tories to defeat the Government, this sum adds up only if the Labour front bench is onside.

Perhaps Corbyn would be tempted to join forces with pro-Europeans in other parties if he thought that defeating May might bring about a general election (although the Tories would move heaven and earth to prevent that).

Despite Tuck's speech, there is also a left-wing case for staying in the single market – to protect investment, jobs, living standards and workers' rights. Corbyn should now make it.

The Labour leader seems to be playing a waiting game to see if voters turn decisively against Brexit.

But, as he has done bravely on austerity, he should lead rather than follow public opinion by opposing May's hard Brexit rather than endorsing it. .

How long does it take to close on a house | Average time to buy a house - Duration: 5:14.

I'm a Realtor in Savannah, GA with Keller Williams

and today I am going to answer the question:

How long does it take to close on a house?

And be sure to stay till the end

because I'm going to give you a bonus tip that will save you hours when looking for your next house.

So let's get right to it. The first thing to consider is...

Your loan type. Are you getting an FHA loan, a VA loan,

a USDA loan, or a conventional loan?

Are you putting zero down, or are you putting 20% down?

All of those things factor into

how long it's going to take to buy your house.

The second thing that affects how long it takes

is your financial stability.

Are you a first time buyer with very little money in the bank

Perhaps you're new to the job market,

you just graduated college you've only been working

a year or two, don't have a really long

job history behind you. Or is this

the 10th house you've bought and sold in your lifetime and you've got

lots and lots of money in the bank.

The less money you have the more carefully your

loan officer and your

lending team is going to look at your file, because

they want to make sure that you have the ability to repay the loan.

They would rather deny you now and say

"I'm sorry, you're not qualified,"

than agree to the home loan

and then a year from now the bank is foreclosing on you

because you just didn't have the ability to repay the loan.

So they're going to look at your financials very closely.

The third thing that will affect it is what do both parties want?

Let's say that the seller puts their house

on the market in...

early March, and they say

"We want to remain in the house until the end of May when the

end of the school year is because we don't want our children

to have to change schools three weeks prior to the end of the school year."

Or perhaps the buyer says

"My lease is not up for 90 days.

I'd like to close in...

2 1/2 months and then that will give me

2 weeks to move out of my apartment and

get it all cleaned before my lease is up.

So it's really whatever both parties agree to.

The fourth thing that will affect how long it takes

is your lender. What is your lender's

average turnaround time? There are lots of lenders

where I'll be saying, "I need an update. What's going on with this file?

My client wants to make sure we're going to close on time."

And you hear... crickets.

And obviously I never ever work with those people again.

I want to work with a lender who's going to get back to me, you know, within an

hour or two and say, "Here's where we are on the file, this is what's going on,

yes, we're closing on time. This is what I've asked

the borrower for. I'm waiting for them to send me

their last two bank statements." Etc...

So as long as your lender is on the ball and

they can turn around things as quickly as they need to

then everything is going well. So,

the rough estimate for how long does it take to close on a house?

It could be two weeks if you're paying cash,

the average is probably 30 days,

on the outside it could be 60 days,

rarely will it go longer than 60 days unless

one of the parties has specifically requested

that it take longer than two months.

And now for that bonus tip!

The longest part of closing on a house is... finding the house.

So, most buyers will decide

"Ok, I want...

I want a 4 bedroom and I want it to be in this school district

and I want it to have a 2 car garage and a big back yard,

preferably with a fence," and they have this whole wish list

of things that they want for their home.

Their Realtor will send them lists of properties and they'll say,

"Oh, this one looks good, this one looks good,

cross this one off the list. This one looks good."

And on Saturday they'll go out and see 6, 7, 8 houses

They spend a lot of time

driving around, a lot of gas money going to

look at these houses only to find out that

none of them worked. Or, of the 8 that you looked at,

7 of them are going to be crossed off the list.

Well, what about virtual reality for house hunting?

What if your agent went over and took a 360 degree video,

you had a pair of virtual reality goggles.

You put your phone in here,

close it, you pull up the tour,

and watch it through these VR goggles.

It literally feels like you are standing in that living room.

You can turn all the way in a circle. You can look

down at the floor, look up at the ceilings,

you can be outside and look all the way

around, look up and down that street.

It will tell you what that property is truly like.

And you can either say, "No, I don't think this is gonna work for us," or

"YES! Let's make an appointment to go see it."

Not Surprisingly, Fox News Says Anti-Fascist Protestors Are Actually Fascists - Duration: 4:48.

Following the violence in Charlottesville this weekend, carried out by white nationalists,

Fox News decided to really get to the heart of the issue and find out what the real cause

of all of this anger and hatred is.

Take a look.

There are plenty and plenty of double standards.

The left, you've been ... You've seen Ivy league colleges and others, there's this emphasis

on multiculturalism at any cost, right?

It's racial vulcanization.

They divide us by groups and say you're a black person or you're a woman or you're a

transsexual, whatever it is, as opposed to saying we are all Americans.

The ideal is a set of ideas and who you are as a race or a class is always secondary to

being an American.

I feel like that points gets missed and it certainly gets missed when people are carrying

torches, especially if they're making a case.

Hey, nationalism means we have a country, not a series of people that happen to live

together.

The fact that it's collectivism versus individualism, and when you have anti-fascists calling themselves

anti-fascists but they're actually being fascist in trying to shut down speech, it's an emblematic

of the contradiction on this [inaudible 00:01:00].

Yes.

That's right, folks.

It's not white supremacy.

It's not the fact that we have a president who has embraced white supremacy.

It's multiculturalism.

It's the fact that we, according to Fox host, Pete Hegseth, it's the fact that we tell people

that they are a certain race.

It's that we're telling black people that they're black.

I guess we shouldn't do that.

I'm pretty sure they're going to figure it out though, even if we don't say that to them.

Look, Fox News right now is really having a tough time coming to grips with the fact

that their audience is out there killing people.

Remember all the times on Fox News when they would get so pissy about the fact that President

Obama allegedly never called those radical Islamists who committed terrorist acts terrorists?

He did, by the way.

So, why won't Fox News come out and call these white supremacists terrorists?

They killed someone.

A human life was taken this weekend by white supremacists at a Unite the Right rally.

Yeah.

That's right-wing supremacism, right-wing terrorism, right-wing violence.

Whatever you want to call it, just announce it, Fox News.

But, instead, you're trying to flip the script and say that somehow these anti-fascist protesters,

they're the ones that are actually somehow fascists.

Do you not understand what that means?

Do you not know what the tenants of fascism are?

You should, because you've been pushing them for decades, and that's what your organization

is all about.

People got killed and you're blaming the people who got killed.

You won't talk bad about white supremacists.

You won't denounce the KKK, who was also present at parts of this rally in Charlottesville.

You won't do any of that.

Instead, the problem is colleges, multiculturalism, telling people that it's okay to identify

as your race if you're black or Hispanic.

That's the problem in Fox News' eye.

Not the hatred and bigotry that they spew out of their network day after day, mobilizing

that disgusting population of the United States who believes what they say.

No, it's college professors.

It's anti-fascists.

It's liberals.

We're always the problem at Fox News.

We're the ones destroying this country.

In fact, on Monday morning, Fox and Friends, those idiots decided to spend their morning

talking about the fact that there are anti-fascist protests in Seattle.

They're not talking about the fact that white supremacists killed somebody this weekend

in an act of right-wing terrorism, they're talking about people marching for equal rights

and better treatment in Seattle.

Fox News will never learn.

I think it's about time we bring back the corporate death penalty and hand it over to

News Corp.

Yeah, that might mean we end up having to say goodbye to shows like The Simpsons or

Family Guy, but at this point, to stop that news channel from poisoning the public discourse

in the United States, I'm going to have to go ahead and say that that's worth it.

Sony SEL50F18 Unboxing | O. Henry - Duration: 6:31.

Hey guys it's Olivia and I'm back with another video.

So if you follow me on Twitter

um, then you'll know that the kit lens on my Sony a5100 broke.

Meaning, if you have a camera but no lens, you can't film.

So I sent my kit lens to get repaired but it's gonna take way too long to come back.

So right now I'm filming on the camera that I just started my channel with, but I didn't spend $1000 on a camera to not use it.

So instead of not putting out videos for a few weeks because I don't have a lens, I decided to buy this lens.

And so, it is the Sony SEL50F18. So basically it's a 50mm lens with a 1.8 F Stop.

And so I did a lot of research on this lens and like, any 50mm lens gives you that kind of blurry background; which is kinda what I'm going for.

So yeah, this is the box and now I'm going to open it.

So I'm not gonna lie, this box has already been opened. When I went to the store I brought my camera

with me just so that I could test out the lens first.

So yeah, but this is a re-unboxing I guess.

So yeah, just gonna open it up.

So when you first open it, on top is a lens hood, and I already have a lens hood

'cause when I bought my camera I bought it was a bundle, and I got this Tulip Lens Hood.

That thing shaking around inside is the adapter because for this lens hood I needed an adapter for my kit lens,

but this one I'm assuming just goes right on the lens.

And then here you have like, a bunch of papers; I'm assuming it's warranty and manuals, and stuff like that.

But we're here for the lens so here it is.

It's a lot bigger than my kit lens, but I don't have the kit lens to, uh, compare the size.

But when the kit lens, like when you're zoomed in fully, I wouldn't say it's this big, but I'd say it's pretty close.

But yeah, so this is what it looks like.

And so, this is the back; this just comes off, and then this is the lens cap.

This is the lens cap for my kit lens, so as you can see, this one is quite a bit bigger.

But yeah, so this is the lens.

I don't know, I just love looking at lenses, like, the glass just looks so nice.

I don't know, maybe that's just me, but I really like this.

So, I have my camera right here,

lens-less as you can see,

um, and so,

there we go.

Yeah, it's a small camera with a decent size lens on it, but it's still pretty easy for me to hold.

I have a wrist strap -- that doesn't come with it. I had a -- I don't know if it's called a unipod or a monopod,

but it's a tripod with one leg, so... You know what I'm saying.

But, um, yeah.

So this strap was on it so I just took it off and then put it on the side.

Usually, um, Sony cameras come with those little like, triangle things that everyone hates.

I just took mine off and then put this on it. So this is kinda how I hold my camera.

So yeah, if I have this and holding here -- the grip on a 5100 isn't that big, but when I have the wrist strap on I'm not nervous,

because if I do drop it, it's going to catch it, so I don't -- I'm not really afraid of that, but yeah.

Like -- and then so this is what it is closed, and when you turn it on,

it opens.

So yeah, oh my gosh it is so nice. I am loving this.

Oh my gosh, like I took a couple pictures with it; one of them I posted on Instagram.

Um, yeah, like, I don't know how to use it yet, like I'm gonna probably have to put my camera in Manual Mode.

Right now I have my camera in Superior Auto Mode because, to be honest, I bought this camera but I don't really know how to use it,

but I'm gonna have to figure out how to use Manual Mode and stuff, so that I can take advantage of this new lens.

But yeah, it was pretty pricey especially since I'm an eighteen year old who doesn't have a job,

and I'm starting University in September meaning, I'm gonna have a lot of money to pay back.

So yeah, for somebody who, not only doesn't have an income, but is also borrowing money, um, this was a lot to spend, but I think it's worth it.

I wanted to invest into my YouTube channel and I probably wouldn't have bought it right now

if my kit lens hadn't broken.

I probably would have held off on buying it, but I was probably gonna get it anyways,

so I got it now since my kit lens is being repaired.

But yeah, that's the unboxing and I'm loving this;

I've had it for like an hour maybe and I just, I can't get enough of it.

Prosperity & Poverty: Choices We Make - Duration: 10:01.

Prosperity and poverty are choices that we make regardless of the fact that one is born

in a slum or in Beverly Hills.

There are certainly certain constraints congenitally -- meaning that once you are born, you are

born in a Slum, then as a child, you have no way to escape that poverty or prosperity,

so you have to undergo.

But then when you develop your own ability to think then it becomes s choice.

But if you don't want to think about it and then just live life unconsciously, then it's

not a choice.

Then, the destiny of Karma runs your life.

This topic is very, very close to my heart.

I have done a lot of videos on prosperity manifestation etc., all because I am convinced

that human beings need a better life.

And most of them don't have it.

It is all because people have made wrong choices before they came into this earth plane.

And that has a lot of impact on what you are going through right now.

This is what is called Karma, Prarabdha Karma, which means is the Karma with which you are

born.

That's where you were born with a silver spoon in the mouth.

And some are born with plastic spoons or no spoon at all.

So there is an element of Karma.

That's why I want you to look at my Karma busting videos.

I've done a lot of videos on that.

But I have no doubt in my Soul, not just in my mind, that it is certainly a choice that

you make as an adult whether to experience prosperity or poverty.

And I am more concerned about people who are in limited meager resources and also including

the really, very poor people.It is still a choice.

It's still a choice.

I have often referred to the book, "The Audacity of Hope" by [Barack] Obama.

Abandoned by the father, and being born as a black kid in a white community, a white

country.

And to become the president of that country needs audacity.

Audacity of what?

Hope.

But then, that doesn't say much to me.

Everybody has some hope.

Otherwise, you won't living.

But the hope has to be redefined.

You know, it's not just a matter of being hopeful that I'm going to be rich or comfortable

or have the job that I want.

But one thing is to talk about hard work, which I think is important to do.

But the most important thing is just to change the mindset.

The mindset is very important.

The mindset is negative.

There is a poverty brain.

A poverty brain is a negative brain and which doesn't follow the natural ability of the

brain to have plasticity.

The plasticity is not working there.

Secondly, the midBrain is not working.

The midBrain is the one that doesn't pin its hope to the existing of the reality.

The midBrain allows you to create miracles.

I've done videos on, a lot of videos are there out free for you on YouTube on the midBrain

Miracle [Method].

And I have also [done] a program called the Millionaire Yoga.

All these programs I did.

And then also, I want you to go and look at many videos I have done 10 years ago on prosperity.

So prosperity is a choice, a better choice to make.

And then, how do you make it?

Just analyze your thoughts.

You have about 35 to 50 thoughts; and most of the times, the thoughts that come to you

are negative or useless, goofy or confused thoughts.

And it is important to correct them and live with thoughts that are going to create the

life you want.

So the life you want is dependent on the character of thoughts that you are going to be using.

Yesterday, when I was doing the [Neo] Christos video, I said, "The Bible changes your life,

creates miracles."

And then I said, "The word of the Bible has often been talked about by the Biblical

scholars."

And then I said it is not enough just to understand the Bible as a Word, but as Sounds in various

permutation combinations.

That's why I encourage you to use the Sounds, use the syllables, the phonemes.

When I gave Wayne Dyer the Sound, Ah, he was amazed at the power of the Sound in changing

the life of so many, many thousands and hundreds of thousands of his own students.

Just one simple Sound.

That's why I said that I don't believe in giving big lectures.

But if you just raise the Sound, Ah, from the bottom of the spine to bring it to the

top of the Brain, then it is done.

Then it also goes through the midBrain.

When I give this Sound, Ah, to Wayne Dyer, I did not have that knowledge that I have

today.

I would do it better now.

You know what Ah can do.

So I have revised it also.

So this morning, I thought I would do before I go along with my travel plans.

I would do this video on the choice.

It is definitely a choice that you make.

I had a choice.

I could as well not taken the time to do this video and [instead] go for breakfast this

morning here.

I have to start in another 15 minutes.

But I, something said that I should do.

So don't analyze.

Just changing the brain itself is enough.

Each part of the Brain is given a role.

The memory is Hippocampus.

And Amygdala is fear.

The midBrain is Miracle.

The whole limbic system is a fantastic part of the brain.

But are we using our Brain?

I'm not interested in going on and on talking about philosophy.

We live in a world of neuroscience.

And neuroscience can change our lives.

Neuroscience is going to change our lives.

And it is a matter of making how we can use our Brain.

And thank God that we have so many devices now that are coming that one day see that

I'm also involved in creating a device that can change your Brain waves, change the blood

flow into various parts of the Brain.

And then we can spontaneously make great choices.

Vibration that can totally transform your life now

I believe that this video can change the lens through which you see the world and help you

understand at a practical level how you can be the person that you prefer to then receive the

It's under the understanding that everything is vibration now. This is something that quantum physics is showing us

This is something that's been known for a very long time that

everything is vibration and the thing that separates one thing from another is just simply a different rate of

frequency

So the idea behind this is knowing that when we start to understand this we can really

Start to edit certain parts of our life. We can start to look at certain Behaviors

we have we can look at certain ways that we think and how that gets a different result in our life than a prior or

a different behavior now the first secret has to do with

Understanding that whatever you are tuned to you are literally

Becoming and you are matching so think of this in the form of any of the friends that you're around

when you are around friends when you are around certain people

You literally start to in train your mind and your thoughts with them

You start to become more like them

And that's why they've always said that you are

the result of the five people that you are around the most that is because at a

Vibrational level you start to resonate with them

So the idea behind this is to always be around people that

Inspire you always be around people that raise you up so that you at the same time

can raise your vibration now another part of this could be simply the

Television anything that we consume once again

We are literally becoming if we consume television that's on reality reality to about some

Like Towing company and all the drama that happens when they tell people's cars the idea is that seeing those?

emotional triggers and other people are at the same time allowing us to

Emotionally Trigger the same thing in our own mind in that our own body, so the idea is to once again

Monitor the kind of things that we're consuming because as we do that we start to gain power over our own

Vibrational state and we start to become more at the cause rather than the effect because we aren't

Reacting as much so think of it in the form of television you watch any channel

You are tuned to you are literally becoming so begin to start to be aware of that and start to watch things that actually

Lift you up now the second secret of vibration has to do with understanding that what we put into our body

We are literally becoming like literally when we eat the food gets breaking down, and it becomes a part of us

So if we put nutrient rich Dense foods into our body live

Enzymes what we are doing is we're making it much more likely that we alkaline our body

Which is very important in the process when we are feeling and we have an alkaline body?

We are less likely to get sick

and think of sickness as

Something that brings your vibration down think of viruses and disease it brings your vibration down

When you keep your body in an alkaline state you remain in a good feeling space and at the same time your body will

Be much healthier, so be aware and once again

Edit what you are putting into your body because as you do that

You'll find your vibration will begin to rise naturally it could be the foods that you eat and it could also be

simply doing

Exercise that elevates your heart rate it could be

Doing things that help your breathing deepen so sometimes I'll do something that's called the wim hof's technique

Which is where you breathe very deeply

And then you hold your breath and what that does is it lets out the co2 in the body and increases the oxygen

And then you feel really good and very clear after it. Maybe I'll do a separate video on it

Let me know if you guys want me to but the idea is that there's certain techniques

We can do that can allow us

to raise and elevate our vibe raishin now the third secret has to do with understanding a

Process for which we can create and experience the reality we want so under the old

interpretation of We create our own reality

It's more so understanding that we select the reality through an infinite number of parallel realities, and what we do is

we then resonate and experience the result of that so it's less about the

Creation of it it's more about the selection of it and the letting in of it

think about it in the form of a television set and

You're watching a certain channel if you don't like the channel you're on you're simply you will change the channel

But you won't go in and you won't try to change the channel that you're watching now the reason

This is is because when we look at it from the point of parallel realities. What we'll notice is that every

Possible reality you can imagine exists right now in this moment

And the only reason we aren't

Experiencing the reality as we want is because we are not tuned to the realities that we prefer

We may have certain beliefs which have an electromagnetic charge which have a certain vibration that don't resonate with it

we might be

experiencing

emotions that don't resonate with what we want or taking action that doesn't resonate with the reality that we want so the idea is that

We must align all of these we must align our beliefs

We must do that, so that we start to

Get on the track of the vibrational reality that we want so we switch the channel now

I'm gonna share with you three ideas with this that can allow us to bridge that gap it has to do with beliefs

imagination and emotions now the idea behind this is that we can use our

Imagination to both have the kind of beliefs that we prefer. We can imagine it creating certain reference experiences

We can imagine certain memories in the past that reaffirm certain beliefs for us

so maybe it's a belief that says that I am worthy it's a belief that says that I can have the kind of

Abundance that I want my life and as we imagine these memories

We are literally activating and charging those beliefs with power with a vibrational energy

That's the way we can think about it at least now what we can do is we can think of feelings anytime

We are feeling into what we want to experience

We are activating the vibration and the frequency of that reality

so the simple step process of what you can do is you can start to realize that we must align our beliefs to the

Reality that we want to experience and that in order to do that we can use our imagination to imagine

Reference experiences of having that belief we can feel like that is already a part of who we are

We can imagine the best version of ourselves and as we do that

We start to activate those beliefs within us

and those beliefs carry with it a frequency of the reality that we want to experience then at that point as

We pretend like that is happening now as we feel that within us. We are literally

Activating those frequencies and making it more a part of who we are so in essence

We are becoming the reality that we imagine so the power of this process is

Understanding that everything we want to experience in our life is within us and all we must do is match our beliefs

match our

Imagination and also at the same time our feelings to that and eventually we will experience the outer reflection of that

So that's a simple process. That's really transformed my life

And it's really changed the way that I see everything because as I look to everything that I'm doing in my life

I can see whether it's raising my vibration or it's lowering it

So what you can do is understand that you can pay attention to what you're consuming you can pay attention?

And know that

Anything that you are tuned to

You are literally becoming and as you start to edit it as you start to put good foods into your body

You will start to feel different about yourself so with that being said
