This will bring you success for the rest of your life - You Must See This - Motivational Video - Duration: 15:25.

We're living in a day and age where we're limiting what we think is possible

we're getting in our own way and my my thing that I want to get people to do

and you've probably heard somebody say before but motion creates emotion the

hardest thing to do is start moving engaging once you start to move and

engage you realize two things one it's not it's not as scary as you thought it

was and two you actually start enjoying what you're doing it was the only thing

that was scaring was the first action

I've learned to show up every single day the moment you realize the next step

isn't going to kill you and that next step is the first step to evolving

changing growing and learning and becoming literally the best version of

yourself that's the most beautiful thing it's not going to kill you and putting

yourself in the game you're giving yourself an opportunity to achieve

something that everybody else said wasn't possible

it's an old saying you know

It says life doesn't happen to you it happens for you, you know we all have the

responsibility to take the messages

We live in a psychophysical world you know the

world is largely how we see it how we view it it stopped right you know our

perspectives our past is constantly influencing the present how we're seeing

things today and if we change the way we look at things the things in themselves

that we look at will change, the power's within us and that's what I tell people

and you know I just want to show people that the potential that might be buried

deep inside of them but it was always there.

An ideal life for me is a

life and this applies to a company and organization and institution for me is

an ideal life is when we all have a head a heart and a hand

all three elements together working in alignment without one or the other we

start to lose something so a head is the clarity of vision what you want what you want

knowing what you want the way you picture life and being able to navigate

make the decisions that's a good head a good heart is being

able to understand what your intuition and heart wants being able to connect and

tap into that understanding deeper and beyond the vision you may have painted

for yourself so I often say to people that you get to where you want in life

just not in the way you imagined and that's because the path that's paved up

and down is far different to the path we pave so you can have a great head and a

great vision and a great mission and know where you want to go but if your

hearts were able to have that resilience and be able to adapt and have

compassion and care and all of that then then you're not going to be able to make

the toughest decisions without your heart but to be able to realize that we

need to care and be sustainable and long-lasting requires a heart and a hand

is that service wanting to pass that on that which you have wanting to give it

forward pay it forward, the idea of serving with what you have I often say

to people your passion is for you your purpose is for others your passion makes

you happy but when you use your passion to make a difference in someone else's

life that's a service that's a purpose and that's the hand so those are my

three elements of an ideal life

Physiologically being excited is the

exact same thing as being afraid let me say that again because it is so important

In your body being excited is the exact same thing as being afraid your body

doesn't know the damn difference your heart races your armpits sweat

you may get tight in your throat, your cheeks may get pink

like mine do when I get excited the only difference between excitement and fear

is what your brain says and the problem is if you have a habit of worrying guess

what you're gonna tell yourself is going on that you're like freaking

out that you're not excited that something must be wrong

oh gosh why would you say something's wrong cuz you got to have it a saying

that all the time even as I became a speaker for a living

Being on CNN, when I first started doing it I would be freaking out

backstage but even though like you know just last week

standing backstage about to go on 8,000 people, heart races armpit sweat you know

my hands get clammy I'm not nervous though not at all I'm excited and so I

developed this technique and research out of Harvard not based on my technique

but something very similar proves that if you basically right before you're

about to do something, take a test, run a race, public speaking a business negotiation

ask somebody to marry you whatever it may be that get your heart

racing just do this go I'm excited I'm excited to give that speech I'm excited

to ask him or her I'm excited to do this race I'm excited because what happens is

you give your brain context so your brain doesn't escalate the stuff going

on in your body your brains not worried makes sense? so you can combine this with

a five second rule so we know how to do worrying you cut you catch your thoughts

drift five four three two one anchor thought if you start to feel your heart

racing five four three two one to waken the prefrontal cortex and then

start going I'm really excited to do this I'm really excited to do this like

there's so much fear that we live with I want to teach people how to live with

more courage because courage is nothing more than the ability to do things that

are uncertain in today's world where you have the internet you can literally

learn launch do anything, anything the only thing that's truly stopping you are

the limiting patterns that you think the the self-doubt the fear the habits that

you have and you can break them you can break

them five seconds at a time and so the impact that I want to have is I want to

teach people a simple way to discover the power that's locked inside them and

then to unleash it and go out and live the life they've always dreamt of I run

what I call the 20 20 20 formula I shared it with you and many people

around the world have found great value from it and it's pretty simple I mean it

sort of rolls back to what the Spartan warriors once said they said that the

person who sweats more in training bleeds less in war and whether you're an

entrepreneur whether you're an artist whether you're a banker whether your yoga

teacher whether you're a mom whether you're a street sweeper

when you walk out in the world there's a call on your life to bring your best

game to the world and release as much talent as possible

and a lot of people what they do is they get up every morning and they sort of

run their day by default and they're chasing the day and they let life act on

them in a very reactive way and so I think what we want to do is see

ourselves as as warriors of some sort where we take from 5:00 to 6:00 every

morning and we prepare ourselves mentally physically emotionally and

spiritually and so to give a tactic to your to your many listeners it's the

20-20-20 formula first 20 minutes as soon as you get up 5 to 5 20 intense

exercise that's going to do a whole bunch of things you know a lot of my

work is very science-based and it's going to create a pharmacy of mastery so

you're gonna release dopamine which is the the motivational neurotransmitter

you're gonna reduce cortisol in your brain which is the fear chemical you're

gonna release serotonin which even if you're cranky you start to feel good

you're gonna release BDNF which scientists are calling Miracle Growth for

the brain which actually allows your brain cells to repair from stress I mean

this is exciting to me yeah that's right so that first 20 minutes you rewire your

brain what else do you do you jumpstart your metabolic rate what else do you do

you prepare yourself for resilience against stress and it just goes on and on

second part of the 20-20-20 formula you plan you pull out a journal you can do

it an imprint of your day which is very powerful or you can look at your big

five or your your plan that releases hope it releases focus right

because an addiction to distraction is the death of creative production

okay and then the final part of the 20/20 formula learning I mean he or she

who learns the most wins what made Steve Jobs Steve Jobs or an Elon Musk is they

know more than anyone around them and so I believe that you know the more you

know the more you can achieve and there's great value investing as much

money as you have into audiobooks or programs like you do at the genius you

know the 25k conference and the genius network or whatever it is but you know

every quarter I make sure I get out of my office and I go off to a conference I

invest a lot of money in learning and training and coaching and that's the

twenty twenty twenty Formula

At least twice a week the trainees were required

to run the obstacle course the obstacle course contained twenty five obstacles

including the ten-foot wall a 30 foot cargo net a barbed wire crawl to name a

few but the most challenging obstacle was the slide for life

it had a three level 30-foot tower at one end and a one level Tower at the

other in between was a 200-foot long rope you had to climb the three tiered

Tower and once at the top you grab the rope swung underneath the rope and

pulled yourself hand over hand until you got to the other end the record for the

obstacle course had stood for years when my class began in 1977 the record seemed

unbeatable until one day a student decided to go down the slide for life

headfirst instead of swinging his body underneath the rope and inching his way

down he bravely mounted the top of the rope and thrust himself forward it was a

dangerous move seemingly foolish and fraught with risk failure could be an

injury and being dropped from the course without hesitation the student slid

down the Rope perilously fast instead of several minutes it only took him half

that time and by the end of the course he had broken the record

if you want to change the world sometimes you have to slide down the

obstacles headfirst

Every moment of your life is a choice how do you want to

spend that moment who do you want to be it is not the circumstances we confront

that dictate the lives we experience it just cannot be there are counter

examples all over the place I'm just a blind guy like that's no big deal but

you think about prisoners of war who endure the most unspeakable of you know

now human atrocities, Nazi concentration camp survivors and on and on on and

you find examples of remarkable people who despite these circumstances make a

choice to find the purpose in life to find joy to be a source of strength for

others in their lives and you know these these shining folks you know again to my

mind prove categorically it's not the circumstances we confront that dictate

how we you know the lives we experience so choose to be happy and literally in

every moment and again I'm not saying it's easy again and I'm not you know I'm

not saying its always easy for me but it's certainly a worthwhile endeavor I mean

you know you spill on yourself or you you knock something over or you know

you're late for a meeting or you know it can derail you it can be you know

something quote-unquote awful, meanwhile most of the world is

worried about you know health care and food and clothing but you know or you

can choose to laugh about it you can choose to have fun with it you can

choose to let it go and again every I think every moment is you know an

amalgam of precisely those choices and I think it behooves us to spend some time

thinking about our answers you know you're the master of your reality and

you know once you buy that once you're willing to take responsibility for the

fact that you know you are literally creating the life you are experiencing

the reality you know your reality is your creation again the rest is details

at several sort of key moments in my life there were two really simple

questions that I've used to try to take back control of my reality in those

situations you know one being what is it truly that I aim to accomplish I think

very often when we find ourselves debilitated by fear of

failure that you know that critic anxiety you know whatever it can be a

relief to say wait a minute I am loading so much junk onto this on to

what's going on here under what's at stake but let me just take a step back

and remind myself what am I in this for what am I trying to accomplish what what

is my endeavor here what's my purpose and oftentimes in my experience once

when you do that there's kind of a big sigh of relief see oh yeah it really

isn't all that big a deal this isn't so bad

and the second one really is what's my best next step right let's

focus on today this moment right now in truth that's all there ever is right so

we spend a lot of time on doom and gloom futures foreboding you know awfulizing

and not enough time on this moment right now what is my best next step what can I

do right now to make progress and you know the truth of the matter is the

world changes you know a million times a day you're gonna change a million times

a day who knows what's gonna happen on the journey from you know from A to Z

just focus on getting from A to B and get that done and we'll worry about

C to Z later.

Being able to overcome ego being able to overcome Envy being able

to overcome jealousy being able to overcome the negative of competitive

state there's a positive competitive state and there's a negative competitive

state today when people are looking on Instagram or Facebook or YouTube all

you're looking at is oh she got that many likes or he got that many likes she

got engaged or he got married or oh my god look at her body or look at that and

it's like that stuffs destroying us inside and the jealousy ego greed

to be able to have enough clarity to purify yourself of those things is going

to alleviate the biggest anxieties and depressions of our time and mental

health problems and we know that we know that because all the mental health

research today suggests that things like isolation overexposure we now can have

more pain consumption in one day because of what we were exposed to then the pain

we would have had in a lifetime that's huge like that that's ridiculous

to think that in one day because of the media news in social media we consume

more negative than we did in a lifetime for me being able to have time energy

and clarity to focus on self purification that is the best

Why I Hate School - Duration: 5:21.

School is probably the most important place of our childhood, but unfortunately it has

been the worst experience of my childhood, I literally hated school back then I was going

to school and I still hate it until day although that it has been pretty long time since my

graduation and I am certain that most of you hate it as well.

And if time travel would be real, I would go back in time and stop myself from going

to school.

Its not because my school was bad, I studied in 3 different private schools and I hated

them all for the same reasons.

Most of the schools today are useless institutions where we waste our childhood and here is why!

Grades are what made me hate school in the first place, every single day I was worried

to get a bad grade, you have no idea what does it means to get a bad grade when your

parents are obsessed with grades.

1 bad grade literally means that bad news are waiting for you at home.

Do you really think any kid would be motivated to go to school when he consistently has to

worry about grades.

As a kid I never viewed school as a place that would make me a better and smarter person

but rather the place where I had to constantly find ways to cheat so that my teachers and

parents would be satisfied with my grades and I would not be expelled from my school.

The school system doesn't recognises that kids are different and everyone's worth

is measured by these grades, especially in math and science.

What if someone is simply good at acting, yes he might not be good at solving algorithms,

but he can become a successful actor.

What if you are good at playing soccer, yes you might not be able solve complex math problems,

but you can become a successful soccer player.

But schools do not even recognise these talents as real life talents that can be useful in

life.

All what matters are math and science.

Don't get me wrong, I am not saying that math isn't important, but not everyone is good

at that, exactly like not everyone is good singing.

Why not completely get rid of grades and make school the place where kids come and learn

new things everyday, they would not have to constantly worry and memorise some useless

facts only to pass that test, so that they can finally have the time to learn what will

really help them in life!

I think most teachers don't really understand their job in school, they view themselves

as the person who delivers information to kids, which doesn't really make sense, because

whatever information you can think about is out there on the internet.

I am not saying that teachers are useless, but I think they have to serve a different

mission.

Their job is to inspire kids about what they are teaching, they have to constantly find

more interesting ways to make the class more attractive to kids.

Standing up there and simply repeating the same thing over and over doesn't make any

sense.

In fact, thats boring, that even pushes kids away from school and makes school seem as

the most boring place in the world.

I hated many of my teachers back then in school for one simple reason!

They hated me first because I wasn't getting good grades like other kids and wasn't always

doing my homework because I had different interests that were not valued in school.

Of course that increased my hatred to school and education in general and I am sure that

a lot of kids are running through the same thing.

Definitely not all teachers are like that and there are many great teachers as well,

but I think the role of teachers should be completely reshaped!

The entire school system is absolutely worthless.

Schools are trying to teach you as much information as possible.

and What I hated even more is that, we had to learn again the same information that we

have learnt last year because we certainly forgot everything already.

And guess what will happen next year, we will forget everything again and we will have to

learn the same things again! why waste our entire childhood constantly memorising a bunch

of useless facts over and over that we will forget anyways!

The primary goal of schools should to help kids to develop skills that will help them

for the rest of their life.

Imagine if school helped you to discover your strength and weaknesses, Imagine if school

helped to figure out what you are passionate about, you would not waste the next 5 years

of your life trying to become a doctor and then finding out that this is not what you

want to do for the rest your life.

Imagine how different your life would be if you would came out of school, and you knew

exactly what you are good at, you knew exactly what you are passionate about.

Thats exactly what I am talking about.

And thats how schools should be in the 21st century!

I am sorry that this video was entirely negative.

I am sure that there are many positive things can be said about schools, but in all honesty,

the modern school system is completely outdated and doesn't prepare kids for the 21st century

and it should be completely reshaped!

One more disclaimer: the point of this video is not to convince you to drop out of school,

but rather to make you understand you don't have to bother much about it, if you aren't

getting good grades, don't underestimate yourself, never think that your worth is measured by

these useless grades.

Discover your strengths and passions and entirely focus on them, because thats what will make

you successful in life.

and now its your turn, How was your experience in school?

Lets me know in the comments below!

And as always, hit that like button if you have enjoyed this

video and if you don't want to miss the next video, then hit that subscribe button

and the bell besides it.

Touring with Jordan Peterson, Return to Stand Up, and More - Duration: 3:21.

One of the things I'm most amazed by at the moment is how the ideas and issues we're talking

about on The Rubin Report every week are relevant not just in America, but resonate all over

the world.

The amount of email I'm getting from you across the globe, whether it's from Sweden, Australia,

Brazil, Hungary, or even Japan is actually staggering.

It really seems that there has been a re-awakening as to what being a free human is all about.

You are in charge of your own life, and if you start with this premise, you can accomplish

anything.

While the discourse on social media may seem more toxic than ever, I see a growing, dynamic

group of people coming together through ideas and conversation, regardless of where they

were born or the color of their skin.

My guest this week, Rajshee Agarwal, was born in India to a traditional family, only to

move to America and now teaches about capitalism at the University of Maryland, where she is

the Chair and Professor of Entreprenuership.

She believes capitalism provides maximum freedom and happiness to all people, regardless of

race, religion or anything else.

An idea once sparked in her and now she is helping further those ideas into the future.

That's what freedom is all about.

If you want to join me in spreading these ideas of freedom and individuality in person

I'll be joining Jordan Peterson on his 12 Rules for Life tour for as many events as

possible -- most of these dates are sold out already, but some tickets are still available.

We kicked off the tour two weeks ago at the Beacon Theater in New York City, where the

energy and enthusiasm in the room was off the charts.

I'll be traveling with Jordan to the UK to speak in London at the Apollo Hammersmith

Theater on May 13th, and then on May 14th, I have the incredible honor of speaking at

the Oxford Union.

Hopefully I'll get to meet as many of you as possible, and we can down a couple pints.

I'm also working on an Australian tour and hope to have some more info on that for you

guys soon.

I've mentioned on the show lately the endless hysteria of the Left and and the politically

correct craziness we're caught up in was eventually gonna drag me back into stand up -- and this

finally came to fruition this past Sunday at the Irvine Improv.

The show was billed as an evening of stand up and sit down as I did about an hour of

stand up, and then Bob Saget joined me for about 45 minutes of a sit down..

It was awesome seeing so many of you out there and the show was a huge success.

The manager of the Improv told me it was the first sold out standing ovation she's seen

at the club in 18 years.

Travel dates for upcoming stand up gigs will be announced soon, come join me for two drinks

and plenty of laughs.

And finally, after years in the making, we taped our interview with Dr. Thomas Sowell

yesterday on location at Stanford University in San Francisco.

We flew our whole team up there and rented a studio to make it happen.

It was truly a career highlight, and I can't wait to share our sit down with you next week.

Big thanks to our Patreon supporters who make huge interviews like this possible.

So, all these announcements aside, whether you're in the US, India, Oxford, San Francisco

or anywhere else, we're all in this fight together.

Keep fighting for what you believe in and I'll do the same...

Jakub Hrůša: interview (Czech Philharmonic) - Duration: 3:04.

It is good to occasionally programme works that are played very little or hardly at all.

I think every orchestra should try to enliven the season in this way.

This programme, which includes Kodály, Beethoven and Prokofiev, centers on the theme of Napoleonic wars.

It runs through the three pieces we play as a connecting thread.

Háry János is a sort of Hungarian Don Quixote, or perhaps a Hungarian Schweik.

He single-handedly defeats Napoleon, for example.

The piece is very witty, and our task will be to convey this wit to the audience.

They shouldn't take it to o seriously but rather let themselves be entertained

in the best sense of the word, by classical music.

Beethoven's concerto doesn't have any elements of program music but Beethoven was Napoleon's contemporary

so for him Napoleon was part of his lived experience: first deeply admired

later despised as just one more in a long train of usurpers.

As for Prokofiev's War and Peace, the suite from the opera was not written by Prokofiev himself

but by Christopher Palmer

As opposed to, let's say, Romeo and Juliet, which is a ballet with no singing

so there is plenty of rich orchestral music to make a suite of, War and Peace is a bit of a challenge in this respect.

But I believe Palmer did succeed in finding a lot of music

that is equally attractive and popular as that of Romeo and Juliet.

I have been working with the Czech Philharmonic very closely for several years,

and it is not a cliche to say that the beauty of it increases with every new concert

that the relationship is ever more fulfilling for me.

It is therefore my hope that the artistic quality we strive for will also be increasing.

I would very much like to be part of that.

25 Best FREE Mobile Games You Should Play Today - Duration: 9:21.

Mobile games have come a long way since that snake game you had on your flip phone.

Today, the graphics are better, the puzzles harder, and there's even the ability to play

with your friends over the internet.

Best of all, a ton of these great games are absolutely free.

With so many games flooding the marketplace, it's hard to know which ones to choose.

And, for many of us, storage space is a valuable commodity.

So, get your app store ready, cause I'm Mike with List25 and here are 25 Best Free Mobile

Games You Should Play Today.

25.

Fallout Shelter - Based on the best-selling game Fallout, Fallout Shelter is a free mobile

simulator where you create, build, and manage your very own post-apocalyptic underground

vault.

It's a fun time-killer that'll keep you on your toes with invading raiders and radroaches

trying to ruin your perfect utopia.

24.

Asphalt 8: Airborne - Asphalt 8: Airborne is a racer with tremendous graphics, intuitive

tilt controls, and multiplayer that'll keep you coming back.

But, just keep in mind, it regularly will encourage you to purchase enhancements to make things easier.

23.

Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft - You don't have to be a World of Warcraft player to get

into Hearthstone.

It's easy to learn, addictive to play, and has plenty of strategic and fun possibilities.

It's perfectly executed.

Pick it up and give it a try!

22.

Stranger Things: The Game - Whether you're a fan of the Netflix Original television show

Stranger Things or you just really like retro video games, Stranger Things: The Game is

right up your alley.

It's a fun adventure game wrapped in beautiful 90's nostalgia.

Even better, it's free without ads or in-app purchases.

21.

Temple Run 2 - From Minion Rush to Subway Surfers, everyone loves a good mobile runner

game, but with so many to choose from, it's hard to pick.

We'd like to suggest Temple Run 2.

With impressive graphics, heart-pounding adventure, and unique obstacles, plus the feeling of

being Indiana Jones, Temple Run 2 is a tough one to beat.

20.

Drop Wizard Tower - A sequel to Drop Wizard, Drop Wizard Tower has all the same great elements

but throws on more features, making it feel like a better and more whole game.

Another game that harkens back to a simpler time of video games, Drop Wizard Tower feels

similar to the old Mario Bros. arcade game, but you're a wizard with many other cool abilities.

19.

Final Fantasy Brave Exvius - The Final Fantasy franchise has been around for about as long

as video games.

So why wouldn't you want Square Enix's mobile game Final Fantasy Brave Exvius?

It's got all the great elements of a classic JRPG sent straight to mobile.

It's fairly simple.

Destroy the monsters, level up, and progress through the story.

18.

Beat Street - Beat Street is a brawler wrapped in a cute and cuddly package.

But don't let its adorability fool you, this game packs a punch and calls back to other

classics like Streets of Rage.

So, if you're in the mood for punching a few guys on your phone, Beat Street may be the game for you.

17.

Jetpack Joyride - Who doesn't like jetpacks?

The fact they aren't in the mainstream yet is a travesty.

But, the next best thing is Jetpack Joyride.

This action-adventure side-scroller has you using jetpacks and other weaponry to defeat

your enemies.

Collect coins, dodge obstacles, and fly your way to victory.

16.

Pac-Man 256 - Pac-Man 256 is the same Pac-Man you know and love but injected with a lot

more power-ups and obstacles.

The ghosts are smarter, faster, and trickier, plus the map just continues on forever rather

than ending once all the white dots have been gobbled up.

15.

Crossy Road - The heir to the legacy of Frogger, Crossy Road follows the same mechanics but

with more tricky obstacles and different avatars.

It might seem simple enough, but this little game will keep you glued to your phone.

Also, it has no end, so don't ever expect to finish it.

14.

Alphabear - If you're into letter games and love adorable creatures, then you'll want

to get Alphabear.

The concept is simple, but the game certainly isn't.

The game presents you with letters worth different points, like Scrabble, and you create words

out of them.

Bigger words create bigger bears and gives you the most points.

HOW TO ACCEPT YOUR SEXUALITY - Duration: 9:19.

[Intro music plays]

Hey guys, it's me Chasey Poo, and today

I'm wearing this hat... Ok, my hair is just a mess and I'm talking about sexuality and stuff

And I just wanna look good for you, okay? I just wanna look good for you

[Chuckles]

Alright, how's it going today today?

Today we are talking about how to accept your sexuality

So, mini story time in the beginning of my life and my experience with my sexuality

Accepting myself was so hard because I

realized that I liked girls when I was 12 so this is 2003, ok?

And there was like no representation, there was nothing

And I didn't know anyone who was gay

I did not know that it was okay for girls to like girls, and I didn't know that...

I...

Could be happy and accepted being who I am

So, I'm gonna say "luckily we are now in 2018 and a lot of parents and people and friends and people

and there's representation and stuff like that, it's easier to come out and accept yourself"

All of this in quotations because not everyone's experience is the same but

from what I have seen there are a lot of people who are able to come out and have a lot easier time right now

Which is really great because I literally did not know that we could be different, and that would be okay

I thought that if you're different, that's bad

So I'm really glad that we live in a world now where there's so much representation

Even if your friends and your family and your school don't accept it

At least you know that there are people like that that exist...

I guess?

I guess that's what I'm trying to say because it's not easier, but

you know that people exist

So, for me

I didn't know those people existed

I didn't know that those feelings were okay to have, so

It was really really hard for me to accept myself

And I remember when I was in grade seven I told one of my friends, "I think I'm bisexual"

And she was okay with it, she was like "Oh, my brother's gay. That's fine". I was like, "Oh my god!"

But then my other friend was like, "That's disgusting"

and she walked away from me

So if that doesn't put you back in the closet

I don't know what does, but that did. Surely it did.

Here's the thing, I knew that liked girls... and I did not know if I liked boys, and I feel like I...

I...

Back then I feel like you had to cling to a label and I feel like that's the same today

and I'm gonna explain why I think that

So when I finally was able to accept myself as a

Uhm... Like a... like a lesbian. A woman who loves --

Oh my god. That's just weird to say because I'm

no longer this, but

when I've accepted my lesbian identity, it felt very

good

But I was still very shy about it, and didn't want to tell people about it

So I guess what really helped me honestly, and I know that you're gonna laugh

But it's literally The L Word

Because I came out around the time that The L Word was

I think it was like season 2 of The L Word

And that reeeeeally really really really helped me

Honestly, because I saw someone who liked girls on TV, and I was like "I'm a person who likes girls

and I'm not on TV, but I -- that's me"

But then, huntys, that's not even the end of this saga

Sega? Saga... Sega's the game, saga is the Twilight saga

[Laughter]

Uhm, I...

When I came out as trans I was like

"I still like women so I guess I don't know how to identify myself, I'm a lesbian"

But here's the thing, okay?

I -- I feel like I have

repressed so much of who I was because I wasn't happy with how I was presenting and

I wasn't out as trans and people did not see me as male

that I felt like I was repressing so much that when I came out

and I was finally able to be seen as who I am inside and I felt so comfortable with my body

I was able to say, "Yeah, you know what? I actually also like men"

So I like men and I like women and I also like people who are in between

and people who have no gender, also --

It liiiiiiiterally doesn't matter to me because people are people

So for me, it was a very interesting thought to have

But I want to go back to like accepting your identity

So there's this thing wh-- it still happens. I'm like, "Come on, man. We're 2018

can we just figure this out?"

So I feel like once you identify as a lesbian and...

You can never go back... Like you can't be like, "Oh, I actually like men"

Because if you do do that, people are like, "Oh you're bisexual, you're pansexual"

I feel like there are a lot of people in the lesbian community that like

squint at you like, "Oh you went back to men"

And it's so weird

Even your family and friends, it's like, "Well, you made this hooge thing of-- hooge

You made this huge thing about being a lesbian and now you're -- you're not a lesbian anymore"

"And you don't like women anymore, and you made us change all of these things about us"

And it's just

like a -- like a weird place that we're in and I feel like that was a big thing when I was younger

And it's still a thing now like

Oh my god like, that was like 15 years ago

Jesus

Oh my god, I'm old! [Sigh]

Oh my god, L Word is like 15 years old?

Jesus Christ

So the reason why I felt like it was important to mention that is because

when I came out my dad and my stepmom assumed that I still

only wanted to be with women and I wanted to be with lesbian women

and that was really confusing when I told them that the person that I'm dating

is like a straight girl or something like that

Like they -- they were like, "I don't understand"

Like they couldn't wrap their mind around how a straight woman could be with me

So that was a really weird place to be in honestly

Or like two years ago when I was seeing a guy

And I like, told them that I was seeing a guy

They kind of like squinted, and they were like really confused

And they were like, "He's gay"

And I was like, "Yes he's gay"

And I guess they were like, "But how can a gay man be with you?"

And it was just like, it's -- it's weird because

It's like they expect you to like women forever

And it's like, well now that I'm comfortable

I can actually express who I am and I'm actually more comfortable being with whoever

And whenever and... [Chuckles] and whenever

basically the moral of the story is

To accept your own sexuality

[Between teeth] Fuck everyone

I'm kidding, but for real you need to not cling on to labels, I feel

Some people love labels. Some people need labels, absolutely

But if those labels that you are clinging on to are hurting you and hurting the people around you

That's not a good thing

Like if you're like, "No, no, no I'm going to identify as a gay man

And you are clinging on to that identity because that's how you feel inside and that's how you are

But then you're like "Oh, I kinda have feelings for women, I don't know what to do"

But you're like, "No, no, no but I'm a gay man. I can't have feelings for women"

Then that's very harmful to you because you're not expressing the

Like, the feelings that you're having inside and you're allowed to express

And go outside of this label that you or other people have attached to you

And for such a long time I didn't think I was able to do that

And I was literally like in the sha--

Like, literally in the shadows like I was like

"Oh, I've told everybody that I like women so I can only be with women", but I was like

"But I really want to experiment and like see what it's like to be with men"

So I was like, [typing noises] on Craigslist

Don't do that

And Craigslist and like meeting people and like on Grindr and stuff, not really telling anyone

Until eventually I was like "I can't keep this a secret. I'm having a lot of fun. I'm like enjoying my body

I'm enjoying the people that I'm with, even if it's men even if it's women

If it's non-binary, it doesn't matter

But if you know if it's non-binary, non-binary people

It doesn't matter and it feels great and empowering to be able to use my body

And...

express my sexuality in different ways where it doesn't matter who I'm with

So I wanted to get out of this shadow

Literally though, I was in the shadow like it feels like I was like

Because it was all that night, and it was secret and no one knew

It was like "Oh what'd you do today?" Oh nothing. I'm busy. Oh what am I doing?"

But now I want to tell you about a little little sexual crisis

Sexuality crisis that I had

Uhm, that... that was really interesting because I'm

You hear me, I'm this like super open person, it doesn't matter

but I think because I'm so used to being seen as queer and

I've been used to be seen as queer and being with men and stuff like that

And like everyone assumes that I'm gay

Which I don't really care like whatever, even though I like women

I feel like

to be...

attracted to women is a beautiful thing and to be attracted to anyone is a beautiful thing

But I feel like because I'm so used to be seen as queer that if I was with a woman

I would feel slightly uncomfortable in the beginning only because I am so queer and I want to remain queer

But

This was a crisis I had a couple of months ago, okay?

I will tell you now that I realize that it does not matter who I'm with

Whose hand I am holding because I will be queer no matter what, all right?

I don't care what other people think, I don't care what

--People still assume I'm gay

They'll look at the person and be like, "You know your boyfriend's gay, right?"

Which is funny to me because I -- I, it's just funny

Because I'm with this person, that's who I'm with. You know what I'm saying?

I don't know if that makes any sense, but that makes a little bit of sense for me

I'm being a little vague right now, but whatever, uhm...

So yeah, so...

really just... [Chuckles]

It's like, it's non-stop for me

Sorry that's a little bit vague. I know it's a little bit complicated and confusing

But if you want me to elaborate I guess ask me in the comments, and I'll talk about it a little bit

But I feel like even though I'm this super open person

I still had a problem with looking straight because I've been looking queer for such a long time

So that's really interesting to me, but like I said, I don't really care anymore

I've like gone to a place where I don't really care and also

Uhm... Why do I care what other people think about me?

You know what really matters? It's how I perceive myself

So I don't know if I actually really gave you advice on how to accept your sexuality, but really just...

Just do you. You don't have to cling on to labels. You could just say that you are queer

You could just say that you are straight. You could just say that I don't know you could literally said

I literally -- said. You could said.

You could literally say, "I -- I don't know. I don't know my sexuality"

"I don't know who I'm attracted to. Maybe I'm not attracted to anyone

Maybe I'm asexual. Who knows?"

Uhm... So yeah

Let me know anything in the comments, and I'll talk to you later

Have a great week, bye!

Knitting Help - Binding-off: Tidying Up the Last Stitch - Duration: 3:24.

In this video, I'm going to demonstrate how to make the very last stitch of a bind off

very tidy and even with the rest of the work.

It's one of those things that is...

It's not a disaster.

I mean, you go to weave in the end, you can just fix it, right?

But the technique is so simple.

It was a forehead slapping moment when someone showed it to me.

Let's go ahead and take a look.

This is what a normal last stitch in a bind off will often look like.

This last stitch is kind of stretched out because there's nothing...

It's the last one.

There's nothing pulling into the next stitch to keep it from getting pulled out.

It's not that bad.

I would normally just weave in that end and fix it.

But this is what the technique looks like if you just do this little trick.

The last stitch ends up not being pulled out at all.

And this will work in any kind of bind off, really.

When you see what the technique's like, you'll see that it works with anything.

All I have to do is just get up to that last stitch in binding off and I'll show you how

to do it.

I mean it, like a forehead slapping moment.

It's one of those...

Sometimes the best ideas are the most simple, right?

See, I'm doing this bind off road to build tension so that this video breaks the internet.

You know I'm kidding.

Okay.

This is how you do a normal bind off.

You just keep doing this same thing all the way across.

But on this last stitch, I'm going to do something a little different.

I'm going to slip that stitch from the left needle to the right, and then I'm going to

look at the column of stitches below, and I'm going to find the stitch below, the stitch

on the needle, the V, I'm going to pick up the right leg of that stitch, put it up on

the needle with the stitch itself, and so now I have two stitches on this left needle.

I slipped it back over the left needle.

Knit those two together, bind off, and look at how much tidier that is.

That's all I had to do.

Let me go ahead and cut this and pull it through so you can see.

And doesn't that look great?

Before I even weave in the end, I have a straight bind off and this is not stretched out.

I'm telling you, super simple.

Makes kind of a lot of difference.

I hope you like the technique.

Good luck.

Watch Highlights From Zuckerberg's Congressional Hearing | NYT News - Duration: 3:01.

"Mr. Zuckerberg, would you be comfortable

sharing with us the name of the hotel you stayed in last night?"

"Um —

no."

"If you've messaged anybody this week,

would you share with us the names of the people

you've messaged?"

"Senator, no,

I would probably not choose to do that publicly here."

"I think that may be what this is all about."

"In 2015, we heard the report that this developer

Aleksandr Kogan had sold data to Cambridge Analytica."

"Did you or senior leadership do an inquiry

to find out who at Facebook had this information

and did they not have a discussion about

whether or not the users should be informed

back in December of 2015?"

"Senator, in retrospect,

I think we clearly view it as a mistake

that we didn't inform people.

And we did that based on false information

that we thought that the case was closed,

and that the data had been deleted."

"So there was a decision made on that basis

not to inform the users. Is that correct?"

"That's my understanding, yes."

"I assume Facebook's been served with subpoenas

from the special counsel Mueller's office.

Is that correct?"

"Yes.

Actually, let me clarify that.

I actually am not aware of a subpoena.

I believe that there may be.

But I know we're working with them."

"Thank you."

"If I buy a Ford and it doesn't work well

and I don't like it, I can buy a Chevy.

If I'm upset with Facebook,

what's the equivalent product that I can go sign up for?"

"The average American uses eight different apps —"

"O.K."

"— to communicate with their friends

and stay in touch with people —"

"O.K."

"— ranging from text apps —"

"— which is —"

— to email."

"Which is the same service you provide."

"Well, we provide a number of different services."

"Is Twitter the same as what you do?"

"It overlaps with a portion of what we do."

"You don't think you have a monopoly?"

"It certainly doesn't feel like that to me."

"O.K."

[audience laughs]

"Do you need to look behind shell corporations

in order to find out who is really

behind the content that's being posted?

And if you may need to look behind a shell corporation,

how will you go about doing that?

How will you get back to the true,

what lawyers would call 'beneficial owner'

of the site that is putting out the political material?"

"So what we're going to do is require a valid government identity

and we're going to verify the location.

So we're going to do that,

so that way someone sitting in Russia, for example,

couldn't say that they're in America

and therefore able to run an election ad."

"But if they were running through a corporation domiciled

in Delaware, you wouldn't know that they were actually

a Russian owner."

"Senator, that's— that's correct."

The Coming Solar Flash & the Galactic Federation – Q&A with Corey Goode - Duration: 22:44.

The Coming Solar Flash & the Galactic Federation Q&A with Corey Goode

BY DR MICHAEL SALLA & COREY GOODE

In an article and interview regarding his December 2017 off-world meetings near Jupiter

and Saturn, Secret Space Program insider Corey Goode discussed how full disclosure is related

to an upcoming Solar Flash series of events.

He also discussed a solar system wide quarantine imposed by a Galactic Federation, which

is a very different body to the Super Federation comprising 40-60 human looking extraterrestrial

races he says have been involved in genetic engineering experiments on Earth.

Part one in this series about his December meetings discussed the Super Federation

ending its long term genetic experiments, and part two discussed the development of

a new representative body comprising an Earth delegation and representatives from 52 adjoining

star systems.

This leads to a number of questions about how the Galactic Federation plays into all

these changes.

In order to clarify issues concerning the Solar Flash events and the role played by

the Galactic Federation Corey has agreed to answer a number of questions.

What follows are the Q&A between us, followed by some analysis on my (Michael Salla) part

that make up this co-authored article.

Questions for Corey Goode followed by his responses

Q1 What is the Galactic Federation?

Who are its members?

I have referenced it as the Galactic Federation, through Tear Eir, while the Anshar are calling

it the Galactic Confederation.

The members are highly spiritually and technologically advanced (6th + Density) civilizations that

cooperate to facilitate both cosmic law and the various cosmic cycles.

The members of the Sphere Being Alliance (Guardians) are members of this federation.

Q2 How is the Galactic Federation different to the Super Federation?

The Super Federation is made up of 4th-5th Density beings that compromise the Genetic

Farmer races as well as civilizations that were products of the grand experiment

that advanced to the point of becoming a part of the group doing the experiments.

We are supposed to be graduating to this same point very soon.

The Galactic Federation as stated above is more responsible for maintaining this Universe/Reality

for the One Infinite Creator and exist within what we would consider Other Density or even

an Angelic realm.

One of the messages I got from the SBA was We are the messengers and facilitators

of the One Infinite Creator.

Q3 You say that Earth Representatives will be joining a newly reconstituted Super Federation,

does Earth have any representative role with the Galactic Federation?

No, the Galactic Federation is for 6th and higher density beings.

Humans are considered 3rd-4th Density Transitional Beings.

We a set to finish that transition in a relatively short number of years.

Q4 You say that in 2014, the Galactic Federation took over the Solar System wide quarantine

from the Sphere Being Alliance, does this mean that they cooperate at all with Solar

Warden?

No, the SBA/Guardians quarantined the Solar System in 2014 from all groups.

The energetic bubble/sphere that surrounded our Sol System phased out at the same time

the giant spheres phased out from inside of our Sol System just prior to the Blue Avians

turning the stage over to 2 other SBA beings as I reported would happen early in my testimony.

At that time, the Galactic Federation arrived and placed a blockade of extremely high technology

that we would really have no way of understanding.

Vessels made of light were shown to me though I dont think I was capable of fully understanding

what I was shown.

I was under the impression that 6th density beings didnt need a form of conveyance.

Q5 Does the Galactic Federation correspond to the Nordic races that William Tompkins

said are helping the US Navy/Solar Warden build its SSP?

The Nordic races are not the same race.

They are multiple races and groups that look similar enough that people mistakenly lump

them all into one group.

Some are from other Star Systems, some from other timelines within this reality and others

are from a completely different reality (Dimension).

In most cases these beings are 4th or 5th Density.

I have no information about Nordic races that have transitioned into 6th Density other than

what is currently on the Internet.

Q6 You have mentioned some confusion over when and how a Solar Flash event is going

to play out over the next decade, can you clarify?

Some of the confusion was my own.

I am still wrapping my head around all of the information and imagery I was shown while

I spent the 3 days with the Anshar.

I have said for a while that I was told that it was not one solar event but a series of

events that led up to one large event.

During my meeting on the LOC while giving my briefing the time frame of 2018-2023/24

arose because of the new information shared with me by the Anshar.

I was told that the Elite had expected the final solar sneeze to occur at the end

of this Solar Minimum period (2018/2019 from their estimates).

Are we officially in Solar Minimum? was the question of one of the people present.

To my dismay that question went unanswered as the people being briefed were paying very

close attention to this particular topic.

The Elite began moving underground in large numbers based on this probable timeline.

The Programs had used probable future technology to nail down the time of Alien

and Suppressed Technology Disclosure and The Solar Event.

None of them agreed on what the Solar Event would be as many thought it would be a flash

that would turn them into ascended light beings while others expected it to be a terrible

day for the planet Earth.

If the Anshar are correct, the true answer is somewhere between the two theories.

The Egg Heads and the Smart Glass Pads described all of this occurring in the 2018-2023/24

time window.

Sigmund told me that now that we are entering into Solar Minimum and the Solar Event has

not occurred, it is agreed that it will most likely occur when the Sun comes out of Minimum

and into Maximum.

This is a process that takes approximately 11 years to complete.

If the Anshar are correct, we may need every bit of that time to prepare ourselves and

manage our Karma and vibrations.

While spending time with the Anshar Elders, they shared their history which would be our

future if we indeed follow that timeline.

In this history they described how the Sun has been pulsing since the 1930s and that

it continues today.

This pulsing is releasing the cosmic energies that enter the Sun from both the Cosmic Web

and its EM Field as it passes through the cosmic energy, pulls it in through its magnetic

poles and releases the energy through the Suns corona into our Solar System.

These energies have built up since then which required the presence of the giant spheres

to baffle some of the effects on our planet and its inhabitants.

Once we had acclimated to these energies a bit more the spheres were removed to allow

us to go through the process with less planetary turmoil and end time madness symptoms in humanity.

With what we are seeing now, can you imagine what society would be like if the energies

had not been buffered?

It was communicated through one elder in particular that there is always some sort of destructive

event on the planets that are ascending to 4D and bringing their inhabitants into 4D

along with them.

The flashes (not necessarily all flashes are visible) that have been occurring will build

up to one large solar event.

The Anshar described a major Solar Event in their past (Our Future?) that was very much

like the full circumference mass coronal ejection that I described being one of

the scientific theories about the Solar Event.

They described the solar blast being so powerful that it caused a physical pole shift on the

Earth of several degrees.

They described the atmosphere being breached by the CME in the Northern Hemisphere which

caused massive fires that wipe out a large area and in doing so knocks out all technology

on the planet.

There was a fair amount of loss of life in the actual event.

The final explosion from the Sun had a major effect on the consciousness of the survivors

and the Planet.

How the survivors handled the blast of energy depended directly on their mental and spiritual

states prior to the blast.

Those who had dealt with much of their Karma came out of the event virtually unscathed

emotionally while those who hadnt dealt with their spiritual and emotional health

needed quite a lot of assistance from some of our cosmic cousins.

This sounds scary, and is to be honest But they said that this event knocks out the

A.I. and allows beings from the Super Federation to openly assist the survivors.

The AI has been a major problem for the ETs and the Anshar.

Once removed, all of the beings influenced by the AI will be confused and in a weakened

state.

This allows the Super Federation (mostly our cosmic cousins at this point) to arrive on

Earth openly without being attacked by the various AI Prophet species that currently

infest our planet.

I was also told that there was some sort of cosmic law loophole that allows the ETs

to directly interact with humans on the surface after a potentially civilization ending event.

Our civilization is built on electronics at this point.

Such an event would change our civilization forever.

This is a very basic summary of the Anshars history.

I plan to share much more.

They also shared how difficult of a transition humanity had in the beginning as we find out

how we have been manipulated and then rebel against the entire Grand Experiment.

While those that fare well through the solar event embrace our cosmic cousins those that

did not fare well reject the help of the visitors that come offering assistance as there will

be quite a lot of distrust towards non-terrestrials by this group.

A large percentage of our surviving population, the people that did not fare well in the final

solar event, apparently rebel by hacking their own DNA and creating designer body effects

as well as purposely mixing all human races.

This mixing is said to go on for a number of generations before it causes a genetic

degenerative disease that seemed to be a form of failsafe built in by a few of the original

Super Federation members.

This forces that group of humans to then request assistance from one ET Group who also assists

them in catching up to the part of the population that fared better.

After that rough patch, according to the Anshar, we enter our own Consciousness Renaissance

that truly turns into the Golden Age of Humanity.

The question is, is this OUR future?

This info is different than what I had heard while inside the programs.

Is it more accurate than the scuttlebutt from the SSP scientists and probable future

technologies mentioned in the Smart Glass Pad?

Is delivering this information to me a way for the Anshar to maintain their timeline?

This is the debate that went on around the table during the briefing at the Lunar Operations

Command.

I look forward to spending 2 weeks with the Elders in the near future as well as addressing

this with Tear-Eir in our dream communications.

When I was sitting at the table it was noteworthy that Gonzales, who has spent so much time

with the Mayans, didnt seem shocked nor did he rebut the version of the Anshar shared.

I plan on addressing this in much more detail with Gonzales the next time we meet.

I have not sensed manipulation or deception from them to this point so, I am now relaying

the information to you.

This info will filter through your own lens of perception and challenge your reality bubble.

It is worth noting that Mica stated that these things never occurred as they believed they

would or exactly how they appeared in their prophesies.

I assume we can expect the same.

I am doing what I was instructed to do by the Blue Avians.

To witness, process and understand the best I can and then report it to the public and

allow the information to enter our joint consciousness.

People believing it or not doesnt affect the process.

Q7 How will this Solar Flash contribute to the melting ice sheets in Antarctica?

If the Pole of the Earth does indeed shift several degrees, it would possibly put

Antarctica in the position that Australia holds today.

The Anshar discussed how differently our Equator was prior to the last the event around 11,600

Years or so ago.

How the Earth may have looked at the last Ice Age before a Pole Shift

Q8 Do you think a Pole Shift is possible given the upcoming Solar Flash and melting ice sheets?

According to what was shared with me by the Anshar, Yes.

Q9 What do the Anshar have to say about a combination of Solar Flare, a Pole Shift,

and an Asteroid Impact?

Will the Asteroid impact be accidental aspect of galactic process or is it deliberate in

some way?

It is a part of the earth changing in electrical frequency and attracting objects during the

process.

I dont fully understand and didnt follow up with questions at the time as I didnt

want to interrupt the flow of information that was being shared.

About a year or more a go I was shown a number of things by Tear-Eir.

One of the things was a massive increase in Earth Quakes, Highly Energetic Storms and

lastly Volcanoes erupting in a short period of time.

One of the other things that was shown was a meteor exploding over the ocean but not

impacting.

This caused a huge tsunami and leaves traces of a metal and a large amount of radiation

in the ocean.

I know all of this sounds like doom and gloom and not a positive timeline.

If what I am told is true, all transitions have a rough phase when the planet the beings

are on goes through the last symptoms of transitioning to a higher density.

I am told that planets react very similarly when moving densities or higher energetic

planes.

I would like to believe that we transition in a smoother way, though from what I have

seen of humanity we do everything the hard way.

I hope that when I meet with Tear-Eir next he tells me that we can co-create a different

reality.

Maybe what we should focus our intent on is assisting our planet make the transition in

a smoother way.

If the Anshar history is indeed our future, then it gives us even more urgency on focusing

on our inner work and raising our vibrations.

Analysis of Q&A by Michael Salla

Coreys description of the Galactic Federation as 6th+ density beings existing largely in

the Angelic realm, who use light technologies to travel around the universe, and that the

Sphere Being Alliance is a member of this Federation was very revealing.

There have long been reports of light ships and contacts with Angelic looking humans throughout

our recent history.

Many contactees have referred to a Galactic Federation or Confederation, and how contact

with its members have led to life changing experiences.

In South America, in particular, there is a long line of contactees who claim to have

interacted with the Galactic Confederation, and have focused on consciousness raising

activities as a result.

These include Sixto Paz Wells, Luis Fernando Mostajo Maertens and Ricardo Gonzales.

Naturally, there is always going to be the question of whether these contacts genuinely

involve beings from the Galactic Federation or imposters from the Super Federation, Inner

Earth Alliance, and/or Draconian Empire.

Contactees such as George Kavassilas claim to have experienced many of these different

extraterrestrial/inner Earth groups and has discussed at length the deception that underscores

them to varying degrees.

This is where discernment is important and some fore knowledge of who the different groups

are and how they interact with humanity will help differentiate between them.

Regarding Coreys visit to Lunar Operations Command, he is referring to a follow up meeting

on a secret Moon base where he gave a briefing to the Secret Space Program Alliance about

his earlier meetings at a temporal anomaly/space station near Jupiter (Super Federation encounter

December 16, 2017) and a few days later at a similar anomaly/station near Saturn.

Corey said that the elite had used probable future technology [likely based on Looking

Glass technology] to determine what would happen during this current Solar Minimum period

[2018-2019].

His reference to elites being divided over whether humanity would ascend into light beings

or descend into global chaos reflects a similar diversity of opinions expressed by public

figures.

For example, investigative mythologist, William Henry, has been describing the process by

which humans can ascend into light beings, and he conducts seminars to assist members

of the public in achieving this goal.

Others, such as the remote viewer, Ed Dames, have been describing the global chaos that

will occur as a result of a solar killshot/flash occurring thereby recommending a number of

survival coping strategies.

Corey pointed out that the Anshar believe both processes are likely to occur in the

upcoming 2018-2023/24 time window which spans the current Solar Minimum up to the next Solar

Maximum.

His description of the full circumference mass coronal ejection that leads to a Pole

Shift, and to much devastation in the Northern Hemisphere is certainly a scary scenario involving

much loss of life.

As he points out, however, the upside is that an Artificial Intelligence signal which has

been become a big problem for Secret Space Programs, extraterrestrials and our planet

more generally, is all but wiped out.

The removal of AI influence makes possible the landing of Super Federation extraterrestrials,

our Cosmic cousins due to shared genetic lineages to presumably help humanity deal with the

coming Earth changes.

This corresponds to the long-predicted mass flying saucer landings that contactees such

as Michael Elegion have discussed in his book, Prepare for the Landings, and interviews.

Most fascinating is how Corey discusses the nexus between our immediate future, and how

this corresponds to the Anshars past, given that they are our descendants who time traveled

into the remote past (18 million years BCE) to maintain a positive time line.

It appears that they and we have been largely successful in maintaining this positive time

line, and that they will likewise be very helpful in assisting with the coming global

events given their intimate knowledge of the timeline we are currently traversing.

Corey says that he will soon spend a couple of weeks with the Anshar where he will get

more information that will help humanity deal with what lies ahead, and that through Gonzales,

the former Navy Lt Commander who now is a liaison with an ancient Mayan Secret Space

Program, he also hopes to get more information about the Solar Flash and other events.

Cavern used by Anshar for a vast underground city that Corey Goode has visited.

Source: Gaia.com

I should point out here that when I met two representatives of a Mayan Secret Space Program

in Mexico City in 2010, who offered to recruit me in a training program for pilots to fly

the Mayans spacecraft.

I was told that there would be major Earth changes around 2023 and that the trained pilots

would serve both in the evacuation and assistance of the population, as well as fighting off

Draconian Reptilian influence.

I declined the offer since I strongly held the opinion that destructive Earth changes

were highly unlikely.

However, given my recent research for the book, Antarcticas Hidden History, and what

Goode has revealed about the upcoming Solar Flash event(s), it appears that a Pole Shift

is now very possible.

Therefore what I was told by the Mayan representatives back in 2010 about 2023 being the date for

Earth changes was a fairly accurate long term prediction after all.

It does appear that the upcoming Solar Maximum, which is expected to peak around 2023/2024,

is going to be life changing for all of us on the planet.

It therefore behooves us to take the necessary steps to deal with such contingencies.

I for one look forward to hearing more from Corey Goode about what the Anshar and Mayans

have to share about our immediate future, and the respective roles played by the Galactic

Federation and Super Federation in all these coming changes.

Actor play multiple roles? | Top 5 Facts about film – Doctor Strange | [60FPS] - Duration: 1:32.

Hi, today we are looking at the most magical MARVEL movie, and that's Doctor Strange, so let's go.

Dr. Strange - Benedict Cumberbatch actually plays one more role in the film. He played the negative

character of Dormamma. Respectively his face was filmed and adjusted for Dormamma's face.

After the film's premiere, many profile pictures on Marvel's official facebook pages of

other Marvel superheroes turned upside down as a reference to creating other realities.

Wong's role was coincidentally played by an actor with the same surname Benedict Wong.

The password "Shamballa" received by Dr. Strange to connect to the Wi-Fi network is

a reference to a series of comics called Doctor Strange Shambally.

At the end of the film, we can read an advice from the creators to be cautious,

considerate, and not on the phone while driving.

So, and that would be all for today's video if you liked the video, give it a like and write in the comments if you

noticed that Dormamma resembles Doctor Strange. And finally, I want to tell you that we need more scriptwriters

in the team, who is interested in scriptwriting send your aplications to this email, see you in the next video, bye.

New Reach Metrics in YouTube Studio Analytics - Duration: 4:50.

Have you ever wondered about the size of your active audience?

What about how many times your video's thumbnails were shown

also referred to as 'Impressions'?

Here are 5 things you need to know about what's new in YouTube Studio Beta Analytics

to help you better understand your reach

and what's helping to bring viewers to your videos.

Unique viewers gives a clear picture of the size of your audience

that is, the estimated number of different people

who come to watch your video over a set time period.

Whether a person watches on desktop, on their mobile phone

or watches more than once, that person will only count as one unique viewer.

This can also be helpful to show brands

when negotiating brand integration or sponsorship deals.

What is an impression anyway?

It's how many times your video thumbnails are shown to users on YouTube.

Think of each impression as a potential reach on YouTube, and a chance to get a view.

If the person chooses to watch it.

Not all impressions will turn into views.

So, what counts as an impression?

These are impressions.

When a viewer sees more than half of the thumbnail for longer than a second.

This does not count as an impression, as the viewer only sees less than half of it.

Here's the same scenario on mobile.

Do note that currently, because of technical limitations

impressions are not yet counted for sources like external websites and notifications.

Check out the full list in the Help Center.

So, why are impressions important?

You can see which videos were the most, or least, shown

and where they're coming from from YouTube in your Traffic Sources.

Compare that to which had the highest or lowest Average view duration

or Watch time, to help you decide what to do next.

Ask yourself:

Is there a specific topic or creative format that has exceptionally high impressions?

Should you create more videos like that?

Now that you know what impressions are, let's talk about click-through rate.

This shows you what percentage of your impressions on YouTube turned into views.

It measures how often viewers saw a thumbnail and then watched a video.

Keep in mind, while many of your views might come from logged impressions

others might come from sources with no thumbnail impression

like from links shared outside of YouTube.

Click-through rate shows how attractive and compelling your thumbnails and titles are.

If you start seeing more impressions, but a lower click-through rate, that's OK!

As your videos become more popular, they may be shown to viewers outside your core audience.

As a result, your click-through rates may be lower, but don't worry

the important thing is that you see an increase in views and Watch time.

Watch how this number changes over time for different videos

and from different traffic sources, to see how your audience is responding.

Avoid trying to increase your click-through rate

with thumbnails or titles that are clickbait.

YouTube will recommend a video to a viewer if the video is relevant to the viewer

and if the viewer is finding the video interesting

using signals like the video's Average view duration for instance.

Clickbait videos tend to have low Average view duration

and therefore are less likely to get recommended by YouTube.

One way to tell if your thumbnail is clickbait

is if the video is getting high click-through rate

but low Average view duration or Average percentage viewed.

You can see which of your thumbnails and titles seem to work the best

and this can help you plan your next video, thumbnail and title strategy.

Converting potential viewers into actual viewers

is the first step to succeeding on YouTube.

But even more important is to keep them watching all the way through your videos

and to get them to watch several videos in a row

as measured by Average view duration and overall channel Watch time.

More Watch time can lead to impressions and more potential for new viewers.

At the end of the day, it's about giving viewers what they really enjoy watching.

So where can you see this stuff?

This is the new visual 'funnel' in Analytics.

It starts with where on YouTube your videos are being discovered, Impressions

how many viewers click in, Impression click-through rate

and how these contributed to your views and Watch time.

Remember, the impression number does not include instances

where your content is found through 'external sources'

like embeds on websites, blogs, social media or YouTube notifications.

And there you have it, the latest update in YouTube Analytics!

Let us know in the comments below what other questions you have on these new metrics

to help you understand your reach on YouTube.

【Eng-sub】Lost and worried... you'll be okay!! Take it one step at a time! - Duration: 8:27.

Today, I'm uploading 2 videos!

*will explain in English in a bit

So I just uploaded a video

sharing with you guys some phrases

that you can use in your new lives

You started school,

you started a new job

you're very first job!

lots of exciting things happening

in April in Japan!

In this video, I just want to

share with you guys

what my experience was like

starting a new job (my first real job!)

which was...

a long time ago!

2007?

So over ten years ago!

I moved back to Japan in 2007...

and got a job here.

OMG really?

I was an October hire, not April.

because our firm recruited international hires in the Fall.

Oh, the memories!

I remember being so nervous

to go to my first day,

The international hires were a smaller group,

so there were 13 of us.

So our welcome ceremony was relatively casual.

We had it in this seminar space at the office.

One of the recruits, who looked super studious

went up to the front and gave a speech.

I was like, OMG everyone looks so smart and capable!

I was really nervous and felt overwhelmed by everyone.

I joined a consulting firm

and in training we split up into groups to do a mock project

and in the end we had to present our proposal in front of a group of partners.

I'm talking to you guys fairly fluently in Japanese now

but back then, my Japaneses wasn't all that great.

A presentation in Japanese?!

That was nerve-racking!

and I felt like I was the only one that was lost

and just felt so inferior and small.

But once we got into our groups

and I started spending time with my teammates

we bonded and became good friends.

and we ended up having a great time.

But my part of the presentation was terrible!

My Japanese was awful!

I didn't even know what half of the words I was using meant!

It was really embarrassing.

We had to do a presentation

at the end of our training

with a mock project.

and the presentation had to be in Japanese!

I'm a lot more confident with my Japanese now

But back 10 years ago when I first

moved (back) to Japan.

Wow, it was pretty bad.

So just going up there and

doing a presentation in Japanese

was very very stressful

and nerve-racking

and I did a terrible job, but

you get through it somehow!

I managed to get through training

and ended up working there for 6 years.

Lately, I get a lot of comments from students

telling me they're lost, they're worried about the future,

they don't know what they want to do with their lives.

A student that came to our book event the other day consulted me about that as well.

It's okay!

You're supposed to be lost right now!

It's natural to feel lost right now!

When I was in college

I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life.

Even after I got a job, I had no idea.

I just jumped at the opportunities presented in front of me

and tried my best.

That's how I approach things.

Till this day!

All of you students and new hires,

you're just now entering the real-world!

Through the experiences you're about to gain,

you're going to start discovering who you are.

Finding out what you're good at.

Finding out what you like.

Without experience, of course you're going to feel lost!

So don't panic.

If there's something you're interested in, try it! Try lots of things!

If you just started working,

don't think too deeply about what you're doing.

Is this company worth working for?

Is this place right for me?

I'm sure you're going to have those thoughts.

But the first few years,

there's a lot to learn anywhere you go!

So absorb all that!

The dots will begin to connect eventually.

The important thing is, is to give it your all in whatever you do.

You might have heard that working at a consulting firm

can be quite hectic.

It really is!

I didn't even have time to feel lost!

My first couple of years working at the consulting firm

I was so busy I didn't even have time to think about what I was doing,

or time to feel lost.

I was just like, "OMG, I have to get this done"

and I have to do this and that

At first you don't know what you're doing.

and you're very slow and inefficient

so everything takes a long time.

But then you gradually get used to it

and you kind of start discovering

what you're good at.

what you're strengths and weaknesses are

and what you like doing.

and then that leads to the next step.

You're like, "maybe I want to go in this direction"

Maybe this is what I want to do.

So it's completely okay to be lost right now

and know what it is you're doing

or what it is you want to do.

Perfectly normal!

Actually, the fact that you have this blank slate in front of you

is awesome!

You can start painting your future

on a blank slate!

How amazing is that?!

You have nothing on it!

You can paint anything!

That's beautiful!

Just think of it as an opportunity!

Try whatever comes your way!

I just focused on what was in front of me.

I don't know exactly how I got here lol

But I managed to find my ideal job

something that's right for me.

But that doesn't mean I don't have my fair share of problems!

I'm still uncertain about future.

Am I going to be a YouTuber

for the rest of my life?

Am I going to be vlogging

till I'm a grandma?

Probably not!

I don't know. Maybe.

That'd actually be kind of cool.

Lots of things that I think about.

Lots of things that I don't know

that's coming my way.

Especially with....

Little human coming in two months!

OMG, I have no idea what I'm in for!

There are things I can imagine

and things I just cannot.

Life is about facing challenges.

So you might as well have fun!

The fact that you're dealing with problems, means that you're making your life better.

Just have fun being lost!

and have fun not knowing

what the future holds!

because you don't want something predictable!

That's no fun!

What's in store for me??

Over there!

I shared a quote on Instagram the other day

a quote by Martin Luther King Jr.

I'll share it here as well.

You don't have to see the whole staircase

Just take the first step!

Even if you can't see that far ahead

As long as you keep taking a step up

you'll look back

and realize how far you've climbed.

There are times when I get nervous

when I get stressed out

because I don't know what's coming my way

There are things you can plan for

but not everything goes according to plan, right?

We're opening up a huge new chapter

in our lives in two months

I'm going to take it one step at a time

Osaru-san and I are going to take it

one step at a time.

Just have fun with it

and we'll be fine!

As long as you keep moving forward.

You'll connect the dots.

It's been awhile since I've done a blabbing video.

If you want to see more like this give me a like!

Alright guys!

Thank you so much for watching!

Best of luck with your new adventures!

Starting a new life

being in a new environment

things can be very stressful

but it's these trials and tribulations in life

that make the good things in life

really good!

Don't be too hard on yourself!

Just take it one step at a time.

and have fun with it!

We'll see you guys again soon!

Alright guys, bye!

Details of KnB Extra Game and KnB Last Game (Sub. Eng) - Duration: 5:44.

Hello everyone. Today I bring you a video something different because I'm going to talk about some

details of KnB Extra Game, that is, the manga and Last Game

what is the movie The first thing I noticed is that in the

manga when they arrive in Japan, a woman he does an interview with Silver and

Nash and in the movie the only thing that out is how they come to Japan and also

before the first game they leave of party and destroy the premises.

After the first game, in the manga, in the initial jump the Americans

contains ball and Nash has already started humiliate the Japanese while in

the anime the Japanese get those six points

and then when the Americans to humiliate them.

At the end of the game, in the manga one woman is going to interview Nash

while in the movie is the man who has been narrating the game.

After the match, Riko's father brings everyone from the generation of

miracles and create a team. At that moment before the game against the

Americans makes a small meeting and talks about

the two characteristic players Silver and Nash, where they say Silver has the

perfect body that does not need to train to be in shape and which is faster

that Aomine, more has more leap than Kagami and has more strength than Murasakibara

while in the anime, As far as I know, it does not say anything about them.

And then I wanted to teach that in the manga, second match is made

on the street like the first, while in the film it is done in a stadium / pavilion.

Another thing that I saw during the second party is that in the manga the

Most of Kagami's classmates, Kise, Aomine and others see the

party from their homes, while in the movie everyone is in the

stadium.

Near the end of the game, I also noticed that in the manga there is a basket of Kagami where he makes a

shot and in the movie is a mate and in the Next move, Nash makes in the manga

a tray when in the movie is a suspension shot

and finally the end in the manga and in the movie. In the manga it comes out as

excapitan of Teiko is going to visit her father in the hospital and in the movie the

final is when they celebrate among all and Kagami says goodbye to her classmates

because he goes to the NBA

So this is it. I hope you have liked I want to thank everyone

those who have been following me for a long time your comments and messages and I hope

See you in the next video. Goodbye kids
