freedom is already here underneath the movement of the conditioned mind there
is already in you the vast spaciousness stillness and
depth of the unconditioned so there's nothing that needs to happen as such and
yet in the course of this evening I may point out certain things that look as if
you could do something about it
for example I might say enter the state of surrender to what is this moment so
you want me to do something what I thought you said it's not in happening
there's nothing you need to do well maybe surrender is not a doing at all
it's an allowing but it looks when one speaks of it as if it were as if you
could do something many statements the timeless we are entering the timeless
state of consciousness it arises because the conditioned state is totally linked
to time it operates this conditioned entity the mind made self operates
entirely through past and future it knows only past and future and the
future is a repetition of the past the redemptive power of now is totally
obscured the only place of freedom is obscured by that mind movement that is
only interested in past and future but that basically means it is only
interested in repeating the past and that is what usually happens
so we are here to step out of that or the words only point to the state that
is timeless the state of consciousness that is timeless and we're entering that
together at the moment I've mostly been speaking of the bad news but that is
important the bad news the illusory entity and the suffering that is created
created by that we need to see that fully that is already the beginning of
liberation but it looks on the surface as if I were talking only about bad news
and if you don't she don't listen from the depths of your being if you only
listen through the story entity I'm not addressing this story-based entity but
there may be one or two of you here who listen to these words already through
the mind main story based entity and it will feel insulted by these words how
dare you suggest that my grievances and my complaints are not justified and real
how dare you say that I have no right to complain to suggest it's an illusion my
problems are so my complaints are so real and I have a right this is the
entity and so one or two of you goes through this reaction who is reacting
when I point to illusion within yourself and there is a reaction who is it that
is reacting the illusion it doesn't like to hear that it feels it's a a great
insult to suggest that perhaps the unhappiness that you carry as
part of your sense of self could perhaps be an illusion that it was very identity
that you cling to but many of you are still sitting here one or two are going
to walk out maybe three or four five or six small percentage it is not that
means those words are not reaching the deeper level of your being and not being
received by that they are be there they only hit the conditions and the
condition doesn't like what it's hearing because I'm threatening it's very
survival let's get out of here ever haps even shout something is the last triumph
of the conditioned entity it's happened once or twice in meetings absolute
nonsense and door slams so the words
something within you if if you're still here recognizes recognizes the truth and
it actually feels good to see the false as false you're ready no longer totally
identified with those mind movements through that seeing so the pointing to
the false and the pointing to the real which are both part of this teaching may
very well use contradict seemingly contradictory perspectives the timeless
state of consciousness we are entering the unconditioned or timeless State
consciousness is emerging here so that you don't derive your sense of self
anymore from the conditioned mind movements but from that which is beyond
time there's still a lot vibrantly alive presence fast intelligent that is there
underneath all that but we have another contradiction here because as we are
entering the timeless state of consciousness and we are spending three
hours on this time yes there's a little paradox here but it's fine you could say
well why don't we only need one moment and we travel deeper into that state
which is another paradox because to say deeper implies time but let's instead of
resolving the paradox just leave it because it's not an explanation
they are simply pointers so it disease of force in oneself to observe those
mind movements to recognize that your story your identity your sense of self
is not the only one that didn't quite work out this you can sometimes people
are under that illusion that others people's stories have worked
none of them works for long meet famous people rich people
go beyond the glossy surface that you see in magazines talk to them meet them
and see enormous sense of dissatisfaction black fear not enough so
they need more even more you could become a great leader leader of this
country and then you might think oh I finally made it my life is now become
free of limitation I'm all-powerful and two years later you find yourself in
prison if you're lucky and you have another limitation so there's the
movement of thought there's identification with the movement
of thought and there's the arising of the awareness of those thought movements
and then as the awareness arises you see a very we've already pointed to
grievances we pointed to complains we've pointed to repeating the story in your
head to reinforce it we've pointed to perhaps or maybe we didn't it's awesome
to repeat your story to other people to reinforce it please confirm to me that
my problems at my story are real listen that you are yes
you truly have been treated unfairly by life you're right that you feeling sorry
for yourself you know fully sorry for myself that's selfies beginning night
too so we've seen many of those very predominant movements associated with
living in and through a false sense of self and now there's one more
fundamental one that we need to address I pointed to it last night that it needs
to obscure that now because it can only function through past and future so as
we saw last night if you live through that for sense of self your relationship
with now which is all they ever is which means with life life itself life and our
inseparable your relationship with now is predominantly a hostile one a
resisting one one that denies the now tries to get away from it
resists it internally complains about it mentally or makes it into a stepping
stone to the next moment which little mean the head says is an
important one because there it's going to be a little bit better when I arrive
there so the relationship that you have with now which is the relationship with
life is then one that is problematic of conflict basically you are in conflict
with now you deny now you resist now you complain about now
you protect yourself away from now and now it's life and so you're condemned to
living in this abstract reality never knowing the depths of now the depth of
life the fullness of life that can only be here in the space of now the only
place where life is is now so you can see the mind movement that seeks to deny
that a very fundamental one in seeing it freedom arises and seeing it is the
arising of presence a state in which
that now is not resisted and that is the beginning of the collapse of the
conditioned in going entity and the story based identity the now is not
resisted anymore you are able as presence arises to welcome this moment
as it is we saw that yesterday as the primordial spiritual practice that
requires no time to align yourself with now to make it your friend
unconditionally say yes because you see the madness and the futility of saying
no to the isness of now to deny is is to
deny the universe the form that this now takes could never be otherwise because
the in whatever form arises and this moment is totally interconnected with
the whole it's only through our limited perspective that we think there is an
isolated event here that shouldn't have happened but that seemingly isolated
event is simply is that there's a web of interconnectedness with the distraught
ality of this seeming isolated event there isn't even an event so whatever
appears in the now is as it is it could not be otherwise which doesn't mean that
action cannot arise through you to respond to the need of the challenge of
now but then now the isness of now is as it is the totality has brought it about
soon to be not aligned with that isn't it your with you tie yourself into a
little knot in the fabric of existence and that little knot says no and he
claims a separate identity for itself who me and he is the rest of this
threatening and dreadful universe that seems to conspire against me and put
obstacles in my path continuously but I am going to make it just I'll show them
and now here we come now to the essence and then recorded even deeper we saw
last night that more often than not the form that this now takes as an event
seeming event a past the situation in place a challenge is only the fall of
now it is not the now the now is eternal timeless spacious pure consciousness and
it is you nothing that takes form is you
the essence of unconsciousness the essence of bondage the essence of
suffering is to mistake who you are for some form sword movements identification
with this and that but ultimately it all goes down to identification with thought
and emotions that arise to really with thought which are energy forms and you
have seek yourself in it and see completion through adding more forms to
the content of your mind what else can identify ways to make my
story better or if you're deeply trapped in an unhappy story identity
unconsciously you're saying what else can I identify ways to add to my bad
story in other words you're looking for the next bad thing because
bad things will fit into a bad storyline a good thing doesn't fit into my story
anymore if I'm identified with a bad mind based identity and story I'm
looking for the next bad thing I don't know that of course I'm saying I'm
looking for happiness and then you seek exactly the thing that gives you more
unhappiness so form so it's a search through some added form to fight a bit
more of myself and that is the essence of delusion and bondage and suffering
because suffering is whenever you are identified with form suffering arises
because every form is limited and the limitation of that form and it's
short-lived so the two factors that every form is limited every thought
every physical form everything in form is limited and as the Buddha put it
impermanent in other words for leading and as the Buddha also put it
unsatisfactory beautiful he saw it he saw it so clearly and what he people to
construct you to huge edifice of philosophy Buddhist philosophy the
simplicity saw identification with form is in the Pali language I'm terrified
I very rarely called strange foreign words but it's so beautiful in the Pali
language the essence of human existence in the deluded state is dukkha needs an
utter suffering impermanence not self you're seeking itself where you cannot
find yourself in form suffering it's impermanent it's not self whatever
condition you encounter try to identify with it brings you suffering it's not
self it's fleeting and so you move looking
it is not only the essence of suffering this identification with form it is also
the essence of what we could call evil people doing dreadful things
to other human beings or to other life-forms of the planet or to the
planet itself and it's identification with form how does that work what
happened two days ago not far from here people found a train 58 people were
killed burned to death traveling on a train how does that connect with what we
are talking about these people they belong to two different religions and
each group of people derives their sense of self of me or us which is a mind
based sense of self from a conceptualized and an accumulation of
certain beliefs that they identify with as me or us their mind movements belief
systems this gives us our sense of who we are it's a conceptualized collective
identity and the others have a different conceptualized set so they need their
enemies to strengthen this very tenuous sense of identity this never feels
strong enough so they love having enemies to feel more strongly who they
are through being able to find someone else strengthens to be able to in a
position of rightness because both factions believe that they are right
they are totally identified with one mental position their sense of self is
in this form of that mental position a totally totally inability to see another
position and not recognized it is only a position the mental position not those
a minute but they they said illusion office their identity is in it and so
it's easy to kill somebody because you have desensitized yourself to the
aliveness of another human being by labeling it we put a few mental concepts
on another human being or group of human beings whatever that concept may be you
could say believer that label can be enough to justify killing of us an
unbeliever unbelievers no longer human being its conceptualized you inhabit a
conceptualized universe and as a concept you can no longer sense what you are
doing or you can say American you know look at you can say or the other sane
Muslim or this or that
communists capitalist this that these are labels you put them on and they've
deadened the universe conceptualized it and then any act of violence is possible
because there's only a concept there this is the essence of prejudice also
you

Why Manchester United should take a controversial transfer risk with Jack Wilshere #mufc - Duration: 2:21.
If you asked Manchester United supporters to list their dream summer transfer signings,
you'd be surprised to see Jack Wilshere near the top of many lists.
However, the forgotten man of English football could prove to be a shrewd addition for Jose
Mourinho this summer.
United need an extensive summer overhaul, and Mourinho needs to cut as much deadwood
from the squad as possible.
Never mind deadwood, at spells over the last few seasons Wilshere has resembled unwanted
driftwood washed up on the shore of a lethargic Arsenal side.
However, if carefully nurtured Wilshere is still a quality player who, could solve a
key transfer dilemma for only a small financial package.
There is no doubt that Paul Pogba, Nemanja Matic and Fred is the midfield trio United
will rely upon next season, but the club need another quality central addition if they are
to become title contenders.
Mourinho will only sign another central midfielder this summer if, and when, Marouane Fellaini
leaves the club.
A player like Sergej Milinkovic-Savic would be a dream signing for many fans who have
seen clips on Twitter and his extensive array of Fifa Ultimate Team in-forms.
But United don't have the room to accommodate another star man who would stagger the progress
of Pogba.
Instead Mourinho should look at bringing in a ready made midfielder, with Angel Gomes
and Andreas Pereira slowly eased into the first-team as support.
If judging Wilshere on paper, then a 26-year-old box-to-box midfielder who made 38 appearances
for Arsenal last season would most definitely appeal.
United fans have understandable concerns about Wilshere, why would this injury-prone has-been
be happy to swap the Emirates bench for Old Trafford?

【MUKBANG】 Peyoung's Super Super Super Big Portion GIGAMAX x3 + Toppings [3.5Kg] 7655kcal[Use CC] - Duration: 7:09.
Hello its Kinoshita Yuka ( Eng subs by ~Aphexx~ )
so today tadaa! I've got these super duper ginormous things made by peyangu. these are their new 'gigamax' products
I bought 3 of them just check out this box One of these boxes is about 2140kcal
welllllll I'll be able to eat it
Please only consume one of these per day As you might exceed your daily calorie limit
I think I can handle more than one of these so.... I'll probably be able to handle 3 of these
I usually cook all of these at once but.....
Since they already came out with this nice handy huge packaging I think it might taste better eating these individually
Normally I have like 10 of these all lined up at once
And making each one of them individually is such a pain And since I only have to make 3 of them today
It's almost as if they designed this with me in mind
as if....
There's not much to these packages
Even before boiling these up its rather hefty
It's jam-packed
they ain't kidding around with the sauces either its so huge
toppings, and extra herbs
It comes with two of these things Look at how big they are
Let's start off with the fixings
There's so much of these fixings
And now for the hot water
it uses 1.3L
Then lid it.... this is just like a normal one we wait 3 minutes
Well we're waiting for this lets boil Another kettle
After the three minutes have elapsed Discard the water
Now that we just got out of the water and added the cabbage We now add the sauces
I was thinking that since there's so much noodles in here That it would be very hard to mix
But the container is so huge that it's Rather easy to mix up
the peyangu looks so yummy
I love the aonori fragrance its really hefty
Each one of these is roughly 1.05 kilograms itadakimasu
These noodles are rather thin
It's such a simple mix of flavors that go down so easy
the yakisoba sauce that they Supply is rather light
If so yummy how it's soaks into the noodles
Packed with so much cabbage
all done
that tiny amount is not enough to get even close to filling up my tummy
its about the right size for a handy snack
Add hot water
and wait for another 3 minutes
Drain the water and add the sauce again
another one is ready
For the second helping I'm going to add my #BFFMayo and rayu chili oil
It looks nice and spicy
Since we're making these individually I love how I can enjoy them while they're nice and hot
It's super delicious its like we added a spicy mayo to it
It tastes so good with this rayu chili oil we already know it tastes amazing with mayo
but it goes really good with this rayu as well its so nice and tasty
Since the sauce itself is so sweet this sweet and spicy flavor is very yummy
all done
The third and last one
For this third one I think I'll add some kimchee/kimuchi/gimchi/kimchi and
mayo and sesame oil
Again with this mayonnaise
And now the kimchi
gimchi goes with anything
And now the sesame oil
K, its all ready now
I love that Sesame oil aroma
It really tastes like kimchi ... thanks captain obvious
When you add the kimchi it really changes up the flavor
The mayonnaise helps how to mellow the flavor as well
The sesame oil is so tasty
peyangu adds sesame as a topping for these and so sesame oil is a perfect fit for these
the rayu chili oil give it a nice spicy kick
It also gives it such nice aroma
last mouthful itadakimasu
all done gochisosamadeshita
peyangu's gigamax were so ginormous and yummy
For a normal person one of these might be a bit much So I recommend adding a bunch of different sauces and toppings
I really felt that the mayo and sesame oil tasted so yummy and was so easy to do
the gimchee was so good as well
Making huge portions is always so tough It's always a godsend when they make big things like this
It was all so yummy was to watch you all please give it a try And as always thank you for watching if there's anything you

Yoga For Clarity - Sadhguru on Focus, Success & Inner Vision - Duration: 3:37.
Only if you see everything the way it is, you can maneuver yourself properly and go, isn't it? yes?
You're driving through the streets of Delhi, now your vision is such
you don't see things the way they are. If you see a bicycle, you think it's a truck
You know what a paranoid driver you will be? yes or no? If you see everything the way
it is, then you can drive through the traffic and go somewhere. So the first
thing that you need to do with your life is bring clarity to yourself
If you are able to perceive something that other people could not see, that is
what makes you an entrepreneur, that is what makes you a leader, that is what
gives you the necessary edge in the world
so perception, enhancing perception is the whole dimension of yoga
Yoga has helped me immensely by raising my level of awareness to a point where I'm
able to see my emotions coming and therefore I'm able to respond to the
situations that you know that I am in. And when I face the situations
with calmness, it helps my clarity of thought and I'm able to
respond to those situations in a much better way than I was able to before I
started practicing yoga
We value light because it brings clarity to us. If there was no light, you cannot
see clearly. Where there is light, you can see clearly. So what you actually value
is not light, it is the clarity that it brings
Unfortunately at the age of 12
I met an accident. A firecracker burst into my eyes and I lost both my eyes
Though my external vision is impaired but Yoga has given me such a profound inner
vision and clarity that I can go through any situations effortlessly. The clarity
and the inner stability that I have got has completely transformed my life
People are always trying to bridge the gaps in their clarity with confidence
But the problem with confidence is 50% of the time it may work
That's a big problem. But there is really no substitute for clarity
All yogic processes are essentially about enhancing your perception because
it is the profoundness of your perception which brings clarity to every aspect of life

Ask Jase: Getting started 4wding & Dangerous Animals ► All 4 Adventure TV - Duration: 5:31.
Hey guys, it's Jase here again, and you know what time it is.
It's time for Ask Jase, and I'm out in the bush filming season 10.
So I'm coming to you live from the bush.
You can even hear the birds squawking and carrying on out here.
Now I can't give too much away about what we're doing here out in the bush for season
10, but I tell you what, it is going to be a cracker.
We went down to one of the most remote locations we've ever been to looking for something,
and I'll tell you what, it's gonna be epic.
So stay tuned for that one.
And here we go.
We've got some more questions.
People just keep flooding them in.
Oh, shut up, will ya?
These birds are making a racket this morning.
Now what tips do you have--oh, hang on, hang on.
Let's find out what it is.
All right, so these are from Unleashed fans apparently.
Okay and these are a common question.
So we've just got a generic question here, two of them.
Let's give these a crack.
'What tips do you have for people who would like to get into 4-wheel driving for the first
time?
Where do you start?
What gear to get, etc.?'
Okay there you go.
Well here's #1 tip of all that Jase from All 4 adventure is gonna give you.
How do you get into four-wheel driving, #1 tip: buy a four-wheel drive.
That's pretty good one, isn't it?
You get one of them, and you're off.
Hey that's a start.
If you own a sedan, you're not four-wheel driving, trust me.
So you get a four-wheel drive, and you get yourself--and buy an old one, buy a new one, whatever.
Whatever your budget is, it doesn't matter.
If you're a young fella and you want to start off and do a project yourself, an old Hilux
or get yourself an old Nissen or something like that.
You know, they're still old these days, aren't they?
A little Suzuki.
That was one of the first 4-wheel drives I ever bought was a little Suzuki Stockman.
Now where to start and what gear to get?
Okay so where do you start?
Well we've told you where you start, you get a bloody 4-wheel drive.
That's the easy way.
And then if you're worried and 'oh I might get bogged'.
Who cares? Who cares if you get bogged?
Go out there and get some mud on you.
Go to the beach.
Go find your nearest sand-driving beach, get your permit, and get out on the beach and
go and get bogged. See what it's like.
Drop the air out of your tyres, and see what that's like.
Don't be afraid to have a crack at it.
What gear do I get?
Well I'll tell you what, there's a whole list of gear to get, and it's everywhere.
It's all over the internet and Facebook and places like that.
We recommend a lot of stuff on our website.
You can see all the gear that we run.
There's a start there.
Go and see what Jase and Simon run.
What tyres we got, what rims we got, and all that sort of stuff.
But if you wanted to sort of start off with, you know you don't have a big budget, the
first thing you would do is you'd be looking at suspension.
So get yourself some suspension.
We run EFS suspension.
It's pretty cool.
And the other thing is tyres.
Get some suspension and some tires.
Because if you're going to go off-road, what is the one thing that rolls down the road?
What's the one thing that spends most of its time in the dirt?
Well it's definitely not you.
It's the four-wheel drive tyres.
Suspension and four-wheel drive tyres.
That's got to be my pick.
So there you go.
Hopefully that fills the gap of what to do and how to do and what do you do for four-wheel
driving.
All right here's another generic question that a lot of All 4 Adventure and Unleashed
fans have asked.
'Don't you guys worry about all the dangerous animals out off the beaten track?
Especially when sleeping or in scrubby areas.'
Dangerous animals...
okay, umm...
no.
Like really? Are we in the African jungle here?
Is there a pride of lions behind me?
Am I gonna get trampled by a hippo?
No seriously, we're in Australia.
Just about everything wants to eat you, kill you, and bite you, but
I'll tell you what, it's hard to find.
It is hard to find something to do that.
You've got to go out in the bush, and you got to go pretty remote to find something
that wants to eat you, bite you, and kill you.
Trust me.
I've been out there.
We spend a lot of time out there.
We got to go hard and look hard to find the dangerous animals you talk of.
I'm assuming maybe a spider or snake or something like that.
Most of my life I've wandered around in the bush in a pair of thongs, and I'm still yet
to step on a snake.
I'm still yet to come across a ferocious koala.
I don't know.
I seriously--look it's a legitimate question.
There's no doubt about it.
That's a legitimate question.
But the most dangerous animal in the bush I reckon drives a D-max.
Do you know him?
He's got a bald head. That's guy.
He's probably the most dangerous animal in the bush.
Watch out for him next time you go out in the bush.
Anyway guys, that's all I've got time for today.
So don't be afraid to go out in the bush, because there's not many dangerous animals out there.
They're not just coming out of the bushes when you rock up.
Anyway guys, I'll catch you next time.

How I Got Rid Of Large OPEN PORES Permanently & Naturally Using an Ayurvedic Remedy! - Duration: 3:08.
Hi friends, this is Ramya from wildturmeric. In this video, I wanted to share
an amazing home remedy for minimizing open pores. Before that, I want to share
my personal experience using apple cider vinegar for shrinking open pores. Using
apple cider vinegar as a mask is a popular remedy for shrinking open pores
as it is an astringent. Last week, I mixed apple cider vinegar with Multani mitti
and applied as a mask. Within minutes of applying the mask, my face started
burning very badly and I immediately washed my face off in cold water. My face
had turned red by then and I immediately applied fresh aloe vera gel to soothe
the burn but still it took a few hours for my skin to get back to normal. I'm
sharing this because not all skin reacts well to all remedies though it is
natural. If you experience intense burning sensation after using any
remedy or even store-bought creams or packs,
stop using them immediately. After using apple cider vinegar, I was looking for an
astringent that is mild on my skin but still helps shrink open pores. Finally I
found haritaki to be very very effective. Haritaki whose botanical name is
Terminalia Chebula is truly a nature's wonder. It has amazing skin benefits including
preventing acne, reducing skin infections and shrinking large pores. You can easily
buy haritaki online. Before using the treatment, I rub my face with cucumber ice
cubes. I will leave the link to the video recipe in the end-card of this video. Ice
cubes also help shrink large pores and I would highly recommend rubbing your face
with ice cubes before doing the treatment.
For the treatment, take a haritaki in the motar and pestle. Now pound well to break it. Now take the pounded
haritaki in a pot. Add 1/2 cup of water to it.
Now boil this mixture till it reduces in half. switch-off, cool and strain.
For the mask, take a table spoon of Multani mitti in a bowl. Now add in
enough haritaki decoction to it. Now mix well with a spoon to get a
smooth mixture. To use, after rubbing your face with ice cubes for a few seconds,
pat dry to remove excess moisture using a soft cloth and apply this mask. When
this mask dries, it'll tighten and shrink large posts immediately. This treatment
is very very gentle on the skin and you'll see good results with single use itself.
I hope you found this video useful. If you like to support me and this
channel, please share this video with your friends. It'll mean a lot to me. If

Quick & Simple Wedding Card with Elegant Vellum Detail - Duration: 8:49.
hi everyone welcome to Hedgehog Hollow and welcome to Sunday stamping with
Elizabeth craft designs today I want you to show you a really really quick and
easy card using a beautiful die from motor scrap and Smith craft this is
called the flowers lace frame and it really does have some beautiful elements
to it so you can see here you've got the beautiful frame that I've already cut
out of a piece of the silver graphics the vellum and then you also have some
extra coordinating die so you have this beautiful and ornate frame that kind of
goes in the middle there and then you have a single flower as well so a couple
of ideas on the front here is to use the wedding invitation and then you can also
cut a tag using that in ornate piece and then add just the details using the
flowers as well so a really really pretty idea on that but I'm going to
show you a really quick and easy wedding card now you can use this as a wedding
invitation you could use it for mr. and mrs. we'll be using the wedding stamp
set which is a really nice sentiment set great for any wedding any anniversary
you can make invitations with it so you've got to save the date we're
getting married mr. and mrs. and then you've got these lovely little sort of
extra pieces as well these two interlocking hearts fit in here as does
this mr. and mrs. so you can really combine elements together as well and I
have pre stamped my piece so I use the MFT hybrid Purple Reign which just pairs
perfectly with this beautiful rich royal purpley blue cardstock from Elizabeth
craft and I cut that out using that middle ornate frame I just used in a
credit blog and I stamped by eye and and I still got this amazing detail and
everything in there and I just love those colors so the card stock is in
there's a bit craft soft-touch cardstock you can see my remnants of my vellum in
here this is the classic color range and so you've got rare
oranges Browns or some greens in here it's a light blue and then you've got
this really rich blue as well which is the one that I used so I trimmed my
twelve by twelve piece in half so we then had a strip that was six inches
wide by 12 inches across and then I scored and folded that in half and the
great thing is is this is a white course you can see on the inside here you've
got that beautiful white piece you could add a piece of vellum or parchment in
there if you wanted to as a leaf but you can also use your embossing folders on
this card stock and sand it back and get the most beautiful effects you can then
rub moosers into it you can rub boxes into it just so many different things
that you can do as well so as I said I have cut using that floured lace frame
some graphics silver vellum that's just going to lay it on the top here now if
you saw on the sample it suggested to have it this way well I'm not great at
always following the ideas excuse me or instructions and so I'm actually going
to do mine the other way up so that my frame will fit in here lengthways like
this and that wedding invitations save-the-date
just filled it beautifully and they say you could do a happy Anniversary mr. and
mrs. all sorts of different ideas on there so I'm also want to add some extra
little details to this save the date so for that I'm going to be using a sponge
the nouveau Lea mock pad and I go to grab some silver embossing powder and of
course I'm not just happy to have one silver I'm going to go with the ultra
new antique silver for this one what we're going to use my favorite little
tiny tray as well so I'm just going to use a powder deactivation tool on here
to remove as much stuff as I can and then I'm going to take my new vehicle in
our blending foamy here and so I'm picking up some of that glue ink I'm
working on Tim Holtz platform so I'm just kind of doing it off the edge and
then going onto here very lightly and then the next thing I'm going to do is
add my silver embossing powder on
because I'm stamping right up to the edge so I'm gonna give this a really
good flick but I'm gonna hold it first with my tweezers I do have a trash can
to the side of me which there is TVs flicks into and then the other thing you
can do is grab any brush you prefer and I just want to lighten this up a little
bit so I'm just kind of tapping the brush in certain areas just to pick up
some of that embossing powder because all I want is a hint of that silver I
don't like too heavy
and of course that glue inks still there so if you go a little bit too light you
can always just dip it back in again and then we're going to heat this
without like a heat tool I'm what it's going to do is just add some speckles of
some pretty silver in there and that purple and silver is a lovely lovely
combination so now we're ready to start putting our card together first thing I
want to do is and put down my vellum now vadym can be something that's really
tricky to stick down now I love dinners with crafts double-sided tapes super
strong but still find that sometimes I can see it through my vellum if I'm
going to be working with alum I like using the w+ tape runner and that's what
i'm just going to use here just a few pieces here and there like this and then
i'm going to stick this down onto my card base
and so the piece of vellum that I ended up die-cutting this beautiful panel a
lot was about five and a half inches square I actually just put it onto my
piece of vellum die cut it and then trimmed around it with my Tim Holtz
trimmer then we're going to add our beautiful silver accented piece in there
and there's just a tiny hint of that silver and I just prefer it and having
something that clear white you ages prefer the white but I love adding that
hint of silver because it brings out the silver that's already in that vellum and
for this I'm going to be using some foam tape all the links of course are in the
description below plus I've added a exclusive coupon code that's a hedgehog
Hollow coupon code for tinsel crafts so be sure to check that out as well now
I'd love also if you left me a comment with what color skin you had at your
wedding now some friends of ours had this purple
and silver which should inspire today's card ours was kind of ivory and rose
gold and a dusty kind of pink color so I'd love to know what your wedding
colors were as well so don't forget to leave that in the description below you
can see what a quick and simple yet elegant card you can create it's also
scalable if you are making wedding invitations for you or maybe for your
son or daughter's wedding lots and lots of options there and they looked so
intricate and yet the die-cutting is so simple as well so don't forget to give
us a thumbs up if you enjoy today's tutorial we hope see you back again for
some more sunday stamping and more inspiration at Hedgehog Hollow

Violence Against Women | Gov Advertising Propaganda | Respect Women - Duration: 14:32.
Welcome to the main economy unbiased center wing analysis and discussion
yesterday a female friend of mine who lives in Melbourne but was born in
Russia sent me a copy of this government advertisement I warn you that it's very
cringy very unrealistic and seems like a joke it seems like satire sarcasm or a
parody making fun of oversensitivity
know what's going on here she wants help you don't know that you don't know at
all I know what makes people feel safe ask if she's alright
there's no need there's nothing wrong with looking at me well obviously but
don't don't you pretend that this is okay asana business no that's pathetic
you barely have to do anything
supported by the Victorian Government this is a Victorian state government
advertisement Victoria is a state in Australia that includes the city of
Melbourne and it's an advertisement in their end violence against women
campaign you will recall from my previous content that literally all
academic studies on domestic violence have found that domestic violence is
equally perpetrated by men and women the whole basis of this 1.91
billion dollar campaign is driven by ideology and not fat
instead of analyzing this media piece myself I'll show you the messenger
conversation that institude between the Russian woman and myself I haven't
edited this conversation apart from removing some less important sections so
there are some typos and my friends English is a little bit broken but she
has a real crack after sending me the file you said I
can't understand where can be flirt in Australia really can't understand this
video please explain then I said government trying to make women control
men they pretend men are rapists and sexually harassing women horrible poor
man or Australian women very happy live with our flirt and love stories
Australian women one floating - it's not Australian women who want this
advertising it's a small group of elite powerful feminists who don't like men
they dislike men so much that they don't care if women get hurt - okay if I look
on men will I be rapists so she's obviously being sarcastic that has
picked up on the very obvious double standard that's being peddled here just
a quick bit of background here she's a 28 year old woman by most
measures very physically attractive has a master's degree in something or
other a good job daughter now so she really has her life together I was
continuing on here without answering the rapists part yet and I said do they
change definition of sexual harassment to include things like looking at people
then answering a question I said no you're a woman the law is designed to
give you power and take power from men this was in response to her my arepas
question if one man on work winking me very often easy rapist now think she's
being a bit sarcastic here obviously haha he is in rapist I was being
sarcastic parts of the government have been taken over by extremists who want
to tell people this idea okay I simply working with five men and thinking it
can not be safety so much rapists ha ha ha and then I respond that's the idea
then they treat you like God because government tells them they are rapists
now this is definitely part of what happens here men are told they are
sexual harassers and don't want women to think that they
are so they get scared to even talk to women and start treating them too nicely
just because they are women when I say too nicely I mean that men start
treating women more nicely they're made straight men and start looking
suspicious Liat men this seems to be socially
engineered sexism the creators of his material know full well what the
consequences are notice she is brown and here's why
even though data stares it's the opposite to the truth this is an ad
trying to change culture the birthrate in Australia is already lessened two
children a woman this propaganda can help make it even lower I mean really
we're already so awkward in the West both women and men and this is going to
make things worse until we all just have to meet people on tinder I continued on
except the extreme feminists don't seem to quite understand what their actions
will cause after a few generations and by this comment I mean that without
considerable immigration the population will start to shrink pretty quickly I
see I didn't understand for brown women white men dangerous they are culture and
not understanding for me so in other words she didn't know that this was the
case that white men are dangerous to brown women and then she says men don't
want to have kids as I understand here or not so I
responded they are trying to say that white men oppressed brown women I think
that's what they're trying to say of course the color of these participants
was very carefully selected to fit into the usual extremist narrative in
response to her question about children men want kids but women are taught to
put career before children and that having children is their choice and
nothing to do with society so many have no children of course and our culture
will be extinct fairly quickly men are taught to work hard for the family that
women are increasingly told not to have no right at this point I had a light
bulb go off on top of my head and I thought this conversation would make a
great video so I stopped giving her my interpretation which is of course what
she asked for in the first instance and I opened the conversation up for her to
discuss what do you think I asked you're applied in Australia have kids
very expensive that is why women should work hard too and do career I came here
from absolutely opposite we're still patriarchy and women ask slave for men
many feminists things I can't understand here
I don't like feminism in society I am not strong as man can't be more powerful
in many life and work questions once a powerful man I see that in Australia man
hold back emotions and instincts look as afraid as women so at this point I
wanted to play the role of a feminist trying to argue the point and try to see
if there's some truth in what they're trying to allege here I'm trying to give
a reasonable balanced view so I said what do you think about men looking at
you I will be happy it's ok fair enough so I dug a little bit deeper can it make
you feel uncomfortable sometimes not I like it
heart heart so again trying to feed her the feminist narrative why do you think
this advertisement is happening so she might have an example or something and
what happens if it's a really old and ugly man giving you this attention new
brown rules so she's by civ nature of this extremist
narrative strange man hate snitches and who want to be involved in not their
business he saw that girl is not safe but nothing wrong there are in other
words who are you to interfere now this would be different of course if
something was actually happening but it's not so I wanted to keep drilling
her just to see if this could be uncomfortable so I said what if a man
stares at you for three minutes and he's right next to you you said it's okay
it means I'm attractive he didn't touch didn't say nothing nothing to worry
about safety at this point I will say that her and I met at the deli counter
in a grocery store but some looks just like in the advertisement we chatted and
then actually dated briefly this is what normal people do
they look at each other they talk to each other they meet each other they
date they become friends it's called living in a society so I asked her what
would you say to the people who make this ad and she questioned what they
want to achieve which objectives to men where can men meet women what can men do
to meet women I don't know on work harassment in bus violence every where's
the same respect men nature you heard this phrase ever the years decades
centuries respect men when was the last time you ever heard this phrase we never
hear it yet the whole foundation of this 1.91 billion dollar program is to
respect women so respect men it's normal the ad says this does not respect women
unclear how respect women she can say to him stop look at me fuck off usually
Russians do so I obviously laughter this directly fingers up to him the end story
then I asked why don't Western women do this - it sure applied I don't know I
then highlighted that Western men are more like women which she just said and
we all kind of know and Russian women are more aggressive and violent just in
case you didn't know this is very much the case now the point of saying this is
because I know the counter-argument is that women are too scared to speak so I
wanted a contrast the feminized Australian men not all men are vyd as a
cohort they're fairly feminized in the scheme of things I wanted to compare
them to the pretty brutish tough Russian men who she is talking about speaking
this way - so she says yes she agrees with my summary then I asked her sounds
like you expect Australian women to act like adults and she says yes they
stopped then I asked her why don't they just do this and then she just started
mucking around a little bit with me um don't like sex with men and don't want
he looked and it means he want to know her and want to have sex but she doesn't
like him so no sex after bus trip so she finds a thing
the whole thing quite amusing there I know that one argument back will be
you're not a woman you wouldn't know how it feels I'll respond to that in two
ways firstly offense is learned and if you look at different cultures different
things are offensive so you should stop ads like this kind of teach people that
this simple behavior is offensive secondly women check out guys just as
much as guys check out women but they do so in a much more subtle under-the-radar
kind of way although when they're with friends or
with boyfriends they will often just stare as well and you know what I don't
care we are humans we look at each other we share the planet big deal I'm not
royalty then there are gay guys my experience they can step pretty
intensely as well and guess what as a 100% heterosexual man I don't care if
they look they're just checking me out big deal then there are some trans again
from my experience they can really stare right up in your face and again I just
don't care it's not flattering it's not annoying it's just nothing people are
horny people are curious people look at each other
the Victorian government is trying to spend 1.91 billion dollars on these
kinds of ads I want to impress on you what an absolute waste of money this is
there are 24,000 homeless people in Victoria if you were to divide equally
the 1.91 billion spent on these ads between each homeless person they would
receive just under eighty thousand dollars each in other words homeless
problem Sol these people start to work as time goes on and themselves start
adding to the tax base it makes me sick in the stomach that these narcissistic
ideologues who actively misrepresent the truth and lie about gender violence to
divert funds from people who actually need them or for their own propaganda
campaign and social engineering program if you want to help try and stop these
advertisements I've written out an email of complaint
to the Victorian premier you'll find it in the description below I've also given
you his email address his Twitter account and his Facebook account so
please don't be lazy spend out one or two minutes to copy and paste the email
that I've already written and send it to the premier to show your disapproval for
this propaganda if you enjoyed this video please click

Costa's lucky goal makes Spain edge out a courageous Iran - Duration: 4:01.
Spain's Diego Costa in action with Iran's Majid Hosseini, Saeid Ezatolahi and Morteza Pouraliganji during a Group B FIFA World Cup match in Kazan Arena, Russia on Wednesday
| Photo Credit: Reuters A fortuitous second half goal by Diego Costa broke a Persian stonewall and lifted Spain to a 1-0 win over a courageous Iran in a nerve-jangling World Cup clash on Wednesday
Costa claimed his third goal of the tournament in the 54th minute at Kazan Arena but the striker hardly knew about it, the ball deflecting off his knee from an attempted clearance by hapless Iran defender Ramin Rezaeian
The result put Spain joint top of Group B with Iberian rivals Portugal on four points ahead of their last match against the already eliminated Morocco
Iran remain on three points and can reach the knockout rounds for the first time with victory over Portugal
After a match played out to a deafening blare from vuvuzelas blown by a huge army of Iranian fans, Spain will feel relieved to have emerged with the points and content that they played the better football against Carlos Queiroz's stingy side
"We were not lying yesterday when we said in the press conference Iran is a tough team," said Spain coach Fernando Hierro, who replaced the sacked Julen Lopetegui only two days before their opening match against Portugal
"It is very hard to score against them. We are very happy with three points." Boasting Asia's meanest defence, Queiroz's well-drilled Iran were typically grudging, but they will again rue the lack of a clinical touch after a number of chances went begging
They have yet to score a goal off their own boot this tournament and fans will have torn their hair out after Mehdi Taremi headed over the bar from six yards out in the 82nd minute
Queiroz was nonetheless proud of his players, and said they would head into the Portugal decider with confidence
"We go for it, with great belief and great determination to try to win the game," the master tactician told reporters
"When we arrived, no-one gave us a chance, but we still fight for our dreams." Hierro brought winger Lucas Vazquez into his starting side in place of midfielder Koke, seeking more dynamism to break down Iran's wall
But the Persians kept their shape superbly, restricting Spain to a handful of chances from David Silva in the first half
It was not until the 25th minute that Spain had a shot on target, with Silva sending a free kick straight into the arms of keeper Ali Beiranvand
Spain pushed hard after the break, with Sergio Busquets unleashing a searing long-range strike that forced Beiranvand into a brilliant double save
From an unedifying grind, the game suddenly roared into life, and minutes later, Karim Ansarifard had latched onto a poor clearance and fired just wide of the left post
The Iranian rally faltered when Silva found Costa in the area, and Rezaeian was desperately unlucky that his challenge ended pinging off the striker's knee and into the net
Queiroz's side pushed hard for the equaliser and thought they had it when the recalled Saeid Ezatolahi struck from close range in the 63rd minute, latching onto a ball headed down
But he was ruled off-side by the VAR, prompting howls of derision from white-clad Iranian fans
Another chance came and went some 20 minutes later, when Vahid Amiri brilliantly nutmegged Gerard Pique and sent in a cross from the left to find Taremi in the box
Taremi's header sailed over harmlessly, however, leaving Spain to complete one of their tougher World Cup wins

ASX jumps to the top of the world equity tables, but can it last? - Duration: 10:32.
Emerging markets crunched by $US.
A rising US dollar has a disproportionately heavy impact on emerging economies given their reliance on US debt.
Under that debt burden and with the US dollar still rising, Asian markets hit a 6-month low last week.
Hong Kong is down 4 per cent in the year-to-date, Korea has slipped more and China sits sullenly at the bottom of the league table down 13 per cent.
Overall global equity markets have dropped around $US3.
6 trillion ($4. 8 trillion) this year.
Anything left in the tank?.
Morgan Stanley's modelling has cut its emerging markets targets by another 3-to-8 per cent, and even then the investment bank says it is being optimistic.
That would be enough to drop China's Shanghai composite into "bear territory" (a loss of 20 per cent or more), while others in the region would come close.
Firming expectations of four interest rate hikes from the US Federal Reserve and deteriorating trade relations between the US and China are more likely to make things worse than better for emerging markets.
Mr Nichol said in the context that emerging markets remain under pressure, the ASX may benefit a bit more, but it won't be across the board.
"The rotation will feel defensive, growth risk related and potentially ignore the not insubstantial endogenous risks of what is clearly a slowing housing market and broader consumer credit crunch [in Australia]", Mr Nichol told clients.
That means $US dollar earners, infrastructure plays and utilities are the best bets.
And the traditional safe-haven banks?.
"We are not convinced of the relative merits for Australian banks given revenue, volume and continued regulatory risks that persist," Mr Nichol said.
Bombs away in the trade war.
Just when you thought the threat of a trade war couldn't get much more weird, the US commerce department is investigating European cars as a potential "national security threat".
It is not often the likes of Mercedes, BMW and Porsche could be bracketed in the same category as bombs, but there you go.
The investigation is in its early stages, but should be wrapped up in the next two months.
Even if flash European cars are deemed safe, President Donald Trump may still run them off the road in a reprisal to a reprisal.
Yup, that's how trade wars work.
Mr Trump is clearly unhappy with Europe's threat to impose $4 billion worth of tariffs on the likes of bourbon, jeans and Harley Davidson motorcycles in response to his $10 billion worth of tariffs on European steel and aluminium.
The European Commission's release of what it diplomatically called "rebalancing" measures were met with a tweet threatening a 20 per cent tariff on all EU assembled cars.
Currently, the US slugs EU built passenger cars with 2.5 per cent tariff and larger vehicles are taxed at 25 per cent.
The EU taxes Fords and Chevys heading the other way at 10 per cent.
If the tweet was meant to hit the share prices of both European and US car makers it was a success.
According to industry analyst Evercore ISI, a 25 per cent import tariff on auto imports "would pretty much destroy the business of importing cars from Europe/China" to America.
But then again, Mr Trump reportedly told French President Emmanuel Macron he wanted to stop Mercedes-Benz models from driving down Fifth Avenue in New York City, so the 20 per cent tariff may be the old "use a sledge-hammer to crack a nut" approach.
Where that leaves Renault and Peugeot is a different question, although they may be exempt for not causing the same sort of gridlock outside 725, 5th Avenue, Manhattan — centre of the Trump universe.
Meanwhile in China.
Things are not going much better on the eastern front, although Mr Trump's "easy-to-win" trade war with China is starting to look more like a poker game.
On top of the initial $US50 million worth tariffs levied against the Chinese, the President said he would raise another $US200 billion worth of tariffs if China retaliates, and another $200 on top of that if China retaliates to that.
Rather than responding with one of those "that escalated quickly" memes, China went for the old-school newspaper editorial.
The China Daily editors — or someone higher up — accused the US policy of being "capricious" and being a "symptom of paranoid delusions" that must not distract China from its path to modernisation.
The English-language daily said the United States had failed to understand that the business it does with China supported millions of American jobs and that the US approach was self-defeating.
"The fast-shrinking Chinese investment in the US reflects the damage being done to China-US-trade relations.
by the trade crusade of Trump and his trade hawks," the editorial said.
"The woes the administration is inflicting on Chinese companies do not simply translate into boons for US enterprises and the US economy.
"Protectionism [is a] symptom of paranoid delusions.
Try fitting that in a tweet.
Oil: Peace in our time.
As the US was slugging it out with Europe and China, a peace of sorts was declared between avowed enemies; Saudi Arabia and Iran.
Meeting in the relatively neutral territory of OPEC's Vienna headquarters, the Saudis persuaded the Iranians to lift oil production and put a lid on the current high prices.
Iran was not happy because its even greater enemy, Mr Trump, had (a) tweeted a demand for OPEC to increase production and lower prices, and (b) slapped trade sanctions back on Iran.
The new agreement between OPEC members and Russia (ROPEC?) notionally increases production by 1 million barrels a day (mbpd), although it will take time and given the hapless position a couple of OPEC states find themselves — a shout out to Venezuela, Iraq, Iran and Angola — any increase is more likely three-quarters of the planned million barrels.
Oil prices spiked because the accepted wisdom in OPEC circles is the world faces a 1.
8 mbpd shortfall in coming months.
US oil prices jumped by almost 5 per cent, while the global benchmark Brent crude rose a bit over 3 per cent, not exactly the result the Presidential tweet was after.
The week ahead.
There is very little in the calendar for the markets to worry about this week, although US inflation figures (Friday) have an impact on the Fed and its interest rate settings.
Locally, the only number of any interest will be private sector credit (Friday).
Credit conditions, particularly in housing have become "a thing" for the Reserve Bank, but not alarmingly so.
The May data is expected to show further slowing in lending to property investors, as well as owner-occupiers.
Business lending may also slow, but more due to a payback after a couple of strong months than business prospects suddenly falling off a cliff.

ump praises N. Korea's potential, 'good chemistry' with Kim Jong-un: report - Duration: 0:46.
More praise for North Korea from U.S. President Donald Trump following his historic summit
with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
President Trump revealed that Kim said he wants to attract foreign companies to North
Korea.
In an interview with a Christian cable network, Trinity Broadcasting Network, that aired Saturday,
President Trump said he trusts Kim to do the right thing, praising their "good chemistry"
and "very good relationship."
He reiterated that praise of North Korea during a Republican Party convention in Nevada the
same day.
He touted what he called North Korea's great potential in terms of location and real estate...
but that the best achievement of his summit with Kim will be the denuclearization of the
reclusive state.

Today i'm in Bali, in Indonesia more exactly in Abangan village
and I have an appointment with Ketut a Topeng Dancer.
Topeng in Indonesian means mask, and in Bali it's a dramatic form of dance
which is used for many ceremonies.
Today Ketut is going to teach me the dancing part of it,
At least he's going to try because I'm telling you, dance is not my cup of tea
- Is it ok ? - Great !
It seems easy, trust me it's not!
This one is hard !
Gregory's style
Now let's try the costume
to feel the difference
Topeng's mask is made from wood
When we were it
we can't just put it on and dance
We've to feel and incarnate emotions
which is shown on the mask face
to bring life to it
It is quite massive
I'm wearing the traditional Topeng costume,
I'm not allowed to wear the mask as it's sacred but wow
it's great already ! Let's try !
It's too hard !
Wait, I can't focus, he's too funny !
After giving up on my dancer career I'm following Ketut
to a traditional ceremony where he's going to perform
Topeng can be used for rituals or festivities, The characters relate stories
of former balinese kings and heroes
Some of them use dance as Ketut has shown me,
others use songs or theater.
One part is improvised to share teachings and values.
For more than an hour, Ketut must move on to many costumes
and embody each character.
Let's have a look !
So what do you want in life ?
Money
Money ?
The first thing you do before Topeng ritual
is taking a selfie and post it on Facebook
How's your ego going ?
It's time to end this experience
Thank you Ketut for letting me wear this beautiful costume but also
for guided me in the magical and sacred universe of the Topeng.
She laugh !
Is she laughing ?
Don't laugh !
I can hear her
I'm sorry ...
We don't have to laugh !

China Cannot Spend Its Way to World Cup Soccer Greatness | Heavy.com - Duration: 12:20.
China Cannot Spend Its Way to World Cup Soccer Greatness | Heavy.com
China's leader, Xi Jinping, is one of the most powerful people on the planet.
He is also a soccer fan.
Since taking office in 2013, Xi has put soccer squarely at the center of his ambitious plan to turn China into a wealthy superpower.
Xi has a "World Cup dream." He wants China to qualify for, host and eventually win the World Cup by 2050.
To date, China has qualified for this global soccer tournament just once, in 2002, and it has never scored a goal in the World Cup.
Can China go from soccer dud to soccer superpower? My guess is probably not – at least not in Xi's lifetime.
Not a winner.
I'm a China expert who has researched the country's top-down political system and its approach to economic development.
I also lived in Shanghai, in 2012 and 2013, where I shuttled my three school-age children to and from soccer practice.
China certainly has the money and political wherewithal to expand its commercial and political influence over this global sport, just as it has lately done with the Olympics and international relations.
Chinese companies have bought several major European soccer teams, including the U.K.'s Wolverhampton and Italy's AC Milan.
Chinese brands like Mengniu and Luci bought serious advertising space in this year's World Cup, publicizing these little-known companies alongside global giants like Budweiser and Rozneft.
Xi can also ensure that his countrymen see and play more soccer.
China's 2016 plan for Chinese soccer greatness proposes to build 70,000 new stadiums and develop 20,000 new specialized schools, with the aim of having 30 to 50 million Chinese children playing soccer by 2020.
China's ferocious academic culture.
So Chinese soccer may well improve dramatically over the next two decades.
But I believe China lacks the culture and institutions to achieve Xi's third goal: winning the World Cup.
For one, history shows that investment from China's soccer plan will inevitably be directed mostly to coastal megacities and capitals because of the country's administrative hierarchy.
That hierarchy systematically benefits provincial capitals and large municipalities.
My experience is that the trickle-down to rural areas, where about half of the population still lives, is slow and minimal.
China's fierce academic culture is also a barrier to nurturing soccer talent.
The drive to achieve at school starts early, intensifies during elementary and middle school and culminates with the "gao kao" – the infamously difficult college entrance exam.
Even when students have great athletic talent, test preparation and homework inevitably crowd out all but the most traditional extracurricular activities, like classical music training.
In some Chinese cities, severe air pollution even makes having recess outside hazardous.
Parental pressure has been found to be one of the most significant sources of Chinese teenagers' high levels of stress and anxiety.
As a parent, too, I heard many other parents complain that their kids were maxed out.
Adding athletics to their children's agendas seems an unlikely choice.
Schools also frequently underemphasize athletics because this is not how reputations and strong student demand are earned in China.
High academic performance, measured through testing, is the singular goal.
I see no evidence that China is currently training the next generation of global soccer stars.
Not enough space.
Even China's economic boom does not work entirely in soccer's favor.
The bulk of China's 1.38 billion people live in central and eastern China, where cities are among the most densely populated in the world.
Urban real estate prices there are sky high, so recreational space in cities – like soccer fields that can be used for pickup games and local leagues – are few and far between.
Japan has 200 sports fields for every 10,000 people.
China has seven, and most of them are owned by schools or the military.
Your average American has access to 19 times more sports space than the average China resident.
China is massive – bigger than Germany, Brazil and South Africa combined.
But that doesn't mean there is a lot of free space.
Land in rural China is still dominated by small-scale agriculture.
Basketball courts are far more common in China, which may explain why more Chinese people play basketball.
Some 33 million Chinese follow the NBA's account on Weibo, China's answer to Twitter.
Culture gap.
The central government's 2016 soccer plan addresses China's deficit in youth talent development and infrastructure by proposing more childhood soccer training and building more soccer stadiums.
The culture gap may prove harder to overcome, though.
China just isn't a soccer country.
I rarely saw kids playing informal games in the streets of China with a soda can or a half-deflated ball as one does across Latin America and Africa.
Only 2 percent of Chinese play soccer, compared to 7 percent in Europe and Latin America.
China does not rank in the top 10 nations of youth participation in soccer, according to FIFA's last survey.
Will China follow the US's lead?.
Rich countries without much of a soccer culture can build it – over time.
That's what soccer advocates in the United States have been trying to do for decades.
The country got its professional league, Major League Soccer, in 1988.
By the early 1990s, the league was establishing teams and building stadiums across the country.
Managers imported popular – if aging – global stars like England's David Beckham to boost the sport's American profile.
Former U.S.
National Team Coach Jurgen Klinsmann, who was fired in late 2016, also put emphasis on youth soccer development.
The U.S.
hosted the World Cup in 1994 and will host it again, alongside Mexico and Canada, in 2026.
But for all this money and effort, the results have been middling.
The U.S.
men's soccer team did not even qualify for this year's World Cup.
The U.S.
women's team, on the other hand, won the 2015 Women's World Cup.
Chinese women have also seen more global success than male players.
That's because many traditional soccer powers have marginalized women's participation in the sport.
If Xi wants China to make its mark as a soccer upstart, the women's team may be his best investment.

The Wedding March series of films are beloved by Hallmark fans. The original Wedding March debuted to a remarkable 2.3 million viewers when it premiered during Hallmark's June Weddings series, and fans have been clamoring for more and more movies ever since.
And their wish is Hallmark's demand, because we're getting a brand new movie tonight.
Like the movies before it, this movie was filmed in British Columbia and Vancouver and other areas in Canada.
And the wedding venue that Olivia and Mick run, called Willow Lake Inn in the movies, is actually Rowena's on the River (aka Pretty Estates Resort) in British Columbia.
The beautiful wedding venue where the movies take place is Rowena's on the River, in Harrison Mills, British Columbia, according to I've Scene It on Hallmark and Country Living.
Charming Rowena's on the River is a 160-acre estate that was built in the 1800s.
It was originally owned by the Pretty family (hence why it's called Pretty Estates Resort), and now it features an inn, four cottages, a restaurant, and a golf course.
Kerry from I've Scene it On Hallmark interviewed the owners of the estate to get more details (and actually stayed on the property too, so you'll definitely want to visit their article for more details.).
Kerry learned that the Pretty couple originally bought the land in 1924.
Charles Pretty built a dam to produce electricity for the property on the land.
Kerry wrote that the property was just as beautiful in person as it looks on TV.
Rowena's Inn on the River is also called Pretty Estates Resort. And yes, they offer wedding packages.
You can have your wedding their or host a special event there year-round.
It's the perfect location, because it has stunning mountain and waterside views that will take your breath away.
The inn was converted into a bed and breakfast in 1995.
The Pretty family still owns the estate and manages the grounds.
Here's a video about the estates:.
What did you think of the movie? Do you want to visit the locations in the movie some day? Let us know in the comments below, and take our poll and let us know if you'd like to see a fifth movie.

Restricting access to opioids could drive some to black market - Duration: 11:17.
Australia has been warned that moves to restrict access to addictive opioid painkillers could drive pain sufferers to illegal markets or even stronger substances, if people are not able to access affordable, effective options to manage their pain
The federal government says it has written to 4800 doctors to let them know they could be prescribing too many doses of addictive painkillers, as it seeks to avoid an opioid crisis like that seen currently in the United States
Health Minister Greg Hunt said the letter was intended to let the top 20 per cent of prescribers know where they sit, in the hope they will moderate or regulate their actions
The move follows on from changes the government made to regulations in February that tightened access to the painkillers by making all codeine products available only with a doctor's prescription
Low-dose codeine was previously available over the counter in pharmacies. "We don't want to end up in the place that the United States is in where opioids are a national crisis," Mr Hunt said
Chronic pain sufferer Leah Dwyer recently managed to break her addiction to codeine, but she reckoned she could have found a doctor to prescribe the drug
"Any doctor probably would have said, "With your condition, yes, it's very painful, there aren't many treatments, you've tried all the treatments
Here's some codeine," she said. For every day of the past 10 years, Ms Dwyer has experienced a level of pain in her neck that she describes as 12 to 15 out of 10
Her neck muscles constantly spasm, leading to a slight tremor, and the pain has often been so bad she would sit in her car crying for 15 minutes after work before she could drive home
She describes kicking her codeine habit as the hardest thing she has ever been through
"Shaking, even more than I'm shaking now. A massive escalation of pain, sweating, sleeplessness," she said
She was lucky to have a friendly pharmacist just a few doors down from where she worked, and together they worked out a plan for her to taper off the opiate
But it was a long, difficult road, and she almost gave up several times. "Many mornings I woke up and thought, 'OK, you've got until February
It's only September. I'll do it again, just not right now'," she said. Her pharmacists helped her stay on track, but hers could have been a very different story
A recent report in the has shown that when the US Drug Enforcement Administration made it harder for people to get hold of hydrocodone, many people did not break their addictions
Instead, they turned to illegal suppliers. Almost as soon as the tightened rules came into force, there was an approximate doubling of the prescription opioids being traded over the dark net in the US
'Cheap, very accessible and it worked' But even more worrying is that many people opted for stronger options
Criminologist Dr James Martin from Swinburne University said the data his team gathered from the dark web showed people did not simply switch from buying the drug legally to buying it on the black market
"What we saw is people opting for more potent and more dangerous types of prescription opioid, so initially a rise in oxycodone, and more troublingly a very significant increase in the use of fentanyl, which is a very powerful synthetic opioid," he said
In criminology, this is known as 'the iron law of prohibition' which argues that if you ban or restrict access to a substance, people will seek it out on the black market, and when they do they will opt for harder tack
Dr Martin pointed out that this was demonstrated in the US during prohibition, as people who would normally have drunk beer or wine switched instead to more potent substitutes, such as whiskey or gin
He said a similar effect was being seen in the US with the opioid crisis. "If you cut off people's legal supply of prescription opioids then they are starting to shift towards more potent opioids, such as oxycodone and fentanyl, and increasing rather than decreasing the amount of harms associated with those drugs," he said
It is too early to tell whether people in Australia who have become dependent on codeine have begun seeking it out on the black market
But experts are warning that restricting the supply of these painkillers, without effectively addressing demand, might not work
Painaustralia advocates on behalf of people living with pain, and wants to see that those people are able to get access to the best quality of care at an affordable price
"If that doesn't happen, we may see unintended consequences like people using higher-level opioids, or other medications, or trying to self-manage, but poorly," Painaustralia's CEO Carol Bennett said
Many pain sufferers are just looking for a treatment that allows them to cope on a daily basis
For Leah, she thought she had found that when she discovered codeine. "For the first time in two years, I slept through the night and I thought, 'Hallelujah, this is it!'," she said
"It just went from there. It was cheap. It was at every single pharmacy, and it was just very, very accessible
And it worked."Level of opioid use 'higher than it should be' Leah's experience is not unique
"The level of opioid use in Australia is much higher than it should be," Ms Bennett said
Although Mr Hunt insists that Australia has the best doctors in the world, it is clear the government now sees some doctors as contributing to the problem
It has confirmed that one country doctor prescribed more than 68,000 doses of opioids in less than a year, and another doctor in a city wrote prescriptions for more than 56,000 doses over 12 months
Given that until February low-dose codeine was available without a prescription, those doses are likely to have been for stronger opioids
Ms Bennett said that to avoid unintended consequences from tightening the access to these painkillers, Australia needed to deal with the full complexity of treating pain
"What this [is] about is better awareness of the options for managing chronic pain, both by consumers, but also by health professionals," she said
She said she wanted to see all Australians have better access to affordable options, such as physiotherapy, psychological support and massage
While admitting that delivering these services in regional and rural areas was a challenge, she said there were models for delivering specialist pain treatments that had been shown to work
"We just need to prioritise those models and invest in them," she said. Dr Martin said his research showed that if governments used supply-side restrictions such as tightening regulations, but did not put in place other measures to reduce either the demand for the drugs, or the harm they cause, then their policies were at risk of not achieving their goals
"There is a whole cohort of patients out there who have developed habitual or addictive relationships with these drugs," he said
"Simply changing their supply doesn't actually address those demand and addiction problems
