Surprise surprise this time in Dragon Ball super you got Jiren's backstory! So
what's up guys Foxen here and I'm not joking that was pretty surprising. There
have been so many people complaining about Jiren. Why is he able to kick
Saiyan ass so badly? Well now you know kind of and to be perfectly honest
unless they're gonna tell us a little bit more about his power or how he got
it I think it might have been a better idea just to keep it a mystery. Who knows just
do a side spin-off manga on him but either way whether you wanted it or not
here you got it Jiren's backstory. In all it seems like Jiren has a classic he had
his parents killed when he was a kid. He was then raised by a master which was
then killed and in the end Jiren trained and trained to become stronger and
stronger. At this point Jiren should be strongest
in his universe not counting possibly the god of destruction or the angel but
he is supposedly above the god of destruction. In all his whole backstory
reminded me of Kenpachi and as for his training I really wonder
what he did. Did he just do the one punch man training because that was what Jaron
was doing in his episode. At the start you just had Jiren punching vegeta and
then Goku. He punched Vegeta so hard he went back
to base form was Vegeta weaker or did Goku just not get hit as hard come on
and talking about Vegeta I almost forgot in the previous episode he just survived
using a self-destruct move but in this episode like ten seconds later he could
already go super saiyan blue again and not just super saiyan blue super saiyan
v two master sparkles whatever I guess at this point screw it these guys can go
super saiyan whenever they want as long as the senate's short bursts anyway
besides Jared and Vegeta the main focus of this episode had a goal for Android
17 and really this guy was mr. barrier throughout the tournament in this
episode he just multiplied that by a few times
and I gotta hand it to him was Android 17 the first one to wound cheering and
I'm not even sure that's a wound but even if it was it this guy just ripped a
nasty hole in your clothes on your back you should be ashamed but really I don't
think Germans hurt at all maybe just as pride a little this episode they have
some talk about yourens weakness which really comes down to catch him off guard
yeah like no crap but anyway let me just mention it the highlight
and really 17 using a self-destruct move unlike Vegeta though this guy did not
survive when I saw him doing it I knew what was coming but really I want to
call BS I know I know technically he killed himself so it doesn't count
but I mean Rudy was four guys left one of them should have jumped in and gotten
themselves killed just to get that knock out penalty although at this point am I
not better I got a feeling that the Supreme Angel xenos would just make it
valid oh and did I almost forget about someone Frieza for the beginning of this
episode I did forget he was still there so Frieza comes out it tries to do a
cheap shot and cheering of course that fails and then he goes on about how he's
gonna kill with Jared screw the rules but no this guy doesn't have money
this guy has jokes Frieza isn't gonna do crap it just like was his fight was topo
freezes back on his ass again on the ground by the way that was the last you
saw of him did Frieza get caught in an explosion but whatever the case that's
not the end for Frieza you know it I know it and it's just gonna be fun to
see what he does now that he's super pissed off the one good thing is that
free took I still get enough he could still go go dinner so there's that as
for the tournament three minutes left anyway let me hear from you what did you
think about this episode did you like finding out about Jared's
backstory or should they have kept it a mystery and what do you think about
Frieza is he down for good or is he actually gonna be useful versus G Rinna
if you enjoyed my quick thoughts on is definitely gives us a thumbs up and
subscribe more Dragon Ball super videos are coming in if you're a fan of attack
on Titan or we zero definitely check out my recent videos on those too and I'll
see you guys later

Godzilla Filius / Godzilla Earth|KAIJU PROFILE - Duration: 11:39.
Hello kaiju fans, I'm Titanollante, and today we'll be delving into the anime Godzilla.
SKREEONGK!
There are two Godzillas featured in "GODZILLA: Planet of the Monsters":
the 50-meter-tall Godzilla Filius, and the over 300 meter-tall Godzilla Earth.
Godzilla Filius's name is derived from the Latin word for "son," meanwhile Godzilla Earth's
meanwhile Godzilla Earth's name symbolizes his dominion over the planet after 20,000 years.
Godzilla Filius and Godzilla Earth are the first incarnations of the Monster King to
appear in an animated film, with Earth also being the largest on-screen incarnation of
the character to date.
This Godzilla first appeared in the year 2030, at which point mankind had already endured
over a quarter of a century of repeated attacks from giant monsters.
Godzilla established himself as the most powerful monster, eliminating many of the others and
resisting all of mankind's attempts to defeat him, even with the assistance of humanity's alien allies.
This Godzilla is described as taking the basic, recognizable silhouette of Godzilla and combining
it with the unique traits decided for the character for the anime works.
Rather than aiming for something anatomically accurate, this Godzilla is simply meant to be imposing.
The anime Godzilla superficially resembles the MonsterVerse Godzilla, with a bulky body
and a thick and short neck, but contrasts with his crocodile-like head bearing a relatively
long snout, large arms and thighs with skinnier lower legs,
and sharp and jagged leaf-shaped dorsal plates.
Godzilla has rough, bluish green skin with a texture reminiscent of tree bark across his body.
Inspired by Kongōrikishi statues, he has a very robust musculature, with pronounced
abdominal and pectoral muscles on his chest.
The muscular element to Godzilla's appearance is meant to express its power as well as invoke
the hugeness of trees, its status as the apex life form on Earth, and a deity-like presence.
His tail has a ridged underside, and ends with a pointed spear-like tip.
According to the "Planet of the Monsters" theater program, the monster's deity-like
blue eyes are meant to convey intelligence, "such as that of a philosopher."
While Godzilla Earth looks more or less like a larger version of Godzilla Filius after
20,000 years, he also possesses several spikes on the bottom of his chin that resemble a beard.
This incarnation of Godzilla is unique in that he originated from plant rather than animal life.
He is said to be the "end result of natural selection on Earth" and has survived for
20,000 years as the largest and most powerful lifeform in the planet's history.
Godzilla evolved as a result of plant life incorporating the characteristics of various
other organisms through horizontal gene transfer.
Godzilla was first discovered in 2030 by Kyohei Yamane when he traveled to Odo Island to investigate
the carcass of a Kamoebas that washed ashore.
Yamane named the possible predator responsible "Godzilla," after a mythical dragon from the
island's folklore.
The prequel novel to the anime trilogy, "GODZILLA: Monster Apocalypse," goes much more into detail
about both Godzilla's role and the anime movie universe in general.
You can learn more about it by watching this video. (Anime GODZILLA Timeline)
Meanwhile, Godzilla Filius is a creature spawned by cells that divided from Godzilla Earth,
much like the Servum.
While the Servum diverged into a new subspecies, Filius is effectively an immature clone of Godzilla Earth.
When the Aratrum used its hyperdrives to return to Earth, its crew found that nearly 20,000
years had passed, and that Godzilla was still alive on the planet's surface.
Haruo proposed a plan to disable Godzilla's asymmetrically permeable shield and inject
an EMP Probe inside of him, which he believed would cause Godzilla's body to become overloaded
with electromagnetic energy and make him explode.
Haruo accompanied a team to the former Tanzawa Forest area of Japan to carry out his plan,
but they were attacked by small flying creatures spawned from Godzilla's cells called Servum,
which destroyed several Landing Ships.
Lieutenant Eliott Leland gave the order to evacuate the surviving forces through the
Tanzawa Pass and meet with another unit to refuel and repair the surviving Landing Ships
and return to the Aratrum.
However, as the unit moved toward its destination, Godzilla appeared and attacked them.
Metphies allowed Haruo to board a Hover Bike and attack Godzilla so he could determine
the location of his electromagnetic organ.
However, the Hover Bike's guns were too weak to make Godzilla deploy his shield.
Knowing this, Leland took command of a Multipodal Battery and fired at Godzilla, who retaliated
by destroying the vehicle with his atomic breath.
However, Leland's sacrifice was not in vain, as the attack made Godzilla deploy his Asymmetrically
Permeable Shield, which had now been traced to his dorsal plates.
With Leland dead, command of the operation fell to Metphies, who designated all of his
authority to Haruo.
Haruo explained the operation to all surviving forces, and convinced them to undertake the plan.
A Hover Bike fleet attacked Godzilla in an attempt to draw him to the Tanzawa Pass, where
Haruo and the remaining forces were waiting with Multipodal Batteries and Powered Suits.
Godzilla destroyed several of the Hover Bikes with his atomic breath, but the fleet was
able to draw him into the pass.
Once he reached the target area, explosive charges were detonated and the slopes collapsed
onto the monster, trapping him.
The Multipodal Batteries all opened fire on him.
As predicted, Godzilla deployed his shield, which protected him from the artillery strikes.
Having isolated the sound produced by Godzilla's EMP organ, the forces were able to cross-reference
it with the sounds currently being produced and determine exactly when the shield would
collapse and redeploy.
Knowing Godzilla's healing factor would allow him to heal any damage extremely quickly,
Haruo entered a Powered Suit and jumped onto Godzilla's back as the shield collapsed.
He told the Batteries to open fire on Godzilla's back, damaging the monster's dorsal plates
and destroying his electromagnetic organ.
Haruo and numerous others then used Powered Suits to plant EMP Probes into the monster.
As Godzilla's tissue healed, the Powered Suits were all forced off of his back.
The monster turned his head and prepared to fire his atomic breath at Haruo, but the EMP
Probes were effective and Godzilla immediately exploded.
The plan had succeeded in destroying the monster.
However, analysis of the carcass revealed that the creature was completely identical
to the Godzilla that appeared in 2030, which was impossible given the time that had passed
and Godzilla's capacity for evolution.
Martin Lazzari believed that this was some kind of offspring formed by Godzilla's cells,
and that there could still be more Godzillas living on Earth.
Shortly after, seismic activity was detected in the area, followed by the explosion of
a nearby mountain.
The original Godzilla, now over 300 meters tall, emerged from the smoke and turned his
attention to the nearby humans.
Haruo ordered everyone to retreat quickly, but Godzilla destroyed several fleeing Landing
Ships with a super oscillatory wave projected from his mouth.
Haruo attempted to distract Godzilla with a Multipodal Battery while the remaining forces
tried to escape, but Godzilla swung his tail through the air and produced a powerful shockwave
that seemingly wiped out the humans' remaining forces, leaving Haruo trapped under wreckage
and swearing that he would get his revenge...
Godzilla Earth and Filius can generate a powerful electromagnetic charge
through an "in-vivo amplifier" located inside their bodies.
This pulse can be used to disable electronics around Godzilla, or to produce an Asymmetrically
Permeable Shield, a forcefield which surrounds Godzilla and shields him from any and all
damage, including strikes from multiple nuclear warheads.
This ability is also possessed by the Servum, as they, and Filius, are derived from Godzilla Earth.
Atomic Breath: Godzilla and Filius can fire a highly-accelerated charged particle beam
from their mouths which have seemingly pinpoint accuracy.
Godzilla fires this beam from his shield, in front of his mouth.
A new ability Godzilla Earth gained as a result of growing over 20,000 years
is the Super Oscillatory Wave.
This attack is a resonance phenomenon caused by the King of Monsters roaring at an extremely
high volume, and is capable of crushing and destroying targets.
Shockwave: Godzilla Earth can generate a powerful shockwave by swinging his tail.
This beam was capable of wiping out a large portion of humanity's forces.
Metallic Tissue: Godzilla's body tissue is integrated with metallic muscle fibers that
support his massive weight in the absence of a skeleton, and contribute to his impressive
physical durability.
Godzilla's cells possess incredible regenerative and reproductive properties, allowing them
to give rise to all-new species possessing Godzilla's DNA.
Repeated propagation of Godzilla's cells over a period of 20,000 years created an all new
ecosystem on Earth built around Godzilla.
Additionally, Godzilla's cells grant him a rapid healing factor that allows his tissue
to heal completely in a manner of seconds if damaged.
Weaknesses: Godzilla Filius's shield is produced by an organ located in his dorsal plates.
If the organ is targeted and destroyed at a moment where the shield is not deployed,
the shield will be disabled until the organ regenerates.
The humans destroyed Godzilla Filius by planting EMP Probes into his body while the shield
was disabled, which caused electromagnetic energy to build to critical levels inside
Godzilla's body until he exploded.
Trees were decided upon as the motif for the anime Godzilla's design after the key concept
for this Godzilla was determined to be that it was the "peak of the evolution of life" on Earth.
According to co-director Kobun Shizuno, there were several reasons for this, including the
fact that trees are currently the most widespread, largest organisms on Earth; the fact that
they are capable of living for thousands of years - "basically only requiring light and water"
to survive; and that trees' hard and fibrous body tissues protected them while
also supporting their enormous mass and volume.
Moreover, actual trees possess trace elements in their biology and generate electrons when
performing photosynthesis, allowing for a plant-based Godzilla to use powerful electromagnetic waves.
Shizuno explained, [...]
Godzilla Earth is by far the tallest Godzilla incarnation to date, standing over 318 meters tall,
considerably taller than the fourth form of Shin Godzilla, who stands at 118.5m,
and the Hanna-Barbera Godzilla, who stands at 400 feet (122m).
Godzilla Earth is also the tallest known kaiju in the franchise,
surpassing the Heisei King Ghidorah and Bagan.
Godzilla Earth is also the heaviest Godzilla incarnation at 100,000 metric tons, surpassing
the 92,000 metric ton weight of Shin Godzilla's fourth form.
However, he is not the heaviest kaiju in the franchise, as he weighs the same as
Keizer Ghidorah and Biollante's Flower Beast Form, and is lighter than the Heisei Mechagodzilla,
M.O.G.U.E.R.A., Biollante's Plant Beast Form, Bagan, and the flying form of SpaceGodzilla.
On the flip side, Godzilla Earth's initial and Filius's current 50 meter height is tied
with the original and Showa Godzillas for the second shortest Godzilla, only surpassing
Shin Godzilla's second form.
Meanwhile, his initial weight of 10,000 metric tons makes him one of the lightest Godzilla
incarnations to appear in a film and only heavier than
the Hanna-Barbera Godzilla and TriStar Godzilla.
And that's all there is to know about the anime Godzilla... for now.
Thanks for watching!

JAPANESE EAR CLEANING SALON |Ear hair cutting, ear wax removal and sensual massages - Duration: 18:22.
Wow this is BAD!
What?!
Why was that in my ear?!
Ok guys, hold on tight, ears open!
In the last episode we found out the difference between Japanese EAR MUCK
and Western Ear Muck. I got my own customized ear stick...
And this time it will get SENSUAL.
I was invited to go to a Japanese spa....
However this spa is specializing in EARS.
I am at Ebisu in Tokyo now and will take my handmade ear stick...
to a spa that has become more popular with foreigners in Japan these days.
Let's go to the Ear SPA!
I just checked their homepage but...
I found something funny there.
They have a commercial slogan there, let me read it to you.
When just feeling relaxed, isn't enough for you anymore...
Give your ears the urgent relief they need.
Your Mind...
Your Body...
Your Sprit... will be so relaxed... relaxed...
This sounds like fun. Let's go.
And here we are. Inside this building is the Spa "Bonita Bonito"
So let's relax, relax my mind, body and soul.
Let's go!
Right here...
Bonita Bonito.
Hello!
Hello again there.
I am in your care. - Leave it to me.
Getting my ears cleaned by someone is a first experience for me.
I will make you feel good today.
Please lie down.
Okay.
I already feel super relaxed now.
This seat is like lying on a marshmallow.
Now I feel a little bit less nervous.
I shall be the first one in your life to see inside your ears.
Oh dear... my ears...
What is this thing? - It's called an Earscope.
It will show me what's inside your ears with a camera.
The inside of my ear will now have it's world debut.
Oh gosh I am so nervous. Sorry it might be dirty!
I was told not to clean it beforehand.
You came here to clean it. It's ok.
Oh wow....
Like this...
The dark area there is your eardrum.
And there are some hairs here.
It's natural to have hairs inside your ears here.
They block sweat, dust etc from entering.
I feel very embarrassed.
I will make this whole area clean.
I will first take things with a cotton bud and then cut these hairs.
What? Is that alright to cut them? - That's fine.
They will grow back within one month.
My hairs look really long. It looks like I am hairy.
They are in the way of the camera and cleaning. That's why I will cut them.
One thing I am really worried about is... is it safe to do this?
We have formed an official organization.
People come to learn from us to receive a certificate.
In order to get that certificate, they have to learn a lot.
First study, and then explore the ears...
Yes only after having finished the studies.
It's the ear driver's license.
Let me first cut the hairs outside your ears.
What!?
What an ear razor?!
Your ears are as small as a child's.
What? - Yes they are as small as kid's ears.
What I have kids ears?!
Well, females have to shave a lot in society, right?
But shaving my ears is a first for me.
To be honest, I brought my very own ear stick with me.
It's a handmade piece for me. Could you use it a little?
Are you sure? Okay let me try.
I will use this stick to push the acupuncture spots on your ears.
What do you mean by that?
Ears have the acupuncture points of the whole body on them.
They make the shape of an embryo.
At the earlobe there is the face, the eyes, the mouth and such.
So when you are tired, massaging your earlobes is good.
Here is the neck, the back and the hip.
Here are the legs.
The middle is the heart and the intestines.
Just looking at this I can tell that your neck might be stiff.
Yeah I have been under a lot of stress.
Yeah I can tell that you have a stiff neck.
And your hips are also a bit stiff.
You can tell all of that by just looking at it?
This part here stands out. That's how I tell. - WOW.
Can you use my ear stick to push those points?
It's made quite hard, so it won't bend.
That makes it a good earstick to push your acupuncture spots.
But for inside your ears, we would need a thinner stick, that bends more.
That would also not damage your ear's insides. Let me start.
This point here helps you to be less annoyed.
Are you alright? - I am good.
Next is the stress acupuncture spot. - This hurts quite a lot.
Wow. I have a lot of stress.
I will go in deeper...
Inside the ears is the Vagus Nerve.
It's a nerve that is similar to the ones in your armpits and your breasts.
If I touch this it tickles, right. - Yeah.
When breasts are touched it feels good, right?
This one here is another erogenous zone.
Same nerve as the breasts.
That's why cleaning your ears feels good for everyone.
I can tell, it feels good.
Japanese people get their ears cleaned by their mothers, with their head on her lap.
We all share that memory of relaxation.
I don't have any memories like that, so I thought I might not feel relaxed.
Since its the same nerve though, it really hits home.
Wow that surprised me.
Next we will go further inside the ears. I added some lotion to this.
I will cleanse your ears now.
Wow my ears look really slimy.
My earwax looks quite soft. - Yes.
Foreigners tend to have soft ear mug.
Oh my dear...
This is weird but it feels good.
The image on the screen looks gross though.
Next I will cut the ear hairs.
Do you have to cut them?
I have to cut them, or I won't see well.
This is a bit dangerous.
I can feel that.
I can feel you cutting the hairs in my ear.
You feel that? - Yes I do.
Wow it's getting tidy in there.
You stopped breathing?
I did. Can you reach deeper into my ears now?
Let me take the hairs I cut out.
This feels good.
This feels so good.
It's weird.
I will take the dirt out of your deeper ear area.
You reached into it deeper! There is so much wax.
Oh no it looks like custard pudding.
This is bad.
Everyone I am so sorry!
It looks like this. It's only a little bit.
Wishy wash wishy wash-
Scrub scrub scrub...
Look how pretty my ears are!
All the wax is gone now.
I feel so refreshed now.
Feel so refreshed.
Next is this one. - What is that?
It looks like some bird. - It's bird feathers.
What the heck is this?
Doesn't it feel good? I love it.
Time to see what's in your other ear.
WHAT?! There is something in my ear!? What is it? What is THAT!?
It looks like some sort of hair.
What is that. There is something in my ear.
Oh god...
There are some hairs there too... - Those are your own hairs.
If you do this, will you hear better?
I think that doesn't really change.
But people who have so much wax that it blocks their hearing, say that.
Do people from abroad visit you? - Yes recently we get a lot.
Where do they come from? - All over the world. Like Saudi Arabia.
But also America, France, Germany and Israel.
But also India and such.
First timers? - Yes it was their first time.
Some people will also ask travel companies to take them here.
But also a hotel concierge called us saying their guests wanted to come.
I feel refreshed. She took all hairs out.
Wow this looks bad.
You just took the black thing out, didn't you?
I think we just got it. - Can I see it?
Must be this one. - Let's have a look.
Can I see it?
This one here. It's small.
It's tiny. Can you see it with the camera?
Wow it looks huge.
What is this? Rubbish? - Some sort of.
Why!? Why was that in my ear?
People who keep dogs or cats often have their hairs in their ears.
But I don't have any pets!
Wow that's a lot of caramel.
Amazing...
I am making some funny faces right there.
Amazing...
Just seeing how it gets cleaned feels good.
Can you speak English? - Me and my staff are learning it.
We are learning English. - For your customers. - Yes.
Wow. Nobody has ever given me this kind of relaxation treatment.
Wow some stuff is sticking to it. What is it?
It's also ear wax. - It looks like plates.
I feel so cleansed.
I feel so clean.
- Finished. - My ear is sparkly.
Nice one.
That was a first time experience for me.
Next is the massage. - What I get a massage? This is great.
Mind ... Body--- Spirit!
Relax
What shall I do with this microphone?
This feel good... oh my...
Oh no... I might fall asleep while we are still filming ...
My ears have never ever been so clean...
I am sorry. Gosh this is embarrassing.
Finished.
Thank you so much. I feel so refreshed.
Seriously thank you
Did you feel good? - Yes I did.
I feel like new born, reborn.
How is your neck? - It's super relaxed.
What? This is amazing.
Ears are amazing.
Director: Please say your ending statement... - Yes.... (yawn)
This was my first Japanese ear cleaning experience.
You use different tools and think about a lot of things.
We use traditional ear cleaning techniques and recent technology.
Ear cleaning has evolved.
So traditional ear sticks and recent technology, I could try it all today.
That was a fun experience.
I thought it was just cleaning my ears and feeling cleaner.
But I could feel this all over my body.
Yes.
This feels good. This feels so good.
Ears have the acupuncture spots of the body, so massaging them is massaging the body.
I think this spa is a Japan only experience.
If you are curious guys, try it.
This was fun.
Thank you so much. - Thank you too.
I feel so refreshed.
Is this a Tokyo only place? - We are also in Wakayama and Osaka.
Are there many ear spas in Japan?
These are quite rare. Our ear spa has just 20 members at this point.
and there are only a few branches around Japan.
That's why you are always booked? - Yes.
In Wakayama we go to hot springs, and hotels for the treatment.
Cleansing ears after a hot bath feels good.
If we did that to me, I would fall asleep.
I felt so good, I struggled reporting.
Thank you. Be sure to come in your free time some time.
I will visit again. Thank you.

What is DIFFERENCE between JAPAN and YOUT COUNTRY? : Ask visitors from foreign countries in JAPAN. - Duration: 8:55.
It's something that characterizes a lot of things in Japanese people.
There is a normalized or generalized
standard of clothing.
They don't really like physical contact and, that and in my country...
Hey guys, its Cathy Cat! And today we are here in Harajuku
and we're gonna go and ask foreigners,
what is the biggest difference between their country and Japan.
Let's go and ask foreigners in Japan!
But what do you think is the biggest difference between China and Japan in your opinion.
Maybe it's the public's (people)
courtesy.
I mean, people are always
very polite to you, and
there are a lot of rules in the public.
You need to turn your telephone to silent in the train and those types of things.
And maybe in China people
are not so polite sometimes, but yeah.
I mean, we are improving it as well.
So what do you think, is the biggest difference from Japan compared to Texas?
The streets are cleaner.
-Oh right! -Yeah.
And everyone like, follows the rules I guess.
More definitely, exactly what she just said. You know, it's cleaner.
It's a lot...
Although it's crowded. It's very crowded here as well.
Comparing Japan and France, especially Paris
what in your opinion is the biggest difference?
I won't say that French are not nice, because it's not true!
But...
Everybody is
always smiling and...
There are lots of rules and they follow these rules.
They are really open-minded, I think. Yes.
I don't know if it's good to say that about French people.
But, it's something that characterizes a lot of things in Japanese people.
They are always here to help you!
That was very appreciative, when we were asking for
the way or any indication.
Everybody is here to help you, and that was great.
Now we need to ask one question
cause many French, many people in Japan admire France and French foods.
So how is it coming living in France, coming to Japan? How's the food for you guys?
-So good! -Yeah, it's delicious everywhere!
We have tried lots of different foods like
new's like, oto... otoga...
Okonomiyaki!
Yakitori
Yakitori, Ramen...
And sushi! Sushi also!
In France the only Japanese food
which is spread all over the world is the sushi's
and you don't really know the other kind of Japanese people which exist
And we were really surprised that you had so much diversity in the production.
So what is the biggest difference between Japan and Poland?
Lifestyle, culture...
Food, of course!
What do you think like, stood out for you?
Is like, we don't do that in Poland, for example.
We don't, we are not so friendly. We are we are more
Like, closed and not open minded
and they look in your eyes
They smile and they like to be in touch with me. So it's really nice, yeah.
What do you think is the biggest difference between Japan and India?
There are lots of buildings that are so much tall.
And they have
(more) advanced technology than India.
And the subways are very complicated.
-We don't have metro's in Poland. -No?!
No, we don't have metro's. We only have two lines in Warsaw, in the capital.
And here it's 100 lines or even more, yeah.
So this is a huge difference, yeah.
We have a vast network of metro's in Delhi.
In Mumbai also.
What do you think is the biggest difference between Germany and Japan?
Like, one thing you'd say is definitely very very different.
Maybe expressiveness in some sort of way.
Like, if you look around here you can see that there are so many different people.
Like, people that are very conservative and people that are very outgoing.
And I think in Germany most people have like
there is a normalized or generalized
standard of clothing.
-The H&M culture? -Yeah, right right.
I'm one of them as well, so... Okay...
But that's it. I think that's it.
So what do you think in your opinion is the biggest difference between Australia and Japan?
The biggest thing we've noticed is...
In the streets and the traffic, not a lot of noise.
No people beating horns. It's, it's very quiet.
Everybody goes about their business very quietly and when in Melbourne and Cannes
it's yeah, there's lots and lots of noise.
Where it seems to be very quiet here. It's very relaxing.
Same thing, very quiet.
Very organized.
Very clean!
Mexico and Japan. If you compare them, what's the biggest difference?
-Values. -Values?
Yeah.
Okay. Which values do you think are different?
The respect. More respectful than in Mexico.
Really, really.
The respect, you said.
People are in here are kind of like...
I don't know how to describe with...
...with other words, but shy.
They don't really like physical contact and, that and in my country...
It's not that we don't respect that personal space.
But is like, it's not something as taken as serious as in here.
So yeah, I think that's like one of the biggest differences.
What's the biggest difference between France and Japan?
People in Japan are more...
More open minded and in France people are more closed minded.
So everyone's like, not good.
When they look at you say, they'll tell you bad things and insult you.
I don't like it so... When I'm in Japan everyone is like, "oh, kirei, kirei, kawaii!
and I never gets bad returns.
Oh, I know what you mean.
Like in Europe you, just to explain this to people from other countries.
In Europe what happens when you sometimes walk down the street
people will say negative things out loud, right?
Probably something with your hair as well, right?
But I don't care, because I think I don't need to dress like everyone wants me to.
-You want to dress like YOU want. -Yes, that's it!
But now in Japan people usually generally say positive things
they won't say negative things which is a big thing there.
Good! Well, those were actually all the questions!
Thank you so much for your time!
People compared their country
and they compared it with Japan.
And you've seen that
I'm just gonna add what I can compare with Germany and Japan.
Generally, what I can see here, the trains! Oh my god, they're so great!
There are on time!
However on the other way in Germany we have the Autobahn
where you can like, totally like, drive with no speed limit.
While in Japan like, the fastest you can really go is like
100 kilometres...?
Which is not that fast. I mean, people do drive faster
but they don't drive that fast on the streets, which surprised me.
But now I'm used to it.
So probably if I go back next time to Germany
I'll get a bit of a reverse culture shock because people drive so fast.
Actually kind of dangerous...
So the trains are on time. But the working conditions here are quite a lot tougher than back in Germany.
They're also less holidays. We have more holidays in Germany and less holidays here.
There's loads of unpaid overtime and things like that.
But they're trying to change that in Japan right now as well.
People are smaller, which I think is a good thing because...
Oh my god, why are Germans so tall??
I was always the smallest girl in class!
And I'm like, you know, a hundred sixty centimetres.
Why am I always the smallest in those school years?? Oh god, the trauma...
Let's cut to different scene.
What I can find is, Japanese people in comparison a very very food conscious
I mean, we all love food generally, and wherever you're from
but they're very very food conscious.
They really really gourmets.
They will go to different places and stand in line for up to two three hours. Just to get something nice.
They're very very conscious of good food.
We're good food happens, where you can get good food.
They make great food!
Very very food conscious and in contrast in Germany. We're more
food conscious in a level, in a different level about the ingredients.
So is that organic? Are the eggs free-range? Stuff like that.
So we pay more attention to actually the ingredients?
And if they actually, come from a good environment and don't have too many, you know...
ingredients in the ingredients.
You know, additives and stuff like that, also.
So we pay great attention to that instead.
So. Both of bit things.
I must say, I really struggle getting free-range eggs here in Japan
as it's one of the things that people don't pay so much attention to.
But on the other side, they're all so tasty.
How could you say, no?
So yeah, a couple things comparing Japan and Germany.
If there's anything you would like to add from your country.
What's different in your country, in comparison to Japan.
Let us know in the box below, looking forward to reading your comments and seeing what you think.
Also, look at each other's comments and don't forget to comment on each other's comments.

I've never ever gone to a school dance

You wanna give her a gift, perhaps some flowers?
Just don't make it last for too many hours
There are a lot of colors; mostly red, pink and white
You think I like you kissing? Cause man that isn't right
I know you're just trying to impress your pretty crush
You say you have a girlfriend, man will you just hush?
I know that I am single, I hope that you can tell
You know sometimes I wish that you would go to-- (Bleep)
What? I was trying to say Taco Bell
I'm hoping that this diss track does pretty well
You need to stop bragging about your nice girlfriend
I'm just hoping that I'll get one until the very end
You think that I wanna see you kissin'?
The answer's no and that's why I'm dissin'

Trump's America Unemployment Benefits Hit 45 Year Low - Duration: 4:46.
Trumps America Unemployment Benefits Hit 45-Year Low
New data from the U.S. Department of Labor published Thursday revealed that the number
of Americans who filed for unemployment benefits last week was the lowest in decades.
In the week ending February 3, the advance figure for seasonally adjusted initial claims
was 221,000, a decrease of 9,000 from the previous weeks unrevised level of 230,000.
The 4-week moving average was 224,500, a decrease of 10,000 from the previous weeks unrevised
average of 234,500, the DOL announced.
Heres the kicker: This is the lowest level for this average since March 10, 1973
when it was 222,000.
Excellent, though just to be clear, the unemployment rate began dropping years ago after the financial
crisis of 2007-2008, as seen in the following chart from the Bureau of Labor Statistics:
Because of this, Democrats keep trying to attribute Americas current economic boom
to former President Barack Obama.
But while this might hold true in regard to Americas low unemployment, it doesnt
hold true for other metrics.
Home ownership: down.
Labor force participation: down.
Student loans: up.
National Debt: up.
Health care costs: up.
Median family income: flat.
People on food stamps: up.
Workers share of economy: down, Brad Schaeffer of The Daily Wire pointed out this
week, referencing metrics that fell under Obamas recovery.
These trends do not paint a rosy picture for the working middle class, he added.
Labor force participation particularly matters in regard to unemployment.
Let me ask you something: What does it suggest when both the unemployment rate and labor
force participation rate drop at the same time as they did during the Obama years?
It suggests that the unemployment rate dropped not because of a change in economic conditions,
but because more people dropped out of the labor force pool altogether.
Now take a look at the following labor force participation chart from the BLS:
The labor force participation rate dropped precipitously during Obamas tenure in the
White House.
Not until around the time businessman candidate Donald Trump announced his candidacy for office
did it begin to tick upward after nearly a decade of trending lower and lower.
Something similar happened with Americas food stamp consumption rate.
According to documentation from the U.S. Department of Agricultures Food and Nutrition Service,
the number of Americas collecting food stamps ballooned from 28 million in 2008 to 44 million
in 2016.
Then suddenly in 2017, during Trumps first year in office, it shrank to 42 million.
Is this a coincidence?
I think not.
In fact, numbers such as these suggest President Donald Trump, not former President Barack
Obama, deserves credit for Americas booming economy.
And many economists agree: A recent survey of economists suggest it is President Trump,
and not Obama, who should be taking a bow, The Hill reported in January, referencing
a survey of 68 economists by The Wall Street Journal.
Of the economists surveyed, (A) majority said the president had been somewhat
or strongly positive for job creation, gross domestic product growth and the rising
stock market.
And thats something everyone should be happy about.
Please share this story on Facebook and Twitter and let us know what you think about this
record-low unemployment rate.
What do you think about Democrats' refusal to give Trump any credit?

North Korea 'VULNERABLE': Parade video reveals shocking gap in Kim's military - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:27.
North Korea 'VULNERABLE': Parade video reveals shocking gap in Kim's military
NORTH Korea huge military parade on the eve of the Winter Olympics was designed to show
off the might of the nation's armed forces, but it may have revealed a "key vulnerability"
in Kim Jong-un's capabilities, according to defence experts.
Just a day before the iconic sporting event was due to begin in neighbouring South Korea,
thousands of troops, tanks and artillery pieces roared through the streets of Pyongyang.
The hermit kingdom used the parade as an opportunity to show off its latest and most powerful intercontinental
ballistic missile (ICBM) which the regime says has the range to target anywhere on the
mainland United States, as well as the UK.
Four of the menacing Hwasong-15 rockets were driven through the North Korean capital as
Kim looked on from a viewing platform.
But analysts say the fact more of the ICBMs were not on display could prove the regime
is struggling to produce more, as well as the massive mobile launchers needed to transport
them.
David Schmerler, research associate at the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies
in Monterey, California, told CNBC: "It seems like the parade kind of showed that they haven't
quite mastered domestic production of these vehicles.
"If they were going to try to find an opportunity to demonstrate that they could not only produce
lots of ICBMs but the ability to launch them on mobile vehicles, this would have been the
opportunity to have done it."
The Hwasong-15 could be seen mounted on 18-wheeled transport erector launchers (TEL), which provide
a platform for the weapon to be fired.
And because they are mobile, they are harder to find and destroy in the event of war breaking
out on the Korean Peninsula.
North Korea has previously relied on converted Chinese logging trucks to transport its long-range
missiles.
But the reclusive state now claims it has the capacity to build the latest TELs from
scratch.
However, Eric Gomez, a policy analyst for defence and foreign policy studies at the
Cato Institute, questioned why more of the launchers were not on parade.
Writing in a blog post, he said: "The number of TELs in [Thursday's] parade is important
because it represents a key vulnerability in North Korea's ICBM force."
"All of the North Korean vehicles capable of carrying ICBMs are based on Chinese-made
heavy logging trucks that were modified by the North Koreans to carry missiles, but no
more than six of these trucks have been seen at one time."
Dictator Kim's younger sister has travelled to south of the heavily armed demilitarised
zone which separates the two Koreas for the winter games at PyongChang.
As her brother's representative, Kim Yo-jong met with South Korean president Moon Jae-in
today and invited him to visit Pyongyang.
If the Mr Moon accepts, it would mark the biggest diplomatic breakthrough between the
two nations in more than a decade.

Application B - Duration: 4:31.
Hello, So today I will be discussing reciprocal relationships.
Reciprocal relationships as defined in the book are solid interpersonal relationships
between people who are equals with a shared sense of loyalty and commitment.
These friendships are made over time and not made over night, and they are made to last
throughout the tough times.
Reciprocal relationships are what many of us consider our "ideal" best friends.
Personally, I have been lucky enough to experience this type of relationship with both my friends
back at home and with the friends I have made here in San Antonio.
Back at home I have had a close relationship with five friends since we started middle
school.
And even after moving away to different colleges we still keep in touch with each other through
text messages, social media, and we try and see each other whenever we are home for the
holidays.
This group of friends back at home are the ones I would definitely consider my best friends
because they have literally been through it all with me, the good times, the hard times.
Everything that you can think of with me over the past ten years.
And I don't think that you really get any type of sense from this kind of relationship
other than a sense of certainty that you know that you can trust this group with anything
and everything that you tell them, and that it's going to be kept between you and them
only.
So now that I have discussed my reciprocal relationship experience I will now make some
inferences, and my first inference is that I believe that in order to build and maintain
a reciprocal relationship you must put trust into someone else and you also need to make
sure that that feeling is mutual between you and them.
A "best friend" relationship definitely does not happen over night, it's going to happen
over time and it's going to take time to make sure that that trust is formed between both
you and the other person.
I feel that if you can't trust someone else with your personal thoughts and feelings then
they are definitely not a friend you should be wanting to keep around.
They are definitely not what someone would consider "best friend" material.
Personally, since I have been close friends with this group for ten years, I have been
able to weed out those who I felt were not worthy of my trust and my friendship.
I have learned that you don't need to be friends with everybody, and not everybody needs to
know everything about you, as long as you have that close group or the few individuals
that you know that you can trust them with anything and everything, then that's all you
need for a reciprocal relationship - best friend kind of person.
Now that I have made some inferences, I will discuss how these inferences can be transferred
over into other situations, and like I stated before, these relationships don't happen over
night and not everyone you become friends with is going to stick around with you throughout
the good and the bad times.
Over time you are going to realize who is a real friend and who is just going to be
someone that you know.
In conclusion, reciprocal relationships are the ones that we share with those who we feel
a sense of commitment and loyalty from.
These friendships are made over time and are often viewed as our best friend relationships.
These relationships should be held close to you because they are not made with everybody
but only those who you obviously feel the closest to.
I definitely feel that we gain a sense of trust and certainty that we can let these
people know anything and everything there is to know about us because we are able to
trust them and know that they aren't going to turn their backs on us, they're not going
to tell everybody every little thing about us, like these are the people we know we can
definitely trust with everything that we have.
I am lucky enough to have been able to experience this first hand with my friends of ten years
back at home.
Forming this bond of friendship was definitely not easy, it was not something that happened
overnight, it happened over time, but I can say that it has been worth it 100%.I would
definitely say that you have to be picky when choosing these types of friendships and relationships
when making sure that these are the people that you can for sure trust with everything
and anything, and I strongly say that you don't need a certain number of friends, just
a number of friends you can be certain of.

The Moment My Bias Became My Bias (Boy Groups) - Duration: 7:02.
When I wake up in my room (room), I have nothing (have nothing)
Once the sun goes down (down), I stumble (I stumble)
As much as I've thought about it, I know for sure
All in, I'm betting everything
Deciding from now and forever more,
I'm yours, you're mine, woh
These thorns on my body aren't everything
Look inside me, the real me
Don't look at me with those cold eyes
Come closer to me with a warm heart
Please, just one of you
Honestly, I've never fit in with the world
I was always alone
It's been a long time since I've forgotten about love
I can't listen to hopeful love songs anymore
You and me both, we're just sad clowns, tamed and scripted
I've come too far, I'm coming home
I wanna go back to when I was young
When you're not there, I feel lost
No one can fill this gap easily
If you don't tell me,
I can't thank you enough for your presence
I don't know me either
You are in full blossom
Just hold me tight
Everyone loves the things she do
I lose my balance next to you
I looked again, Blossom, it's different than yesterday
I often think about you when I'm exhausted
I can handle that, I'll be a daydreamer
(Jooheon, Aye)
I'll take out your villains like bang bang bang bang
I'll fly around the sky like Superman
I'm gonna hang on the edges of your lips, and make you smile, like Batman
I'll tell the villains who make you cry to go away
I need you, I love you
My broken heart is
calling out for you
I always love you
Always
I'm going to out where the exit is
to save me from being locked in this darkness
I frantically try to run away
I'm on the Hellevator, I'm going up
I hope that we don't get deceived by comfort and lose each other
So the phrase 'together' can be protected, uh
This feeling I can't stop feels like freedom
As if I'm slipping on first snow, I'm falling in love (ooh ooh)
You're the culprit who stole my heart (you)
Even goddesses get jealous of your beauty (what)
The excitement of my heart vibrates (brr)
Your lethal charms are killin' me
You're sexy, you thrill me hot chili (woo)
Don't misunderstand, I'll really
fill your empty cup with my sincerity
I feel tired tonight,
a word that you can't forget in a breeze
Sorry for not turning back, sorry
For the selfish self of mine, I'm sorry
The paled city lights,
a chilling voice
Sorry for not turning back, sorry
For the selfish self of mine, I'm sorry,
even if I'm already late, oh
Congratulations, you're amazing
Congratulations, how could you be so fine?
How could you trample on me?
I see your smiling face, I guess you forgot everything, oh
(Baby, baby)
(Baby) Say my name (louder)
If you become my light and pull me through this chaotic place,
(What up) I'll hold you and never change, I'll hold you and face who left me
(Uh) Never don't mind about a thing
You filled the big emptiness in my heart
I can see a light from you, I think I'm going crazy
I keep seeing an illusion baby (why why you why you here)
I keep my throat tight, I don't think I can stand you
You pick me up and save me
It wraps around me, hate is on me
Each day repeats but it's okay
I'm walking on top a deep darkness
Look at what's real, hidden over there
(Open your eyes!)
Open your eyes, quietly open your eyes
Or else they hide with their backs turned
The repeating days are so cruel
I can't walk because it's too sticky
(Just a second ago) I'm sure it's spitted a moment ago
Don't just pass me by,
there's no such thing as a coincidence
My heart is already trapped in you very seriously
A bee buzzes over a flower to me, dawn is free
That limit that I can't estimate, the endless depth, uh
Viva la revolution, yeah
Snap out of it, I thought I overcame you
In this gray city, there's stale air and coldness
Contaminating the rotten brains and spines,
be aware of the corrupt truth and the outer layer of the broken subjects
Free, love, real, ill
Ya! I'm a superfly, woh! A superfly
I keep blowing a whistle when you see me, ha
Oh! Passing by at the moment,
the harmony of black and white is about us
We are so different
Chachacha, keep time in four beats
Then I remember myself,
I started from the rock bottom
Then I shine those times,
cause I know my heart is made of 24k gold
Who cares about my emotions?
You can play with me until you're sick of me
You can break me, if that's what you want,
because I'm a toy, toy
Now you know, all you need is me, I'm your toy
I'm your toy
I'm your toy
If love is a joke, then use me ruthlessly
For some reason, today the TV dramas I watched
have such cliché scenes that seem to be laughing at me
As if I'm a sinner, I just run away
And yet again, you yell at me to go away
Your arms are now just a dream, your scent is now my breath
My breath is quickening, the flowing tears swallow me up
Thorns rise up above me, covering this thorny story
The end of us ended with our last kiss
Don't look at me like that
Don't grow distant from me anymore
I gave you all my love, love, all of my love, love
I never wanna let you go

[MMD] 悠久 -Song of Eternity- [PV] - Duration: 6:34.
English Translation from Vocaloid Subs (wingarea)
Yuukyuu-Song of Eternity- (Eternity-Song of Eternity)
With everything wrapped in a gentle prayer,
now, everlasting time continues to tick away.
Things that change and things that remain the same—
I wasn't afraid because you were by my side.
No matter how hard I hold onto it,
I think it will disappear.
The songs you love—
You can never sing them to me again.
Oh, thousands of dreams with the eternal sky—
Please don't leave me behind.
If this is the kind of world we live in,
I want to die by your hand.
At the end of this transgression,
what is it that we still hope for?
Emotions played like an instrument change into a resounding song.
What streams through the silence is the voice of life.
While forgetting the pain,
I live
Somewhere, in the story of a distant land.
With no regard at all for the future,
we watched the fireworks burn out.
I was so happy...
I'm forgetting what to sing....
I'm forgetting you, too...
Oh, thousands of sins with the eternal sky—
The timepiece to my heart isn't returning.
If my wish could come true,
let me be by your side,

No one is here. It should be fine
Go to the golden cat

How many runes do I have? Two runes
It's hard to make the decision
Should I pick shadow kill or bend time? Bend time is like stop the time
When I kill someone, the body will be gone like turn into ash
Two runes. Which one is closer?
Go that one
Their bodies don't turn into ash. I probably need to level up this one
I need to have four runes

Leave me alone
Where is the key?

If my wish could come true,
let me be by your side,
just like this.
Where we will return to,
there's only the warmth of those days.
This world is too big for me without you in it.
If this is fate,
everything will come to an end.
No....
I don't want to forget...

STICKING TO A HEALTHY DIET + LIFESTYLE // 5 tips to stay on track (long-term!) - Duration: 8:36.
Do you have trouble sticking to a healthy lifestyle? You know what you need to
do and have a plan but you can't seem to stick to it? It's a rather common problem.
In this video, I'm going to talk about five things that you could do to set yourself
up for success, so you can finally live that healthy lifestyle that you envision.
If you're interested keep watching. Hello hello! Welcome back to The Whole Happy
Life. I wanted to say a quick thank you to all the new subscribers! I have 500
subscribers now! Thank you for supporting the channel - for all your likes and for
all your comments. It really means a lot to me and I really, really mean it.
Anyway let's get started and talk about today's video. So as a holistic
nutritionist I see a lot of clients and some of them struggle with sticking to
the plan and some do really well. And over the years I've realized that
there are some things that people can do to set themselves up for success and in
this video I want to share those things so that when you start your healthy
living plan or your healthy lifestyle you can actually stick to it. So let's
begin! Okay the first thing and I think this is the most important. If you don't do
any of the other tips in this video just do this one. I think will make a huge
difference! That is to find out what truly motivates you because if you don't
have a strong motivating factor, you're not going to stick to your healthy plan
for very long. Now let me explain. So by motivating factor I'm not talking
about something that's going to motivate you short term. For example, weight loss
is a motivator for sure, but it's a short-term motivator. So people are
motivated until they lose the weight and then they go back to their old ways and
then they regain the weight in some cases. So what I'm talking about
is figuring out things that will motivate you long term so that you can
make those lifestyle changes and really stick to them for the long haul and not
just for a couple months. I can illustrate this better with an example
so I had a client who did everything to at T and it was amazing because most
people can't follow plans to T and I don't expect them to either but she was
really really motivated, so I asked her what's motivating you what's keeping you
going because you're doing an amazing job. So she had a really interesting
thing to say - her main motivating factor was not to lose weight it was something
she was trying to do she was trying to lose weight but that was on her main
motivation. Her main motiation was to set a good example for her daughter. She
wanted to become a role model for her daughter. So her daughter could learn
healthy habits as well and I think that was amazing because it's such a strong
motivating factor and something that's gonna motivate her every single day. So
even if she falls off the wagon for a couple days she'll get back on it
because she has that strong motivating factor. Now obviously that motivating
factor may not work for you. What works for you may not work for me - we're all
different. But I wanted to give you that as an example. Now an example of what
motivates me is my mother passed away when I was 28. She was only 51 - she had a
heart attack and it was a result of diabetes and diabetes is a lifestyle
disease. Obviously it has a genetic component but it's mainly lifestyle - you
can prevent diabetes if you take care of yourself.
So for me - my main motivating factor for becoming a holistic nutritionist and
taking care of myself is to prevent diabetes. Now what I suggest you do is
sit down, get a piece of paper and get a pen - brainstorm! Figure out what it is and
motivates you write everything down. Whatever pops up in your head- there's no
wrong motivating factor. Once you've written down a couple factors , figure out
which one really means the most to you and which one is a long term motivating
factor. And you know what write that down on a post-it note stick it up on your fridge
or a mirror that you look at every day. It's a constant reminder as to why
you're actually on this healthy plan and why you're trying to live a healthier
lifestyle. So number two is time management. So a
lot of people who come to me as clients they know that they need to eat healthy
it's gonna require some cooking , but they can't seem to find the time. Now I know
we live very busy lives today it's not like it used to be but we all have 24
hours in the day and some people can manage to do a lot more than others and
I think it comes down to time management, efficiency and you know asking for help
when you need it. My suggestion is to figure out where you spend your time.
So for three days write down a time journal - every single hour of yours
account it . This is going to be a little bit tedious but it's gonna give you a
really good picture. When I did this I figured out how much time I was spending
on social media and on my phone just aimlessly scrolling and you know what
that is time that you could use for other things for cooking for meal prep
for exercise for meditation for all the things that you think you don't have
time for. Number three - make cooking more enjoyable. So when it comes to healthy
eating, cooking is usually part of the process because I believe that it's much
better to have home-cooked meals. Because no matter how well you try to eat when
you're out you really don't know the ingredients that they're using and you
don't have control over what they've put in their food but when you're cooking at
home you have a lot more control. But I do understand that not everybody likes
cooking. I didn't like cooking when I first started, but you have to realize
when it comes to long-term health enjoying cooking and making it less of a
chore goes a really long way. So I have a video on how to make cooking more
enjoyable. I'm going to link it in the description box below so watch the video
but the one tip I wanted to share here is to embrace experimentation because
the more you experiment in the kitchen the more you figure out what you enjoy
the more you're going to enjoy cooking
Number four - let go of perfection! So I can't count how many times I've had
clients come to me and they start the plan really well and two weeks in
something happens life happens or they've got something going on or
they're busy they've gone on vacation and they fall off the wagon completely
and never get back on it because in their mind they need to do the plan
perfectly. But I don't agree with that way of looking at health. Health is not
about being perfect all the time. It's about doing what you can and doing
the best. So let's say you know it's Friday and you feel like you really need
a piece of cake enjoy it don't beat yourself up for it don't feel like you
need to punish yourself with an extra workout the next day. You don't need to
do that and don't use that cake on Friday as an excuse to eat poorly on
Saturday and Sunday so you can start on Monday. Don't do that. That's not the way
to go because that is the perfectionist attitude - oh I didn't have a perfect
weekend so you know what I'm just gonna be bad all weekend and then I'm gonna do
well on Monday. It doesn't need to be like that. Do your best everyday and when
you want indulge don't beat yourself up for it because you are in this for the
long haul. Not for the short term -for the long haul.
So strive for progress not perfection!
Number five - find a buddy now this person is someone who's gonna help you stay
accountable. It doesn't need to be someone who's doing the healthy eating
and living plan with you, it just needs to be someone who you're comfortable
with and someone who can push you. Talk to your buddy once a week or once in two
weeks whatever works for you and tell them what your progress is and what
your setbacks are and see if they can give you some sort of advice or you
know their opinions on the matter and they can help push you in the right
direction. I find that when we have someone to talk
to and someone who will keep us accountable we are more likely to stick
to a plan as opposed to doing it on our own . So those are the five things! I hope
you enjoyed the video and learned something new. If you did, give it a
thumbs up and don't forget to subscribe. I create videos like this every week and
before you go and let me know in the comment box below what are some of your
main struggles when it comes to eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle?
I'd love to hear from you and you know maybe some of your ideas could become
topics for videos. Anyway I will see you in the next video. Bye!
