5 Morning Routine Habits of Successful People - Duration: 8:53.

Five Quick Morning Habits to Feel Amazing — now, I'm going to shoot this straight,

I invented none of this; I stole it.

This is a frankenstein from other people because

I get tired of feeling groggy and wasting the first few hours of my day

so I looked to the people I respected.

And what I noticed was whether it was my partners in crime in equity —

the ones I really liked — Tony Robbins, Tim Ferris, and the people I've learned from

as I build this Charisma on Command business is —

the people that are successful have a morning routine.

And they have something that guarantees that they

start the day feeling amazing and being productive.

Now, a good morning routine is a routine you will actually do.

I've made a mistake in the past of creating hour-long routines that I thought

would make me the perfect human and they're so daunting that I never did them.

So this morning routine is made to wake up your body, wake up your mind,

make sure you have a productive day, and make sure that you feel good but it's

also specifically quick and manageable so you can actually fit it into a normal life.

And one quick thing that I think would be helpful is there's an app called HabitBull.

We're not affiliated and it's not a sponsor; it's just what I use and it's free,

and I think it will really help you stick to your morning routine.

So the first thing I do as part of my morning routine is amazingly simple —

once I brush my teeth, I drink a big glass of water and a glass of green tea.

And that's because I learned while I was cutting weight for MMA,

we lose a shocking amount of water while we're asleep.

And all the health gurus and all personal gurus will tell you all these apps

and supplements and this and that but if they're any good, they will also tell you

that keeping healthy and having energy is just being hydrated

so I start with a glass of water; the reason I give you the green tea is because

of two books — Anticancer and The Blue Zones.

Both of those books make a really compelling argument for daily green tea

as a way to reduce your risk of cancer and heart disease.

The next thing that I would suggest that you do is taken from a US Navy admiral.

And this is from a speech he gave on the top ten things he learned

while he's training to be a Navy SEAL and it's super simple — make your bed.

And it's funny because Jordan Peterson has recently been on a big make-your-bed kick as well but

the admiral lays out several reasons why you should do this

and I'll link to the full video in the description for you to check that out.

But the one that resonated with me, and it convinced me that it's worth doing,

was that it starts your day on a win.

So immediately, you're up, you brush your teeth, drink water, drink green tea,

and make your bed, you're in a productive state and you have momentum

and life is all about momentum.

If you start to be unproductive, it's really hard to snap out of it.

If you start being productive, it's easy to have a really productive day.

Now, the next thing I do is I spend four minutes waking up my body.

And my method of choice for this is I go outside and I jump rope in the sun.

And there's lots of health benefits to this;

the sunlight gives you vitamin D which a lot of people are deficient in.

It also resets your circulating rhythm so it wakes you up without needing

that coffee to give you the high and the crash; jumping ropes starts your

metabolism going and it starts to burn your fat since you're fasting.

That's not why I do it though.

The reason I do it is because it gives me tons of energy and it's fun.

Now, I used to do it for those health reasons and I would do it poorly in my opinion

because I go outside and I would jump rope for ten minutes as hard as I could.

And it would drain me for the rest of the day; I'd be so tired and fatigued

and it's not the point of a morning routine so luckily, a couple of years ago,

I became friends with these YouTubers, the Jump Rope Dudes, and they showed

me how to jump rope in a way that is fun.

So now I put just one song — it's two to three minutes — and I make sure that

it's a song that makes me happy so it could be Blur or it could be

Johnny B. Goode or it could be Red Hot Chili Peppers but it's something that, for me,

gets me in a good mood and then I just jump rope for two to three minutes.

And if you watch their videos, they'll teach you a couple of tricks like the

Double Under or the Cross Over; it becomes really fun.

It's like jump rope dancing and it's a great start to a morning.

So I do that for two to three minutes and then I'll put it down

way before I'm fatigued; I'll actually feel more energized like I could keep going.

Then I'll pick another song two to three minutes and I'll stretch

and this isn't a whole long stretch like yoga; it's literally just

quick dynamic movements like rolling your arms forward, rolling your neck around,

and lifting your knee to your chest but it's just about getting all the kinks out

from having laying in bed for eight hours and getting your body mobile.

And I guarantee that in those four minutes, you will go from groggy, low-energy,

and tight to smiling, having fun, high-energy, and feeling loose.

Now, the next thing in your morning routine is the longest part

and it's the part that some of you will find the most difficult and that is meditating.

But luckily, the Headspace app is here to save the day.

And again, no affiliation and we get no money from this but it's just an app that

I use and I think is helpful so I recommend it to you and it's a ten-minute guided

meditations; right now, I'm personally digging the happiness and gratitude track.

You just sit down, listen to what they say, and ten minutes later, you're done and you've meditated.

And if you want a meditation that's totally free, just YouTube Vishen Lakhiani's

Six Phase Guided Meditation; it is probably the most powerful meditation I've done.

The first time my sister did it, it legitimately made her cry because she realized

that she didn't like her job; she quit, went to Africa, dug wells

for a couple of months, and now has an amazing new job and it absolutely

attributed to these meditations so it's definltey worth checking out.

A meditation has a ton of scientifically-proven benefits; it reduces stress,

anxiety, and depression, it increases your mood and your focus.

It's not why I meditate. I personally like meditation for two reasons —

one, it makes you aware of your own thoughts.

So if you've ever been in a position where you're going to a social event

for instance and you start to get nervous and freeze up even though you want

to talk to people, if you meditate, you start to see that happening and you notice

that thought in your mind and then you can release it and then move on without it.

Another thing I really enjoy about it is it just makes you present

and I know that sounds cliche but for a lot of us, you run around feeling anxious

that you have to do a lot throughout your day or that there's this thing

in the future you can't do anything about but you're going to worry about,

and meditation really just helps ground you in the present moment

which will make your day way more enjoyable.

We're almost done, there's one more thing that recommend adding to your morning routine and that is —

do something that guarantees that your day is a win.

So for me, that means that after I'm done with meditating, I will go on and

script my next video or I would do something to move a big project forward

in the business so that no matter what else happens or emails I get or

fires I have to fight, I don't waste the day being reactive.

Now for you that could be a big work project; it could also be practicing the piano or

just texting a friend and making sure you set up a workout for after-work that day.

It doesn't matter what it is but you just want to make sure that you don't have

a day that you run through like you're a chicken with your head cut off

and at the end of it, you're like, "Ugh, I didn't do anything today that I'm proud of."

So you just pick one thing that no matter what else happens that day,

the day is a win and you do that thing.

Now, I personally like to pick the night before because that way, I feel like my brain

kind of choose it over while I'm sleeping.

And that's it, from the time you wake up to finishing meditating, it should be no more than twenty minutes.

It should be fun and relatively easy and guarantees that you feel great afterwards

and you're having an amazing day. Now there's one thing that I do want to share

because I feel like it's something that not enough people are honest about.

And that's — I don't do my morning routine every single day; I mess up.

Sometimes, an emergency comes up and I don't do it.

Sometimes, I'm getting up early to surf and I just don't feel like

waking up twenty minutes earlier than that so I don't.

When that happens, I don't beat myself up; I just try to do it later in the day.

If I have walk-out twently minutes in the afternoon, I'll do it then.

Sometimes I don't even manage that and that's okay too.

I'll just forgive myself and then I'll do it the next day.

This is going to happen and I say this because I really don't want you

to start doing this, do it for five days, love it, miss a day, beat yourself up and

think you're a failure and quit because the only way you fail at this

is if you just never do it but everybody misses this — everybody — I prromise you,

no matter who they are and that's okay so if you fall off, just get back on.

The other thing is I tried a ton of morning routine; this is great for me.

But it might not be perfect for you so play with it

and then take out the parts you don't like and then replace them.

If you don't like jumping rope but you really like clapping push-ups, do that.

If you really like jogging for two minutes, do that.

Make this work for you because ultimately, it's for you

and as long as it's fun and you're doing it every day and you feel like it primes

you for success, that's all a morning routine is supposed to do.

So that it. If you like this video, there's a video how to learn anything ten times

faster that I think you'll really like. And if you want some more directly

charisma-related videos, one of these breakdowns will probably

be something that's up your alley so thank you so much for watching

and I'll see you on the next video.

How to make a knife handle - Duration: 13:14.

Hi everybody! I'm Mike McCrory and this is Wood U Make It.

In this video I'm doing a collaboration with STOIC Forge. STOIC Forge is a blacksmith that is

known primarily for making rings but they can really make pretty much anything you want.

So, Brandon from STOIC Forge has made this pretty cool-looking camping knife

and my task is going to be to make the wooden handle.

So... let's get started!

[theme music playing]

I've added some black electrical tape to the blade for added safety because I'm

going to be drilling through these holes and if the drill bit were to catch on

the hole while it's spinning the whole blade could spin and lop off a finger or two.

If you're not familiar with the terminology for the parts of the knife

this part right here that extends up through the handle is called the tang

and this board underneath is zebrawood that I'm going to use to make the scales.

The scales are the pieces of the wood that get attached to the outer surface

and then I will sand it to shape it and give it a nice finish.

One issue with the tang as it currently stands is it's not entirely flat.

If you can see that from the end, you can see that it's a little bit thinner on the edges compared to the middle

so it's a little bit thicker in the middle.

If I measure that, you'll see that on the edge see on the edge it's about 0.17 inches

and in the middle it's about 0.2 inches.

I used my disk sander to sand down the tang. It was fairly easy, actually.

It only took about two minutes -- maybe two or three minutes per side.

The metal got pretty hot halfway through so when I finished one side I let it cool down

and then I flipped it over and did the other side.

Now I'm marking the length of the scales and then I will cut that piece on the table saw.

Then, over at the band saw, I just eyeballed it to split the piece of zebrawood down the middle.

and I think I came pretty close.

After that, I ran them through the drum sander. If you don't have a drum sander,

there's lots of different ways to sand down the wood to make it flat.

After sanding the tang with the disc sander, it made a little bit of a curve in the steel near the blade.

So, I had to adjust the pieces of wood so that they will fit closely inside the curve.

Now that I've got the scales, made I could just proceed to glue them onto the tang

and then sand it flush to the edge of the tang. The problem with that

is that wood tends to expand and contract with changes in humidity so if I did that --

if I sanded it flush with the tang -- then it wouldn't remain flush as the wood expands and contracts.

So, the way around that is I can stabilize the wood first.

The way that I'm going to do that is I'm going to put the two scales into a vacuum chamber

and then I'm going to use this stabilizing resin and I'm going to mix it with a catalyst.

So this catalyst, I need to shake it up and, according to the instructions,

I would mix the entire amount of catalyst with the stabilizing resin.

The issue with that is once you do that it only has a shelf life of six to twelve months

which is still pretty a good amount of time

but I'm not sure when I'm gonna use this again whereas the the unmixed

stabilizing resin has a shelf life of about three years.

So what I'm gonna do is I'm gonna measure out half of this then I'll mix only half of it.

That way, I can use more of it later when I really need it.

So now I'm going to pour it in over top of the scales

and I want to put about a half an inch more than I need

because this is going to absorb into the wood.

Then, I have this barrier

that I'm going to put down over top of that so that the scales don't float up outside of the resin.

Then, I'm going to turn this screw to lock it into place.

Okay so that's in place.

Next, I'm going to put this piece of glass on top.

Some of the vacuum chambers that are on the market are clear all the way up the side

so you can see what's going on inside. This one I can only see through the top.

It's very important to be able to see inside because when I initiate the vacuum, there's a lot of air trapped

in the wood. That air is going to come out and it's going to form bubbles from the stabilizing resin,

so I'm going to turn it on carefully make sure the bubbles don't come up

because the last thing you want is for the bubbles to be sucked into the vacuum.

You can see the bubbles starting to form.

It's actually not bubbling up as much as I thought so that's good.

at this point there are just a few small bubbles still being evacuated out of the wood.

So, I'll leave this running for about an hour and then the wood should be fully evacuated of the air

and the resin should be absorbed into it. Then, I'll come back shut it off and then I'll let it sit overnight

so that the resin can fully soak in.

While the scales are soaking in the resin, I'm going to drill the holes in the tang.

Brandon had already drilled them to be 9/64" and I need them to be 3/16"

so I'm going one drill bit size at a time to ease into the holes.

Then I test it with the pin. The pin actually fits quite tightly but that's what I want.

I'll be able to hammer it in when we're ready.

Alright. It's the next morning and the scales have been resting in the stabilizing resin overnight and

now it's time to take them out.

So just lift off the top. I've got a jar that I will use to empty out the contents

and then I'll just detach the hold-down plate.

And there are the two scales.

The curing of the resin is activated by heat

so I'm gonna put them in a toaster oven for about an hour at 200 degrees

and that will cure the resin and harden it and then the scales will be ready to work with.

So what I'm going to do is wrap the scale in foil just to keep the resin contained.

I'll put the other piece beside it, wrap it up, and then it's ready to go in the oven.

I'll set it at 200 degrees and turn it on and

then I'll just let that sit for about an hour...

Alight. So there are the two stabilized pieces of wood.

Now I'm just gonna sand them down a little bit and they'll be ready to attach

Now, I'm using double-sided sticky tape to temporarily attach the scales to the tang.

I want to make sure that they don't move while I'm drilling through them

so that's why the tape is important.

Now I have a 3/16 inch brass rod that I'm going to cut up into pieces that are

about 1 1/2" long and these will be the pins that insert into handle.

I'm rounding over the ends of the pins to make them easy to insert into the tang.

Now we're ready for the epoxy. I'm using a five-minute epoxy here, so I need to move fairly quickly.

I'm gonna put an ample layer on each side of the tang

and then I will attach the scales and then insert the pin.

Then I will clamp it tightly and let it sit for a couple of hours.

The epoxy is strong enough to hold the scales onto the tang but it's not strong enough to oppose any kind of

a shear force if the knife were to be dropped.

So, the epoxy works kind of like like a magnetic force between two magnets. It's really hard to pull them

apart but it's really easy to slide them apart so that's where the pins come into play.

They help to oppose that shear force.

The brass is soft enough that I can use the band saw to trim off the ends.

I do the first bit of sanding with the disk sander and the belt sander and then

I head over to the oscillating spindle sander to finish up.

The spindle sander enables me to get a nice clean edge that is flush along the edge of the tang.

Then, I do a little bit of hand sanding to round over the edges.

I start with 80 grit and work all the way up to 320 grit.

Then, I just rub on a little bit of mineral oil as a finish.

The blade on this knife has a concave blade so it's not that easy to sharpen with

a regular flat sharpening stone. So, I got our knife sharpener out of the kitchen

and that will work perfectly for this type of a blade.

The end of the blade has a convex shape on it so it's easier to sharpen with a flat stone.

You just have to turn as you're sharpening -- as you're pushing the blade across the stone.

I'm starting with a coarse diamond stone and then I progress through a fine and very fine.

Following the diamond stones, I just received a sharpening stone from Tacklife,

so I'm giving it a try for the first time.

It has 3000 grit on one side and then you flip it over and it has 8000 grit on the other side.

It's a pretty economical stone and a good value.

Now that the knife is sharpened we'll test it out.

So, it cut through the paper pretty easily. Brandon from STOIC Forge did a great job on the blade.

If you want to learn more about STOIC Forge, check out the link in the description.

And I gotta ask...

Would YOU make it?

Want to Make an Untraceable Handgun at Home? Cody Wilson Can Help. - Duration: 8:36.

This is another dimension, because the handgun is concealable.

It's a different conversation than just making rifles.

All handguns will eventually be available for people to produce for themselves

in the privacy of their own homes.

Gun control can never die, because it lives in the hearts of men.

No, gun control is not dead, it's undead.

Gun control is undead.

And uh-

we just keep killing it.

But it just keeps coming back.

In 2012 a then-25 year old crypto-anarchist named Cody Wilson started Defense Distributed,

an organization devoted to removing the barriers from making firearms at home.

The following year, defense distributed released the Liberator

the first 3D printed pistol.

The Liberator is a simple, single shot 380 caliber handgun.

At the time, the replaceable barrels were only considered safe for one shot.

5 years after the Liberator debut, the technological limitations of home made firearms

have started disappearing.

The materials are cheaper and better, the machines are more precise

and the software is more advanced.

It's a new reality that hasn't entirely filtered into public debates over gun control.

It outstrips people's daily experience, they don't really understand what's taking place.

This is a ghost gun .

Because now it is very easy and completely legal to make a firearm

in the comfort of your own home.

The era in which the government can even hope to keep a fully functional firearm

out of the hands of someone truly determined to get one is coming to an end.

Now I can ship gun machines that help you crank out 1911s in your kitchen all day long

and no one has anything to say about it.

Because what is there to say about it?

By late 2014 Defense Distributed had raised enough capital

to begin manufacturing the Ghost Gunner.

A small machine that uses pre coded commands

to remove metal from unfinished firearm parts.

Parts that when sold by a manufacturer

are legally required to contain a serial number.

What comes out of the Ghost Gunner is a key component of an untraceable

yet fully functional metal firearm.

In late 2017 Defense Distributed released files that allow the ghost gunner

to mill out unfinished metal handgun frames.

Wilson says the new focus on handguns is an important step

towards the mainstreaming of home gun manufacturing.

A lot of people living in an urban setting like DC

wouldn't consider slinging an AR15 on their back walking around the street.

But they would at least think about whether they wanted to have a handgun

concealed and made without anyone else's knowledge.

While a 3D printer assembles objects out of layers of plastic or other materials

a milling machine like the Ghost Gunner does the opposite.

Carving a solid piece of material based on specifications spelled out in code.

Defense Distributed sells the machine for just under 1700 dollars.

You can make a 1911 in your kitchen, make it in your bath tub if you want

and no one has to know about it.

It's really cool and it wasn't true last year in the way that it's true now.

Thanks to the internet, the newest generation of homemade gun designs

are approaching the quality of store bought firearms.

My name's Darren Booth I'm a union carpenter

start getting into 3D printing about 2014

and I was downloading different objects from the internet, printing them out,

and I wasn't really satisfied with the way they turned out.

So I started getting into 3D design.

And then that's when I heard about the Liberator.

I like the Liberator, it's fine, you know it's only good for one shot

so I thought, well, what can I do to make it a little better?

This is the latest version, the Shuty AP9.

I make them out of PLA plastic but they hold up well.

This very gun here has probably had over 5000 rounds shot through it.

The digital files that are used to create guns using milling machines and 3D printers

are written and shared online by hobbyist gun printers.

Booth is a regular of the Fosscad group and the community worked together

to make the digital files for the Shuty.

But it's an open community, it's an open chat, anybody can go on there

and just ask questions.

I watched some of these groups begin like on my own websites

when I used to host forums and IRC channels and things like that.

And it's great like in our earliest days I imagined that.

That would be what victory looked like.

There would have to be communities taking up these projects on their own.

It's an intellectual exercise, it helps you, you know and just it's fun

to come up with new ideas and exchange information.

And this information exchange is at the core of the home manufactured gun movement.

The 3D printed gun was never itself.

What we developed, what we shared online was not the gun

but it was the files that could create the gun.

It's freeware for anybody that wants to build it

hopefully somebody will make it even better.

The Shuty requires additional parts made by third parties

but those components can be freely ordered on the internet

from unregulated vendors.

Shoot a little low, a little low and to the left.

When the only thing you need to create a gun at home is a tiny digital file

and a trip to the hardware store,

gun control becomes impractical.

It may also be impossible to outlaw the distribution of digital files used for handgun production.

Wilson argues that an individual's right to create and distribute blueprints for a gun

is protected by the First Amendment.

Sharing that software was a political speech act

and the software itself, because it can be changed and evaluated

and understood by humans, the software itself is speech.

So it's about fighting about that information

not about what the information can become.

In 2013 the State Department forced Defense Distributed

to remove the download links to the files for the Liberator,

claiming they violated the International Traffic in Arms regulations or ITAR.

They saw these kids you know online like

'hey not only no gun control but we're gonna destroy the whole concept

because the internet's gonna serve guns.'

They were looking for a way to put their own power over what we're doing.

And the closest thing they could come up with at the time was the ITAR.

The ITAR is a set of regulations that govern what kind of military materials

can leave the US and go to other countries.

The State Department and Justice Department say

sharing this type of information, gun files, with American citizens on the internet

is tantamount to exporting it to foreigners.

And this somehow violates a foreign affairs power of the executive.

Joined by the Second Amendment Foundation and the prominent attorney Alan Gura,

Wilson challenged the State Department's order.

In the spring of 2017 they petitioned the Supreme Court for a temporary injunction

that would null the take down order until their lawsuit was resolved.

In January of 2018 the high court declined to hear the case

sending it back to a lower court in Texas to be argued on the merits.

Yeah we're gonna win our case and it doesn't meant that we have to win it in court

but, you know, we'll win in the court of public opinion.

And that doesn't mean that public opinion will agree with us.

In other words, the tools to build your own firearms are already in circulation

but Wilson is trying to win legal protections for future innovations in the space.

Defense Distributed's focus on handguns is, in part,

a legal strategy based on the 2008 Supreme Court case District of Columbia versus Heller

that affirmed the right to own a handgun for self defense.

The handgun is at the center of what is protected in the Heller decision

as everything's understood now.

So whereas AR15s may not ever be backed up by the Supreme Court

there's no way of getting around, right now,

the protections that the Supreme Court gave to the handgun.

And so this is the core of the Second Amendment liberty as it's currently understood.

Now deploy-able, downloadable, manipulable, you can do it in your garage.

And so it's a kind of temptation, it's an invitation to discourse if you will.

Automated, off the books firearm technology is a reality

and there's nothing anyone can do to change that.

There's No Way Out—China Cracks Down on VPNs - Duration: 5:13.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

China is letting people tunnel

through the Great Firewall.

You just have to give up

all of your personal data.

Hi, welcome back to China Uncensored.

I'm your host, Chris Chappell.

So, the Chinese Communist Party has a problem.

It wants to have total control of the Internet in China.

You know, to protect the Chinese people

from all the harmful things on the web,

like, anything that might make a person

question why the government should have

total control over the Internet.

To do this,

the Chinese regime built the friendly

Great Firewall of China.

The firewall keeps out degenerate Western influences,

like Grumpy Cat,

so Chinese netizens can focus on

the much cuter Chinese version,

Snoopybabe.

The problem is,

it also keeps out loads of really useful websites,

like Facebook, Twitter, and Google.

And while the Chinese regime is rather happy

that the average Chinese netizen

doesn't have access to Facebook,

it's concerned that businesses

inside China will suffer.

What do you do when you can't access Facebook

to advertise your company to reach overseas clients?

What do you do when you can't even use Gmail?

That's why Chinese netizens and businesses in China

use VPNs, or Virtual Private Networks.

Think of them like a tunnel

through the Great Firewall.

They not only allow access to blocked websites.

They also add an extra layer of security

for both individuals and corporations.

They protect people's data

from leaking onto the internet.

Developers need VPNs to access

sporadically blocked websites like Github.

Researchers need to access Google Scholar.

Businesses need VPNs to send secure emails.

"VPNs are absolutely critical

to almost any businesses in China,

large or small—

and especially important

for innovative businesses."

And that put the Chinese regime in a bind.

On the one hand,

it needs the Internet

to boost the economy,

to justify its rule.

On the other hand,

if people used the open Internet

to find out all the things

the Chinese regime has done,

that would undermine its rule.

But where you see a problem,

the Communist Party sees an opportunity!

Companies need VPNs to function in China.

So what's an authoritarian regime gonna do?!

Ban everyone's VPNs.

Okay, no more private VPNs.

Now what?

Why, the Chinese regime builds its own VPNs!

Of course, you have to pay to use them.

And any data that goes through

will be monitored by the government.

And since there will be literally no other option,

Chinese and foreign companies

will be forced to pay big money...

for the privilege of being tapped,

monitored, and their confidential information

reported back to the Party.

Remember, it's not just individual netizens

and companies affected.

According to the Financial Times,

embassies have also been affected.

They say it's a violation

of the Vienna convention.

Look, embassies need to send

confidential emails.

Like about how frustrating it is

being a diplomat in China.

China's internet regulators

have been tampering with

individual VPNs for years.

But it had, for the most part,

left internal corporate

and embassy VPNs alone.

It didn't want to hinder economic growth

or affect international relations.

This is not the case anymore.

After the 19th Party Congress last year,

the Communist Party decided that

surveillance takes precedence,

even over economic development.

Probably because given the choice

of pulling out of China,

or playing by the Communist Party's rules,

most would be willing to choose the latter.

Like Apple!

Apple has been more than happy to comply

with China's strict new Internet laws.

Apple removed 674 VPN apps

from its App Store in China.

Wow, I didn't even know there were t

hat many different VPNs to begin with.

But it's not all doom and gloom.

Yes, the Chinese Communist Party

is closing the last bridge to the outside Internet.

But that doesn't mean Chinese people

will never even know what happened.

Because as of now,

the China Uncensored website,

ChinaUncensored.tv,

is still unblocked in China.

So what do you think about

China's VPN extortion ring?

In Bizarre Interview, Kellyanne Conway Says Democrats Are Going On TV And Lying Under Oath - Duration: 3:21.

Recently Kellyanne Conway, counselor to Donald Trump, went on Fox & Friends to discuss the

Nunes memo, and why it's such a big deal that everybody needs to be talking about, and it

needs to be investigated.

Unfortunately for Kellyanne Conway during her interview with Fox & Friends she seemed

to confuse the difference between giving an interview on TV and testifying under oath

in front of, I guess, a grand jury.

Take a look at what she had to say about this.

I support that as well, in other words, if the Schiff memo is going to come forward then

go ahead.

Sure.

Like I said, we're for transparency and accountability.

But look, you can't argue this, not under oath through the cable TV wars, and that's

what's happening.

People are going on and saying things that are simply not true hoping that they will

come true.

Well, did this president sparked the national debate when he talked about kneelers?

We're here at the NFL, there's no way to scoot around it.

That's right folks, if you go on national television and say something that is untrue,

according to Kellyanne Conway you've just lied under oath.

Now, personally I have never appeared on Fox News, thank god.

However, I have worked a studio where plenty of guests have gone on Fox News.

I can tell you that not one single time in any of those people going on Fox News have

they ever made them swear in oath that they would tell the truth, the whole truth, and

nothing but the truth.

I don't think that anybody who goes on TV on any cable news outlet and gives an interview

is doing so under oath, as Kellyanne Conway just said.

Now, the more likely scenario here is that she simply misspoke because, well, she's not

a very bright individual.

I think we all understand that, and yes, she did misspeak there, hopefully.

But if not, if she honestly thinks that lying on national television is illegal, then holy

crap you need to lawyer up right now Kellyanne because you're probably going to jail if you

make lying on national TV illegal.

You're the woman who coined the term alternative facts, you said the president was giving alternative

facts one time.

I would say that if somebody were to say that under oath they would probably end up in jail,

or at least censured in some way, or found in contempt in a court of law.

You can't do that.

But more importantly, Kellyanne's job is to go out there and convince people that there

is something to the Nunes memo even though there is absolutely nothing in there that

would implicate any Democrat at this point in a crime.

Now Republicans are still refusing to release the Adam Schiff rebuttal memo, probably because

it actually contains even more facts and didn't cherry pick all the information like the Republican

Nunes memo did.

But Kellyanne doesn't want you to know that, she just wants you to think the Democrats

are going out there on TV, lying through their teeth, and according to her, doing so illegally.

Why Do Ghosts Wear White Sheets? - Duration: 4:02.

Out of all the Holidays Halloween is probably the best one to let your creativity flow.

Not only in terms of decoration but also in terms of costumedesign and makeup.

In case you arent the creatve-type, however, you can always fall back on the ghost, the

staple of Halloween custumes and also one of the easiest and fastest custumes to make.

Simply throw over a white bedsheet, cut 2-5 holes in it depending on

how much fun you want to have and you are good to go.

But this begs the question: why would a ghost even dress in white bedsheets

ghosts have been part of popular culture for thousands of years.

They appear in Homers Oddyssey, in Shakespiere and in Charles Dickens classic novel A Christmas Carol

But none of these ghosts look anything like the bedsheet ghosts, instead they usally appeared

in the clothes they died in.

However, this presented a few logistical challenges for theatres at that time, particularly how

do you make sure audiences can tell the difference between living characters and dead ones.

In Shakespeare's day, it was therefore common to dress a ghost in old medieval armor.

By doing so, the character was given an out of date look was therefore recognizable as

a ghost.

Of course, the heavy armor was very noise and made the actors movement clumsy and slow,

so by the 19th century, the sight of an armored ghost on stage was more likely to bring laughter

than fear.

A different look for ghost characters was needed, one that would allow the actor move

smoothly and silently and even allowed him to be lowered onto the stage.

From there on actors began to appear draped in white cloth to portray ghosts.

The reason for it is simple.

Wooden coffins like we use them today to bury the deceased were a luxury that most people

couldnt affort in these times.

Instead the poor wrapped their dead in white cloth so called burial shrouds which covered

and protected the corpses.

These were traditionally made of linen, in imitation of Jesus' burial shroud and later

of wool.

So if you wanted to scare someone by pretending to be a reanimated corpse that had crawled

out of its grave.

dressing in white sheets was a pretty simple yet effective way to do this.

It was infact so effective that ghost impersonators terrorising their neighbourhood became a downright

scourge in bigger citys of the 18th and 19th century.

Despite this or maybe because of it, the bedsheet ghost quickly became a theatrical convention

dominating popular ghost stories for the next 200 years, well into the 20th century.

The popularisation of Halloween in America, promted by Irish immegrants did the rest make

sure the archetype of the ghost as someone or something being draped in sheets has remained

with us, unchanged, long after burial shrouds went out of fashion

Parents Smile For Camera With Newborn Triplets.

But Look Closely At The Babies' Faces…

Aaron and Rachel Halbert always knew they wanted to adopt.

Being pro-life, they felt that adoption was an important alternative to abortion, and

they wanted to support young mothers who were choosing life.

When Rachel was unable to get pregnant, their desire to adopt was fueled even more.

Not only did the couple know they wanted to adopt, they knew they didn't want to adopt

a Caucasian child.

Caucasian children are adopted much more frequently than children of color, and they wanted to

give these other children a place to call home.

Aaron and Rachel made the decision to adopt two African American babies – one boy and

one girl – from an adoption center in Mississippi.

While they did face some racism and curious stares, they loved their little family and

didn't plan on adopting any more children.

Then one day the couple found out about a program called the National Embryo Donation

Center that takes embryos that would have either been destroyed or donated to science

and gives them to Christian centers where they can be adopted and implanted by couples

who cannot conceive children on their own.

They decided they would adopt two more children using this method.

They chose two African American embryos and had them implanted.

That's when something happened that left the couple stunned.

At the time, Aaron and Rachel were living in Honduras as full-time missionaries.

Six weeks after the embryos were implanted, they made the trip to the hospital for an

ultrasound.

The doctor asked them several times if they were sure they had transferred two embryos.

When the couple assured him they were, he told them that one of the embryos had split

and Rachel was now pregnant with triplets!

Though it came as a shock at first, the Halberts were quick to rejoice in their rapidly growing

family.

"It's been heartening to see virtually all of our friends and family express overwhelming

support for our family and the unusual ways we've built it," said Aaron.

"In our minds, we are just living out our dream.

A dream that may not look like the average family, but one that we are thankful could

come true in light of our country's history.

It's especially encouraging to see so many of our fellow millennial evangelicals now

placing a high priority on life, adoption and multi-ethnic families."

While their family may not look exactly "the way we planned it 12 years ago when we were

dating and talking about adoption…how thankful we are for God blessing us with these sweet

little ones He has placed in our care.

I can remember a friend going through the adoption process telling me he had always

wanted his family to look like a little United Nations.

As I look at my growing family, I prefer to take it a step further, daring to hope that

our family picture is a little hint of Heaven."

UNBELIEVABLE! OBAMA'S CORRUPT AG Lynch Signed EVERY SINGLE Request To Spy On TRUMP! Here It Is… - Duration: 4:43.

NBELIEVABLE!

OBAMA'S CORRUPT AG Lynch Signed EVERY SINGLE Request To Spy On TRUMP!

Following a crazy weekend after the release of the bombshell FISA memo which exposed a

massive level of government corruption that Democrats hid behind, was finally pulled back.

For the past several years, we all knew that the liberals in Washington D.C. were a bunch

of shady characters, but we could only speculate to the extent of their criminality.

However, that has changed since the memo was released and the world learned what lengths

these swamp creatures in D.C. went through to cheat and deceive the American people from

a fair election.

While the memo exposed how we got to where we are today with the false Russian collusion

narrative the question on everyone's lips was who signed off on the requests to spy

on then-presidential candidate Donald Trump.

Well, now we know who signed this unconstitutional request and to be completely honest, once

you find out who it is you won't be all that surprised.

For over a year, the mainstream media has been peddling that the only reason why Trump

trounced Hillary Clinton in the 2016 election was only that of Russian meddling.

Instead of these liberal swamp creatures admitting that they lost despite all their fraud and

deception they had to concoct a story that Trump and his team conspired with Russia to

beat Clinton.

However, as time passed, the American people learned that it was Hillary Clinton who had

conspired with Russia in the past, remember Uranium One?

At any rate, as Hillary Clinton and the rest of the liberal minions in Washington realized

that she could lose the election to Trump they needed a safety net.

So, they purchased a fake Trump dossier that was created by Fusion GPS and paid for with

funds from the Clinton Foundation to obtain a wire to spy on Carter Page.

Now, we all know who signed off on these requests, and of course, it was crooked former Attorney

General Loretta Lynch.

The first FISA request was denied, but that did not stop these criminals from attempting

their plan to spy on Trump again.

Loretta Lynch signed of on every single request to spy on President Trump's ENTIRE campaign!

If you remember, President Trump first tweeted that Barack Obama petitioned at least twice

to wiretap President Trump when he was running for office.

In his first tweet President Trump tweeted:

Terrible!

Just found out that Obama had my "wires tapped" in Trump Tower just before the victory.

Nothing found.

This is McCarthyism!

The President next tweeted:

Is it legal for a sitting President to be "wire tapping" a race for president prior

to an election?

Turned down by court earlier.

A NEW LOW!

A very disturbing fact about the wiretapping request of President Trump is that the FISA

Court turned down President Obama's Administration's first request to wiretap President Trump that

was evidently signed off on by Attorney General Lynch.

With only two known applications denied out of 10,700 from 2009 through 2015, the fact

that the Obama Administration's application was denied by the FISA Court is very disturbing.

The odds of this happening were 0.02%.

Now we know that Carter Page was spied on by the Obama Administration and the information

provided to the Court to spy on him was bogus.

We now have additional evidence that the Obama Administration, its AG, FBI, and DOJ were

all corrupt and doing all they could, including obtaining warrants to spy on President Trump

based on bogus information, to take him down before the 2016 election.

This is just another reason why Loretta Lynch, Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama all need

to be brought up on charges for their nefarious criminal deeds.

These people went too far with their government overreach by using a court that should not

be in America in the first place.

Now it is blatantly apparent how this court can be used if found in the wrong hands which

is an excellent argument for why it be dismantled immediately.

Lynch signed off on requests that she knew were false, and allowed a sitting president

to spy on a civilian-based solely on that Trump was the left's political opponent.

That cannot be allowed to happen in a country that has a clear process to obtain a warrant,

and it is called the fourth amendment.

It is time that we get back to basics and follow the constitution and begin to arrest

all those that have subverted our laws for as long as they have so we can get back to

making America great again.

Manchester United find David de Gea replacement in Everton's Jordan Pickford - Duration: 2:09.

Manchester United are reportedly considering Everton's Jordan Pickford as David de Gea's

replacement if rumours continue to develop.

The Englishman is highly rated, but has only just joined the Toffees last summer in an

estimated £30million transfer from Sunderland.

Pickford is expected to eventually become his nation's first choice goalkeeper, and

has just about featured for his club in every match they've played this season.

Although he's 23 years old, it appears as though United are willing to gamble once more

in the goalkeeping department as they once did on a young De Gea.

The Spaniard arrived at Old Trafford as a relative nobody, and after a nervous start

turned himself into one of the world's best goalkeepers.

According to Goal, The Daily Star report that the Red Devils are ready to pounce on Everton's

Jordan should, they lose David to Real Madrid in the summer.

Rumours of his move the Spanish capital have been relentless, and there have been mixed

reports of whether or not they're no longer interested.

It's been said that the club's poor form in the league this season has convinced Zinedine

Zidane to splash the cash once the summer transfer window comes around.

Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois is another player on Madrid's radar, but it seems that they

favour David de Gea given his apparent interest in returning to his home nation.

If Manchester United lose such an important figure in their squad, it appears that it's

a little unusual that they're not considering investing in proven top talent to hopefully

avoid any transition issues.

I'm doing fine | Trigger warning for Suicide talk - Duration: 1:45.

A meme on Facebook about Panromanticism and Highly Suspect's video for "My Name is Human"

had me thinking- I wonder if I should say that I'm pansexual, queer when

I'm around people who are less likely to take that as a slur and will see it as

the reclaimed slur it is for many people.

And also I recorded a longer thing and mentioned that I get to see the

psychiatrist on the 20th and because internet is now an issue in my household

with a roommate; I have to try to upload to YouTube when it won't cause my

daughter issues, which is a problem because of roommate and roommate's use of

the Internet. So a quick guess: I get to go to see a shrink finally who will

hopefully give me meds that will help me write more- re-regularly and think

about suicide a little less often. But yeah, (inaudible) thing- please look at all my links,

my website; there's reading, there's stuff. And Alert button- because I suck at uploading

regularly- because of the roommate and the internet issues that I

just mentioned. So I hope you have a good day

And there's lots of health benefits to this;

the sunlight gives you vitamin D which a lot of people are deficient in.

How to Take Beet Juice Powder - Duration: 3:50.

Hey it's Logan Christopher from Lost Empire Herbs and I want to talk about

our Beet Juice Powder. Now this stuff is amazing! Most people are familiar with

beets. They've seen these things around but the beet juice powder is awesome

because, well, it's beets, it's a juice and it's it's powdered. So the main benefit

of this, well, of course, coming with benefits for the whole cardiovascular

system which can help with nitric oxide workouts all kinds of things, even some

cognitive benefits, some research looking at those. But it's really convenient in

this form. So if you have a juicer available, I got my Jack LaLanne right

here, then of course (fresh) freshly juiced beets is going to bring some really good

benefit, right? So I'm gonna juice some beets here and just show you the

comparison of the juice to just mixing the beet juice powder into the water. So

once again, you got fresher, you're gonna have more the enzymes, you're gonna have

different things present, when you have the fresh juice even though this is cold

temperature process, so it's going to preserve a lot. It's just not going to

compare to something fresh. That's just how fresh fruit goes. So let's juice some of

this stuff, got some beet greens and the beets.

So because this is a lot of juice you got beet greens from these, four small

beets and I'm gonna do the whole things here. I'm also gonna throw a lemon in.

That's gonna help preserve it because I'm not drinking this whole thing right now.

Beets having that fun effect of turning

your urine and your poop a red color which if you don't know that happens can

be quite quite scary the first time because you think you're bleeding.

So notice that deep dark red color, right? And this is actually a staining color,

you can see it on the cutting board right here. That's rich in antioxidants,

it's just one of the other benefits. But if we just compare that. The dose of our

beets here, typical dose is one tablespoon, and of course you can give or

take, it's it's beet, right? It's a food, so, it's, this isn't a drug you don't

need to be exact with your dosage. So we mix that in there. This would be fun to

just watch it drain down like that. But we stir it in and voila! We have, trying

to have to spill that on the counter. Let's actually do this. Hopefully that

helps. But notice, not a whole lot of difference in the color we have on those

Beet Juice Powder made in a nice easy convenient way and freshly juiced Beets.

Once again, if you're, if you can do this then, by all means, you're gonna get a

little more benefit from it being fresh like this. But for convenience, hard to

beat this. And you'll notice there is somewhat of a different taste but this

also has the lemon in it. So that's our Beet Juice Powder. My favorite way to use

this, I will mention this, is because the beet has natural sugars in it, right? It

tastes pretty good, so adding this to some of the not so good tasting herbs is

a great way to go. Specifically, I love combining the Beet Juice with our

Hercules Pre-workout Formula. Beet having some of the athletic benefits itself,

it's going to work hand in hand with that, and make the formula just work a

little bit better plus it's going to taste better. Same with the Thor's hammer

formula. Good for erotic potency, right? So the Beet

helping with Nitric Oxide, helping to deliver all those herbs and make

everything work better as well. Once again, Thor's hammer being the

worst-tasting formula we have. The Beets can, even in doubt, make it a little bit

better. So that's our Beet Juice Powder that you can try out. Head on over to

LostEmpireHerbs.com and you can find it right there.

Enjoy!

How to Make Your House Feel Like a Model Home - Duration: 5:32.

I bet you've walked into a model home before and it almost felt surreal

it's like an entirely different world - a home that is perfect in every way

The furniture and decorations look like they're designed specifically for this home.

All of the spaces feel open and balanced, the colors just blend and go

together perfectly. The house smells clean and fresh and looks amazing!

What do home builders and interior decorators do to these homes to make

them look that way and give you the experience that you feel

when you walk into a model home?

In episode 20 of Real Estate Real Answers I'm going to share with

you the tips and tricks that home builders use to give you that model home feel,

and share with you how you can do the same exact thing in your home.

Hi guys, I'm Kyle Pfaffe, real estate expert in the Austin Texas area and today I'm

going to share with you what makes model homes stand out and how you can make

your home look the same way.

At the end of the video I'm going to share with you

one expert tip that almost always gets left out by people that are trying to

make their home stand out.

First model homes are clean.

Nothing says "move-in-ready" or "BUY ME" to a visitor like a clean home.

And I'm not talking about just a normal top-to-bottom house cleaning;

I'm talking about the sparkle and shine

that you experience like when you're shopping for a brand new cars.

In a model home the windows are cleaned, the blinds are clean,

the countertops are all cleared off, the floor is spotless and any carpet areas

probably have that pattern that you see after an expert made or house cleaner just

finish vacuuming. The bathrooms look like a high-end hotel.

To make your home look like a model, make sure it's super clean but don't

miss the details that a lot of people do like the windows and the blinds.

Not only will your house look cleaner but it will also let all the natural light that

makes your house look even better

Second, model homes have great colors. Color is a

really important marketing, Think about the last time that you went into a toy

store with a child. Toy marketers have the packaging and colors of the toys

down to a science: it's almost like the toys are jumping off the shelves

at the kids. Model homes have colors that are chosen and combined with similar thoughts

in mind. Decorators use the latest color trends and paints softer tones in large

areas like the walls and then add pop and accent to the home by using ambitious

but complementary colors in the details. When choosing the colors for your home

HGTV and the color palettes that you find in your local hardware store are

your friend. Here are a couple of pro painting tips: You can make a room feel

bigger by painting it the same color as an adjoining room. The rooms will kind of

run together and they'll seem like one big room. Some model home stagers will

also paint the room the same color as a drapes,

which will provide a seamless and sophisticated look that gives the

illusion more space. A third thing that most model

homes do to stand out is to have adequate and the layered lighting. Most homes

in fact are under lit. The general rule is that for the square footage you have

in a room, multiply that times 1.5 and that should equal the total wattage of

lighting that you have in your room. Divide that number among the total lights that

you have in your room. Do you have enough lighting?

Model homes also layer the lighting by using three different types of light:

ambient lighting, task lighting and accent lighting.

Ambient lighting is general or overhead lighting.

Task lighting is pendant lighting, reading lightening or under cabinet lighting.

Accent lighting is wall or table lamps. Model homes use layered lighting to make sure they have

enough light and to give a room depth and balance. To give your home the model

home feel, use the formula to make sure that each room has enough light and use

layered light. Fourth models are spaced a certain way. Furniture is brought out from

the walls and placed in conversation groups. Not in a way that inhibits the

traffic flow but in a way that really illustration and shows the true flow of the

home. Furniture will be coordinated, in a consistent style and the right size and

scale for each room. Each room will be decorated but not cluttered.

Another thing you might notice about most model homes is that they always have something in

the closet but plenty of extra and unused space. Space is your friend and it tells

any visitor that your home has plenty of room for all their belongings.

To make your home feel like a model, make sure your furniture pieces all go

together and are the right size and scale for each room. Bring your furniture away

from the wall and group them in a way that makes it obvious what each room is for

and the flow of the home obvious as well.

I told you that at the end I would share with

you one expert tip that most people miss about model homes.

If you've walked into a model home and it seemed perfect for you, it might have

been designed for someone just like you! Model homes are designed with a very

specific target buyer in mind. From the location, the size of the home, the layout,

the finishes, the price point - they're all designed with a very specific buyer

profile in mind. If you're thinking about selling

your home or staging your home to look like a model, you want to think of the target

buyer who would most likely be looking for a home that looks like yours, is in the

price range of yours and is the size of your home. If you stage your home and

accent and decorate your home to fit that buyer profile, it has a higher

chance of a appealing to that person and you find the right buyer for your home.

Anyways, I hope this REAL ANSWER has been helpful for you. If it has, would you mind

My First Time Vlogging in Spanish! 🇲🇽 (Gringo in Guadalajara Vlog) - Duration: 8:47.

What's up members of the Barrio ?

What's up..

It's really weird

What's up members of the Barrio

I'm Jon and we're in Los Colomos Forest/Park

Why am I speaking in Spanish?

Something is really weird.

Ok ok

2 or 3 days ago..

I put a poll on my YouTube Community Tab

With a question

Imagine a video only in Spanish

More than 70 percent of my audience

Said yes

Because of that.. I'm going to record a video only in the language of Mexico

Fingers crossed

We'll see

Hi. Hi Adriana

Finally, I can speak Spanish

Yes

Normally when I speak English

I don't know many words

But. I'm smarter i think in Spanish..

She is much smarter in Spanish, yes.

And more fun

How did I learn Spanish?

It's a great question.

For more or less 3 years

Thanks to me..

No.

I learned with a Spanish teacher through the internet.

He lived in Colombia

Hi, Hernan if you're watching this now

The truth is that..

I'm very shy in Spanish, especially in front of the camera

My English is much better

Much better.

You see , my Spanish !

Yes

I imagine that i'm going to make many errors in Spanish Today..

Because I don't practice a lot

But.. that's life.

Yeah?

I believe that my accent isn't that strong

Super gringo

Like.. Hi I'm from the United States

And..

I practice a little bit of Spanish

Thank god it's not like that

It's not like that..

It's nothing bad but..

I only want to speak Spanish and we're not going to film anything

Okay.. no no

We have a video to make

Let's do it

Your turn, let's go.

It's really weird to speak Spanish in front of a camera

I feel like a different person

A more interesting person

Yeah?

A vlogger from Mexico

Where is your favortie park in the world?

Central park..

In Mexico City?

San Luis?

I like every one

For example, Central Park I like a lot.

Because there is a lake

It's very peaceful

I like this park because

It's more of a forest than a park

It's very natural

In San Luis Potosi

There's a park. Tanga Manga

Which is bigger than Central Park

And I also like it a lot

Because I went when I was a kid

We're literally in the middle of the middle. You see?

Let's see the view.

I like this park a lot

Especially because we're in the middle of a big city.

This forest is enormous

You can discover peace here..

I think..

I imagine that.. that I don't have more words..

And I imagine..

To speak in Spanish I imagine

We're looking for the Japanese Garden

Adriana is the leader but we're lost

If Claudia is watching this video, my best friend.

One of my best friends..

She would say.. don't trust me.

Because I always get lost

Yeah

I feel like.. my personality is different in Spanish Yes or no?

Yeah.. definitely

What's the difference?

I don't know.. you tell me guys?

English? I don't speak English

Sorry.. it's what I'm accustomed to.

Without English today

Do it, do it.

This is more fun than..

That's counts for the gym right?

Yeah..

So we don't have to go tomorrow, right?

No, not happening.

I hate to go the gym

A lot

Seriously, there's so many activities here

This park is very cool

We've discovered the garden

And there's a lot of people here

The whole city is in the park And i'm not surprised

It's very beautiful

With many fish

Many fish (correction)

Pescado is incorrect?

Pescado is when it's dead and you're going to eat it.

Jon Barr learned something new today Pesce is the live animal

Pescados.. are animals that are dead and we're going to eat.

And a lesson in English Fish is always fish

It's not plural.Fish, fish, fish

There are many fish

Many years ago I worked as sports commentator

In El Paso, TX

There was a reporter from Mexico

He called me..

Juan Cantina

Instead of Jon Barr

In Spanish that's my---

Nickname

Nickname, Nickname

Nickname

You see guys..

A castle in the middle of the park

And we're not in Mexico City

There's a castle in Chapultepec

In Mexico City but..

This castle is different

A question

Where is the "A"

Guadalajar--

Guadala--

Someone needed two "A"s

Two A's

Adriana's very hungry

After a day in the park

A lot of juice.. tons

And a concha

Alright Members of the Barrio

This park is great

Seriously, you have to visit

When you're in Guadalajara

But.. i'm going to give you a guys a challlenge.

If you guys want to see me speak in Spanish for all of a video

Again

You have give 1,000 likes

Now you have to click like

After 1,000 likes on this video

I'm going to record an other video

In the same manner

Okay? And tell me in the comments

Your opinions about this park

My accent from the U.S.A

Everything

Thank you for watching this video

Only in Spanish

Please.. you need to be a subscriber to my YouTube Channel

If you want to..

See more about Mexico

From my point of view

That's corrrect, my Spanish?

Exactly.. Exactly

Boxycharm January 2018 - Duration: 7:15.

Hello! Welcome back to my channel, I hope you're having a wonderful day

If you like beauty

videos please subscribe

And if you're here to see what's in my boxycharm this month, please stay tuned

The theme of this month's boxycharm is ROCK 2018

I don't really have opinions about the theme

It's pretty pretty self-explanitory

It's pretty safe theme to go with

So the first thing in my boxycharm this month

Is this Dr Brant Illumizer Primer

And

I am so excited to get this

I have tried, Ithink a different Dr. Brant Primer, and I like that

And this one, is, I guess the illuminating version of that

I do like sort of back lit primers

My favorite one is the Glam Glow one

And that's one I'm sort of working through right now

And this one is going to be getting used by me as soon as

I'm done my Glam Glow one

Because I'm like next to done it so

I will let you know how it goes

The next product in my boxycharm this month is something I'm admittedly not

super excited about I'ts

by Grande Cosmetics, It's called Grande lips

And it's supposed to have short and longterm

lip plumping benefits I do like that it has Hyaluronic

Acid in it I think that stuff is great, but I don't know

If I'm really that

Interested in trying a lip plumping product

I just don't care for that tingly sensation that they tend to give

But who knows maybe this is

one of those that just doesnt do that so I'll be

trying this out I just don't know that I will love it

but we'll see, maybe it'll surprise me

The next item in my boxycharm box this month i am really excited

to see is the IT Cosmetics brow power

And I really love this stuff I have at least one or two backups

Probably just ones that I've gotten

in other subscription boxes

I dont honestly think I've

Ever actually paid for this

But I really like it so as long I keep getting them for free

or like psuedo free, in my subscription boxes, I will continue to use them

They're fabulous

The next thing in my boxycharm box this month

is this pure cosmetics dreamer bronze

and brighten cheek

palette

so here are the swatches of those three shades

You can't really see

the highlighter shade in the middle

oh there it comes- it's a little bit better now in that viewfinder

But I think that they do look quite nice

And they;re very pigmented which is great except that sometimes that can make them difficult to work with

I am sure that I am going to enjoy the highlighter

But I don't know that the blush shade... it's a little too orangey

for my skin type i think

and then the bronzer seems really dark to me

Uhm I'm not sure how much use I'm gonna get out of that bronzer shade

Especially, I do tend to like cooler toned

bronzer and that one looks a little on the warm side to me

we'll see- I

am really, really diggin' that highlighter, so I'll at least get some use out of it

I will definitely let you know how that goes

The final item in my boxycharm box this month is this glam metals palette

by crown, it's got sort of a rockstar theme

with the guitar on the back

The mirror in here is shaped like a guitar

which i think is pretty neat

but I dont know how practical it's gonna be

but it is shaped like a guitar so

#novelty for the win

This is a nine-pan palette, there are nine shades of eye shadow in here

and they all

have rockstar themed

names, so I'm gonna

show you some swatches because I know I always like to see swatches of things The top three shades are Punk, Wild Thing and

Black Metal is the last one, and I thought Punk and Wild Thing swatched ok, but Black Metal seemed to need

some building up

Which is kinda sad cuz like

I really was excited about that black shade

I thought it was gonna look really good, and it looks like there's some shimmer in it

and it just disappears once you put it on your skin

Maybe it performs better on the eyes , I will find out

The next three shades are

Rock On, Rebel and Heavy Metal is the last one

So Rock on has like a green tint to it

And Rebel

Is a bright gold, which is nice, I'll use that

And then, my favorite one

Of that Trio was Heavy Metal

because it's got this really nice, i mean it's just blue

and i like i think it's pretty, it's a pretty color

The next three shades are The Wiked, Glam Rock and Pop Rock

is this bright gold over here

and i really like pop rock

I think that i would definitely get

a lot use out of that

prolly gonna put it like right under my brow bone

and then the wicked is also got like this nice

almost a burgundyness to it

burgundy-ness is a word

just so you know, i make things up over here

so i really like the "The Wicked' color because it's got

that sort of like wine colorness to it

and i just love those types of shades

my three favorite shades in this palette

are heavy metal, which is that blue

the wicked, which is the burgundy color

and then pop rock, which is like that bright gold

i think i;m gonna use it as a brow bone highlight color

i really liked getting this little 9-pan palette

in my boxycharm i'll let you guys

know how it goes I will probably post some looks on

my instagram, which you guys should follow me on

I am I will leave a link in the downboar if you're interested in

seeing outfits of the day and random makeup looks

i hope you guys enjoyed seeing what i got in my boxycharm this month

if you do like

subscription box opening videos you should

definitely subscribe to me because I

have a few subscription boxes that I will be unboxing on my channel

including like FabFitFun and one

other box that i dont think anybody talks about

if you guys enjoyed this video, please

give it a like, if you guys like

subscription box unboxing videos please

definitely subscribe, there will be more on this channel

and I will see you next time

It;s just going to be 40 minutes of me being like hm, yes, hmm

yes, hm

... is the pur cosmetics AH!OMG!I just stuck my nail into this stuff

Excuse me a moment, i need to clean up

These are really cute though

I mean i just like that burgundy and the gold

It's so perty
