Hello, today I share

10 foods that cause you cancer! NEVER EAT THESE FOODS !!

GETTING STARTED

Research indicates that power is more related to disease,

diseases and ailments we suffer daily.

In the case of cancer, it has been found to follow a diet unbalanced and full

Chemical much favors its appearance.

Let's see what foods you should avoid or limit in your diet.

1. Processed meats.

Most processed meats such as ham, bacon, sausages, nitrite

sodium and sodium nitrate significantly increase the risk of colon cancer, and other forms

Of cancer.

If you like much better choose uncured meat products without nitrates, which come

grass-fed animals.

2. Soft.

Loaded with sugar, chemicals and dyes, sodas acidify the body,

and literally feed cancer cells.

The chemical that gives them the caramel color, and its derivative also been specifically

linked to causing cancer.

3. canned tomatoes.

The liner most canned foods contains a chemical that acts as estrogen

and disrupts hormonal activity in the body.

It's linked to heart disease, intestinal damage, infertility, and other problems

the reproductive system, canned tomatoes are more dangerous because its high acidity

causes the chemical to penetrate them.

4. hydrogenated oils.

These are commonly used to hold and keep stable processed foods.

However, hydrogenated oils alter the structure and flexibility of the membranes

cell throughout the body, which can lead to a number of debilitating diseases

like cancer.

Some manufacturers are phasing out the use of these oils, and replacing them

palm oil, and other safer, but still fats are

widely used in processed foods.

5. Alcoholic beverages.

Consumption of alcohol is directly linked to breast cancer, colon cancer, larynx,

liver, esophagus, mouth quality, and pharynx, and it is "probable" cause of pancreatic cancer.

6. French fries.

The chips are made from hydrogenated oils and fried at high temperatures.

Some fast food chains even add sugar to their potatoes to make them

more irresistible.

Not only block the arteries with saturated fats and trans fats, should be called

"Carcinogenic potatoes".

7. Salty foods.

Salty foods or preserved with salt, are related to stomach cancer

and the nasopharynx.

It also increases the risk of dying from cardiovascular problems, it is recommended to decrease

consumption of salt, and check the amount of salt that have products made

and preserved.

8. microwave popcorn.

Popcorn are easy to prepare, we just have to put a bag

in the microwave and in two minutes we have the ideal partner for a movie

the couch.

However, the combination of ingredients with radiation of this appliance

It is related to cancer and infertility, in turn, in the popcorn is used

diacetyl, a compound that gives butter flavor (artificial), linked to diseases

severe lung.

As if all this were not enough, several of the ingredients used may contain materials

GM, if you want to enjoy this snack, buy corn and do it better

yourself in a saucepan covered with a little oil.

9. Fruits and vegetables industrial production.

How can it be that the healthiest fruits cause cancer? Actually, the problem is not

It is in the food itself, but in the way the "care" before leaving for

the market.

98% of fruits and vegetables are contaminated with pesticides, which cause cancer,

at the top of this fateful rankings are apples, followed by

grapes, strawberries, cilantro and potatoes.

Items spread on crops to prevent pests and diseases, precisely,

sicken people who eat them.

Intake by women of childbearing age results in turn problems

in their children, such as intelligence quotient lower or attention disorders.

To avoid this, choose organic or certified as "pesticide-free".

10. Refined sugar.

The same happens with flour, white sugar tends to increase insulin

and cancer cells in the body.

Be careful with foods rich in fructose, as is corn syrup (found in many

products market purchases) that are quite dangerous for the organism.

Cookies, pastries, juices, cakes, sauces, cereals and soft drinks containing it, this explains,

in part, why there are increasing cases of cancer in the world.

To sweeten nothing better than stevia (buy the dried plant) or honey (organic).

What we should consume to reduce cancer ?. .

Fiber.

Fiber reduces the risk of colorectal cancer to 25%, this includes

fruits and vegetables, whole grains, breads and brown rice, among others.

It is suggested to increase fiber choosing whole foods whenever possible, many fruits

and vegetables have a high fiber content, such as peas, spinach, apples, avocado, pears,

other vegetables and fruits containing moderate amounts of fiber are corn, broccoli,

carrot and orange.

Fish.

The fish can reduce bowel cancer, although there are still no conclusive studies,

It is recommended to eat more fish, replacing the red or processed meats. . .

Green Tea.

Some studies showed that green tea reduced the risk of breast, prostate,

mouth, stomach and intestine.

Most of these studies were done in Eastern countries, however, it was not

confirmed in Western countries.

Probably this was because in Western countries is not large amount of ingested

Green Tea.

Green tea has natural substances called catechins, having 3 to 10 times

more concentration than in black tea.

It has been shown in the laboratory that these catechins, can block growth

cancer, through damage prevention A, D, N. cell, by sweeping the radicals

Free, blocking the growth of tumor cells and stopping the activation of cancer

caused by chemicals.

However, it requires further studies to confirm this evidence.

Les Brown - How to Re-Discover Your Passion ( Motivational Video) - Duration: 13:29.

LES BROWN► you know why people do what they do the people who go after this step what makes

it worth it it's got to be your passion you got to love it ladies and gentlemen

you got to love it it's got to be what you are supposed to do you want to sing

it even though they want to invite you to Carnegie Hall you gonna say to

anybody that listened to you including sing it to yourself I used to talk to my

plants when nobody else would listen to me you got a right even if no one

published your book right because that was given to you to do you do what it is

you supposed are you supposed to build something useful to create something I

don't know how to do it learn do whatever is required just go out there

it's possible you can get what you are it's necessary if you want it you got to

go into action you got to be willing to experiment you got to be willing to fail

them to succeed you got to be willing to form and to develop new relationships

it's you and telling you you got to make that happen nobody's gonna bring it to

you on a silver platter said here's your dream manifested no it's hard yes it's

hard it's difficult yes right and it's worth it

people ask way better you know it's you know each kiss man is rough dealing with

him that's right that's right you think peer pressure happened

overnight we went through peer pressure I remember as a kid so guys to hit last

in another fellow named Willy Lola we were going home hey man we're going down

the ghouls man and not golf or grocery store if they look here I want no part

of that I'll see y'all later say y'all chicken I

said that's all right you say whatever you want low stuff I'm not chicken man

don't call me chicken now why don't you come we'd even ask you to come into

place man all you do just drive the car

driver will be trying to get les to come he's chicken hey I'm not driving nothing

all right Willie don't care about what they say man leave

him alone you want to go do it you find somebody else to drive her you

drive yourself come on Willie man pulling me stop my chicken all I got to

do is drive yeah I say well that sounds simple man don't go man he went and the

next day we read the newspaper where when they robbed the store robber came

when they came out running to a car the Burchard of the man who owned the store

came out just shooting wildly and he hit the driver in the head

so peer pressure didn't just start in the 90s or the 80s it's difficult it is

challenging for kids right now and it's going to be taking some easy simple

methods to help bring them out of this madness listen Saturday no is it hard

yes let's look at what we've been doing what has worked what has not worked look

at where we want to go what is it that we want to produce what is it that we

want to create for our young people and as we think about that start

experimenting with different methods and techniques to create and to produce that

and begin to believe that it's possible through our commitment through our

vision through our determination our relentlessness because of our belief

it's possible that we can reduce the teenage homicide rate the teenage

pregnancy rate the dropout rate that it's possible looking at what kind of

world are they going to be in as we look at the global economy that as we begin

to use our collective will in genius and resources it's possible that we can

create an educational system that not only will test their minds with with

information and facts and figures but would teach them how to think and be

creative and what does it mean to be a human being and to value human life and

how do you make relationships work how do you bounce back from adversity it's

possible that we can give them a curriculum that will give their lives a

sense of purpose and direction and meaning and teach them how to begin to

know and operate on a higher level of being where they become assets to our

society rather than liabilities what if we leave here with that kind of

consciousness that it's possible as opposed to saying we have to write this

generation off that it's possible that we were born for such a time as this

than that but maybe one here has the idea of a method or

some plan of action or an approach that can resolve many of the problems that

we're facing with young people today whatever we have to do to save our

children it's worth it that I've raised me to the final step

that it's necessary for us to begin to look at the future know that it's

possible that we can have our dream yes it is other people have done it then we

can do it we fail a lot of times where a lot of other folks fail and eventually

they came back and they succeeded towards possible we can have what we

want and we know that we want to get it it's necessary that we align ourselves

with people that think like we do it's necessary we get- do nothing people out

of our lives it's necessary we never stop learning

and growing and developing ourselves it's necessary that we never give up we

know that it's you it's me it's being responsible to our stuff and deciding

that we're going to keep on keeping on that we're going to find a way to win or

find a way to make it happen and we know it's hard it's not going to be a picnic

yes it's hard it's hard and we will do it hard and once it we do it hard when

we go through we realize it was worth it and once you discover it was worth it it

is done it's done

before apples well here's what I'm suggesting to you that when you're

working you have a wall to break through let's say a friend of mine walks

he runs a marathon he says when he's running the 26-mile marathon

he said let's say that hypothetically that 18th mile is the law its unless

when you get down you're running he says everything in you is telling you to stop

to give up every muscle is aching and you're saying to yourself I can't do it

I can't do it and you just keep on and you keep on and you keep on it seems

like you're moving at slow motion and then eventually when you break through

that 18 mile wall then you know it's like done in your own automatic and you

glide on in and you know it's there you know you're gonna get to the finish line

and we've all had experiences where we were working on something and we knew it

was possible and we did those things that were necessary to bring it into a

reality we took the responsibility to make it

happen although people couldn't see it a lot of people didn't believe it you were

attacked you were criticized people were opposing you but you kept on doing it it

was hard it was rough it was difficult but to you it was worth it and

eventually you got to a level you know can nothing stop me now I'm on the move

I'm on the move

finally I'm thinking about a friend of mine who is no longer operating on this

dimension his name was Jack Boland he had this vision of a of a church that

would serve various types of needs for people if supportive leaves and helping

him and recovery from drugs and alcohol and and whatever addictions that they

might be involved in and he was known for bringing in different kinds of

speakers and over a year ago he was diagnosed as having cancer and he

announced his congregation that he's going to be taking chemotherapy and that

it was a possibility that the cancer would go in remission and he was

optimistic about that and sure enough it did for a year and one of the things

Jack always talked about is that he wanted to have his funeral while he

lived and so he invited a few friends Wayne Dyer myself and a few other

speakers he didn't tell us why we were there

but once we gather there the church they told us in the room the jack is going to

announce to the congregation he's bringing his doctor up the doctor is

going to say that we felt we could get keep it in remission it's out of

remission and he doesn't have much time left and whatever words you want to say

to Jack that you would say if he had made his transition speak those words

now well we were shocked and and we were somewhat stunned until Jack got there

they brought him in in a wheelchair and boy was he courageous and and he had a

strong smile and they helped him up the steps and he set behind the podium and

each of us got up and we said a few things about Jack and the impact that he

made on our lives and he said the doctor after announcing that Jack

didn't have long he says doctor he said I accept what you say but it's possible

that that does not have to be the case but if it is I will endure life to the

very last breath I take even the chemotherapy I will enjoy that and Jack

did ladies and gentlemen and when they said that all of his vital organs were

failing they called his family and his clothes church staff to the hospital and

said he's dying and so they came and they all gathered in a room and Jack at

that time was unconscious and he gained consciousness and he looked at them and

he said well what strength he had he said I want to thank you all for being

here you've been a great staff to me he looked at his songs the daughter he said

you've been a great family say don't feel sorry for me he said I'm I'm ready

to go I'm looking forward to the next adventure and he said there for a while

laid there and he closed his eyes and he lost consciousness about an hour and a

half later he opened his eyes and he looked at them he said this is

embarrassing I'm not dead yet

they were laughing through their tears is it Jack you are guilty yesterday I

hate giving up this kind of control so they predicted that Jack would die at

the end of February and then on the second they said he won't see the light

of day he will be dead by morning ladies and gentlemen Jack died on March fourth

and we believe that even in his dying Jack sent his congregation a message

that I want to give to you with his permission March fourth is the day he

died and we believe Jack was saying March

so I say as you look into the future what all the people are giving up

feeling like victims feeling powerless becoming negative turning on each other

rather than to each other feeling that they can't make it be he not conformed

to this world but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind with the

mindset of that it's possible as we can save this generation it's possible that

we can create new industries a new economy it's possible that I can find a

new profession a new job it's possible I can create a new life and it's necessary

that I become actively involved and becoming a positive force in my life and

on the planet and it's me yes it's you it's all of us pulling together working

together to create this brand new future and it's going to be hard easy is not an

option but if it's hard we will do it hard whatever is required to snatch

victory from the jaws of defeat and it's worth it yes it's worth whatever we have

to do and once we know that it is done it is done it is done

so I'll set in here whatever your dreams are whatever you want to do in the

spirit of Jack March fall this is mrs. Mamie Browns baby boy

Leslie Calvin Brown saying has been a problem pleasing pleasure as well as a

privilege thank y'all here

Plan with Me // SEPTEMBER 2017 // My Bullet Journal Setup // Veronica Marie - Duration: 10:30.

Hey everyone welcome back to my channel it's Veronica. I hope you're all having an

awesome day, in today's video I'm gonna be doing another plan with me and this

one's going to be for September. I know it's been a while since I uploaded but

it's just been a crazy month of August and hopefully it'll slow down in the

fall and I'll start getting back into my regular upload schedule. so the first

thing that I'm gonna be working on is my cover page so I'm gonna be going with a

kind of banner look and then I'm gonna add some florals to it I started off

with pencil just because this design I wanted to be a little bit more intricate

and so I kind of had to plan it out before I actually drew it all with the

gel pens that I use so I'm just starting off by drawing a banner and then the

lettering so then I'm just adding some kind of spirally leaf vines and then

also some flowers

and then I also erased September and I rewrote it just because it didn't look

very neat and it also wasn't in the center of the banner so I just redrew

that pretty much the same as the first one just spread out a little differently

then I finished up adding all of the vines and then I went in with my

watercolor pen and I just went in with some greens and then some yellows and

some blues because that's the color scheme I'm gonna try and stick with so

as always I'll have everything linked below these watercolor pens and the gel

pens and everything I use so I always do the watercolor pens first before I do

the gel pens just because sometimes if you do the watercolor pens on top of the

gel pens it'll make the gel pen color kind of leak into the rest of the

drawing and then I went in with a black gel pen just because I think this makes

everything pop out a little bit more

and then that is it for my cover page for September so then next I'm going to

moving on to my monthly page which usually just has a big calendar on it

and then some goals and to do's for the months this setup is pretty similar to

last month's set up for August I just kind of changed up the colors a little

bit and then the designs I found that I really like having a big calendar that I

can put a lot of my events and dates and things like that on so at the top I made

a thin bar so I can put all of my days of the week and then I just separated

the box off seven by five then I went in and added all of the days of the week

and also numbered all of the days then I checked my watercolor pen and I just

added some spots of blue and over this I'm going to draw my goals my to-do and

then also the month of September then kind of I was waiting for those to dry i

doodle a little bit in the corner I just kind of did some flowers I'm kind of

sticking with the blue flowers and the yellow flowers for the most part

throughout this so then I'm adding my traduced spot I like having a to do spot

versus just a goal spot because then I can put things that I want to get done

and things that I need to get done so then I use squares for to do and circles

for goals and then I'll just fill those off like little checkmarks when I'm

finished so sticking with the same font as the cover page I drew September and

then next to that well actually kind of next to the flowers I made a little

banner and drew 2017 then I just went over the flowers with the black gel pen

again because the yellow doesn't show up very good on its own and then I did the

same thing in the corner of the page

now my video kind of cut out here so you're gonna miss the next part where I

do my habit tracker but don't worry because you pretty much see everything I

would have done and if you guys are new here and you don't know how I set up my

tracker then I would definitely go look at my last video and you can get a

chance to see how I do it because it's exactly the same the only little

variation to this one is I put the yellow flowers up along the top with

some green vine and then I'm just going over a habit tracker with my black pen

again and then that's pretty much it and then on the other page I decided to do a

mood tracker and before I did this like a kind of flower setup and then I filled

in the flowers depending on the mood but this time I'm going to be doing a

mandala so if you guys don't know what that is it's pretty much just a big

circle of doodles I also did another video where I drew a probably a better

looking mandala than this because I put a little bit more time into it so you

could check that out if you want some more inspiration for this but it's

pretty simple for the most part you just do it a little bunch I made actually

make this bigger when I have more time

and then below it I just put six squares and then I colored each of those squares

in with a color and then next to it I put a mood and so then when I kind of

I'm in this mood I'll draw with that color on the mandala and then since I

had some extra space on the bottom I drew some more lines and just did a few

more little doodles because I'll probably fill those in too and then

that's it for my tracker page so then moving on we're going to be doing my

weekly set up like the month's page we're pretty much going to doing a lot

of what I did last month just with a few simple variations so to start off I'm

just making seven boxes for on the first row and then three on the second row

so then when I finished that I just took my watercolor pen and I made a little

spots to put the month of September and then also a little spot to put a

calendar and then a spot where I'm going to put my next week and then I just did

some flowers some more signs and you'll see what these are for in a second I

always do my watercolor first or mostly first because then it has a chance to

dry while you're drawing everything else because you really don't want to draw on

it when it's still wet you want to give it a second to dry so then since I did

my watercolor in the corner first I'll be starting there so I'm just writing

September again pretty much the same as the first two times and then another

little banner and this is actually going to be for the dates for the days of the

week so these days were the 4th through the 10th so I just wrote that in there

then I wrote Sunday Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday on to

the calendar part and I just drew out a calendar this is nice to have so then I

can kind of see where I'm at in the month

then right across from that I wrote a spot for goals and just made a few

little circles so I can write goals in there and then again took my black pen

and went over my yellow flowers and now since everything's still wet I'm gonna

be filling in the boxes so I just wrote Monday Tuesday Wednesday through Friday

Saturday again and I'm also going to be doing the date in the corner so I just

wrote September and then below it the date so that's it for my weekly boxes I

usually will just fill these with - dues and pretty much anything else I have to

know about that day if it's someone's birthday or an event or something then

I'm going to draw a little arrow over my spot for next week

so then above this I can write all the things that are going to go on my spread

for next week because I actually plan out my spreads on the Sunday before the

next week starts and then below that I'm gonna make three trackers so I'm drawing

a line to kind of separate them and they're going to be for sleep workout

and water intake so I'm gonna write Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday

Saturday again and then I'll just write how many hours of sleep I got how many

minutes I worked out and how many ounces of water I drink each day and then

moving on below I have this other little extra space for three little things and

then I'm gonna draw over these and I'm gonna draw a spot for notes a spot for

it to do and then a spot for accomplished so notes will just be notes

to do will be things I have to do and then accomplished is just a nice little

spot too if you're going back through your bullet journal you know maybe weeks

later you can see what you got accomplished that week

so then that is it before my weekly setup then you have my tracker page with

my mood tracker and my habit tracker and then my monthly page with my big

calendar and then that is it for the month of September if you guys like this

month I would definitely check out my last month's video because they're both

pretty similar with the setup they just have some variation in style and

decoration. I hope you guys like this video. If you did don't forget to give it

a thumbs up, and I will see you guys in my next one, bye.

Music for Playing Competitive 💥 Overwatch Mix 💥 Playlist to play Competitive - Duration: 1:01:02.

In the world of Overwatch, humanity was graced with a golden age of technology, peace and exploration.

On the exploration front, humans built the Horizon Lunar Colony.

Their focus on the exploration of space, but also an active research facility.

It was manned by a league of scientists and genetically engineered gorillas were there to test the effects of prolonged habitation in space.

One of the biggest breakthroughs in the world was the development of omnics, robots with advanced artificial intelligence.

Omnics were a leading force in bolstering global manufacturing efforts and key in creating economic equality around the world.

The robots driven by these AIs became ubiquitous. The world built large facilities called omniums in every major cultural center to churn them out.

Disaster came when the Horizon Lunar Base and its population of hyper intelligent gorillas revolted.

The gorillas killed all the scientists on the base and all but one of the gorillas maintained their hostility.

Around the same time, something happened to the world's omnium facilities, putting the world into crisis.

6 Tips For Shooting Professional Videos With Your Smartphone - Duration: 5:23.

- What's up everybody?

George B. Thomas here from thesaleslion.com

and today, in this video, we're gonna talk

about how to get better videos

for your business using mobile gear.

That's right, your Samsung, your iPhone,

your whatever you have in that pocket,

we're going to show you how to get better video

for your business so you can drive more revenue,

right after this.

(techno music)

All right. So, number one is stabilization.

You know, your cell phones are so light weight,

and if you try to hold them with your hand,

well it's all sorts of wobbly.

And no, I'm not gonna talk about spending money

on a DJI, Osmo, or some type of Gambal,

or some type of stabilizer.

I'm just gonna talk about adding weight to your phone.

That is the first thing you can do

and a easy way to do that is with something called,

the Beast Grip.

This is the Beast Grip right here.

What it allows is your phone to slip right into here,

and it does a whole lot of other things,

like this little hole right here, this little hole,

ooh, lenses.

Ooh, but we'll talk about in a minute.

But, this adds weight and it also give you a grip

that you can hold.

And so now, as far as stable footage,

you can do something like this,

instead of your phone, and just being like this.

Number one, stabilization.

So, the second way you can make better business videos is,

well, add some glass, a different view.

Something like this, maybe where you have a wide-angle lens,

you just screw that in there,

and of course, you have to remove the cap.

(whispering) You have to remove the cap.

So, remove the lens cap.

Now you'll be able to see through it.

But you might do something like a fisheye lens,

you might do something like a macro lens,

if you're trying to do close-ups on products,

or they even have what's called a depth-of-field adaptor

that allows you to attach this

(singing) ooh

(puffing)

Canon lenses, that's right.

You can add Canon lenses, Nikon lenses,

with the depth-of-field adaptor,

but to simply add different glass

or different looks by adding lenses.

That's number two.

Number two's add lenses.

Number three.

The third way that you can make better business videos

with your mobile device is actually not that expensive,

and it's kind of a small item,

but it's hot shoe mounts.

Right here, you see these little mounts?

These are hot shoe mounts.

The Beast Grip only comes with the center one built in,

but if you add these, then you can get to the next level.

The next couple things we're gonna talk

about is lighting and audio.

But you gotta have the shoe mounts first.

Hot shoe mounts.

(whispering) Get 'em.

All right, number four is having great audio.

That's how you can have better business videos

with your mobile device.

(puffing)

Something like that. Yeah.

So, you just take this, put it on the hot shoe mount

that we talked about a little bit ago,

tighten it up,

plug it in,

breaker 1/9, breaker 1/9, this is radio check,

and you've got great audio.

Number four, audio.

So, the fifth way you can get better business videos

with your mobile device, the Beast Grip, the audio,

the lenses, well, it's by adding some light.

And this light is nice because it's battery operated.

Slap some batteries in there,

again you've got the hot shoe mount,

screw it in there, tighten it up.

You want it to be tight, you don't want it to fall off.

But, now, you've got a complete system

with light, sound, lens, and your phone in here

to create some great business videos

with your mobile device.

And the sixth way that you can use your mobile device

to create better business videos, well,

it has nothing to do with any of this.

That is get creative.

Get creative with the story that you're trying to tell.

Once you have that, the sixth thing, the creativity,

the story, then worry about this gear.

This gear is a tool to help you achieve the bigger picture

of your creative, creative, creative story

that you're trying to tell people.

So, in recap, there are six ways

that you can make better business videos

with your mobile device.

Number one, add some stabilization or some weight

to your phone with the Beast Grip.

Number two, you can add lenses for a different look.

Number three, add some hot shoe mounts for flexibility.

Number four, add great audio to that video story

that you're telling.

Number five, yes, add some light,

because light makes it beautiful.

And, number six, be creative, tell a great story.

Now, what's next, go out and make some videos

for your business with your mobile device,

so that you can drive more revenue, 'cause

that's what it's all about.

So, if you like this crazy video,

go ahead and hit the like button.

If you have people that you know

that think they might like it too,

go ahead and share it out.

And, don't forget to go ahead and punch

that subscribe button,

even though it didn't do anything wrong to you,

punch it.

Subscribe to our channel.

We're always bringing new educational videos out to you.

Until next time, folks, this is George Thomas

from The Sales Lion, saying happy learning.

How to Set Animation Delay in Font Awesome Class used in Bootstrap - Duration: 5:56.

Now let's take care of this animation part..

[Music]

If you reload the first thing you may see that it is rotating for thrice, it is getting

stopped, the middle one getting started and it is now rotating thrice and

after it is getting stopped the third one is now rotating.

It is also rotating for three times and then it will stop.

This is the one we know as the animation settings.

We have to set some animation timings and that is why we need to get back to our project

and here we need to specify all those animations.

Press F12 select the arrow selector and choose any one of these font awesome icons and you

may see that inside this fa-spin class, here goes the animation.

So all you need to do first copy it, get back to

your project and here..

In the first case when your page is getting loaded, this should be the order..

Watch it over here carefully.

First one stopped.

Second one is now started.

Second one is now stopped.

Third one is now started..

Nothing is animating over here.

This is the display we need to do over here.

In the first case we are practically using an infinite option.

We do not need an infinite option, instead you may use here 3, that means it

will be rotating 3 times.

You may reduce this period of oscillation over here.

Copy this thing, copy, now beneath this banner3 .fa we are pasting it over here.

Now in the first case when the page is getting

loaded the first icon it will be rotating first.

Swami King no changes over here.

And it will be rotating for 2 seconds and it will be rotating for 2 times.

That means as a whole it will be taking a total time of 2 X 2, that is 4 seconds.

So in the second case we need here to provide an animation time delay..

There you go.

Animation delay.

You need to provide a 4 seconds of delay over here and in the next case this will be taking

2 X 2, that means 4 seconds to complete this oscillation

of this second icon and it is executing an animation delay of 4 seconds that means 4

+ 4 equals to 8 seconds will be consumed over here.

So in the third place, that means here it will be 8 seconds.

Now you have set all those timings over here.

As you can see that this is .banner2 fa-Spin but the same

thing, what it is doing over here?

You need to change this class name.

This will be practically banner3 fa-Spin and it will be having this animation delay.

Banner2, on page loading it will be rotating first

and that is why they shouldn't be any kind of time delay.

But once it stops its rotation, then this Banner3 will be coming

in action that means a total of 2 x 2 seconds will be time delay.

That should be provided there.

That is practically provided over here.

Banner3 .fa-spin.

Now it is intern consuming another 4 seconds; it is

rotating twice and every rotation takes 2 seconds, that means 2 x 2 equals to 4 seconds

and here you have set an animation time delay as 4 seconds that means 4 + 4 equals

to 8 seconds.

And in the same manner you may need to change this class name.

You need to take every precautionary measurements while you are copying and pasting

something.

Always remember to change these class names.

As we're finished now with our coding, let's Press

control + s get back to our project and reload.

You see that the first one is now rotating, it's stopped.

The second one is not rotating.

It is stopped again.

Now the third one is rotating and it is stopped.

So this is the thing that we need to know from this tutorial how to install this font

awesome into our bootstrap project and how to make customization to it.

In the next episode, in the next tutorial that we are going to do we are going to learn

if we click into these icons, these fa-icons over here, see?

That there another collapse dropdown item is now appearing into your project.

Same thing is followed in the rest of these two things.

So this is practically is known as the accordion

and we will be knowing about bootstrap accordion.

Practically a lot of things are remaining those are needed to be discussed first and

once we are done with our customization part, we are done with our front end

coding part and then we will be jumping towards a programming language and we will know about

implementing this programming languages into your front end development.

So if you guys have liked or tutorial then do not hesitate to hit that red subscribe

button.

Hope you guys have like this tutorial and hope to see you guys in our

next tutorial.

Till then, bye...

Expert Testimonial for Introduction to Wheelchair Pickleball - Duration: 2:22.

my name's Anthony Patitu. I am a graduate assistant here at Wright State

University for adaptive recreation.Within Wright State University and our Adaptive Recreation

program we offer a variety of different activities we play wheelchair sports

which involve wheelchair basketball wheelchair football wheelchair baseball

floor hockey as well as different variety different other games for

example freestanding sharks and minnows. We try to add a lot of different stuff

and right now we have Adrienne Barlow coming in and helping us with our

pickleball in showing us the ropes as far as that goes and with that I hope to

implement that into this fall 2017 school year for our adaptive rec program

After going through the program in doing the pickleball introduction I feel that

it is really different compared to sports that I'm accustomed to for example

when I will play out the basketball and when I help out at Miami Valley adaptive

sports with their basketball team locally I noticed the differences in the

size of the courts that are playing within both sports in particularly

basketball there's any more room on both sports were required a lot of

conditioning that I feel with pickleball with the shortening of distances

distances it's been a lot more challenging as far as making sure that

you know your proper movements and proper mobility steps to ensure that

you're playing the best of your ability so I really I found a lot of the drills

in the game to be more difficult in the sports that I'm accustomed to but with

the help of Adrienne I certainly learned a lot in order to better my pickleball

skills

Willow In Finno-Baltic Folklore (Finnish With Subs) - Duration: 6:25.

Hello. It is Niina and you are watching Fairychamber Channel.

There is two kinds of willow that grow in Finland.

Willow that is more like bush and

willow that is more like a tree.

"Bush-like willow" is in Finland known as "paju".

"Paju" is Finno-Ugric word.

Tree-like willows grow as well all over Finland.

Tree-like willows in Finnish are known as "paju" as well as "raita".

"Raita" is proto- Finno-Baltic word.

Willow grows in wet places and willow can live

50-80 years and it grows

very fast.

There is an expression in Estonia

"willow´s soul is the water".

This expression refers to places where willows grow.

Wet and watery places.

Willow also needs lots of sunlight.

So it needs to be a wet place where there is great deal of sunlight coming.

Both in Finland and in Estonia wands made from willow tree has been used

to find underground fountains.

In Finland willow´s bark has been used to tan leather.

People have weaved nets and shoes from willow´s bark.

In general people have weaved all kinds of things from willow twigs

like baskets.

People have weaved fish traps from willow tree and carved willow whistles.

In Finland especially willow tree has been used to color

threads and fabrics.

In folk magic tea made from willow bark

has been used to low down fever and

to heal headaches and ease rheumatism.

In Finland most commonly known use for willow twigs still today

is "virpominen" around Easter.

I am from western Finland and there

kids do chanting (virpoa)each palm sunday.

I have videos about the history of virvonta and Easter.

I´ll put links to the description box.

So you can check them out.

Chanting for Easter arrived to Finland from Sweden in the 19th century.

Gathering willow twigs in spring has way longer history in Finland.

In western Finland it was a custom to collect willow twigs

already way before Christianity arrived and

people forecast spring weather and such from the catkins.

In eastern Finland there was a custom to use willow twigs as wands.

In pagan times people cast spells

to protect livestock and fields

and when Christianity arrived (orthodox-ism in eastern Finland)

wands were used as crosses to bless the fields.

Magic was transformed

into Christian blessings.

Then the willow wands they were used to bless the fields

and to bless the livestock.

First it was about protective magic. Then it turned

sort of "voodoo" along with Christianity.

In Finland there is variation in different areas whether kids do Easter chanting

on Sunday or Saturday.

In some places kids "virpovat" in Holy Saturday

but where I am from little easter witches go from house to house on palm sunday.

That depends on the area.

In Estonia there is funny Easter custom.

In Estonia Easter isn´t very Christian holiday

there it is very pagan holiday because Estonia is rather pagan country.

In Estonia palm Sunday is known as "urpupäev"

= catkin day

or "Catkin Sunday"

In Estonia there is a custom in Urpupäev wake up people with willow twigs.

I don´t know for shore is this custom still practiced in Estonia but

at least it was still practiced 200 years ago.

Sometime the person waking up people

might have been the master of the house or someone else in high position.

In Estonia the person who was chanted

they were given good luck wishes, wishes for long age

and a good luck poem.

As a reward person who did the chanting got a boiled egg or cookies.

In both Estonia and in Finland around Easter

people have chanted also for animals and fields

good luck for the crop.

It is quite funny the way willow has become part of Christianity in north.

When during the time of Jesus.

(If one believes in him).

During those times palm tree branches were used for magical rituals.

Palms don´t grow in northern Europe

so palms were replaced by catkins and willow twigs.

This way willow twigs

are northern replacements for palm branches within Lutheranism and Orthodoxism.

If in Israel people use palm branches in rituals (I don´t know if they do that now days)

In FInland and in Russia those are replaced by willow twigs.

Of course it is not only the son of god being reborn

It is foremost nature being born again and through that human being born again.

This kind of stories are told about willows in Finnish folklore.

Thank you for watching and subscribe to my channel if you already haven´t

and you want to hear more. As always feel free to share my videos to anyone interested.

See you on my next video. Bye Bye )O(

Above the End of the World (Audiobook) 🎙️a Post-Apocalyptic SciFi Short Story🎙️by Jonathon Burgess - Duration: 9:40.

Tall Tale TV! Sci Fi and Fantasy Short Story Audiobooks.

Above the End of the World By Jonathon Burgess

We clung to Goraru's back for fear of the horrors below.

The weather proved dangerous, up so high. Rain made our footing treacherous. The air

was bitter and cold. Some measure of comfort could be had among the towering spines of

bone running the length of the Great Beast's back, but when he turned his flanks against

the wind it was all we could do to hold on, and trust in our scavenged climbing gear.

It was life, of a sort. Some among us spoke of making it permanent. Goraru didn't seem

to notice our presence, or much mind, if it did. With hard work and the right tools you

could bore holes into his spines. Then we secured ropes, pulleys, canvas. You could

make a hammock to sleep upon, though not peacefully. Why not build a town?

The idea held promise. Our naysayers disagreed, however. They would shake faces pale with

fatigue and hunger. 'We would need materials,' they said. 'We would have to descend again.'

So the rest of us would look down to wrecked towers. To fires burning madly out of control.

Goraru traveled always toward the cities, it seemed. At the outskirts he slowed, stopping

in the heart of each ruin for an hour's time before moving on again. One hour, never varying

by even a minute. The reason escaped us, like so much of the world today.

Thus we saw them all, passengers in a cataclysmic travelogue. Sydney. Tokyo. Hollowed-out Hong

Kong. Broken Beijing. The life was stomped out of all of them. But rarely were they empty.

Picking through the rubble crawled our dead. They were like ants, from up so high, like

the lice we hunted from between Goraru's scales for sustenance. First there would be

one, tottering aimlessly through the streets. Then another. And as Goraru's thunder-stomp

footsteps shook the rubble and smashed what was left, they congregated. Great flesh-hungry

hordes of the unquiet dead drawn by the only sign of life left in the world, one they found

it too titanic to trouble, too massive to ever bring low.

Not that they didn't try. The hordes crawled over each other to reach the feet of the Great

Beast. They'd swarm around his claws and pick at the horny, armor-hard scales that

covered his ankles like truck-sized plates. A few would even grab the tip of his tail.

It didn't matter. The walking dead had ruined our world, more intimate than the Great Beasts

had ever proven, driven on by whatever bizarre virus had come with the Beasts from their

mysterious island. But to Goraru and his kind they were nothing, less than insects. For

every fifty that clung to his feet, forty fell away with the first titanic step. None

remained past the second. So we hid. Upon the back of a monster, the

only safe haven left in the world. Mostly. Goraru wasn't alone. There were

the other Great Beasts; Kacheron, Masakaru, Velikiy Zmei. The number wasn't important—we

lived in mortal terror of them just the same. Goraru's kin weren't a peaceful family.

Another Great Beast was the only thing that could shake Goraru from his strange hour-long

rests. Whenever one appeared he would roar and posture. Then he would fight. Great big

knock-down-drag-out brawls that crushed the countryside. To say nothing of the walking

dead. To say nothing of us. Time passed. We adapted. The scale-lice clustered,

we found, enabling us to shepherd them. Condensation collected in streams along Goraru's flanks

and neck. We learned to live without sure footing and to hold tight when the world shook.

What else could we do? No other haven made itself apparent. Everywhere

we went the cities were flattened by behemoth tread, or hollowed out by undead hunger.

Eventually a decision was reached. The naysayers were quieted and a plan concocted. At the

outskirts of Los Angeles some of us descended. It was terrifying. Our climbing picks were

growing blunt. Our ropes were worn. We compensated with forced expertise. From mid-back we rappelled

in a measured fall and then slid down horny plate. Scale-lice skittered in panic at our

passing. We watched them get whipped away by errant gusts of wind, an object lesson.

The sun rose as we reached the ankle. As expected, Goraru slowed among the tattered finery of

Beverly Hills. His weight settled and he came to a stop, for reasons mysterious as ever.

We hammered pitons into his scales, attached to lines. Then we descended to shattered asphalt,

fighting off land-sickness. We grabbed boards from storefronts, scavenged tools from houses,

cut away tarps, flags and anything with cloth. These would be the seeds of our sky-high steading.

Someone found an unopened can of peaches. He could not stop crying.

They came, then. Those first few that always presaged the groaning hordes of hungry dead.

We fled, hauling our illicit treasures back to the lines dangling from on high. They surrounded

us as we worked, our remnant cousins, forgotten friends, and perfect strangers.

A roar great stopped us all. Not Goraru. Along the horizon to the west,

on the ruins of Santa Monica where the city met the sea, another Great Beast was rising;

Kacheron, towering and awful. Our time was out. Goraru shifted, snorted,

bellowed his own sky-shattering defiance. A mile distant there was thunder, as a half-toppled

skyscraper finally collapsed. We worked on. What else could we do? The horde

grew on the ground, as Goraru half-turned to face his opponent. Feverishly we anchored

the scavenged materials, spending our chance at escape for the future of those above. One

of our number threw himself into the horde, buying time for us as Goraru shifted again.

Done. As knots tightened and carabiners clicked, we turned to join our lost friend with makeshift

weapons at the ready. But Goraru...did not leave. Kacheron roared

again from the sea, yet Goraru did not answer. Struck by this, even under threat of rotting

claws, we glanced back up. To see Goraru peering down at us.

Waiting. We fled, fighting and dying as we went, clambering

up just in time, just as the Great Beast lifted his foot. He took a quarter-mile stride as

we held on, the threat below exchanged for something far more fierce.

The struggle with Kacheron was titanic. We hunkered along the back of Goraru's knee,

terrified in so many ways. In the end our Great Beast was victorious, as always. So

we ascended. Slowly, up his thigh and hip, the scavenged materials coming with us. The

sky was bright when we reached the shoulder spines, and our friends. There we built home

upon the back of a monster.

A renegade wordsmith and unrelenting raconteur, Jonathon Burgess has forsaken the more traditional

paths of publishing in order to blaze his own trail. Author of the crowdfunded Dawnhawk

Trilogy, his short fiction has appeared in Subtopian Magazine and been the recipient

of the Gallivan writing award. When not penning tales about sky pirates and fat dragons he

can be found haunting the Pacific Northwest, complaining about his beer.

While he occasionally dabbles in dystopia and science fiction, his first love will always

be comedic fantasy. Currently, he's spinning tales about a clutch of seven young dragons

being raised by a thief. Find out more about this at www.jonathonburgess.com.

Oh my gosh, what a cool concept! If Jonathon Burgess is this good at SciFi, I can't wait

to check out his fantasy! I mean, the line about the peaches was a story unto itself!
