We are supposed to live in peace.
However, there is always someone who's ambitious enough to take over the world with ideas that
is against the norms, rules, and cultures of current society.
This kind of person is evil because the main intention is to drive people away from facts,
reality, and kindness.
This kind of person only wants to take advantage over other people, and it is important to
detect and react accordingly.
Here is the signs that you are dealing with a person who has an evil heart.
#1 - Twisting facts
Evil people have naturally unique brain that will distort facts into something awful.
They will always try to do that because it is satisfying for them.
They also do not care about what others feel when they eventually change the facts.
They just care about themselves.
They also twist facts because they usually do something wrong, and they want to hide
it from others.
#2 - Misleading
They like to lie by giving false information.
However, that is not the only thing that they will do.
They also mislead others.
Typically, the victim will suffer, regret, and feel bad because they follow wrong direction.
Most of the victims are not aware of being mislead because people with evil heart will
do that strategically and carefully.
That way, they convince you to take the wrong path they have prepared for you.
#3 - Telling lies
Evil people do not want the truth.
They always try to figure out how to reversed information.
They obviously have their own purpose.
Typically, they try to save their faces from being looked as inferior, disabled, poor,
or stupid.
However, what they do actually make them suffer more in the long run.
#4 - Taking no responsibility
Evil people do not like taking responsibility.
They like to do things that they think will be great for their fame or popularity.
However, in the time of need, they will not be there helping others.
The next time, when things are taken care, they return just to show themselves so they
are noticed as part of that activity.
#5 - Never feeling bad
Everything they do is always right.
They really do not think that they have made mistake, and they won't take responsibility
out of it.
It really seems that they do not have empathy even a little.
They will do anything they like without considering the effects to other.
#6 - They keep the crucial information
This happens frequently to people who are evil.
They leave important information when they are asked about something.
The evil people believe that it is not a form of lie, and they keep doing this because it
can save them from being judged by others.
Meanwhile, hiding crucial information can make other suffer because they can be blamed
for not passing the information completely.
However, we all know that the one who hides it is the evil person.
#7 - Denying reality
Evil people are similar to toxic people in which they like to live in a world of illusion.
They want to have a world that suits them in all aspects.
Since they cannot do it, they will deny the true reality.
Well, that's some obvious signs that you are dealing with a person who has an evil heart.

Finka's Spear is pretty bad after all! The V308 is OK... Rainbow Six Siege - Duration: 13:42.
What's up guys, Rogue-9 here!
In my last Rainbow Six video, exploring the new guns for Operation Chimera, I made a somewhat
troubling discovery.
The in-game fire rate stats of Finka's Spear.308 and especially that of Lion's V308 did not
match the actual fire rates I uncovered in my testing.
With the Spear, the difference was moderate (around 730 RPM instead of 780) and I was
prepared to accept that maybe my measurement methods were not accurate enough.
But for the Vector, my tests suggested a fire rate of around 720-730 RPM while the in game
stat tells us that it's supposed to be 850 RPM!
And of course, the obvious question that came up then was: "If the in-game fire rate stats
are not accurate for the new guns, then what about the old ones?!"
For months now, large parts of my online gun stat spreadsheet have been based on the in-game
fire rate stats.
The damage per second (DPS) stats and following on from there the time to kill (TTK) stats
all hinge on the fire rate and the worst case scenario could be that I got all of that info
wrong!
So as promised, I have gone back and manually measured the fire rate of each automatic weapon
in the game and I have: "Good news everyone!"
In fact, I have two pieces of good news.
First of all, all of the in game stats for existing automatic weapons in Rainbow Six
Siege are accurate.
Pfew, so my beloved DPS stats are not a complete mess after all.
And the second bit of good news is that my measurement technique (which I doubted quite
significantly in my last video) turned out to actually be pretty damn accurate and I'm
somewhat proud of that.
For the existing guns, the average difference between the in-game stats and my measurement
were only 2 RPM for each gun.
For instance, for the FMG-9, I measured a fire rate of 803 RPM when the real number
is 800.
OK, massive drama has been avoided, so what I want to do in this video is quickly go over
my tests and how the results confirm the in-game stats and then go back and take another look
at the V308 and Spear .308.
Now that we can calculate their fire rates accurately and we know that the other stats
can be trusted, we can properly compare the effectiveness of the two new guns against
the competition and I have to say that this new knowledge was eye opening.
I may need to revise my opinion on Finka's Spear.
It's actually pretty bad but more on that later.
As always, a pinned comment below will allow you to jump straight to this part of the video
if you are not so much interested in my "quick maffs".
So first let me show you how I measured the fire rate and how accurate those measurements
turned out to be.
Many thanks to everyone who left ideas on how to measure the fire rate on the last video,
there were some great ideas in there.
It is worth noting here, that I measured the fire rate for each gun by firing them in full
auto mode.
Why is this important?
Well, there are some guns in the game where you can actually shoot the gun faster than
its nominal full auto fire rate, simply by clicking your fire button really fast.
Here is a quick clip of shark tomato demonstrating this feature… or should I maybe call it
a bug?!...
Phenomenon!
We'll go with phenomenon! …demonstrating this phenomenon on Frost's 9mm C1.
Emptying the mag on full auto takes 3.544 seconds and this gives us a calculated fire
rate of 575.62.
On the other hand, emptying the mag while clicking like a maniac, results in a much
higher fire rate of 709.57 in this case and this could potentially end up even higher
with a good clicking run.
Long story short, this phenomenon is not something I'm taking into account; I'm only looking
at the normal full auto fire rate.
And now over to my methodology and results: Here's what I ended up doing.
You will remember from the last video that I measured the ROF by firing a full mag, measuring
the time it took from the first shot to the last and then dividing that time by the number
of bullets fired.
That gives us the time per shot and if we then divide 60 by that time per shot, we get
the final result as number of rounds per minute.
There is one small issue with this method though and that is that the rate of fire then
varies depending on the number of shots fired.
"Why?" you may ask.
Well, the reason is that the first shot occurs as soon as you pull the trigger; it's instant
and that will slightly skew the average time per shot.
Let's look at a simple example: If we fire two shots from the 6P41, which
has a nominal fire rate of 680 RPM, the first shot occurs instantly and the second one is
fired around 88.235ms later.
This means that we were able to fire two shots in 88.235ms and using the calculations I set
out a minute ago, we end up with an actual, measured fire rate of 1360 RPM.
This is clearly not a very good representation of the gun's fire rate over a longer period
of time.
The more shots we fire in our timed burst, the less the first (instant) bullet will affect
the overall average.
For example, I timed 8.730s to shoot all 100 bullets of this machine gun and running through
the calculations now, brings us to an actual fire rate of 687 RPM, which is already much
closer to the 680 RPM reported in the in-game menu.
So the conclusion is that shooting longer bursts gives us more accurate results but
up until now, I could never be sure what I should do with that first, instant, shot,
since I only ever measured the fire rate for pistols & DMRs (where I had no in game reference)
or for the new guns (where the in-game stats were inaccurate).
Now that I have finally gone back to double check the other weapons, I have some reliable
reference values to adjust my calculation and the good news is that the change was really
simple.
The in-game rate of fire data simply takes out that first shot completely and calculates
the rate based on the interval between each remaining shot and so all I had to do to my
method is subtract one bullet from the number of shots fired in each burst.
If we do that for the example of the 6P41 we have 99 bullets fired in around 8.730s,
which gives us a per shot interval of 88.182ms; divide 60 by this interval and the end result
is 680.41 RPM and you know what, I'll take that.
Once this simple adjustment is made, our calculated fire rates become incredibly accurate.
My worst result was for Mira's Vector, where my three trials resulted in fire rates of
1180, 1196 and 1180 RPM instead of the nominal 1200 RPM used in game.
That's a deviation of only -1.65% and -0.32%, resulting in an average deviation of -1.21%.
And that was the worst result I had, overall my calculated values were only off by an average
of 0.44%!
Ok, I'm done with my maths bragging now.
The important part in all of this is that we can now go back and recalculate the rates
of fire for the V308 and Spear .308 with the tweaked method and what we end up with are
fire rates of between 703 & 708 RPM for both guns and thanks to Epi for his kind confirmation,
we now know that the rates of fire for each of these new guns is 700 RPM.
With this new found knowledge, we can now go ahead and examine each weapon's performance
and we can compare it to the other attacker rifles.
The baseline damage stats of 44 and 40 mean that we end up with DPS values of 513 for
the V308 and 467 for the Spear (this is of course at close range before any drop-off,
against level 1 armour ). At long range, those values are reduced to 292 for both guns.
The all-important question here now is: "How do these stats compare to the rest of the
attacker weapons?"
Looking at the assault rifles first, at close range the average DPS in this class is 540
and that means that both of the new guns are below average and in fact, the Spear's measly
467 DPS will put it almost at the very bottom of the class, with only Blackbeard's MK17
managing an even worse stat of 410.
In case you were wondering, the 3rd worst rifle here is Ash's G36 with 494 DPS.
At range, the rifle class will do an average of 313 DPS, which again places both of the
new guns below average but only just with Blackbeard, Zofia and Thermite all ending
up with lower damaging weapons even than the Spear.
So neither guns are great at dealing damage but especially the Spear seems significantly
underpowered at close range engagements up to 25m.
It is worth noting though, that because of the slightly earlier damage drop-off of Lion's
heavy vector, there is a distance bracket between 27 and 32m where the V308 is in fact
the worst performer in terms of the damage output and it's only from 33m and onwards
where the MK17 reclaims its rightful place at the absolute bottom of the pile.
Poor old nerfbeard, for some reason I feel a strong connection to him and I feel a bit
bad that he has to deal with such an appalling rifle.
He never deserved this.
He deserved a nerf or two… but not this.
Back to Finka and Lion and of course both of them have access to other weapons as well.
You can choose to bring a shotgun if you're into that kind of thing or as Lion, you can
bring a 417 DMR and as Finka the 6P41 machine gun.
Are these guns maybe better choices?
Well, the 417 can put out 518 DPS up to 25m which is basically the same as the V308's
513 DPS.
So no real reason to make the switch unless you anticipate fighting at 20m and above because
here, the 417 will start to provide an advantage with its damage output not bottoming out until
40m and only going down to a minimum of 338.
Keep in mind though that the average distance for kills in Rainbow Six tends to be below
10m so you might struggle to take full advantage of the 417's longer reach.
The bottom line here is that Lion's Vector 308 is a pretty good choice for him even with
the revised damage output.
For Finka though, the damage output of the 6P41 is vastly superior at most combat ranges,
starting at 533 DPS and not dropping below the Spear until a distance of 40m or more
where the 6P41 becomes surprisingly weak and only deals 285 DPS.
So in terms of raw damage output, the Spear is sadly one of the worst attacker rifles
you could choose BUT there is one last thing I want to discuss before wrapping this video
up.
The thing we always need to keep in mind is that in order to down an opponent, you only
need to deal 100 points of damage.
And that means that against level 1 & 2 armour opponents, almost all fully automatic attacker
weapons will need 3 shots to down or kill.
So all of the nuanced damage stats we see for the rifles (with max damage ranging from
38 for the Ash's G36 all the way up to 48 for Capitao's Para-308) is more or less
meaningless.
The only thing that count's is how quickly your gun can put out those necessary three
hits, so that's down to the fire rate and to a degree also the controllability.
And that means that against level 1 or 2 armour, the V308 and Spear have the exact same time
to down/kill of 171ms, which is only just slower than the 161ms average for rifles.
It's only against level three armour that the Spear will need 4 shots (even up close)
and because of the lacklustre fire rate will end up with the slowest time to down/kill
of all fully automatic rifles: 257ms As always, if you want to look over these
stats for yourself, you can find everything I have discussed today in my online spreadsheet,
link in the description.
In conclusion: In terms of raw damage output, the V308 is just below average but still a
good choice for Lion.
Finka's Spear .308 has a laughably bad damage output but can actually still perform just
as well as the heavy vector against level 1 and 2 armour due to having the exact same
fire rate and still needing just 3 shots to down/kill.
It's only against level 3 armour or when Rook plates come into play, that the Spear
starts to underperform significantly and because of that, you might be better off running the
6P41 LMG if you are comfortable enough with the recoil, reload time and all of the other
horrible attributes that the LMGs have in Rainbow Six Siege.

Now this weeks first story is about some of the most affordable pistols on the market.
Canik has done a very good job of infiltrating the US market and showing just how affordable
a GOOD pistol can be.
The TP9 line up is FULL of solid choices from the plain old TP9SA to the TP9SFX competition
gun.
Well now they've expanded that line up with 2 new guns.
First is the TP9SFT which is the "tactical" model with suppressor sights and a threaded
barrel.
The barrel is actually NOT threaded like most 9mm barrels and instead is threaded 13.5x1
left hand.
Silly Russians.
They've also just announced the new Mod 2 version of the TP9SA.
The only real changes that I could find were a slightly different slide profile, its flatter
on top now, AND the formerly ambidextrous decocker is now only on the left hand side
of the gun.
They've also updated the warren tactical sights that come standard.
Nothing too crazy as far as upgrades go BUT the fact remains, the value on this entire
line of pistols is outstanding.
The Mod 2 has an MSRP of 399 which means that's easily going to be about 350-375 at your dealer.
The tactical model is a little bit more at 519.99 which is less than most standard non
souped up 9mm pistols on the market right now.
The M&P9 2.0 has an MSRP of 599 for reference.

And in gundustry strugglebus news, American Outdoor brands, the holding company of Smith
and Wesson, Crimson Trace and Gemtech has announced in a report about their 3rd quarter
earnings, which ended on January 31st, that they were down almost 33 percent, or 76 million
dollars.
In the same report, CEO James Debney said "Our results for the third quarter reflected
a continuation of challenging market conditions in the consumer market for firearms."
AKA the market is down and we felt it.
You guys know if you watch every week that this is not a new trend.
In large part it actually seems to be leveling off across the industry or even on the up
since the country is facing a massive onslaught of gun control legislation but who knows how
long that will last.
In other strugglebus news, You guys know I like Daniel Defense and unfortunately they
were the victim of their own PR mistake recently when Marty Daniel, the owner, came out in
support of the Fix NICS bill.
We did an episode of The Legal Brief covering that bill and that will be linked in the video
description.
Within mere minutes of that statement being released people LIT THEM UP.
There are a lot of implications beyond the surface level on this particular bill which
I won't get into but the long and short of it is that Marty Daniel caught a TON of crap
about his statement and could have possibly permanently damaged the reputation of Daniel
Defense.
They did however release a follow up statement which is essentially an apology and retraction
of the initial statement.
In the follow-up, Daniel said "I released the original statement because I believed
it was the best option available at this time to hold back the continued attacks on the
Second Amendment and the erosion of our rights.
I was wrong."
That is a humble statement that I think was absolutely needed.
He went on to explain some of the potential problems that could arise and further define
where DD stands on the Second Amendment.
I genuinely think the first statement was made with good intentions.
I think Marty Daniel wants the same thing we all want, to be allowed to be free Americans
celebrating our freedom.
It's hard to say without knowing him personally if he was simply undereducated or misinformed
on Fix NICS but boy oh boy did you guys let them know how you felt about it.
What I want to know is how you feel now that they've released the follow up statement?
Do you forgive them as a brand or are you still willing to destroy your DD as an effigy?
Secondary question, do you think more gun companies should step up and open their mouths
about stopping gun control?
This time our Guntuber of the Week comes at things from a different perspective.
The entire namesake is based on the fact that 3 shot and 5 shot groups are just not enough
to determine accuracy for a given firearm.
Combining that with an easy to follow and genuinely entertaining presentation, I'm going
to call it now, these are going to people to watch in the next 12 months.

In Sig Sauer news, a swiss company called B&T just announced a new chassis for the Sig
P320.
They've taken the same concept as their Universal Service Weapon or USW and applied it to this
new chassis.
Essentially it is a full size frame for the Sig P320 with a folding stock attached.
I love the fact that this sort of product is becoming more commonplace.
We have the Roni chassis for Glocks, then the X01 for the 320 and now this.
All of which are heading in the direction of a multipurpose role for that serialized
fire control group.
I think that's pretty freaking cool.
I was unable to find pricing info at the time of writing this but we will update you guys
if I get a hold of that before this goes live.
The only thing to be concerned about is that this may turn your 320 into an SBR if you
use it.
I would think the ATF Tech branch would need to rule on that to be definitive but time
will tell.
And in more Sig news, they've just announced that they are shipping the US Made P210 Target.
For those of you that are unaware.
The German made P210 is one of the most highly sought after pistols in Sigs entire history.
They are incredible to shoot with the contoured grip and are ultra smooth operating.
It's quite possibly one of the best guns they've ever made.
The MSRP on the P210 Target is $1699.
Friendly Fire questions this week are coming from the gun collective facebook page.
Well if guns never existed the world would be COMPLETELY different.
But if I never got into guns, I would most likely be a musician, singer or drummer, OR
a pro gamer.
That's tough to say with it being so new.
I haven't really covered it here on TGC News because there's really not a lot of data available
yet.
It's a subsonic AK round that claims to have some serious power.
I haven't seen a single gun chambered in that caliber yet so as of right now that caliber
won't matter until that happens.
Price will also be a HUGE factor in it taking off.
I think the BEST possible way to get through to people is to listen to them.
Hear and understand their point of view before even bothering to open your mouth.
We can not pretend to move forward in a discussion until we understand the opinions of those
that oppose us.
From there, education is the key.
We make fun of people on social media every day for not knowing about guns.
Many of the people mocking the undereducated are also mocking their friends and call them
idiotic names like Libtard when trying to talk about guns.
Protip if you call someone a libtard, you've lost before you've started.
If we are truly going to progress forward and stop our rights being eroded we MUST respect
and educate our neighbors and friends.
Yelling, name calling, and personal insults will get us nowhere.
Here's an example on the hot topic of teachers carrying guns.
If someone says that they don't think teachers should be armed, simply say hey I don't think
that teachers should be forced to carry guns, BUT perhaps they should be given the choice
to do that.
Gun owners don't want to force anyone to do something they don't want to do.
That simple approach will help you take LEAPS forward in talking to people that might be
against us or maybe are on the fence.
STOMPING around and saying MOLON LABE will get you nowhere.

What Happens If You Use Your Feces as Fertilizer? - Duration: 6:07.
[♩INTRO]
To those of you who saw the Martian and walked away wondering if you could actually use astronaut
poop to help you grow potatoes on Mars, the answer is yes.
You can also use astronaut poop to grow things back on Earth.
Or...just any person.
And while that might sound a little gross, we humans have been using our own feces for
fertilizer for thousands of years.
And we're still doing it, through what are called biosolids — solids from wastewater
that have been processed to make them safer.
There are a lot of ecological benefits to using biosolids so some experts argue we should
be using more of them.
But questions about their safety remain, so researchers are still studying how to best
recycle our poop.
The danger with feces—be it cow or chicken or human—is that they can contain some nasty
pathogens.
That's because many microbes and parasites have evolved to spend their lives in other
critters' guts and move between hosts via the fecal-oral route.
Which is...I don't need to explain that, right?
If nothing is done to kill those off, then they can end up on any crops that use manure
for nourishment.
And that's a good way to start an E. coli or salmonella outbreak.
So if you want to safely use human poop as fertilizer, you first have to make sure that
disease-causing bacteria and parasites are dead.
The traditional way to do that is composting, which is when you let a massive heap of wet
waste from living things—you know, vegetable peels, chicken bones, or yes, even poop—just
sit around until it's broken down by bacteria, worms, and fungi.
Well, not just sit there - you have to mix it occasionally to aerate it so our decomposing
buddies can get the occasional influx of oxygen needed to continue breaking the stuff down.
That process generates a surprising amount of heat.
A compost pile can get up to around 71 degrees Celsius—which is enough to at least kill
off most of the pathogens, assuming you're doing it right.
Which means, in theory, you could make fertilizer from human poop on Mars, or just at home.
And yes, there are people that do this.
There are special toilets for it and everything.
But most people in the US leave biosolids production to sewage treatment plants.
Commercial biosolids produced from wastewater are regulated by the EPA.
Anything derived from human waste that's destined to be fertilizer must have a virtual
absence of pathogens, according to the agency's standards.
So these biosolids tend to undergo both biological treatments—similar to composting—and other
sterilization procedures, though there are several different methods used.
A 2017 study estimated that publicly owned sewage treatment centers produce about 7.2
million tons of biosolids every year, half of which makes its way onto farms.
That's a lot of processed poop.
But it's only about half of the total amount of solids that the facilities produce—the
rest remained as sewage sludge, which has to be disposed of through incineration or
in landfills.
And less than one percent of U.S. farms fertilize with them, so we could potentially ramp up
the use of biosolids by quite a lot.
The biggest reason to do this would be that biosolids are so green.
Instead of sewage ending up in waterways or landfills, it gets repurposed to resupply
depleted soil with nutrients.
Recycling for the win!
And pound for pound, biosolids are also generally cheaper to make than synthetic fertilizers.
Together, that means they could make the biggest difference in countries that
struggle with sanitation.
By composting human waste, countries could make cheap fertilizer and improve the health
of their citizens at the same time—a win-win.
But they'd also be pretty great in the US, or anywhere, really, because their disposal
is costly and harms the environment.
So by recycling, sewage treatment plants save money and help Mother Nature.
But while the upsides are clear, there are scientists and organizations that are wary
of the idea.
The issue isn't the gross factor—it's what else ends up down the drain, like pharmaceutical
compounds, cleaning agents, and heavy metals.
While biosolids are considered heavily regulated, those regulations don't cover absolutely
everything that could potentially harm us.
And studies have shown that such concerns aren't completely without merit.
A 2009 EPA survey found traces of pharmaceuticals, steroids, and flame retardants in various
treatment plants' biosolid samples.
And a 2012 study found that earthworms in biosolid-treated soil had taken in pharmaceuticals
and other stuff like disinfectants from antibacterial hand soaps.
But it's unknown if this actually harms the worms, or could harm us.
Even the lead researcher on the worm study called the risks 'speculative', while
the benefits of using biosolids were 'clear.'
There's also the risk that biosolids could promote superbugs: microbes that are resistant
to multiple or all known antibiotics.
Resistance is a concern whenever microbes are exposed to levels of antibiotics below
what kills them outright.
And that can happen with biosolids, because many of the antibiotics we take end up in
our urine and feces.
We know that resistant bacteria are found in sewage and sludge prior to the treatment
process to make biosolids—and sometimes, after, depending on the method used.
So it's possible that these bacteria or their genes could be spread when biosolids
are used or produced.
But some methods seem to be better at killing these bugs than others, so scientists need
more information about what works best and why.
That way, they can find ways to recycle our poop without contributing to the growing problem
of antibiotic resistance.
So, we just have to collect more.
Data - not poop.
We've got plenty of poop.
There are also efforts to find other safe uses for biosolids, like a coalition of agencies
in the San Francisco Bay area looking into using them to generate electricity.
Biosolids could be turned into biofuels, cutting down on our need for oil, or even be converted
into building materials for some seriously eco-friendly housing.
No plans in the works for Martian compost piles, yet, though.
I guess we're just going to have to wait for Elon Musk on that one.

Bruised And Broken Hillary Just Got WORST News Of Her Life After Falling On Her Face
Again!
Former presidential candidate Hillary Clinton can't seem to manage to stay on her toes
these days. But when it comes to attacking President Trump, and his family she can run
a marathon. And although she is currently on a worldwide speaking tour she still manages
to both attack and slip and fall.
The former Secretary of State and 2016 Presidential candidate seems to be having an extra hard
time during her visit to India. This time it seems that on top of making a spectacle
of herself just by trying to walk down a flight of stairs, she has also fallen while using
a bathtub and has been diagnosed with having a hairline fracture on her wrist.
There have been countless times in the past where Hillary has been reported to have taken
spills and falls. One, which is probably the most notorious being during at the 2016 9/11
memorial.
Although throughout the campaign she wouldn't admit it and the left stream media in our
country conspired, to keep the whatever is going on with her health a secret it's obvious
something is very wrong here. To the point that it's now been confirmed that the Democrat
Party was so worried, that they even thought about replacing her with Joe Biden or the
Socialist Bernie Sanders.
But since Democrats were so dead set on beating Donald Trump by telling us how bad our now
president would be, they forgot to look right under their noses to see their candidate isn't
right. It's not normal for a person to not be able to walk down a few steps, or take
a bath without needing someone there to help her. Especially at Hillary's age which by
today's standards isn't even close to old, just look at our President Donald J.
Trump.
Here is more about what went on behind the scenes during the 2016 presidential campaign

"From a physician:
I am in internist in a large metro area.
It is my job to make diagnoses often with just my eyes and nose and ears alone – this
is especially true in the geriatric community.
It is with great consternation that I have seen and read physician evaluations of Mrs.
Clinton in the news media. You should never make diagnoses like that without having the
patient right in front of you.
Furthermore – some of the videos that have been put forward to support these claims have
just been looney-tunes.
All that being said – I am deeply concerned about this video.
Mrs. Clinton clearly suffered a syncopal episode while getting into that van today. The "overheating"
excuse is just ridiculous – a normal healthy individual would never do that type of thing
in 80 degree weather unless they had just completed a marathon or something profoundly
strenuous. That just does not occur. That immediately puts the lie to the "overheated"
excuse that her campaign came up with.
Well you say – could it have been a fainting spell? Possible – but in my 30 years experience
as a physician, "fainting spells" or vasovagal episodes do not usually require 4 or 5 people
to throw someone in a van. Furthermore – in that type of event the person almost always
slinks straight down or backwards – NOT FORWARDS. Mrs. Clinton very clearly is going
forward.
I see the metal object in that video – I haven't a clue what that could be – nothing
in my experience as a physician looks quite like that – could it have been an inkpen?
Regardless – the far far more telling issue that you can clearly see in that video around
the time the metal is dropped is Mrs. Clinton's right foot. It was clearly being dragged along
the street with the anterior portion down on the concrete. I am certain this is how
the shoe came off. The comportment of this foot could only mean one thing – her brain
or her spinal cord was offline – if ever so fleeting – during that moment. Her right
foot was acutely flaccid. There are but a few things that can cause this type of issue:
BRAIN or Spinal Cord TRAUMA – no way this happened.
An overdose of powerful sedatives or general anesthesia – again – this seems to not
be the case.
A seizure – not likely – this type of thing usually occurs in the post-ictal phase
after a tonic-clonic seizure – and people who are having this type of thing – DO NOT
WALK TO A VAN.
A Stroke or TIA – It is possible but not likely – given her interview on the street
just an hour later. It would have had to have been a very very fast TIA or transient ischemic
attack to recover this quickly – the recovery on this is usually hours or days.
The most likely diagnosis – in my mind – an acute cardiac arrhythmia – either ventricular
tachycardia, or more likely atrial fibrillation with a rapid ventricular response. A FIB with
RVR is very very commonly associated with people feeling flushed or overheated – for
quite extended periods of time – dizziness, and nausea are also possible. When they exert
themselves – it is not unusual at all for them to have complete syncope like she appeared
to do today. If not afib with RVR – it is possible there could have been some other
supraventricular tachycardia – there are several different types.
(A side note – this is NOT without precedent in modern American presidential history, – If
you will recall the incident where George H W Bush stood up and vomited all over the
Prime Minister of Japan at a state dinner. That incident was precipitated by exactly
this – AFIB with RVR.)
Why am I gravely concerned about this diagnosis?
In my experience as a physician – this can happen at any time, – however – it typically
and often happens at times of great stress. Cardiac arrhthymias can be very easy to control
– or very difficult to control. However – this has often meant "retirement"
for my business executive patients down the years – the syncopal events can simply happen
at very inopportune times, and cause all kinds of havoc for the person and his/her company.
This is NOT the type of thing that I would want my President to have during a very stressful
time.
My fear is that it is fully known what is wrong with her – and this is being hidden
from the American public.
By the way – the diagnosis of "pneumonia" being put forth by her physician – Dr. Bardack
– is just simply imbecile. A patient who would have this kind of event with pneumonia
– would NOT be up and walking around an hour later. If this type of thing happens
during pneumonia or any other infection, the patient is almost always suffering from sepsis
– and not up and walking. Again – this is imbecile. Third year medical students know
better than this.
By the way – as an internist – I have been very very concerned about the reporting
of the physicians covering Trump and Clinton. There is something clearly mentally wrong
with Trump's personal physician. I am not sure what is wrong with that guy – but something
clearly ails him. The scrutiny there was deserved and as of yet has not been answered even remotely
by the Trump campaign. For the life of me – I do not know why there has not been equal
attention on Dr. Bardack – Mrs. Clinton's physician. It has been known for a few weeks
to internists in America connected to social media THAT Dr. BARDACK IS NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED
by the American Board of Internal Medicine. If you look at the website for the American
Board of Internal Medicine – and look her up – abim.org – you will find that SHE
IS NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED. Why would Mrs. Clinton release a medical statement from a non-Board
Certified physician? I have been puzzled by the fact that the national press has made
such a deal about the failings of Trump's physician, but chirping crickets about the
obvious board issues with Dr. Bardack. Any ideas about that?"

To enable connecting to different service providers over EoMPLS, WAN MACsec supports
802.1Q tag in the clear, which helps connect to remote sites over public E-LINE or E-LAN
services without disrupting the service provider network.
The 802.1Q tag in clear opens a multitude of design options for securing complex networks.
Unique to the Cisco WAN MACsec solution is the ability for EAPoL frames to seamlessly
navigate across a diverse service provider network.
This configurable option ensures that the service provider transmits the EAPoL frames
instead of using them.
This is the solution that fits your needs to securely connect all your remote sites.
When you use a service provider network to exchange data between networks, it is important
that you encrypt the data in transit to prevent tampering.
As you see in the workflow, the traffic between CE1-and CE2 routers is encrypted.
The PE routers in the network ensure that the data reaches its intended destination.
Even if these remote sites are supported by a non-MACsec-enabled router, WAN MACsec can
still be used to encrypt network traffic.
The Cisco WAN MACsec solution provides the capability to support MACsec-enabled and non-MACsec-enabled
routers in the same environment, leading to seamless migration.
WAN MACsec can be easily configured on an interface in a snap.
Let us see how to do it.
All you need to do is specify a keychain name, associate the keychain to the interface for
MKA, and then enable MACsec on the interface.
As you see in this example, we have configured a key chain named "mka-keychain" with keys.
The mka-keychain is associated with a pre-shared key on the interface and then MACsec is enabled
on the interface.
For EAPoL frames to navigate seamlessly across the service provider network, just modify
the destination address and Ethernet type for the EAPoL frame.
That's it!
The WAN MACsec configuration is complete.
Now MKA starts negotiating the session and programs the MACsec hardware, and all the
data is encrypted.
After configuring WAN MACsec, use the show mka session command to verify that the configuration
was successful.
As you can see from the show command output, the interface on which the MKA session is
active and secured, confirming that the configuration is successful.
That's how simple configuring WAN MACsec on an interface is!

#1 - Twisting facts
Evil people have naturally unique brain that will distort facts into something awful.
They will always try to do that because it is satisfying for them.
They also do not care about what others feel when they eventually change the facts.
They just care about themselves.
They also twist facts because they usually do something wrong, and they want to hide

#2 - Misleading
They like to lie by giving false information.

They really do not think that they have made mistake, and they won't take responsibility

This happens frequently to people who are evil.
They leave important information when they are asked about something.
The evil people believe that it is not a form of lie, and they keep doing this because it
can save them from being judged by others.
Meanwhile, hiding crucial information can make other suffer because they can be blamed
for not passing the information completely.
However, we all know that the one who hides it is the evil person.
#7 - Denying reality
Evil people are similar to toxic people in which they like to live in a world of illusion.
They want to have a world that suits them in all aspects.

matters right. Hoping for a future without investing in today. That's like a
farmer hoping for a harvest and never planting any seeds. It doesn't make much
sense. So, if not now then when? The third question is this and this is the big one.
If you're taking notes jot this down. If not you then who? Who's gonna do it. Let
me teach you something that my mentor when I was 18 taught me. He

off your couch and tell you to stop eating Cheetos at midnight watching

gonna save your family. No one's gonna save you from your destiny that's

- Today I want to share a tool that helps guide my life.
It's allowed me to grow my business in a sustainable way,
strengthen my health, and improve my relationships.
It's called Intention Setting.
Our thoughts and actions play a big role
in creating our reality.
Well intentions are like the conscious
and unconscious motivations behind our actions.
They're the catalysts that creates a chain reaction
of events that lead to your desired outcome.
Here's an example.
So, sometimes I get a little social anxiety.
I don't always love going to big parties
or networking events.
So recently I was invited to a fancy,
like really fancy gala.
And I knew I would need to prepare myself
because I didn't want to feel nervous or uncomfortable.
Because when I'm nervous and uncomfortable,
I might talk too much or mm mm mm, or laugh too much.
Or, you know, be creepy, I don't know.
Whew, (laughs) so on my way to the event,
I took a few moments to get grounded.
I set the intention to connect from the heart
and just be myself.
To listen, be present,
and give my full attention to people with no agenda.
Not because I wanted people to like me,
or to feel like I belonged, but because I wanted to relax
and just have nourishing conversations.
Well guess what happened.
So, not only did I have a total blast,
with zero anxiety, I connected with so many amazing
and inspiring people.
And I even reconnected with two old friends
I hadn't seen in years and who I deeply missed.
That's how the universe works.
Positive intentions will show you
the best and healthiest choice for you.
From better communication, to helping you choose
the best doctor, or even clarify your priorities.
You can even use them to help you get through disagreements.
So for example, if your intention is to bring light
to the painful situation,
so that you can heal and return to love,
well, you'll lead the conversation in a healthy way.
But if your intention is to be right,
and make the other person feel bad,
well you'll talk to them in a very different
and not so loving way.
Either way, your intention will help create
your desired outcome.
So get clear on how you want to show up for your life.
And how your thoughts and choices guide your reality.
Before any situation or big decision,
take a moment to ground yourself.
Then set heart-guided intentions before you take action.
The more you do, the more you'll consciously
co-create with life.
And if you've never read the book the Seat of the Soul,
by Gary Zukav, I highly recommend adding it to your list.
Gary is a master of intention.
I reread this book once a year and I always learn new ways
to create more meaning in my life.

you go hire all the experts, and we're going to launder all of this through a law firm,'"
he continued.
"I am also interested in sharing some memory tricks with folks at the DNC because no one

So you've got two issues, a memory issue and then the lack of transparency by laundering
money through a law firm," Gowdy concluded.

My name is Peter Strong and I'm a professional mindfulness therapist and I offer online therapy
for many conditions including insomnia.

Mindfulness is extremely effective for overcoming those processes of reactive thinking that
tend to feed insomnia and sleep anxiety.
We need to change the way that we relate to thoughts in the mind.
Typically people react with aversion and avoidance: they try to get rid of those thoughts, they
tried to avoid them, they try to think of something other than the thoughts that are
arising in the mind.
But this process of aversion and avoidance simply feeds those patterns of reactive thinking.
We need to change our relationship to the thoughts that arise when trying to go to sleep
from one of avoidance and aversion to one of friendliness.
This is a key quality of mindfulness.
We need to develop a friendly and open and inviting relationship to those thoughts themselves.
So, when we lie in bed trying to go to sleep, instead of developing more and more agitation
and struggle, we learn instead to welcome those thoughts that arise.
But, we don't dwell on them, we don't become captivated by them.
We don't try to argue with those thoughts.
We don't become involved with them.
Instead we see the thoughts as objects or visitors that come into the mind and we treat
them instead, like a good host, with friendliness and openness and kindness and respect, but
also maintaining our equanimity or maintaining our balance in relationship to those thoughts.
This is critical.
So when we learn to develop a friendly and open relationship with thoughts, then we stop
creating more agitation and more struggle and this than makes the sleep response much
more likely to take effect.
A very common strategy that that I teach, a mindfulness strategy for insomnia, is after
greeting the thoughts as they arise, we place them on the floor beside the bed.
Literally learning to move them to a different position, moving them from being in our head
to being outside of the body and on the floor.
And moving them can have a tremendous effect and reducing agitation.
The real issue is that we have too many thoughts and too small a space.
This lack of space creates stress and agitation.
When you move the thoughts and create more space in this way you actually create a much
more relaxed state of mind, and this again facilitates the sleep response.

camera angles so every time I go into the those covers they found like in a
narrow corridor and they have a nice line of sight then it's okay but once I
start turning those corners and it gets like little convoluted the camera just

fight the personas in this room so what I'm gonna do is spend a day or two
levelling up getting my guys into the gear and you know hopefully you'll be
