WATCH: ABC News Mocks Trump As They Fantasize About His D*ath! Should Apologize!(VIDEO)!!! - Duration: 18:19.

WATCH: ABC News Mocks Trump As They Fantasize About His D*ath! Should Apologize!

and as we do that terry moran the Trump's this sort of completes the

Trump's involvement in this ceremonial goodbye for the former president they

were of course at the Cathedral they paid their respects to the family at

Blair House they attended the viewing at the at the Capitol rotunda but they've

done their duty this is it and sort of the the ceremony at least in Washington

is now passing on I think he gets good marks he certainly checked all the boxes

for what one would expect a sitting president to do to a dead one absolutely

and and one of the things looking at that at that tableau of our history

there right the president's dating back forty years and more with Jimmy Carter

presidents are put there by the people by the Constitution for reason people

are sending a message right they want the government change president Trump's

presidency is different it is in fact a repudiation of much of what George

Herbert Walker Bush and George Walker Bush stood for because the people who

voted him wanted that repudiation so he is part of that of that line of

presidents part of the will of the people asserting itself and and I think

that for all of the different kind of president that he is certainly different

kind of character different kind of politician certainly than George Herbert

Walker Bush he shares with all the others up there that that he is an

expression of the will of the American people so there's there's continuity and

discontinuity but it's all because of the decisions voters made and perhaps a

recognition in terms of his involvement in the proceedings by President Trump

that he someday will be getting a similar treatment when he passes as a

former President of the United States probably different toners perhaps he's

gonna first he's gonna choreograph it so there made me more trumpets and he was

taking the taking cues yes he would do it bigger one would imagine it would be

the best presidential funeral ever ever no one had will ever have seen anything

and here we see now the 43rd president george w bush arriving with former first

lady Laura Bush there in the bush family Neal Bush all right tonight the media is

sinking to new depths if that's even possible clearly it is as they continue

to use the funeral the life the legacy of former President George HW Bush to

attack President Trump now after yesterday's powerful memorial service in

Washington DC for the late 41st president well your mainstream media

still cannot stop using these events to demonize their current enemy which is

President Trump and it's getting even more ridiculous they're now going after

President Trump over how he prays I'm not making this up to them even standing

silently during the Apostles Creed at a funeral is cause for an attack against

him but it shows how the media is getting more and more unhinged or

hateful and more divorced from any sense of reality or what their real jobs

supposed to be and they wonder why nobody trusts them and of course the

destroyed Trump media didn't stop there rather than focusing on the life the

accomplishments to sacrifice the service of the 41st president well the coverage

looked like this now that's not egregious enough so-called journalists

over at ABC News even joked about a future funeral for President Trump you

can't make this up take a look perhaps a recognition in terms of his

involvement in the proceedings by President Trump that he someday will be

getting a similar treatment when he passes as a former President of the

United States different tone perhaps first he's gonna choreograph it so there

may be more trumpets and he was taking taking cues yes he would do it bigger

one would imagine it would be the best presidential funeral ever ever no one

had will ever have seen anything like that and as disturbing as that was well

no one embarrassed themselves more than fake new CNN our friend Don Lemon said

something so outrageous that even his colleague had to call him out this is

all part of a pattern demonized denigrate D legitimize every second

every minute of every hour of every day President Trump at all costs even if it

means using the passing of an American icon who by the way they were pretty

mean to was alive President HW Bush to try and

score cheap political points and further divide the country here with reaction

he is the media reporter from the hill Joe Concha and former Secret Service

agent our friend Dan bungee no generally start with you they say he was a

gentleman and he was and but they didn't say nice things about him when he was

live being a gentleman back then he was a wimp you know he was oh you know he

didn't he was out of touch he didn't know how to use a scanner which by the

way was a fake news story back in the day and so Reagan Bush 41 McCain even

you know Bush 43 while he was alive they trashed these men utterly destroy them

now they've died they say nice things to appear create an avenue that their

bipartisan and they're not george w bush was also called a racist before it was

fashionable to call anybody a racist for the Willie Horton ad if you remember

that interesting stat in 1992 7% of journalists voted for George HW Bush the

rest obviously for Bill Clinton you played some clips there and Kimmel and

Colbert we're joking and their late-night host so I kind of give him a

pass on that I still think it's classless given that this was a state

funeral held the same day but ABC News their senior analysts a guy like Terry

Moran is making jokes while you're watching the procession of the casket of

George HW Bush being taken out of a plane and he's making jokes about

president Trump's future of funeral do these guys have any self-awareness the

answer is none whatsoever so Sean this is why the media is not only mistrusted

but held in contempt by all easily so the country it's not even about this

trust anymore it's like I don't like these people they don't have any class

and they're cheesy that Don Lemon skin I'm gonna show you how I'm gonna blow

off Donald Trump by not shaking his hands what is that he's called an anchor

on that never and he's not even an opinion guy you know Dan I always said

in the Obama years especially on radio more than television that I really

didn't it wouldn't be good for me to get an interview with then President Obama

because I respect the office and and I think he's a good father probably a good

guys just of rigid radical ideologue that governed horribly

it's a hard thing because you I respected the office I wouldn't be able

to interrupt him like I can you or Joe let's put it that way and you do that

right so I mean what did you think of that yeah Shawn this is um you're right

you know I I served as a Secret Service agent for you know years proudly under

Barack Obama because I believe in the constitutional republic although I like

yourself disagree with just about every article ideological position you had but

this is what what what's known as the myth of the good Republican you probably

know what I'm talking about here when a Republican is powerless or is left the

political scene what the media will do is they will they will paint their

coverage of this Republican as something it wasn't you were absolutely right when

George HW Bush was in office it was merciless the media coverage

obviously I was just a young man back then but I specifically remember it and

it was merciless and they do it for a reason Sean they do it because of this

foil effect right they want to make the current Republicans appear really bad

right why do you put a diamond on a black background because it seems

shinier so what they want to do is they do the reverse foil they want to see

make these Republicans especially Donald Trump seem awful so they go back and

rewrite history about they how they covered past Republicans it's total

nonsense everybody sees right through it alright I got a rule thank you both

thank you for yours reaction Fox News contributor New York Post columnist

Michael Goodwin is with us former White House press secretary Ari Fleischer also

a Fox News contributor here it is themse Love Republicans when they're dead

Michael Goodwin the fact is it's true yes yes it's it is sad John you're right

that and as I put on the column this all sounds similar the he's a hero he's a

genial gentleman he's a patriot he's a great American and they said the same

thing about John McCain when he was in his coffin but when they were alive this

same media attacked them relentlessly accused them of racism of you know

stirring up a fomenting trouble everywhere of going taking the country

backwards they attacked their Supreme Court nominees with the same way that

Brett Kavanaugh was attacked so there is a pattern except when they die

then suddenly they were the great Americans in this case of course they

are they are being used those virtues are being used against Donald Trump so

it's really a double whammy for the Democrats in this day and age they did

the same thing with Ronald Reagan John McCain re with 41 and 43 you're very

close to the Bush family you were there when they were bludgeoning 43 I mean

that was a daily I didn't think it could get worse but it's gotten worse you know

you know let me put this way when I die all you liberals out there that hate me

don't change what you really think of me just say it just be honest that's cold

it'll be all right I'm gonna give you a pass from heaven if I'm ever invited it

John you know here's here's the one that is to me speaks volumes and it was the

New York Times when George HW Bush's president went to visit a trade show and

saw absolute brand-new technology for scanning products at a supermarket

nobody had seen it before and the New York Times story front page Bush

encounters the supermarket amazed here's the lead of the story the career

politician who lived the cloistered life of a top Washington bureaucrat for four

decades is having trouble presenting himself to the electorate as a man in

touch with middle-class life this now is the man that New York Times and others

are holding up as a role model for all Americans because of his goodness

because of this principle because of his civility they mocked him relentlessly in

the thing about that story it was a hundred-percent fabrication that never

happened the New York Times wasn't even at the event and that was not what Bush

was amazed about and the New Yor Dan Rather white of story corrected it yet

that's correct dan Rather alive about 43 fabricated information about Bush well

you know so if you soft-spoken like 41 you're a wimp in the media's eyes if

you're iconoclastic and combative like Donald Trump you're you know a brute and

this is unacceptable to the office so you can't

can you and now all of a sudden now they hate him 43 re now they love him now oh

he's oh we take him back in a minute no they wouldn't they would be all over him

you know five seconds no and you know I remember in the 2000 campaign when

George W Bush was running against John McCain the press is all for John McCain

and I remember thinking to myself as soon as John McCain were ever to beat

George Bush they'll go against John McCain and they did and that's the way

they always our last word Michael well yes I mean look look at the way John

McCain was treated when he ran against Barack Obama then he was just another

dirty Republican they loved the races thousand that's right but by 2008 he was

just another dirty Republican now he's dead and so it's great yeah amazing save

the lies if I ever pass away just speak the truth just say what you really feel

joining us now Fox News contributor senior editor at the Federalists

modeling hemingway's for those Fox News contributor former Clinton pollster Doug

shown in Washington Times columnist Monica Crowley is with us you know

Monica you know you think back say that for example I I supported John McCain

when he ran for president when it mattered and because I thought he'd be

the better president I think I was proven correct in the end all those

people that viciously attacked him oh it was like they were his best friend and

we see it now with George Herbert Walker Bush we saw it with Ronald Reagan it's

like a phenomenon they'll try and bludgeon you when you're alive and then

now that you no longer a political threat oh you are the greatest person

that ever lived yeah you know Shawn death enhances the

memory of almost everybody but it's particularly striking when a Republican

politician or president passes away and then the mainstream media which

relentlessly pounded that Republican politician during his or her time in

office then suddenly they're a saint I think in the case of President Trump the

mainstream media will use any cudgel to try to pound the president into the

ground you mentioned Senator McCain when he passed they certainly did it then

they're doing it now and you know I wrote a column for spectator USA today

talking about how president Nix essentially launched President Bush into

a national as a national figure when he chose to take george w bush george HW

bush rather after he lost a senate campaign and made him UN ambassador and

I think that lesson to Sean is that these positions require heavyweights

like George HW Bush at the UN and that's why I hope a president Trump will choose

Rick Rennell for that position but whether it's Richard Nixon Ronald Reagan

Senator McCain George HW Bush you see revisionism aplenty when they pass away

yeah Molly thank thanks for joining us what are your thoughts on it it is a bit

of a phenomenon though and to me this is just phone enos about it I'd I like for

example I didn't care that John McCain when he came back after surgery said

these guys didn't talk radio and cable said hell with them I'm cool with that

you know he kind of liked me was running for president and like those outlets

when he was running I didn't take it personally but this is this is so

overwhelmingly transparent to me and it is particularly phony in the case of

President George HW Bush you know there's this issue where the only good

Republican is a Republican who's not a threat so we saw a pretty quick change

in media coverage of President George HW Bush from when he was president to the

moment Clinton defeated him but when he was a candidate when he was vice

president when he was running when he was president the media coverage was

vicious and they called him a wimp that was the headline that was the cover of

Newsweek magazine so to say today oh he was so kind and it was so respectable

well this was the same media that was decrying him for his personal traits

they lied about him about his reaction to a supermarket scanner which is

something that the New York Times not only never corrected they repeated it

just yesterday and his media coverage was so bad that his primary campaign

bumper sticker when he ran for reelection was annoy the media reelect

bush to say that he did not run a campaign against the media is just wrong

and so people are rewriting history here in a way that is not okay yeah you know

one of the things that's so amazing it wasn't a lifetime of service that was

the greatest generation Doug shown and my father also signed up II he served in

the Navy well and look we look at this and it's

like you literally hearing people this is the death of a really honorable human

being that serves this country's whole adult life a lot of those same people

aren't nice to them during life but now oh he's the nice one and now they'll use

that to bludgeon Trump because they don't like President Trump well look I

think that's ridiculous I speak as a Democrat I look at it's not you and I

don't really I don't put you in the category of the average snowflake

Democrat to be honest I'm not but I want to say one other thing about George HW

Bush that is bipartisan and I think transcended in importance he more than

any single individual was responsible for the fall of the Soviet Union the

fall of the wall the end of communism in Eastern and Central Europe and if we as

Democrats and Republicans can't celebrate that now there's something

wrong with us and hope the President Trump in his foreign policy has a

similar success listen I would argue real quick Monica the policies of

President Trump on regulation on taxes on justices and judges on the courts on

the wall even peace through strength standing up to our enemies to

identifying evil for it is pretty similar to what President Reagan and

President Trump President Bush also stood for yes a hundred percent which is

part of the reason why the mainstream media and others who oppose President

Trump oppose him but they mostly oppose him Sean based on style they are

repulsed by him they consider him a Vulgarian and they reject his his style

and they love him in every way but his policies are quite popular he's

delivering a booming economy stronger military and a stronger international

position and the American voters agree with that and supported you know

shocking Molly I'll give you the last word we have about 25 seconds that every

president has their own style and sometimes the moment calls for like I

would argue this one disruptive yeah Donald Trump breaks a few

but things are getting done and we needed them to get done well and it's

okay for different presidents to have different styles it's disrespectful in

this media coverage of President George HW Bush's death to make it all about

Trump they're two different people and it does a disservice to both of them and

it manages to be disrespectful to both of them all right thank you all for me

thank you appreciate it thank you god bless you and God bless america

What the Huawei arrest is all about | DW news - Duration: 4:26.

In a few hours time, Meng Wanzhou will find out whether she'll be extradited to the United

States ... or set free.

Canada's arrest of one of the highest ranking executives at Huawei has placed the country

in the middle of a complicated dipsute between the U-S and China.

I can assure everyone that we are a country of an independent judiciary and the appropriate

authorities took the decisions in this case without any political involvement or interference

as must be the case.

But political involvement from WASHINGTON is EXACTLY what many in China suspect is behind

Meng's arrest: China's economy is becoming stronger and I

think the United States is unhappy about that so they've done something to harm China's

interests.

I think Meng's arrest's could be related to that.

Meng was reportedly arrested on the same day that Chinese leader Xi JinPing dined with

US President Donald Trump at last weekend's G20 summit in Argentina.

That meeting resulted in the announcement of a 90-day truce in their trade dispute.

It is now appears to be on shakier ground than ever.

Strasbourg 2018 conference on Shared Parenting ++ Press briefing - Duration: 44:27.

I suggest to start this panel.

Thank you for joining us.

I will say a few words as vice president of the

International Council on Shared Parenting (ICSP).

This council was born in 2014 in Bonn.

It consist of three bodies:

A) A research body. B) Furthermore the professionals in family.

B) And yet we qualified civil society.

We also wanted to, and we propose good parity with

the office of the International Council on Shared Parenting.

We are now in the fourth conference.

So simply and quickly: the first conference, held in 2014, wanted to draw up the state of

affairs with regard to research into Shared Parenting, from an international perspective

The second conference which took place, was in between scientific research and professional practises.

The third conference, held in Boston in 2017, worked on switches between the research and the practice.

And it brought us very, I would say very simply to the

theme of this fourth conference, since we realized that

now we need to work better with justice and with the political world,

to spread the work out what the international board goals.

And possibly make recommendations related to the regional work.

Here. The floor is yours.

Very quickly also to present

the French situation on shared parenting: la résidence alternée.

Since it is this discussion about the French situation and laws in France.

And I want to make a point about the social cost and the individual cost of what the

France calls the right to visit and a weekend once in a fortnight: 'classic'.

This means that children see one of the parents - often the father - two days in a fortnight.

The Economic Social and Environmental Council,

in its last report in 2017, notes that the so-called single parent situation

represents 20% of families in France.

Most are not really single parents.

These are single-parent homes. That is to say that the father is still there.

And there are single-parent families where the father

is absent or died, he is not known.

But most are single-parent homes. This means that the father has rights for

visiting and classic weekend.

19% of children under the age of six live in the single parent home system.

In 84% of cases they live mainly with the mother.

And in most cases when they live with the mother.

there is a weekend right called classic:

two days once in a fortnight with their father.

These living arrangements are still unequal in the territory.

And yesterday we had two presentations that compared court decisions,

showing that the citizens, especially children, are not treated in the same manner

depending on the court of appeal to which the application is made.

thus depending on the region where the father or mother resides.

That is not meant in the French justice system.

We know that this way of living the children,

is quite detrimental to their development and good physical health.

There will be a lot of research this afternoon on these issues there.

I will not detail.

But you already know this afternoon, we will simply update on the latest research.

We also know that the world is changing.

As was said by one of Denmark's players this morning, we live

in a world where parents, young parents, share more

responsibilities in education and care for children.

We live in a world where coparenting is the rule. Where two homes spreads.

But with laws that date from the time

where parental authority and residence depended on a single parent.

And we will see just now with the following

stakeholders that this poses enormous problems in the lives of couples and

in the lives of children who do not go in the direction of appeasement

of the relationships after separation.

With the prospects that we develop, we want to explore the French level.

It is all about how we can encourage regular contact between children

and both parents and diverse relationships as stated by Michael Lamb yesterday morning.

The important thing is the relationships, not diversified, only are diversified on weekends

and on Wednesday when there is no school.

With double domicile the parents would see the whole life of the child during the week.

How to support the desire of a parent to set up two homes living arrangements

if the other parent does not want to?

There are many countries we support where the will of the parent is there.

The view of the French judge Josiane Bigot yesterday afternoon,

was to give children access tot the judges,

presumably to improve the interdisciplinary conciliation as

showed by the Namur judge Marie-France Carlier yesterday.

And then how to help single-parent households with limited resources.

Obviously what we also have to consider is the financial reality.

Both parents, but also women, are known to

have financial difficulties because of the current organization of society now.

I give the first word to Philippe Latombe

What are the challenges currently at the change of law in France.

Then a lawyer Regine Barthelemy representing the National Council of

bars, an organization on the French level.

Then we descend to the local level with Monia Scattereggia.

One who will present the Child Protection in Strasbourg.

What it is in cases of separation.

And then you will have time for questions.

And we conclude 12:30 pm. Make the best of it.

Thank you.

Thank you so much. I am very happy to be there today and

to present the work that I lead since November 2010

in the French parliament.

Then I did, as part of a parliamentary niche,

of my political group the Democratic Movement,

a law proposal on double domicile for children after divorce.

And this bill I thought was very

timid in its legal consequences, since it was a double domicile.

And that was more in the spirit of start instilling the idea

as for children they could be good to have two homes.

The first evolvement on this subject generated a lot of reaction

which was sometimes extremely virulent.

So I thought that this proposal would endorse a kind of social consensus

to be able to create audio for several years.

Eh, I've realized that it was not at all the case and

had started excitement again, coming back on the occasion of this law.

And this is still not extinct since I listened to the news again last night.

It is very cool to resubmit the proposals

in the form of changes in the court law.

And the reactions were exactly the same as last year, the same arguments.

It was not because of a rocket that it would not work.

Even when we do polls, opinion surveys,

the interviewed population is rather favourable to the

shared parenting in the double domicile.

There is some obvious vis-à-vis discomfort

with judicial decisions in terms of family law today.

Why? Because the family model in France, as elsewhere in European countries,

has changed significantly for several years.

It was thought that 'the marriage for all'

was the high point of this development.

And suddenly everything else will be able to arise and

that we would be able to see a modernization of family law.

And because lifestyles have changed attitudes, it was going to happen quietly.

In fact, it could not have a name.

We realize that the whole debate on family rights,

as soon as you touch it, in fact is a pressure cooker.

Just open the lid and then we realize that the pressure is still there.

And we realize that it is not possible to touch the justice bill project.

It is a small landscape where things are touched only on procedural consideration.

And we do not touch really the heart of the matter.

This is what I told in Parliament and to the Justice minister and yesterday:

I think that does not address the modernization of family law in France.

It is running a social risk that is relatively important.

Because today in France family law

is still based on the marriage and the divorce.

The newly composed family does not exist in French family law.

We talk a lot about the status of proud parents, but there is nothing in texts today.

Shared parental authority and double domicile are evolutions that are important.

Why the double domicile, which is a consequence of the shared parental authority,

could not be the case?

It was because of administrative issues on this subject:

Today national education does not include the fact that the child has two residences.

One speaks of the residence of the referent number one and

possibly furthermore the home of referent number two.

For example: the school only registers the address of parent number one.

So the idea was to modernize.

I proposed to this a number of amendments that found a way in law profession.

With amendments we're doing a little bit less because I did not want them to appear in media.

I wanted a substantive discussion on main lines, but yesterday they have requested a debate.

I proposed four amendments.

And you will see that these are donations to the field: they are different.

But watch.

The difficulty is that there are twelve distillation dominoes.

I want to say: there is an amendment,

the idea to appease what was called 'voluntary separation'.

It creates a distance for one parent by setting a delay on the Civil Code.

Today the Civil Code in France said that one of the two parents that wants to move away,

must inform the other parent in due course.

This is a problem in the exercise of parental authority,

I want to clarify in the Civil Code that 'in due course' could be replaced

by a period of at least three months.

Refusal. Saying: leave flexibility in time, makes it possible that the obliged messaging

takes place just before a move away instead of six months or a year earlier.

What if you do not leave time for thoughtfulness.

It is realized in practice.

In a decision that is almost immediate because it is fifteen days before the move away,

there will be insufficient time to go into mediation.

We do not have time for understanding the jurisdiction other than the

judge for family matters will know of the event.

He will end up having to decide several months after the relocation.

And in most cases will be forced.

Just found the remoteness of the child

been reinstated for example in a new school.

And not wanting to change his habits will endorse the decision.

And suddenly we will find ourselves in a parental conflict that is getting worse.

And the fact of putting a deadline has been refused.

#!$%@

Who was refused so that the game can reign in the bench division?

Saying is that we should prioritize the judge so that he

can make time specifically to defuse these conflicts.

And decided to start with.. refusing.

The procedural denials were running high.

That we were drawn in a process of law was not the subject of the amendment in parliament

It was not planned in the original project.

It's not worth it to change the Civil Code like that.

It is in something very procedural.

When it comes to time, it takes at least three months.

This is the procedure.

To say that the judge rules but in summary: this is the procedure.

In fact, there really is a caveat on that part there.

Another amendment is an amendment in principle, which was:

tell the judge everything.

In France the judge may arrange for the child and parents.

So parents can keep a link with

the child so that the child can maintain a connection with the parents.

Here the idea was to tell the judge to ensure that nothing is imposed.

But we said to the judges:

the separation of the child from his two parent must not remain.

The judge must ensure that,

while we have new technologies: even if the father is away,

he can have contact with the child.

There are devices, telephone, computer, allowing even when it is far away

the father is able to maintain a bond with the child,

even at moments when the residence is with the other parent.

It was refused.

This is a position of principle.

We'll have to discuss it later and

the real question is: when do we discuss it.

This is the question I asked the Minister of justice.

Today we can not do without a modernization of the

family law in France.

The double domicile, shared parenting, removal and treatment,

procedural voluntary separation should be treated.

As should be treated the status of proud parents.

Because we have newly composed families, that are required for the child's interest.

The proud parents could possibly have rights and duties

vis-à-vis their gorgeous children.

Today in France there is a vacuum.

A step-parent can hardly perform any act, considered as a trusted third party.

But it's very complicated to involve the third party trust

as part of a parental conflict.

Since the parent could also be challenged by the trusted third party.

Because these two new joint cohabitants or partner ..

This is something that we will have to box. And today this is not the case.

This is what I strive to do for the past 18 months.

I will continue to do so without any difficulty or fear.

Despite the highly virulent lifts, we even had the right to come out the closet yesterday.

To be always in the child's interest.

The idea is not to say that it is for the interest of both parents.

It's always in the child's interest.

And that's why I am silent. I've been working for a year.

That I will continue in the coming years. Thank you.

So that will bring support, not.

And it works?

Yes, it will. Promised. Thank you.

I thank the organizers of this conference inviting me.

I am very happy to share the thoughts around two homes living arrangements and

the modernization of family law.

So I am a lawyer in Montpellier since 1980.

The subject of modernization of family law,

I am very pleased that you use this expression,

is a subject in my practice in my recurring exchanges because

in 45 years we will say the family has changed thoroughly.

We returned still in the era of modernity family law in 1970.

It is not very far since 1970 happened in the

paternal parental authority, must still remember that.

And in 1975 we went to that revolution in divorce.

This means abandoning the only fault divorce in favour of the plurality of procedures.

By doing this in the late 90s it was discovered and it was

the subject of a report of the sociologist Théry which was controlled by

the minister of Justice Elisabeth Guigou and Martine Aubry who was

minister of included solidarity, so a report about the evolution of family law.

And Théry wrote that it was an unfinished mutation.

It could still take this term.

And analysis is: what in this mutation was

unfinished and what were the reforms that could allow to move forward and

already at that time the issue was the status of the step-parent.

Because the proud parents exist but there is no law.

He works every day but has no status.

There was also talk at the time of

issues of parental responsibility and issues of residence.

Why? Joint parental authority. Also to remember that

joint custody was introduced into French law in 1987:

The Malhuret law.

Previously there was custody. Prosecution covered everything.

That is, it was the residence and authority parent

and the other parent has visitation and weekend rights including

a right of supervision. That's all.

Only from 1987 dates the story of joint parental authority exercise: Possible,

but it is not possible.

And the principle will enter into law in 2002.

2002 is the result of a part of the rich report that says

we are to make a fatherless society.

Why?

Because visiting and weekend rights once in two weeks,

half the vacation, exercised or not exercised.

This leads to disinvestment and a fatherless society.

Behind there is the report of Forgery.

Madame Cloud to Forgery and law professor who

did the translation in legislative prospective findings and

proposals of sociologist Thery.

If there is one thing I regret now,

and I listen with great interest Mr. Latombe,

and I welcome the investment and interest in family issues,

what I regret is that today we have proposed laws

concerning family rights without prior preparation.

Suddenly there, for example the last bill, offered us to say why one wanted

a divorce immediately. Luckily is was discarded.

Good.

Clear to trace actually the fault divorce.

Saying: I want, I have grievances etc.

And that's when experience shows that since then one is said at the beginning of

a procedure about how we will say it, wants a divorce to be appeased.

Less than 5% of divorces now is fault divorce.

It is a small note to say that the reform, the law

that is being discussed, has not been prepared by any work

preparatory, no report, no exchange.

As experience shows that there is trade between

economists psychoanalysts psychologists sociologists and lawyers, which is

fundamental to the development of family law.

The reports of which I speak, from Thery or that verse de Forgery

resulted in all the reforms we had in the years 2002-2004.

For example the joint exercise of parental authority as a principle in 2002,

the introduction into the law of the possibility for a judge to set

two homes, including when the parents disagree.

And in 2004 divorce reform that has just allowed to go into a

divorce proceedings, without saying it,

why they want a divorce, simply explaining what are the measures that

I ask for the consequences of interim measures.

The facts is that once you have stand before the judge

that organized the life of the family during the procedure.

Well, if we did not have a prior agreement on the principle of divorce,

we often have that sooner or later.

Because the mass is said in quotation marks, that is the problem of what we leave behind us.

Not all the time, but still.

And we go to the organization of life.

Passing the organization of life, without a fight about

the cause of the divorce. One is yielded

That is, we can easier accept mediation procedures and changes.

We have, in spite of everything, pacified procedures since 2004.

It is very important: the procedure has taken over our minds.

In a sense in the same way as the fact of being able to tell people today

that we receive joint exercise of parental authority: it is the law.

Well it is much more accepting than previously.

And suddenly we had the conflict on the joint exercise of parental authority.

That's not to say that in terms of consequences is not difficult.

Especially at school level, for tax, at the administrative level,

all kinds of ways.

But still, it entered and returned in the minds of those concerned,

that it is not because the separation, that one of the two will be excluded from the

decisions concerning the child.

While I agree that it is the principle there after the fact,

how to do so.

But me in my professional experience, I see that there is nevertheless

some progress in this respect in the way

reports are apprehended after the separation.

So after the official introduction of two homes,

you still have to know that until that, the law of 2002 intervenes.

The jurisprudence of the court of cassation was hostile to the establishment of

two homes.

But two homes exist anyway.

Why? Because there were those who agreed.

And where through a joint petition and the agreement which results in

their contract, we manage to establish for two homes.

Today the judge may decide. It's complicated because he is there.

So what I observed since 2002 is still an evolution.

Now we have more or very few or rarely two judges that

are ideologically hostile to double domicile.

Yes it will take me to stop. Yes OK.

More ideological resistance is established

against double domicile.

And I will conclude with that words.

I think we arrive at a time, or you have to change the terminology.

That is to say, the facts made the coparent anxious and worried and

the other has domicile and access.

In summary and in caricature: there is a tenant and an owner.

And it creates an imbalance.

And I think it would be extremely important and is already in

agreements in certain cases, to arrange two homes

regardless of the time the child passes from one side or the other.

But it is always said in terms of residence.

That's it. We continue this afternoon. Thank you.

We have a few minutes for questions.

But primarily for journalists, since we are on a press briefing.

I represent the agency press Antenna.

I have just a few accuracy issues initially and subsequently the real issues.

When talking about double domicile, this is also known

the same as two homes.

In fact there is a differentiation.

There is a difference because

double domicile is simply the law or is the address of the child.

Today in the case of double domicile, it has a main address.

And a second address yes, but that is not an administrative address.

And that does not exist as two homes.

This is where the child lives.

Which is not necessarily simply administrative.

The bill I introduced in 2007 was the start of two homes,

which was amended in double domicile

and what appeared to actually be the way to get to go.

Two homes means something more.

Knowing that this is not necessarily equal 50-50 two homes.

Thank you, I only propose to ask my two questions after the answers of those who want.

It feels a bit like a crawl in front. Really had nothing at all, so actually before

there was just this story of visiting rights.

And then there is now two homes that now maintains the double domicile.

I really wonder what is in this framework. It holds an obligation by

the parents to live in the same city.

Really a balanced logical perimeter compared to the end story that one

parent lives north of Paris and the other in the south.

For the child to stay in the same environment.

That's my first question.

And given that I work for the agency press Antenna,

I am a little obliged to place things in a more European context.

I was wondering if it's true that this model

of two homes anyway no matter if it is with double domicile or not,

is not much used in the south of Europe, and in most Oriental countries?

I wondered if you had any comparative data?

Is France also a model for other countries in relation to that.

The domicile of children and

proximity of homes is one of the obvious conditions

for the establishment of two homes.

So living in the same street opposite to each other is not necessary.

But in any case, the child has to go to the same school

Should not be in a position to make an hour of transport in the morning

for this to be possible. That actually is a condition.

So then, on the second question you ask ..

Well, I can answer the second question.

Because yesterday we had very precise data from Spain.

It is a country in southern Europe.

We will have this afternoon

also from Spain.

We had this morning info from Portugal, which shows in Spain a development

of two homes arrangements

in young couples families.

This is what I explained earlier.

That info together with the presentation of our colleague José Manuel de Torres Perea yesterday

is interesting whether the law encourages double domicile arrangements

Spain is a bit more complicated than ours

because it can keep national law and regional laws, they

made a very accurate study, region by region.

When the law encourages double domicile arrangements as a first option to consider

parents dare ask these for their children

and certainly for themselves.

And we will show roughly the same thing this afternoon with the change of law

which has taken place in Arizona, just a few years we will have the

evaluation results by William Fabricius for the United States.

Data, if you have data on Greece I take too.

We have unfortunately, we have no data on Greece for now.

But there are colleagues here from Greece and they will be able to talk.

I have to do some organization, because of lunch time.

It's always heavy brought, we're just going to.

So I have to conclude in a minute with Philippe Latombe if he wishes.

One second journalist questions?

No one will conclude just in a minute we'll go for those who wish to photo shoot.

And then you end up here at 13:15. But precise 13:15

so to be able to hold the schedule.

What we gave ourselves, leave it to the people who honoured us by coming.

But the honour to come from far and with a candy timing,

simply imagine very accurate weight, will take a TGV to continue with his action.

I think of Philippe Latombe. In particular that is it.

Yes thanks.

To answer your question, I think that today France is not

not just an example.

And that other European countries are examples for France,

which can then make that France is an example for others.

It's a domino effect, but today the situation is completely

different from what we could live.

In Belgium, where for ten years there has been this evolution. The Nordic countries

in Europe and actually will come down, little by little.

And the way I see it and it is in this sense

I'm trying to run things in France. to be effective incentive and we can take

example we can build on what works in Northern Europe.

And we do not go down. Actually maybe a cultural question which,

little by little, infuses and trendy if we were to go down geographically

to the Mediterranean basin.

It is necessary, the law actually said, that Mr. Gangreat requires that the law

encourages a little more but to make a site.

And lawmakers we must have elements.

And I regret indeed as Mrs. Bartholomew, the bill that was presented to us and

is under discussion for three days only

and a report of important experiential expertise in this field did not precede.

And we were only be stopped on points of procedure.

And that we do not listen enough to the lifts from the field.

That's it. Thank you so much.

Anna a mal dormi.

Media podają dokładne informacje odnośnie do niewielu z nich.

Chelsea join the race to sign €60m Juventus superstar in January - Duration: 3:28.

Juventus midfielder Rodrigo Bentancur is the subject of interest from Chelsea, who hope to beat Real Madrid and Manchester City to his signature

According to Don Balon, the Uruguayan superstar is currently valued at €60 million and has a number of top European clubs chasing him ahead of the winter transfer window

Madrid, Man City, Barcelona and Paris Saint Germain have all expressed an interest in the 21-year-old and Don Balon reports that Chelsea have now joined the race to sign him in January

Bentancur has become a fixture in the Juventus starting line-up under Massimiliano Allegri this season, with 15 appearances under his belt in total across all competitions

The young playmaker signed for the Serie A giants back in 2017 from Boca Juniors but struggled to hold down a regular place in the first-team during the 2017-18 campaign, as Juve secured a seventh consecutive Italian title

However, the Uruguay international has proved himself as an all-action box-to-box midfielder this term – capable of breaking up play and kick-starting attacks, with an intimidating physical presence which makes him difficult to shrug off the ball

Chelsea are currently fourth in the Premier League, 10 points behind leaders Man City and struggling for form, having lost two of their last three domestic games

Blues boss Maurizio Sarri is already looking ahead to the January window with a view to bringing in reinforcements, as he aims to mould a squad that can play his brand of 'Sarriball' to its maximum potential

He already has a plethora of midfield options at his disposal, with the likes of Jorginho, N'Golo Kante, Kovacic and Ruben Loftus-Cheek all vying for a regular spot in his starting line-up, but Bentancur could bring something different to the table

However, it remains to be seen whether or not he will want to leave Juve at this stage of his career, particularly given the fact he has just started to feature prominently

The Bianconeri are chasing a historic treble this year too and he might prefer to stay in Turin to be a part of their success this season and beyond

Donald Trump tacle Emmanuel Macron via Twitter

What to expect when visiting your local kitchen showroom - Duration: 3:37.

- [Instructor] Hi and today we're going to talk about

what you should expect when visiting

your local kitchen showroom.

(rock music)

So I don't know how other people work

but there's five key stages to the process

that I take through every one of my customers

on this journey of their new kitchen.

So you've done your research on Google,

Facebook, Twitter, Pintrest,

and you've visited my show,

and you've walked through my door.

So stage one was for me to understand your visit

and what you want out of your kitchen.

And what I do is I ask you lots of questions

about what you're trying to achieve,

the colours, the designs, the style,

just get a bit of a feel for what you want.

I'd walk you around the showroom,

I'd show you some of the products around the place.

And then what we need to do from there

is then get you booked in for that all important visit

for me to visit your home.

So I can come see you in your home so that'd be stage two.

So I've turned up at the house,

and I'm seeing what you've got,

I'm seeing what your space is about,

I'm meeting the family,

you know I'm there to take some photos.

I'm there to take my measurements my notes

and just get a general feel

for how you want this kitchen to work for you.

And once I've seen the space it makes

it easier for me to visualise

so when I go back to the showroom

for stage three of my process I can really

put these designs together for you.

So stage three of my journey for you

is that you would come down to the showroom.

See what I'd of done I'd of created

one, two, three maybe designs to suit your kitchen.

So I'd invite you down,

I'd pull the big screen out, I'd have the tea ready,

the coffee ready, the biscuits would be out.

And we'd spend a lot of time going through the designs.

This is actually quite an important part of the process

because this is where you

visualise yourself in that kitchen.

You see it on the big screen on 3D

and we start to establish that

these things are working for you.

The appliances are in the right place,

the worktop position is okay,

the cupboards are correct,

you really get a good feel for what

you are wanting from the kitchen

and how the space is going to work for you.

This is where we need to get this design

at least 80 to 90 percent correct.

Cause once we've got it that far

that's when the detail really comes into it.

Cause after we've got the design

there and there abouts we can start

discussing the colours, the doorhandles,

the worktops, and then what we do

is we move on to stage four of the process.

And that's the quoting part,

this is the exciting part,

this is where I do my three different cost and options.

Now there's got to be two or three options.

There's no point just doing a design

and putting one quote together

because there's so many different products

and alternative products on the market.

So I always do three options for all my clients.

So you can see what stage and what level,

because at the end of the day everyone has a budget.

We've all got to work to something.

I know we always go over it most of the time

but at least you've got the options to work with.

Cause with them options you can mix and match

and take bits from here bits from there

and put it together and create

the ultimate kitchen to suit your home and your budget.

So then it comes to stage five of the process.

The all important bit who are going to go with,

does it work for you and are you comfortable

working with your local showroom?

That's stage five it's now decisive decision time for you.

So I hope that helps with regards to

visiting your local showroom what

to expect as a whole process.

Now that was an overview obviously there was

a lot more elements that can't be included

in part of that but hopefully

that will just give you that quick insight

into what you should expect

from visiting your local showroom.
