Love 'em or hate 'em, the Kardashians are doing something right.
With their reality show, beauty brand empires, and meme-able moments, this ever-growing family
has the collective attention of fans world-wide.
And with those killer Kardashian bods, you might wonder just exactly how they "keep up"
with their diet.

Although they may enjoy a cheat meal (or indulge a pregnancy craving) here and there…

Breakfast of (reality TV) champions
Celebs run a tight schedule, so for the Kardashian-Jenner clan, it's important that breakfast be both
healthy and easy.
"I'm making my sister scrambled eggs because she's too tired to make it."
On her site, Kylie posted possibly the simplest and most delicious breakfast recipe: turkey-sausage
patties, pre-cooked rice, and eggs, all done in about 15 minutes.
Badda bing, badda boom - you're basically a reality star now.
Shake it up!
Remember that time Khloe got her killer fit-bod?
If you've ever found yourself wondering how in the world she made such a stunning transformation,
the answer is simple: This girl knows how to shake it.
"Ok, this one's not bad."
Kardashian's nutritionist revealed to Healthista, that Khloe starts each day with a nutrition-packed
breakfast shake of whey protein, almond butter, fruit, ice and water.
But Khloe isn't the only sister known for shaking things up.
Kim's Instagram is basically a subtle advertisement for various meal-replacement shakes.
The supermom even demonstrated her shake gulping skills on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
"I'm gonna give you a sardine smoothie."
Aaaaand we won't be needing the recipe for that one.

We all know that hydration is key, but not everyone enjoys the taste of plain old water.
Fortunately, Khloe knows the struggle, posting in 2015:
"My current obsession is infused waters.
[...] Infused water can generally be any combination of fruits, vegetables, and herbs immersed
in cold water."
And according to her app, Kourtney amps up her water by infusing it with fresh lemon,
mint, and ginger, writing,
"When I make this water, the fresh flavors taste so good that I end up drinking even
more throughout my day."
Ladies who lunch
The only things getting more screen time than Kim's cry-face, on Keeping Up with the Kardashians,
are those mystery salad bowls.
"There is a phenomenon happening here and it's because of the Kardashians, right?"
According to Kim, the infamous salads are from a Woodland Hills, California restaurant
called Health Nut.
Kim says she and Khloe go for the Chinese Chicken Salad with extra avocado, Kendall
and Kylie order the Deluxe salad (no cheese or tomatoes for Kylie), and Kourtney keeps
it simple with a classic Chef Salad (also skipping the cheese and tomatoes).
Anyone else thinking only about cheese and tomatoes right now?
An apple a day
Kourtney gave fans the low-down on everything she eats in a day, starting from the moment
she wakes up.
According to her app, she takes collagen supplements every morning, followed by one tablespoon
of organic apple cider vinegar 20 minutes later.
She says,
"Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your
skin to the way your body processes nutrients."
But if you're not a vinegar fan, don't worry.
Kourtney also bakes apple chips in a weekly batch, using thinly sliced apples and a sprinkle
of cinnamon.

If you've ever imagined yourself sitting down to dinner with the K-clan, pick up a copy
of In the Kitchen with Kris.
The Kardashian-Jenner matriarch and author, Kris Jenner, dropped by Today to share her

Shady Companies Using YOUR Photos/Videos Without Permission | Theory - Duration: 9:20.
Before we get the video officially started, I want to make things very clear.
My intentions are not to hurt the company.
In fact, all of the information I'm about to present to you is available to the public
via their website, Facebook, etc.
So, these are all just theories and opinions, and you could be the judge for yourself what
to make of this information.
Imagine scrolling through Facebook or Instagram and seeing one of those videos that just stops
you in your tracks.
You know the kind of videos I'm talking about.
The clickbait ones you don't actively look for, but end up watching anyway.
Now, imagine seeing yourself in one of those videos.
Problem is, you didn't upload this video nor did you give anyone permission to use it.
So, you uploaded that face mask video about a year ago.
How did you find out that someone used it?
I logged on to Facebook.
Like you know, what people do and my friend tagged me in a video where I was in it
which was really weird.
Yeah I ended up messaging them about like this is my video.
You know ask for my permission and you can use it.
You know I sent them a nice message.
They didn't respond to me.
And does it bother you in anyway that they were using your image for this ad.
The ad doesn't really...It doesn't bother me.
What made me annoyed the most was what they were...The link that they had for someone
to click on to go buy that product.
I wasn't even using that one.
The company seems to be growing.
I think you can only do that for so long and only have you know certain people like me
that are just like whatever.
Lucky for Jeff, the video was removed.
He also didn't seem to mind that they were taking his video and using it for their ad.
The only thing he really wanted was to be credited.
But to be honest with you something still doesn't seem right about this.
Here's what we know.
Jeff's video was used to advertise a product from a company called Slay Love.
So, I'm looking at who is commenting, sharing, and liking these posts.
A lot of them seem to be people outside the US and for some reason, SoFlo too.
Many of the comments actually seem to be from real people.
People genuinely sharing this with friends, but also complaints about this company not
delivering on time.
In their video section, I noticed Guava Juice a youtuber with 10 million subscribers.
I doubt he was paid to do this, but nothing is impossible.
Unfortunately for me, he has way too many followers to see any kind of message I send
him, but I did notice that this ad left someone's Instagram or twitter handle on their video,
and that's this guy, Kieronthebarber.
So, I'm going to go ahead and attempt to reach out to Kieron the barber on instagram.
Um on youtube though he has about...Oh god that's bright.
On YouTube he has about 81 thousand subscribers and on Instagram he has about 97.3 thousand subscribers
so hopefully he answers.

Did you give permission to a company called Slay Love to use your black mask video?
Okay so in the meantime I did find the original videos that guava juice and Kieron the barber
did and they're testing completely different products.
Right here I have a Purifying peel off mask, but this thing is no.
its not a normal ordinary mask okay?
This thing is the most painful mask ever.
Now, what I'm going to be doing here is, I'm going to be using.
I've tried many different black masks and I must say for me personally, Pilaten black
mask is definitely the one you must be buying.
So this ad is trying to sell you a face mask, but the content of the video is most likely
composed of people trying out different brands of face mask.
Pretty much he confirms that he did not give them permission to use this video.
FFS lol I'll message them.
The Facebook page seems inactive so maybe there were tons of complaints that caused
them to ditch this page, but I'm clicking this link and its leading me to this website
called Shop Sena.
Looks like they sell a variety of things and also that face mask that was advertised.
So, its possible that Slay Love just had a rebranding.
It changed its name from Slay Love to Shop Sena, but I'm looking at their facebook page
and wow.
Shop Sena has terrible reviews.
They only have 29 but all 29 of those reviews are one star.
The page does seem inactive, but all the reviews are recent so this company is still in business.
In summation the comments are composed of people complaining about late orders, almost
2 months late.
And the company actually being a Korean company posing as an American business.
It's highly likely that these companies are the same because a commenter said that
their bank statement says the transaction was made to slay love.
This is getting more and more bizarre because I'm looking at the website's FAQ section and
they say they're based in Los Angeles, but according to a lot of the commenters they're
based somewhere in Asia.
But that's not the weird part, the weirdest part is whoever created this site forgot to
edit this part.
In the defective product section they say this, Dapiz will cover related costs.
Who or what is Dapiz?
Same bad reviews.
I kind of see what's going on here.
Dapiz also has a website and it's leading me to this, Allurefy.
Same type of products.
Even the website layout is the same to Shop Sena.
Looking at the Allurefy Facebook page, and I can tell this is the one with the most likes
and engagement.
But for some reason they're promoting the Shop Sena
Who promotes their competition?
The only difference is this page looks like they're actually using hired actors to create
content to promote their products.
To add more to my suspicion that all these companies are actually the same, if you look at how
to return them, they all lead to a space in Valencia California.
I have several scenarios of what may be happening.
Jeff mentioned this one
They're affiliate marketing.
They're creating viral videos promoted via Facebook and Instagram ads, making people
click the link, and when an individual buys a product, they get a cut of the sale.
So they aren't actually responsible for the delivery process.
They're only making money by making you click the link.
Next scenario which I think is the most plausible, is that they're taking products from Asia
that may have otherwise been cheaper and flipping it.
That's the reason for the warehouse and why they're a bit overpriced compared to
the same products on amazon.
For example the Zhiym smooth 4 is 139 dollars on Amazon, but they're selling it for about
200.
The third scenario, is that this could be the same Asian company just disguising themselves
as an American business
So what's with all the aliases and different company names?
I'm guessing that Allurfy is their legitimate business.
They have the most followers with that account, the videos are hired actors and so forth.
These other aliases like Shop Sena and Dapiz are being used to promote content in a very
shady way.
Using other people's videos and images.
The advantage of that is free content without the work.
The allurfy page merely just shares these videos from Shop Sena and Dapiz, making it
look like they do not have an affiliation.
And if those pages get shut down, that's fine because they still have Allurfy.
And again, I'm not accusing the company of doing this.
These are just my theories based on I've seen that's available to the public.

next, and people with interesting stories.
The internet has taken testimonial ads a step further.

a lot of traffic.

The management of time. Wouldn't you agree
this has to be one of the master keys to wealth and happiness? Time is the
inexplicable raw material of everything. With it all is possible. Without it
nothing. The supply of time is truly a daily miracle. An affair genuinely
astonishing when one examines it. You wake up in the morning and lo your
purse is magically filled with 24 hours of the unmanufactured tissue of the
universe of your life. it is yours. It is the most precious of possessions. No one
can take it from you, it is unstealable. And no one receives either more or less
than you receive. In the realm of time, there is no aristocracy of wealth, and no
aristocracy of intellect. Genius is never rewarded by even an extra hour a day. And
there is no punishment. Waste your infinitely precious commodity as much as
you will, and the supply will never be withheld from you. Moreover, you cannot
draw on the future. Impossible to get into debt. You can only waste the passing
moment. You cannot waste tomorrow, it is kept for you. You cannot waste the next
hour, it is kept for you. You have this 24 hours of daily time to live. Out of it,

not a bad idea. Don't throw away other important values in your life just going
for one. I went for some things in my life and found out later I had paid too
much. If I had known how much they were going to cost, I never would have paid. So
that is a consideration. The next approach to time management is to work
longer and harder, and we all know the dangers there, right? Unless you aren't
working at all, then you probably need to work longer and harder. But for some
people, if 10 hours won't do it in a day they
work 12. And if 12 won't do they move it up to 14. Some people even take on two
jobs. And there are some very real dangers here. Not least of which is
health problems that result from not being able to handle the stress. So
you've got to be careful with this approach. The last approach I think is
the best, and that is to get more out of you. In the time you have assigned to
labor, make the hours more valuable. The key is not to work harder, but to work
smarter. If you're putting in about 8 or 10 hours a day, six days a week, that's
about it. You can't work much harder. But remember, it's not the hours you put in
that counts, it's what you put in the hours. Get more from you to make the
investment of time more valuable, and no telling how valuable you can become. We
don't lack the capacity we only lack the ideas, and the will, and the discipline to
carry them out. In considering the subject of time management, remember that
a big part of the key for changing is to take it in small steps. Most of us don't
make revolutionary changes. We change a few degrees at a time. When you get some
life momentum rolling it's not that easy to make all the changes all at once. Hey
you can't whip a u-turn with the Queen Elizabeth 2. When that big ship gets
moving they say it takes seven miles just to get it stopped. So when it's
really moving you just have to nudge it a little, and
finally you get it turned. That's a lot like our lives, a few nudges at a time.
But if you're consistent, you can't believe the progress you can make in a
fairly short period of time.
Here is my first key point on the management of time. Either you run the
day or it runs you.That's fairly simply put, but it is so true. Everything in life
is a lot like that. Emotions are a good example, either you master them, or they
will master you. Something is always going to master, and something is always
going to serve. Whether it's your emotions, your enterprise, or your project.
Difficulty will serve or master. Fear, anxiety, inclinations, they all serve or
master. We must learn to send our inclinations to school to teach them how
to behave, how best to serve, and to learn their true value. So that is key one, get
in charge, you be the master. It pays to take a look often and examine all the
parts of your life, and all the things that you are involved in, and all the
things that are affecting you so that you can get an intelligent answer to the
question: who's in charge here? It's so easy when you get something started to
unwittingly relinquish the reins of authority, so that it begins to subtly
but surely take over. Soon you become the servant. It dictates, it demands, and you
respond. So let's turn this whole challenge around. You take over the reins
of authority. You subtly but surely take charge. You dictate, you demand, and you
will be delighted to see early signs of positive response from your enterprise,
your business, and your life. The next time management essential is to learn to
say no. I had some difficulty here. It is so easy to say yes to everything, trying
to be a nice person, and then have to spend all that time trying to come up
with excuses to get out of the obligation. It's one of the great time
wasters. How much better to say "no I don't think I can, but if that changes
I'll give you a call." And isn't it a better
feeling to call someone with the good news "I can come" than with the bad news
"guess what, I can't come." When in doubt, learn to say no. Don't let your mouth
overload your back. That's a great thought to keep in mind when scheduling
your time. Here's the next tip. When you work, work and when you play, play. For
time efficiency, and for that good feeling that comes from doing something
without any guilt feeling. Don't mix the two. Many years ago I used to say "I've
got to get my family to the beach, I've been promising to take them to the beach.
What are they going to think if I don't take them?" Now guess where I am while I'm
thinking about the beach? Right, at the office. Now I finally get my family to
the beach, but at the beach I'm saying "I should be at the office, I have so much
to do." Now I've messed up my beach time with the family by thinking about the
office. So I learned this lesson. Make a play day a play day, and a work day a
work day. Don't mix the two. Sure enough, if you say I'm going to take off at
three o'clock and go play, guess what you are thinking about all morning? Taking
off to go play. So don't play at work, and don't work at play. It's a great rule to
follow to ensure that your time is used more effectively. Now I know all of this
has to be modified to fit your particular situation.
No one rule will apply to all, but keep the main thought in mind: separate work
and play. A builder friend of mine now has the luxury of working a week and
taking off a week. That's what he calls it: work a week, play a week. However, with
weekends on either side of his play week it's really nine days. So he works five
and takes off nine. That is luxury, right? However the five days he works, he really
works. Secretaries, accountants, architects,
superintendents, long days around the clock, into the
night. Five heavy, full days. Then he's off to play. So when he works, he really works
so that he can save all the play time for a longer stretch. Now perhaps we
can't all do that, but we can learn to practice the skill of separating work
and play. The next time management essential is to analyze how you are. Then
if the challenge calls for it, you must either change how you are, or
change your procedure. That is productivity waiting to make time pay.
Self analyzing. The first thing to analyze is your periods of greatest
productivity throughout the day. If you are a morning person who wakes up early,
ready to start the day, that is the best time to do your creative work. You can
get more done when you're at your best. Some people are night people. Fuzzy in
the morning, late to get started, but alert and awake long into the evening. If
that's the way you are, then this is the best time to pack in the activity and
creativity. The key is to find your best time, and use it to its fullest. Next,
analyze your habits. If, for example, you're not good at keeping records, get
someone to do it for you. If you have promised yourself that you're going to
keep your records or balance your checkbook, and this has been going on for
a few years, it looks like you aren't that kind of person. Nor are you likely
to become that kind of person. You may say "no I'm really going to do it this
time." Hey I would suggest that a few years is long enough. Don't promise
yourself anymore. Just say "maybe the smart thing to do is to get someone to
do this." You would be surprised at how often you can remain a lot like you are
in many areas if you will just make the arrangements to have it covered. Every
situation calls for an evaluation of values. You've just got to weigh
everything, and make the necessary adjustments if
you want to get full-time and full value out of your life.

this is the first morning I won't be able to have my coffee so we're excited
about that I'm just gonna drink water until I find my coffee alternative doing
my spinach omelet you guys are going it to die and what I added in ten of my own
that I'm so desperate at this point I put the actual chicken bullion like
powder inside of my omelet this thing is going to be hella salty but you know
what I don't want to drink that powder that I got that gastro light thing I
just I don't it tastes horrible my favorite back baking and by Lewis BBQ
right after this I'm gonna go get my bloodwork done the doctor says I don't
have to fast before I do it it's not really gonna make any difference so I'm
gonna go ahead and finish this up and I'll let you guys know what's going on
after mama breakfast is very important Wow
one pebble at a time yeah we're gonna be making a chicken soup together this is
such a really great easy super healthy recipe because I'm gonna put like
spinach in there I'm gonna put carrots I have to stop at the store and grab a
couple of stuff and then we're gonna make it together you guys don't ask
about the hair okay this is just I haven't even like officially woken up
into this world this morning I just have it okay so I'm going yeah I just tried
the omelet god this is bad this is really bad anyways nobody cares I just
tried the omelet it's actually not like super super salty to be honest with you
guys I'm actually glad that I put it in there I can like taste the sodium though
on my tongue it's weird doesn't taste super salty but I can taste that there's
definitely like something heightened in it but it doesn't taste that so if you
guys want to try that tip oh and I can't wait to make my chicken soup later this
weather like it's super cloudy lately and it's gonna be like a little bit more
like breezy today and kind of cold so soup is always like this super light
comforting food I'm just having my glass of water because I can't have my coffee
this is my bitter face so I'm gonna eat my breakfast and then I'm gonna head off
to the clinic do my blood work hope for the best
I just came back from getting my blood work done and I just came back from
Garos Robin where's that bag there it is I'm gonna show you guys what I got
everybody downs one of my cannolis that I bought you guys
there I am a firm believer if you guys crazy thing have it eat it move on get
back to lifestyle I things greatly I haven't had any caffeine but I was at
the grocery store and I ran into something that was a caffeine like
substitute I had two guys like the coffee lovers out there like I know you
guys feel my pain I know you guys are like oh my god I cannot imagine what
you're going through because if you are a coffee lover or a matcha lover
caffeine junkie I know you guys feel my pain I know you do and that's my kettle
because I'm gonna try my new coffee substitute I am so excited you guys if
this tastes like coffee I'm going to be the happiest woman on the planet today
so I'm gonna show you guys what I got for my groceries and we're gonna make
our fake coffee first thing on our grocery list very very important to us
or couldn't list over here like hello oh I haven't had this in the longest
time Special K vanilla almond okay this is my favorite favorite cereal you guys
we bought a ton of veggies for our soup as you guys know we're gonna be doing a
chicken soup today I'm gonna put so then show instead of my soup actually found
the cilantro today you guys ha ha last time you guys were like the
cilantro was right there like but I didn't say it damn it okay so I also got
my own note because I was kind of running low then I got this pack of
stir-fried veggies it's just I think I'm gonna do a stir fry because the doctor
also said use your soy sauce I'm gonna use my Liquid aminos there still is like
a lot of sodium in there he said feel free to use a ton of salt inside of your
stir-fry because you definitely need it you're definitely really low on that oh
my goodness this is my caffeine substitute my coffee substitute it says
here bamboo all natural no caffeine instant Swiss coffee substitute when I
saw this I was like are you gonna save my life like seriously are you going to
help me survive this whole like coffee cleanse thing because I don't know if I
can do it clearly I haven't even lasted a day you guys I'm already trying to
look for substitutes and if I go to Starbucks I'm just like I'm sorry
can I get a venti water because I can't even get anything from here then I got a
can of black beans I ran out of this my eggs eggs are really really really
important to me they're literally like almost every single thing my breakfast
they probably are my everyday breakfast I can also start having my cereal back
there for breakfast I got carrots carrots I was missing for
my my soup I didn't have any so I definitely need that for inside my soup
and then I got a couple more of my chicken size it was kind of a quick
shopping trip I'm assuming that this isn't coffee works the exact same way as
my other and can coffee works let's see what this smells like first of all it
okay oh my doesn't exactly coffee but it just sounds like I'm a little bit like
soy sauce no I just smelled like the root of something I don't really know
how to describe it I don't know how much to use to be very honest with you but
we're gonna do the whole like spoonful thing my collection of stevia like it's
just an awesome seriously it's just fantastic God these are the times I wish
I was 6 foot 2 CDs inside of here you know what even if this tastes a little
bit like coffee I'm gonna be honest with you guys I am the hella desperate like I
am so desperate okay guys the moment of truth
you know what that's definitely gonna do like that is gonna do you know because
whoo that tasted the closest thing I think I'm ever gonna get to coffee you
know what that's not that bad coffee and like addict to my face and just like
wait it's not bad you know I thought what's so funny about me guys is I'm so
like black and white as soon as he told me like you came to coffee I immediately
like put it in my head I was like like seriously all jokes aside I was like
okay you just can't have coffee like it's gonna be tough but you can do this
I can make a very like drastic change very quickly
and I'm very very adaptable to another thing that comes along with being a
Pisces we're very adaptable if you put us in the desert we will find a way to
survive if you put us in the jungle we'll find a way to survive if you put
us in a lavish hotel we're just gonna you know right get ourselves culture
what we're gonna do Cheers random thing I will link my
glasses down below I get a ton of messages on my glasses thanking you guys
you guys see that you love my glasses I love my glasses because I you know I
have to wear glasses almost every single day or else my contacts they just annoy
the heck out of me and I just run off patience for them and I also have a
coupon code you guys can use with them for 20% off I use that coupon code when
I ordered them I mean it's only been a day so I'm kind of curious like if I
don't have it at all even if I don't have a substitute I have a feeling that
I'll be like where is my caffeine or at least where's my matcha yeah so we're
gonna get started with our chicken soup now so I've just put my pot on a really
really low I'm also gonna add some olive oil at the bottom here I have just a
bunch of spinach you guys know that spinach does not go a long way once it's
cooked kind of just ripped it up with my hands or you guys can use my scissors
trick we're gonna add in some celery we're gonna add in parsley we're gonna
use this bullion for the flavor this is nor nor so funny because my mom used to
say Kannur is it kannur is it norm is the K silent who knows it's basically
just a powder you guys and the reason when I'm making this soup in the first
place is obviously because you guys know I have my low blood pressure issue so
this has a ton of sodium and this was actually something that the doctor
suggested we're gonna add in some carrots I'm going to use my handy dandy
hamilton beach chopper gonna use some cilantro I want to give
it like a little bit of that kick because I love cilantro and then celery
and onion onions the first thing we're gonna chop up we're gonna add in our
onions are chopped onions instead of our pot now so at this point you guys we are
also gonna add in all of our carrots this is also perfect for your kids even
if you guys are feeling sick talk about our cilantro and our Pollock parsley
parsley our parsley inside of there and I'm just gonna chop that in there you
don't have to do it perfectly that's what I love about this trick and the
parsley my mom every time she makes chicken soup she always has parsley just
making me feel like I have to look parsley inside of their dad is
interrupting our blog you know what we have to set some ground rules here you
know I could just make a schedule we're gonna add in our celery at this point as
well I've kind of just filled up this jug here of water and we're just going
to add it inside you guys can just kind of I edge I didn't love to kind of just
cook from the heart you guys and what I mean by that
being a Pisces we just do everything by the heart we never follow nothing
there's no real recipe that I have I'm gonna put as much bullion as I think
obviously then put it in slowly and I'm gonna see how salty I kind of like it
it's gonna taste a little bit salty to me because I'm not clearly I'm not
getting my sodium in so make sure you guys add it in slowly and then as it
boils you guys can taste Chesson and see if it needs some more that sort of looks
like it's out of there I can already smell the bullion oh my god it smells so
good put some garlic in there the garlic is
just gonna add a little bit of flavor 6 chicken thighs for this size pot so I'm
just removing all of the chicken thighs onto a plate actually won't like when a
soup is super super watery so that's why I actually didn't add in any extra water
this is what it looks like yum yum yum so I think I want to add in these shells
maybe two palm Foles sprinkle that in there right now we are going to add in
our greens that I think I am gonna have to add in some more water because of the
pasta and Adams more water there how delicious that look
like how good I'm gonna close this up because our pasta needs to cook now and
I'll show you guys what it looks like after you guys I was kind of thinking
I'm like what am I supposed to do on weekends when I go like to breakfast
with my parents I don't know what it is their coffee like has some like magic
ingredient I don't know what it is but I'm like because it's instant I'm gonna
ask them for hot water almost as if I'm about to do a team and I'm gonna bring
this with me inside like a ziploc bag and I'm gonna make my own coffee and I'm
gonna bring my stevia or I can bring my own sugar if I want him just thought
about that I'm like you can bring it with you because it's instant and just
ask them for hot water and then just make your own that's the only time I use
Mel because when I go to breakfast I don't use on a milk but I'm so excited
that I can actually bring this guy with me first soup is turning out so good you
guys I already taste tested it because I added more water I needed to add warm
the bullion so I added in two more extra tablespoons it goes to show you guys
because a lot of people like to say you know take a look at your carbs and watch
your salt and this a nut yeah you should watch your salt you know like you should
not have like a ton a ton a ton of salt but I I think personally I learned a
lesson um and I got my body used to next to nothing like Hardy not putting any
salt in my food I think I just had this thing in my head that things are already
so packed with salt and it is the reality if you're buying stuff outside
you can't really control how much sodium is in there but when you're cooking at
home you're fully in control of how much salts in there I just realized for me
it's it's a big deal I'm not having enough sodium you know I literally like
even right now isn't standing here you guys I'm not feeling the the strongest
I'm feeling like kind of weak a little bit lightheaded so I really need this
soup so it's not gonna be fixed overnight but it's definitely something
that I'm just gonna keep you know monitoring for a couple of days I'm
gonna do the no caffeine thing I'm gonna see how it goes and I think our soup is
pretty much time right now so much - guys something looks like oh my gosh
look how chunky this is I am so excited to have some of those you guys you have
a no idea I am so hungry right now are you guys excited to try this recipe let

the cereal looks like for those who who haven't tried it this like little bits
of almonds inside there it's just so good the sweetness of it is just so nice

best look so I just ordered pizza make you know my own pizza I just wanted I
also got mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce afcars
show you guys what I got when it comes cuz I'm still waiting for it so I guess
you can kind of call this like a cheat night I don't really call it that you
guys I just had my cannolis today and I'm having pizza like I don't really
care what Smoove on let's just keep going forward like it doesn't even
bother me I was gonna work out tomorrow but I'm still feeling like really weak
so I don't know I think what I'm gonna do for a couple of days is not go to the
gym but do like at home workouts if I feel weak I can I'm more comfortable at
home and then if I just can't work out then I just can't work out and I'm also
kind of waiting on my my blood tests anyways so I think it's safer if I wait
for those results first and you know hopefully there isn't a bigger issue I
really hope there isn't and hopefully it's just I need to have more soul for a
couple of days I'm just waiting on my pizza right now I'm super excited
because I'm gonna have mozzarella sticks I haven't had like
mozzarella stick something forever I'm dipping them into the marinara sauce
okay god I love it so much I'm not even a Pizza fan but I did I really want
pizza as you can say I made it through kind of day one like what time is that
right now 7:23 I've made it through day one without any caffeine like so weird a
head it's like really hurting right now but yeah you just have to always kind of
like look on the bright side I'm gonna make it through this it's always gonna
be okay like I always have that in my mind I think those gonna be okay and
yeah nothing that some pizza can't fix what drink mom oh you were laughing at
my video mother you're interrupting my vlog doesn't this piece I look good and
my mozzarella sticks of course let's just dump this mm-hmm
I'm not gonna share these these are mine okay guys it's going down let me show
you what's going on in this beautiful plate of mine I have two slices of pizza
for now I'm gonna see how it goes because you guys didn't ask you I can't
really eat much then I have my granite dipping sauce and I have my marinara and
I think that the I think it came with five of these I gave one to my dad and I
think I've eaten like all the other ones guys so this is element left hello how
I'm various balls does it look okay no I'm just gonna enjoy this and live my
life live my best life guys does it get any better than this you guys I don't
think it does I'm actually just gonna eat the actual pepperoni I'm not against
eating pepperoni but it's just on my favorite thing so I was just gonna kind
of pick it off but then it'd be like so much work so I have here mushrooms green
olives and the ho makes it like extra salty our pepperoni and our cheese the
yum yum yes well that was great you guys oh I'm full now
see those two slices like they filled me up I'm not a huge eater I can't just
like gobble a whole bunch of food down this just never really been me and my
dad actually has this joke that I can never finish my plate but they jokes on
him this time because I've been MyPlate I have had a ton of sodium today
I don't get it but again I think it's just me like just trying to be like a
perfectionist I'm just wanting things like right right away but it's gonna
take time I think I'm just gonna kind of arrest I actually took a nap today like
that's how tired I was I mean through g1 without caffeine I'm so proud of myself

and it's an honor for us to have Tua's friends here.

to kinda see what I've been raised with, and raised by.
Being able to share that opportunity, you know, with them...
I think is something cool.
The culture here is...it's diverse, you know...

(How To Start A) Bonsai Tree Collection - Shohin Larch Part 4 - Duration: 7:52.
Hello everyone and today I am going to be
working on a little Larch tree which is
part of the how to start a bonsai tree
collection. It's a beautiful little
tree and has been in this plastic pot
for a number of years. I t's grown enough
and I think its time for it to have its
own pot. so stay tuned.
Hey it's me, Iqbal Khan, if you have not yet
subscribed to mikbonsai then click
the subscribe button and hit the bell icon
to subscribe and receive notifications as I
upload new videos.
That's the let Larch tree which
we are going to repot today. Its
been in this plastic pot for a number of
years and I think the time has now come
to for this to go into its own
little bonsai pot and the trunk has
thickened, its slightly thicker than a pencil
and has some surface roots so without
further ado we will get starte,
so now I am going to take the tree out of the
pot it was very easy and start working
the top.
There are a few weeds here so
I'll take those out, we don't want them
transferred into the new pot with the
new soil. There is Bonsai soil from
the previous report, which helps
and the bottom is full of roots. I will
have to basically trim these off and
that's the wire mesh which is completely
tangled up in the roots. There's a couple
of wire meshes. Just take that out,
put that to one side, here's the other one
where the roots have gone through it.
Just do a quick root prune and like
so and that's all I am going to do with it
for now. We'll tidy up and catch up shortly.
I have chosen this pot, it's quite a quirky
little pot. I've prepared it with wire
mesh and also wired it up to secure
the tree in it and I will now start
repoting it and put some soil in it.
First create a little mound and then
ease the tree in on it, like this and
I also have anchor wires
and we will secure the tree
in the pot with the anchor wires
and I'm going to do that now
and after that we'll continue adding more soil
that's the anchor wire I'm going to do
it gently and lightly by my hand and then
tighten it up it with a plier afterwards
and same thing with the other
side and I will now use a plier to
tighten, just gently tighten these wires and
we'll do the fine tuning after we've
added some more soil to the pot.
We have to straighten it up a bit
more by putting some more soil
underneath the tree and centralise it as
much as I can,
and now I'm going to use
the chopstick to drive the soil in between
the roots making sure that there
are no air pockets. As you can see the
soil is sinking in the pot and that's
because it's being driven into the air
pockets and will try to ensure that is
thoroughly done.
I'm now going to secure the tree
in the pot, just checking to
make sure that it's at the angle that I
need it to be at. A slight adjustment
here and that's done by pushing the soil
underneath the tree from the bottom
which pushes up the side from which the
soil is being pushed in, so now I'm just
going to tighten these anchor wires and
make sure that the tree is fully secured.
Yeah that's tight enough
and I will now cut these anchor wires
and then turn the rest in and bury it
into the soil, hiding it from view.
i am going to finish the repoting by
adding a little bit more soil to top it
all up and that should do. I will again
firm it in. its quiet a small pot I am
going to use my hands to firm it all in
and now we'll give it a quick soak.
I have a little watering can
will keep watering until it runs clear
go around the tree
and give it a quick prune there's a
little dead branch here so I'm gonna take
that out and also the new growth
I am going to prune that, there is very little
pruning to do. There are just a few
branches which I'm going to prune back
to there and this one again to there
and there's this one too there, so that's all the
pruning that I'm going to do on this
little tree today.
There we are folks the little Larch
repotted from its plastic pot into
proper bonsai pot, lightly pruned and
I think it's the pot matches a tree very
well they complement each other.
I am going to give it a quick 360 so you can
see the tree from all sides and the pot
is a bit quirky it's uneven it's
handmade and Thats where we started

Shady Companies Using YOUR Photos/Videos Without Permission | Theory - Duration: 9:20.Before we get the video officially started, I want to make things very clear.
My intentions are not to hurt the company.
In fact, all of the information I'm about to present to you is available to the public
via their website, Facebook, etc.
So, these are all just theories and opinions, and you could be the judge for yourself what
to make of this information.
Imagine scrolling through Facebook or Instagram and seeing one of those videos that just stops
you in your tracks.
You know the kind of videos I'm talking about.
The clickbait ones you don't actively look for, but end up watching anyway.
Now, imagine seeing yourself in one of those videos.
Problem is, you didn't upload this video nor did you give anyone permission to use it.
So, you uploaded that face mask video about a year ago.
How did you find out that someone used it?
I logged on to Facebook.
Like you know, what people do and my friend tagged me in a video where I was in it
which was really weird.
Yeah I ended up messaging them about like this is my video.
You know ask for my permission and you can use it.
You know I sent them a nice message.
They didn't respond to me.
And does it bother you in anyway that they were using your image for this ad.
The ad doesn't really...It doesn't bother me.
What made me annoyed the most was what they were...The link that they had for someone
to click on to go buy that product.
I wasn't even using that one.
The company seems to be growing.
I think you can only do that for so long and only have you know certain people like me
that are just like whatever.
Lucky for Jeff, the video was removed.
He also didn't seem to mind that they were taking his video and using it for their ad.
The only thing he really wanted was to be credited.
But to be honest with you something still doesn't seem right about this.
Here's what we know.
Jeff's video was used to advertise a product from a company called Slay Love.
So, I'm looking at who is commenting, sharing, and liking these posts.
A lot of them seem to be people outside the US and for some reason, SoFlo too.
Many of the comments actually seem to be from real people.
People genuinely sharing this with friends, but also complaints about this company not
delivering on time.
In their video section, I noticed Guava Juice a youtuber with 10 million subscribers.
I doubt he was paid to do this, but nothing is impossible.
Unfortunately for me, he has way too many followers to see any kind of message I send
him, but I did notice that this ad left someone's Instagram or twitter handle on their video,
and that's this guy, Kieronthebarber.
So, I'm going to go ahead and attempt to reach out to Kieron the barber on instagram.
Um on youtube though he has about...Oh god that's bright.
On YouTube he has about 81 thousand subscribers and on Instagram he has about 97.3 thousand subscribers
so hopefully he answers.

Did you give permission to a company called Slay Love to use your black mask video?
Okay so in the meantime I did find the original videos that guava juice and Kieron the barber
did and they're testing completely different products.
Right here I have a Purifying peel off mask, but this thing is no.
its not a normal ordinary mask okay?
This thing is the most painful mask ever.
Now, what I'm going to be doing here is, I'm going to be using.
I've tried many different black masks and I must say for me personally, Pilaten black
mask is definitely the one you must be buying.
So this ad is trying to sell you a face mask, but the content of the video is most likely
composed of people trying out different brands of face mask.
Pretty much he confirms that he did not give them permission to use this video.
FFS lol I'll message them.
The Facebook page seems inactive so maybe there were tons of complaints that caused
them to ditch this page, but I'm clicking this link and its leading me to this website
called Shop Sena.
Looks like they sell a variety of things and also that face mask that was advertised.
So, its possible that Slay Love just had a rebranding.
It changed its name from Slay Love to Shop Sena, but I'm looking at their facebook page
and wow.
Shop Sena has terrible reviews.
They only have 29 but all 29 of those reviews are one star.
The page does seem inactive, but all the reviews are recent so this company is still in business.
In summation the comments are composed of people complaining about late orders, almost
2 months late.
And the company actually being a Korean company posing as an American business.
It's highly likely that these companies are the same because a commenter said that
their bank statement says the transaction was made to slay love.
This is getting more and more bizarre because I'm looking at the website's FAQ section and
they say they're based in Los Angeles, but according to a lot of the commenters they're
based somewhere in Asia.
But that's not the weird part, the weirdest part is whoever created this site forgot to
edit this part.
In the defective product section they say this, Dapiz will cover related costs.
Who or what is Dapiz?
Same bad reviews.
I kind of see what's going on here.
Dapiz also has a website and it's leading me to this, Allurefy.
Same type of products.
Even the website layout is the same to Shop Sena.
Looking at the Allurefy Facebook page, and I can tell this is the one with the most likes
and engagement.
But for some reason they're promoting the Shop Sena
Who promotes their competition?
The only difference is this page looks like they're actually using hired actors to create
content to promote their products.
To add more to my suspicion that all these companies are actually the same, if you look at how
to return them, they all lead to a space in Valencia California.
I have several scenarios of what may be happening.
Jeff mentioned this one
They're affiliate marketing.
They're creating viral videos promoted via Facebook and Instagram ads, making people
click the link, and when an individual buys a product, they get a cut of the sale.
So they aren't actually responsible for the delivery process.
They're only making money by making you click the link.
Next scenario which I think is the most plausible, is that they're taking products from Asia
that may have otherwise been cheaper and flipping it.
That's the reason for the warehouse and why they're a bit overpriced compared to
the same products on amazon.
For example the Zhiym smooth 4 is 139 dollars on Amazon, but they're selling it for about
200.
The third scenario, is that this could be the same Asian company just disguising themselves
as an American business
So what's with all the aliases and different company names?
I'm guessing that Allurfy is their legitimate business.
They have the most followers with that account, the videos are hired actors and so forth.
These other aliases like Shop Sena and Dapiz are being used to promote content in a very
shady way.
Using other people's videos and images.
The advantage of that is free content without the work.
The allurfy page merely just shares these videos from Shop Sena and Dapiz, making it
look like they do not have an affiliation.
And if those pages get shut down, that's fine because they still have Allurfy.
And again, I'm not accusing the company of doing this.
These are just my theories based on I've seen that's available to the public.

Experts give the product credibility and builds trust.
The majority of patients trying the lenses on take home trials and the whole process
takes about 5 minutes.
The list goes onto celebrities, individuals who switch from one competing company to the
next, and people with interesting stories.
The internet has taken testimonial ads a step further.

a lot of traffic.

Though there are many benefits to this newish opportunity, there are also many pitfalls.

U.K. Entrepreneur Launches $4 Million ARC LDN Fund - Duration: 3:00.
British entrepreneur Aamar Aslam has launched ARC LDN, a new fund for producers, sales companies and distributors
It will provide £3 Million ($4 million) of funding in its first year. The new fund will provide cash-flow for projects and support them through post-production and their international launch
Working with another of Aslam's interests, London-based Funding Invoice, which allows small and medium-sized businesses to borrow against upcoming invoices, ARC LDN will also help content companies with collecting payments
Aslam is a young entrepreneur who has worked in various sectors including financial technology and fashion
Starline Entertainment co-founder, Carey Fitzgerald, and Schedule 2 managing director and CEO, Rebecca Hawkes – whose companies specialize in global sales and technical delivery respectively – have signed on to advise the ARC LDN team on the new fund
Trading has already commenced and the first projects to use the fund are expected to be revealed soon
"I'm consistently inspired by the sheer ambition and tireless commitment of business owners across the independent creative sector and the media industry is certainly no exception," Aslam said
He announced the new fund on the first day of the London Screenings, the export market that showcases British films to international buyers
The four-day event is held at the BFI's Southbank base and is in its fifteenth year
