with him the yep yeah yeah it's terrible I don't think I've ever seen anything
like this before in the history of the FBI in the Justice Department
and it took the president Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General and
director of the FBI a long time to wake up to it not sure they completely woke
up to it yet well you said last night James Comey is
going to jail I believe he is I believe Comey is on he's done based on the way
in which he initiated the probe with a illegal leak
I have no idea why hasn't been investigated about it before apparently
he's being investigated now the way in which he and mccabe have contradicted
each other somebody's lying his deception about what he did with FBI
302s that's a 302 the thing that he wrote he's gone as a witness for anybody
in anything with any credibility dr. Muller I assume you're not going to talk
to him well I don't use the president's
attorney if not gonna advise him to sit down oh I see what you're saying not
completely I mean it depends on what on what they offer what they come up with
how narrow the questioning is I certainly won't sit down with him with
these questions still lingering about whether these people are a kangaroo
court and a firing squad who in his right mind would put their client in
front of people like that whether Republican Democrat liberal conservative
but see you haven't closed the door on talking to both have not closed the door
is that silk it may are you still negotiating with yeah yeah we also
interview our staff is their staff is and where would you characterize the
state of those negotiations as to where you are in advising your client with a
major stumbling block this investigation and the investigation of the
investigators how many people weren't affected by it how much did it affect
their determinations a morning raid of of mana forts home a raid of a lawyer's
office Cohen the kind of strange things that we're doing here with the leaks
that went on how about the FBI agents who will work on this investigation who
were receiving gifts and vacations and tickets to ballgames for information it
wasn't just leaking but they were getting money in essence things of value
you're right of things they put me or the city cops it shows you how deep the
waters run here and you're exactly right we need
to figure out and a lot of this comes back to Muller and Christopher Rea to
straighten things out but yet 13,000 FBI agents who don't have a problem you have
absolute end god bless over maybe 15 who do you think the same thing is true with
Police Department but here's the question those 13 thousand more working
on this case remember the IG four months ago I think and that was all about some
prior to the campaign on this show there's about to be a surprise another
they showed me the tape and I said they'd be a surprise answer what I was
talking about was a speech of which I have in this I thought by the president
that I was recommending on the Friday before the election on national
television the way Ronald Reagan did I was not talking about a leak of code
from commis people or why would they leave to me was there there's a
suggestion that perhaps some people especially in New York had ties to the
lawyers working with Anthony Weiner and perhaps there was some information that
was kept behind closed doors that suggested that the Hillary Clinton
emails were on a laptop would that apply to these surprised that you were talking
I have no knowledge of that and I didn't know that it was I was as shocked as
anyone that it involved you know the pervert I mean come on yes right imagine
the people on immigration what would you expect the President to do today Peter
King says you go ahead and take the pressure off this right now maybe this
is I don't sort of executive action you work for the i ns during the reagan
supposed to the president this morning as I do say almost every more you
wouldn't talk about I'm not this isn't my area I try to stay out of it I you
know for the good of the country I take that statement I saw that the president
has a solution in mind to move this thing forward since I think he's very
disappointed that the Democrats want to make this a political football I think
he thought he could get a comprehensive solution but you know he's in favor of
not all Republicans are in favor of that he gets hit on the right for that he
gets hit on the left for not being in favor of open borders and you know let
the ms-13 sneak in with everybody else you know
they're herding cats on the hill on that yeah and it's a trap it's a tragedy and
abuse but he feels this more than Donald Trump believe me is that what he told
you I know that I worked on the immigration issue with him all
throughout the campaign he's got a very big heart doesn't want to see this
happen but he wants to see everybody treated fairly and the Democrats are
holding up the comprehensive solution they could have had with Bush way back
let's see what happens today god god bless those kids I hope everything works

the Clinton investigation he runs the Russian investigation and he hates the
president but your report says while his biased cast a cloud it didn't impact
final decisions is that accurate bias is all the way through this and I'm sorry
that you were not able to see that in this country we cannot live in a world
where unelected people at the FBI get to shelter someone who I believe was
actively working against the president what is more textbook bias than
prejudging this investigation before it's over and this one before it began
new fallout tonight from today's heated hearing on the hill that was a small
piece of it lawmakers grilled Inspector General Michael Horowitz on why FBI
agent Peters trucks anti-trump bias was not found to be an influence on the
Clinton email investigation and tonight struck is responding saying those
lawmakers are actually the ones who are biased a short time ago his lawyer
releasing a statement saying in part quote all of this seriously calls into
question the impartiality of the disciplinary process which now appears
tainted by political influence instead of publicly calling for a
long-serving FBI agent to be some summarily fired politicians should allow
the disciplinary process to play out free from political pressure here now
exclusively congressman Bob Goodlatte and trey Gowdy who chaired the two
committees that questioned the IG Horowitz today thank you to both of you
and for your time tonight congressman Gowdy I'll start with you first I know
that that is the first year hearing of Peters trucks attorney and that letter
responding today I hope he says that when he comes from
for Congress I hope that is this defense that he's a victim this is the same guy
that said his fellow-citizens he could smell them if they were Trump supporters
this is the same guy that said the election should be 100 million to
nothing this is the same guy who slept walked through the Hillary Clinton
investigation then woke up and got real excited at the prospect of ending the
Trump campaign or ending the Trump presidency I hope to goodness that he
comes to Congress and next week and that's his defense congressman good luck
it's a pretty unbelievable statement that says he is the target of unfounded
personal attacks political games and inappropriate information leaks there is
absolutely no question that all across our two committees members on both sides
the aisle acknowledged how appalled they were by the statements that he made and
many acknowledge that making those statements using government offices and
government equipment is highly inappropriate and it clearly reflected
upon the distinction between these two investigations where his bias shows
through clear and clear but in any event I agree with tray we want to have him
before the committee he has now indicated that he would come voluntarily
but he has not pinned himself down on when so we are imminently going to issue
a subpoena to him to appear next week okay so the subpoena has been prepared
it has not been issued yet it is ready to go on the way okay so should we
should expect to see Peter struck testify publicly next week we're still
open to working with him but he needs to understand that he has to do it on our
time table not on his so if he's going to appear voluntarily his lawyer better
contact us right away because the subpoena is coming well I think he'll
hear that message loud and clear and chairman Gowdy you talked a lot about
the timeline of those text messages today and then the big news that the IG
is now confirming that they're looking into whether or not this FBI agent and
his bias whether it impacted the launch of the Russia
investigation that is a big question did it well it's a it's the seminal question
if you look at the chronology of course in late July of 2016 is when the Russia
probe began and you you're not two weeks into it before Peter struck is saying
we'll stop it with the it being the presidency we're not two weeks into it
before he's talking about an insurance policy to make sure Donald Trump is
never the president so so keep in mind he he's two weeks into an investigation
and he's already talking about impeaching the target of his
investigation they hadn't done anything at that point I mean two weeks the
paperwork's not even processed but yet he's already reached his conclusion on
what the outcome of that investigation is fast forward to when he's put on the
Muller probe and he's talking about how important this is and how momentous it
is and he's got a fix and finish what he started with the Hillary Clinton
investigation I have never in twenty years being a
prosecutor seen a law enforcement agent with this amount of animus and bias
towards the target and I hope and pray he comes next week and portrays himself
as a victim I think a lot of people at this point based on that setup are going
to want to see that as well but chairman Goodlatte as far as now the
IG confirming that they're looking into Peter Straub those text messages his
role in the launch of this Russia probe what more after those hearings wrapping
up today what more do you want to know well there's a lot of things that the
Inspector General was not tasked with looking at but he also let's just note
that that same Peter struck was deeply involved the lead investigator in the
Hillary Clinton email investigation and at the same time he was making the
statements that trade just referred to he was also helping a process that bent
over backwards to not follow proper investigative procedures with regard to
former Secretary of State and then presidential candidate Hillary Clinton
that there's a shocking contrast that should
never be allowed again to occur in the Federal Bureau of Investigation and so
we have to continue to pursue that to make sure that the 2020 presidential
election or any other future investigation is not tainted by this
kind of bias and not tainted by the inappropriate procedures happy with the
way things went today chairman I thought it was a very good hearing and I think
that many people were today on both sides of the aisle acknowledging that
the decision that was made by President Trump they don't some of them didn't use
his name as recommended to by Deputy Attorney General Rosen Stein of fire
James Comey was the correct decision chairman Goodlatte and Gowdy I know it
was a really busy day for you a busy day in Washington and and thanks for coming
on the program tonight we appreciate it

La recente proposta del ministro Salvini di provvedere ad un «censimento» della popolazione Rom in Italia, ha suscitato, come era presumibile, immediate polemiche, accuse di «razzismo» e l' immancabile reazione moralistica delle solite anime belle
Su queste non vale la pena di spendere parole. Vale la pena invece ricordare un precedente
Nel 2008, il governo Berlusconi - con ordinanza del presidente del Consiglio dei ministri n
3676 del 30 maggio 2008 - delegò al prefetto di Roma compiti di monitoraggio dei campi nomadi esistenti sul territorio del Lazio, e di identificazione e censimento delle persone ivi presenti
L' ordinanza provocò la reazione del Parlamento Europeo, il quale approvò, il 10 luglio 2008, una risoluzione sul censimento dei Rom su base etnica in Italia, in cui esortava le autorità italiane ad astenersi dal procedere alla raccolta delle impronte digitali dei Rom, inclusi i minori, tenuto conto che ciò avrebbe costituito un atto di discriminazione diretta fondata sulla razza e sull' origine etnica, vietato dall' art
14 della Cedu, nonché un atto di discriminazione tra i cittadini dell' Unione Europea di origine Rom e gli altri cittadini, ai quali non veniva richiesto di sottoporsi a tali procedure
Il governo si difese, allora, precisando in modo opportuno come tali misure non avessero ad oggetto la popolazione Rom, ma tutte le persone presenti nei «campi nomadi»
Al di là degli interventi giurisprudenziali sul punto - mi riferisco a Tar Lazio, Sezione I, sentenza 24 giugno 2009, n
6352; Consiglio di Stato, sentenza n.6050/2011 - ciò che qui interessa è rilevare come tutti, e all' epoca lo stesso ministro Maroni, avevano ben chiaro che se il censimento fosse stato direttamente disposto nei confronti dei Rom (come oggi pare voglia fare Salvini), tale misura sarebbe stata palesemente discriminatoria: «Davanti alle polemiche di questi giorni - dichiarava allora Maroni - tengo a precisare di non aver mai disposto alcun censimento per i Rom, una misura di cui non ho mai parlato perché sarebbe su base etnica
Ho invece disposto un censimento per i campi nomadi».Appare chiaro, infatti, come un censimento disposto solo nei confronti della popolazione Rom discriminerebbe sulla sola base dell' etnia, e la discriminazione sarebbe dimostrata dal fatto che la normativa creerebbe una disparità di trattamento tra il Rom che sia cittadino italiano ed il cittadino italiano che non sia un Rom
E ciò è in aperta violazione del dettato costituzionale (art. 3).Possibile che Salvini non sappia queste cose, e insista almeno a parole nel suo progetto? Si ha quasi l' impressione che voglia comunque forzare le cose, nella sua tattica di voler ormai «seguire», a ogni costo, la «volontà popolare», anziché tentare di «convincerla» a seguire un progetto politico
Il «sovranismo» identitario deve partire dal riconoscimento delle diverse identità e non deve avere niente a che fare col razzismo
In questo caso non vale lo slogan «prima gli italiani», perché molti Rom tra l' altro sono italiani, e dire «purtroppo sono italiani» significa mettersi su una china molto scivolosa
Beninteso, questo non significa che si debba tollerare l' uso dei figli per mendicare e rubare o il rubare in generale, ma per la semplice ragione che questi usi violano le nostri leggi e se i Rom vogliono continuare a vivere nel nostro Paese devono seguire le nostre regole, come qualsiasi altro cittadino e se non lo fanno essere puniti, come qualsiasi altro cittadino
Salvini, a mio avviso, sta peccando di quello che Lenin chiamava «codismo»: dell' atteggiamento cioè di chi, si mette a «guardare il sedere delle masse», si mette in coda ad esse, lasciandosi trascinare dai loro malcontenti, dai loro istinti
Nell' immediato paga, ma solo nell' immediato. Se vuoi fare la rivoluzione, vale anche per quella «sovranista», devi guidare la massa, guardarle il culo non basta

2018 Cadillac CT6 Review - Duration: 7:06.
I finally did it: I'm a dad.
The funny thing is, I've always owned dad cars, even before I needed to.
Owning anything with less than four doors never made much sense, which is how I ended
up with a stable of souped-up grandpa cars from the Sixties and Seventies.
Now that I'm a father, the '74 Oldsmobile sedan I brought my wife and son home from
the hospital in seems a bit dated.
And that, my friends, is how I found myself on this quest to find the perfect new dad
car.
When my grandmother was growing up in Brooklyn back in the Thirties and Forties, her dad—who
we all remember as Grandpa Joe—worked at the Todd Shipyard in Red Hook.
The family owned the business, so after members of the upper management gradually died off—usually
of sausage and peppers-induced heart attacks or outstanding loan shark debts—his number
came up to run the show.
As the guy in charge of managing drydock laborers and seein' nothin', he needed a Cadillac.
So he got one.
He was the last person in my family to own an automobile so fine.
So when I was handed the keys to a brand-new 2018 Cadillac CT6, I felt as if I'd been called
upon to rekindle some ancient family tradition.
Cadillacs don't have the street cred they once did, but after a long period of not-so-greatness,
it's fair to say that they're finally good again.
I had tried the latest XTS Vsport, and despite being fast, it still felt like a fuddy-duddy
car.
There was something about its look that made me think its best use was as a parking lot
ornament at the golf course of one of those 55-and-up gated communities.
But with its refined styling and smooth driving dynamics, the CT6 could be a contender, instead
of a bum like the XTS turned out to be.
And with Cadillac's outstanding semi-autonomous cruise control and a host of active safety
features available, the CT6 might actually appeal to people with more than 10 years of
driving left in their lives.
But the real question for me is, how does the CT6 stack up as a dad car?
It's big, and that, my friends, is a step in the right direction.
Don't ask me why, but I felt compelled to drive three hours with my wife and infant
son to go surfing in 40-degree water out on the eastern end of Long Island one weekend.
The boards didn't fit inside the car—I strapped them to the roof, cutting an appropriately
douchey figure as the car glided us through the Hamptons—but the child safety seat,
stroller, diaper bag and all the other crap you're compelled to carry when you have a
small child fit just fine.
There was even enough room left over for a wetsuit, a towel and a hypothermia revival
kit.
Thankfully, Cadillac has done away with the annoying haptic feedback non-buttons that
are, somehow, still extant on the XTS (which is scheduled to be axed from the lineup next
year).
Operating the controls while your child is crying hungrily and your wife is questioning
your sanity for wanting to go to a distant beach when it's cold and gray outside is easy.
The non-buttons have been replaced with real ones, and the dash still looks all smooth
and classy.
If I'm going to be honest, I wish the CT6 came with one of the snarling 640-horsepower
supercharged V-8 engines Cadillac stuffs into the CTS-V.
But I also have to acknowledge that such a mentality is juvenile and greedy, and that
no one besides me would enjoy the neck-snapping acceleration of so powerful an engine.
My wife and child certainly wouldn't appreciate it.
The 404-horsepower 3.0-liter twin-turbo V-6 that came in the CT6 I tested was good enough—both
to move around a stately 4,000-pound automobile and to get me in trouble with the local police
for driving too fast (although I've been told that the cops around here profile luxury cars
and rice rockets).
The best part of this car, hands-down, is the Super Cruise.
As a dad, I am the family's de facto schlepper-in-chief; my wife carried a baby for nine months, now
it's my turn to carry everything else.
So after surfing for several hours and then using my noodle arms to carry the stroller
and and child-laden safety seat in and out of shops and restaurants, my front limbs were
pretty tired.
Once I got on the expressway, all I had to do was jab at a button on the steering wheel
with a shaking finger.
A green stripe on top of the wheel lit up and my arms were free to assume the position
of relaxation—folded behind my head.
The car drove us all the way back to Brooklyn from Montauk without so much as a hiccup.
It even merged onto the Gowanus Expressway, at which point the green stripe turned red
and the car started beeping, signaling an end to my repose.
I don't remember Morse Code from my Marine Corps days, but I'm pretty sure I heard it
tapping out, "THIS ISN'T A ROAD."
Yet as pleasant as the CT6 is—and as great as it is being able to trust a robot car to
drive your family around—I don't think this is the car for us.
Mostly because I'm a journalist and can't afford a rich dad (or granddad) car.
We live a couple of blocks from the dry dock-cum-Ikea where Grandpa Joe worked, but the lucrative
look-the-other-way jobs that enabled him to afford a Cadillac are long gone.
That said, I got a guy up in Queens who might sell me his dad's 1970 Cadillac sedan for
cheap, so the family tradition could be brought back to life after all.

FIFA World Cup 2018: Neymar's petulant behaviour with referees could prove costly for Brazil star
As Brazil forward Neymar broke down and wept uncontrollably on the pitch at the end of his team's hard-fought 2-0 win over Costa Rica on Friday, it was hard not to be moved by his reaction.
For the second World Cup in a row, the 26-year-old is carrying the hopes of 200 million countrymen on his shoulders and his emotional outburst showed how much the win meant to him, and the level of pressure he is under.
Equally, it was just as hard not to be infuriated by his behaviour during the Group E match where Brazil had to wait until stoppage time before breaking down the stubborn Central American defence, with Neymar himself scoring the second goal.
Throughout the game, Neymar collapsed to the ground at the slightest contact from an opponent and complained constantly to referee Bjorn Kuipers.
At one point, the Dutch official made a "keep quiet" sign before he eventually lost patience and booked Neymar when the Brazilian threw the ball down in disgust at a yet another decision he did not agree with.
Minutes before the yellow card, Neymar thought he won a penalty when he fell over backwards theatrically after a slight touch from Giancarlo Gonzalez.
But, after an exemplary use of the video assistant referee (VAR) system, the referee decided that the contact did not merit Neymar's tumble and changed his mind.
Exasperatingly, if Neymar had stayed on his feet, he might have had a clear shooting chance.
It is a trait that has marked his career, possibly influenced by an incident in 2010 when he was still playing in Brazilian club football with Santos.
After publicly remonstrating with coach Dorival Junior, who refused to allow him to take a penalty in a Brazilian championship match, Neymar was dropped from the team.
But, instead of backing the coach, the club fired him and the 18-year-old player was quickly reinstated.
Similarly, Neymar became used to Brazilian referees giving him a free kick for every minor contact and fall.
However, with World Cup officials less likely to indulge Neymar, there is a risk that he could become his own worst enemy.
He often wastes good attacking chances by choosing to take a tumble instead and, at a crucial stage during the second half, his behaviour had a contagious effect and his team mates became distracted by all the fuss he created.
Brazil's previous two World Cup coaches, Dunga and Luiz Felipe Scolari, had a tendency to lead and encourage protests against referees but the current incumbent Tite is a much calmer presence and it is surprising he has not tried to curb Neymar's excesses.
Neymar has shown how important the World Cup is to him and, to his credit, he never gave up on Friday, even when the ball refused to go in.
Howver, Brazil's last World Cup campaign ended with a collective mental blackout in their 7-1 semi-final defeat to Germany and there are already signs that their temperament could cost them again.

and all other streaming entities out there.
They're saying they're putting a mobile-first approach
to your online streaming,
making content from influencers and your favorite brands
easily accessible from your phone.
So, how do you use IGTV, how do you watch it,
and how do you post content to it?
Well, there is an IGTV app.
So what you want to do is go to your app store
and download the app to be able to easily access
and post content to Instagram TV.
And that's the kicker.
In order to post content,
you have to go through the IGTV app.
But if you want to just engage with content,
you can actually access that right through
your existing Instagram app.
So, I'll show you a couple of examples here,
but through your existing social connections
you can go right to their profile screen.
And if they've already posted content to IGTV,
where their highlight reel typically displays,
you'll see a primary icon that is first.
That initial icon is their IGTV feed.
So if you've been curating and creating all of this content,
and thinking about somewhere to post it,
and have yet to get started,
maybe your first platform
instead of YouTube is Instagram TV.
You can create content that lasts up to an hour,
so that is such a big piece of information,
content and engagement
you can put out there with your audience.
A couple of things to note
is Instagram TV is unique in their formatting.
So, for example, while you're on YouTube
you primarily want to focus on horizontal view,
on Instagram TV you want to create a vertical view.
So, it is going to take a little bit of tweaking
if you're creating content for multiple platforms.
So when you're thinking about how you use IGTV
versus all the other Instagram entities,
remember that IGTV is a show.
It is a piece of content that you want individuals
to engage with you on consistently,
and you want to make sure that you're paying attention
to that production quality.
'Cause that's where it's going to be different
than Stories.
Sure, the length is a lot different,
but use your Stories to push people over to not only
your Instagram feed, but your IGTV channel.
