Marie is coming for us ... She's coming for us ...

She already knows all our problems ... She already knows that it's difficult for

we ...

And she comes to beg us to pray for peace in the world …

Nobody is praying in your family ... Everyone is far from religion ...

Well, it does not matter ... shut up in your room and pray

Start by telling all your problems ...

Attention it must not depress you ... If this is the case, do not enter the

details it must free you ...

Do not make answerable problems ...

Do not accuse yourself ...

If you find joy in prayer ... You will be happy to pray a next

time …

Mary does not ask for extraordinary things. She just wants you to talk to her ...

And if you prefer Jesus ... talk to Jesus ...

Place God in the first place in your life …

Do not worry about the church ... Do not worry about others ...

Do not worry about other religions ...

Pray ... and pray more and more ... Do not hesitate to make a short prayer

2 seconds ...

Do works of God ... You are not asked for extraordinary things ...

Do what you can ...

THE TEARS OF THE VIRGIN MARY

There are many statues that cry human tears, oil tears

or tears of blood around the world ...

often people ask, "why is she crying ..." alone

those present or the owners know the reason for these tears ... of course

it is in relation to serious sins committed by the people who triggered

those crying ... but we can say that when it's oil it's rather

a reward ... the technical means can show the world

these exceptional images

weeping statues and we too make efforts not to cry

the Blessed Virgin because of our sins ...

How to find the right key to sing in while playing piano - Duration: 10:49.

have you ever seen or heard a singer you know walk up to a piano accompanist and

say something like "okay Sam let's play Ipanema in b-flat, my key" right then

you wonder well how in the heck does that work or how can I figure out what

my key is for some tune well that question about vocal range is in the

kind of connection to different keys it's a pretty complex one to describe in

text yet it's really not very difficult to understand once it kind of sinks in

and you can see it visually so I'm gonna explain it to you and clear some things

up here in this video

all right so the question we're dealing with today is how do I know or how do I

figure out what is my key or you know what key is best for me to

sing a tune in well step one is to realize this truism I guess okay

different songs all have different melody lines right that's what separates

one tune from another so I've got a different melody line but each one of

those melody lines have different ranges between their highest and their lowest

note right that makes sense because there's somewhere in that melody line

it's gonna go up and down throughout the tune and there's gonna be some high and

some lows so some tunes have bigger ranges and some are smaller but

they're different for every tune so let me give you a couple examples of things

right here say we're gonna do - I'm

gonna pick a couple easy ones like birthday song right just so the tunes

aren't knocking us out of the water here let's take a look at this so say we're

going to do the birthday song so here we go we're gonna sing the birthday song

right so we're going

right so so far pretty small range oh and jumps all the way up there

right

so if I was singing that tune there

high for me, I'm like ohhhh that one kind of stretches me out just a little bit right

it's just getting my my vocal range it's a little bit too high right there so I'm

like well you know it would be easier if I could just sing this tune just down a

little bit let's take the whole thing and just scooch it down just a little

say okay well let's do it say starting it there now that's perfectly

within my range right I can really for me and this is me alone probably not you

I can do that pretty easy

so in this tune for my voice only it was easier for me to sing it like from here

to here here was the entire distance of that melody line instead of up here

because this was a little bit too high for me so I just took the whole thing

and scooted it down well if you end up figuring out what what key those are in

the first one I was playing it in was F right and the reason the only reason

you can tell that is it's I'll do it sorry I'll do the melody and I don't

want to get into all the details of how you figure out what key a tune is

in but here's one super fast super easy trick I can give you and that is

whatever the very last note and last chord of a tune is 99.99% of the time

that's gonna be the key so let me show you this if I'm playing

you played through it starting there and that ends on an F and highly likely then

the last chord is going to be just an F major chord it turns out that is almost

every time when you figure that out whatever that last chord is that will

just be the key that the tune is in so this was playing it in the key of F when

I started here

the F Chord and the B flat chord right F, C, F

so it ended on an F Court so in that case that was the one that was a

little bit too high for me because I didn't want to sing all the way up here

so I just shifted the whole thing down and instead played in C right so I'm

gonna start here sorry I'm trying to get my hands out of the way

happy birthday - back to the C chord - happy birthday day - now when that reached up I could sing

that one right excuse me F, C, G - so in that case and

again I don't want to get you too hung up on the keys I was in, the point is

when I couldn't sing the birthday song and in a particular spot cause it just got

a little bit too high for me right I just found a spot where that melody

felt better in my range now that may not be the same for you but in this case the

key of F was too high for me so for now on I'm gonna walk up and say hey Sam

let's play the birthday song in C right so C is kind of my tune so now

let's go on to tune number two just to make this point let's go on to some

other nutty tune that of course you'd probably never ever sing while you're

out working a gig but hey you would at a baseball game and that's taking me out

to the ballgame right so so yeah we said that the key of C worked for me for the

birthday song well let's try the key of C in take me out to the ballgame so

that tune is

all right so "it's take-" you know but I'm gonna be doing down here cause

I've got a real low voice right so I will be "take me out to the ball game-" I'll

play the melody here so you can see it "take me out to the ball game, take me out to the crowd -"

right then "find me some peanuts and cracker jacks, I don't care if I never get back cause it's root -" right well that one's a little

so where I was singing that seemed a little low so instead of doing it there

let me move it up a little bit right I don't want to do it there cause

that got too low for me so I'm going to shift up I'll go up this case let's

start it on the F "take me out -

excuse me take me out to the ball" ah that one's feel a little better "take me out to the crowd

right

I don't care if I never get back" well that one's falling pretty well for me

"take me out to the ball game take-" that's not so low so hey in this case I think I

like take me out to the ball game in the key of F rather than in C right so

I'd rather do that one here

and on and on and on so the point was and that's why I did it that way in the

birthday song the key of F was too high for me for that tune so I'd rather I'd

rather sing that one in the key of C but in case of ballgame take me out to the

ballgame the key of C was too low for me so I'd rather sing that one in F see

what I mean so that's what's kind of funny it's not as though you have a

particular key for you it's that a particular song is gonna be best played

for your particular range in some particular key right ie you need to

shift the melody line into your range as best as you can and then determine what

that key is needed to fit the melody line there right get it into a spot

where you can sing it so you can kind of sum it up it's just saying that your

range doesn't identify one key that's best for you but rather you should sing

tunes in whatever particular key for a tune that gets it into your range right

it's kind of a backwards thing does that make sense for example you know again

like I said I might need to sing the song Misty in the key of F but I might

need to sing the song Jingle Bells in the key of D so it's not like F is my

key for every tune it just was the key that works for that particular tune

because those two Tunes melodies are just not exactly the same so singers

tend to learn I mean good singers professionals they tend to learn what

key a particular tune that they're wanting to sing is best for their range

for them right but it's not a situation where that one key is best for every

song for them because every song has a different melody line and has a

different range so that of course then leads headfirst into the topic of

transposing which lets you easily they're fairly easily once you get it

figured out it lets you kind of slide a tune up or down a few notes to get the

melody comfortably in your range and transposing is way beyond the realm of

what I want to get into in this video and in fact I'll probably do some videos

on that and we cover that in depth in multiple places in our online courses

but but the main concept is just taking the chord changes to a tune right

wherever they're written in lead sheet and you move all of them up or down the same

interval or maybe you want to think of it the same number of half-steps

throughout the entire tune so you know in the real world the way I'm doing when

I'm learning tunes right I'll sing along with a tune from a

lead sheet if I'm just seeing it for the first time at the very beginning and

I'll see if I can sing it in that key without getting way too high or way too

low for me range wise and if it's uncomfortably high

I'll just transpose it down a couple of notes until it gets that highest part

that I'm having trouble with down into my range so I'm not struggling and then

once I figure out how far down I went I just learned the whole tune and that key

instead and I just play it there enough times until I get the chord changes

memorized then like anything else we do you don't need the lead sheet anyway you

don't have any more lead sheet and you just have another tune that's in your in

your head that you can kind of throw in your basket and can play at this point

in a key that works for your own vocal range

so to summarize and wrap this up just remember no one has one key that is

their best key to sing in all the time rather you're gonna have a favorite key

to sing some particular tune in and that K - excuse me that key may be different

for different tunes based on the range of that tunes melody line so hopefully

that helps clear something up that is often misunderstood and kind of

misquoted and as always I hope you have a great time and always have fun playing

piano

Real Wealth Compensation Plan - How Fast Can You Start Making Money? - Duration: 10:57.

Hey friends, Kris Krohn here and we're here on Limitless Wealth TV. Today we're

going to be talking with a little bit of a deeper dive into real wealth,

it's compensation plan and frankly, how you can start getting into real estate

way earlier, than you would by waiting for your money to show up for you. How

you can get in real estate and start earning some really powerful income

right now, without even any licenses. And I've got my friend Gary Norris and

Steven Miller that are going to be joining me, in this conversation.

Hey friends, Steven Michael Miller here. I am here with the one and only Kris Krohn,

boom! and our amazing friend Gary Norris again. And I'll tell you right now, we are

so excited about what we're rolling out here with something that you've just

been hearing whispers about, real wealth. And let's jump in.

Yeah real wealth today, this video is going to be really short and sweet. And it's

really it's going to address the question, Kris, how do we make money? Because we've

been getting people saying Kris, I want some specifics on that. Gary, Steven, can

you help us understand more of... if I want to join this amazing community, then you

guys were talking about like crazy numbers. Like it could make thousands on

a sale or $10,000 on a sale and so what we want to do is we want to jump in we

want to get specific. This has been a long time in the making and a lot of

great minds have gone into creating this. First and foremost, Gary Norris has made

almost a million dollars in this entire system, before we launched this upgraded

one. So it's a privilege and honor for us to have our senior leader and trainer

here over the real wealth system, someone that you'll want to connect with, someone

that you're going to get to know if you come out to our live events or you come

out to his place or you watch us on live, because this is happening everywhere. So

Gary, let's just kind of break it down even though we've got three different

product levels at $2,000 program, and the eight and then the obviously, the $20,000

is the lifetime program. Maybe we should use that as the example and just say, "hey

how does someone make money in this opportunity?" Good idea. I appreciate that

because truly, most people will come in they find a way to get their 20,000

bucks together and they get lifetime access to everything. And there's those

other lower levels that you still can you can sell, you can come into that

level, you can come in that no level of your own, just pay your 50 bucks and or a

hundred bucks, you put on where you come in at. And you can then just refer people

and get yourself eventually certified and qualified to make these 50 percent

commissions. But let's just break it down and assume that you've come in on board

yourself with a twenty thousand dollar level. And when you do that, you have full

access to everything, real estate related. You get the whole access, the

whole academy. But as you refer people in how do you get paid?, how much do you get

paid to need that first sell? You come in to 20,000 bucks and you refer your first

person who comes in to 20,000 bucks, how do you get paid? How much? All I know, the

company will pay, a ten thousand dollar commission. It's a 50% referral

commission that goes out. 1,000 of that goes to you, 9,000 of that goes to your

trainer. The second person you bring on board at $20,000. $1,000 of that we paid

to you, as your second training so 9,000 will be paid to your trainer. There's the

magic number right there though, when you hit your second cell at $20,000,

you are now considered fully certified. You go from being a real wealth

consultant, to a real wealth trainer yourself. And now you're qualified to

earn $10,000 commissions. So real quick, does it take someone a year to get

certified? It takes them three or four years. No, it does not, it can take you a week. Yeah,

so there's a time limit associated with this?in other words the person that says, "I want

to jump in here and I want to make money as quickly as possible, they don't have

to wait a certain timeframe to get certified. They can get certified as

quickly as possible. Absolutely. Now, some people want to know why on earth we'll

be set up a system where we're paying out some really significant commissions

and it's simple, we want to help you do real estate. And there's three primarily

ways that you can do that. One, is that you can go find partners in the system

and you don't even have to tell about the real wealth academy, just use the

assets of real wealth academy. And use our deals and partner with them and get

50/50 and their money we'll just give you the deals and boom! you're off to the

race. But number two, is if you don't want to work with them, bring them into the

system and now you can earn a living. Right? you can earn these thousands or

ten thousand or multiple $10,000 checks when you get good at this, and you can

earn money that way. But number three, we're paying you that amount of money

because we hope that you now say, "hey I've got a way of going in and doing

real estate when I don't want a partner, I've got my income, now I can do real

estate." because I'm going to tell you right now, if I refer three people into this

program and if I make $30,000 I can do what, I can put 20% down on any

investment property that makes sense and I'm in the game. So this is all about

getting you in the game, this is about getting you out of your job, if you're

not passionate about it, this is about supplementing your income and ultimately,

making money doing real estate, which is what we believe in. So Gary, once you're

certified what does that look like? So let's jump into that. So you were now

certified. You've sold or you've referred two people and they both brought the

$20,000 package. You got a thousand dollars from your first one, you got a

thousand dollars paid to you from the second one, now you're certified. The

third you bring on board or refer him who pays

20,000 and everyone thereafter, you get a full $10,000 referral check.

You're fully certified. So let's go back though look at those first two

people you brought on board. Because those first two people you brought on

board, they have to certify. They still have to certify. When they bring on their

first person, they get a thousand dollars. If you're certified, when they do that,

who gets the 9,000? You get the 9,000. So Gary, let's just say that you recruited

me as your first sale and Steven is your second sale and this got you

certified, yes, but now you're going to help me get my two people. Yes and I'm going to

make my thousand and thousand and you're going to make, nine thousand and nine

thousand. Okay team grant, I want to make my thousand, a thousand and he's going to

get - nine thousand and nine thousand. So if you helped just two of us certify

you've been paid - thirty six thousand dollars. Nope. I've been paid thirty eight

thousand because when they got on board, I got paid a thousand each. Okay, deal.

So what if you could do that in 90 days, that's the whole strategy. My wife

Carolyn, is putting together a fast start series for you, to teach you, how can I go

from zero to 38,000 bucks earned in 90 days. Not even doing real estate. Just not even

thinking about the real estate component. Now Gary, I do want to also say

we're going to have some people out there that do not have the ability to come in

at the twenty thousand dollar level. Yup. Some people they're going to pay their

fifty dollar annual fee and or maybe three hundred dollars or whatever their

starter kit is. Fifty is the actual minimum, just for even getting in the

door and now they want to get started. So what happens in that scenario if they

sell a twenty thousand dollar program? Obviously, they're way less experienced

because we're not using the product. They know a lot less, they have a way less

comfort zone with it, how does it look like? So and it's really not a penalty

situation. It's really that experience. Since it's that, if you are not a

product of your own product, that you're referring, yet... but you want to get

there, we've provided a way that you could do that. It just takes more

referral sales. So, really it looks like, when you refer some of the twenty

thousand dollars, you've just created twenty thousand dollars in sales to

the company and you're going to get paid two hundred and fifty bucks for that.

When you sell another one at twenty thousand dollars, you just created

another thousand dollars in sales to the company,

and you're going to pay 250 bucks for that. You really need to generate overtime, as

quick as you want or as long as it takes, a hundred thousand dollars in sales the

company. I'll call it ninety nine thousand. You will get $250 for the

first five people you bring on board. Now you've made twelve hundred and fifty

bucks, you've brought on five people. You

haven't paid a penny for your education. Oh just the entry fee right? you only pay just the entry fee, the $50 or $100

dollars whatever it is. Correct. Now you're certified, they'll have to

bring in five people, to get ten thousand dollar commissions. So there's a way if

you don't have the twenty thousand yourself to come and get educated, and do

the real estate and you still can get certified, you're really going to

bring in five sales and you're going to get paid two hundred fifty bucks per sale

until you're fully certified and then, you have the ten thousand dollar

commission unlock for you. Now the important thing for you to recognize

is, you now have five people that need help certifying, so there's two sales

that they're all needing help with along the way, so eventually there's this

massive catch up and you now have the money coming in, you're now out there

doing real estate, you could be doing the partnering program, all of these things

are now available to you. And what we wanted to do is we wanted to make sure

we didn't exclude anyone that didn't have the ability to come into the

program to say, "hey there's a way for everyone to play and that's what the

twenty thousand dollar program". It's the same looking certification whether it's

for the eight thousand and the two thousand, so we've got one person right

out of the gate that has been crushing it. Already within his first week made a

second two thousand dollar sale and because he's a product of the product

he's now certified, so if he sells their two thousand dollar product, he makes a

thousand dollars of that, right? But he also has a $20,000 sale that's also

about to come through. And now he's working on that certification. Once

you're certified at the highest level, you're certified for everything. That is correct. So even if you

come on board of the twenty thousand dollar level yourself. I want access to

everything unlimited, I want to be in the academy. Great! You're automatically

certified right now. On the two other lower levels, the two thousand, the eight

thousand. You just need to certify on the twenty thousand dollar level, which is

two sales. Awesome. Make sense? Friends, we hope this video has been very helpful

for you to come and play with us in real wealth and here's the deal, in life,

you're often looking around at the people that seem to be making a lot of

money and those people that are succeeding, wondering why am I not

getting a piece of the action? I've got dreams, I've got things that I want to do

with my life and the reality is, is that in life, there are hard roads and there

are easy roads. Some of the hard roads, might involve thousands of people. This

is a road, where it's about a handful of people loving on them, caring about them

and exposing them to frankly the best real estate product that has ever

existed. Whether you want that bonus of all that done for you that we do, the

creative techniques that we use to buy real estate. Anything in between, bringing

partners on board. All the different things that we train on. The mindset, the

money training, it's all there. And may open your mouth and share that gift with

people. Help them come, help them join and be a part of it. Whether they're going to

partner with you, or join the team, it'll get you certified and once you're

certified, then there's just no limit to how big you can play. Let me ask you, are

you excited? Man, I'm telling you if this is the opportunity that was in front of

me, you know, when I was 22, 23 in building wealth, I would have gone nuts

with this. This would have been such an amazing golden opportunity. And it's here,

it's now, it's in front of you. I want to invite you to come and play. Take

advantage of it. You got this one life to live. I'll tell you right now, there's a

lot of people that are wasting it playing small. They're doing it by trying

hard not to take risks. Meanwhile, what they don't understand is that taking

little baby actions, is the ultimate risk. They're never going to get where they really want to go.

Make this next 90 days, you're 90 days to rise above. Do that in your finances, do

that you're income, do that in your opportunities and figure out, who this

person looking in the mirror, really is.

Video Games That Sent People To The Hospital - Duration: 6:26.

Let's face it: modern life comes with its mishaps.

Video games, on the other hand, offer virtual worlds, where fantastic forests are splinter-free

and biffing it on the double diamond doesn't mean staying off the slopes for six months.

Sometimes, though, even video games can be hazardous to your health.

In fact, video games offer tons of unique ways to get bruised, battered, and busted

up.

Let's strap on our bike helmets, wrap our tennis elbows, and check out some of the most

infamous times video games sent players to the hospital.

The one with the super mutants

Who knew Friends' Chandler Bing was such a hardcore gamer?

Apparently, iconic actor Matthew Perry is a big fan of the Fallout series, and he's

got the battle scars — and needle punctures — to prove it.

During an April 2009 interview on The View, Perry came clean about his obsession with

the post-apocalyptic RPG series, admitting ...

"I had to go.

I played Fallout 3 so often that I had to go to a hand doctor."

"I did, I had to get injections in my hand."

Sounds like he could've used a stimpak, but whatever his doc gave him probably worked

wonders.

That's not where this odd tale ends, though.

Appearing on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that same month, Perry told a similar story.

By this time, the star brought more than just a cautionary tale — he also donated

a signed Xbox 360 and a copy of his favorite game to DeGeneres' eBay-driven charity initiative.

And It looks like this act of kindness bolstered Perry's karma.

Engadget reported that publisher Bethesda and developer Obsidian took notice of the

actor's compassion — and his ultra-fandom — and so they tapped him to voice the weasley

Chairman bigwig Benny in 2010's Fallout: New Vegas.

Although Perry might've just gotten lucky, we seriously doubt it.

After all, …

"Luck is for losers, baby.

Someone pulled strings."

Tech-knuckle foul

Serious basketball players had better keep their paws in topnotch condition.

After all, their careers ride on their ability to pass, shoot, dribble, and dunk.

So it likely came as a bit of a surprise to both his fans and fellow athletes when Joel

Berry II, a point guard for the North Carolina Tar Heels, started off the 2017 season with

a protective brace around his hand.

If you're thinking he sustained an injury during practice or at the gym, you'd be wrong.

"He and Theo and one of our managers are playing a little video game and he loses, so he punches…

punches the door."

Yes, after losing a heated multiplayer match of NBA 2K18 to his friend and fellow Tar Heel

Theo Pinson, Berry did what any gamer worth his salt would do — he took his rage out

on an inanimate object.

Specifically, he punched his door, catching one of his fingers on the frame and breaking

a bone in his hand.

But Berry took his stint with sore loserdom as a learning experience, joking that, "The

door was doing just fine for the last three weeks … " while his damaged digit kept him

off of the court.

Door 1, Berry 0.

We eagerly await the rematch.

Wii can't move our arms

"Wii would like to play."

Nintendo's Wii console revolutionized interactive home entertainment, introducing an athletic

video game experience to players both young and old.

It also ushered in a whole slew of new gaming-related injuries collectively called "Wii-itis."

In 2007, Reuters reported the story of Dr. Julio Bonis, a family physician who first

described the condition in a letter to the New England Journal of Medicine.

Bonis compared a collection of symptoms he began to suffer after long hours playing Wii

Sports to those of tennis elbow, which, according to the Mayo Clinic, is categorized by pain

and difficulty gripping objects.

The doctor treated himself with ibuprofen and "complete abstinence from playing Wii

video games."

Sounds pretty severe to us, but you're the professional, Doc!

Guitar Hero hang-ups

Let's examine the tale of Joel "Zoom-Zoom" Zumaya former pitcher for the Detroit Tigers.

Known for launching fastballs at over 100 MPH, Zumaya had a history of injuries wrought

by reckless behavior.

His most infamous injury, however, had nothing to do with baseball — and everything to

do with Activision's wildly popular rock god sim Guitar Hero.

Back in 2006, Zumaya was mysteriously sidelined for the first three games in the American

League Championship Series.

Detroit Tigers president Dave Dombrowski eventually disclosed the reason for the pitcher's bad

arm.

Zumaya had injured his wrist playing Guitar Hero on the PlayStation 2, and his arm had

become inflamed as a result.

Eventually, Zumaya gave up the game and returned to the pitcher's mound for a few more years

— until he suddenly tore an ulnar collateral ligament and left America's pastime behind

for good.

No word yet on whether or not a plastic guitar was involved in his career-ending injury.

Blinded by the light

In October 2017, Channel NewsAsia reported that a 21-year-old woman lost partial sight

in her right eye after marathoning infamous mobile game Honour of Kings.

While casual players likely don't have to worry about going blind from playing a video

game, the anonymous finance worker was among the game's most hardcore fanatics.

In fact, she spent almost all of her free time duking it out in arena-style battles,

devoting entire days off to the League of Legends-like app.

It was exactly this dedication that led to her experiencing extreme eye strain which,

in turn, caused her to develop retinal artery occlusion, or "eye stroke."

Roberto Firmino admits Liverpool fans made him cry ahead of Champions League victory ● News Now #LFC - Duration: 2:02.

Roberto Firmino was jaw-dropping during yesterday's first-half.

As a Liverpool fan, I've never seen a better pressing performance from an individual player

during 45 minutes.

It resulted in the Brazilian being absolutely shattered; to the point Jurgen Klopp decided

to sub him off – but by then – the job at Anfield at least was done.

Firmino has explained how emotional he was during the game, inspired by the fans who

filled the streets as the coach arrived at the stadium.

"When we were on the bus, I was reading about how the reception was going to be,"

he told ESPN Brasil.

"I must say, it filled my eyes full of tears!

It was very moving for me.

It only gives us more strength to fight on the field and win the games.

"I think we played really well.

We had a great game, we scored and kept the clean sheet, which is important.

"But as I said, we have not won the tie yet, we have to keep focused."

Liverpool fans were devastated when we sold Coutinho, but the Brazilian who's truly

key to Klopp is Firmino.

This season, he's registered 23 goals and 14 assists – that's 37 direct goal involvements.

Supporters adore him and we really hope he extends his contract soon.

There's no coach who'd maximise Firmino's attributes better than Klopp, and there's

no forward who has better-suited attributes for the German than Bobby.

Stick our fans into the mix and it's a match made in heaven.

What causes body odor? - Mel Rosenberg - Duration: 4:29.

A pungent blend of onions, cheese, and cat urine with hints of...

is that…wet goat?

Most of us don't need more than one whiff

to identify that generally unpleasant, characteristic smell we call body odor.

But it's a surprisingly complex phenomenon

influenced by our genetic makeup, age, diet, and hygiene.

So what is this odor, exactly?

Where does it come from?

And can we do anything about it?

To start, you just need two things to produce that familiar scent:

your armpit's own secretions

and the bacteria that feed on them.

Most people associate body odor with sweat,

and it's an important piece of the puzzle.

Your body has millions of sweat glands, and they come in two major types:

eccrine glands are found all over your skin

and secrete mainly water and salt.

Apocrine glands, on the other hand, develop at puberty in your armpits

and a few other places on your body.

The sweat they secrete is full of proteins and fats.

By themselves, these secretions are usually odorless.

That's where bacteria come in.

Every square centimeter of our bodies is covered with thousands of bacteria.

Many microorganisms thrive in moist environments, like our armpits.

There, you can find about a million bacteria per square centimeter,

one of the highest concentrations anywhere on the skin.

Lurking in this throng of microorganisms are species of Corynebacteria,

Staphylococci,

Micrococci,

and others.

When these bacteria feed on the proteins and fats in apocrine sweat,

they turn the odorless compounds into new ones that can smell very unpleasant.

Some of the worst offenders may be sulfur-containing chemicals;

those give body odor its oniony aroma.

Carboxylic acids are in the mix, too, adding notes of cheese.

These molecules waft up from the armpit and can be sucked directly into our noses,

where they're trapped and detected by an array of specialized receptors.

Those can recognize odor molecules

at concentrations of less than one in a million.

So what determines how strong your body odor might be?

It depends on the resident microbial populations in your armpit,

and the nutrients that your glands provide them with.

Your genes help determine what compounds you produce,

and in what quantity,

so everyone has a slightly different set.

In fact, a gene variant that virtually eliminates body odor

is common in people of East Asian descent.

Adrenaline increases the ratio of apocrine to eccrine sweat,

so body odor can be more intense when you're nervous.

Bacterial composition and concentration also varies between individuals

and plays a part.

Even what you eat can have a small effect on how you smell.

So how can we deal with body odor?

Washing the armpits with soap and water helps but won't remove all the bacteria

since many are buried in deeper layers of the skin.

Deodorants, however, inhibit bacterial activity and mask odors at the same time.

Antiperspirants work by forming tiny gel plugs that block sweat glands,

drying out the armpits.

While we continue to battle body odor, scientists are trying to understand it.

We don't know why the brain

often interprets these particular odors as off-putting.

But some researchers have proposed that secretions from the armpit

could have a positive function, too,

like cementing social bonds

and providing a means of chemical communication.

We don't know yet if that's the case.

For now, body odor seems to be

just another smelly part of the human condition.

War Thunder. Developer commentary: helicopters, supersonic planes, optimization - Duration: 8:57.

Hi everybody. My name is Kirill Yudintsev. I'm the creative director at Gaijin

and right now I'd like to tell you a little about the latest update 1.77, Advancing Storm.

We've had a lot of feedback about the latest update. Thanks for writing to us.

Your feedback is very important and useful to us.

Among other things, a lot of the feedback was about the new engine, the new renderer, the new graphics, and the changes to the game's performance

Performance has improved for some players and become worse for others.

Some of the players who experienced worse performance were using supersampling (SSAA x4).

Supersampling is the most resource-intensive form of anti-aliasing.

We don't recommend enabling it unless your video card is very powerful and you get at least 200 FPS without it.

For everyone else there are options that are simpler in terms of performance and can provide results that are just as good

HQ TAA, just TAA, or even HQ FXAA.

These are perfectly decent types of anti-aliasing that provide very nice image quality.

The new engine has given the game a lot of new capabilities, but we've still got some things to work on

and there's definitely room to improve optimization

these new capabilities require a lot of configuration and we need to take a lot of nuances into account.

The update just came out, and at some point over the next six months

we're going to improve various aspects of the game's appearance, as well as its performance.

So if your performance has gotten worse, it's possible that we'll be able to find a way

A large number of players have been asking about the navy, how the pre-cbt of the War Thunder navy has been going

what its eventual fate will be, and what our future plans are.

Testing is going well. We've done a lot, and we don't have all that much left on our to-do list, in general.

we're approaching getting in to closed beta testing.

The naval has changed profoundly over the last two years.

It has traveled a long road from what it was at the beginning of CBT and what it has become now.

And it's all happened exclusively thanks to our players, their feedback, and their opinions.

We've been listening to them, we've watched them play, and we've tested and played with them.

Our goal is to make everything fun and engaging, and we don't want naval play to disappoint our players.

We want it to satisfy their expectations.

As far as we're concerned, we've achieved almost everything we could

everything we wanted, and everything our players wanted.

In other words, we're at the end of this initial stage.

Our players often ask what our future plans are for aircraft.

They want to know why we keep coming out with all sorts of things, including modern vehicles, for tank commanders,

but when it comes to aircraft there's nothing like that.

The first thing I should point out is that before we introduced ground vehicles

we dedicated about four years exclusively to developing the aviation.

Another four years have passed since we introduced ground vehicles,

and during that time we've never stopped developing both parts of the game in parallel.

It's just that the majority of the most important things we could have implemented for aircraft have already been implemented.

We've been adding some rather significant things every year, for example,

we introduced gunner cockpits relatively recently,

and we made it possible for planes to be destroyed by midair collisions with falling bombs in the same update.

In general, we've been introducing all sorts of things, but they're mostly smaller things because all the big stuff has already been done.

The next major step we can take when it comes to aircraft will probably be noticed by everyone

I'm talking about switching to more modern supersonic planes and introducing guided missiles and other modern aviation technology.

As I said earlier, we've been conducting and are continuing to conduct internal testing,

and the results aren't exactly unambiguous.

Vehicles on this level make things complicated thanks to missiles, detection systems, and supersonic speeds.

All of our players who fly planes know that jet planes are already significantly different from piston-engine planes in terms of gameplay,

and there are plenty of people who don't like this difference.

Future changes will alter the game even more, so we're working, we're testing,

and right now I'm not ready to say that more modern aircraft will definitely appear in the game.

But there's still a good chance that more modern planes of some kind will be introduced.

I can't give you any details, we're still in the research and experimentation phase

with the goal of determining the "upper limit."

There's also the issue that there are fewer and fewer different production models of vehicles,

so balancing various nations becomes problematic.

There are a lot of nuances and questions, and this is an extremely complex task in terms of gameplay

balance, and how to explain it all to our players.

As you know, we don't invent new vehicles or change the stats of existing ones,

so if balance was an issue in real life, then it's also going to be a problem with the vehicles in the game.

In general, there's a lot of work, and most of our players won't necessarily be pleased with the results.

That being said, in our game you don't need to play with every vehicle

if there's something you don't like, don't play with it!

so we're still working on this for players who will like it, but I can't tell you more about certain plans right now.

In addition, we're also experimenting with helicopters, both attack helicopters and others

and here things are looking much more positive and unambiguous.

This kind of gameplay will generally be simpler and more understandable for players.

Although helicopters are harder to fly than planes, they're also slower and have less firepower

Shorter firing distances, and the pilot's influence in terms of piloting and shooting is greater.

So it's entirely possible that helicopters will appear in our game before modern planes do.

They also fit better with ground vehicles in terms of destroying each other, everybody loves killing tankers, right?

Update 1.77 Advancing Storm added new top-level ground vehicles to the game

such as the Abrams, the T-64B, and others.

And needless to say, this has affected the balance and changed the game at high ranks and battle ratings.

In general, right now (filmed 5 days after release) we're satisfied with how they've been received by players

and how they've impacted the game's balance.

But introducing top-level vehicles is bound to change the balance of all previous vehicles and will always change the game.

In other words, it's a whole new adventure.

We're therefore going to have to take another look at all of the battle ratings affected by this change, so our work here has just begun.

Write to us and tell us what you think.

Leave feedback in the forum or the comments, because your feedback is as important as statistics

They're the two primary part of the information we work with.

However, while statistics show us dry facts, it doesn't do a great job of telling us how changes have been received by players

or how they're affected the way the game feels to them.

In order to get this information we need to watch our players play.

We need you to leave us feedback so we can read it.

So write to us, we always study your feedback carefully.

There will definitely be changes, both to things that are already in the game and things that are yet to come.

It always happens. But right now... right now players have been pretty positive about everything.

I hope you liked update 1.77 Advancing Storm.

We spent over six months working on it, almost a year

and we put a lot of effort into it.

Send us your feedback, write comments, "like" us, and subscribe to our channel!

How to Cook Like A Michelin Star Chef | San Sebastián Spain - Duration: 14:41.

Hello. You're watching Vagabrothers.

I'm Marko, and right now we're in one of my favorite cities in all of the world:

Donostia, San Sebastian, Basque Country.

San Sebastian is a mecca for foodies

and has more Michelin stars per person than anywhere else in the world.

Alex and I both lived here for two years and fell in love with the city, Basque culture, and of course Basque food.

In my two years here I ate some amazing dishes,

but I never learned to cook them,

and then two weeks ago, I got an email from Mimo Food,

a travel and cooking school based here in San Sebastian with an amazing offer.

Hola Marko. We know that you love to travel and eat,

so we want to invite you to a very special trip to

learn how to cook in San Sebastian,

Sevilla, and Mallorca. Te vienes?

All right.. so the adventure begins.

We are in downtown San Sebastian in front of the Maria Cristina Hotel,

which is a ultimate luxury hotel.

This is where I'll be staying for the next night.

The cooking school is right down below,

and we're about to start a bit of an adventure, bro.

Let's do it. I'm fired up.

I'm fired up as well. So first things first,

we're going to go explore some of the flavors that make Basque cuisine what it is.

We're going down the coast to try a local drink and some local seafood. Let's go.

Our first stop is here in the beautiful fishing village of Getaria.

We're about 30 minutes west of San Sebastian.

Originally this was a whaling village.

It's now a major fishing port.

It was the home of Juan Sebastian Elcano, the first person to sail around the world.

He was Magellan's first mate, but when Magellan died in the Philippines,

Elcano took over, so he's famous here.

It's a great place to sample some local produce,

so we're going to have a little walk around town

and then go up to the local wineries.

Our first stop is here- just outside the beautiful fishing port of Orio.

We are on a hill wedged between the Basque countryside and the coast.

We're on a txakoli vineyard. Txakoli is a

local white wine that is unique to the Basque Country.

It's naturally effervescent.

It's got a very good mineral taste,

and this area produces some of the best in the whole country.

It's sweet; it's floral; it's fresh.

In the old days,

this is a kind of grape that the monks brought from the Camino de Santiago,

and it settled very well in our soil here.

It usually needs to be grown close to the sea,

and it's got the saltiness characteristic of the wine, as well.

It's very rainy here, so it needs to be growing in a hill

to allow the dripping [run-off] of the water.

We tried the txakoli, and now we've just gone down the road

to the parents' house of the people who own the bodega.

Orio is famous for a couple things:

txaloi, their rowing team, and also sea bream.

It's a local fish

that has been harvested here for hundreds of years.

And they do it over an open grill,

and we're going to try that right now.

The vinegar, olive oil, garlic, pepper emulsion is killer.

It's cooked to perfection and this is a place that's not..

It's not a Michelin-starred restaurant,

but it's a place that has a ton of notoriety.

People come from all over the world to come to this place,

and you can see how well it goes with txakoli.

We're having txakoli, sea bream, living it up Basque style, and

life is good.

Just checked into the Maria Cristina Hotel.

This is a five-star hotel in the center of town.

It's extremely historic.

This is where all the celebrities stay during the San Sebastian Film Festival.

It's named after the Queen of Spain who used to frequent San Sebastian.

This is a luxury hotel,

and the rest of the trip is going to be pretty five-star.

We are going to be traveling by a private plane all the way to Sevilla and Mallorca.

I'm going to be learning tomorrow the secrets of Michelin-starred cooking..

basically, spherification foam- all that sort of stuff.

We're going to take things up a notch as the evening progresses

and go to the pinxto bars at the old town.

You ready to go for some pinxtos?

So ready. I was born ready for that. Let's do it

Cin cin. Topa. "Topa" would be for "cheers."

But the Basque word for "salud" is "osasuna."

The pinxto tour continues, but my night finishes.

Tomorrow we're going to learn how to cook molecular gastronomy in the MIMO cooking school,

so I need to go to bed and learn how to do that.

Buenos dias. Egun on.

Hello. Good morning. Welcome to San Sebastian.

It's a beautiful rainy day here in the Maria Cristina Hotel.

Today we are getting down to the whole reason that I came to San Sebastian,

which is to learn how to cook,

specifically to learn how to cook molecular gastronomy, the secrets of

Michelin-starred restaurants of which San Sebastian has so many.

The cooking school of MIMO is downstairs.

Everyone's in the classroom except for me.

So I've got to go. Let's go.

The cooking class is about to begin.

We are downstairs below the Maria Cristina Hotel at the cooking school of MIMO.

We're in good hands. We got our boys Auguste and Miguel who are two awesome chefs.

They've been teaching me a lot over the last couple days because I showed up here early

and I was like.. before I do a

Michelin-starred cooking class, I've got to learn the basics.

So they taught me already how to do chipirones en su tinta,

Merluza, which is hake, the green sauce, and other Basque classics.

We're going to take it up a notch.

We're going to learn spherification foams,

all these cool crazy techniques that make Michelin restaurants really stand out above the rest.

Okay.. so we're going to start talking about the minimal ingredients,

and then we are going to do them mise-en- place all the preparation in that station and then

once the mise-en-place is done,

we are going to start cooking.

This is the dynamic of a normal class that we do here in MIMO Foods.

Cin cin. Halfway? No, no, no,

but we just finished mine-en-place.

It's interesting because we start slowly, start with the basics... how to cut,

how to chop, how to divide work up. Oh yeah.

But then we're getting into making different

spherical membranes with lychee and other stuff.

But right now we're just having a glass of txakoli....

little halfway point..

And life is good...so back to the kitchen, brother.

One of the things that I really admire about the Basque Country and Basque people

is that they're very noble people and they're very humble.

And it's interesting because if you go to the Basque Country and say,

"So why is your food so good?"

They always say it's great because we use the freshest, best

ingredients ever, and I look around I see...

yes, you do use the freshest best ingredients.

The standards there are super high.

Also, they take those fresh ingredients and then do crazy

scientific experiments with them and make emulsions

and bring in other ingredients from other parts of the world and

They present it as this very simple basic thing,

and at the foundation, it is basic and simple,

but then they layer it with so much knowledge and technique on top of it.

It creates something really unique and beautiful.

Okay, so the first dish is olive oil in four different ways.

It's just kind of demonstrating the different ways that molecular gastronomy

allows you to present the same ingredient.

We've got creme ingles.

We've got a fake ice cream

We've got a powder,

and we've got these little caviar balls

that are full of olive oil, as well.

Auguste just let us know that the idea of

molecular gastronomy is from Ferran Adria

who is the chef behind El Bulli.

It was a restaurant that used to be in the Costa Brava of Catalonia and basically

Auguste told us that he was inspired by the idea of the egg yolk,

the way that the membrane is really thin and translucent

but holds together all the flavor,

and the second you break it,

it explodes all over the plate.

The fact that we're using an egg yolk

is kind of demonstrative of the whole idea behind molecular gastronomy

and the way of creating these thin translucent

membranes that hold a bunch of flavor inside.

So now we have some salmon; we prepared this by covering in salt and sugar

to start, putting it back in sealed bags and poaching it a little bit.

We made a beatstock reduction with miso, which gives it that edamame flavor and

basically like a mayonnaise of garlic mayonnaise using the

collagen from the salmon itself.

We took the parts of the salmon that we did not use

and we reduced them in the sous-vide machine in order to take out the collagen

We mixed it with olive oil and garlic in order to make the aioli sauce.

We took the fish skin and made it into a crisp,

put it on top, covered it with these....what looks like caviar..

but is actually spheres of olive oil and a little bit of greenery.

Bon appetit!

We've got the last course of our meal.

We've got some frutas del bosque, which is mixed berries with lychee,

which we've taken into the sphere of eyeball;

the ironic thing being that it's almost exactly the same form as it was originally,

but we've deconstructed it and reconstructed it,

and we're drinking with Patxaran, which is the scotch of the Basque Country...

very, very much an acquired taste.

If you end your night with this, you've done it proper,

but you're going to regret it the next morning.

It's a slow berry liqueur, and it is dangerous.

Cin cin.

All right so Basque Country has been fun. So fun.

We learned how to cook.

We're finishing off right now with some idiazabal cheese

at a place that some of you Vagabuddies might recognize as

the spot where Alex and I stayed two years ago.

He s**t on my hand.

How's the cheese? How's that cider?

The cheese is insane; the cider is great, as always "appley" and delicious.

What do you think about the cooking class?

I thought very interesting...

Spherification not as complicated as I thought.

Don't know if I'm going to be able to replicate it right away.

Might need to read the recipe.

I think you will, Marko.

You do great dinner parties. Come on, man.

We've got to read the recipe again though, for sure.

But definitely cool party tricks to be able to make

something like that molecular gastronomy at the dinner party.

Cooking class was awesome. I really enjoyed it.

It was cool to get to see all these great ingredients:

local ones, ones from all over the world.

the traditional cooking methods mixed with a little bit of the new school influence,

and it was great to be part of it.

Hey Alex, all I've got to say is we're missing you, buddy,

but got Griffin here, too. It's super fun

It's a good time, and you know what?

We're continuing. We're going on to Sevilla right now.

We're about to go catch a flight.

So if you guys liked this video,

make sure you give a thumbs- up;

share with your friends; subscribe to Vagabrothers,

and turn on notifications, if you've not already.

And Griffin, do you know what we say at the end of every video?

You blew it.

You know that's what your phrase is.

Stay curious, keep exploring

Yeah, right, and then you have to say,

and we'll see you on the road.

Okay. We'll see you in Sevilla.

It's all good.

Easy Egg-Free Brownies | Bold Baking Guilt Free - Duration: 5:38.

[GEMMA:] Hi Bold Bakers! The lovely Olivia Crouppen is back by popular demand. [OLIVIA:]

Hi guys. Thank you so much for having me. [GEMMA:] Olivia is my culinary assistant.

She also is an expert in all things healthy. [OLIVIA:] I'm so excited for today's recipe,

we're going to be making guilt-free vegan brownies. [GEMMA:] So when Olivia told me

she wanted to do this I was really excited because I get so many requests for brownie

recipes with no eggs so I'm delighted to finally be able to this up on the website. [OLIVIA:]

you're going to love these, they're awesome. Should we get started? [GEMMA:] yeah. [OLIVIA:]

so the first thing we're going to do is make a flax egg. A flax egg is a really great

replacement for regular egg if you're vegan or if you have egg allergies. Have you ever

made one before? [GEMMA:] I have and it's actually really fascinating if you haven't

done it already. [OLIVIA:] it's kind of wild, what you do is you take your flax, you

mix it with water, and you let it sit for a little bit and it sort of blooms, and it

gives you that same jelly texture that you get from egg whites. So then from there all

you have to do is use it like regular egg. So in a large bowl, we're going to add ask

of our dry ingredients which is almond flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, a little bit of

salt, and cocoa powder. I really love to use almond flour in my baking, it's actually

not a flour at all, it's just ground almonds and it adds a lot of really nice texture,

it's really moist, because it's actually just made of nuts. Have you ever used almond

flour before? [GEMMA:] yeah I love to use it because I've got a really great chocolate

cake recipe that has a little bit of flour but more almond meal, or almond flour. It's

really easy to make, all you do is blend up some almonds, it is on my website and also

the recipe for these brownies can be found on BiggerBolderBaking.com as well. [OLIVIA:]

Okay, Gem, will you go ahead and mix that up for me? [GEMMA:] I generally have all these

ingredients in my cupboard, I don't always have coconut sugar and I'm guess at home they

might not either. [OLIVIA:] well first off, what is coconut sugar? Coconut sugar is actually

unrefined sugar that is taken from coconuts and it has a similar taste and texture to

brown sugar, it really adds that extra molasses flavor, if you can't get it, brown sugar

is a really great substitute. [GEMMA:] I always have brown sugar, and also we know how to

make our own brown sugar. So we're winning over here. How's this looking? [OLIVIA:]

That looks great, that's perfectly mixed up, you got no lumps, we're ready to roll.

[GEMMA:] Okay, so what's next? [OLIVIA:] the next step is to combine our wet ingredients.

So here we have a bowl of melted chocolate, just like regular brownies, we're going

to take our melted chocolate and add in a little bit of fat. Instead of using butter

or vegetable oil, in this case we're going to be using almond butter which helps to keep

these brownies vegan. So the next thing is maple syrup. Maple syrup adds just a little

bit of extra sweetness and it's kind of fudgy, keeps things moist. So the next ingredient

is just a little bit of coconut oil, I really like that this whole recipe only takes a fourth

of a cup of oil, if you don't have coconut oil or you haven't used it before feel free

to sub it out for vegetable oil or sunflower oil. So now we're going to add in our flax

egg. I really am excited for you guys to see this, look at that! Look at that! [GEMMA:]

It doesn't move. It's jelly. [OLIVIA:] Hey! Careful! Okay, so, what you just saw there

is exactly what I wanted you guys to see. This has bloomed, in other words it's sort

of taken on this jelly form, and if you really think about it, it's really similar to an

egg. So all this does is add body and really nice texture to the wet ingredients so the

ultimately when we think of our brownies we don't say oh, it's missing something. So

what we do is we take this and we just mix it right in. [GEMMA:] and also if you want

to learn how to make a flax egg and actually other egg substitutes for your baking, there

is a very helpful chart on [OLIVIA:] BiggerBolderBaking.com. Okay guys, check that out. You can see that

the wet ingredients have kind of transformed, and almost have taken on a life of their own.

They're really, really thick, and they look like a pretty amazing and fudgy brownie batter.

Am I right? [GEMMA:] yes, it does taste very fudgy. [OLIVIA:] So our last step, just like

any other brownie recipe is to add our wet ingredients into our dry ingredients. [GEMMA:]

I'm excited, I'm waiting for this brownies, Liv. [OLIVIA:] Then, just mix your wet and

dry ingredients together until they form a rich and thick batter. Oh! [GEMMA:] Ha-ha!

I'm allowed to do that. [OLIVIA:] Oh, hello. [GEMMA:] It's vegan though, so you're allowed

to, because there's no eggs. [OLIVIA:] She's right. I could eat this raw. That said, now

at this point we get it into our tin and into the oven. What would a brownie be without

big old chocolate chunks? [GEMMA:] Okay they're looking great, now bake them off at 350º

Fahrenheit or 180º Celsius for roughly 20-25 minutes. [OLIVIA:] Do-do-do-do! Vegan brownies!

Guys! Can you say hello to my finished vegan brownies? Look at them. Look at all the chocolate,

look at all the goo. These are the ultimate guilt-free brownies. They've got all kinds

of ingredients that you have at home, that you can feel really good about eating, you

don't have to worry about allergies or any special dietary restrictions, and you're losing

out on none of the fudge factor, none of the delicious-ness, just look at what we're

dealing with here. [GEMMA:] So check this out, this is what I was hoping for when you

told me that we were going to be making brownies. Vegan or not, that looks awesome. You see?

Liv, that's my kind of brownie. [OLIVIA:] wait for it, wait for it. [GEMMA:] Because

it's all -- it's just the middle of a brownie. No edges, no nothing. Just pure fudgy,

yummy, middle-ness. Thank you so much for watching, and I'll see you back here really

soon for more Bigger Bolder Baking.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea: A Medicinal Drink To Heal And Prevent Colds And The Flu! - Duration: 3:56.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea: A Medicinal Drink To Heal And Prevent Colds And The Flu!

Boost your day with drinking a lemon ginger turmeric tea, a medicinal beverage with potent

anti-inflammatory and detoxing powers. This elixir is packed with antioxidants that improve

digestion and cleanse the liver and blood.

This natural immunity booster is very effective in treating a cold, cough, aching throat,

fatigue, irritable bowel syndrome, chronic pain, and seasonal allergies.

Before we move to the recipe, let's discuss a few of the health benefits associated with

its ingredients first:

Lemon

Lemon has a robust nutritional profile and it is associated to a wide variety of health

benefits. Some of them include treatment of constipation, aching throat, fever, indigestion,

rheumatism, internal bleeding, throat infections, obesity, high blood pressure, cholera, and

respiratory disorders. It has potent therapeutic properties, which help cleanse the stomach,

purify the blood, and increase immunity.

Its health benefits are due to its nourishing elements like vitamin C, vitamin B6, vitamin

E, vitamin A, thiamin, folate, pantothenic acid, folate, calcium, iron, potassium, zinc,

protein, phosphorus, magnesium, and copper. It also contains antioxidants and effective

cancer-fighting properties. Ginger

Numerous studies have actually revealed that ginger contains many substances and metabolites,

many of which contribute to healing and health. Shogaols and gingerols have been the most

researched.

Possible health benefits include relieving gastrointestinal (GI) irritation, suppressing

gastric contractions, preventing constipation and colon cancer, relieving nausea and motion

sickness, soothing cold and flu, lowering pain (dysmenorrhea, the severe pain that some

women experience during a menstrual cycle in particular), lowering inflammation and

treating inflammatory conditions, and lowering cholesterol.

Turmeric

Turmeric is the most effective nutritional supplement known to humanity. It contains

curcumin, a substance with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Its molecules

have been revealed to inhibit molecules that play a role in inflammation, which is the

factor to lots of common Western diseases.

When it comes to its antioxidant capacity, it is important to note that it is capable

of both reducing the effects of free radicals by itself and stimulating body' s antioxidant

enzymes. Additional benefits include fighting degenerative processes in the brain, reducing

the risk of experiencing a heart attack, preventing and perhaps even treating cancer, reversing

the progression of Alzheimer's disease, dealing with symptoms of arthritis, and much

more.

Lemon Ginger Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:

1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root or ½ teaspoon ginger powder

1 teaspoon grated fresh turmeric root or ½ teaspoon turmeric powder

2-3 twists of black pepper (to boosts turmeric's bio-availability).

1 ½ cup filtered water. Juice of ½ lemon.

2 teaspoons raw honey (optional). Instructions:

for a few minutes, making sure it doesn't boil. Strain the liquid and transfer into

a mug. Add lemon juice and honey, if necessary.

DELPHI GREECE - LAND OF MYTH - Travel Vlog - Duration: 6:32.

welcome to mainland Greece today we're exploring three cities the seaside town

of nafpaktos the mythical Delphi in the mountain town of arachova let's

go check it out first we cross one of the longest

bridges called Rio Antirio bridge which opened in 2004 and connects to enough

Nafpaktos is a quaint town situated on the coast with a rich

history it was once under Venetian control and was also an important naval

base during the Peloponnesian War we head into one of the restaurants to try

one of the local Greek specialties called mastiha liquor. It tastes like licorice mixed with

cedar mixed with mint it's a local Greek specialty grown in the island of Chios

from a tree that produces a SAP which is turned into many products such as

natural gum it's one of my favorite products from Greece and if you want to

buy it check the link in the description below

there is at no and mountains in Greece although they don't promote it as much

as the islands

this is why

now on to one of the most mysterious and mythical cities in Greece Delphi the

first stop is the Museum Delphi is a unesco world heritage site dating back

to the 7th century BC during its heyday people would travel far and wide to

Delphi to seek spiritual advice from the god Apollo who they believed spoke

through an Oracle this phase depicts Apollo playing a musical instrument and

it's almost in perfect condition dating from 470 BC the story of Delphi is a

strange and mythical one soos father of Apollo sought to find the center of

earth he sent two Eagles flying in their paths crossed over Delphi he declared it

the navel of the earth so people would receive information here from the Oracle

and they would tell them what to do what kind of decisions to make and they were

written in kind of like parables very hard to understand somewhere two

horoscopes this is the Oracle of Delphi very rainy out today kind of looks like

Zion up here

got the first bank is attributing the Treasury of the athenians was designed

to hold the offerings for the Oracle including silver and gold it was built

sometime between 490 and 510 BC

look at these mythical landscapes now time to walk in the footsteps of Apollo

this is the most sacred spot so this is where the ten Delphi commandments were

including know thyself everything excess baby

at the top of this hill is a studio here we're at the Oracle of Delphi and this

is where people were able to talk to God the messages the Greeks believed we're

directly from God so the Greeks they also had a Sphinx here they had a lot of

inter cultural influences from Egypt and also from Turkey so there was a space

this is a UNESCO World Heritage Site

the Incas built not to teach you but hundred years earlier if you watch my

mitla video in Oaxaca they have similar patterns to this after driving through

the beautiful mountainous landscapes we reached the mountain town of arachova

which is a ski village right behind me is a ski village

we hope that you enjoyed this video of Greece if you liked it hit the thumbs up

button and subscribe because coming up next

Selena Gomez - Stained (Lyrics Video) - Duration: 3:29.

📝 Selena Gomez - Stained Lyrics

You were the one, the one that I could run to

You were the one, the one that I would beg for, no

And you were the one that made me believe that I could be better

Yeah, you were the one, the one that I would run to

Now I'm stained by you Like a coffee ring upon this table

I'm unstable, I am stained by you Like a goddamn soldier that just can't forget

the battle I am stained by you

Like a coffee ring upon this table I'm unstable, I'm stained by you

By you, by you, oh-oh

You had a way of making me feel special, yeah Then take it away and say I wasn't special,

no And now it's messed up

That bad kind of love is the only thing that makes me better

Yeah, you had your way I'm trying to pull myself together

'Cause now I'm stained by you Like a coffee ring upon this table

I'm unstable, I am stained by you Like a goddamn soldier that just can't forget

the battle I am stained by you

Like a coffee ring upon this table I'm unstable, I'm stained by you

By you, by you, oh-oh

Oh, it should be easy to let you go But I love you and I hate that you know

It should be easy to let you go But I love you and I hate that you know

Now I'm stained by you Like a coffee ring upon this table

I'm unstable, I am stained by you Like a goddamn soldier that just can't forget

the battle I am stained by you

Like a coffee ring upon this table I'm unstable, I'm stained by you

By you, by you, oh-oh

Fifteen minutes won't suffice, baby!

I'm sorry but it's for the greater good

Raise the stakes! Pick a fight!

And these ratings might ignite, baby!

You got a lot of nerve my friend

What day and age you think we're living in?

You've got a lot to learn human

Did you really think the doc was in?

Darling I can show you where my love hides

it's a heart beat

Yeah I'm dancing with your soul in my sights

Honey glamour's got me out of my mind

WHY YOU NEVER ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS (AND HOW TO CHANGE THAT) - Duration: 5:06.

WHY YOU NEVER ACHIEVE YOUR GOALS (AND HOW TO CHANGE THAT)

BY MARK DENICOLA

Setting goals is easy. Weve all set hundreds, if not thousands of them, over the course

of our life. But why is it that so few of the goals that we set ever become a reality?

One of the most commonly credited reasons is the sheer busyness of our daily life. We

claim that if we had more free time, wed undoubtedly spend that time actualizing our

dreams. But when life provides us with some of that seemingly precious resource, which

Im a firm believer happens to all of us far more often than we are willing to admit,

we instead opt to use it otherwise.

Another commonly recognized reason, that many prominent personal development figures have

made a fair living off of correcting, is the type of goals that we set. Terms like actionable

steps and reward-based models are thrown around as essential to pretty well

anything were serious about accomplishing. But Ive seen far too many properly concocted

goals still wither away for me to believe that to be the true underlying issue.

Here is my take on the real reason why so many of the goals we set in the modern world

struggle to become a reality in both video (1:22 runtime) and written (2-3 minute read)

form:

Plain and simple, to me, the main problem lies not in the goals that we set, but instead

in the mindset we have towards how quickly or easily they are supposed to become a reality.

We live in a world that not only expects, but DEMANDS things instantaneously. Dont

believe me? Take a second to honestly rate on a scale from 1-10 how quick you are to

get frustrated or impatient with the following things:

A slow internet connection Someone who cuts you off in traffic

The time between when your plane lands and when you can exit the plane

Ads before or during a YouTube video Slow service at a restaurant

When you take a step back, all of the above mentioned experiences truly are first world

problems, yet we complain about them as if they carry the capacity to end our lives if

not corrected.

Need further proof? Think of the way that you typically consume social media. Do you

not realize that things such as snaps and stories are as short as they are not because

of technological limitations but instead because thats how small our attention span has

become. We need things to captivate or provide us with something of value within seconds

or theyve lost us in favour of the next available thing a simple tap or scroll unlocks.

Its this mentality that more and more of us are subconsciously adopting into our goals

and work ethic.

You see, were setting goals like we always have, but rather than valuing and putting

into practice traits like patience, persistence, hard work, and belief -all of which the greatest

achievers in this world embodied relentlessly -were expecting success in 15 seconds or

less.

So if you really want that killer body, that successful business, or to spend that

entire year abroad, stop expecting it to happen as easily as it may have for that one stupid

kid you see all over YouTube, or for that one lucky woman on the news, and instead FOR

ONCE give your goal the chance it was hoping for when you first set it.

7 Property Renovation & Property Development MEGA TIPS For Buy To Let Type Property Investors - Duration: 10:23.

today I'd like to give you some really powerful property renovation tips that

are gonna help you the next time you have a smaller property development to do

Hi my name is Tony Law from Your First Four Houses and my channels all about

helping you achieve financial freedom through property. iif this is your first

time here be sure to subscribe to the channel and click that bell notification

icon so that you don't miss out on any of the free content that I gave you each

and every week. So today I want to share with you a few property renovation or

property development type tips that I honestly think will help you the next

time you're planning a somewhat smaller property refurbishment or

renovation and so the first one I'd like to share with you is gonna be fairly

obvious and it's all to do with "Preparation & Planning". Ideally you

should be spending around about a week before you actually start any work on

the planning and the budgeting and so on and if you do that honestly you'll find

the whole process runs a lot more smoothly you waste a lot less time and

you'll probably be closer to being on budget. Next do you need to consider whether you

need to to apply for any buildings regulations approval planning permission

or dare I say even "listed building consent" I'm sure you're probably fully aware

from the outset when you need listed building consent but sometimes you could

be surprised you might find a property that you consider would be listed but

actually it's not and there were lots of properties like that that probably

should be listed but actually aren't and you need to establish whether you need

these types of consents or permissions a very early stage because it can take

months for example simply going for planning can say 8 weeks from the outset

and if you don't get it and it has to go to appeal then obviously there's a lot

more time and so on and if consent is required you need to factor this into

your project also if you're working fairly near to a boundary is a party

wall and it's gonna be an issue a great example of this is actually my mum's

property where my mum lives right next door they have a baby

defaulted on the on the party wall agreement so that all work on that

project has ground to a halt whilst we get this all sorted sorted out if you

want to start work straight away maybe you want to say you want to start

looking at projects that don't require any type of consents for example maybe

you know if doing a garage conversion or maybe conversion into the loft area

often doesn't require any kind of planning consent often building rigs

will obviously come into play here but planning actually probably isn't

required and building rigs you can get them sorted out really rather quickly by

the way people often are confused when it comes to planning planning generally

speaking isn't required on any internal work on a property unless it is indeed a

listed building for example next let's consider who does the work now I'd

suggest you have just two options here you can either go down the main

contractor routes or down these subcontractor routes what I'm saying is

don't do the work yourself honestly you've got better things that you should

be doing with your time like maybe going to find the next deal for example often

the time that you're gonna waste doing that work yourself will cost you more

than the money you would have saved in bringing in a contractor in the first

place this was really challenging for me because I am technically a kitchen

fitter I used to fit kitchens that's what I used to do

I personally fitted well over a thousand kitchens in my time and for me putting

that toolbox down and leaving it alone was really really challenging especially

when I've got somebody in to do the work and I thought to myself I could probably

do a better job of that but you must not I would suggest

touch the tools if you can at all help it by the way if you need really good

contractors or subcontractors I've mentioned this before but letting agents

or estate agents are great people to connect with because usually they have

the best the best subcontractors lastly befriend a great handyman

honestly they are worth their weight in gold

by the way if you're finding this video helpful I would love it if you could

take a moment just to click on the thumbs up button down there it really

helps me if that's okay let's talk just a little bit about budgeting make it a

rule you'll always get three quotations for any work there's over a thousand

pounds if you do this it's it's a great philosophy to follow but if you do this

I've bet you you'll find that you'll start to get more competitive quotations

coming in and you can maybe start to play one or two off against each other

but make sure that you're always comparing like for like next negotiate

price on the phone when you're actually talking to a store rather than walking

into that store if you negotiate on the phone they're fully aware that you can

just simply put that phone down and phone somebody else and maybe get a

better price actually on this subject I generally tend to suggest that people

use just one builders merchants for all of their products it means that you can

get in there and negotiate really hard with the representative for that company

and also whenever your subcontractors or handyman or whatever need any products

they can go in there and buy it at a rate that you have already negotiated do

you know where your nearest salvage yard is if you've never walked around a

salvage yard go and do it this weekend you will be astonished at what you can

find at a salvage yard an incredibly good price plus to be really honest with

you it's just a fantastic way to spend your Sunday I would suggest you only

change the windows on a property if you absolutely have to the cost of changing

a window in terms of the amount you're gonna save on the energy is gonna it's

gonna take you decades potentially to save that money over all it actually

cost you to put that window in in the first place and honestly I think that

over a period of time especially because wooden windows for example I honestly

think that over a period of time people will start to look for properties that

have got those original windows so putting in for example uPVC might be it

might be a big mistake depending obviously on the condition of the

property allow a seriously large contingency dare

I say 15 to 20 percent for any unforeseen costs and lastly on the

subject of this use I would suggest or check out the Xero or QuickBooks to

manage and track all of your expenses I used to hate I used to hate with a

vengence accounting software packages quick story I to borrow I used to use

sage I took sage out into my garden I

surrounded it by little twigs and sticks and I literally burnt the software yeah

I ain't going back at least Wow 15 years I hasten to add but I have I

have just fallen in love with Xero now in particular but I'm probably gonna be

changing to QuickBooks fairly quick fairly soon but it's a fantastic way to

manage and track all of your expenses along a similar subject let's talk very

briefly about tax and in particular v80 most renovation work that you're going

to be involved in is going to be standard rated for be 80 at 20% however

if you use a builder or subcontractors that are not registered for v80

completely aboveboard you can save yourself the cost of the

v80 on the labor components straightaway also tax savings are very much available

on any listed buildings that you're looking at and and also and this is a

real big one if you're changing the number of the dwellings on the

particular project that you're looking at so for example if you've got a house

and you're turning that into two flats or Paris just split thought you're

spinning it vertically and changing it into two houses or something along those

lines there's some seriously big savings available ultimately you need to check

this out though because I'm not an accountant or tax specialist you need to

check this out with your property savvy accountant if you do that you might be

surprised at what you can sell what you can save let's talk very briefly about

design consider colors and styles from the very outset I slowed down when I

said that because I've made this mistake many times before but you need to

consider colors and designs from the out very outset and

be makeup of color palettes are you familiar with Adobe color wheel it is a

fantastic way so pick and choose colors that coordinate a matching really well

with each other check it out Adobe color wheel but you'd

be really impressed with that keep in mind it's not about what you want it's

all about what does the market want what do your potential tenants of course if

you're selling it your potential buyers of that property what do they want and

from real inspiration you've got to go and check out if you haven't already

done so the IKEA little sort of mini houses and flats for some fantastic

design ideas you'll be really really impressed of what they've actually got

to offer they're a well-designed property will rent far more quickly I

promise you it will and it will honestly make you more money so this is something

that you really want to get right and my last tip is to photograph everything

both before and after it is fantastic from a refinancing standpoint and

ultimately when you're sitting down with a potential investor and they've got a

hundred thousand pounds burning and holding their pocket you can demonstrate

that you're good at what you do for more tips and tricks like this be sure to

subscribe to my channel here and also download this 50-point checklist this is

going to really help you the next time you want to build or develop any kind of

property yourself my name's Tony Law from Your First Four Houses with online

training that helps build your property portfolio :-)

You Can Water This Cactus! - Duration: 6:49.

Every year I make a trip with my friends to Utah to the desert to go rock

climbing and it's a lot of fun but this year I wanted to bring the desert to you

in the most literal way that I possibly could see there are tons of cacti in the

desert as you can see here mm-hmm and I figured what if I could give the

internet a cactus and so I did that there's a cactus in my house and I've

polled the internet and you guys said let's name it:

Sir Stabbington. Now it is your cactus which means that you have to take care

of it, I am NOT gonna water it and yeah they live in the desert but they still

need water all plants do. so I really think this is the most ridiculous

contraption I've ever built. What it is, is a water bottle with a hose in it and

so water goes through this tube that's acting as a siphon goes down into this

valve, and that valve is controlled by micro controller here which is asking

the internet what the subscriber number on my youtube channel is, and every time

that subscriber number goes up - like we can witness here on my second account - a

single drop of water should fall out of that valve into the bucket that Sir

Stabbington is in. So anyone with a gmail account has a YouTube account and can press

subscribe and let a single drop of water fall into Sir Stabbington's bucket so you

can water Sir Stabbington. Now it only happens when the total number of

subscriber goes up above the maximum so if you click subscribe and unsubscribe

and subscribe and unsubscribe you'll still only have water the thing once but

just so you know. Now hopefully we can keep the cactus alive, I'm honestly not

sure we'll find out it's a big experiment. Lastly while I'm thinking

about it the bell icon if you click that and every

time I release a new video you will get notified. I'm gonna be live-streaming

the cactus as frequently as possible so check for a link in the description to

actually watch yourself water the cactus. I also want to say that it was windy in

the desert, so windy that the actual windscreen on my microphone blew away so

I apologize for the wind sounds. Back to Utah!

The desert here gets 0.6 millimeters of rain a day on average over the year by

this what does that actually look like well last year on my channel overall? On

average for the whole year we got 3 subscribers every day now

that's a lot and I mean I'm pumped about that but then this year things got have

been crazy I've had 30 subscribers every day on

average so before I say anything else like thanks man you guys are amazing I

mean I love your comments I feel like I've learned a lot it seems like you

guys learning things about science I've been loving it and you know this channel

wouldn't be here without you guys so thank you now 30 subscribers a day is 30

drops of water a day but still that's about half as much water as the cactus

would get if it was out here in the desert cuz I mean a drop of water is a

tiny tiny amount of water so what my channel does have 10 times the subscribe

rate it did last year it still has about half the subscriber

rate I think it would need to survive and stay alive at least it has half the

amount of water that it would get if it were here in the desert which is

probably what it needs now I'm not gonna give it any water but I will add soil to

it if somehow the subscriber rate jumps high enough so don't worry about over

watering the cactus I'm gonna take care of it but I'm not gonna water it that's

all you guys now if you're wondering: why would I subscribe to this channel

with this weird guy in the desert talking about his cactus it's your

cactus apparently? Well I make videos about science because it's what I'm most

passionate about because I think it can change the way that you see the world it

certainly has for me every month I'm making crazy metaphor or experiment

videos so so far this year I set up 13,799 dominoes

as a timeline for the universe's

history which I narrated

as they fell - at least I tried my best to... the force that holds it together is

gravity which I can also demonstrate. I built a digital camera for another video

starting with a penny and I evolved it just as the I might have evolved okay

this year I plan to measure the earth with just my bicycle and two sticks

trying to see how big it is and if I can measure that accurately I also plan to

lock myself in an airtight room for three days with just a bunch of plants

and see if they can produce the oxygen that I need to breathe that's fine I've

got many more things in I really want you guys to be involved in this channel

as much as possible and this is the year I mean it's the year I'm trying to give

this a shot for real and it's the year that stabbington

either lives or dies but I also want to know what you guys want out of this

channel I mean if there's some specific thing that you think would be cool for

me to do I am all ears so please leave a comment in the description if you think

that you would like to see this stuff or if you just want to help keep a little

cactus alive please subscribe make sure to check out the link in the description

so that you can actually watch yourself water Sir Stabbington and thanks so much

for everything up till now I mean like this channel has grown immensely I get

comments from you guys all the time it's super encouraging and thank you

for everything and thanks for watching

Elizabeth Lee explores identity through an original web comic - Duration: 1:24.

She's the brains behind the web comic "Existing Quietly, Living Loudly."

I realized, as a woman, as an Asian American, our voices are very silent in the world, and

I want to bring out that voice a bit more.

Giving mechanical engineering major Elizabeth Lee a platform.

In my life there's always like these funny situations that happen because I'm a female,

or in STEM, or because I am Asian or Asian American.

So I wanted to create this outlet I guess.

Tackling issues around identity.

Coming out of Vanderbilt I'm a lot more proud to be Korean.

Now, it's thinking I am enough who I am and I want to share to the world, the rest of

the world, who I am, as well.

And that there's beauty in every aspect of all races, all colors.

Lee, who spent the last decade in Louisville, Kentucky, has found a community here at Vanderbilt.

The support I've got from my professors, the peers I met, have been very great.

I'm part of an organization called Asian American Christian Fellowship.

Being more defined in my faith and finding other people who are interested in that path

as well.

And Lee is excited about her path beyond Vanderbilt.

I chose engineering because I thought in my head, oh it's the good intersectionality of

being creative, being able to design.

But also having science, math backing it up.

And I really do enjoy that process, that in engineering there's no right answer, as is

the same for art.
