Neighbor Asks To Hold Baby. Father Takes Close Look At Photo And Exposes Truth - Duration: 3:28.

Neighbor Asks To Hold Baby.

Father Takes Close Look At Photo And Exposes Truth

In a day and age when it seems like we're more divided as a country than ever, there

are still glimmers of hope and love.

One such story has to do with a man named Cody Shugart and his childhood neighbor, Mr.

Chip.

From the time Cody was a child, he knew he wanted to be a father.

But without a solid father figure of his own, it seemed navigating the path of life to fatherhood

would be challenging -- then Mr. Chip got involved...

Cody remained quiet about his relationship with Mr. Chip for decades until a photo he

posted of the loving man and his baby boy went viral online.

Instead of staying quiet and letting the moment pass, Cody decided to speak up and share why

the photo was so important.

"So a lot of people like this picture.

So I wanted to take a minute to tell the story.

Milton West was my childhood next door neighbor.

I knew him as Mr. Chip.

He retired from DOW chemical as an operator.

He has always been there for me since I was two years old.

Growing up without a father was always difficult for me.

But the Good Lord surrounded me with great men -- Mr. Chip was one of them.""He constantly

preached the value of an education, taught me how to take care of a yard.

He taught me to see people for who they are, not what they look like.

He taught me how to treat my mother like a saint and many other life lessons.

His contributions to me becoming a good son, man, and father were huge.

I am forever grateful for God putting him in my life.

So this past May my wife and I had a little boy named Bob Wayne Shugart.

When Mr. Chip and his wife Shirley saw him they fell in love with him.

They babysit him sometimes and we go and visit when we can.

The last time we were over there Mr. Chip said he wants to be called 'POP.'

He says that's his grandson.

So we had to come up with a name for his wife.

We decided on Lolli!

So we tell Bob Wayne we are going to see Lolli Pop!

I'm grateful that Lolli and Pop will be part of my son's life.

If he learns half of the things from Mr. Chip as I did he will become a great son, man

and father.

1998 Mustang GT & Cobra SLP Loudmouth Cat-Back Exhaust Sound Clip & Install - Duration: 6:10.

If you're after one of the loudest cat-backs available for your '98 GT and four-valve Cobra,

look no further than the crowd favorite SLP Loudmouth.

Now, this extremely popular system will also be extremely loud in the old wake the neighbors

department, and looking at the lack of mufflers in this system, it's pretty easy to see why.

Instead, SLP will utilize their race resonators and full stainless construction, all for around

the $500 price point.

I'm gonna give this install a soft two out of three wrenches as some cutting might be

required to remove that factory system, depending on your setup, but, either way, we will talk

about it a little bit more later in the video.

Now, when asked about the most aggressive cat-backs for the SN95 cars, the Loudmouth

is one of the systems I usually defer to, and for good reason.

It's just flat-out loud.

In fact, one of our customer reviews put it perfectly when saying, "Open headers might

just be a little quieter than the SLP paired with a catless x-pipe," because, honestly,

I couldn't agree more.

And, even though our Grabber Blue '98 in the sound clip still has the factory cat still

in place, the same can be said.

Just ear-piercing, angry tone, good enough for an easy five out of five on my wake the

neighbors scale.

Again, if loud is what you're after with your GT or Cobra, the SLP Loudmouth will definitely

be the system for you.

But just how does SLP achieve this level of bark?

Well, looking at the system here on the table, pretty easy to tell why, right?

And that's because there are no mufflers anywhere in the system.

Instead, SLP does incorporate what they call their Loudmouth shotgun-style race resonators,

which do little to quiet things down, but that's the whole point of the system after

all.

On top of that, the lack of mufflers do lead to a very free-flowing design overall with

practically zero restrictions, so, even though, yes, typically exhaust systems don't offer

big power gains by themselves, this system certainly won't hurt you in that regard.

But, one thing I do really like about the SLP systems in general for the SN95 is that

they are modular by design.

And, basically what that means is, if for whatever reason down the road, you get tired

of all that volume, or if you add some long tubes or a catless mid-pipe to your car, and

just would like to change up the tone a little bit, you could always add the Loudmouth 2

resonators, or even the SLP Powerflow muffler to really change up the sound.

Now, certainly, that stuff will always add to the extra cost, but it is nice that SLP

gives you the option in the first place.

Construction-wise, nothing but good stuff to say here about the SLP, including the 2.5-inch

mandrel bent tubing made from durable 409 grade stainless steel, which, by the way,

will be great at reducing corrosion, especially in those northern states that might see a

little road salt during the winter months.

Now, the tips themselves, well, they have been made from durable 304 grade stainless

steel and are 3.5-inch in diameter.

Switching gears here, let's briefly graze over some of the big parts of the installation,

and if you remember from earlier, we did go soft two out of three wrenches on the difficulty

meter here, not because this is terribly difficult to install, but rather because you may have

to cut your factory system off, that is if you don't want to disconnect your rear shocks.

You might be dealing with some rusty bolts on top of all that, because, let's face it,

these cars are about 20-plus years old by now.

So, tool wise, you will be looking at a socket set for most of your work, but if you do have

to cut off that factory system, just make sure you have a cutting tool on hand, hacksaw,

or, a Sawzall with a fresh metal blade is always my tool of choice in this kind of job,

and, of course, don't forget your eye protection when doing the work.

Now, getting started, it wouldn't be a bad idea to soak the factory bolts in something

like WD-40 or maybe a little PB Blast before getting started.

Now, if you have a lift, you could disconnect the rear shocks and sag that rear axle enough

to remove the factory system without cutting.

Or, if you really don't care about saving the factory system, just grab your cutting

tool, make your cut nearest the rear axle to remove the piping.

At this point, you can just simply unbolt the two flanges from the H-pipe, which will

allow you to drop the system from the rubber hangers.

Now, you can get to work hanging the new SLP using the included hardware, along with some

of the new rubber hangers.

Now, you're also gonna use some of your existing factory hardware you removed in the first

step.

It is SLP's recommendation to start from front to back, saving your final tighten up to the

very end, making sure your tips are aligned perfectly underneath that rear bumper.

Now, once the system is in place, and you're happy with where everything is sitting, go

ahead and tighten up all your clamps, and your installation is complete.

So, wrapping this one up, if loud is your number one goal, the SLP Loudmouth Cat-Back

will certainly not disappoint, and you can grab yours right here at americanmuscle.com.

Look What Happened To Melania While Michelle Obama Was Treated Like Royalty! - Duration: 5:50.

Look What Happened To Melania While Michelle Obama Was Treated Like Royalty!

The Presidential First Lady becomes an instant celebrity, and that means she might face scrutiny

and antics from those who dislike the man in the White House.

When Donald Trump defeated Hillary Clinton to become the 45th President of the United

States of America, then she became an instant target.

It's normal to be faced with criticizing haters who have nothing better to do, but

sometimes people wonder if Melania Trump is taking extra heat simply because her husband

is Donald Trump, and Hillary's supporters have become everything they say that other

people are, which is hateful and intolerant.

Ever since Trump won, Melania has faced an outrageous amount of non-constructive criticism,

even for doing the simplest things.

However, everything she does so far has been nothing but sweet, kind, and sentimental in

terms of her character and personality.

She's shown nothing but dedication to Americans, has been really kind to the people she visits

and has been an absolute sweetheart of a First Lady.

There's almost nothing people can criticize her for as she does her best to remain out

of the drama, and nonsense that has taken over the political realm of America.

The latest unprovoked attack on Melania, who doesn't attack anyone and stays out of the

nonsense, had come from late night show host Jimmy Kimmel.

He mocked her in regards to the Easter Egg Roll that was held at the White House on April

2nd.

A guy like Kimmel, who used to watch girls with large breasts jump on trampolines and

then turned into a show host, who all of a sudden is the most moral and politically correct

guy, on the planet took it as his job to mock the First Lady and the Easter event.

If that wasn't poor writing and presentation, then I don't know what is.

Not only did he mock her and the event, but he trashed Melania for having an accent.

So basically, he made fun of an immigrant for the way they speak.

That would be like someone making fun of Michelle Obama for being black and having a large backside.

Both are inappropriate and shouldn't be done to any first lady.

Fabiosa reported more: "On April 2, the White House celebrated Easter by holding its

annual Easter Egg Roll.

Melania Trump hosted the event, and she was all smiles, while children were pushing eggs

along the lawn.

After the game, the First Lady also read a children's book to those in attendance.

But there were still those who launched an attack on the FLOTUS over the event.

In one of the episodes of his late-night talk show, Jimmy Kimmel mocked Melania for being

uninvolved in its preparation.

And then, he went on criticizing Melania's accent.

Such attacks made people question whether Michelle Obama faced the same treatment when

Barack was the president.

And the immediate response that comes to mind would be no.

It looks like during the 8 years of the Obama administration, no one had ever questioned

Michelle's efforts in the set-up of the annual event.

Instead, many believe that the media and Hollywood treated Barack's wife like royalty.

Surely, she was the first black FLOTUS who became a royal model for many Americans.

But in a similar manner, Melania is also breaking the barriers, as she is the first immigrant

First Lady since the 18th century.

So, in response to Kimmel, Karol Markowicz from Fox News defended the First Lady by blasting

the host's words as "despicable."

Being an immigrant who went through the same remarks, the columnist believes that such

attacks should not be tolerated.

In Markowitz's opinion, Kimmel's comments sound anti-immigrant.

Even the fans of the show disapproved of the attacks, with the majority disliking the video

on the show's YouTube channel.

Still, many reporters leave out the fact that Michelle Obama was also mocked for being out

of touch and gaining weight.

When the former first lady advised women to use their voice at the workplaces, many attacked

her, saying that this advice was not applicable in real life.

And since both ladies faced similar kind of treatment, it looks like Melania's cyberbullying

campaign

is as relevant as ever."

Many

people wonder if Michelle ever faced this much foul play treatment from show hosts,

but that answer is likely a hard no.

Many show hosts lean on the Democrat side, which is fine because that's their choice

and we should respect each other's political alliances.

However, since Michelle Obama is a Democrat and many of the show hosts are too, then it's

fair to say that Michelle Obama most likely didn't face this type of ridiculous criticism.

It's one thing to mock someone for something that they do, but what's the point in mocking

Melania's accent?

Jimmy Kimmel made fun of a female immigrant, so that's basically sexist and racist, and

his liberal fans should be absolutely outraged.

We can't say "dreamer" in regards to an illegal immigrant, but Jimmy Kimmel can

make fun of a legal immigrant and her accent?

What do you think about this?

EGYPT 2018: YOUNG INVENTORS. PERSONAL ARCHIVE (English subtitles) - Duration: 10:35.

I understand that this boy will become an engineer.

I wanted to show for a long time, Dany has a friend. They are friends since the third grade.

They used to go to the same school. Then this boy went to another school.

Good very friend. This boy is an inventor. A young inventor.

He invented something all the time. Invented all sorts of things. All that is related to electronics.

Talented guy. He did all kinds of fans. Dany, what else did he do?

As call you. My name is Moaz. What else did you invent?

Programmed in C ++ with 12 years from the 6th grade.

And this is his invention is an electric shock. Homemade. Dany: How many volts are there? Moaz: 3000 volts and 2 amps.

MoAZ: It's a battery, a transistor, an ice bulb and this is a button and it's a switch.

Does the battery charge? Moaz: Yes, it's charging from USB.

Gently cat.

Moaz: 3000 volts is a lot. Yeah, well done.

Moaz: And I was hit many times with electricity.

Well, these little inventors are growing.

Dany: Do you have something else?

Here is a purse and he sends messages to the phone through Bluetooth.

Dany: It's a purse and if he lost it somewhere, he can find it.

Such a thing that Moaz has a purse and there is a sensor in it. And if he lost his wallet, then this sensor signals where the purse is located.

You can place this sensor in the clothes? Moaz: Yes

So here are some interesting things he does. And what else does he do?

Also Moaz made a robot. Moaz: If this robot sees fire, it extinguishes the fire and sends a message to the phone.

And how does he put out the fire? Moaz: Extinguishing with spray.

It is very interesting that Moaz made a robot last year.

It's such a robot, if he feels that there's a fire somewhere, he goes there or goes .... It's on wheels?

This robot is on wheels and if he feels that there is fire somewhere, then he goes to that side and extinguishes this fire. Very interesting.

I understand that this boy will become an engineer. He carries with him many different adaptations.

Is there a sensor? Dany: Yes, the fire sensor that he spoke.

This sensor catches the fire. And what does he do? What are you doing. Moaz: I'm opening the application.

Catching the fire

And from what distance does the fire catch? Moaz: 1 meter.

Is there a more distant distance? Moaz: No, it's not. In my project so ...

And that he is somewhere studying? Dany: Do you study somewhere? Moaz: Yes, Kunt online Academy.

There are on-street Hirzamen Electronics courses.

Denis a question, does Moaz study at school online? Moaz: Academy. There passes certification.

Passed competitions between inventors and Moaz took first place in Alexandria.

And he also participated in the world championship, but there he did not win. But, in the championship of Alexandria he won. His invention is this robot.

He even got a certificate.

UPDATE - Europe Trip 2018 announcement! - Duration: 9:58.

Hello hello world!

Hello hello guys.

It is time to sit down on my couch.

We are back on my couch here in B-Town Brampton.

Yeah, in Brampton.

And we have another trip to announce.

Yes, we well the trip has already happened actually.

We've been fast.

So we wanted to let you know what is coming up on our channel.

Yeah.

So you tell us about the UK first.

So in terms of the UK I did a project in Northern Ireland.

Mmmhmm.

And that happened last summer and so we're finally getting around to editing that footage

and while you were doing that you were in?

While you were doing that I was in sorry guys I was in London.

Hahaha.

You were in London.

I was in Northern Ireland.

A rare a rare chance for us to be apart.

I know.

We split up to film separately.

Yeah.

So yeah, we've been sitting on that footage because it was actually for a campaign for

Visit Britain and a commercial as well.

Um but now that there stuff is live we can actually play around with the footage.

Yeah.

So we want to share the trip with you guys on YouTube.

Yeah, and it was a really cool project.

Like basically the concept was we did something different for every hour of the day.

Yes.

For 24 hours.

That means I was running around for 24 hours in London showing you guys 24 activities so

yeah that will be coming up soon.

It was definitely a fun project.

Not a lot of sleep though for both of us.

No.

It was really busy.

And yeah the big trip that we want to announce is that we've been doing an annual trip with

my parents.

So the first time we went to Southeast Asia with them.

Yeah.

Then we went to South America.

Last year was India and this year we're taking them to Europe for the 1st time.

Yes.

That means we're heading back to Europe.

We've got a 10 week trip with them covering 12 different destinations.

Yeah.

And I've got to admit like you said we've already finished the trip.

Yes.

But we can give you kind of a little taster of what is to come.

Yeah, exactly.

So out of the 12 destinations the 1st place we started off was in Lisbon and what was

your favorite thing there?

Eating egg tarts.

Hahaha.

Pasteis de Nata.

Yeah, that is pretty good.

And for me yeah it was that and also wandering around and jumping on and off the trolley.

Yeah.

So after Lisbon we continued over to Porto.

A new city for both of us.

Yes.

Highlight for me was drinking port wine.

Oh, that was so much fun.

That was so much fun.

Yeah, I remember that day so well.

We all went out with my parents and little cheese and chocolate samples.

It was good.

Oh my gosh that was good.

And for me it was just the classic views of the city and walking along the big bridge

there.

So from there we ended up taking a long route over to Madrid.

We had uh a long connection through that little town what was it called?

Bigo.

Vigo!

Vigo!

Vigo.

We had a few hiccups.

Yes.

We didn't really plan transport days properly.

Yeah.

But you guys will get to see that.

You'll get to see all of that.

But eventually we made it to Madrid.

So yeah the highlight in Madrid for me was going back and walking through the green spaces

and also showing my parents the city for the first time.

For me it was eating churros with hot chocolate.

Hahaha.

Lots of food experiences.

Yeah, a lot of food.

Well it is goo that we are mentioning the food because we do have food vlogs coming

up as well.

Yeah.

So then we took a high speed train from Madrid to Valencia.

Again a new city for all of us.

All 4 of us including my parents.

We love this place.

You really liked what was it the market?

The market.

We were staying right across from the central market.

Like we could see it from our balcony and we went there every single day.

The highlight for me was the food in the market.

Yeah, it was so good.

And the highlight for me was going on a bike ride with my Dad.

There is some really nice again green spaces there.

Yeah, massive parks there.

Yeah, so then we took a long bus ride over to Granada and actually just before we got

to Granada like we even experienced some snow if you guys can believe it.

Yes, that was crazy.

Yeah, so what was the highlight for Granada for you?

We went to a Flamenco show yeah which I had never done before.

That was super cool and they also had lots of Moroccan food in Granada.

Yeah, so I enjoyed that.

Yeah, that is true and I mean the Alhambra is a pretty famous place so I loved going

there.

It was one of those attractions that lived up to the hype.

Yeah.

So then what we did was ended up flying from Malaga which is a place nearby Granada and

we flew to Rome.

And the next 3 places that we visited in Italy were all new for us.

So Rome was a big chaotic city.

Um, we spent almost a week there and yeah we saw most of the main attractions.

Yeah, it wasn't my favorite city.

I have to admit I found it really overwhelming and traffic was just nuts.

It was nuts.

We had really good food.

We found an amazing local pizzeria.

Oh yeah.

Remember that place?

Oh yeah.

Oh my gosh.

We made an entire pizza video.

And I guess the hahaha.

We sure did.

Another one.

If you guys can believe it.

I know.

Hahaha.

It is kind of embarrassing.

But yeah we did make another pizza video and the highlight for me was wandering around

at night and seeing Rome at night.

So then the cool thing about our travels in Italy is that we had high speed trains for

all of these trips.

So they were a lot shorter than some of our other trips.

Yeah, so then we went to Florence.

Again a new city for us.

Um, what did you like about Florence?

Art.

Art.

Museums.

Art and museums and my favorite thing about Florence was the one sunset I saw.

It was absolutely incredible.

I was by myself.

You went out on your own.

I went out on my own.

I wasn't there.

I did a lot of filming on my own on this trip too.

Like especially at night.

I did a lot more night photography than normal.

And that was kind of cool.

So then from Florence we went to Venice.

Oh and that is where our family friend Val joined us.

So then our group became 5.

Yeah.

It wasn't just Sam's parents anymore.

And it was great.

It was a really great addition.

The group dynamic was awesome with her.

She is so easy going and yeah we loved having her come along and join us.

Um, she joined us in our Southeast Asia trip the very first trip we did with my parents.

Yeah.

Going way back.

So it was nice to have her back.

Kind of like a bit of a reunion.

And yeah, Venice was really cool.

My favorite part of being there was actually island hopping.

I did so much island hopping and I got to explore more than just Venice.

For me there was a massive snowstorm that hit Venice.

Like I don't know how often the city yeah gets snow.

But it looked so pretty.

That was the beast of the east.

Beast from the East.

And yeah, normally temperatures were apparently supposed to be like highs of 10 and lows of

around 2 or 3 (degrees).

But like with this Beast from the East it got down to minus -12 with windchill.

Yeah.

Like it was properly cold.

Brutal.

It really tested our wardrobe because like we packed for sort of like I don't know zero

degree weather but not like minus 10 or minus 12.

So we literally threw on everything we had.

Yeah.

Just to survive.

We weren't very fashionable in Venice.

No no.

That is for sure.

Definitely not.

So then the cool thing after Venice was that we took a ferry back to Croatia.

Kind of like viceversa from what we did last year.

We ended up stopping off in Split.

Yes.

Which was cool because we only saw it last year when we were heading to Hvar Island.

Yep.

So it was cool to properly explore Split.

My favorite thing in Split was actually some of the nature walks.

And for me the seafood.

Yeah.

And we also had an amazing burger there.

Oh yeah with truffle mayo.

Yeah.

Yeah.

The food was a highlight.

And we've got two food videos coming up from there.

Both of those things.

So that was really really cool.

And then from there we went to Dubrovnik.

Mmmhmm.

And we've always wanted to go there.

It is an amazing kind of like city.

It is just one of those visually stunning cities.

Yes.

And we got to one of it was kind of like a double edged sword we kind of loved and loathed

it at the same time was the fact that our apartment was so high up from the Old Town.

We got such an amazing view but it was really tiring having to walk up those steps.

Yep.

I'm trying to remember how many steps was it?

Like four hundred and something?

Yeah, it was a lot.

It was something ridiculous.

It was a lot.

We had to do that everytime we wanted to go into the town.

But the views were unforgettable.

And I think the highlight for both of us was walking along the wall.

Yes.

Yep.

That is the one must thing you have to do in Dubrovnik.

We agree on.

We can totally agree on.

Mmmhmm.

And then from there we ended up flying to Athens in Greece.

Mmmhmm.

And this was a return trip for us.

It was our parents first time to visit.

Um, we had you'll see what is going to come up in the video.

We had kind of like mixed things happened to us in Athens.

I'm not going to say anything beyond that.

Hahaha.

Yeah, I'm not going to say anything beyond that.

Maybe we should.

What happened in Athens?

Tell the world.

Okay.

I guess I will.

Well, yeah.

Briefly.

Briefly.

Briefly, there was like one of us got robbed.

Yes.

So you'll find out who.

On the metro.

You'll find out who.

One of the 5 of us.

That is all we're going to say.

Oh my gosh.

Anyways yeah the highlights.

What was good about Athens?

The highlight for me was just all of the different vantage points.

Getting some really good photography and video that was a real highlight for me.

And I think like you enjoyed the street food that we had.

The street food and the ruins.

Yeah, the ruins and gyros and the street food.

There was a lot of cool stuff.

Mmmhmm.

And then we finished things off.

We took a ferry over to Santorini Island.

Final destination.

Final destination and it was just a perfect way to finish off.

Like when we first arrived in Santorini we were a little worried like is there going

to be enough to actually do here.

Mmmhmm.

And it ended up being like there was something literally something to do everyday.

So much hiking on the island.

I never knew about that.

I thought it was just like luxury hotels and you just walk through these pretty white towns.

But there is so much hiking to do all over.

There is so much more and in fact that was our favorite thing.

Basically getting outdoors and doing adventure types of stuff.

Yeah.

And yeah, that was basically that is the 12 destinations 10 week trip we did with my parents.

Mmmhmm.

I think it is going to be a really fun series.

It is going to be nice because my Dad (George) makes a lot of appearances in this.

Yes.

And I think you'll find his uh quirky personality quite funny.

He certainly kept us laughing on this trip.

Yeah.

And uh yeah it was just a really great trip.

We really appreciate the opportunity to travel with our family.

And it was awesome and so please come and join us for this Euro trip adventure that

we have.

Alright it is coming.

It is coming.

Soon.

Soon!

Bye.

Bye.

Nyx for the first time

Miter for Nullifiers

Current Focus

Save energy up before reaching a console, cast 4th to be invincible there, and

make myself a decoy to protect the console. Also casting the 3rd will make it safer.

Watch out for Nullifiers and Energy Leeches. Bring some weapon to kill them, or blast them with Operator.

Save energy up again while moving to a next console, then repeat. Enjoy!

The Quantum Manifestation Process #1 Alternative to the Law of Attraction - Duration: 14:30.

this video I'm going to be sharing with you the number one alternative to the

law of attraction manifestation process and something that I think can

revolutionize the whole way you go about achieving what you want welcome back to

video my name is Erin and I help people expand their consciousness now in this

video we're gonna be going more into a quantum manifestation process that can

help you to create what you want more faster than ever

quicker than ever so what this has to do with is understanding some of these

ideas of what we're learning with quantum physics what science is starting

to show us and how we can apply it in our life and I would say that this can

completely change your life if you start to apply it because a lot of what we

experience in our life has to do with the stories that we tell ourselves so

there's a certain narrative we have about who we are about how we like

relate to the world and then that continues to be something that we

perpetuate over and over again but wouldn't we change the model for the way

that we see the world everything can change in such a powerful way now I

recently did a video that was on a quantum manifestation process and it got

such great feedback from you guys that I thought I would elaborate on this and go

more in detail to why this can be so much more powerful now first off let's

talk about the idea of the stories that we tell ourselves and how we can

transcend the old identity now we all have something that we call the ego or

we could even call it just simply our identity so the way that I see myself my

self image is something that I continue to always perpetuate even subconsciously

so when I go out into the world I am subconsciously projecting the self

image onto other people and other people are responding to that self image

whether they realize it or not so the thing is is that in order to really

create powerful change in our life we must change our self image so for

example if you see yourself as only able to make a certain amount per year maybe

it's like $60,000 a year you won't actually get to 100,000 if you don't

change your self image as well otherwise you'll keep trying really hard

but things will always come into play so that it brings you back to that base

point now this is also what they call a cybernetic mechanism now a cybernetic

mechanism is something that always reverts back to its base point of what

it's set to think of this like a temperature I have a gauge right over

there on the wall if I were to move that up to let's say

75 degrees what would happen is it would get to 75 degrees and then if a window

were to open and it were to go up or down the AC would kick on and it would

bring it back to that 75 degrees or the heater would kick on and bring it back

up to that 75 degrees so that's what it's set at so if you really want to

make change you have to go over to the thermostat you have to turn it up to

what you want or down to what you want now in the same way you have a

self-image for the way that you see yourself and if you see yourself at the

same subconscious base level that you always have you will always get the same

results now let me tell you why quantum manifestation can really revolutionize

the way that you see yourself and the way that you go or about the process

well the way we see ourselves has to do with reference experiences things that

have happened in the past you know there's one time something happened and

then in that moment we decided this is Who I am we may have learned growing up

that making money is hard that if you make a certain amount of money you start

to get judged subconsciously we might not you know of course consciously would

say that's ridiculous I'd rather have the money but subconsciously that many

times is running itself out now we have these stories also that tell us how

worthy we are you know going through a certain pass growing up you may have

been through unfortunate events like most people have and then you may have

gotten meaning from that that said this is Who I am therefore subconsciously

perpetuating more and more of those same types of experiences so let me show you

what quantum mechanics can do for that and for that understanding so the quanta

manifestation process has this awareness that you are not the result of your past

you are who you choose to be in the present moment right now this is a

game-changer now normally we are the reference experiences we are all of

these things that lead up to Who I am right now in the present moment

that's an outdated belief and that's a belief that will just continue to

perpetuate itself let's look at the idea of time the idea of time is really an

idea because time doesn't exist the way that we think it does what really is

happening is there are an infinite number of parallel realities that exist

this is what science has shown this is what we've been really been researching

more and more tiss what I've been really interested in as well and what this

awareness is is that what we think of as time is actually the movement and the

shifting through different parallel realities now of course we are having a

time-space linear type experience so there's a certain correlation between

what there's a consistency to what we experience however what we do is we put

so much power on what has happened in the past that we continue to create

things in that linear time frame over and over and over again that's why most

people out of the 60 to 70 thousands we the thoughts we think a day 90% of

recycle from the day before we aren't habits we are creatures of

habit so therefore we continue to create that over and over again

therefore get the same result when you become aware that the only moment that

exists is this moment right now because even when you said oh I experienced the

past when it was the past it was this moment right now you will never get to

the future because when the future gets here it will be this moment right now

this is one long moment from so many different perspectives and when you

start to understand this it can change everything because then you realize I am

NOT the result of the past I am just who I choose to be in the present moment

happy this kind of awareness will help you to create a bigger gap between that

of what you were and who you are this will help you to say you know normally

we say okay in order to manifest something great into my life I have to

do X Y Z all of these things that's being attached to the how what if

instead what you could do is simply chose to be who you prefer to be what if

you could just say you know what I've been telling myself this story my whole

life the moment you become aware of the story you tell yourself you can decide

to let it go it no longer has power over you because you are aware of it think of

this in the same way as the form of a have it anytime you have a habit of

something you're doing the moment you become aware that it's a habit is no

longer a habit it becomes a choice because you're aware that you're doing

it so for example you could say oh body not my fingernails right now I want to

stop this habit I always do this right all right you know find my fingernails

however what you could say is the moment you become where you let me I'll bite my

fingers I don't prefer to do that if you put your finger in your mouth from that

point then it means that it's a choice and when you have that realization why

don't you just choose something else it's a concept that can really change

everything in the present moment you are not the result of your past you are who

you choose to be in the present moment the only thing that will keep you

manifesting negative things in your life is the attachments you have two things

that have happened in the past or the attachments you have to who you think

you are from the point of your self-image change your self-image and

choose and say I am who I choose to be in the present moment right now this has

changed my life in many ways because sometimes I have these big goals and I

think that because it took me so long to get to this place it has to take me this

long to get to this place I'm who I choose to be in the present moment back

in the day when I was working through some of the emotional stuff I went

through when I was a kid that was something had a lot of power over me but

I went on and I started to understand these ideas guess what it happened it

was a reference experience it made me stronger but I am who I choose to be in

the present moment I'm gonna let go of that narrative and start to know that

I'm worthy you can do the same thing now let me share with you a couple other

ideas from the quantum manifestation process that can totally revolutionize

the way you go about everything now this is something I've shared before and this

is something that uh that I think you'll find very powerful you aren't here your

goals are here normally what we do is we give ourselves permission we say once I

get this I then give myself permission and to feel a certain way I will then

allow myself to have the serotonin and the dopamine go through my body and get

my self validation and Happiness because this has happened but this thing

happening is only in the mind think about it what if we lowered the bar of

expectation of what had to happen for us to be happy because this is the game

changer when you make it more about your state of being when you increase your

state of being everything happens easier anyways but

you have to increase your state of being this is why following your passion and

doing what you really feel like doing can really be powerful for you and this

is coming from a guy that for the longest time was just preaching hard

work hard work we're still gives you places however it will get you places in

a very resistant type way but if you mix hard work with more so what you're

passionate about it won't feel like hard work I get up every day I make videos I

edit videos I do business stuff for the first about 6 hours of my day but guess

what I enjoy doing it I really enjoy making videos I get into a flow state

it's something so win-win for me so it's not that hard but sometimes to get

momentum going you do have to put in a little bit more effort in the beginning

but that effort can be something that you enjoy the feeling of so what I

encourage you to do and what I've had the biggest epiphany I've had recently

where I recently I mean last couple months is instead of trying to get to

this external place of a certain amount of growth you know a certain amount of

subscribers a certain amount of lifestyle why not enjoy the journey am i

enjoying the journey increasing my state of being I then will perceive a more and

more experiences of what I want and get there much faster this is something like

that reality Tran surfing process I've been sharing also talks about there's an

infinite number of parallel realities that exist and based on our perception

that will determine which ones and which kind of experiences we have based on our

state of being so anytime we make a choice or a decision it's shifting us to

different parallel realities and when we increase our state of being we start to

create a thread ones that we shift to that is more

conducive of the way we prefer to be now raising your vibration is one of the

most powerful ways that you'll do that and I've created a free meditation that

will help you to raise your vibrational set point so that you're able to create

from a much higher point of view it uses NLP it's a meditation that I think can

ability to change your life I recommend you listen to it for 21 days to get the

best benefit it's absolutely treat free it's in the top of the description box

below you can go ahead and download it and it will help you to do that when you

raise an your vibrational set point which is also with yourself images you

start to see yourself differently you start to feel differently and then you

start to create from a much more powerful state of being so that can be

the biggest game-changer is how can I more so increase my state of being by

lowering the bar of expectation you know you can feel grateful and excited just

to go eat something just to go outside and walk around in your backyard or walk

around in a park you can start to make that the barrier for entry instead of

saying when I get $10,000 of unexpected income then I can be happy when this

magical thing happens in my life then I can be happy when this person comes into

my life then I can be happy enjoy the process of being who you are now if

you're a single and you want a relationship enjoy the process of being

single and paradoxically enough bye and join being single you will create it

much more powerfully in your life because you can drop the story you know

there's a story you have in your narrative about who you are who you

attract into your life and because of that story that will continue to create

more and more experiences that go in correlation with that story but if you

want to shed those patterns guess what you are not the result of your past you

are who you choose to be in the present moment right now this is a game changer

just to change my life I've been coaching people for a long time this has

been the biggest game changer for so many people is this understanding of

time and this understanding of how you relate to who you think that you are and

how you relate to time in general you aren't here your goals are here make

it a choice that you feel what you would feel here now in the present moment by

being aware of what you're grateful for in your life by just simply choosing to

enjoy the process as you do that things will happen more quickly than ever raise

your vibrational set point raise these self image for the way that you see

yourself and simply decide that yo I am who I choose to be in the present moment

I'm not the result of my past and right now I choose whatever you choose I

choose love I choose to enjoy the moment I do I prefer to be so what's that be

upset I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel

Utopia Driver Backrest for GL1800 | Rick's Reviews Episode 15 | WingStuff.com - Duration: 3:00.

Welcome to episode 15 of Rick's Reviews

where I'll share my thoughts and insights on the products that I use and enjoy with all of you

Today I'll be talking about the Utopia backrest for the Honda Goldwing

I've been familiar with Utopia Backrests since I started in the motorcycle industry years ago

They were the innovators and the first company to ever make a driver backrest that went into a stock seat

There was a dramatic difference before I installed the backrest compared to when it was on the bike

They're very comfortable. I love the adjustability and the quality is about the best that I've seen

Something was missing until I had it on the bike and I knew that.

because I've been riding it without

and my comfort level, my back just wasn't the same as soon as I put it on the bike it was like ah

Why did I wait so long?

It goes into your stock seat you have to

Put a small slice into your seat

it goes through to the bottom of the base plate, secures and

A lot of people over the years have worried about putting a slice in their seat because they think that it's gonna

Split further later on. Won't happen. I have never in all these years seen that happen once

There's a lot of other brand backrests out there on the market that work well

But I'm just such a huge fan of the Utopia. I've had it on every GoldWing. I've owned for one reason

I'm just so happy with it

The people that make them, it's a family-owned company. They put a lot of pride in their product, and you could tell

Every time I've put one on it's exactly as I expect it to be.

The material they use is super soft. Just like the stock seat

matches the bike perfectly

I went to San Luis Obispo a while back

and I didn't have it on my bike because I was busy and I didn't install it yet and

That was an all day ride up and back. It's beautiful up there and my back hurt. I mean I had lower

Back aches and pains, and you know it just wasn't real comfortable, so I put the Utopia on the bike

And then I had done that trip again later with the Utopia

What a difference. I mean it was just amazing. Night and day. I didn't have any cramps my lower back felt good

I can roll that throttle on I don't have to tense my back up I was so relaxed and I will never

Ride again without that backrest

In der GANZEN WELT Praktika machen - so geht's! | A Trail of Glitter - Duration: 15:11.

Oh God. I haven't done this in a long time...

Hey! It's great to have you here at A Trail of Glitter.

Today I'll tell you how you can get internships all over the world

and actually live in places

than just being a tourist.

I'm gonna start by telling you my own story

how I got to do various internships

and to go abroad a couple of times

all over the world.

So, it started directly after I finished school

when I lived and worked in Paris for a year.

I was working in a kindergarden there

with an organisation that was called AJEFA.

And I actually found that quite coincidentally

because I didn't have a clue what to do after school.

So I never really thought about what I'd like to do

while I was in school

and then suddenly I was finishing school

and I was like:

Woah...

What am I gonna do with my life now?!

I guess a lot of know that situation.

What I did then was looking on the internet

for options what to do

and I actually intuitively knew

that I wanna go abroad.

Of course you have the standard options

like workcamps, FSJ, weltwärts, work and travel

all those things

but I just didn't want to do this.

Then I found an offer on the internet

for an internship in Paris.

But I'd pay a million bucks

Bleeding out on the living room rug

Just not give a fuck

Telling you the truth, you make it so damn hard to

I bet beggars can't be choosers

Get out at my front yard, we do

Now and then, we got a little too hard

I just want anybody but you

Fuck I want anybody else but you

No more waking up in your room

No more waking up in your room

No more waking up in your room

Fuck I want anybody else but you

Fuck I want anybody else but you

No more waking up in your room

No more waking up in your room

Anybody but you

I just wanna drink about, drink about

Fuck I want anybody else but you

No more waking up in your room

Can't stop picturing my lips on you

Fuck about anybody else but you, you

Drink about anybody else but you

To think about anybody else but you

But I'd pay a million bucks

Bleeding out on the living room rug

I'm trying so hard to not to give a fuck

too much information

Now and then, I get a bit impatient

Say a little too much, I do

Now and then, I get a little too drunk

Chip as I did he will become a great son, man

and father.

The #1 Secret Hustle Technique (How to Make Work Easy!!!) - Duration: 15:03.

What is up! It is Spencer here

And today I am celebrating is a reset, to restart,

and reconfigure what is going on in my life.

And I want to invite you and your life to consider these things as well

these elements that I've been exploring and playing around with

as I began to take my journey more seriously,

so if resetting and re-calibrating where you're at

in your tracks, on your journey

as you're speeding through life

if that's something that interests you then Subscribe

because these are going to be the following few videos for the next couple of weeks on my channel

as it's something that resonates with me at the moment

and tune in, and don't forget to comment at the end of this video because

I am always there

Always having conversations with you

and especially I love people that like to challenge the topic at hand

I love that. I embrace it, so let's get into it!

So, the wonderful news is that Spring is here

This might not concern you if you don't live somewhere where I live, where there's obviously snow, as you can see

But spring is here and people like myself and probably like you

We like to adapt to cycles, and that's why when it comes to new year's we've got resolutions

When it comes to Birthdays, we've got .. Resolutions!

When it comes to Spring - we start cleaning!

What I'm more interested in cleaning is my life.

and my schedule. Up until a few months ago I was the kind of person

as you know if you've been following my channel - to have the kind of jobs

You know jobs that pay me not careers jobs where someone else makes my schedule

Someone else tells me my hours, and all I have to do is obey

So it's totally just a set it and forget it kind of situation

if you've been following my channel you know that I'm the "Feminist who reveals shocking truth about pickup artist seminar"

you know that I had an internship with real social dynamics

because I networked pretty hard at the hot seats and got to know the CEO and etc etc and

And now my internship has turned into a job that is paying me

This is what I'm doing now. This! this is what I'm doing, after this I go to work

Where is work? my home. Wherever I want it to be because that's what happens at a job like what I have right now

If you want to learn more about how I got that position my buddy Brian Choi

He's coming out with a video where he interviewed me, and we go in depth about that experience

I will put a link to that video when it comes out on this video so that you could see what is up

How I got that - because there's no point jumping into it since Brian did an excellent job of pulling that information out of me

Moving on!

so what I've noticed

Not having someone else giving me my schedule, giving me my hours, telling me what to do.

You know working for the man, man

What I've noticed is that "oh my God! Now, I'm the whoa-man. Now I'm in charge. I mean I have bosses.

I have supervisors, I have people who are superior to me in the food chain of what is real social dynamics while I'm working on the team

But, at the end of the day, I'm the one who has to get my shit done

I'm fully accountable for everything I do. I set my schedule. I cannot work, I can work.

I could work all damn day. I could work all day start to finish. I can work two hours

I can do whatever. In fact, there are probably some tasks that

No one would really know if I didn't do them, so why not just put that to the side

Or just get rid of it, sweep it under the rug. so that's where I'm finding myself right now. It's something

I'm not really familiar with because if you have been following the channel then you know that I have been the cashier at the grocery

Story, which is just down the road I have been the garbage sorter

Which I'm very very fond of I could put a link to that video as well

"its training You how to say present in pain

Because everybody wants to be really present positive right? everybody wants to be mentally tough right? you want to have mental toughness right?

Well, where did you get that from without going through things? So you-"

I have been all of these things and more \

and I have embraced it because I like that grind I like really putting the hustling and breaking my back over some work

I didn't mind

I Never ever complained about someone else making my own hours

I never complained about the BS of that kind of work ever that was always something that I was ready and willing to embrace

Because I knew it was that kind of work. That would give me the drive to push forward and have that work ethic

I guess, emulate in new situations such as working on the marketing team of real social dynamics

A really interesting opportunity that I am extremely grateful for

because of the challenge of

I'm in charge. This is my life. In fact, this is sort of a dream

If you don't think that I haven't been thinking for years

I would love I would love to get a job somewhere in a company like RSD if you don't think that then you're wrong

You've totally misjudged me. I've been wanting this position for so long and now I have it

Have you ever heard people talk about that whole thing of

You want you want you want you see this end result goal and then once you get it?

It's just like oh okay it happened and like I'm here. I'm in it. What do I do with this?

What do I do with this new situation and that's where I'm finding myself right now

My internships done. I'm now in payroll. I'm a real person. I got a deal with this. Oh, and I'm also working

What is my 20 year old dream job? Oh shit it's all happening right now

What's next?!

The truth is I found it pretty challenging

I love what I do

Probably because it is challenging. In former jobs where someone is setting my schedule someone is basically making all of those essential

decisions for me

There's not much I have to do. I just have to comply, which is the challenge in those jobs.

It's kind of like "I'm complying. I'm wearing the uniform. Okay, okay, that's okay. All right. I'm pumped about this, fine."

Whereas now

the challenge is

the freedom. I suppose

With freedom

With freedom and without the proper discipline implemented in that framework of freedom

discipline and freedom. Jocko Willink, right? "Discipline equals Freedom"

Then I found myself sort of swamped in

Stress and confusion and duress and where am I and is this the right path?

And then I would counter that with like "Of course this is the right path, you've wanted this for so long."

I guess maybe it didn't meet your expectations of what you thought would happen, but you're here

And it is cool so run with it, what's going on lady?

that's how that's how I would pep talk myself into this

and I suppose what it would be is in a job like this where people are surrounded

You know throughout the globe and you've got different notifications hitting you left right and centre at different times middle of the night mid day

Whatever you're hanging out with your family something came up. Oh no

You have to understand and implement a framework where that type of freedom that's running loose all this

information and notifications and situations running loose running wild - there has to be

something, a container to put it in whether that container is a schedule you respect or what have you

A mindset, a way to approach it. That's something that I'm exploring - so this past weekend what I did was

I want to say almost totally put work aside,

I didn't, but I did, you know, very little hours and did

Not very demanding tasks in those few hours that I did this weekend and instead I put everything aside

And I shut everything off I shut my mind off, and I did what would be

appropriately called at this time of year "spring cleaning"

I cleaned my apartment. My girlfriend was away for the weekend, so I had the whole place to myself

I had my thoughts to myself. I could do anything. I had the freedom and in my freedom

I was choosing it silence work and just work on myself because I understood that I must first take care of myself in order to

Make the right actions in this life on the outside of "the self"

So I cleaned my apartment, and I really got into it. You know

I'm not just doing it to like power through but more so just like this is a process

This is a nurturing process things have to be organized. boom, got that out of the way

I then complimented that activity later in the evening when it was dark and I took my psilocybin mushrooms and

Went deep down that rabbit Hole. Had a lot of feelings, thoughts

Revelations, which really are just sensations and theories which I must now put into action

I'm now beginning to integrate what I've gotten from that experience and put it into my day-to-day practical life because yes

I did take psilocybin mushrooms in order to just figure out

the logistics of my schedule. It may not sound very

Beautiful or whoo-whoo, like you would think. You would take psychedelics in order to

Have the great deep universe give you the message of the all of the everything

But in fact that is what happened because the all in the everything is totally

It coincides and works with just your little practical schedule like when you wake up. What do you eat?

What do you drink etc etc etc?

And ultimately the great, takeaway

was from this book that I've been reading the past week that I knew I had to read or it was just thoughts that I

Had to begin taking seriously in my life as I am now on the course

Exactly where I want to be

exactly as I predicted it working for the company that I wanted to work for I'm on this course and

Because I'm here. I have to make it work

I can't just let these opportunities slip through my fingertips

And be like whoa I got the thing I want and now I'll just not work for it anymore

absolutely not

What I believe is that years the years leading up to working for real social dynamics the years

I always felt like an ambassador and I touch on this in the interview with Brian

I always felt like an ambassador of the company. I almost was sort of tuned in at the paradigm

Where as if I was working for the company as well

So then once I got integrated into company culture, it was like "Well, this is where I belong"

and now thinking about it

There's no reason to feel

like I should take my foot off the gas pedal of the competitive edge and

The belief that I put into my journey to get me to where I am now

So what I did the past week was I read this book by Greg McKeown. However. It's pronounced. It's called "Essentialism"

And in this book it - well,

Let's just summarize it really quickly it's like "How to say no" "when to say no"

Or rather "when to do" "what to execute on" "the who what when where why" and the big thing is the WHY

and like is it worth your time?

bringing attention to

the importance of understanding your boundaries, my boundaries, and knowing that

Listen if I want to be great excellent if I want to give

For instance if I'm talking to my superior if I want to give you

everything

then I have to take what I know I can give you everything on

I Have to know my boundaries and structure it in a way where it's like

I know when I will get to this task. It's not gonna be today. It's not gonna be tomorrow, but heck

It's gonna be Wednesday

So just stay tuned

and Now let's shut the fuck up. because I'm gonna set it and forget it and respect my boundaries in order to produce the greatest work

Possible for you

So that was for me the great takeaway from this book "Essentialism" by Greg McGowan. Whatever it might be and

I feel like with spring coming. I'm on this path of the reset as I said earlier in the video, and I want you

my

'Tribe' so to speak, my followers, my friends, my contrarians to join me on that reset as well because this is

What needs to be happening it needs to be a consistent effort of pulling the weeds pulling the weeds pulling the weeds

Constantly re-evaluating where you are and questioning why it is that you're not where it is that you want to be?

That "you want to be". Why is it that you are not where you want to be and that's a really really serious question

It's such a valid question

Because it should be something you could answer

not with the excuses not with I'm not where I want to be because of X Y & Z

Honestly, they might be valid excuses too, but then you have to ask yourself

Well, then what else what else how do I get there? How do I do it? Is that even where I want to be?

When you see yourself and the things you want to do and the things you want to accomplish

Does that actually sell is that something you actually want to do?! Is that something you want to do because

I Beg you, I beg, I am begging you I'm begging you

To understand that we are in a world where we are told to want things that we might not necessarily

want

We might not necessarily want and the only way to figure this out

The only way to figure out

Where it is that you are and where it is that you want to be the things that you want to have

the person that you

want to be

A lot of that is clouded by messages that are

not necessarily ours

But influences from all around us as we are growing up from school from friends from parents from advertisements

Again and again hitting you at all sorts of directions even when you don't realize that it's happening

how to deal with this?! Something I've been dealing with for so0oo0oo

long!

Well, it's exactly that, it's the reset

It's taking the time to turn everything off and to look deeply within yourself

I do not believe that you need psilocybin mushrooms to do such a thing

No, forget it. Very beneficial go for it if you can, do it safely, if you can

I'm not a doctor by the way

Just note that

However, all you need to do is just turn everything off, turn work off, turn your

relationships off. put a pause, but a respectful pause, plan for it, plan for the pause

And think and write and evaluate, and I'm going to end the video here because again like I said I am on the reset journey

I'm on the reset journey, but it's already feeling great, and it's not over yet

You're still more to look at I still have to evaluate the reset itself. is this reset working?

How could it be better? how could it be better? How can we be better?

What do I want? where am I going?

So those are the questions and those are the thoughts that I invite you to play with this week as to be embraced

What is spring

Spring concerns you at the moment wherever you are in the world

Please comment below and let me know where you are in the world

I'd be very very curious to know where my viewers are, where it is that you're watching me, where it is that we are meeting

The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman - Duration: 26:52.

The 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman

The 5 Love Languages, from 2015, is a contemporary guide to developing a relationships of lifelong

love that can easily overcome the hurdles that modern couples face.

These blinks detail the five ways people give and feel love, and how any couple can use

this knowledge to make their relationship more nurturing, affectionate and compassionate.

Who should read this?

- Lovers wanting to know what to expect from marriage and how to make theirs work

- Couples in crisis - People who want to meet their partner's

needs and have theirs met in return

Who wrote the book?

Gary Chapman, a pastor, public speaker, marriage counselor and author, has given speeches and

proffered advice, both in the United States and abroad, on the topics of marriage, family

and relationships.

He is the host of a nationally syndicated radio program and a senior associate pastor

at Calvary Baptist Church in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

What's in it for me?

Bring renewed attention to how you communicate with your partner.

English, Mandarin, Swahili, Quechua: the world is full of languages, and most of us

don't understand a single word if a person talks to us in a language we don't speak.

In fact, trying to communicate without a shared language is fertile ground for misunderstanding,

conflict and resentment.

Luckily, however, most of us speak the same language as our partner.

Or do we?

Actually, in a sense, we really don't.

There are different languages or ways to express love, and understanding your own and your

partner's primary way of communicating is a crucial part of any good relationship or

marriage.

In these blinks you will learn about the human need for love, the way love is communicated

between people and how to identify the love language you speak.

In these blinks, you'll discover

how Mark's and Andrea's marriage was lost in translation;

why being in love only lasts for two years; and

how a bad Christmas gift can influence communications with your partner.

Love is a human need that's defined by your emotional well-being.

If there's one word in the English language that's both absolutely essential and totally

confusing it's the word "love."

But despite its countless meanings, philosophers and religious thinkers alike agree that love

is essential to a full and fulfilling life.

So how should you think about love?

Well, first of all it's important not to get confused by the word's many definitions.

Instead you should concentrate on the type of love that's key to your emotional health.

So, while we use the word in countless ways – in reference to objects like ice cream,

cars or jewelry; to describe our feelings about activities like jogging, hiking and

dancing; and when talking about emotional connections to parents or partners – we

also use it to pin down a romantic feeling.

And the easiest way to define what love means to you is to take a look at the sources of

your emotional fulfillment.

That's because the need to be loved and appreciated is rooted deep in human nature.

For instance, child psychologists have shown that all children have emotional needs that,

if left unmet, can result in emotional instability.

The most important ones?

Love and affection.

So, love is clearly important and you need a way to measure it.

One way to gauge whether your emotional needs are being met is to pay attention to your

love tank.

Just as a car can't drive without gas, you can't function without love, and if your

need for love and affection isn't adequately met you'll end up with an empty tank.

Keeping your love tank full is an essential component of a healthy marriage.

All solid marriages require fuel.

For example, the author has a client who thinks that financial gain and material possessions

can't compensate for an empty love tank.

The way he sees it, a fancy house, expensive cars and a beach house don't mean anything

if your wife doesn't love you.

Relationships change as the joy of falling in love fades; communication is the only solution.

You might have noticed that there's always some new expert or book claiming to know the

secret to long-lasting marriage.

Yet plenty of couples still struggle to keep their love afloat after the honeymoon period,

when the euphoria of falling in love starts to wane.

It makes you wonder how being in love affects us, doesn't it?

Well, being in love makes us view the world through rose-tinted glasses.

Here's how:

The first phase of attraction, the thing that gets relationships started, is marked by what's

called the in-love phenomenon.

It's the obsessive, instinctual part of love that's closest to our animal instinct

to reproduce and perpetuate the species.

This initial phase clouds our judgment.

And it's also been closely studied.

For instance, psychologist Dorothy Tennov conducted an in-depth analysis of the in-love

phenomenon, and, after studying hundreds of couples, she found that the average lifespan

of most relationships that centered around romance was just two years!

That's because once the rapture of falling in love wears off reality starts to set in.

To survive this difficult transition it's essential for every couple to build an emotional

atmosphere that lets them work through differences and fulfill each other's emotional needs.

But how?

The first step in cultivating such a climate of real love in a marriage that's advancing

beyond its initial stages is effective communication.

Because humans have emotional needs that the short-lived in-love experience can't accommodate.

So, as this feeling fades, it's essential for couples to work on emotional communication

that can sustain their relationship over the long haul.

Not just that, but real love is a choice that means adopting a different attitude and a

new way of thinking.

It's all about defining your expectations for the marriage, and how you share them with

and receive them from your partner.

People feel and express love differently, and understanding your partner's love language

is key to a long-lasting relationship.

Most people know that language consists of more than mere words – there's body language,

for instance, and tone of voice.

Well, the language of love is equally complex.

That's because different people perceive love in different ways, and use different

words and actions to express it.

Essentially, we all speak a different love language.

So, just like being multilingual can be to your advantage, understanding the different

ways love is expressed will help you build a strong, happy relationship.

But this requires couples to devote the necessary time to discovering the nuances of one another's

love language.

It'll be worth the effort, though, because that's the surest route to filling your

partner's love tank – a tool that will help you and your partner excel while supporting

your relationship.

Misunderstandings arise even between partners that have known each other for ages.

Usually, this is because one partner has incorrectly translated the other's love language – an

easy thing to do, considering that, though partners tend to share a lot of common habits,

they often feel and express love differently.

It's uncommon for a person's love language to correspond exactly with that of their partner.

For instance, Mark and Andrea used to disagree on everything except the fact that they both

loved their kids.

Mark knew Andrea was a good mother, but didn't feel her giving him affection.

On the other hand, Andrea knew Mark was a great provider and caretaker for his family

but complained that his 50-hour workweek left no time for him to be with his family.

The problem?

Mark's primary language was physical touch and Andrea's was quality time.

As you can see, understanding your partner's love language is essential.

In the following blinks, you'll learn the grammars of all five love languages, and how

to identify which one your partner is speaking!

Positive, uplifting words of affirmation are a powerful way to express love.

Have you heard of the Greek philosopher Xenophon, one of Socrates's students?

Most people haven't, but he said something that still rings true today: praise is the

sweetest of all sounds.

Words of admiration, praise and encouragement – nothing is sweeter.

In fact, this is the idea behind the love language that's called words of affirmation.

Here's how to speak it:

Give verbal compliments.

This is most effective when done in a simple and straightforward manner; various encouraging,

kind and humble words are all part of the words-of-affirmation language.

For instance, you might tell your partner that they look great in a new outfit, praise

their ability to care for your children or tell them how much you appreciate their sense

of humor.

But if you want to broaden your vocabulary, you can keep a notebook in which you write

down various affirming words you come across, whether in newspapers and magazines, on TV

or in conversation with friends.

Another important thing to keep in mind is that words of affirmation can function beautifully

as requests.

However, when requests are heard as demands, the potential for intimacy deflates and you

risk scaring your partner off.

So, it's important to make sure your words are interpreted as a request, meaning you're

giving guidance, not an ultimatum.

For example, one day a woman entered the author's office complaining that her husband hadn't

painted their bedroom even though she had been asking him to do so for nine months!

The author's advice?

He told her to stop mentioning the painting and start complimenting her husband every

time he did something that she liked.

She was skeptical but followed the author's guidance and a mere three weeks later she

told him it had worked.

The trick was learning that giving verbal compliments is a much better incentive than

making biting criticisms.

Spend quality time with your partner.

The modern age is a time of incessant distraction and time is one of our most valued commodities.

As a result, too many couples get distracted from the heart of romance – spending time

together.

This brings us to the second love language: quality time.

The key to this language?

Undivided attention.

It's not enough to simply be together in the same room.

Quality time is about focusing on your partner and nothing else, even if loads of distractions

lurk behind every corner.

Furthermore, spending quality time with your partner is a primary way for both of you to

feel loved, respected and appreciated.

But remember: lots of married couples think they're spending time together when they're

actually just spending time near each other.

For instance, watching a football game or staring at a computer while chatting with

your partner is not giving them the quality attention they need.

So what exactly is quality time?

Either quality conversations or quality activities.

You probably have a sense of the former, so here's what the latter is:

A quality activity is something that one or both people want to be doing; it's less

about the event itself and more about the chance to express love for each other.

Not only that, but the more common activities you share, the more memories you'll have

to look back on together in the future.

These could be anything from strolling in a park, gardening, seeing a show or even preparing

a meal together.

For instance, Emily loves going to bookstores to scour the stacks for her next great read.

Her husband, Jeff, is not as enthusiastic about literature, but shares this activity

with Emily nonetheless.

He even helps her find books that she might enjoy.

Emily's end of the deal has been learning to identify when Jeff's patience is at the

tipping point and she knows not to spend too long browsing.

As a result, Jeff happily pays for whatever books Emily ends up choosing.

Gifts are visual symbols of love and surprising your partner with regular presents, regardless

of their monetary value, is a great way to show affection.

Take a look at any culture, from the Mayans of long ago to the modern Eskimos living in

the northern tundra, and you'll see that giving gifts is a part of every marital process.

Considering how central the giving of gifts is in all marriages, it's essential to understand

the love language of receiving gifts.

Here's how it works:

If your partner's main love language is receiving gifts, pretty much every gift you

give them will resonate as an expression of true love.

That's because gifts are physical symbols of love that materially express the love one

person has for another.

But what kind of gifts should you give?

It's easy to find out what your partner likes by keeping track of all the presents

that brought them excitement or joy over the years, whether they were from you or someone

else.

It can also be helpful to consult friends and family for gift-giving advice.

And remember: for people who speak the love language of receiving gifts, monetary value

is not the main focus.

In fact, the value lies in the whole process – from having the idea to give a gift, to

going out to get or make it and, finally, the gesture of presenting this symbol of love

to your partner.

For instance, Doug used to give gifts to his wife Kate; when they got married, however,

he stopped.

This was a problem, since Kate's essential love language was receiving gifts.

She quickly began feeling emotionally abandoned.

The author asked Doug why he had stopped and Doug said it just cost him too much money.

Luckily, the author explained that the monetary value of the presents is insignificant and

Doug began showering Kate with random gifts of affection.

This reversed Kate's feelings of abandonment and gave Doug an easy way to express his love.

Doing useful things for your partner is a common way to express love.

Does your partner often wish you would clean up after dinner, take out the trash or wash

the car?

If so, their primary love language might be acts of service.

But how can you attend to this language?

The best way is to intentionally do helpful things for your partner.

These acts of service are essentially things you know your partner would appreciate your

handling – things like vacuuming or paying the bills, for example, or maybe grocery shopping,

helping the kids with their schoolwork or taking the dog to the vet.

But just as you can't demand love, you can't demand acts of service from your partner.

Nor can they from you.

To be truly legitimate, such acts need to be voluntary.

So, instead of asking what your partner can do for you, ask what you can do for your partner.

However, keep in mind that asking this question might require you to take a look at, and maybe

even adjust your views on, traditional gender roles.

For instance, running a home and caring for children is not necessarily a task for women;

learning about acts of service requires you to decide for yourself what your responsibilities

are, regardless of stereotypes.

Just consider Mark, who was raised in a family with a father who never lifted a finger to

do household chores.

His dad saw such tasks as women's work and couldn't imagine himself cleaning the floors

or changing diapers.

Mark, on the other hand, saw how important it was to his wife Mary that he lend a hand

around the house, so he let his gendered stereotypes go.

This allowed him to overcome his stereotypical understanding of his own behavior and communicated

to his wife a great deal of love and respect.

Physical touch is a powerful way to show your love.

Did you know that babies who are caressed, held and kissed go on to lead healthier emotional

lives than those who aren't?

It's true, and it should come as no surprise that physical touch is some people's primary

love language.

If it's your partner's main language you can communicate your love through physical

touch – things like holding hands, kissing, embracing and sexual intercourse.

It's easy to incorporate such gestures into everyday life by holding your partner's

hand when in church or on your way to the movies.

You can also try hugging and kissing your partner when someone else is around; it's

sure to make them feel extra appreciated.

For instance, Jocelyn Green is married to a military man.

Although she and her partner often can't be together physically, she's found ways

to feel connected to him while he's overseas.

If you and your partner also spend a lot of time away from one another, try to find a

way to feel close.

Things like wearing one of your partner's old shirts while skyping, or sending them

a picture, can work wonders.

But when you are with your partner, you can try touching him or her in unexplored places

and asking for feedback about what's pleasurable.

Just remember, your partner is the only one who can say what feels good to them.

In fact, it's key for both people in a relationship to take the time to learn how to touch and

please each other.

If you're looking for creative ways to do so you might find it helpful to study massage

or read up on sexual techniques.

It's also essential to work hard at understanding which subtler forms of physical contact can

fill your partner's love tank.

Vary the pressure of touch.

Experiment!

And of course, when it comes to touch, what's appropriate and inappropriate can only be

determined by you and your partner.

That being said, physical abuse is always inappropriate and should be reported immediately.

Pinpoint your primary love language.

All right, now you know the five love languages, but how can you tell which one is your primary

one?

It's actually pretty easy to find out:

First, ask yourself what you most often request of your partner.

It's likely that the things you ask for the most are the things that you find most

emotionally fulfilling.

Then follow your instincts and consider what comes to mind when you want to feel truly

appreciated.

Perhaps it's spending time with someone or receiving praise.

Once you know what feels good, consider what your partner does that hurts you.

In fact, painful relationship experiences can be an accurate guide to finding your love

language.

Just think back on what your partners have failed to do for you in the past.

For instance, if someone you were close to caused you serious pain or failed to show

you love in the way you wanted, perhaps that person simply failed to understand the way

you desired to be loved.

If all such instances fall in the same category, there's a good chance that that category

is your primary love language.

But your upbringing also has a major effect on the development of your love language.

So it's helpful to consider how your parents made you feel loved (or unloved) while you

were growing up.

Such memories are another path to figuring out which language you speak.

For example, Ella's main love language is receiving gifts, but to figure that out she

had to think about bad experiences from her childhood.

Specifically, she recalled a Christmas morning when she was a little girl:

Her older brother put little effort into choosing her present and, to save time, gave her something

he'd found lying around the house.

By recalling this moment and remembering the emotional pain it had caused her, Ella saw

how important receiving gifts was (and is!) to her.

And remember: once you pinpoint your and your partner's love languages, be sure to use

that knowledge.

After all, communication is what true love is all about.

Final summary

The key message in this book:

Many of the problems married couples face today are simply a result of feeling and expressing

love in different ways.

Learning the different love languages will improve communication in your relationship,

thus boosting the emotional well-being of both you and your partner.

Actionable advice:

Help your partner through hard times with the greatest gift of all.

What's the best present you could give your partner?

To give you a hint, it's not diamonds, flowers or a new car.

It's the gift of self – which simply means standing by your partner, especially during

rough periods.

So, simply being there during those difficult times – like pregnancy or a career upheaval

– is absolutely key.

You'll be surprised what an impact you can make by committing to being present when the

going gets tough.

Dr Debunks: Does Toothpaste Get Rid Of Spots? - Duration: 3:20.

Hello Internet! I am here today to do another Dr. Debunks with you and to talk

about whether toothpaste will get rid of spots. As you may know, but probably no,t

before I did medicine I used to be a dentist.

That's right I have both degrees! And when I was working as a dentist, if I had

a pound for every single time somebody said to me 'hey does toothpaste get rid

of spots' I would have no pounds because nobody asked me that question

because it's really daft. Toothpaste does not get rid of spots. Well I mean it kind

of does, but it doesn't really. Some toothpastes used to have something in

called triclosan, which is an antibacterial ingredient but we don't

really use that now. In fact, it's been banned because it's a hormone disrupter

and people were kind of worried about this thing called antibiotic resistance

as well. Gosh who would have thought it! So that's not an ingredient in any

toothpaste anymore. Of course using an antibacterial thing on a spot, would of

course, have an effect as you would imagine. Now though there isn't really

anything like triclosan in toothpaste, so it's kind of pointless putting it on the

spot. Toothpaste contains a lot of drying ingredients like alcohol and baking soda

and hydrogen peroxide, which you probably don't want to put on your skin so if you

put toothpaste onto your skin, sure it might dry the spot out but it can

irritate your skin an awful lot and it's really not as effective as using

something which is specifically designed for your skin. Like for example this

product Rapid Rescue Treatment from Your Good Skin which is available in

Boots, so this contains salicylic acid. You can just stick that on the spot and

that will help to reduce it a lot more quickly

than you could do with a tube of Colgate. I mean if you're massively pushed and

you really, for some burning reason, want to put toothpaste on your skin maybe try

one of the organic toothpastes instead. But I really wouldn't recommend it, and

if you are going to do it make sure you don't leave it on there for too long. So

like maybe just 15 minutes or something and then take it off again okay. So

that's it for this week, a very very short but sweet video on whether or not

toothpaste gets rid of spots. The answer is not particularly. If you've ever tried

toothpaste to get rid of spots and you've found that it works for you, or if

you've tried something else and you think it's amazing let me know in the

comment section below. And join me again next week for some more videos. In the

meantime don't forget to like comment and subscribe!

Mind Eve Zekkai ft. Hatsune Miku [Eng. sub] - Duration: 4:45.

Forever, vague things continue to go on, and I don't understand why.

My heart is always in deep thought...it's not enough

haa

I thought reality never changes, and that it's escaping me

Ever since that day of a dream, if everything were to go back as before, it would be my happiness.

My whole body lurks as the devil says,

"Aah, see, that's wrong"

My world is eroding

"Hold on! Is it not expecting to be treated horribly?"

Aah

Right now, I'm holding all that's negative

Without meaning, I just want to cry

Feelings hard to deal with rush in

You say you want to die, but

More of your half-crazed mind wants to disappear!

That's right!

Today again, cutting while crying will scatter

All your instinct is covered in emotions!

"Hey, hold on, that's wrong"

You say

Are you ready now?

Your overflowing impulse; the one understanding is whom?

My hands resounds toward you

I'll give you my help

That's right,

Many times again.

Blown away, is a red flower that's bloomed

"Aah, that's just awful"

I notice my sight is branded

"Hey, hey, are you just now noticing this?'

Aah, right now, I'm alone and can't look at anything

Why are my ears being blocked?

Memories with no meaning harmonize

You say "I don't understand" but,

More situations arrange; but with understanding?

"I don't want to disappear!"

Isn't that right?

Today, falling apart and passing way are recalled

But you know all these feelings are true

"Hey wait I want to live!"

You say

Now take my hand

Is reality a fantasy?

A faint, rusty, figure fell down

The clock's hand softly rose up

Just like you?

Surely, I have ended up dying

with nothing but deep sinking

"No, nothing of the sort could've happened!"

You should open your eyes

While passing by, it'll repeat more

My madness will fill you up!

Soon, emotional theory won't catch up

The world is good.

Isn't that right?

Dead love is abandoned by all

That's right, dull love is pierced right through!

Just like that, you're blocked up

Holding (embracing), just a cold heart

Enough already. Let's play with it!

Now, shall we go over there?
