Being introverts is not easy especially when it comes to social gathering like parties.

Simply said, Introverts and parties probably are as smooth as oil and water, in other words,

they are not getting along together.

So, if you're a real introvert in the core, you'd absolutely rather spend your night alone

at home, watching nettflix and reading some book than going out to the party and getting

wasted.

However, if this time is the party you should attend to, even if you don't really want to

go, all the weird thoughts will immediately flooding in your mind.

STEP 1: WHERE ARE YOU?

Just like GPS, location finder...my mom has to know where i am exactly.

Whether you are in IRAQ or GERMANY, her first question, where are you now at this moment?

She has to know it before talking about anything else.

Hello Mom

Hello, where are you?

I'm in my office. working.

STEP 2: GENERAL QUESTIONS.

Have you eaten? Have you slept? Have you bathed?

Are you working? General questions like that.

No matter what you were doing...where you are....i don't care.

even if you were bungee jumping, i'm going to finish what i want to say before ending the call.

Oh really? Have you eaten?

Yes i have eaten.

What have you eaten?

Macdonalds.

McDonalds?

Keep eating McDonalds and keep putting on weight.

Mom, i'm busy.

What time are you coming home?

8pm

8pm?

You usually come home at 10pm.

Your workload in office is lesser today, is it?

This conversation will be going on for a while.

Today we will present to you how to defend yourself against a headlock

basically you should avoid the attack in the forefield if you recognize it,

but of course this is not always possible.

This is why, today we show you the headlock release.

the first important point is, when your opponent is trying to get you into a headlock

he usually pulls you towards him as well

so I have to step with his movement and try to get into a good position pointing to my opponents.

the direction your tiptoes point is where your energy goes.

It's important to have a good and stable stance.

The second step:

My inner hand grabs the aggressors outer wrist

by making a shovel with my hand

and I pull his arm towards my body

ellbow tight

to control his arm and make it hard for him to release his arm.

There are three reasons why someone would use a headlock on their opponent.

One is to get into good position to punch, that is why controlling the hand is so important

Another is to do a take down or, last one, to hold the person in a position in which

another guy could easily throw punches.

So, we get into a headlock, we try to get a good stance,

we control the outer arm of our opponent

not by grabbing, but by making a shovel with the hand,

we pull him towards our body to get into a really stable position.

Next step, we try to get with our outer hand over the opponents shoulder

and with the fingers to his eyes and nose.

And now we stretch his head backwards and straighten up completely.

Now we can start to attack in whichever way is suitable

In Krav Maga we attack weak spots.

Of course it is possible when we grab his face and we're already down there to attack the groin.

A possible disadvantage if we hit to the groin, our opponent might go down even more

and we get in an even worse position

So one more time slowly, step by step

He attacks me and get's me into a headlock

we get into a stable stance and grab his wrist, keep your elbow tight, not away from your body or you will lose control,

go over his shoulder and grab his eyes and nose and then detach yourself fitfully from him

and from this point we can start to attack him,

push him away, escape, flee or get into your ready position.

Okay, now we will show you again from the other side.

Now we will emphasize the key points more

So first, he attacks me.

Important: the stable stance

I can also put close my knees around my opponents leg for more stability

the worse my stance is, the easier it is for my opponent to throw me

So we try to get in a good position

second key point: control of our opponents outer arm

He was there, he said, to celebrate.  And in a sense that was true enough: A scene-stealer nonpareil, the actor and singer was onstage to celebrate — his gig as host of the BET Awards

Advertisement  Rarely has a celebrity tasked with moving along a televised awards show taken as much pleasure in the job as Foxx appeared to during this three-hour special broadcast live from the Microsoft Theater in downtown Los Angeles

 He did a long comedic bit expertly impersonating both parties in the show-business beef between Oprah Winfrey and Mo'Nique

He revived one of his old characters from "In Living Color" in a trailer for a spoof "Black Panther" sequel

 He even brought Donald Glover onstage for an evidently impromptu performance of Glover's politically-charged Childish Gambino hit "This Is America

"  "I really was not expecting to be up here," Glover told the crowd, which seemed only to delight Foxx more

 The host's high visibility was all the more remarkable given that some observers had questioned Foxx's participation this month after a woman accused him of sexual assault — a charge clearly at odds with the reputation the BETs have established in recent years as a locus of progressive politics

(Foxx has denied that he assaulted anyone.)  But in a year when some of the biggest stars in hip-hop and R&B didn't make the show — no Beyoncé, no Jay-Z, no Drake, no Cardi B — perhaps BET knew its flagship event would need a shot (or eight) of Foxx's energy

 Indeed, the host spent the early portion of the program cajoling audience members to respond more enthusiastically to so-so performances by Miguel and the inescapable Atlanta rap trio Migos, whose members mumbled through their song "Walk It Talk It" like they hadn't had a day off in four years

(That seems about right.)  Yet things picked up as the show went on.  There was an elaborate rendition, complete with guys dressed as horse-racing jockeys, of "Big Bank" by YG, Nicki Minaj, 2 Chainz and Big Sean; there was an impressive showcase for the upstart R&B singer H

E.R. that climaxed in a tender cover of Lauryn Hill's "Nothing Even Matters."  And fortunately there were several minutes of Janelle Monáe, who in one of night's more topical appearances did a powerful medley of tunes from her "Dirty Computer" album about the need to expand the way we think about gender and sexuality

 Speaking of which, Foxx turned up again in a surprise role to pay tribute to the evening's lifetime-achievement honoree, Anita Baker, flexing his falsetto to sing excerpts from a few of Baker's beloved quiet-storm R&B tunes

 Still, he didn't try to carry the thing by himself.  "I need some ladies to do this with me," he admitted, then brought out Marsha Ambrosius, Ledisi and Yolanda Adams to honor the veteran vocalist who sat in her front-row seat wearing a priceless expression of righteous satisfaction

(Other award winners included Migos for group, SZA for best new artist and "Black Panther" for movie

)  Sunday's show ended with a rowdy and joyful performance by Snoop Dogg, who might be the only entertainer in the world capable of segueing from the gangsta-rap classic "The Next Episode" to a cut from a moving gospel album he recently released

 也是社会经济研究中心的执行董事的李兴裕认为，政府必须向投 者坦诚政府面对的债务，同时也必须让投资者了解政府正在着手处理 些问题。  民主与经济事务研究中心（IDEAS）的经济与商业 调员阿迪里阿米鲁拉则说，政府无需对股票市场的短期波幅感到忧虑

 "政府与其今天公布A问题，然后再公布B 问题，我建议政府 该以一个涵盖揭露问题及解决方案的完整报告一并对外公布。"   兴裕则认为，一些投资者尚在引颈长盼等待政府在隆新高铁（HSR 及东海岸铁道计划（ECRL）的决定

 叶金玲表示，财政部的良好传达策略可让国家解决问题之际，也 时带动国家往前发展。  她说，传达的挑战一般上聚焦在该以逐渐 放讯息，让市场长时间吸纳小冲击造成的影响抑或以爆炸性的做法让 场面对一次性的巨大调整

It's guaranteed to be an experience above the rest. You could find clothes for a third of the price

or even less, everything's just so cheap! And as painful as it was

comparing how much we paid to how little we could have paid the feeling of just being there really made it worth it

You know the feeling when your mom yelled from downstairs that the food was ready and halfway down the stairs

you can feel the smell and you realize that it's pancakes. I think you know what I'm talking about

Like if you know what I'm talking about. Walking along the stalls with toys and clothes made it feel like Christmas morning

And instead of gift wrapping they had cheap prices and the question wasn't. "Oh, what's in this one?"

But rather "how low can I get this price" Rot Fai market is an experience

I would recommend to everyone visiting Bangkok

They have a little bit of everything gathered in one place with good prices and a cool vintage vibe.

Bali! That's where I am! I'm in Ubud guys, and it is very different from Bangkok in so many ways

A bipolar cure?

Is there one? Would you be cured?

These are questions I receive often.

I did a little research

just in case overnight, magically, there was this cure.

But there is not.

And research says there is no bipolar cure.

I do not believe there will ever be one.

Do I want to be cured?

Well I know that it's not possible,

so I don't think about it.

And, you know, this is the mind I was given

and I want to put my effort towards

managing my symptoms

and learning how to treat it.

But that took a long time to do.

It's not easy to accept the fact

that you have a long-term illness

that needs to be treated.

But it's necessary and it takes time.

It took a lot of time for me.

But I don't even think about the idea

if I could be cured

because I can manage my symptoms.

And that already takes a lot of time,

as I've explained before in previous videos.

I don't think there will ever be a cure

for bipolar disorder.

And that's not me being a pessimist.

I don't know what it's like to live without it.

So I've accepted that

and kind of moved away from this idea

of finding other methods

to cure me of bipolar disorder.

because they're unattainable expectations.

And, most importantly,

I think this bipolar cure idea

reinforces the fact

that you think negatively about your disorder.
