It's hard to believe it's been more than 25 years since the release of Steven Spielberg's

Hook, the fantasy adventure about a middle-aged Peter Pan returning to Neverland.

Two of the famous grown-ups in the cast are no longer with us: Hollywood legend Robin

Williams as Peter and British screen and stage star Bob Hoskins, as Mr. Smee.

Others, including Julia Roberts as Tinkerbell, Dustin Hoffman as Captain Hook, and Maggie

Smith as Wendy, are still working steadily in the spotlight today.

But what about the lesser-known members of the cast?

What do they look like today?

Think happy thoughts, because were about to find out.

Charles Korsmo - Jack Banning

Korsmo played Peter's son Jack, who gets abducted by Captain Hook.

The dastardly pirate plays on Jack's anger with his workaholic father and attempts to

bond with the boy to thwart his nemesis.

Following Hook, Korsmo appeared in only one more film: 1998's Can't Hardly Wait.

As of the making of this video, Korsmo is slated to appear in an upcoming 2018 film

called Chained For Life, but has a different day job than acting.

These days, Korsmo is a lawyer and associate law professor at Case Western Reserve University.

Amber Scott - Maggie Banning

Scott played the adorably precocious daughter of Peter Pan, Maggie Banning.

Kidnapped along with her brother Jack, she famously called her captor out for his bad

behavior …

"You need a mother very, very badly!"

She also sang a song in the movie, "When You're Alone," which was nominated for an Oscar.

Like her onscreen "brother" Charles Korsmo, Scott chose not to pursue an acting career

following Hook.

She's had only one other role to-date: a voice-acting credit for a documentary in 1995.

Caroline Goodall - Moira Banning

Goodall played Moira, granddaughter to Wendy and wife of Peter.

Moira and Peter argue about his work conflicting with his role as a father; later, the couple

discovers that their two children have been abducted by Captain Hook.

Goodall later landed numerous high profile roles in television and film, including Schindler's

List opposite Liam Neeson, and The Princess Diaries with Anne Hathaway.

Isaiah Robinson - Pockets

Robinson played one of the many oddly-named Lost Boys who Peter encounters in Neverland.

In one famous scene, the Lost Boys don't initially believe that the middle-aged man before them

is actually Peter Pan.

Pockets reaches out to touch his face, finally recognizing him …

"Oh, there you are, Peter!"

Following Hook, Robinson booked only one additional acting credit, for a role in the 2005 film

Dead at the Box Office.

He now works as a singer for the Los Angeles Opera.

Jasen Fisher - Ace

You may remember Fisher as the Lost Boy who wore a raggedy top hat and helped his comrades

whip Peter back into shape.

Fisher also starred in two other films as a child, Parenthood and The Witches, although

his role as "Ace" in Hook marked his last acting credit.

Fisher reunited with his Parenthood castmates not long ago and shared that he currently

lives in Florida and works as a professional golf caddy.

Dante Basco - Rufio

Everyone remembers the Lost Boy with a bad attitude who assumed leadership over the group

after Peter Pan went away.

When Peter returns to Neverland, Dante Basco's Rufio isn't willing to give up his authority

at first, but after Peter finally proves he's regained his memories, Rufio willingly gives

up his sword.

Basco is also known for his tear-jerking death scene ..

"I wish I had a dad like you."

Since Hook, Basco has continued to act, focusing on voice work for several animated series

and video games.

Raushan Hammond - Thud Butt

Hammond played the jolly Lost Boy who rolls down some stairs and bowls over several pirates

during the battle with Captain Hook.

After Peter decides to return to the real world, he leaves Thud Butt in charge of the

group.

"I want you to take care of everyone who's smaller than you."

"Okay."

Following Hook, he picked up a few more roles in the 1990s; in 2011, he acted in and directed

the low-budget heist flick 24 Hours in Las Vegas.

James Madio - Don't Ask

The Lost Boy with a smart mouth, a tweed jacket, and a feather earring dangling from one ear

was known as "Don't Ask."

Hook marked James Madio's first acting role, but he never looked back after that: he's

continued to act, appearing in dozens of films and television series since.

You may also remember Madio for his role in HBO's Band of Brothers.

Madio also appeared in an episode of the police drama Blue Bloods, and he's slated to star

in the boxing biopic Pep.

How To Make Korean Black Bean Noodles ~ Jjajangmyeon Recipe ~ Vegetarian Black Bean Noodles - Duration: 4:03.

This dish is a lot of fun to cook and eat. Black bean noodles. I'm Tess and I'm

going to show you how to make this popular black bean noodles called Jjajangmyeon.

(intro music)

Typically black bean noodles are fatty and made with a base of fried pork.

You can use chicken or beef but today I'm making a vegetarian form with no meat.

If using meat just fry the meat in a little oil first, remove the meat and

leave the oil in to fry the vegetables. These are the noodles I will be using

and you can find them at your Asian market. These are fresh cut noodles.

You can use any rice or egg noodles or even pasta like spaghetti or linguine for

this recipe. This black bean sauce is also great over rice. I'm just cooking

the noodles according to the package instructions.

And this is the black bean paste. It is black and thick. It is a fermented bean

paste and has a mild salty taste. I will leave a link below where you can

purchase it online. In my pan on medium to medium-high heat I'm adding in some

oil, minced garlic, minced ginger and some diced onions. You want your veggies in

small diced pieces. Stirring and cooking for a couple minutes.

Now I'm adding in the black bean paste. Stirring and cooking for a minute.

I'm stirring constantly as you don't want the paste to burn and this is gonna help

get rid of some of the bitterness and enhance the flavor. Next goes in the

potatoes and giving it a good stir. Now I'm adding in the zucchini and giving it

another good mix. Once you make this you jjajangmyeon once or twice you will learn

what vegetables you will like with the sauce. The main ingredients for this dish

are onions and potatoes. You can add cabbage, carrots, celery or mushrooms to

this dish. This black bean noodle recipe is a balance between salty and sweet so

it's nice to add sweet veggies like sweet onions and carrots. In goes some

water and you can use broth. Adding some sugar for sweetness to balance out the

sauce and remember to give the sauce a taste along the way. Bring the sauce up

to a boil and turn down to low to a simmer and cook for about 10 minutes or

until the veggies are tender. You want to give it a good stir occasionally.

At the end, to thicken the sauce add a slurry of cornstarch and water. Just add

a little at a time and you're going to see it thicken. This is about the

consistency that you want.

Serving the black bean sauce over the noodles and garnishing with a little pop

of brightness and crunch with some sliced cucumbers. You can add some

pickled radish or even a fried egg on top. I really like the balance of salty

and sweet in this dish. With the noodles and starchy potatoes this is a definite

comfort meal. You just want to give the noodles and sauce a good mix and eat away!

AMIR Quick Charge 3.0 Car Charger Review! - Duration: 3:12.

Hey guys and girls it's me JoshyTek.

Amir has kindly sent me their new quick charge 3.0 car charger, so does this car charger

cut the cake?

Let's find out.

The packaging of this product just comes in a small cardboard box which gives me the impression

that all of the money is spent on the car charger.

The box can easily be opened which reveals the car charger right in front of you.

I like how the car charger is wrapped in a plastic bag which protects the charger from

damage when opening the box.

Getting the charger out of the box, the car charger has some sort of a weight to it which

gives me a feeling that this is a good quality product.

At the front I like how there's a glossy finish, if you compare that to most other car chargers

they would have more plastic than what this charger has.

The only plastic parts on this charger is where the USB ports are, but to be honest

I'm not complaining.

On the side you would see RoHS which means that this product is certified to be safe

to use.

There are three ports on this charger.

The one highlighted in orange is your quick charge 3.0 port, hence it utilities Qualcomm's

Quick Charge 3.0.

This port will work with any phone that has quick charging capabilities.

The middle port is a USB Type C port.

I like how Amir has added this port because it makes this product more future proof as

USB C is becoming more popular.

On the bottom you just have your 2.4 amp normal charger which will charge your devices that

don't have quick charging capabilities.

Testing the quick charge port, the device used was the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, we also

used a timer to time low long it has taken for the phone to charge from 27%

One thing I liked was that in darker situations the car charger would light up blue in the

quick charge port.

In 28 minutes of charging the phone it had already reached 87% which is really surprising

considering the phone has a decently sized 2600mAh battery.

And as for negatives, I can't find any.

I had no problems using this product.

But is this product worth purchasing, considering the product has been reduced to nine pounds

or 13 dollars I would say definitely, if you want a car charger that utilizes Qualcomm's

Quick Charging 3.0 then this product is for you as that's the main selling point of this

product but apart from that, I will leave a link in the description for you to purchase

this product right from Amazon, and I will see you in next week's video and um yeah goodbye.

01 VPM Training Introduction - Duration: 9:38.

Welcome to the first a series of video training recordings

about the new Vision Protocol Manager.

This video serves as an introduction to the program

and an overall look at the features that it offers

to the Vision G2 Dissolution instrument users.

Hanson Vision G2 instruments use, generate and store operational data:

They require that a user create, edit, store, delete and backup protocols

that are used daily to run dissolution tests.

When protocols are modified it is up to the lab manager to make sure

that all the instruments in the system are updated with the current protocols.

The same can be said for security and instrument configuration.

Instruments generate logs containing maintenance data

events and errors which need to be manually backed up on a regular basis.

When a dissolution test ends, a test report is created which needs to be

printed, signed and in many cases digitally archived.

All this data needs to be routinely archived via flash drive

as some of it is only stored temporarily by the instrument.

Users need to remember to manually manage their instrument data.

This moving of data around manually is given the name of "sneakernet."

Vision G2 users will greatly benefit from a simple PC software program

to help manage the writing, editing, saving, uploading and downloading

of Vision G2 protocols.

It will also automatically backup and archive instrument data logs.

The program will help customers meet their 21CFR Part 11 requirements,

and will especially be beneficial to users of multiple Vision dissolution instruments.

Basically, Vision Protocol Manager will allow the user to replace and improve

most tasks done using a flash drive.

It will allow the user to manage his or her protocols in a computer database

and to quickly drag-and-drop protocols back and forth between the computer

and the dissolution instruments at any time.

The program present a dashboard showing the state of each instrument

in the system - Is the instrument idle? Is it running a test?

What test is it running? Is it offline? When was the last time that a successful data

backup was implemented. A quick glance of the latest events and errors

that have ocurred on all instruments and more...

The program will allow to create and edit protocols in a computer environment

with full context-sensitive help (F1) and timing conflict detection tools.

Now that hundreds, even thousands, of protocols and instrument data are at

your fingertips, Vision Protocol Manager provides search and filter tools

so that only the information required is displayed.

It no longer matters that no one remembered to back up the data in the instruments,

because Vision Protocol Manager has already remembered to do it.

At the end of the dissolution tests, test reports are digitized

and transferred to the Protocol Manager database automatically

looking exactly as they print from the instrument.

But now they can be electronically signed by up to 2 users,

kept in the database, printed or exported to a PDF format.

On top of that, Vision Protocol Manager maintains its own independent Audit Trail

containing every important task performed including changes to protocols,

log-ins, log-outs, test runs, configuration changes and more.

Protocol Manger will not remotely start and control dissolution tests.

Once the required protocols are in the target instruments,

the user starts the test from the instrument keypad, as usual.

Protocol Manager does not require that a particular method development procedure be implemented.

It is up to the user to use the tools provided and develop a procedure.

Protocol Manager does not interface with data reduction instruments

such as spectrophotometers or LIMS systems.

Other programs such as: Argus or Icalis are available to users that require such capabilites.

Vision Protocol Manger can be demonstrated with the use of actual instruments

thanks to our "Virtual Lab" program.

"Virtual Lab" will be discussed in a later video.

Vision Protocol Manager is available as of March of 2017

Protocol Manager has what is called a Client-Server architecture.

It really is 2 programs working together:

One called the Server and the other called the Client.

In this architecture, the Client requests resources (such as information)

and the Server provides it.

The Server may be installed in the same computer as the Client, or

thousands of miles away, as long as they have network access to each other.

In a typical installation one Server and multiple Clients are installed.

Each user that contains to Protocol Manager simultaneously

becomes a new Client to the same Server.

As we can see the Server is the only entity with access to the instruments.

Clients need to ask the server for information.

As usual, instruments have protocols, security, instrument configuration,

logs and final test reports.

The server has access to the data in the computer database,

access to the instruments. It's in charging of saving and retrieving protocols,

backups and security. The Server has no user interface.

The Client has the user interface and it allows the user to configure the system,

manage the protocols and the instrument data.

This is what a typical Vision Protocol Manager configuration looks like.

The current slide shows the minimum hardware requirements for the Client

and the Server computers.

The Server will run on Windows 7,10 or Windows Server 2008 or newer.

The Client will run on Windows 7 or 10, either 32/64 bit configuration.

Vision Protocol Manager will manage the users and Security

independent of instrument Security.

Therefore Protocol Manager Security will overrule instrument Security.

That is because Protocol Manager will enhance security

in order to help the customer meet 21CFR Part 111 requirements.

Protocol Manager will manage inactivity timeouts but also add features

such as password strength, validity times, unsuccessful login attempts, etc.

When a user logs in using the Client program, his or her

permissions using the program will be determined.

Protocol Manager adds an almost unlimited permission profile for each user.

The program also allows the manager to create user groups

to better manage user permissions and better meet 21CFR Part 11 regulations.

Protocol Manager adds many features to help the customer with 21 CFR Part 11 compliance.

It meets the criteria of a "closed system" in which

"access is controlled by persons who are responsible for the content

of electronic records that are on the system."

It adds many password features.

It provides "protection of records to enable their accurate and ready

retrieval throughout the records retention period.

Audit Trail events are "secure and computer generated and time-stamped"

and are independently recorded events.

Vision G2 Dissolutions Testers and Samplers require firmware version 2.60 and

and above in order to work with Protocol Manager.

Vision AutoFilter requires firmware version 1.10 and above

These firmware versions have been updated to work with Protocol Manager

but a couple of extra features added such as the ability to work with the Epson

TM-U220D serial printer and the use of full protocol names when exporting and importing protocols.

These firmware updates are available for free via USB flash drive.

This concludes the introductory video to Protocol Manager.

you to get free dlc weapons like the new msmc and the Olympia.

You're going to be able to get any dlc weapon on black ops 3 for free.

If you guys ever wanted dlc weapons for free and not spend money for me those stupid cod

points then you have to do these glitches.

These glitches are going to get you those dlc weapons you always wanted.

There really easy to do and you don't even need a friend or another controller to do

it.

The last glitch in the video is ***** insane and the best outta the 3.

But you don't want to miss the first 2 glitches because there also really dope.

Let me know what glitch you found the most helpful and if you guys do these glitches

Anyways the first glitch is an unlimited cryptokey glitch which I've posted before but this glitch

can be used to get those dlc weapons for absolutely free.

Let's waste no more time and get straight into the glitch.

If you're a ps4 user you need media player downloaded and if you're on Xbox then you

do an application that would disconnect you from bo3 servers.

Now we're guan use the cryptokey challenges to do the glitch.

You can do this glitch with your daily challenge or your weekly cryptokey challenge.

I would recommend the weekly one because you get 30 keys every time instead of 10.

But the daily challenge is also really dope.

Now hop into a game and finish that daily or weekly challenge you have.

Once you complete it and the skull thing for the completion pops up on your screen quickly

get your ass outta the game quickly.

Once you go into the black market you're going to see a screen that says retry.

From here go over to the media player application I was talking about for ps4 users and have

it ready.

In the gameplay you can see I open the application up and go back to black ops3.

If you guys don't have media player just go over to the PlayStation store and download

it.

If you're using Xbox you guys have to find an application that's guan suspend black ops

3.

If you guys do find an application please let me know down below.

Once your back on the retry screen on black ops 3 you want to hit the retry button and

when the treyarch logo rotates one and a half times quickly hit the ps button and go back

into media player.

This glitch is all about timing.

Maybe your internet is slower and the same rotation does not apply for you.

When the treyarch logo rotates one and half times for me it Always works but it might

be different for you, it's all about timing.

The typical time for you to get to media player would be about 3 and a half seconds.

So wait for about 3 and a half seconds and hit retry and go into media player.

Now stay in media player for about 30 seconds or so, and then you can go back into black

ops 3.

Once you go back into black ops 3 you can see I have 10 more cryptokey than before.

I had 26 before the glitch and now I have 36.

But if you do this glitch with a weekly cryptokey challenge then you're going to earn yourself

a rare supply drop everytime.

The best part about this glitch is you can keep repeating it by following the same steps.

You can earn over thousands of cryptokeys every single day and get yourself new dlc

weapons every day without spending a dime.

Many people say this glitch is patched and it's not.

I know so many people that have gained thousands and thousands of keys by doing this glitch.

I actually earned myself the ak74u by doing this glitch which I was pretty hyped about.

If you guys also want the Msmc, Olympia, ak74u and even the kvk for free then this glitch

is a must for you.

If you guys use this glitch let me know what kind of dlc weapons you earn down below.

You guys got to use this glitch before they patch it and this is only the first glitch

and it's quite overpowered.

If you think this glitch was op just wait for the last one, that one is a straight slapper.

Many people say this glitch got pat end but that's not the case.

All the people that say that **** up the timing.

Timing is key with this unlimited cryptokey glitch.

Now the next glitch is not much of a glitch it's more of a method that you can use to

get the dlc weapons for a while and test the guns out.

But the glitch after this is absolutely insane, you're going to be able to get any dlc weapon

you want in a couple of minutes so stay tuned for that.

This method is quite easy to do and many people know about it.

All you got to do is load up black ops 3 and from the main menu make your way over to multiplayer

and into custom games.

Now click on change game mode and go into the community playlist.

People make custom game modes with all kinds of dlc weapons so just choose one of the gamemodes.

This way you can test all kind of dlc guns.

Even the new ones like the msmc, Olympia and the older dlc guns like the ak74u and the

kvk.

Many people use this method to get a feel of the newer guns and get to decide if they

really want to spend money on cod points to get the new weapons or even do the glitch

I just showed you with the unlimited cryptokeys.

This was just a method I wanted to show you guys so you can test out all kind of dlc weapons.

Now the last glitch is ***** insane and with this glitch you're going to be able to get

all kind of dlc weapons in a short period of time.

You guys have to do this glitch right now because treyarch are for sure going to be

patching this ASAP.

Treyarch recently just had a new update for black ops 3 so there's mostly likely going

to be hot fixing this very fast.

With this last glitch I'm not going to be showing you guys gameplay and I'm not even

going to be giving you guys a voice tutorial because treyarch are really strict about this

glitch.

I get why there so serious with this glitch; it allows you to get any type of dlc weapon

you want.

You're going need 2 controllers for this glitch.

One of my friends posted a video showing the glitch and it was striked right away and then

he uploaded a voice over.

I'll have a video on my Twitter that could possibly help with the glitch.

AMIR Quick Charge 3.0 Car Charger Review! - Duration: 3:12.

Hey guys and girls it's me JoshyTek.

Amir has kindly sent me their new quick charge 3.0 car charger, so does this car charger

cut the cake?

Let's find out.

The packaging of this product just comes in a small cardboard box which gives me the impression

that all of the money is spent on the car charger.

The box can easily be opened which reveals the car charger right in front of you.

I like how the car charger is wrapped in a plastic bag which protects the charger from

damage when opening the box.

Getting the charger out of the box, the car charger has some sort of a weight to it which

gives me a feeling that this is a good quality product.

At the front I like how there's a glossy finish, if you compare that to most other car chargers

they would have more plastic than what this charger has.

The only plastic parts on this charger is where the USB ports are, but to be honest

I'm not complaining.

On the side you would see RoHS which means that this product is certified to be safe

to use.

There are three ports on this charger.

The one highlighted in orange is your quick charge 3.0 port, hence it utilities Qualcomm's

Quick Charge 3.0.

This port will work with any phone that has quick charging capabilities.

The middle port is a USB Type C port.

I like how Amir has added this port because it makes this product more future proof as

USB C is becoming more popular.

On the bottom you just have your 2.4 amp normal charger which will charge your devices that

don't have quick charging capabilities.

Testing the quick charge port, the device used was the Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, we also

used a timer to time low long it has taken for the phone to charge from 27%

One thing I liked was that in darker situations the car charger would light up blue in the

quick charge port.

In 28 minutes of charging the phone it had already reached 87% which is really surprising

considering the phone has a decently sized 2600mAh battery.

And as for negatives, I can't find any.

I had no problems using this product.

But is this product worth purchasing, considering the product has been reduced to nine pounds

or 13 dollars I would say definitely, if you want a car charger that utilizes Qualcomm's

Quick Charging 3.0 then this product is for you as that's the main selling point of this

product but apart from that, I will leave a link in the description for you to purchase

FinancialForce CEO on Digital Transformation: The New Services Economy in the Cloud - Duration: 7:26.

I'm Michael Krigsman, an industry analyst and the host of CxOTalk.

We're here in Las Vegas at the FinancialForce.com conference called Community Live 2017.

And I'm speaking with Tod Nielsen, who is the CEO of FinancialForce.

Hi, Tod!

How are you?

Good, Mike!

How are you?

I am great!

So, this morning at your keynote, you spoke about the new service economy.

I did.

What is the service economy?

So, I talked about the evolution our industry has been going through, and how our experience

as consumers is changing from buying products to consuming everything as a service.

And, we spent some time talking about the op-ed piece that Mark Andreessen wrote in

2011 saying how software was going to eat the world, and how in just six short years,

we've not evolved into where more and more things are experienced as a service.

And so, going forward, I laid out the premise that services are devouring the galaxy.

And, the economy of how consumers and businesses buy from other businesses is changing completely.

The idea of having assets and owning physical goods is actually going to go away.

But, there's going to be a day when people literally won't own anything.

If you look at WhatsApp, that Facebook bought for $19 billion, it was sixteen developers

and then, 30 million users.

How a company could have sixteen developers and 30 million users and be able to build

this incredible service is something that we're now seeing as reality.

And it will be important going forward.

And this is affecting companies in every industry.

You gave the example of Boeing.

Absolutely!

You know, Boeing used to be known for "Hey, we're going to build jet planes.

Let's go!"

And they buy their parts, and they're jet engines.

And they're finding from their suppliers that they actually are selling to Boeing the

engines at cost and they're making their money on the maintenance and the upkeep and

all this stuff.

And any classic hardware companies, quote-on-quite like Tesla, and now realizing they're really

a services company, and the hardware is simply a delivery vehicle for them to enhance their

services.

FinancialForce is a, can we say, a back-end software provider of ERP.

Although, you also now are touching the front-end, touching the users.

And so, why is this so important to FinancialForce?

Well, I think if you look at the market right now, we're seeing a couple of interesting

trends.

One is the adoption of cloud computing.

I've spent my career in the infrastructure and platform world, and I think we're now

getting to the point where businesses are realizing there's opportunity in the cloud

for them.

And there's no longer a point of if they go to the cloud, but when.

And so, it's a great opportunity for our customers to say, "How are we going to get our back

office?

How are we going to get our systems to the cloud so we can be more aligned and attuned

with the overall business?"

Second, with all the demanding changes, one of the phrases I said this morning was, "Speed

is the new currency."

And, you know, businesses are saying "We need more, we need more, we need more,"

and when they look to their back office, their back office team is saying, "Sorry.

We can't accommodate.

We can't move that fast."

It's going to be viewed as slowing growth or preventing future progress.

And so, the back-office teams are saying, "What can we do to transform ourselves to

respond to the incredible demands that our businesses are giving us?"

So, this issue of speed is extremely important, and we hear the phrase "digital transformation."

Absolutely.

This issue of speed is so important.

So, could you maybe elaborate on that dimension as well?

Sure!

So, speed is no longer the point of, "Hey, let's do a project that's going to take three

years."

So the idea of an SAP implementation that's going to take three years to go, that is so

yesteryear.

Now, businesses are saying, "What can we do to move fast?"

And so, I think what you're finding is companies are saying, "Okay, I'm going to be less picky

about the particular customization and I want to have a more curated path of technology

that's going to meet my needs, so I can move fast."

You know, every business I talk to is talking about incredible releases.

In fact, in the software industry, it used to be…

I grew up with Microsoft.

We would do a release every year, or every two years.

And then we went to quarterly releases, and that was a dramatic event.

And now in the cloud computing, when I was running Heroku when I was at Salesforce, we

were doing releases every day.

So, there's a certain amount of responsiveness and iteration and "in-the-game" that's

important.

So, software and features as a set of curated functions.

It used to be viewed as here is a lump of clay, and let's take time to mold and sculpt

it into what you…

And […] had ten-year, twenty-year implementation…

Exactly!

And no one is happy at the end.

And so, I have a view that going forward; it's more of a "Let's make a deal" approach.

Do you want door number one or door number two, and which is going to meet my needs?

And then, the focus is on configuration, not customization.

So, you can figure it can meet your particular needs or business model nuances, but not have

something that's completely customized and sending you down a rathole that you may be

able to get out of.

What advice do you have for customers who want to move to the cloud, who want to adopt

this kind of speed?

Yeah, I think the most important thing, and I talked a little bit about it this morning,

is in the IT world, there's a triangle, a famous triangle of People, Process, and

Technology.

And it used to be that technology was the long pole in the tent.

And we're now to a point where people and process are as important, if not more important.

And so, what I would say to people that are wanting to move fast is identify your vendors

or who you're going to purchase products from, and lean in with them because success

is a team sport.

It's going to require you to lean in and invest your time and actually deliver to let

them know what you need, and then expect them to lean in equally hard to provide you the

capabilities and functionality you need.

And together, you can be the yin and yang to actually deliver the success.

So, collaboration inside the organization is the key.

Inside the organization and with your partners, it is now a matter of…

The idea, "Oh, we're going to be a partnership in this vendor-customer relationship," it's

no longer just a buzzword.

It is an important imperative for successful projects.

So, ecosystem is a fundamental part of this.

Absolutely.

The cloud is all about the network effect and bringing people together and as you're

driving these implementations, you can't do it alone.

No successful company will be an island; it has got to be working together as an ecosystem,

working together as a team to achieve that success.
