Sarah Sanders Calls Out Restaurant Owner After Being Denied Service
White House press secretary Sarah Sanders fired back Saturday after a Virginia restaurant
refused to serve her because she works for President Donald Trump.
Sanders confirmed the incident had happened in a Twitter post.
"Last night I was told by the owner of Red Hen in Lexington, VA to leave because I work
for @POTUS and I politely left," Sanders tweeted.
"Her actions say far more about her than about me.
I always do my best to treat people, including those I disagree with, respectfully and will
continue to do so."
The incident first made news when Jaike Foley-Schultz, a waiter at the restaurant, posted about it
on his Facebook page.
"I just served Sarah huckabee sanders for a total of 2 minutes before my owner kicked
her out along with 7 of her other family members…" Foley-Schultz posted.
(Foley-Schultz later edited the post to say, "I just served Sarah huckabee sanders for
a total of 2 minutes before my owner asked her to leave and she complied.
Her family left on their own accord, we didn't actually refuse service or 'kick her out.'")
As of 11 a.m.
Eastern time Saturday, his post had more than 900 comments, divided between critics of the
Trump administration and those saying that enough was enough.
"Everyone everywhere needs to stop all the hate and judging.
Our families before us would be ashamed with how everyone acts nowadays.
It seems like many just want to see what they can do to get their moment on social media,"
wrote a poster named Jamie Rowe, who added, "All the presidents we have ever had in
this country have had people that supported them and those that didn't.
This presidents term will end someday just like all the others did and then on to the
next one.
Everyone does things not everyone agrees with."
The restaurant's Facebook page also soon emerged as a battleground over the incident,
as posters entered their comments under the section for reviews.
"I regret having eaten here based upon what I now know of how they choose to treat people
based upon political beliefs.
Food is good.
It's comfortable.
The staff was nice enough.
Not the best but it was nice local fare.
All of that doesn't matter now.
I wish I could take my patronage back.
This is getting to the point of rediculous," wrote a poster named Joshua Davison.
Not everyone agreed.
"For those of you butt hurt for Sarah being thrown out, here is some food for thought.
The Trumpets were on the side of the baker who wouldn't serve gay people because it
is a 'sin.'
Well, Sarah lies every time she takes the podium paid by our tax dollars.
Lying is a sin too.
This baker is is just exercising her moral stand too," posted Nicole Lynn Ewoldt-Gonzales.
Many thought the restaurant should not be playing politics.
"This restaurant turns you away based on your political belief.
They've made it clear as Trump voters or supporters you won't be welcome.
The manager of this restaurant is exactly what's wrong with this country right now,"
posted Damien Jarrett.
Sanders is not the first Trump administration official to face hostility while trying to
eat in public.
Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen and Trump adviser Stephen Miller were harassed
earlier this week, The Hill reported.
Protesters also descended upon Nielsen's home Friday.
The upsurge in anti-administration protests was triggered by the debate over the status
of children detailed after crossing the border with their illegal immigrant parents.

so here we go end of week right now lightning round here we go back with the
a-team Juan Williams Edie Henry and guy Benson gentlemen start your engines we
steal this from Wallace or Bear I like it one will the House passed an
immigration bill next week no sir no no no no I think can't find consensus there
it is all right I'm hearing no and by the way Chuck Schumer should not get off
the hook so Republicans can't get a consensus but let's be fair and point
out the Chuck Schumer's been out there all week saying we gotta help the kids
we've got to help the kids the president says okay I want to bipartisan bill
let's codify this in law let's let's make this happen
I'll block anything I'll block anything so I thought he wanted to help the kids
now that doesn't help talked with Jim Jordan just before the break and he
talked about possibly using the conservative bill the one that failed
because it only failed by 19 votes and just tweet something to build on you can
build on - the problem is that they're heading into these midterms where
they're likely to lose Republican seats even if they barely cling to the
majority when you have the power we're never gonna get immigration but
the question is what if you have a Republican majority sort of systems and
they can't pass the bill why are you pointing a Democrats I think what you
get here is that famous scene with Mark Meadows with a freedom caucus lecturing
Paul O'Brien and you see it's a divide within the party I thought you were
going to say a famous scene of The Godfather we said lightning fellas
with all the pros ok topic number two will Peter struck testify yes he wants
to yes I think he probably wants to also especially he gets fired he gets sort of
escorted out of the building by security I think he might be on his way out he
probably has an ax to grind as he seems to have in those text messages and what
is what has he got to lose if he's not gonna be charged with anything he wants
to get his side of the story know that he will not be charged I do not know
that that if his lawyers say don't testify because there to hurt you
legally maybe he'll think about it but I I don't think he's in charlie's lawyer
keep saying oh he's been treated unfairly and all these things his own
text messages not only say we want to stop Donald Trump from being president
but all those texts beforehand that we heard about months ago about the Trump
voters you can smell them at the Walmart that was unbelievable and so yes he
deserves his day in court he deserves to finally tell his side of the story but
brother what's your side of that story I'm not sure which when you talked to
him earlier didn't he say he thought that he would instead back up and say I
didn't really mean it not do it yeah that was that was a privacy if that's
the big point here is that the IG inspector general reports that there was
no evidence of bias in his conduct as an FBI agent so I think people buy us about
lots of things but we're able to do our job but here is where Peter struck is
going to defend himself and I think really say that you know what FBI agents
and the intelligence community do not deserve to be demeaned in this mess it's
like a slow rolling spring
third topic will Melania Trump wear this jacket again
hope somebody can give her some advice I thought the media jumped the shark
when they spent you know like a week and half on her heat whether she wore heels
or sneakers and that was ridiculous this yesterday
look why she picked that particular saying when she's going to see kids
maybe that was a little odd but boy if you're gonna focus on that when the
first lady's out they're reaching out to kids and going to the border and doing
her job it was ridiculous
that the message on that jacket at a time when America has real issues left
or right about children and suffering I don't know somebody should have said
don't wear that jacket I believe the question was will she wear it again and
my only answer to that is I really don't care do you
thank you thank you thank you on have a great week I appreciate the gentleman
thank you do you think she will yes I did I think she will because she already
did when she was returning back to the plane right so she worked twice he did
yeah we're all about contrarians all today Amazon taking some heat for
selling facial recognition software to law enforcement so will it help the good
guys or will it simply bring the surveillance state one step closer
Charles Payne on deck to talk about that if you and I don't
and have no way of even knowing that we are under surveillance
we can't even challenge that surveillance ancestry DNA fine stopping
you know who is not a shame yeah Charles Payne get it it rhymes
he talked about a new frontier in the debate over privacy versus security
Amazon now specifically pushing sales of facial recognition software to law
enforcement potentially giving authorities a leg up in catching the bad
guys Charles Payne the host of making money on the Fox Business Network joins
us now to talk about yeah there's a great article in the journal yesterday
about this but there's also some great things going and that wouldn't say great
but amazing things going on in China that parallel all this and it's it's the
notion of really just freedom right and that I think the next major frontier in
this battle will be facial recognition and the ability to track anyone in this
country anywhere in the emulator for anyone to be able to do that now we know
there's been a lot of pushback but Silicon Valley
i rana CLE enough about doing deals with the government right they're not wanting
to help our federal government with respect to law enforcement or even
foreign policy but a lot of the stuff that's being created anyone could go out
there and buy it any company can buy it and it's getting to the point where it's
extraordinarily intrusive and people are starting to raise red flags I know
people who have the new iPhone X you know one of the big sales points is that
you have facial recognition I don't use it I don't like it I tried it and I
thought this is creepy I wasn't created still get to where I need to go and I
don't need to I don't need to facial recognition other colleagues of mine
love it yeah and they said they say Hemmer come back
in six months I guarantee you will be on facial recognition to pay to unlock your
phone and do all sorts of things well you know I don't do any online banking I
still get a paper check so I'm a little bit of a dinosaur with respect to that
and accounting keep asking me please for the last seven years please get the
direct deposit but the point is don't even do direct right
I'm old school I'm a little listen you know when we're talking about this I
sent in a quote from Orwell nothing was your own except a few cubic centimeters
inside your skull unfortunately that will be the future now Chyna the reason
I brought up Chyna is their little head of the curve on this they have cameras
for instance in the universities well they can look at a student and judge
their emotions from facial recognition whether they're stimulated or bored by
the class and earlier this year the police officers there started wearing
dark sunglasses with facial recognition technology again there are good things
about this but at some point where it was it's amazing that we were worried
about Big Brother the federal government when ultimately it could be any private
company and sooner or later any individual so enough that they go
through and they keep track of what you search on Google when they send you ads
related to that so this would take this to a whole nother level your big point
is that this is coming whether we like it or no it's coming whether we like it
or not and and you know so I guess the main thing is maybe some rules of the
world because this is in such a state right now that there's no really strong
rules on how to use this who can buy this at the very least I think we should
make sure that we know who's buying our this information and who actually has
the ability to monitor the Nexus the smells I guess that everything you write
out your checks by hand still you do yeah I do that I do yeah awesome thanks
for being here in this great cambodia that's what we had the privilege of

BREAKING NEWS: MAJOR DACA ANNOUNCEMENT – WHOLE NATION STUNNED
JUST IN: DACA recipients were given some news today that is sure to send them into panic
mode.
The Senate just left hundreds of thousands of "Dreamers" in limbo when it rejected
rival plans that would have spared them from deportation and strengthened the nation's
border security.
Daily Mail reported that with just 17 days left before Barack Obama's precious Deferred
Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program expires, hundreds of thousands of young illegal
immigrants who depend on it are holding their breath.
President Donald Trump was also left defeated on Thursday when a quarter of fellow Republicans
abandoned him on an issue that helped propel him to the White House.
Trump wasn't the only one defeated, as so was a bipartisan group of senators who offered
a compromise that would have shielded the young immigrants and financed Trump's demands
for money to build his border wall, though more gradually than he wants.
Trump immediately blamed Democrats for the stalemate, writing on Twitter that he "[c]annot
believe how BADLY DACA recipients have been treated by the Democrats…totally abandoned!
Republicans are still working hard."
Though eight Republicans joined Democrats in backing that plan, it fell short after
the White House threatened a veto and GOP leaders opposed it.
Four separate proposals were defeated on Friday, showing Congress' steep challenge in striking
a deal on an issue that's proven intractable for years and on which each party's most
fervent supporters refuse to budge.
The outcome of these votes indicates that there may be no permanent solution soon to
help the young immigrants, who were brought to the U.S. as children, despite their sky-high
support in public polling.
"It looks like demagogues on the left and the right win again on immigration," said
South Carolina Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham, who helped craft the bipartisan package.
"The only way forward is for President Trump to grab the reins and lead us
to
a
solution."

OBAMA OFFICIAL JUST EXPOSED CLINTON, THIS IS MAJOR , UNREAL - Duration: 12:11.
OBAMA OFFICIAL JUST EXPOSED CLINTON, THIS IS MAJOR , UNREAL
A top State Department official who served under former President Barack Obama's administration
has publicly confirmed that he passed information from Clinton operatives to ex-British spy
Christopher Steele that was ultimately used against Donald Trump.
In an op-ed published Thursday in The Washington Post, Jonathan Winer, former deputy assistant
secretary of state for international law enforcement, wrote that he had a friendly relationship
with Steele, the former British spy who was paid by trhe Washington-based political research
firm Fusion GPS to compile the information that became known as the "Trump dossier."
Steele's dossier contained numerous salacious accusations about Trump, including one claim
that he consorted with Russian prostitutes in Moscow in 2013.
The dossier was full of so many sensational claims and outright lies that the FBI has
admitted it cannot verify the information it contains.
But more importantly, Fox News reports former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's 2016
campaign and the Democratic National Committee retained Fusion GPS through the D.C. law firm
of Perkins Coie.
The Clinton campaign and the DNC paid the law firm a reported $9.6 million.
However, it's unclear how much of the money specifically went toward the dossier.
The Clinton campaign and the DNC reportedly funded the effort until October 2016.
In his post op-ed, Winer wrote that he served in the State Department in the 1990s before
leaving for private practice.
He met Steele and became friends with him in 2009, developing a working relationship.
In 2013, when Winer returned to State Department work, he wrote, he began passing on "more
than 100 of Steele's reports with the Russia experts at the State Department" over a
two-year span.
DO YOU THINK HILLARY CLINTON SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE FOR HER SHADY ACTIONS?
Winer wrote that he met with Steele in the summer of 2016 to "review" the information
contained in the "Trump dossier" so he could "alert the State Department."
Winer prepared a two-page summary after reviewing the dossier and shared it with Victoria Nuland,
a State Department diplomat specializing in European and Eurasian affairs, through whom
he had had funneled Steele's other reports.
She directed him to share it with then-Secretary of State John Kerry.
Here's where it gets even more disturbing.
Around that same time, Winer said he reconnected with his "old friend" Sidney Blumenthal,
a long-time Clinton operative.
He wrote that he and Blumenthal discussed Steele's reports, and that the Clinton operative
gave him notes from a "journalist" he "did not know."
Winer was referring to Cody Shearer, a long-time Clinton ally who was not a journalist at all,
but rather someone deeply connected to doing Clinton's "dirty work"behind the scenes
for years — a man The Weekly Standard described as one of Hillary Clinton's "sketchiest
supporters."
As noted by Breitbart, Shearer's "second dossier" contained many of the exact same
claims as Steele's dossier.
Winer said it surprised him.
"What struck me was how some of the material echoed Steele's but appeared to involve
different sources," Winer wrote.
According to ProPublica, Winer served under former President Bill Clinton, Shearer's
brother served as an ambassador under President Clinton, and Shearer's sister was married
to Clinton official Strobe Talbott.
Notice how all of these people involved with the dossier are connected to Clinton?
That's crucial to remember.
Winer wrote that he mentioned Shearer's dossier to Steele, but he didn't think it
would ever be brought up again.
Months later, Winer wrote, he learned that Steele had actually given Shearer's dossier
to the FBI.
It's important to note that in his op-ed, Winer failed to detail how the Steele's
dossier, which was paired with Shearers, was used by the FBI to obtain a warrant from the
Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court to obtain a warrant to spy on Trump campaign
adviser Carter Page.
So information from a dodgy, Clinton-connected source — Shearer — was combined with a
dodgy, Clinton-paid-for source — Steele — to make up the information the FBI presented
to obtain a spy warrant under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
The spy warrant helped kick off the entire Russia investigation.
Clinton's team likely funded Steele's dossier, used her operatives to feed information
to Steele — via Winer, in this case — and paid Steele for separate information, via
Fusion GPS.
And it all helped make sure Clinton allies at the State Department and FBI elevated the
dossier to launch the entire Russia investigation
If anyone colluded, it was Clinton and her cronies to launch the entire Russia witch
hunt against Trump.
Winer probably meant his op-ed as a pre-empire defense from questioning by Republicans in
Congress, particularly Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes.
But what he really might have written is an argument for a second special independent
counsel to be appointed to the investigation would arguably be the biggest scandal in modern
political history.
Please like and share this on Facebook and Twitter with your thoughts on another Clinton
ally being connected to the anti-Trump dosser!

Trey Gowdy Asked The One Question The FBI Did Not Want Asked - Duration: 11:25.
Trey Gowdy Asked The One Question The FBI Did Not Want Asked
Devin Nunes' memo exposed the FBI spying on the Trump campaign as the biggest scandal
in American political history.
It was a scheme to rig the election in Hillary's favor and then destroy Trump's Presidency.
And now Trey Gowdy just asked the one question the FBI did not want anyone to ask.
The Democrats released their own memo to try and knock down the allegations made by Nunes.
Their memo claimed the FBI had other corroborating evidence they used to obtain a FISA warrant
against Page.
But Gowdy destroyed that line of argument.
Fox News reports:
"SOUTH CAROLINA REP.
TREY GOWDY SAID THE FBI DIDN'T NEED TO GO TO GREAT LENGTHS TO GET A FISA SURVEILLANCE
WARRANT OF FORMER TRUMP CAMPAIGN ADVISER CARTER PAGE.
GOWDY RESPONDED TO REPORTS OF OTHER POSSIBLE EVIDENCE BESIDES AN UNVERIFIED RUSSIA DOSSIER
AND A YAHOO!
ARTICLE THAT THE FBI COULD HAVE USED TO OBTAIN THE WARRANT.
"IF YOU HAD A BUNCH OF OTHER REASONS TO GET A FISA WARRANT TO GET [SURVEILLANCE ON]
CARTER PAGE…
WHY DIDN'T YOU USE IT?"
GOWDY ASKED.
GOWDY MAINTAINED THAT HE IS NOT TAKING THE POSITION THAT THE FBI SHOULD NOT HAVE SOUGHT
INFORMATION ON PAGE, JUST THAT HE WAS UNSURE WHETHER A DOSSIER PARTIALLY FUNDED BY AN OPPOSITION
CANDIDATE WAS THE STRONGEST CASE THE GOVERNMENT COULD MAKE."
He noted that Page was not a polished speaker in TV interviews, and nor was he some James
Bond figure.
Fox News also reports:
"HE SAID PAGE DOES "NOT KNOW HOW TO STOP TALKING" DURING INTERVIEWS AND IS NOT A
HIGH-PROFILE OR SKILLED INTERNATIONAL FIGURE.
"HE'S NOT JASON BOURNE, HE'S NOT JAMES BOND," GOWDY SAID, REFERRING TO FAMOUS FICTIONAL
SPIES CREATED BY ROBERT LUDLUM AND IAN FLEMING RESPECTIVELY.
"IF THE FBI WANTED TO INVESTIGATE HIM, FINE," HE SAID, GOING ON TO QUESTION THE USE OF "OPPOSITION
RESEARCH" IN A DOSSIER IF THERE WERE MORE REPUTABLE SOURCES OF CONCERNING INFORMATION
ABOUT PAGE."
In addition, Russian agents were caught on a wiretap in 2013 referring to Page as an
idiot after a failed attempt to recruit him.
In fact, in that case, Page ended up working with the FBI in subsequent interviews about
the Russian spy ring.
Two Russians were charged with violating the Foreign Agents Registration Act as a result
of Page's cooperation.
It's clear the Democrat memo was a misdirection play.
The main evidence used to get the warrant to spy on Page was the fake news dossier.
That makes the warrant a sham.

WOW, Awesome Miter Jig, only one clamp per corner! - DIY JIG - Duration: 15:29.
as you may know deserve youtuber by advertising a few cents
but it's really only a few cents and you can only get it if it's
see the advertisement it's also the reason why this
video advertising can be seen but I also understand that you can't just
advertising can get on your nerves and that's why I'm now offering
of my Patreon page all my Patreons to my videos first of all earlier
to see and also without advertising i put my link here in the corner
there they also come my Patreon page and at the end I will link it again
and also again down in the description
so for one dollar that doesn't mean euro but dollar per month you can
see all my videos without advertising Now some will say I see anyway
no advertising because I have a loosener use
in which case, however, they would have to not to have a bad conscience anymore either
Now they'll say yes I have anyway not a bad conscience
Well, I already have.
that there are two sawed to 45 degrees.
and which we shall be glued together usually it is a matter of
when you do something like that around a frame and then you can create such a
Lay the belt around and glue it. but the question is
what do you do if you only have a single the connection has been glued here
shall how can I force here one
so it stays in position because there goes now the belt no longer
and that's why I took those things built
they're coming here and they're going to be of a ferrule attached here
these parts are also available ready to use purchase
in trade are made of aluminium and are very expensive and must also be
to be attached to a clamp but it has several disadvantages
now is a third constraint is fitted
here I have not paid attention now I'm running out of room here.
more, now I can solve this again reschedule
so and now you could force the and glueing therefore the
disadvantage that I force 3 per corner use
that is, with a frame then there would be twelve forcing so much
that's not why I got something changed his mind that
here's a shoe and here's a non-slip mat the same material as
here and it's coming here now and when I put pressure on it then wedged
that shoe is called so and now it only takes one force
and I can force it here with a
super glue
to release you simply move it again
here until now again to use
I'm going to show you how I did it. and in the end I'll say
a little trick to remember ought to
This is 12 mm multiplex the Boards are nine times 19 ca plays but
doesn't matter if that's a centimetres longer or shorter or
wider doesn't make anything there I draw now first painted on top and bottom
then I draw me this nose in
ok so that it will be the same everywhere I take this measure now
the same, it doesn't matter at all. if it is not 100 percent equal
O.K.
that will be 8 pieces, which means that you can then make a picture frame at once
I'm putting the hit here
and exactly to the strength of such a and now, of course.
not completely by sawing but only until here
the rest he has to cut with the jigsaw do
That means you need an impact.
I could go on with the paper, of course. then I could continue sawing in
but I'll be all the way to the end.
it's not the danger of injury big.
From these remnants I cut nor strip down the circular saw is
still adjusted to the strength here these are then square strips
in the same strength I cut now two more stripes of these five
millimetre thick plywood
for different frames offers strengths to have yourself more holes because it's
is cheaper if the jaws are as close to the frame as possible
fit
it doesn't even matter if that's right in the middle here or not.
that's why it's simply appreciated
with these things, however, there is now a difference between left and right
right part so one day the one
and once from the other side.
From this rubber mat I cut strip down
if you make eight pieces then you should make sure that four left
and four on the right. You need for a corner a left and right part. This is how
looked at things here as you can see, there are two holes
for narrow frames I use the inner holes, for wide outer holes
because it turns out
the steeper the angle the better it
I'll show you an example. here is now the larger distance when
you put it here now then you get ascertain
that here the angle is too flat is that if I exert pressure here
it slips. that is, the closer the Jaw fits here the more jammed
so that means the whole thing example in this case the smaller
distance that means it already fits pretty well
here is now the angle relative steep and now it blocks a lot
better . if you have even wider frames then
you'd have to extend those parts

The address could not be swankier. Avenfield House lies in the heart of Mayfair, near the top of Park Lane, with a view of Hyde Park

But while it is owned by a family of foreign plutocrats with powerful political connections, they are no Putin cronies
For Avenfield is where Pakistan's super-rich former prime minister, Nawaz Sharif, has lived when in London since 1993, knocking four luxury flats together to make a single mansion, now worth at least £7 million
He shares it with his sons, Hassan and Hussain, his daughter and political heir-apparent Maryam and her husband Muhammad Safdar
For the past four months, all five of them have been on trial in Pakistan accused of money-laundering
The Avenfield flats, the prosecutors say, were bought with dirty money. They form just a fraction of a London property empire owned by Sharif's family
And prosecutors believe the money used to bankroll it was dishonestly acquired by Nawaz Sharif during his three terms as prime minister
Last year, when Sharif was still PM, the courts barred him from holding public office for the rest of his life, on grounds he failed to declare a salary from a Dubai company when he last ran for office in 2013
The first of three money-laundering verdicts, which relates to the Avenfield flats, is expected this week
If found guilty, the family's assets will be confiscated and they face huge fines and jail sentences of up to 14 years
Sharif and his family deny any wrongdoing, and none has yet been convicted of any offence
Their supporters claim the charges against them are politically motivated. The family are also accused of using dirty money to buy at least 21 UK properties on top of the Avenfield flats, most at equally grand Central London locations, in Mayfair, Chelsea and Belgravia
The total value of the properties is estimated at at least £32 million. The family has made huge profits from other sites which have not figured in court – such as the swankiest address of all, at One Hyde Park Place, which Nawaz Sharif's son Hassan sold for £43 million
Untangling the web of the Sharifs' British real estate portfolio is not easy. The properties are registered via a bewildering network of companies, trusts and bank accounts
According to the prosecutors, the Sharifs have for years moved their money in and out of Britain, Switzerland, the Middle East and the British Virgin Islands – to conceal its dishonest provenance
It is not illegal to own property through an offshore company. However, under Pakistan's national accountability laws – first enacted in 1997 when Nawaz Sharif was prime minister – it is down to the Sharifs to prove their assets were acquired legitimately
This, the prosecutors claim, they have failed to do. In court last week, Nawaz's Sharif's defence counsel claimed the prosecution had failed to establish his client was the beneficial owner of the flats or that he ran the offshore companies
He said his name did not appear on documents submitted by the prosecutors and that he did not need to call any evidence for the defence because the prosecution had not proved its case
At the heart of the cases against the family is a ten-volume dossier, which is part of the formal court record
The work of a Joint Investigation Team (JIT) from six Pakistani law enforcement and intelligence agencies, it is based on hundreds of documents and interviews with the Sharifs and their associates
As well as claiming that their assets exceed their demonstrable legal income, it also cites nine separate ongoing corruption investigations into Nawaz, in which he is alleged to have 'misused his authority' as PM and derived personal benefits
The defence has challenged its contents, claiming the JIT went beyond its remit with its analysis and conclusions
Sharif's two sons, Hassan and Hussain, fled Pakistan just as the charges against them were being drawn up last year, and have taken refuge in London
There is no extradition treaty between Britain and Pakistan. Next month, Pakistan will hold a general election
Sharif's influence over his party, the Pakistan Muslim League, is still enormous, and if he is convicted of any of the charges, this will give an enormous boost to his main rival, the former Pakistan cricket captain Imran Khan – who campaigned for Pakistan's courts to order the investigation into the Sharifs
Interviewed by the MoS at his hilltop estate near Islamabad, Khan said: 'This case has raised the awareness of corruption in Pakistan to unprecedented levels
Before, people used to accept it. It was part of the colonial mindset. Not any more
'But you in Britain have to play your part. Corruption and money laundering that transfers wealth from poor countries to rich causes poverty and death
'We have massive unemployment, 25 million children out of school and one of the highest child mortality rates in the world
I guess money laundering is making it more expensive for Londoners to buy houses
For us, the consequences are unethical, immoral, disastrous.'Khan has been raising the issue of the Avenfield flats since 1998, just after he first entered politics: 'I did a protest then outside those flats, saying these belong to Nawaz Sharif, and they were money laundered
'He always denied ownership – but when he went to London he lived there. There would be meetings in the flats
Everyone knew.'Khan's chance came with the Panama Papers, millions of confidential documents leaked from the Panamanian law firm Mossack Fonseca in April 2016
They revealed the Sharif family had assets worth millions in Britain and many other countries – including the Avenfield flats – together with details of some of their financial network
Khan fought successfully to persuade the Pakistan Supreme Court to open an inquiry and it, in turn, appointed the JIT
When the court received its dossier last summer, it referred the case for trial. In a series of statements to the Supreme Court and the JIT, the Sharifs have claimed that many of their properties – not only their London real estate, but other assets including a Saudi steelworks – were ultimately derived from a single original source: the sale, in 1980, of a 25 per cent stake in a Dubai steelworks once owned by Nawaz Sharif's grandfather, Mian Sharif
They claim he sold this stake for about £1.2 million. Then, they say, Mian Sharif entrusted this sum to his nephew, Mian Shafi
Shafi gave it in cash to a now deceased Qatari prince, who agreed to invest in a company owned by the royal family
The prince made no written record of this because, Nawaz Sharif told the investigators, his grandfather 'did not believe in documentation'

Revealed: London's top ten most expensive garden squares. Billionaire media mogul Jay Penske and his former Victoria's
Share this article Share The prince's son wrote two letters to the court saying the story was true but provided no supporting documents
According to the JIT, the Sharifs' claim that they acquired so many valuable assets from their investment in Qatar was 'false and concocted'
If it is true, then their stake must have multiplied many times. The Sharifs say it was the prince who bought a controlling share of two BVI companies, which he then used to buy the Avenfield flats in the 1990s – although as BVI law then allowed, his involvement was secret
But in 2006, the BVI government made secret company ownership illegal. The JIT report says it then emerged in BVI documents that members of the Sharif family owned these firms
It claims they had done so all along, citing other documents from 1999. The Sharifs deny this
Most of the real estate empire was managed by Nawaz's son Hassan who, the dossier claims, moved money between different UK and offshore companies 'to camouflage the real origin of funds'
Yet while his firms were being used to buy luxury property, their accounts were also showing vast losses
The dossier says: 'It is beyond our comprehension how any person can manage to acquire such a huge empire comprising of such expensive properties when the business itself has minimal equity and has continuously been incurring losses
'All the Sharifs, the dossier goes on to claim, added hugely to their wealth during periods when Nawaz was prime minister
There was, it alleges, a 'significant disparity' between the family's wealth and any known legitimate means they had of acquiring it, 'which leads to the presumption this empire was not based on legal monetary sources
'As the four-month trial has unfolded, the Sharifs have not called any witnesses, nor produced fresh documents
In essence, the court's job will be simple: has the prosecution proven the defendants own the flats and other properties and, if so, does it consider the claims in the JIT dossier are reliable?Nawaz and his family members on trial were all in London last week, having been given permission by the court to visit his wife, Kulsoom, who is seriously ill in hospital
Interviewed in Islamabad, Nawaz's spokesman, former information minister Maryam Aurangzeb, said the case amounted to 'the defamation of a three times prime minister, the defamation of the country'
This is not just a tale of dirty politics and allegedly dirtier money in a foreign land
Money laundering has a devastating impact on the UK capital.'The flow of dirty money into the property market contributes to the wider issues of empty homes, and the distortion of developer priorities away from affordable housing and towards luxury properties,' says Rachel Davies Teka, of global anti-corruption group Transparency International
'We have identified UK property worth £4.4 billion that has been bought by those representing a high money laundering risk
This is likely to be the tip of the iceberg.'However, when it comes to the Sharif inquiry, Britain seems to be doing little about it, although it has committed to stemming the flow of dirty money and has declared it will do all it can to assist overseas investigators
In January, 'Unexplained Wealth Orders' came into force, a new legal tool to seize illegitimate assets
Security Minister Ben Wallace boasted they would be used 'against everyone from a local drug trafficker to an international oligarch or overseas criminal' promising that the days of Britain being a safe haven for dirty money were over
Yet the Pakistani investigators who assembled the case against the Sharifs told the MoS that far from being co-operative, Britain has provided almost no help
Indeed, a senior official from one of the Pakistani agencies which played a central role in the Sharif investigation, said that Britain has, in effect, hindered their investigations by refusing to share information
'We knew about bank transfers from Britain to Pakistan, and we asked for access to the Sharifs' British account records – but they refused
'A second source who worked on the case added: 'We spoke from Islamabad to officers at Scotland Yard, and they sounded very eager to help
But when it came to handing over information, it didn't happen.'He said Britain even sat for weeks on visa requests by members of the investigation team who wanted to visit London and the BVI for further inquiries, so that by the time the visas were granted, it was too late – because of a rigid deadline set by the Pakistani judges
He said: 'We felt it was a political decision. Nawaz's party was still in power and the British government didn't want to jeopardise its relationship with Pakistan
'Asked whether Britain had failed to help the investigators, a Home Office spokesman said: 'We continue to work closely with international partners to stem the flow of illicit wealth
We neither confirm nor deny the existence of mutual legal assistance requests.'Nawaz's son Hussain declined to respond to the MoS

Yeah, you were.
I messed up, okay? I messed up.
Love you. Sorry.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek: Chelsea ace looking to make an impact by staying calm in Russia - Duration: 4:03.
The Chelsea midfielder is firmly in the frame to start England's match against Panama, with Dele Alli having a thigh injury
But instead, Loftus-Cheek is one of the calmest players in Russia. It's just the way he is but inside he is clearly feeling a warm glow
The 22-year-old said: "When you are 10 and watching the World Cup at home with your parents, you never think you'll be there in future
"But it's every kid's dream to play in the World Cup, even just to get on the pitch for 10 minutes or so
"When you are there you don't really realise what it means but afterwards you take it in
"So I'm really delighted to have got on as a substitute against Tunisia and if I'm needed against Panama I feel ready
"My goal when I came on was to have an impact, try to make chances and try to make a contribution to make the team win
"But it wasn't difficult to stay calm – I've never had a problem in that respect
I have always been calm on the ball. "There is no point panicking in those situations
That makes things worse. You have to stay calm. "You need to be in the right frame of mind when the chance comes
You play your best football when you are calm." RLC clinched his World Cup place through his performances on loan at Crystal Palace and he added: "My natural demeanour is very calm and relaxed
Since I was a young kid, I have always been calm on the ball. "I think that comes from awareness, too
When you know what is going on around you, you don't need to panic. I wasn't afraid to get in the mix and get on the ball to try to make things happen
"The boss, Gareth, brought me on as a sub to try to make an impact, so there was no way I was going to shy away from the ball
"My idol was Zinedine Zidane. You watch your idols play and you take things from them
"But you can never be anyone else other than yourself. I was delighted to get my World Cup appearance and I was even happier that we got a win
" Loftus-Cheek is now hoping he has done enough to make England's starting line-up today
He said: "I wasn't thinking, 'I want to play well to start the next match'. I just wanted to do well for the team but every player wants to start
"We have a difficult game against Belgium, a match my family are coming out to see
So if we can get qualification done as quickly as possible, that's the best thing, "With all due respect to Panama it's an easier game, if you want to say it that way
If we can get a win in that match all the better." Loftus-Cheek is sure to remain Mr Cool and said: "I am one of the quiet ones but I'm not shy
"You have your clowns – the Jamie Vardys. A few of us are just laid-back and quieter
" Even so, he hopes to be a big noise in this tournament.

How to Figure Out Your Calorie Deficit in 2 Minutes Or Less! - Duration: 9:08.
what's up busy professionals! Carlo Macapinlac here from
NewbieFitnessAcademy.com and in this video I'm going to show you how to figure out
your calorie deficit in two minutes or less. I mean this is probably the number
one key to losing weight so you should definitely know how to do this, just
check out that guy. As always don't forget to like the video, hit that
subscribe button below and make sure you stick around until the end of the video
because I've got some cool stuff just for you. Okay so you want to start by
multiplying your body weight in pounds anywhere between 9 to 14. if you're a male
with an office job then you start at the mid range anywhere between 10 to 12, if
you're active and regularly workout then you're in the upper range between 12 to
14. You know what? Let me show you an easier way to do this. I'm gonna
introduce you to one of the most powerful things in existence when it
comes to tracking your macros and making sure that you're always in a caloric
deficit. It's an app called MyFitnessPal. Again, being in a caloric deficit is
probably the number one key to losing weight. You can eat all the "healthy" food
and I'm putting air quotes on the words healthy here and nutritious food on the
planet and that's important but if you overdo it and it puts you in a caloric
surplus you're not gonna lose weight, I promise. I mean that's not rocket science
right? You can't just freestyle this stuff. So I'm gonna hop behind my iPhone
screen here and talk you through the steps on how to use MyFitnessPal to
figure out your calorie deficit. Alright here we are
So first, Captain Obvious here, you have to download the app. This process stays
the same by the way whether you have an Android or iOS so let's go to the App
Store right now, hit the search button at the bottom right hand corner, hit the
search box and type MyFitnessPal. Scroll down a little bit and there it is
don't worry about the first one there it's just an ad then hit 'get'. Just do a
little confirmation and the app will start downloading. So once you have it
downloaded, just click on the app to open it. MyFitnessPal is probably one of the
most powerful tools when it comes to tracking your macros. The best part about
it is, it's free. They actually have a paid version of the app but we're not
gonna worry about that. The free version is more than good enough to get the job
done. Listen, you can't control what you can't measure. If you don't track what
you eat, your diet is always gonna be a guessing game. Okay so
you can either sign up for a new account or you can log in if you already have an
existing account. For the sake of this video we're gonna pretend that it's your
first time using the app so we're gonna click on sign up and I'll just walk you
through this quickly. You can either sign up with an email or use your Facebook
account. Let's go with the first option here. Next, the app is gonna ask you about
your fitness goal. I'm gonna assume that you're looking to lose weight here so
we're gonna go with the first option. Next, you're gonna choose your activity
level. I'm on my feet a lot so I'm gonna go with 'active'. Your daily calorie
deficit budget will depend on this. Just pick one that best suits your current
situation. You can always change this later. Next, you're gonna pick your gender
your birthday, and where you live. So we're just gonna go ahead and do that
Okay, once you're done, click the arrow on the top right hand corner. Next, you're
gonna list your height, your current weight, and your target weight. Now this
might be a reality check for some people especially if you haven't weighed
yourself in a while. But hey, you've got to start somewhere
right? Just a quick tip here, to get your most accurate weight, you want to make
sure that you weigh yourself first thing in the morning after doing your business
in the bathroom. That way, you'll have a completely empty stomach. Again, Captain
Obvious here, you'll also need a scale. Now, if you
don't have one handy and for the sake of following along this video, you can just
estimate how much you weigh and just change it later once you have a scale
Let's just say you're 170 pounds. Next, we're gonna pick our target weight. Let's say
you want to lose 10 pounds so we're gonna put 160. Next, you're gonna pick
your weekly goal. It's up to you how aggressive you want to be on this. The
more aggressive you are, the less calories you have to eat for the day so
just be aware of that. I usually like going with the recommended one-pound week
if you want to be more aggressive, you can go one and a half. Let's actually
look at what changing your weekly goals does to your calorie deficit number just
so you have an idea of what you should be aiming for and what you should expect
okay so you want to hit those three little dots at the bottom right hand
corner. Hit goals and right now I have it set at a default one pound per week and
let's quickly take a look at your calorie deficit number. So right now it's
at 2070 calories which isn't bad. You can definitely fit in a
lot of food in that calorie budget. Okay now let's see what happens if we change
it to one and a half pounds per week, hit back, then hit diary again and there you
go, it changes it to 1820 calories which is surprisingly not that
much less. Okay now let's see what happens if you're really aggressive with
this. Let's say you're going to Mexico in two weeks and you're still holding on to
your winter body. I don't recommend this by the way but I just want you to have
an idea of what crash dieting looks like. Okay so let's set our weekly goal
to two pounds per week and let's go back to our food diary and that gives us a
whopping 1570 calories. That's not a lot. If you want a general idea of what that
looks like, here's a couple of examples. A Cliff Bar,
which is like an energy bar sold here in North America has 250 calories. If you're
living off of 1,500 calories or so then that gives you six of these bars to eat
for the day or a McDonald's Big Mac with fries and a coke and two Cliff bars. You
get the point. But that's it. That's all you get. Most people eat that in one
sitting, you'll end up just inhaling air for dinner. One last note here you guys,
changing your activity level right here also affects your calorie deficit number
so just make sure that you pick the right one that best suits your current
situation. Okay let's finish signing up here, you're gonna enter your email
address and a password along with a username. Once you have all that taken
care of, you're gonna need to open up your email and verify your account. And
once you do all that, you can finally use your login information and you're gonna
end up on this page. This is your home feed. By the way a faster way of signing
up is just using your Facebook account to sign in. Either way works. Now based on
all the personal information that I gave MyFitnessPal when I signed up, I have
2230 calories that I can spend throughout the day. Your
number will most likely be different. It might be more or it might be less
Whatever it is, think of this number as your diet currency. It's your daily
calorie deficit budget. How much easier was that instead of doing it manually? It
just takes a couple of clicks to change your numbers and MyFitnessPal takes care
of the rest. Your job moving forward is to simply stay under your daily calorie
deficit budget if you want to lose weight, which means that if you blow your
entire budget for lunch because you crushed an entire pizza, then anything that
you eat on top of that will put you in a caloric surplus which probably means
you'll just have to drink water and go to sleep for dinner. You know what I mean?
Like, you have to be sensible about this. Maybe you can have a slice or two so you
can live a little you can definitely fit that easily in
your daily calorie budget. And hey, if you want to discover a way on how to get the
body you want while still eating whatever you want, then I highly
recommend that you stay until the end of this video. Okay I want to show you one
last thing here. I want you to head over to the food diary tab just to the left
of the 'plus' sign at the bottom of the page. This is MyFitnessPal's most
powerful tool. It's an extensive library of anything and everything on the planet
that you can think of when it comes to food. All you have to do is search for
the food that you're about to eat, either by typing it on the search bar or
scanning the food packaging's barcode. Set the right serving size and
MyFitnessPal will have the corresponding macronutrients or macros for short for
that specific food. Your job is to login all your meals throughout the day and as
mentioned earlier stay under your daily calorie budget. I'm gonna have a link at
the end of the video to one of my tutorials on how to use MyFitnessPal
if you want a more detailed explanation about this. So there you have it guys, a
painfully easy way on how to figure out your calorie deficit number in two
minutes or less. Now I'm all about making tiny little
changes in my life that add up to big results over time. What I've learned is
that you can't just go from zero to 100 miles an hour on this. You have to make
small changes that you can live with. Now if you guys want diet hacks that you can

Ruben Loftus-Cheek: Chelsea ace looking to make an impact by staying calm in Russia - Duration: 4:02.
"We have a difficult game against Belgium, a match my family are coming out to see
So if we can get qualification done as quickly as possible, that's the best thing,PA "With all due respect to Panama it's an easier game, if you want to say it that way
If we can get a win in that match all the better." Loftus-Cheek is sure to remain Mr Cool and said: "I am one of the quiet ones but I'm not shy
"You have your clowns – the Jamie Vardys. A few of us are just laid-back and quieter
" Even so, he hopes to be a big noise in this tournament.

Eugenie and Beatrice break royal protocol - Duration: 2:29.
But Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie have broken with royal protocol for a very good reason, signing their names for a charitable cause championed by their mother, Sarah Ferguson
The Duchess of York revealed on Instagram that she and her daughters had signed their names on artwork created by UK contemporary artist Teddy M
The painting features on one of Ed Sheeran's guitars and is being auctioned off to benefit Children in Crisis, a charity championed by both Sarah and her daughters
Traditionally royals have been forbidden from signing their names in order to avoid their signatures being duplicated for fraudulent activities or sold as forgeries
Ads by Kiosked However The Express reports that Prince Harry has flouted the rule on at least one occasion, signing his name on the cast of a young girl who had fractured her arm in 2010
During a visit with Cornwall flood victims in 2010, Prince Charles signed "Charles 2010" for a resident who had requested an autograph, The Telegraph reported

Rather than writing her signature, the former actress had scribbled a short message for 10-year-old royal fan Caitlin Clarke

Blonde, brune, rousse, long, court.
