Youtube daily report Aug 3 2017

Swedish: May heaven and earth make me glorious

May Lord Ingui and the wise sage god Woden make me glorious

May I attain the glory of divine light

May this great glory never abandon me

May it never abandon my people, among whom let me be a speaker of truth

Hello friends my name is Arith Härger and today I'm going to talk about Freyfaxi, now I know that I've already

talked about Freyfaxi in the previous video and I leave a link down

below in the description so you might watch it but there was more I wanted to

tell you about this northern European pagan tradition and since I didn't want

to extend the previous video so much well I'm making this video solely to

talk about free Freyfaxi, today I'm going to give you a more academical approach to

this celebration by giving you a couple of examples of the Cult of Freyr so

you might understand that to our Norse ancestors the god of Agriculture and

fertility was one of the most important most worshiped and beloved deities

in the Norse pantheon so let's get started

every religion is always changing and

no matter how hard we try to follow the footsteps of our ancestors we will never

fully understand the essence of their spiritual beliefs and it's very common

to see that every religion and it doesn't matter if it's polytheistic or

monotheistic but every religion has its spiritual branches and this also happens

with the northern European pagan traditions there are some who prefer

just to worship the Aesir others only the Vanir and of course there are those

who worship the gods of the underworld and the deities with a more primal concept

and obviously there are those who just want to worship one deity and

focus on that one archetype

suffice it to say that for most neo-pagans who practice the northern european pagan traditions they prefer to

worship just Odin or perhaps just Thór or the both of them it seems that these

two deities are very famous amongst neo-pagans and everything else in this

spiritual tradition seems of no importance however for our ancestors it

was obviously different the majority of the populace they were farmers herders

fishermen so they would prefer to worship deities connected with fertility

deities who gave them plenty rather than deities connected with death sacrifice

and war and talking about that the God Odin for instance he is a God

connected with war sacrifice and death rather than wisdom and magic as we

commonly think today so the Cult of Odin was a very restricted one and only for

certain elite of the society but about the Cult of Odin for another video with

this being said I will move on to the real subject of this video

to our Norse/Germanic ancestors one of the most worship deities was the god Freyr

a God worshiped since the Iron Age or perhaps even further back all the way to

the Middle Ages , Fricco or Freyr - a name which appears to be identical with the

Teutonic word represented in Old English as " frea" meaning King or Lord

the god Freyr was mostly worshipped at Uppsala - Sweden - but there are some historians and

archaeologists that have stated that a certain image of Freyr existed and it

was used for worshipping in Thrandheim - Norway - and it was carried there from

Sweden, there are certain stories that mentioned this very image being carried

around the country and to which people offered sacrifices so I cannot say it

was a common practice but it indeed existed this ritual this sort of

ceremony carrying an image around and people making offerings to it more or

less like in the Christian tradition for instance

when people carry the image of Christ or the Virgin Mary or some saint in a

procession and we have Tacitus a roman senator a politician of the roman empire

and a historian of some sorts he mentions a certain cult with these

similarities in ihs "Germania" an image of a goddess being carried in a cart and

taken into a forest into a sacred grove and sacrifices being offered to this

goddess in her honor mostly human sacrifices well in this case just human

sacrifices people being immolated

ghastly

o f course there were many sacrifices to the God Freyr but mostly animal sacrifices for instance there is

an account of black oxen being sacrificed to the god Freyr by the

mythical hero Hading and these sacrifices were often called Frodblod or Frodblót

by the Swedes meaning "Freyr's sacrifices" and there are frequent

occurrences of the name Freyr being included in Swedish and Danish place

names which indicates the prevalence of the Cult of Freyr in both of those countries

worshiping the God Freyr was very popular in Sweden and as I've said

in this video and I have given you a couple of examples it became a common

practice in certain places in Norway and from there it was carried into Iceland

by the first settlers and these settlers being the Norwegian aristocracy fleeing

from Norway because of religious and political persecution

as late as the 10th century there are historical accounts that represent the people of

Thrandheim as refusing to break their image of the God Freyr under King Olaf Tyggvason's orders

and this was a time when Christianity was already spreading

throughout Norway and the people of Thrandheim refused this kingly command

because they had long served this deity and the deity had done good to them

and there are folk accounts from the people of Thrandheim and that state that

this deity talked with them and show them things to come and gave them

peace and prosperity and it was customary in the great festivals to

drink in honor to God Freyr to secure this peace this prosperity - plenty

and I'm remembering now there is another account of a piece of jewelry - a talisman

in which an image of Freyr was marked in silver and it's it's mentioned

as having been owned by one of the petty kings of Norway and more or less in the

ninth century if memory doesn't fail me and this was given by King Harald to Ingimund

so as you can see there are historical accounts and archaeological

evidences that shows us the importance the god Freyr had to our Norse

ancestors and how popular he was in Sweden and some parts of Norway and even

in Iceland the traces of a popular Cult of Freyr are very clear and more than

one prominent person mentions this cult in the sagas for instance one saga one

account from Thorgrim - Brother-in-law of Gisli Sursson - in this saga it is

mentioned that Thorgrim, himself wanted to make a festival at the beginning of

winter to greet winter in honor to the God Freyr making another sacrifice to

the god Freyr now from this saga and from other sagas

and other accounts I've picked parts and I've summarized them a lot so I could

tell you and show you once again how popular the cult of Freyr was in ancient

Scandinavia and even in for these people who were polytheistic many

in these societies worshiped just one deity and that one dated being Freyr

so if you don't mind I will tell you some some more accounts and other sagas very

much summarized and well let's just do it . . .

when Thorgrim was murdered and had

been laid in a grave mound it was noticed that the snow never lay on the

south or west sides of the mound and the ground never froze there it was supposed

that Thorgrim was so highly esteemed by the god Freyr himself for the offerings

he made to him that the god did not wish Thorgrim's mound to freeze

great attachment to this deity also appears in the story of Hrafnkel which I've mentioned in

the previous video who loved no other god more than Freyr and gave the deity o

his most valuable possessions

among the offerings was a horse (Hrafnkel's own horse)

which on that account bore the name of Freyfaxi,

another Freyfaxi belonged to Brand in Vatnsdal and most people believed that he had

a religious reverence for the horse

horses owned by Freyr are also mentioned as

existing in Thrandheim in the days of Olaf Tryggvason by the end of the

10th century so Freyfaxi became the well-known name for the cult of Freyr

and the celebration to him during August

Prince William, Kate Middleton News: Duke Heads To France For The First Time Since Princess Diana - Duration: 1:32.

Prince William and Kate Middleton traveled to Paris, France on Friday for an official

visit.

This marks the first time that the Prince is in the country since Princess Diana's death.

Upon arrival, the couple immediately headed over to the lyse Palace, where they

were welcomed by French President Franois Hollande.

Prince William and Kate Middleton had taken part in the St. Patrick's Day parade in London,

which takes place annually.

For two days, Prince William and Kate Middleton attended a number of events in the French

capital.

These include a reception involving a number of young French leaders, as well as a formal

dinner at Her Majesty's Ambassador's place.

Kensington Palace had announced these activities last month.

All throughout the trip, both Prince William and Kate Middleton looked smitten with one

another, showing zero signs of any sort of trouble in paradise, according to E! Online.

The Duke had stirred controversy a few days earlier when he skipped a family event in

favor of a ski trip.

He was also caught on camera "dad-dancing" at a Swiss nightclub with several women, which

allegedly left the Duchess disappointed and drew humiliation for the Royal family.

Reimagine work: Security for security - Duration: 3:17.

I hate dance music, I hate chart music and everything

but again I'm stood outside, I can't really hear it that much so that's better for me

people always say ''smile''

and I've got, well apparently very sarcastic sense of humour that's what everyone says

I think you develop that sort of sense of humour through dealing with people

when you're getting abused all night

all you can do is turn back sarcasm on people

that's all you've got!

Doormen, although it's 2017, still have a 'thug' image which is totally wrong

they're there to protect the customers, they're there to protect staff

they're there to help the police

the doormen know that, just no one else sees it

there's always potential for danger

they get hurt and there's nobody there for them

it's a thankless job

I work with lads on the door who've only been doing it for three weeks

they've got this, they haven't been trained

you're not qualified you don't know what you're doing

being a head doorman, you see people that come in

and they're nervous young lads

they've done their little S.I.A. course

but now they're dealing with public

and confrontation, when it's real it's not nice for people

you can't just say to somebody who's going to be in charge of sometimes 500 people

especially when booze is involved

you can't just say "right, there's a few days training, now go out and do it"

it's gotta be bigger than that

I worked on the doors years ago, started a security company

and just years of having no support, seeing the doormen struggle

struggled myself

and I just thought it was about time someone done something

the SPSC intends to provide security for security

we need to give the doormen the qualifications

and we need them to be proud of the qualifications

and do the job they signed up for

and that's what it's all about

we're taking people off the dole

upskilling doormen like yourself, people who've been working a long time

we have legal, criminal solicitors, civil solicitors

we have health insurance

nobody really wants to insure doormen, because obviously it's a risky job

if we've got no insurance to be come getting bottled, getting glassed and stuff like that

it's not worth the pay

we thought about it long and hard about what we would need

what I would like to see if I was a doorman now, knowing the struggles they have

us door lads don't have a lot of say

where it should be we should have a lot more say

until The Hive got involved, I really didn't know what a co-op was

and I think the co-op was definitely the way to go

when we applied to The Hive, they put things in place, stipulations

and helped us develop the standards

it just opens a multitude of doors for them

if I had this when I was younger, I could've gone so much further

I'm gonna do the training that I can do and better myself

I don't want to work the doors forever, like I said all that music I'm sick of it now

I would like to go in a different direction, now I've got a chance to

which I haven't had before

I think it's exciting and it's gonna change things for the better

and I think it's about time

it's been a long time coming

do you want to be a member?

I do aye!

Pain points for tax depts: Reporting, determination, data management | European CEO - Duration: 3:27.

European CEO: I'm with Rebecca Polley from Vertex, and we're discussing the challenges

faced by indirect tax departments around the world.

What are the top three recurring challenges that tax departments are asking you to manage?

Rebecca Polley: What we're hearing from our customers is really pain points around the

reporting requirements: some of the trends that we're seeing are requiring customers

to submit detailed transaction-level data to the taxing authorities. That's something

that we haven't really seen in Europe before, and that's going to require changes in companies' approaches.

Other areas where they see challenges is on the determination side:

what is the amount of tax that needs to apply to a particular transaction.

And finally in that data management piece, tax departments are working with data that

are very large in volume and we believe that's going to require a technology solution to

be able to support that process.

European CEO: Let's drill down into those one by one; so which jurisdictions are requiring

this transaction-level data?

Rebecca Polley: So for example we're seeing in Spain they're rolling out a new reporting

requirement. And it's not just the tax amount, there's actually data that they're requesting

that actually helps describe the transaction that actually takes place between the two

trading partners. They're really looking to try to focus their efforts and their resources

on those taxpayers that are trying not to comply and then ensuring that the taxpayers

that are on a compliant basis can be left to continue to do their business.

European CEO: The determination challenge was the second one you mentioned; give me

an example of the kinds of complexities that are at work here.

Rebecca Polley: Yeah you've got VAT groups that have a lot of cross-border transactions

between them. Those obviously are not taxed at standard rates. Triangulation is another

topic that comes up in Europe. And these are all areas where companies have set up supply

chains to optimise cost. But these then do run across borders, and that's typically where

you see challenges in the tax determination space.

European CEO: And finally you talked about data management; talk to me about the scale

of the issue here, the volume of data that you're talking about.

Rebecca Polley: We have customers that for example are dealing with trillions of lines

of data. And if you're thinking about having to submit all that data to the taxing authorities,

you want to have a tool in place where you can bring that data in, ensure that it actually

has all of the pieces that are required from a tax perspective, because under some of the

new regimes like the Spain SII and what we're seeing in Poland, non-compliant transactions

are actually going to be sent back to companies for rework and then resubmittal.

European CEO: I mean ideally you want the same kind of technology in your own company

that the tax authorities are using to check everything.

Rebecca Polley: Absolutely. There are technologies out on the marketplace today that are getting

close to that. I mean we're seeing tax authorities looking at things like machine learning; some

of the advanced analytics and robotics that we're hearing about today. IBM Watson is a

great example of that.

We're looking at that as well, as a technology vendor: how we can best implement some of

that new technology in empowering our solutions. Because we want to ensure our customers are

best equipped to meet these new reporting requirements that are coming at them very,

very quickly.

European CEO: Rebecca, thank you.

Rebecca Polley: Thank you.

Doll Makeup by Kazuki Ujo【with English Sub】|デイリーにも使える!可愛い系ドールメイク【雨情華月】 - Duration: 9:13.

When the eyebrows and the eyes are closer,

I thought it will be like doll makeup so I placed it low

Good morning, I'm Kazuki Ujo

Artist work, assistant to comic artist, and doing YouTube as well

Today I am introducing Doll makeup you can use in daily life

So please take a look

The color contacts are 16mm ones I ordered from Korea

in color gray

I chose it by size

Since they only sold small lens in Japan,

so I ordered from Korea

For the eyelid glue, since the width of the eyelids change daily,

so to adjust it, I'm using the eyelid glue

Base from Maquillage

I am using this cosmetic puff

it sticks to the skin better than the fingers so it's good

Makeup will start to come off easily during summer, so the base should be thorough

Using the concealer from Cezanne

Since the dark circles under the eyes are terrible, I'm concentrating there

It's not rubbing it in, but tapping it in to let it blend in with the skin

Foundation from Chanel

This brush right here is so easy to use

Fitting this into the skin and applying it works well

How to apply it is, bringing up from bottom to top is the key

This brush I bought at a pharmacy which was very popular at the site @cosme

For foundation or base, I am on a journey to find one that is my destiny product

so far using Chanel

The reason why for using Chanel is, it suits my skin well, and I felt it doesn't come off easily

and it doesn't glare

Face powder from Elegance

It's summer and you get so conscious of the glare of your skin

and you want powder on

but when I used this, my worries were gone

Blush from CanMake

The key of the doll makeup this time is creating the overall in a round shape

The blush will also go round and round from the eyes

Making it round will make it very young or very cute

so it suits well with doll makeup

Using this KATE for highlighting, low lighting and shading

This one is value for money, and easy to use

The color is clearly divided,

Adding to the face line on the sides, and so easy to use on highlight and low light

I'm repeating this so much

The place to add it in is,

almost just touching softly on the sides of the face

Not making it too strong as if to create a sculpture

and doing with a very soft image

Cezanne eyebrows mascara

The key for this is going back and forth many times

and create each and every one f them and do the details

The eyebrow pencil from Cezanne

Tips on how to create the eyebrows are,

I am shaving off half of my eyebrows

drawing it under where the eyebrows are

and trying to bring the position of the eyebrows as low as possible

When the distance between the eyes and the eyebrows are close, it's more doll make like

so making it really close

How to draw is, utilizing your own eyebrows and

drawing it parallel

Making the outer corner droopy

Using the writing liquid eyes from CanMake to create

The color of this is really good

I feel that I can make the best eye bags that I have ever made with this one

The key is concentrating right below the eyes

and spreading from there

This makeup should also have a round shape in mind and add a lot under the eyes

and spread it there to make a circle

Using design eyebrows from KATE

to create a shadow under the eye bags

Adding some shadow under the eye bags will create a 3D effect to it

so it's good

Using eye shadow from Lunasol

It has a scent of a chocolate and I really like it

It is filled with many colors,

Adding the lightest color above the eye lid

This becomes a highlighter so it gives a 3D effect

Using this color

you can use this as a nose shadow, so adding it thoroughly with a brush

When you make it too thick, it will be too soft

so adding it naturally

Next is adding the lighter color to the whole eyelid

This one should go on thoroughly, where the outer corner starts to go down

and the darker one should be applied thoroughly on the whole eyelid

This is the darkest color

to add some round impression to the eyes,

add a lot above the pupil of the eyes and spread it from there

Making it a little droopy on the side to make it a doll makeup

and adding this dark stuff to the outer corner

The base mascara is Majolica Majorca

The key t adding mascara is, since I want to make it round, I just add it under the pupils

When you add this mascara base, the eyelashes becomes longer and mascara won't easily come off

It is so good that I've always used it

The mascara is one called Mote-Mascara

Where the base was added, I am placing it one by one

The eyeliner is from Majolica Majorca

For this, adding pretty thickly above the pupil of the eyes around 5mm

Circling around it normally

and for the outer corner, pulling it out sticking 5mm so it will look droopy

The second eye shadow is from Jill Stuart

I used this since I wanted to have the pink and the glitter look

I think the pink color looks cuter for dolly makeup

so I am adding pink glitter on top

Adding some glitter to the eye bags as well

I am pulling this naturally and lightly

Using this one from MAC for the lips

For my lips, I eat and drink often so it tends to come off

but by using this, the vertical marks on my lips have disappeared,

or it has lasted long so I am using this

It has a good scent so it's good

Using the lipstick from Jill Stuart

It's slightly pink and cute so thoroughly adding this to the lips

For these MAC lipsticks, since I want to add a round impression,

so adding to the middle of the lips

It will become lips with some 3D effect and cute

Even though I already have some highlighter from KATE on it,

but adding some highlighter with glitter in it over it

Adding this lightly over the face

Then the features will turn up more beautifully so it's good

Top of the nose, on the chin, and on the cheek above the blush

Adding the glitter pretty strongly there

This powder from Elegance

Since it's summer, adding a lot so it won't shine too much

For the hair, curling vertically

Since it's a doll makeup, adding the curls vertically,

and loosen it a little bit to make a slightly loose curl

The bangs are in a straight line

I have drawn the eyebrows so I am showing it a little bit

and the side hair

This princess hair also goes inward

Thank you for watching the doll makeup

As a doll makeup, creating the overall look in a soft way

Creating the eyes, blush, and the mouth in a round shape

and creating the hair in a soft way

How was it?

Thank you very much for watching

There are many other videos so please take a look

Thank you very much. This was Kazuki Ujyo

Bye

13 - Laburnum Way - Yeovils top 30 Most popular and Desirbale locations - Duration: 2:45.

Hello I'm Mathew wood from Orchards Estates here today with the Yeovil property blog.

we're continuing the countdown of the top 30 most popular and desirable

streets and roads in Yeovil and I'm here today with number 13 Laburnum way. Now

Laburnum Way has a wide mixture of properties from Terrace two bedrooms

through two detached houses with an average house price of £208,473 pounds it

is one of the more expensive roads no surprise by being so popular with only

66 residential addresses in the area but 94 properties having transacted

since 1995 this gives the percentage sales success rate of a 142%

The location is very popular it's on the level it's a good

mixture of properties with easy parking and again close to many of the local

workplaces. Not too far from town but still tucked away and quite private, so

let's have a look at some of the more recent sales here. Number 16 Laburnum Way

which sold for £156,500 December 2016, this

is a two bedroom semi-detached bungalow as you can see it did require some

updating as can be shown here in the living room and clearly again in the

kitchen. There's a rather interesting bathroom choice that may well come back into

fashion soon that one did need a bit of updating so quite a good buy.

56 Laburnum Way sold £195,000 in December 2016, this 3-bedroom semi-detached property was in

absolutely fantastic condition, beautifully designed living room very

useable conservatory space and also contemporary bathroom with a separate

shower which is always useful.

Number 3 Laburnum Way was a three bedroom detached property now this was on for £218.950

back in May 2016, another very well presented family home as we can see here

with a spacious lounge diner a modern fitted kitchen and a very well laid out

garden ideal for the family barbecues.

There we go, I'm sure you can see why it's such a popular location from there

we'll stay with us as we continue the countdown we're well into the top 15 now

heading ever closer to that top 10 so stay tuned and you will be able to see

if your road is in the top 10 very soon, so that's where we are number 13

Laburnum Way for now and I look forward to you next time

goodbye for now

you
