So today tadaa! I made a mapo tofu rice bowl
all you gotta do is dump all the ingredients into a rice cooker.. its so EZ
It smells so much like mapo tofu it looks so yummy, so lets see how its made
I got the timing wrong on it
These are the ingredients mixed minced meat, tofu, green onion, garlic, ginger
sake, chicken stock, sugar, soy sauce, toban djan tienmen djan, rice, water, rayu chili oil
Chop the green onion
Cut the tofu
Mix all the sauces in a bowl
sake chicken stock sugar soy sauce toban djan Ten-man Jam then mix
Water
add the sauces
and meat and ginger and garlic
onion and salt and pepper
tofu and cook like usual
tadaa its all done
add the onion you reserved and rayu chili oil
It looks so yummy itadakimasu
The tofu looks so plump and jiggly
It's so yummy when you put mapo tofu on top of rice isn't it?
But this has all that yumminess cooked right into it its so yummy
The charred bits are especially yummy
its so spicy and yummy
The tofu is on the tougher side It goes so nicely with the rice
It's so yummy and addictive
There's so much flavor coming from the meat
I also have a kilogram of miso soup
It goes so nicely with this rice
to tell the truth I made this rice but....
but I made all sorts of goofs
I clicked on the rice cooker and took a look at it after it should have cooked
but the rice didn't absorb any of the liquids
it didn't turn out at all and I wondered WTF went wrong with it
and I looked for answers online It seems as though you're not supposed to
mix all the sauces beforehand with the rice
and so I thought.... oh that must be the reason why ok so next time I'll be careful not to do that again
and after looking into it further It seems as though you can wrap the rice up and
microwave it to cook it and save the dish and so I microwaved it for over 30 minutes
I cooked it for 6 minutes 4 times over and so after all that the rice finally became fluffy like this
if y'all ever goof up on making rice like I did please give this method a try
I always have troubles like this I've never had things turn out just right with my rice cooker
The spice of a toban djan is offset by The tienmian djan
I also didn't let the rice sit in the water long enough as well
One of these days I'd like to cook this properly
When you add rayu to this it makes it spicier but its so addictive
I really love how it's sweet and spicy at the same time
Its flavored with both garlic and ginger Giving it such depth of flavor.... its so yummy

The rice was infused with the flavor of mapo tofu that I couldn't get enough of it
Tofu mincemeat and onion its filled with so much stuff which is also a nice thing

that is.... if I ever get good at cooking with my rice cooker

Here comes my first video where I speak English.
[Russian]: Hello friends, the video will be completely in English, do not panic!
As you know Russia hosts FIFA World Cup these days,
and thousands of tourists came to visit our country for the first time.
This video is for those who would like to have some great time in Russia
and to have remarkable experience in Moscow.
All those Guidebooks, they about the same kind of stuff:
visit the Red Square, Arbat Street, Gorky Park,
but that is not the real world of Moscow.
With my friend Alexander Usoltsev
who's one of the top and most experienced guides around Moscow,
we came up with the top 10 places you really have to visit.
Let's go!
Hi, my name is Alexander!
And as you well know Moscow hosts the World Cup, in this year.
Of course, everybody will go to Moscow,
everybody will enjoy its hospitality.
You will see Kremlin, Arbat Street…
But today we focus on top 10 places of Moscow
that you shouldn't see or you should see exactly, immediately,
because you won't see these places in Guidebooks,
but these places cannot be missed.
First of all, you should go to the Federation Tower.
This place was recently opened only at April 2018,
it gives the best panoramic view of Moscow International Business Centre (MIBC), also known as "Moscow City".
This view from the top floor of the skyscraper which was finished recently these years.
This is 89th-floor building,
and you just take a fast elevator to the top…
and the panorama is absolutely stunning!
Just check the website pnr360.ru
(all information is right there).
I believe to contemporary stuff and bit of old stuff.
Of course you will see the Kremlin,
all historical landmarks,
and the thing you shouldn't miss is the Krutitsy Metochion.
This is not in the center of the city, exactly,
but this is not spoiled by tourists.
This is the best thing!
You will see the 17th century architecture
made by patriarchs, by the church,
which was not demolished in Soviet time,
which was reconstructed to its best.
And you will feel like you're in the middle of the 19 century.
A lot of films are made, this is like...
the best scenery for movies but in real life.
Of course, you will see the Arbat Street,
which is on the must-see list,
but what you shouldn't miss is the Melnikov House.
Konstantin Melnikov is the permanent architect of the 1920's,
who constructed true-madness crazy architecture in 1920's.
Which was looking at the time like it was constructed in 1960-70's.
He constructed roudly shaped house like a bee hive,
with a lot of small windows for his apartment.
And he was allowed to do that in Soviet time
because he was so true-madness popular in 1920's.
Unfortunately, in the 1930's he was not arrested,
he wasn't "shot down",
but he was completely forgotten.
But his heritage remains right in the center of Moscow.
Another cool thing is right next to Lubyanka Square
is the Museum of Soviet arcade machines.
The best thing about this museum
that you can play all those arcade machines for real.
You get Soviet coins as a souvenirs
or you can use them to play,
and everything is working,
everything is very cool from 60's, 70's, and even 80's.
And this is real THING from the Soviet past.
Another Soviet thing that you cannot miss in Moscow,
of course, you will taste pelmeni(dumplings),
vodka... everything like that.
Caviar which is not so popular in Russia,
but that you cannot miss is Chebureki.
Chebureki is the total name of a small loaf of bread
with meat and a bit of oil inside... and that's huge!
Because it consumed by everyone,
or just use it to taste vodka and beer,
and one of the oldest Chebureki cafe
is located at Sukharevskaya square,
next to metro station, so-called "Friendship".
Just a friendship… from the 1960's!
This place which is frequented by locals,
and you can take beer and Сhenyrek
and just enjoy an ordinary lifestyle of Muscovites.
Of course, everybody will say:
"Just visit the Gorky Park",
which is a must-see place, which is popular park…
But, frankly speaking,
it's not so attractive in terms of architecture, in terms of history,
but what you shouldn't miss is a Muzeon Park of Arts, which is next to Gorky Park.
It is another big park which looks like a Museum park (Miami),
and it filled with the Soviet monuments.
Just like that!
A lot of statues of Lenin, Marx, Stalin,
you can take a selfie with every one of them.
When you're Muzeon Park of Arts please don't miss the Dzerzhinsky monument,
who's the founder of KGB,
this monument stood in its time right in front of the main KGB building.
Just in front of it.
But in 1991, when the Soviet union collapsed,
this monument as a symbol of USSR
was dismounted and moved to the Muzeon park,
and the bottom of it was repainted,
because it was covered by swear words.
Wanna see ordinary life of Muscovites
just take a round trip around Moscow central circle line.
Which is next to Luzhniki Stadium
and goes just through all the dwelling districts.
With the new trains,
with the old views,
and just ordinary life of apartment blocks.
The whole trip around Moscow central circle will take about one hour and a half.
The distance is 54 kilometers (33,5 miles)
and you will see everything!
Everything which is Moscow offers to its locals:
like typical apartment blocks,
like the Kremlin in Izmailovo
with souvenirs marketplace,
which one is cheaper than in the center.
Then you will see all the industrial areas,
all skyscrapers of Moscow-City,
some of Stalin's era skyscrapers.
And this is the best way you can enjoy the Moscow ordinary life,
just to take a look at the ordinary life of locals in Moscow.
Another good opportunity to enjoy Soviet heritage in Moscow
is to visit formal top-secret facility,
so-called "Bunker-42" in Taganskaya Square.
Which is huge one and used to host thousands of people,
which was supposed to be a command point.
And this a command point was declassified only in 99`s,
which is odd,
it sounds strange because a lot of locals
who live there have no idea what happened under their building.
They have no any idea that there's was a bunker,
just under the ground!
Under their dwelling area.
This bunker is now called as War Museum,
which situated deep under the ground.
Bunker is reinforced from the nuclear blast
and it's something that you cannot miss in Moscow.
One of the best places to eat in is the Danilovsky marketplace.
It's a former Soviet marketplace next to Tulskaya metro station, which is used to be very shabby and ugly.
But it was reconstructed and now it like a hipster place for food.
The best place for foodies, for gourmands,
for all fans of different kinds of food all over the world.
But the area around Danilovsky Monastery and the marketplace
is really very fancy
because it's area of the old Soviet buildings of 1920's.
It's a typical district with Shukhov radio tower back from 1920's.
And this radio tower inspired a lot of engineers and architects.
For example, Norman Foster
– famous British architect of Jenkins in London.
He once said that Shukhov,
who constructed this radio tower back in 1920's,
is one of his teachers.
Don't miss Donskoy Monastery which is really old
and was founded in medieval time,
which survived in the Soviet era.
And now it's one of the best
and precious among monasteries of Moscow.
Which is not often visited by tourists,
but you know where to go.
The thing you need after the big walk
after the big game, of course, it's a drink.
And the best drinking area not for tourists
but for locals is Maroseyka and Pokrovka streets.
Right in the very center of city,
next to Kitay-gorod metro station,
and it is area which is filled and crowded by the bars.
And not every building in this area has a bar…
Look, every door has a bar.
So, this is a big opportunity for you
to have a competition after the competition.
You start from at the very beginning of the street
and the longer you go – the more you drink,
the more you would fun.

Liverpool transfer : Hakim Ziyech targeted by Jurgen Klopp after agent visit England ● News Now #LFC - Duration: 2:20.
LIVERPOOL are reportedly one of four teams interested in signing Ajax ace Hakim Ziyech
this summer.
Jurgen Klopp is not resting on his laurels following a promising season which ended in
a Champions League final appearance.
And he's already wrapped up a deal for Brazil international Fabinho, who's swapped Monaco
for Merseyside in a £44m move.
Klopp is eager to sign a replacement for playmaker Philippe Coutinho, who left Liverpool for
Barcelona back in January.
The latest reports from Italy indicate a raid on Ajax could be on the cards ahead of the
2018/19 Premier League campaign.
According to Calcio Mercato, Liverpool have renewed their interest in getting Ziyech on-board.
And that comes after the Morocco international's agent, Mustapha Nakhli, travelled to England
earlier this month.
Liverpool's Merseyside rivals Everton are also said to have their eye on Ziyech as the
Marco Silva era begins.
While there will be competition from Italy, where Nakhli was recently spotted, in the
hunt for the 25-year-old's signature.
Roma are keen to snap Ziyech up as they look to close the gap on Juventus and Napoli in
Serie A next season.
And Nakhli was spotted at their Stadio Olimpico home as Roma chiefs look to get the ball rolling.
Borussia Dortmund complete the quartet of clubs weighing up swoops to prise Ziyech away
from Ajax.
Ziyech is currently on duty at the World Cup with Morocco and featured in their 1-0 defeat
to Iran on Friday.
His involvement in this summer's tournament in Russia may mean it takes time to complete
a deal.
Liverpool might have to follow up their interest with an offer sooner rather than later though
given they are not the only team tracking the former FC Twente man.

So today tadaa! I made a mapo tofu rice bowl
all you gotta do is dump all the ingredients into a rice cooker.. its so EZ
It smells so much like mapo tofu it looks so yummy, so lets see how its made
I got the timing wrong on it
These are the ingredients mixed minced meat, tofu, green onion, garlic, ginger
sake, chicken stock, sugar, soy sauce, toban djan tienmen djan, rice, water, rayu chili oil
Chop the green onion
Cut the tofu
Mix all the sauces in a bowl
sake chicken stock sugar soy sauce toban djan Ten-man Jam then mix
Water
add the sauces
and meat and ginger and garlic
onion and salt and pepper
tofu and cook like usual
tadaa its all done
add the onion you reserved and rayu chili oil
It looks so yummy itadakimasu
The tofu looks so plump and jiggly
It's so yummy when you put mapo tofu on top of rice isn't it?
But this has all that yumminess cooked right into it its so yummy
The charred bits are especially yummy
its so spicy and yummy
The tofu is on the tougher side It goes so nicely with the rice
It's so yummy and addictive
There's so much flavor coming from the meat
I also have a kilogram of miso soup
It goes so nicely with this rice
to tell the truth I made this rice but....
but I made all sorts of goofs
I clicked on the rice cooker and took a look at it after it should have cooked
but the rice didn't absorb any of the liquids
it didn't turn out at all and I wondered WTF went wrong with it
and I looked for answers online It seems as though you're not supposed to
mix all the sauces beforehand with the rice
and so I thought.... oh that must be the reason why ok so next time I'll be careful not to do that again
and after looking into it further It seems as though you can wrap the rice up and
microwave it to cook it and save the dish and so I microwaved it for over 30 minutes
I cooked it for 6 minutes 4 times over and so after all that the rice finally became fluffy like this
if y'all ever goof up on making rice like I did please give this method a try
I always have troubles like this I've never had things turn out just right with my rice cooker
The spice of a toban djan is offset by The tienmian djan
I also didn't let the rice sit in the water long enough as well
One of these days I'd like to cook this properly
When you add rayu to this it makes it spicier but its so addictive
I really love how it's sweet and spicy at the same time
Its flavored with both garlic and ginger Giving it such depth of flavor.... its so yummy

The rice was infused with the flavor of mapo tofu that I couldn't get enough of it
Tofu mincemeat and onion its filled with so much stuff which is also a nice thing
And all you had to do was dump it into a rice cooker making it so easy peezy
that is.... if I ever get good at cooking with my rice cooker

Eddie Jones says England defeat to Springboks horror movie.
England coach Eddie Jones said on Saturday England must "get our pride back" after losing a Test tour of South Africa following their 23-12 defeat by the Springboks in Bloemfontein.
"I'm obviously very disappointed — we started the game well but it was a bit like a horror movie," said Jones after their second Test defeat, at the Free State's Toyota Stadium.
"It was a like a rerun of last week," he added, recalling the first Test encounter in Johannesburg in which England succummbed to the Boks 42-39 after a promising start.
"We were trying to work out a solution and pick out a plan.
(but) as soon as something small happens we don't seem to react well." Asked about an apparent scuffle between the England team and the Boks, Jones said: "Both teams wanted to win the game and England v South Africa are always tough games".
"I don't think that (ill discipline) was the case — there was one scuffle with Faf De Klerk and Billy Vunipola.
but I didn't see anything else," he said.
"I thought it was a good hard test match." Asked about England's bleak recent run of form, Jones described it as "a tough period".
"No-one wants to lose five Tests," he said.
"For some reason we're just not handling those key moments of the game." Though Jones accepted the result, saying the "scoreboard never lies", he promised that a bounceback was imminent.
"This team has got a lot of pride, we've won back-to-back Six Nations, equalled the record for wins," he said.
"Now we're going through this bloody tough period.
Everyone will fight hard to get out of this, you'll see at Cape Town," he added of the third and final Test next weekend saying the team wanted to "get our our pride back".
"It's sticking together.

Right now I'm in the car while Anders is dropping off Theo at daycare
Then we're going home to eat some breakfast Then I'll mostly be cleaning today
And do some laundry
And I think I'll edit a video and stuff
There's not very much to do when it's snowing as much as it is today
It's so much snow outside today!
Anyways, that's what I'm gonna be doing today

Jeremiah Peterson decided to get serious about weight loss when a family hiking excursion last summer proved to be too taxing for his then 290-lb

If I continued to live like this, I would not live." When he returned home, Peterson, 39, began researching weight loss options and found a video advertising a transformation challenge
"[It] sealed the deal for me. I signed up knowing I was going to give this challenge every single thing I had," he says
Prior to losing weight, "a typical day for me was to not eat all day and then get home from work, drink a few beers and eat a big dinner," says the antique store owner
"Putting my body into starvation mode and then overeating made my body blow up like a balloon, quite literally
I had constant bloating, heartburn and awful stomach issues." After finding out he was gluten intolerant, Peterson switched over to a keto-based diet consisting of healthy fats, lean protein and green vegetables
The new nutrition plan and twice-daily hour-long hikes "made the weight start to pour off
" He also started weight lifting six days a week, focusing on a different body part each day
Peterson ended up dropping 82 lbs. during the 150-day transformation contest, called the 1st Phorm Transphormation Challenge — and he won the $50,000 grand prize
Now 198 lbs., Peterson continues to document his journey on Instagram and inspire others
"I have so much more energy and I feel like I am always in a great mood. I feel like I have become the dad and husband that I really wanted to be," says Peterson
"I feel like I have drive and ambition like I have never had before in my life — and I'm almost 40!"

Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras survived a no-confidence motion in Parliament, brought over a deal to end a decades-old dispute with neighbouring Macedonia concerning the latter's name
The motion, brought by the opposition New Democracy party, was rejected by 153 MPs, with 127 in favour
But the government suffered a loss in its parliamentary majority after MP Dimitris Kammenos of the nationalist Independent Greeks, the Government's junior coalition partner, voted in favour
He was kicked out of the party immediately after the vote, leaving the governing coalition with a three-member majority
Political opponents had accused Mr Tsipras of making too many concessions over the deal to rename the former Yugoslav republic North Macedonia, due to be signed on Sunday
Thousands of Greeks protested outside Parliament against the accord with Macedonia, waving Greek flags and chanting anti-government slogans, calling for Mr Tsipras to resign
Scuffles broke out and police used stun grenades and tear gas to prevent them from entering the building
There was one arrest. "This is a deal I believe that every Greek prime minister would want," Mr Tsipras told the chamber earlier
Had he lost, the leftist elected in 2015 would have had to relinquish his mandate to the country's president, signalling early elections

Accord to be signed on Sunday Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias and his Macedonian counterpart Nikola Dimitrov will sign the pact in the border lake region of Prespes on Sunday morning
Mr Tsipras and Mr Zaev will also be present. It will require ratification by both national parliaments and approval in a Macedonian referendum, which is not assured
The President of Macedonia has said he will not endorse the pact, while in Greece, Mr Tsipras's right-wing coalition partners have said their politicians will reject it when it is brought for ratification
That is expected to occur by the end of the year. Protests were scheduled on both sides of the border on Sunday
