The Truth About Jill Duggar's Husband - Duration: 4:34.When Jill Duggar introduced 19 Kids & Counting viewers to her future husband, Derick Dillard,
fans were beyond happy Jill had found "the one."
A college grad, Dillard held a lucrative accounting job at Walmart when the couple started courting.
But a few years following the couple's wedding in June 2014, the public's perception of Dillard
changed.
Whether it was his controversial antics on social media, public fights with fellow TLC
stars, or rumored feuds with Duggar's loved ones, Dillard didn't seem interested in repairing
his tarnished image.
But what's fact and what's fiction when it comes to Dillard's life?
Here's the truth about Jill Duggar's husband.
Family drama
In 2008, Derick Dillard's police officer father, Rick, passed away at age 50 from a heart attack,
long before Derick met Jill.
Derick was still a freshman at Oklahoma State University when he learned the news.
Later, in 2014, his mom Cathy Byrum was diagnosed with Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, just two
weeks after Dillard proposed to Duggar.
But luckily for the family, Byrum is four years cancer-free as of April 2018.
Calling out the network
One of Dillard's more controversial claims is that TLC never paid him, nor his wife,
for their work on 19 Kids & Counting, or Counting On.
This allegation came to light when Dillard said that TLC didn't foot the bill for his
eldest son's delivery.
He wrote, in since-deleted tweets,
"We even requested that they help with some of the medical expenses from the birth that
they made a pretty penny on, but they refused to help cover any of those costs."
Of course, fans pointed out that the couple's Counting On salaries could cover the costs,
since it's estimated that the family makes $25,000 to $40,000 per episode.
But Dillard claimed:
"As far as we could tell we were volunteers and hadn't been paid anything for the show."
Either way, TLC has yet to release a statement about the legitimacy of Dillard's claims.
Blowing up social media
If you follow Dillard on Instagram, you probably already know he's a fan of stirring up drama.
But fans think Dillard crossed a major line when he used his son, Israel, to joke about
Trump's border wall, posting,
"Israel helping Trump build 'The Wall' lol."
Unsurprisingly, fans weren't amused.
One comment read,
"This isn't appropriate to teach a child.
Let him be a kid and don't use him for your political agenda."
The family ministry
Many fans wondered how Dillard was ever able to launch his own non-profit — Dillard Family
Ministries — without any qualifications.
Although Dillard performed missionary work prior to launching the ministry in June 2015,
according to Inquisitr, he never completed the 20 to 30 graduate hours from an accredited
university he needed in order to get funding from the Southern Baptist Convention and the
International Mission Board.
If a ministry doesn't have funding, it isn't considered licensed.
And since he wasn't technically licensed, it was no surprise that Dillard and Duggar
were pressured by fans to refund donations to their cause.
The pair finally dissolved the ministry in April 2017.
Shading the TLC family
Shortly after TLC tweeted a promo for transgender-focused series, I Am Jazz, in August 2017, Dillard
tweeted to star, Jazz Jennings,
"What an oxymoron… a 'reality' show which follows a non-reality.
Transgender is a myth.
Gender is not fluid; it's ordained by God."
To Jennings' credit, she took Dillard's comments in stride, tweeting,
"Every day I experience cyber-bullying, but I keep sharing my story.
Today was no different."
Attacking other parents
Dillard didn't limit his Twitter attacks to just one other TLC alum.
He also attacked famed interior designer Nate Berkus and his family.
Commenting on a TLC promo for Berkus and Brent's TLC design show, Dillard wrote,
"What a travesty of family.
It's sad how blatant the liberal agenda is, such that it both highlights and celebrates
a lifestyle so degrading to children on public television as if it should be normal."
Berkus then graciously tweeted a follow-up, writing,
"My hope with having a show like Nate and Jeremiah By Design, where we go into people's
homes and welcome viewers into ours, is that we can start to break down barriers and normalize
the way our family looks and the way our family loves."
Kicked off Counting On
Shortly after Dillard's hateful comments against Jennings, TLC released a statement in November
2017, tweeting,
"We want to let our viewers know that Derick Dillard has not participated in Counting On
for months and the network has no plans to feature him in the future."
Although many people assumed that Dillard was fired, he tweeted in December 2017:
"For the record, I was never fired.
I just felt it best for my family to cut ties months ago, as we are heading in a different
direction."
So, what's the real story here?
The answer remains unclear.
But this probably isn't the last we've heard of Derick Dillard.

Actress Susan Sarandon Arrested For Crime Against Donald Trump – Jail Doesn't Care Who You Are! - Duration: 5:56.And with each passing day, the Liberals in Hollywood become more and more unhinged as
they show the whole world their unbridled double standards.
This time the Hollywood loon is Susan Sarandon who was one of the hundreds of women who decided
to stage a sit-in protest inside a Senate office at the U.S. Department of Justice on
Thursday.
And Sarandon was also one of the 575 women who was arrested and charged with a crime
too.
Susan Sarandon was one of the roughly 575 people arrested during a Capitol Hill protest
of President Trump's immigration policies and family separations at the southern border
on Thursday.
The group, including Rep. Pramila Jayapal, a Democrat from Washington state, were charged
with unlawfully demonstrating.
Sarandon tweeted from the rally, where she and other women carried banners that said,
"We demand … end all detention camps."
They also declared, "We care," in response to the jacket first lady Melania Trump wore
last week.
The protest took place in the atrium of the Hart Senate Office Building.
According to U.S. Capitol Police, the individuals were processed on the scene and released.
The demonstrators were there to protest the Trump administration's "zero-tolerance"
policy that treats all illegal border crossings as criminal offenses.
Mr. Trump signed an executive order last week ending family separations, but up some 2,000
children remained separated.
A federal judge has ordered that families separated at the border be reunited within
30 days.
Sarandon tweeted, "Arrested.
Stay strong.
Keep fighting.
#WomenDisobey,"
Sarandon has a long history of political activism.
Earlier in June, she participated in a march against g*n violence in New York.
The march was one of several taking place around the country to protest g*n violence
and urge lawmakers to pass g*n restrictions, AP reported.
In spite of her outspokenness against Mr. Trump's policies, the actress was heavily
criticized by liberals for saying in 2016 that she was more scared of Hillary Clinton's
"hawkishness" than of Mr. Trump's platform of "building a wall."
She was an outspoken supporter of Sen. Bernie Sanders in the presidential election."
Apparently, Sarandon missed the news that President Donald Trump, unlike what Barack
Hussein Obama did in 2014 where he locked up children in cages, already signed an executive
order intended to prevent illegal immigrant families from being separated at the border.
Trump's administration has also helped reunite more than 500 immigrant families after Democrats
refused to work with Republicans to pass immigration reform and even a Dream Act earlier this year
just to spite the President.
The best thing about Sarandon is that she is actually now on Twitter getting flack from
both sides of the political aisle.
Us on the right despise her for calling Trump out now on a fake narrative while at the same
time she remained 100% silent while Obama was doing worse.
The leftists hate her for saying Hillary Clinton is dangerous and to vote for Jill Stein during
the 2016 election season.
But what is perhaps the most hypocritical part of all this episode is this woman didn't
say a word when in the 90's Bill Clinton signed this law into place, not to mention
in 2014 when Barack Hussein Obama was busy putting immigrant children in cages.
I guess Hollywood is just used to remaining silent when it's one of theirs, after all,
how many decades did Harvey Weinstein get away with being an alleged sexual predator?
"Susan Sarandon was one of the hundreds of women who staged a sit-in protest inside
a Senate office at the U.S. Department of Justice on Thursday.
The famous actress was also one of the hundreds of women who were arrested and charged with
a crime.
Sarandon and the other anti-Trump activists were protesting President Donald Trump's
tough illegal immigration policies.
The protesters demanded an end to all immigration detention centers.
Some protesters also demanded that Immigrations Customs and Enforcement (ICE) be "abolished."
"Arrested.
Stay strong.
Keep fighting," Sarandon tweeted.
The police apparently didn't care she was a famous actress as she was charged with unlawfully
demonstrating.
"Powerful, beautiful action with hundreds of women saying we demand the reunification
of families separated by immoral ICE policy.
This is what Democracy looks like," the actress wrote in another tweet.
Sarandon must have missed the memo that President Trump has already signed an executive order
intended to prevent illegal immigrant families from being separated at the border.
Trump's administration has also helped reunite more than 500 immigrant families after Democrats
refused to work with Republicans to pass immigration reform.
President Trump recently blasted the extremist protesters in a series of tweets, vowing to
fight the "anarchy" that they are advocating for during the protests.
"In recent days we have heard shameless attacks on our courageous law enforcement
officers.
Extremist Democrat politicians have called for the complete elimination of ICE," Trump
tweeted.
"Leftwing Activists are trying to block ICE officers from doing their jobs and publicly
posting their … home addresses – putting these selfless public servants in harm's
way.
These radical protesters want ANARCHY – but the only response they will find from our
government is LAW AND ORDER!"
Do you support President Trump's immigration policies?"

Japanese Vending Machine Restaurant! EAT IT ALL! A day at the VENDING MACHINE DINER in Japan - Duration: 17:20.I will push it now.
Is it there? Oh yes they got it.
Cheese!!!
Hello everyone...
I am Ask Japanese's Cathy Cat.
Do you know how convenient Japan is?
Convenience stores are open 24/7, the trains are on time.
And there is an un-rivaled number of vending machines.
So today we will go on a place that is featuring vending machines.
Let's go.
In Tokyo there seems to be a vending machine around every second corner.
I love going round them and finding new drinks and crazy themed drinks.
Today I went to Gunma prefecture a few hours away from busy Tokyo
to find a unique vending machine restaurant
called "The vending machine diner".
Wow there are really strange vending machines here...
I have seen them for the first time.
The vending machines are super retro.
Some have been in use for about 30 years.
Now, those machines do not sell drinks, they mainly sell hot food.
So today my challenge will be to go and try all their items on the menu.
What type of place is this?
We have retro vending machines here.
This gives kids nowadays a chance to experience them, even if they don't know the old vending machines.
What I find rare is that it's food and not drinks.
It is. Nowadays it's hard to find food vending machines.
When were these food machines popular?
Around the 1980s. During that time there weren't any 24hr convenience stores.
If you wanted to sell something 24hrs, it had to be in vending machines.
So the old vending machines were like the convenience stores of nowadays.
That's right.
Mr Tomaru actually thinks of new food items.
So they always have a variety of new and fresh items in the machines.
Also my tip you can't use bills here so break them down into coins first.
Alright, let's get us something tasty.
Let's get udon first!
Let's get some tempura udon out of the machine.
It started making noises.
4...3...2...1...
Do they get done this quickly?
It made a clicking sound. Wow that's so fast.
Let's look.
It's steaming hot.
Wow. It doesn't look that different from udon in restaurants.
Let's try it.
This is so good.
It's so hot.
The tempura is soft now but looks good.
The vegetables inside still have a bite to it. Nice.
This one doesn't seem to have any toppings.
I can only need ramen noodles.
Or is it there? It's here!
There is sliced pork meat.
There are some bean sprouts.
Wait there is more. Two slices of meat.
Looking good looking good.
Let's try the meat with the noodles...
This looks tasty.
This is so good. The meat is super juicy.
I often get instant noodles but this is totally different.
The noodles are fresh and the meat is juicy. This looks tasty.
It has a rich soy sauce flavor.
I prefer this to convenience stores ramen noodles.
It's so cold in here... - It's a fridge.
How does this get so hot in such a short time?
This is a spiral staircase, and the first one comes out like this.
Then hot water and soy sauce flavor pour into it.
That's how it gets so hot. The hot water is 90 degrees hot.
Toasted sandwich vending machine.
There are two flavors. Ham and Cheeeeddaaaar Cheese.
That's funny. They also have a taster menu.
Grated garlic mayonnaise plus sliced garlic.
There is some ham inside, it says.
There are also other things. See, they have cute pictures drawn all over.
"It's hot so there are tongs" it says.
N"It's super hot so please use the tongs, ok?" and here it says "munch munch"
"Be sure to do it!"
"Don't burn yourself!"
Frog: "What the heck! This is friggin hot!"
And since it's so hot there are some mittens too.
There is also a designated tray here.
If I use this right, I should be able to eat some tasty toast.
Let's first try the Ham and Cheeeeddar Cheeese toast.
One two. Let's push this.
It says "Toasting" in Japanese here.
Since it's burning hot, let's use the tongs like they said.
Alright then...
Wow this IS hot.
Let's get it out.
It smells of tasty toasty toast. Smells tasty.
Let's have a look inside.
Outside there is ham, inside there is Cheddaaaar Cheese. The stretchy kind.
Let's dig in.
I like that it has a crunch outside.
Inside it's gooey.
This is super good.
Grated garlic mayonnaise , sliced garlic and there is some ham wedged inside.
and apparently it has "crazy salt" inside...?
Crazy Salt people!
Let's use the cute mittens.
So hot.
Let's put it over here. Blep.
Let's try out their taster menu.
I like the smell of garlic and toasty bread...
It's rich in garlic flavor, but I can take it. It tastes really good.
I tried your taster menu. It was really nice.
There was a lot of garlic inside. - Yes I tried doing that.
Sorry for my garlic breath. *breathy voice* SO MUCH GAAARLICCC.
I am ok.
Do you do these taster sets a lot?
Yes I do. I design food variations that I am interested in.
And then I ask the customers how they like it.
Before I had variations like sweet bean paste and cheese and such.
That's totally different. Sweet beans and cheese?!
What did your customers say to that?
At first they were taken aback but then... most found it tasty.
The machine says HESS PACIFIC... does that mean that's a German and Japanese maker
working together on these machines?
I think that what this might have been, yes.
Is Pacific a vending machine company?
Pacific doesn't make vending machines anymore.
They produce aluminum foil, for cars and such too.
That's why the toast earlier was wrapped inside aluminum foil!
That's it.
We found an interesting connection here then.
There are two doors to get in.
If you put money in, one of these will turn and one sandwich will fall out.
Beneath here there are two hot plates.
They will both wedge in the toast and toast it.
Then when the time is over, the hot plates will open and drop the sandwich.
That's why they were crunchy and really toasted.
Can you believe it?
There is even a vending machine for hamburgers here.
It's not Guten Morgen (Good Morning) but Guten Burger (Good Burger).
It has something resembling the German flag here too.
Guten means "good" in German.
It says Guten Burger in a German style, but in contrast we have a Mexican burger here.
I will enjoy this contrasting menu a lot.
Let's spend 1, 2, 300 yen on this.
300 YEN!
Let's go! Mexican!
It takes just over one minute.
Seconds until my Guten Burger is done 10...9...
What? How? It's suddenly super fast.
5...4...3...2...1......
It's boiling! So hot!
It says "Mexican" on it. There is also a cute stamp of a girl on it.
Can you see the stamp? Cute!"
Let's open the Mexican!
That's how it looks.
Inside the box, the burger is wrapped up one more time.
Wow. So many hallepeno peppers on this! It's covered in it.
And the meat it actually quite big for a Japanese burger.
It's not just meat. It tastes of onions and other spices.
It's soft and the hallepeno peppers work perfectly to complete it.
When you match it it's not too spicy.
It matches perfectly.
Wooop Mexican! It's a little bit spicy now.
Last one is the sliced cheese with cheddar cheese, sliced cheese burger.
Let's go!
(Counting in German) Eins... Zwei... Drei...
Dreihundert Yen!
One came back out. Let's do it again...
No good again...
It's a bit of an older machine, so stuff like this can happen sometimes.
Let's use a different coin.
AH!
I just spoke German to the half German machine, so maybe it just didn't understand me.
Eins ... Zwei .... Drei....
Launching the sliced cheese, ceddar cheese double burger NOW!
It has so much cheese inside, I can't open it because of all the cheese.
Lots of stretchy cheese.
K'POW CHEESE!
The most popular thing on the menu in the automated diner is this:
Tartare sauce meat with bacon.
I really want to try that, so let's dig in.
Meeeeat!
Let's go!
Hot hot hot hot hot hot
Tartare meeeeat.
The tartare sauce is all gooey.
There are so many things inside. Let's eat!
Tomato sauce and Tartare sauce really go well together.
I understand why this became their most popular item.
Tomato sauce from Italy and Tartare from... maybe France?
And since it's a German machine, we got an European taste right here.
European!
Do you get visitors from abroad too?
Yes, I do. Many come because they have seen us on YouTube.
Since it's automated vending machines, you can use them without talking at all...
Yes, but I am thinking, if we get more foreign visitors, maybe
we can add some English descriptions too.
Please do! Hope that will happen.
Thank you so much for today. It was a real feast. I am stuffed.
Japanese vending machines are really something else.
What I found most tasty was the toasted garlic sandwich.
Everyone, I hope you get the chance so use some of the Japanese vending machines too.
If you are from abroad, and you come to Japan, be sure to
find some cool Japanese vending machines and try them out.
That was it from Cathy Cat today. Mata Nyan!

Coin Roll Hunting More Nickels - Duration: 4:08.all right guys it's nickel time again
Hey everyone its Rob with Rob finds treasure and when I picked up my half dollar box
today I asked for a nickle box she threw one in popped it open in the car
when I popped open the half dollar box and sure enough we've got some
circulated nickels so I'm excited to get started on this hunt and I think what
I'll do is I'll flip this around and take a look at the bottoms before I get
hunted before I get started hunting and if I find something I'll show it to you
otherwise we'll get right into it all right guys we're on roll number four
and we've got our first 40s nickel here it's a 46 s we'll take it
1946 s we also found a 54 D and a 58 D so far so that's pretty good in a
couple of 09's we're on roll number 12 and I got
something I don't get too often in nickle boxes
I got a Canadian 1998 it's a newer one but you know what that's a good sign for
me we don't find those too often so let's find some other things as well
roll 24 and got another four looks like a Mexican peso 2014 that's what it is
all right so two foreigns more foreigns than 40's tough box so far let's find
something else roll 32 and we finally got our second 40s nickel here 1941
Philadelphia then a rough hunt a lot of 60s and 70s coins but nothing that old
we do have a 5 from the 50s which is kind of cool and a couple of forrigns but
slow so far maybe it'll heat up now roll 34 got our third 40s nickel here 1949
Denver same roll
1941 think it's a 41s 41s we'll take it all right starting to heat up now that an old
one back there it's not roll 35 found another 40s nickel box is starting to
heat up this last half this is a 46 philadelphia will take it and I'll tell
you what I think I see another Canadian back here may as well grab that while
I have you here I do it's a 95 so third foreign of the box as
well right behind that Canadian I just hit stop on the record button and I saw
it it's another 41 nickel 41 Philadelphia
so that's five 40s in the last three rolls roll 36 another 40s nickel and
it's another 41 and it's another 41 s
yep alright we roll number 38 found another 40s nickel 1947 Denver okay
finish that box of nickels and you know what the second half of the box heated
up pretty good we didn't do too bad I've got some three I got three album worthy
coins from the 60s that I pulled out we got six 2009's three four ins we ended
up with seven from the 50s got a 51 philadelphia 52 Denver I'm 54 Denver
another 54 Denver a couple of 58 both Denver's had a 59 that's also a Denver
we got eight from the 40s and you know what we only had one after the first 30
rolls so I'm pretty happy with that we ended up with 4 41's a couple of 46's
a 47 and a 49 and overall 16 early Jeffersons 25 28 finds for the box not
that bad you want to get about 30 to 35 finds in a box minimum we're a little
short of that but still a fun hunt hopefully enjoyed the hunt with me if

'Finish it the hell up' Trey Gowdy to Rosenstein on Russia probe finishim - Duration: 24:50.well we got a lot of movement a lot of traffic right now because the hearing
after six hours has just wrapped up and if we're lucky we may see the Deputy
Attorney General and the FBI director heading down that way where we've got a
bank of cameras a one theme that really dominated the hearing today were these
outstanding records that show the FBI's intelligence activities prior to July
31st 2016 that is when the Russia collusion case officially opened those
records were first under subpoena in April and the subject of a very testy
exchange earlier today so your statement that I'm personally keeping information
from you trying to conceal information here the boss mr. Rose is dying that's
that's correct and my job is to make sure that we respond to your concerns we
have sir now I have appointed mr. Laos who is managing that production and my
understanding is it's actually going very well sir so I appreciate your
concerns yeah and I think the House of Representatives going to say otherwise
but your use of this to attack me prided you son wrong what was not consistently
from Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee today is that they were really
on the offensive they were doing what they could to reaffirm the
decision-making of the FBI director and the deputy attorney general rod
Rosenstein here's one exchange mr. riah are you one of those 13 angry Democrats
that my Republican colleagues keep referring to well congressman of course
I'm not working on the Special Counsel investigation but you're the head of the
FBI are you are you are you a Democrat did did the president reach over to the
Democratic Party as as presidents have and pick you because he wanted to have
Democrats in his administration congressman I'm trying to do this job
politically and not consider myself I do not consider myself an angry Democrat
you came quite car you had them at no I'm not you're not you're not a Democrat
thank you I shouldn't maybe I should have gone to that question mrs. Russell
mr. Rothstein are you a Democrat I'm not a Democrat
and I'm not angry okay so that was a clear reference to
one of the many Trump Trump wheats that we've had on the subject a couple of
sort of housekeeping matters on agent struck agent struck a number of times
during his closed-door my interview yesterday refused to answer questions
and what we learned today is that one of those questions had to do with his
contact with the co-founder of the opposition research firm Fusion GPS that
was the firm behind the dossier and we also learned that Special Counsel Robert
Muller has taken specific steps to see if agent struck made any direction chose
any sorry decisions or took the Special Counsel investigation in a direction
that really was a reflection of the political bias that is seen in the text
messages chef Katherine in the middle of all of this it's my understanding the
House Republicans passed a resolution that's right this is a non-binding
resolution it calls on the Deputy Attorney General to provide the
remaining records that are sought by these three committees House Judiciary
House Intelligence and has oversight that was a vote 226 Republicans a to 183
Democrats one of the sort of testy moments in the hearing came with a
congressman darrell Issa and he asked the Deputy Attorney General look if we
go forward on contempt and we want to pursue it in the district court in
Washington will you throw up any roadblocks and here that is do you
believe that you have the ability to be above the law something the American
people do not know sir I do not good since you do not believe that I will
take that as if you're Eldon I haven't happened it will go forward you said no
and yes or no was fine that you don't believe you're above the law so that
really will come to some kind of resolution probably the week of July 6th
because they're going to be heading into the congressional recess but again they
just want to emphasize it's a non-binding resolution but the idea is
to really send a political message and set the table for some Republicans who
believe that contempt or even impeachment is
it's necessary or even justified in this situation show catherine herridge on
Capitol Hill Thank You Catherine chair recognizes the gentleman from South
Carolina mr. Gowdy for five minutes Thank You mr. chairman the Russian
investigation has been going on for almost two years now
special counsels investigation has been going on for over a year now for most
Americans is important to know what Russia did to our country in 2016 and
with whom if anyone they did it when a foreign state interferes with our
democratic electoral process it should be chance of a lifetime
for a law enforcement agent to investigate that except apparently the
one that was actually picked to investigate it that was Peter struck FBI
agent Peter Strahm was picked to lead the FBI's investigation into what Russia
did and July of 2016 it was a counterintelligence investigation begun
in late July 2016 and he was leading it and about the exact same time he was
picked to lead it this dispassionate and fair FBI agent
was calling Trump a disaster destabilizing for the country I'll leave
out all the F adjectives he used to describe that I'll just go with disaster
and destabilizing same time his FBI lawyer girlfriend Lisa Paige was telling
him he was meant to protect the country this neutral dispassionate FBI agent
said I can protect the country at many levels same time Peter struck who was
picked to objectively fairly neutrally look in until the Russia investigation
was talking about an insurance policy with Amy became and Lisa page and the
event Donald Trump became the president all of this was happening at the same
time Peter Strock said he could smell the Trump support in southern Virginia
all this was at the same time that this FBI agent said a trump presidency would
be effing terrifying and that it will never happen no no we'll stop it
so while investigating Russia and their attempt to subvert our democracy may
have been important to the rest of the country and wasn't all that important to
about half dozen FBI agents and lawyers who were assigned to the case for them
it was an investigation to stop Donald Trump which then brings us to May of
2017 in the appointment of special counsel where we find Peter struck again
this same supposed to be dispassionate neutral
fair FBI agent you would think you'd be really excited about investigating what
a foreign power tried to do to this country but you would be wrong again for
Peter struck at precisely the same time that Bob Muller was appointed precisely
the same time Peter struck was talking about his unfinished business and how he
needed to fix and finish it so Donald Trump did not become president he was
talking about impeachment within three days of special counsel Muller being
appointed three days that's even quicker than MSNBC and the Democrats were
talking about impeaching within three days the lead FBI agent is talking about
impeaching the president so this is where we all were two years into this
investigation or a year and a half into the presidency we're over a year and the
special counsel you have a counterintelligence investigation that's
become public you have a criminal investigation that's become political
you have more bias than I have ever seen manifest at a law enforcement officer in
the 20 years I used to do it for a living and for other DOJ employees who
had manifest animus towards the person they were supposed to be neutrally and
detached ly investigating Democrats are using this investigation as a
presumption of guilt which I find astonishing and in the long run for the
health of this Republic I would encourage them to go back to the
presumption of innocence that we used to hold sacred there's a presumption of
guilt there's a desire by Democrat senators to fundraise off of your
investigation more than 60 Democrats have already voted to proceed with
impeachment before Bob Mahler has found a single solitary damn thing more than
60 have voted to move forward with impeach
and he hasn't presented his first finding so almost say this see mr. Rey
mr. Rosenstein I realized that neither one of you were there when this happened
but you're both there now Russia attacked this country they should be the
target but Russia isn't being hurt by this investigation right now we are this
country is being hurt by it we are being divided we've seen the bias we've seen
the bias we need to see the evidence if you have evidence of wrongdoing by any
member of the Trump campaign campaign presented to the damn grand jury if you
have evidence that this president acted inappropriately presented to the
American people there's an old saying that justice delayed is justice denied I
think right now all of us are being denied whatever you got finish it the
hell up because this country is being torn apart I would yield back mr.
chairman either the witnesses cared respond to
the I would simply respond to Scottie I certainly share your views about those
text messages and nobody is more offended than I about what's reflected
in those messages with regard to the investigation I've heard suggestions
that we should just close the investigation I think the best thing we
can do is finish it appropriately and reach a conclusion and I certainly agree
with you sir the people should not jump to conclusions without seeing the
evidence I've been the victim of fake news attacks myself so I'm sympathetic I
agree with you sir that there's been no allegation made by Department of Justice
or the special counsel other than what's reflected in those documents that are
filed publicly the charged folks nobody should draw any conclusions
beyond those charges hello again and Happy Father's Day from Fox News in
Washington President Trump is back from his summit with North Korea's Kim
jong-un and is already taking on his next big challenge the Department of
Justice and Specter general issued a report that is sharply critical of how
the FBI conducted Clinton email investigation and the
president says that undercuts Robert mother's probe of collusion with Russia
and obstruction of justice joining me now from South Carolina Republican
congressman trey Gowdy chair of the House Oversight Committee mr. chairman
before we get to the IG report I want to discuss how President Trump and his lead
lawyer Rudy Giuliani are using the IG report here's the president linking what
the Inspector General found in the Clinton investigation to the Muller
investigation of him I think that the report yesterday maybe more importantly
than anything it totally exonerates me there was no collusion
there was no obstruction mr. chairman does the IG report exonerate President
Trump well it certainly helps him Chris I mean
keep in mind the same people the same players that were involved in the in the
Clinton Pro later moved to the Russia probe John Brennan who said he should be
in the dustbin of history Jim Comey who said impeachment was too good of a
remedy Loretta Lynch who wanted Hillary Clinton to win and then we've got Peter
struck and Lisa Paige the two FBI employees Chris and this is what's most
important to me those two presumed and pronounced
Hillary Clinton's innocence before her investigation ended and they presumed
and pronounced Donald Trump's guilt before the investigation even began so
when you have that pervasiveness of bias yes it's going to help the person who is
complaining about the investigation on the other hand Robert Muller was not
part of the Clinton investigation Peter struck was fired by Muller as soon as he
found out about those very biased and damaging texts and of course we don't
know what Muller has found in the last year in his investigation so again I
have to ask has president from been exonerated I clearly understand your
point that there was bias in the FBI but has he been exonerated on allegations of
collusion and obstruction well well it part of that depends upon what you view
the Muller probe as now you mentioned collusion the only person in the
universe claims to have evidence of collusion his
Adam chef and unlike any other secret he's ever had he's actually kept this
one he's never told anyone what evidence he has so there's no evidence of
collusion obstruction of justice Chris good luck having your star witness being
Jim Comey in any prosecution from shoplifting to obstruction of justice
good luck if that's your star witness for me the Muller probe is about what
Russia did in 2016 and who if anyone they did it with so that's what I mean
when I say Muller probe and I hope he does write the definitive accounting of
what Russia did but there's no evidence Donald Trump did it with them and Jim
Comey would be about the sorriest witness that I can imagine the
prosecutor could have I find this very significant because you have not been in
the tank for President Trump on all of this not now no no I understand that I'm
not saying you are now but I'm are you saying this morning that Donald Trump is
off the hook and the Muller investigation well I don't know what
Muller has I do know this that bias is so pervasive and everyone who's ever
stood in front of the jury and had to explain it away will tell you it is the
most miserable feeling of the war in the world and I have never seen this level
of bias so you have Peter struck who can't think of a single American who can
vote for Donald Trump and you got Peter struck who says we'll
stop it the campaign and the presidency will stop the campaign and then if that
doesn't work the day after the election he's talking about impeachment so how
would you like that to be your lead investigator two weeks after you're
assigned to look into what a foreign country did to us the only thing he can
think to talk about is an insurance policy to keep Donald Trump from winning
and then he says we'll stop it I assumed the we is the FBI so how would you like
if you're Bob Muller to present that case to a jury you are co-chairing a
hearing on Tuesday where the Inspector General Michael Horowitz who issued this
damaging report will appear what are the main questions you want to ask them
whether a bunch is a 500-page report and the good news Chris is Michael Horowitz
proved what we wanted the FBI and the DOJ to do which is that you can have an
investigation that is fact centric and fair and even-handed there are a lot of
questions I have for him number one you know the Hillary Clinton failure to
prosecute was predicated upon two things number one that her emails were not
exposed to foreign actors there's some evidence that that's not true number two
that there was no evidence of intent well of course there's no evidence of
intent you didn't bother to ask her you went into the interview knowing that she
was not going to be charged so I think some members will ask about that a lot
of members are going to ask about the bias the same team that exonerated her
implicated him before the investigation began and I suspect some members will
ask about the coziness between the FBI and the media while the FBI is very
critical as you pointed out and we're going to get into it in more detail
about actions taken by Comey and struck and others here is his overall judgment
on the final conclusion of the Clinton investigation I want to put this up on
the screen this is from the IG we found no evidence that the conclusions by the
prosecutors were affected by bias or other improper considerations rather we
determined that they were based on the prosecutors assessment of the facts the
law and past Department practice and here is current FBI director Christopher
Rea this report did not find any evidence of political bias or improper
considerations actually impacting the investigation under review so when they
say the final judgments yes there may have been biased but that didn't affect
the final judgments are the inspector general Michael Horowitz and Christopher
Rea the current FBI director are they wrong well I'll say this why did Allah
run a Lynch asked it be called a matter and not an investigation why was Cheryl
Mills in the room when the target was being interviewed why did you write an
exoneration memo six weeks before she was interviewed why did you start
planning your press conference two months before the investigation
was over here's where I depart from from from Chris Rae I don't think it's my job
to prove the bias impacted the investigation I think it's his job to
prove that it did not here's what I know they exonerated her before the interview
they said she did nothing wrong before they even bothered to talk to her and
this same group said Donald Trump should not be the president and or should be
impeached before the investigation even began if that is not textbook bias which
is the prejudging of an outcome I mean that's what bias is we are prejudging
the outcome we're prejudging her innocence before we talked to her were
prejudging his guilt before we even begin to look into the fact pattern
that's bias and yes it impacted the outcome she the most important element
is intent that's what they all told us she did not have the intent to commit a
crime the best way to figure that out is to talk to her but they went into the
interview Chris saying the only thing she'll be charged with is maybe lying to
us if you're Donald Trump or if you're any other defendant in the country how
would you like that deal we're not going to charge you with anything as long as
you tell us the truth that is blanket immunity and everyone in the country
would like that as they go into an interview with the FBI now a couple of
top Republican leaders House Majority Leader McCarthy Senate Majority and
leader McConnell are saying given all of this and given the fact that the that
the Muller investigation has gone on for more than a year it's time to wrap it up
it clearly is putting a cloud over the president do you agree with that I think
it's putting more more than just a cloud over the president I think it's putting
a cloud over the entire country this is a unique case Chris it is a
counterintelligence investigation that's become public most of them do not is a
criminal investigation that has political overtones most of them do not
combine the two it is a public counterintelligence investigation with
political overtones this is not your traditional investigation so I would
encourage Bob Muller keep doing exactly what rod Rosa Stein hired you to do Bob
Muller did not volunteer we're here because wrote
Roza sign decided we need a special counsel do the very best you can with
the evidence and the witnesses you have but understand that this is being used
by political enemies to hurt Donald Trump Adam Schiff wants to be the
chairperson of the House Intelligence Committee Nancy Pelosi wants to be the
Speaker of the House they won't Bob Muller to do what Peter struck and
Hillary Clinton could not do which is beat Donald Trump so just be aware that
you're being used would be my advice to Bob Muller I've got about three minutes
left I want to get I'm gonna ask you for four quick answers should based on what
you've you knew before and what you know now from the I G's report should Hillary
Clinton have been charged with a crime I need to interview her effectively I need
to ask her those questions on intent we know she lied we know she's concealed
evidence we know they destroyed F and it's those are all circumstantial
markers of intent so I would need to interview her without going into it
knowing I was gonna clear her like the FBI did should Comey and Peter struck be
called to testify before Congress yes on what issues
well Peter struck you named it the highest level of bias I've ever
witnessed in any law enforcement officer and Comey and the words of my Grandmamma
has some explaining to do he's having a hard time getting his stories to match
up Horowitz was very critical of him and and deservedly so finally where our
House Republicans in your your demand you're called for the Department of
Justice to share more documents especially on this question of the use
by the FBI of a confidential informant to penetrate the Trump campaign and also
do you believe that some of your colleagues have suggested that Deputy
Attorney General Rosen Stein threatened the house and threatened staffers for
demanding those documents well I wasn't in the room for that January meeting
I've been in the room with some other meetings where tensions ran really high
we had a meeting Friday night under the heading of
minor miracles you had members of the House working on a Friday night Paul
Ryan led this meeting yeah Devin newness Bob Goodlatte myself and everyone you
can think of from the FBI and the DOJ and we went item by item on both of
those outstanding subpoenas we either have compliance we have partial
compliance or we have non-compliance and Paul made it very clear there's going to
be action on the floor of the house this week if the FBI and DOJ do not comply
with our subpoena requests so rod Rosenstein Chris rape you were in the
meeting you understood him just as clearly as I did we're going to get
compliance or the House of Representatives is going to use its full
arsenal of constitutional weapons to gain compliance this is too important it
was too important before the IG report the IG report has even heightened the
need for us to understand what happened in 2016 so the new guys can either be
part of the cleanup crew or they can be part of the cover-up crew and I would
encourage them to be part of the cleanup and very briefly sir in the areas where
you see non-compliance and you might see action on the floor this week that's on
what area it would be FISA abuse it would be a little bit on the strop page
text we're a little miffed that we read that most damning text the same time you
did well we've been asking for it for a long time so Devon's called subpoena is
is largely most of the issues from with Devon subpoena and not chairman
Goodlatte and that's FISA abuse and it's what led up to the Russia probe and and
Chris and rod or there is no ambiguity the Speaker of the House was really
clear you're going to comply or there's going to be floor action and I think
they got the message and floor action would be a what the full panoply of
constitutional weapons available to the people's house including contempt of
Congress that would be among them yes sir I don't want the drama
I want the documents and I think that Chris and rod got that message contempt
of Congress just means we're going to be talking about this six years from now
I don't want that I want the documents I don't want the drama and I don't want
the floor fight but they need to know that we're willing to do it and unless
they were in a different meeting than the one I have never seen Paul Ryan as
animated as I saw him Friday night he is sick and tired of the delay and he
communicated that point very effectively chairman Gowdy thank you thanks for your
time always accepted to talk with you and I got to say you had a lot to say
today thank you sir happy Father's Day Thanks same to you
sir

7-11 Just Infuriated Everyone With Disturbing New Warning Sign Liberals Demanded - Duration: 5:16.7-11 Just Infuriated Everyone With Disturbing New Warning Sign Liberals Demanded
Now I think we've seen it all.
An advertisement for condoms by the worldwide convenience store chain 7-eleven has pissed
off Norway's tourist board with its rude message about venereal disease in order to
promote its business.
The offending ad says "Welcome to Norway!
The Land of Chlamydia" and shows a young Norwegian couple dressed in the traditional
bunad costume in front of a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and fjords.
Visit Norway, which is the nation's official tourist board has said in an official statement
that the ad puts Norway in a bad light.
"(This) makes Norwegians seem like uncouth, lewd, sex-mad people," Visit Norway marketing
developer Stein Ove Rolland told Dagbladet.
"This is not a good advert for Norway, and as a depiction of Norway and Norwegians it
is a disaster," he added.
The Local reported:
An advertisement for condoms by convenience store 7-eleven has irked Norway's tourist
board with its message about venereal disease.
"Welcome to Norway!
The Land of Chlamydia", pronounces the poster, which shows a young Norwegian couple dressed
in the traditional bunad costume in front of a backdrop of snow-capped mountains and
fjords.
Visit Norway, the country's tourist board, has hit out at the ad for depicting Norway
in a negative light.
The poster advertisement is currently displayed at Oslo Central Station, making it likely
to be one of the first sights to greet tourists upon arrival in the Scandinavian country.
But Tore Holte Follestad, assistant manager with sexual health NGO Sex og samfunn (Sex
and Society), praised the provocative ad.
Follestad said that Norway's own health authorities should run a similar campaign
themselves.
"I think this conveys an important message in an unjudgmental way, and it will be noticed,"
he told Dagbladet.
The claim as to the prevalence of chlamydia in Norway made by the campaign is also an
accurate one, he added.
"In 2016, over 26,000 cases of chlamydia were diagnosed in Norway and Norwegians are
not good at using condoms.
The consequences can be discomfort, irritation and in worst cases it can lead to reduced
fertility.
Furthermore, you can infect others and become more susceptible to other sexually transmitted
diseases," he told the newspaper.
7-eleven's press spokesperson Thea Kjendlie said that, by 'warning' tourists against
Norwegians, the campaign played on national pride.
"As with all slightly controversial campaigns, there have been both positive and negative
reactions.
So far, we have seen both types, which is expected when the aim is to get our young
target audience to talk about the topic.
It was not our intention to offend anyone with this campaign but we do want to create
engagement and awareness around this topic," Kjendlie said to Dagbladet."
The ad is currently being displayed at Oslo Central Station which makes one of the first
things that greet tourists upon arrival in the Scandinavian country.
But on the flip side Tore Holte Follestad, who is an assistant manager at sexual health
NGO Sex og samfunn (Sex and Society), praised the controversial ad.
In fact, Follestad said that Norway's own health authorities should run a similar campaign
themselves in order to raise awareness.
"I think this conveys an important message in an unjudgmental way, and it will be noticed,"
he told Dagbladet.
He added that the claim as to the prevalence of chlamydia in Norway made by the campaign
is an accurate one so he has no issue with it whatsoever.
Whatever you might think of the ad I think 7-11 is doing the right thing by raising awareness
to a health crisis which can easily be avoided by the use of a condom.
But I guess not all Norwegians see it that way.
Here is more on this crisis via The Local:
"Norway is Europe's 'herpes hotspot', with the country's inhabitants making more
Google searches on the uncomfortable s******y transmitted disease (STD) than those of any
other country in the continent.
The study, carried out by the chemists Superdrug, using Google Trends, ranked Montenegro second
in terms of herpes searches, followed closely by Norway's neighbor Sweden.
No country in Europe, however, came close to the United States in terms of how often
residents sought information on the irritatingly persistent virus, with only residents of five
countries in the Caribbean, the world's unrivaled herpes hotspot, making more searches.
HIV and AIDS are by far the most searched for STDs globally, with African countries
massively leading the way in per capita searches.
People in Switzerland made the most searches about syphilis in Europe, while those in Albania
made the most searches for HIV/AIDS.
Russia and Belarus, meanwhile, made the most searches about Gonorrhea.
In the UK, there were more search about chlamydia than any other STD, indicating that the Google
Trends-based study may throw some light on the actual prevalence of STDs.
According to official figures, chlamydia is the most commonly diagnosed STD in the UK.

BREAKING: Maxine Makes Major Announcement About Her Future – She's In Fear For Her Life - Duration: 5:17.BREAKING: Maxine Makes Major Announcement About Her Future – She's In Fear For Her
Life
Looks like Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) is now playing the victim of the mean ole right to
the hilt.
Fresh off calling for violence and harassment against Trump administration officials, Waters
is now claiming she is the target of death threats and has announced she is canceling
all her upcoming appearances and events out of fear for her life.
Right.
This is straight out of the leftist playbook… accuse the right of what you were doing to
them first.
She was scheduled to appear at events in Texas and Alabama this weekend, but no more.
She canceled due to an alleged "very serious death threat" made against her.
Do you believe her?
Me, not so much.
In a statement given to CNN (of course), Waters said that after President Trump took aim at
her on Twitter on Monday, "even more individuals are leaving threatening messages and sending
hostile mail to my office."
Here's what Waters had to say:
"As the President has continued to lie and falsely claim that I encouraged people to
assault his supporters, while also offering a veiled threat that I should 'be careful',
even more individuals are leaving (threatening) messages and sending hostile mail to my office.
"There was one very serious death threat made against me on Monday from an individual
in Texas which is why my planned speaking engagements in Texas and Alabama were cancelled
(sic) this weekend.
This is just one in several very serious threats the United States Capitol Police is investigating
in which individuals threatened to shoot, lynch, or cause me serious bodily harm."
"I believe in peaceful, very peaceful protests," she said Monday on Capitol Hill.
"I have not called for the harm of anybody.
This President has lied again when he's saying that I've called for harm."
First of all, she did encourage her followers to assault and harass Trump supporters.
There's plenty of videos out there showing exactly that.
To say it was anything less than that is extremely disingenuous.
Second, Trump was not threatening her.
He was warning her that she was coming perilously close to being in trouble with the feds for
threatening Trump and conservative Americans.
If she is indeed receiving death threats, she brought that on herself.
I don't condone it and they need to be stopped, but she knew what she was inciting when she
started all of this.
In fact, the California Democrat doubled down again and urged supporters to continue to
intimidate Trump administration members when they are spotted in public.
Waters knows exactly where that leads.
White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders and Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen
Nielsen had their dinners interrupted at separate restaurants by people who disagreed with President
Trump's "zero tolerance" immigration policies.
"If you think we're rallying now you ain't seen nothing yet!
If you see anybody from that [Trump] Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at
a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you
tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere," Waters shouted at a Los Angeles rally last
weekend.
"Here we were getting the country focused on kids being separated from their parents
as a matter of border policy, and I think we were making enormous gains in that national
debate," said Democratic congressman Gerry Connolly of Virginia.
"So I don't want to see us distracted by calls to deny retail services to targeted
members of the Trump administration.
I think that's unhelpful."
That's soft-balling the issue.
It's not distraction or unhelpful when Waters calls for people to attack conservatives;
it's incitement to violence.
Trump supporters are worried about being beaten or killed in the streets because of her rhetoric.
President Trump shot back, saying Waters "called for harm" to his supporters.
"Congresswoman Maxine Waters, an extraordinarily low IQ person, has become, together with Nancy
Pelosi, the Face of the Democrat Party.
She has just called for harm to supporters, of which there are many, of the Make America
Great Again movement.
Be careful what you wish for Max!"
Again, that's not a threat, that's a warning her that if there is violence, she will have
to answer for it.
Waters has been one of the loudest and most consistent voices calling for the president's
impeachment since his first day in office.
Considering Waters' track record, I am very skeptical concerning her claim of death threats.
Reached for comment, a spokeswoman for the US Capitol Police said they do not comment
on ongoing investigations.
"I don't cry about protests," Waters said earlier this week.
"People protest me all the time.
People come to my district office.
That's their right.
The only time I have anything to say about protests is when they threaten to kill me,
then I turn that in.
Otherwise, protests is the American way."
She loves the attention and makes half of this stuff up.
Waters is actually helping Trump here.
With her hateful grandstanding, she's driving more and more voters over to the Trump camp.
President Trump tweeted earlier this week that Waters called for "harm" to his supporters
and railed against her in rallies in North Dakota and South Carolina.
Americans cheered their support of the president over it.
While Maxine Waters is announcing she is in fear for her life and canceling appearances
because of it, she's not backing down in the least calling for the left to engage in
violence with the right.
She's actively tearing this country apart with her divisive rhetoric.

PUBG vs Fortnite, Google Gaming Console, Halo TV Series! -- Weekly Download #100 - Duration: 4:39.Hey welcome to Zach's Tech Turf and our 100th episode of Weekly Download.
I can not believe we're already on episode 100, that's crazy.
I don't really have anything special planned, sorry for that.
But in today's episode I'm gonna be playing my new addiction Diablo 3 while I give you
the news, I got my cup of coffee right there, make sure you guys let me know what you're
sippin on, let's get into it.
To start off the tech news for the week, more and more rumors are starting to pile up indicating
that Google is trying to jump into the gaming industry, something that they surprisngly
haven't done yet, by making their own console.
I don't think we are anywhere close to getting any real announcements about this, but apparently
they are looking to acquire some major gaming companies and creating a streaming based console.
This would be similar to something like Nvidia's GeForce Now, make sure you check that video
out if you haven't by the way, but either way, these are just rumors.
Speaking of rumors apparently there was a naming leak at Intel that indicate their plans
for the next generation of mainstream CPUs.
In this list of leaked names was a core i9 9900K, i7 9700k, and an i5 9600K.
If ture, this is actually pretty crazy because this means that Intel plans to bring their
Core i9 CPU to the mainstream seres.
The list also suggests that it's an 8 core 16 thread chip and that's pretty much all
we know about it so far.
Next up a startup company called Plexus is working on creating Virtual Reality gloves
for the Vive and Rift that will bring individual finger control to a whole new level.
Priced at just $250 these look like they could provide about as realistic of a motion as
possible and the cool part is that they aren't actual gloves that will make your hands get
all sweaty.
This is still being development and has a ways before it's implemented but I'm definitely
rooting for this.
Moving on to something I'm definitely not rooting for, an article floating around has
indicated that Nvidia's new G-Sync HDR module chipe will add a $500 price tag to monitors.
As I'm sure most of you know by now, the two main types of adaptive sync in monitors
are Free Sync and GSync.
GSync monitor usually costs anywhere from $200-$300 more purely because the chips are
only sold by Nvidia, and this is why most people tend to go with a FreeSync monitor,
even if they have an Nvidia graphics card.
Well now that HDR is getting more mainstream, the GSync HDR chip is looking at a $500 bump
up in price which is just absolutely insane and probably something that I'll personally
never buy.
And to wrap up the tech news fo the week, Corsair announced this week that they acquired
the Elgato gaming division.
There's not much to report here, you probably know these 2 companies very well, and it definitely
seems like a good purchase for Corsair.
Corsair has been really stepping up their game lately with peripherals, and Elgato has
been dominating in their consumer friendly game streaming products as well.
I'm actually gonna review the Elgato HD60 here soon on the channel, I know I'm late
to the party but this thing has completely changed my workflow and I need to share this
with you guys.
To start off the PC gaming news for the week, it seems like Blizzard hit the nail on the
head with this latest Overwatch patch that added an LFG tool and endorsements.
To combat the toxicity that's been floating around Overwatch, and pretty much every competitive
game at this point, the LFG tool allows you to find other like-minded players to play
with, and then you can use the endorsement system to rate players on their behavior.
Apparently the community is really happy with this and it sounds pretty great.
Next up, Showtime announced this week that they purchased 10 episodes of a Halo live
action series which means we will finally see some Halo action on the TV.
The Showtime CEO even said that "Halo is our most ambitious series ever and in the
history of televesion, there simply has never been enough great science fiction."
I don't know too much more about this, I know people have been trying to get this green
lit for almost a decade now, but either way I'm kinda excited.
And to wrap up our very short week of PC gaming news, not much really happened this week to
be honest, and that's why I'm reporting some very boring news that PUBG Corp has is
no longer suing Epic Games for the whole PUBG/Fortnite thing and that may just be the end of that.
Sorry guys, did I miss anything newsworthy in PC gaming this week?
Let me know.
Well that wraps up Weekly Download episode number 100.
Don't forget that the Weekly Download podcast is also available on platforms like Google
Play, iTunes, and iHeart Radio.

How To Show Up As Your Best Self Around People You Don't Like or Annoy You - Duration: 9:20.Hello and welcome to this episode of "Carmen's Coaching Corner". My name is
Carmen Payne and I am the owner and creator of SOAR! Transformational Life
Caching if you've never watched these videos before the purpose of these
videos is to provide you with tools, tips, information, and techniques on how to
create your new reality. And before I begin this episode I just want to say to
everybody who watch the last one. Thank you very much for watching it, and all
the comments that you left me. It's really encouraging to see how many
people watched, or viewed the video, so thank you, thank you thank you, from the
bottom of my heart, and I'm really really grateful, so thank you. This episode is
about switching the script, or switch the script. And what do I mean by that? So we
all have people in our lives that we don't always necessarily look forward to
having an interaction with, and we are literally, and it could be a meeting
situation, it could be a family members situation, a friend situation, and do you
find yourself literally scripting the conversation in your head that you're
going to have with this person and it's usually the worst case scenario,
especially if you're not looking forward to the interaction. And so you find
yourself possibly arguing in your head with this person, getting ready to defend
yourself, getting ready to fight, and you haven't even met them yet right. So
you're telling yourself this story about how the conversation is going to go, and
you you're not even there yet. So if you find yourself doing this, this process is
for you, and it's a four-step process. So the first step of this process is to set
the scene. You are going to pretend that you are a playwright and you get to
write however this script is going to go. Right? You are the star actor, you
basically are the screenwriter of this of this show. And so you're going to set
the scene, and that means you're going to set in your in your mind's eye, or on
paper where is it happening, who are the actors in that scene, what time of day is
it happening in the day of the week, what is the temperature
like, really setting the backdrop for this script. And step two is you write
the script. Now you can do this scripting in your head, or I really recommend that
you go grab a piece of pen and paper and you write the script
out. So how do you want the conversation to go? What is the outcome that you want
from this conversation? What are the results?
Who do, you know, how do you want other people to respond to you during this
conversation, and you know it's like I said respond and not react. There's a big
difference between the two and as you're writing this script before you even put
pen to paper, or start doing the dialogue in your head, I want you to take a deep
breath in and out, and feel that breath going from your breath from your
mouth all the way down into your heart space. And you need to do that at least
two or three times and then write the script. You don't want to write the
script from your headspace because all you're going to be is in reactionary
mode. When you're writing it from your heart space you're a much different
place when you write and I bet you if you've just done that breath with me you
already feel a little bit more calmer. Breathing as an amazing exercise in
itself. So you basically write the script in step two. Step three is you
play out the script. You have the background scene. You have the
conversation in your head with the other actors in in the script with you and as
you're checking, as you're playing out the script in your head, check in with
yourself. How are you really showing up? Are you showing up from your heart space?
Are you still a little bit on the defensive, or ready to fight? Or just
feeling like this is out of my control? So really check in with yourself. And then
step four is replay the script. Right? You get to create this script, so you can
make as many adjustments as you want because you are the star of the show.
So replay the script, and replay it until it really resonates with you, until you
really feel it, and you're immersed in it. I really want you to imagine yourself
having this conversation in your mind's eye with these other people, with the
person that you're having that conversation with, and just really feel into it so that it
really sits and resonates with you in your body. And the brilliant thing about
this process is, what it does is it takes you from feeling unempowered
enough, and possibly feeling that this situation isn't in control, to being in
control, and much more empowered about the situation. It helps to reduce your
stress. It helps you to go into that interaction with some grace. It helps you
to be calm, and it just coming from that place you are automatically going to be
able to think a lot clearer when people start asking you questions, or throw
things at you during that meeting because you're not up here worried
worried worried freaking out freaking out, or I don't like the way this is
going and I'm getting pissed, to I'm coming from my heart space and I'm able
to have that conversation from here rather than from up here. And I can tell
you from my own personal experience, when I was managing customer projects and I
used to integrate customer IT systems with the company I was working for IT
systems, and sometimes I would get this part of the press project it had to be
done yesterday. I'd get on the first call with the customers sometimes with very
little information and my head would get ripped off. I mean I hadn't even opened
my mouth yet, but because they're looking at me as the person who's going to fix
things, I'm immediately the A-hole in the room. Right? I'm the cause of the problem
and I'm also the person that's responsible for fixing it. So this
process, when I started to implement it, really turned things around for me
because it changed completely how I showed up for these interactions, and I
can give you one example where I had a project and the stakeholders on the
projects were just, every time I get on the phone, they would just be laying into
me, laying into me, laying into me, and I've had enough. I just had enoug.h I'm
like I have to be able to change this reality somehow and then I learned about
this process, and so I came into the next interaction using this technique
and by the end of the project the amazing thing was was the guy who was
yelling, and screaming, freaking out on the phone ended up calling me out the
blue and saying to me, "Hey Carmen if you ever want a job. I have one for you." So
that's how powerful this technique can actually be because it really changes
your, how you show up for the interactions, and it then changes and
helps to change the behaviors of the other actors in the scene and how they
show up and they respond to you. So I strongly recommend you giving this a go
and it doesn't matter if it's face to face, on the phone in a WebEx whatever
the situation, on a webinar, whatever scenario is, how you how you show up is
really going to make a difference when you use this technique because as we now
know about fifty five percent of communication is nonverbal. And it always
amazes me when I read that because even when you're not communicating you're
communicating. And one of those aspectsof the nonverbal piece of it is the
vibration that the energy that you're giving off. Have you ever said, or heard
somebody say "I don't like the vibe that I'm getting from that person", you're
basically tapping into their nonverbal communication. So that's why this process
is so brilliant because you can take a completely different energy into that
interaction with you, and come from a real place of grace, and everybody's a
superstar by the end of it. So let me know if this process works for you. If
you have another suggestion for this scenario that you would like to share,
I'd really love to hear it, and as always in love and light, oh one thing I forgot
to mention is I have a free worksheet that goes with this video, and the video
that I shared last week. If you'd like that worksheet for this video, and the
one last week, please send me an email I'll put the email in the verbiage with
this video. I haven't figured out yet on Facebook how to attach documents I'm not
sure that you can, which is why I'm asking if you want it please
email me. No strings attached, it's a free resource to you just like these videos.
So let me know and once again in a love and light Carmen. To get started please
call, or email me, or schedule an appointment on my website
