Hello friends welcome to Nalini Ki Rasoi
Today I am going to make one more dessert
The name of the recipe is Sizzling Brownie With Ice Cream

Let's get started and see the ingredients
50 grams all purpose flour
50 grams of melted butter
50 grams of grounded sugar
50 grams of coco powder
2 tablespoons of curd
50 ml of hot water
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 bowl of cashew nuts and walnuts
To start with take in a bowl melted butter, grounded sugar, yogurt, baking powder,
Vanilla essence, hot water and mix well
In another bowl take coco powder and all purpose flour and sieve
Mix coco powder and all purpose flour with the prepared mixture
Mix it well and make sure there are no lumps
The consistency of the batter should be should be such that mixture can pour easily
Put nuts in it and the batter will be ready to bake
Next grease the mould
And put butter paper on it and grease it too
Pour the batter in the mould
Put the mould in preheated cooker with stand and salt already put inside
Bake this for 30 to 40 minutes on medium flame
Next remove the gasket and the whistle from the lid and close it
Once brownie is baked remove it
Next heat the sizzler pan
And place a square piece of brownie on the pan
When extremely hot keep on the wooden tray
There after place scoop of vanilla ice cream
And pour chocolate syrup over it
Piping hot delicious Sizzling Brownie is ready to serve
Let's get started and see the ingredients
500 ml whole cream milk
5 eggs
70 grams of sugar
1/2 bowl of walnuts
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence
And water
To start with boil the milk
Put little water in a pan
So that the milk does not get burnt
Boil the milk till its quantity reduces to half
Once milk quantity comes down to half let the milk cool down
Next start the caramelization process
Put sugar and water in a pan
Cook it on a medium flame until it is brown and caramelized
Once caramelized put it in the mould
And spread it well
Next take eggs and sugar in a bowl
And whisk until sugar is dissolved
Next add boiled milk and vanilla essence
Sieve the mixture so that the strands of egg whites are removed
Add walnuts and pour the batter in the mould
Next keep the mould it in a stemar
And steam it for 30 to 40 minutes on a medium flame
Pudding is ready to serve!
Let's get started and see the ingredients
1/2 kg mutton keema
1 small onion very finely chopped
1 inch ginger chopped finely
8 garlic buds chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds powder
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
Salt to taste
1 teaspoons crush black pepper
1 teaspoons of cumin seeds
2 green chilli chopped finely
Few mint leaves chopped finely
For gravy we need 2 medium onion chopped finely
1 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
Puree of 1 tomato
1 tablespoon of curd
1/2 teaspoon of garam masala
1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon of turmeric
1 teaspoon of coriander seeds powder
Few coriander leaves chopped finely
Oil
And water
To start with will put in a bowl mince meat, onion, garlic, ginger,
Pepper, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,cumin seeds, coriander seeds powder,
Green chilli, mint leaves, garam masala and mix well
And make a dough Start making small balls of this
Approximately we can make 24 to 25 balls out of it
Like this we will prepare all the balls
These meatballs are ready to cook
Next grease the bottom of the cooker so that it does not stick to the bottom
Put all the balls one by one and cover the cooker and cook it until three whistle
Meatballs are cooked wel, remove it
Half am going to keep as a starter
Andrest half I am going to make with gravy as a main course
For that will put oil in a pan
Put onions and saute until golden brown
Next put ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes
Put tomato puree and cook it for 5 minutes
Put salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,coriander powder,
Garam masala and mix well
Add curd and mix it and cook it for 5 minutes
Add 1 glass of water and cook it until it boils well
Next add meatballs and cook it for 10 minutes
Next put fresh coriander leaves
Piping hot delicious Mutton Kofta Curry is ready to serve

I'm always happy when I'm able to come back to Italy, especially Milan,
and when I go to San Siro to watch my team.
He deserved recognition because the San Siro faithful
were lucky enough to watch him play and share in his Ballon d'Or success.
Back then it was awarded to the most deserving player.
I think he was the best player in the world at that time.
He won the World Cup with Germany
but he hadn't claimed major honours with his club side.
He was a player who left his mark every time he played.
You could only win the Ballon d'Or with a great team
because you can't win the award without claiming silverware.
In that period, I didn't only play for Inter
but also Germany, who won the World Cup.
Those teams really helped me out a lot.
We got good results and that's why the Ballon d'Or wasn't only for me,
it was a trophy for the team as a whole.
It was also for my team-mates, the guys who helped me
to lift the Ballon d'Or at San Siro in 1990.
Before we talk about the final, we should mention the great games we played
to even get there in the first place.
We played against Partizan Belgrade, Aston Villa and Rapid Vienna in the first round.
We lost the first leg in Vienna and went to extra time here in Italy.
They were always very tight matches - we didn't win 4-0 or 5-0.
We lost 2-0 away to Aston Villa and won 3-0 at home.
As I said earlier on, it came down to mentality.
That side had an outstanding mentality.
Then in the final we beat Roma 2-0 at home.
We made some mistakes in the second leg in terms of our tactics
because we defended really deep.
Roma had lots of chances to score a second, third or fourth goal
but Lady Luck was on our side.
We didn't play well in Rome but we won the UEFA Cup in the end
and that was very important. A first international trophy in 30 years.
Inter had waited a long time for that trophy
and we put silverware back on the mantlepiece.
This isn't only my view - everyone that played with Lothar at Inter agrees.
He, more than anyone else, took us to another level.
Inter have a long history with some great players:
the likes of Beccalossi, a great player and some top goalkeepers and midfielders.
There were 12 of us here tonight but over the course of the club's history,
Inter have had at least 100 great players.
It's definitely nice to win this award but what was even nicer
was the fact that I was here tonight, part of this big family,
among friends and former team-mates.
That was a lot nicer than winning the trophy.
I'm obviously pleased to have won the award but, as I've said,
I won it because I played in a good side.
I won trophies with the team,
which is why I still have a place in the fans' hearts to this day.
Inter have a place in my heart too.
I'm a foreigner. I was born in Germany and played there for many years.
However, the four years I spent at Inter were the happiest of my career.

There is only one problem, the powerful attacking midfielder who helped guide the Black Eagles
to the league title last term is on loan from Benfica.
Talisca is into his second season on loan with the Istanbul giants.

Hello! My name is Elena Bazhenova.
I am glad to welcome you at my kitchen!
Today we will cook Garlic-cheese potatoes.
The potato turns out so tasty, that does not leave indifferent anybody.
The recipe is very, very easy.
For the recipe, we take: 5 large potatoes boiled in their skins,
100g butter, 3 large cloves garlic, 1 tbsp sour cream, 5 tbsps grated Parmesan,
parsley or dill and salt to taste.
Take the boiled potatoes.
I have old potatoes, so it must be peeled.
New potatoes can be used together with a skins.
Cut each potato lengthwise in half.
Place it on a baking pan, layed with parchment paper.
If the potatoes lie not evenly, then you can cut its bottom slightly.
Align.
The last potato.
Now make the garlic sauce.
Into a large bowl, grate the cheese finely.
Crush the garlic using a garlic press.
Add the sour cream.
Chop the greens finely.
Add the melted butter.
Mix with a fork.
Salt a little the potatoes.
Top with the garlic sauce.
I do not even know what it is: sauce or filling.
Bake in a preheated to 200`C/390`F oven.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes. (Baking time will vary depending on the size and type of the used potato). Take out the potatoes from the oven.
I used the top heating, so the potatoes turned out so ruddy on top.
You can see on the potatoes where there was a top heating.
If you use only the bottom heating, then the potatoes will turn out to be so light.
Also beautiful and no less tasty.
Hot potatoes can be served immediately to the table.
This recipe is convenient because you can boil potatoes and make the sauce in advance.
And you can bake garlic potatoes immediately before serving.

It's going to be tomatoes, almonds, butter and some cheese.
The ingredients from a cart is so good and it's quite easy to just open it up, add some
seasoning and the quality will be awesome - I promise you.
Is there any benefit from cooking with something that's coming out of a carton as opposed to
a tin when you're at the stove and you're pouring things out of it?
For me, the benefits are the easy opening and also when you're done, it's so easy to
dispose of.
Some people think it tastes better and it's all about feelings.
For me, back home is Sweden, we always use cartons.

while i was watching YouTube
i saw this paper art making video
it looked so cute and fun
there was nothing difficult but the result was cute
maybe it looked cute cause that YouTuber was good at making
but anyway i wanted to try myself so i brought the materials
the design of the sketch is...

and made the designs according to the sketch

so what i'm going to make today is
my favorite lovelive's nozomi
gonna make her into a paper art
then let's prepare the materials
i'm a bit worried cause the materials are so small
so it looks hard to handle
i think i should glue them on here
if i don't do that they won't gonna be fixed

so i tried making
i wanted to make it as this size (when it's complete)
it's the size of my palm
it looks cute when it's finished
but i think it would have been more fun and easy if i had made with bigger pieces
