Your Worst Enemy - Duration: 3:52.

If i ask you to list down all the miseries of your life, all the problems that you constantly

encounter, regardless of its nature, its one way or another connected to your ego.

Just remember all the times you feel angry, jealous, sad, if you dig deep into every single

of these emotions, you will get to the same root, which is your ego!

If you feel you are treated unfairly, if you are doubtful of yourself, pretty much everything

is a consequence of your ego!

Ego is this fundamental problem that exists within each and every single of us that causes

most of the miseries that we experience throughout our life, thats why Your Ego is your worst

enemy!

So lets try to find out how you can defeat your worst enemy!

But Before that, lets understand What is Ego in the first place!

When we think about ego, we imagine an arrogant and selfish person who cares about nothing

but himself, thats why we call them egoistic.

Although that has something to do with ego, its actually much deeper than that.

Regardless in what stage of life are you, weather you are an aspiring entrepreneur who

is trying to build his business empire, or a business tycoon who has achieved the heights

of power, or you are simply recovering from a miserable failure you have recently been

in, Ego is always there to distract and delude you by drawing a completely different image

about yourself and life in general, thats far away from the reality.

After making your frist million or signing your first deal, your ego misleads you into

thinking that you have achieved the heights of power or mastery.

But what we need to acknowledge is that, absolute master is unattainable goal, the world is

moving forward and the changes are happening continuously.

Thus if you want to stay on the top, you need certain level of humility to show up everyday

and keep hustling.

Because ego is that type of emotion that will make you feel that you are on the shoulder

of giant and the rest of the world is simply beneath your feet.

Its what drugs most people into the comfort zone that slowly pushes them back to where

they started in the beginning.

Even at that point when you certainly failed, your ego will find someone or something to

blame so that you keep feeling that you are this perfect human being!

The idea that we need to spend 10 or 20 thousand hours to achieve the level of mastery is simply

a way to illustrate to us the amount of work that we need to dedicate in that work.

There is only 24 hours in a single day, so 10 thousand hours looks like this huge and

extremely difficult task to achieve.

The number of hours, success requires is simply infinite, there isn't such a point in life

where you can get into the comfort zone while still being on the top.

But thats really difficult to realize or accept when your ego is already in charge!

Of course its impossible to completely get rid of your ego because it is simply part

of you, and thats not the point of this video, but what you can do is to realize how it can

deceive you so that you take control over it to prevent that.

Cultivate a sense of humility, diligence and self awareness that will keep your ego in

check.

Don't try to fake it till you make it, don't act as if you are already on the top of the

world, this journey to the top of the world is what makes this life interesting and worth

living.

In short, always maintain the mindset of a student, who always tries to learn and improve.

That approach to life will keep your ego in control and keeps you away from all miseries

that ego causes.

and now its your turn, what do you think?

How do you keep your ego in control?

Lets me know in the comments below!

And as always, hit that like button if you have enjoyed this

video and if you don't want to miss the next video, then hit that subscribe button

The Long Term Development Of Tennis Technique - Duration: 10:05.

- [Tomaz] The body is very complex.

- [Colin] Okay.

We have a lot of joints here in the arm.

We have three joints.

All these three joints move.

How many options are there to move the racket incorrectly?

- Many.

- Infinitely. You see. - Infinitely. Yeah.

- That's true. - Now?

- Even more infinitely!

- Then how are you going to find

among this infinite amount of choices

- There's only one.

- The right one.

It's not just one but basically

something must be in place very stable, very repeatable.

These movements are not repeatable.

How are you-- you understand?

But you need a consistent swing that is

more or less the same

because more or less the same swing

will going to give you more or less the same ball.

- Okay.

- You understand? - That's true.

- So now we need to find a way.

How do we put the body in these positions

so that we find this swing?

- Okay.

- Okay. So now we do have one advantage.

That's why I still have a job, right.

We have one advantage

if we use it as a coach or as a player.

And that is

feel.

- Feel. Okay.

- Feel and biomechanics.

Now biomechanics is sometimes a big scary word, right?

What does that mean?

It's biological mechanics.

You're an engineer you understand.

- [Colin] ... joints and muscles.

- [Tomaz] That's right. So you must look at your body

like an engineer.

And you look at it more through bones, through skeleton,

not through muscles.

All right? - [Colin] Yeah.

- So you're thinking, how would my body move without muscles?

Like just the skeleton?

How would it naturally move?

How would the joints naturally move

with no muscles or minimal muscles

just that everything is holding together, right?

- Yeah.

- So you see here's my arm.

You think, how is the shoulder joint built,

and how would the shoulder like to move?

- [Colin] Without muscles.

- [Tomaz] Yes.

We only create rotations and swings.

- I don't know.

- Like this - Just like this.

- Yeah, but, what is--? Sorry, I'm seeing--

I'm always imagining the skeleton just dropping

like the entire (mumbles)

- Imagine the skeleton is standing.

There's a minimum amount of muscles and ligaments--

- [Colin] Okay, minimum. Okay, okay, okay.

- It's standing there.

Now what we can do is we can

rotate the pelvis of the skeleton

and we let the arm swing.

- Okay.

- Okay? So the arm would like to go like this.

The arm would love to go like this.

There's no muscle.

The arm would like to go like this.

- Just hit the ball like that.

- So now we introduce rotation.

I just hold the skeleton by the pelvis

and I rotate the pelvis of the skeleton

while the arm is dangling.

So the arm is going to start to make a certain shape.

- Shape. Yeah.

- Yeah. Like this.

So that is biomechanics.

I'm working just with the mechanical structure

of the body, right?

- Yeah.

- And so,

if I get my tennis technique as close as possible

to the natural biomechanical movements of the body,

I will struggle the least.

- Okay, I see.

- I won't fight my body's natural--

I won't fight physics. It's physics.

I won't fight momentums.

I won't fight gravity.

You understand? - I use it.

- I use it. - And make my life easier.

- Yes, I amplify it. - Okay.

- You understand? - I do.

- So tennis technique must be based on biomechanics

to function repeatedly, effortlessly

because look, is this movement repeatable?

- Yeah. All the time.

- Of course, because it just, one screw here.

And I don't use other things and I don't use muscles

so I go like this.

- But do you think professional tennis players

have a better, natural understanding of biomechanics?

- No, they were trained.

- As well?

- Since they were six.

They were trained. Yes, they might be more talented.

They have higher sense of--

- Hand-eye coordination.

- Feel. - Feel.

- They feel better.

They have a more refined feel.

For when it's right.

Because we cannot teach in English to such high level.

- No.

- You understand.

- You just have to watch--

- So they can reach higher level

because they sense that this, when they make a stroke

and it feels like this and then they make another stroke

and they feel a small difference

they feel that this's one's better.

The difference is minute.

But because they have very high level of feel

that means they're talented.

- Yeah. It is born-- - It is talent, yeah.

- It is something born but we try

to increase it through training.

Then they feel the small difference and it's better.

- So it's the way they strike the ball.

That's the difference.

- It's the way, how they move their body.

They swing. How they swing.

How they transfer energy to the ball.

Or how they transfer energy from the racket to the ball.

They feel how to do it through their body.

- Better than?

- Better than someone ranked 1000.

- And better than a person who is not involved in sports.

- That is true. Much better.

- So they feel a higher level.

An analogy would be, let's say, a blind person.

They can read with fingers.

Braille. You cannot.

Because you don't feel the dots.

But if you practice long enough, you will feel.

If you lose sight, you're gonna practice,

you will start to feel.

Which means at the moment,

your sense of feel is not high enough.

You understand? - Yeah, I understand.

- You don't feel. They feel.

Their sense of touch

is a very, very high level, you know?

You understand what I mean? - I understand.

- Now, apply this to the whole body.

- Okay.

- Apply this to the whole body.

How well do you feel the hips?

How well do you feel the shoulders?

How well do you feel the connection

through the core from hips to shoulders?

How well do you feel the shoulder?

How well do you feel the hand, the wrist, and so on?

So through years of training,

we develop this feel in players.

Not in English. (Colin laughs)

- Through playing and--

- Through drills, through exercises.

Throwing medicine balls, pulling rubber bands,

doing million exercises,

hitting the ball with the ball.

You name it, man, we are just thinking

how to stimulate the brain so that it's adapting to feel.

- Okay. - Okay?

- Okay. - So that's how you develop.

That's why they're better than you.

Because they are doing this since they were six or seven.

You understand?

Or even if you're involved in different sports.

If they play table tennis,

they have very refined feel for the ball.

Then they play badminton, it's a different feel.

Then they play squash, they have a different feel.

Now their brain is very

smart or very

able to adapt to different speeds, different balls.

They know the force, this force, that force.

You understand?

- They're very, they adjust very quickly.

- Yes. So they can adjust if they return a 200 serve,

they know how much to push the ball.

If the ball is slow, they know how much to hit the ball.

Because they have so much practice with adapting

to different force, weight, ball, speed, and so on.

You understand?

They have, let's say, high level of adaptability.

Very high, very refined, very precise.

It's why they can control the ball so their ball--

- Extremely, extremely refined dial with lots of...

- That's right. - ...very small intervals.

- That's right. That's why-- how many times do you see a pro

hit the stroke in good conditions and miss by three meters?

- Never? - Never. Unless it's like-

- Because they are so refined, so they miss by half a meter,

20 centimeters, by one meter.

So there it means they missed by one degree.

Maybe the height. Do you understand?

And this one degree mistake, will make the ball go long.

But by a little bit. If it's wide, it's a little bit wide.

Because they are so refined. - Right.

Because they've been developing that.

- Skill. - Yes. Skill. Abilities.

Is Klopp about to unleash forgotten £10m-rated Liverpool man after potential blow? ● News Now ● #LFC - Duration: 1:51.

Will Liverpool boss bring back Nathaniel Clyne if Joe Gomez is ruled out for the Man City

games?

Liverpool fans have been rocked by Joe Gomez's injury.

The 20-year-old right-back suffered an ankle injury within 10 minutes of England's friendly

win over the Netherlands on Friday.

Jurgen Klopp would have wanted to see all his players return from the international

break healthy, with a Champions League tie with Manchester City on the horizon.

But if Gomez is ruled out for it, it could and probably should open the door for Nathaniel

Clyne to make his long-awaited comeback.

The former Southampton man has missed the entire season with a back injury but returned

to full training last month.

It seems only a matter of time before Klopp starts using him again, and now he could have

the perfect excuse.

Trent Alexander-Arnold is a promising player, but do Liverpool fans really want to see him

against someone of Leroy Sane's menace for 180 minutes?

The German winger has been one of the best players in the Premier League this season

and surely Clyne is a much better option to combat the Man City ace.

Klopp's side go to Crystal Palace on Saturday in what is their last game before the first

leg,

and maybe the German manager should bring Clyne back in preparation for the visit of

City four days later.

2 MONTHS AWAY FROM YOUTUBE : Why ? (EN Sub) - Duration: 10:31.

Oooowl (I use that to say hello !)

I packed my first crate 2 monts ago

And there we are today with what seems to be a very under control moving.

That's not the case.

I don't know if it's the thirties crisis but the year 2017 has been particularly painful for me.

It was not so easy to figure out, especially around the end but it was because I had already taken the decision to change everything in 2018 !

Indeed, I took some quiet radical decisions

Which I probably will not regret but that are not necessary easy to take.

First big decision, I cut my hair.

And second big decision, I left Brussels and my appartment because third big decision

I have moved

to Australia !

Yeah I know, it's not very obvious like that.

Omg ! An Australian Fridge !

Look ! An Australian door !

An Australian magnet

The place seems quiet but walls are as thin as paper.

Therefore I'll find another place to tell you more about my big changes in 2018.

In the next sequence, filmed 3 weeks later during 20 minutes, the microphone was not properly plugged. I let you see and hear how bad the sound was but I shot the whole sequence again 3 or 4 weeks later.

We totally agree that the sound was completely awful !

Before to go I was wondering what was the exact difference between living abroad and travelling for a long time.

How long should one stays at the same place to get the right to say « I'm living here » (without talking about administrative points).

Well my cutie patooties, I think that I found a part of the answer (that's pretty obvious actually) :

The most important aspects when one travels are the discovery and the scenery. People are travelling to live a kind of break away from their daily lives.

Some explore a lot and some other let the epicurean monster who's living inside them take the control for a couple of weeks.

And more besides grant themselves (omg this sentence)

And more besides grant themselves…

And more besides grant themselves the luxury to do absolutely nothing.

When you live abroad, your priorities are else.

It's not about live something different and then go back home anymore.

It's about bringing out everything to make your new place feel like home.

And it's that, precisely, that prevented me to put new videos online these last weeks..

These 7 or 8 last weeks…. Sorry.

She abandoned her channel for 2 months and she found the perfect excuse for that.

Yes.

In reality, I was a way too busy settling in and developing new habits to build my new life here.

Even though I'm not going to stay here for 6 years (actually we don't know yet), I live here.

Please note that I'm currently in Kuala Lumpur, but talking about Sydney. I think that you got that point so let's assume that you're clever enough and go on.

In fact, imagine that it looks me almost 2 weeks to understand and even believe that Sydney does really exist.

For me it was a city from books, movies and stories. At the beginning I had the feeling that I was on another planet where all humans were deported after a huge apocalypse!

People were driving on the left, ate poached eggs for breakfast, it was sunny all the time, Short, only things that I was not used to !

What was the keystone of the construction of my new life here really was meeting new friends.

And even if many of them left already, I'm really going to continue along this path because relationships are what anchors the most.

I just need to buy a gym membership, and everything will be right.

Or not.

In a bit more than ten days, I'll be back in Sydney and I swear that I can't wait.

I'm actually thinking about it every day !

Some people told me about the different adaptation stages when it comes to live abroad

But I'm really lost ! I have the feeling that I'm living 10 distinct steps at the same time.

Like I already lived my honeymoon, I already found some weaknesses in the city, but I still love Sydney anyway.

Of course some points are running wrong like the fact that it's so difficult to find pralines for example.

To summarize why I didn't post any videos here for more than 2 months :

With my English lessons, my social life and my practical life, I merely have seen a kangaroo so let's not talk about koalas.

I'm even not that certain that they really exist !

But with all of this you still don't know why I left !

Why ?

This year I decided that I didn't fuck*** care about what most of the people do.

That I didn't fuck*** care about what is more safe to do.

That I didn't funk*** care about what I should do.

And above all that I didn't fuck*** care about what it is possible to do.

Because if possible exists then impossible exists as well and I don't agree with that.

Do I look to old to think like a child ???

Sorryyyy.

So I decided that I was going to make a step backward (a 17 000km step)

To pull out from my polluted by conformist ideas mind what I really want to do of my life (Or at least for the 3 next years)

I'm going to make you a confession again but 2017 was really not a good year for me.

Even if I started new great projects,

even if I reached goals like writing my first book for instance,

I feel like it was one year too many in a too long cycle.

Here in Sydney I'm then trying to improve my English level.

And it will probable interest you but I'd like to use this opportunity to « plant a little seed » into the photography and why not advertising world in Sydney.

It's not going to be easy, I'll need courage.

If you have some for me, give it to me through comment section because L will really need it.

And if I'm finally able to drive a fuck*** youtube routine inside my under construction life here, I'll show you !

I think you'll enjoy it.

By the way little boudinous, It's crazy but we're more than 2000 here so keep being so enthusiastic, It pleases me so much !

Feel always free to share a video even if it's in a private conversation, etc

And if you have some little or big questions to ask, ask them because I'm going to set up a FAQ video soon.

I leave you with some images shot here and there in Sydney

And then I'll explain why I cut my hair in a more precise way if you're interested

n the meantime, leave a thumb up and a comment, subscribe, share, poo on each other, Iove ya, bye bye boudinous

If you're still there, I have a little message for you

When one has hair as long as I had

It is difficult actually to not think about donate them.

Even if you weigh the pros and cons.

Even seeing the pros win, it was not easy

But the reason that made me take the step out was the perspective to give them

And to participate to the wellness of woman who would have previously lost her hair due to a chemo

And who would have to wear a wig, made partly with my hair thus.

Yeah because a lot of hair are needed to make a wig actually.

It's a very simple process : You just have to order your envelope on Think Pink Coupe d'Eclat

Then to put your hair inside and to send them.

Merely.

Hair have to be clean, to be minimum 25 centimeters long and without any cosmetic product on them.

Think Pink is what works in Belgium but I'll put links for Switzerland, France, Canada, UK, US and Australia into the description section.

I encourage boys and girls that are thinking about cutting and donating their hair to do it

Because it's important, because It's a noble cause, because it's a positive cause

That we should all give because overall in life to give is the best thing to do.

It's true that the hair I cut could have brung me a lot of money but… honestly…

The Amazing Passover Miracle of Prague You've Never Heard Of! - Duration: 4:48.

Rabbi Yechezkel, Chief Rabbi of Prague in the 18th Century, saw a young non-Jewish boy

with tears streaming down his face, wandering about the streets with empty baskets on his

shoulders.

Rabbi Yechezkel went over to the boy and said, "little boy, why are you crying?"

The boy looked at the Rabbi and explained, "My stepmother is a cruel and heartless woman

who makes me get up every morning at dawn, loads me down with baskets of bread and commands

me to sell every single one.

But today, after I sold all the bread, my money was stolen from me.

If I go home empty handed my stepmother might kill me!

I'm scared."

Rabbi Yechezkel was moved and said, "don't worry.

Come to my house and have something to eat and then we'll figure out some solution."

They went home and the Rabbi fed the boy.

Then Rabbi Yechezkel took out 30 gold coins from his pocket and gave them to him.

"Take them home to your stepmother and don't worry, "he said," now she won't hit you."

The boy's face lit up with a smile and after thanking the Rabbi he ran home as quickly

as he could.

Years later, one Passover, on the eve of the seventh day, the Rabbi heard a knock on his

door.

He opened the door to find a non-Jewish man standing there.

"Good evening, Rabbi," the young man said.

"I'm sure that you don't remember me for it has been many years since I was last here."

Rabbi Yechezkel couldn't recognise him.

"I'm the little boy you once helped when I had lost 30 gold coins and was hungry and

frightened.

I never forgot the kindness you did to me and I swore to pay you back if I could.

That time has come.

"Listen, Rabbi, the Jews of Prague are in danger, and I can help you.

Last night the local bakers gathered in my father's home and made plans to kill the Jews

of Prague.

They know that on the night when Passover ends the Jews all buy bread from non-Jewish

baker since all Jewish bakeries are still closed.

They're going to poison the bread and kill all the Jews in one night.

"I've told you this to repay you for the kindness you showed to me, but I beg of you

to let no one know that it was I who told you."

Rabbi Yechezkel thanked him, and once he left, he devised a plan.

On the eighth and last day of Passover an order was given to close all the synagogues

in Prague and it was announced that Rabbi Yechezkel, the chief Rabbi, would speak in

the main synagogue right after the morning service, concerning a very important topic.

All the Jews gathered at the synagogue to hear the important speech.

Rabbi Yechezkel then rose and said, "My friends, the beit din of Prague has made an error in

the calculating of this year's calendar, we proclaimed Passover one day earlier.

Today is not the eighth day, but the seventh day.

Therefore it's absolutely forbidden to eat chametz (leavened bread) tomorrow night" The

people were astounded, but no one dreamed of arguing with the Rabbi.

All the Jews of Prague went home and that year observed Passover for an additional day.

On the morning of the ninth day, police appeared at Rabbi Yechezkel's house and ordered him

to address the local baker who alleged that he had baked extra bread for the Jews now

that Passover was over, and this Rabbi had told them not to buy their bread - "now

I'm out of pocket and the bread will go to waste".

The Rabbi told the police - "I don't have a problem eating their bread, but I just ask

that the baker to try some bread first."

The policeman said this was a reasonable request but the baker could not comply - eventually

admitting to his crime.

The baker was arrested and the Jews were saved.

Then the Jews of Prague realized the wisdom of their Rabbi and what he had done.

Only one thing puzzled the Jews.

How did Rabbi Yechezkel find out about the plot?

He told no one, however, as he had promised the young man.

He kept the secret his whole life and only before his death did he tell it to his son,

Rabbi Shmuel Landau.

When he finished telling him, he said, "I want you to know that it was not through my

wisdom that I was able to save the Jews, but because of a kindness that I once did for a stranger."

Michael Cesa Cures Stuttering 6 Minutes - Duration: 16:16.

Hey guys in this video I'm going to be sharing with you something very personal,

I just had a private session with a client and I'm going to be sharing it

with you online, now the client gave me permission because he was so moved by

the session and he understood how many people need to see this and how many

people this can really affect and help take them to the next level and just

change their life so he gave me permission to actually put it out there

in understanding the mission that I'm on here. So a bit of background with this

client so basically came to me and he's already been quite successful, so he ran

a business built it up from the ground and sold it by the age of just 22, now

going into a new business he's having a bit more fear, not sure which way do I go

he's having a bit of anxiety he's having a bit of the worry that tends to cause a

lot of sleepless nights so he's trying to make moves towards it but he finds he

always pulls himself back you know when you go forward and something just pulls

you back and you're not quite sure what the hell is going on maybe you

procrastinate, un-warranted maybe you just find some means of self-sabotage really

to screw it all up and the ideas aren't coming to him the way he wants you can't

just take action is way something else that's there, now he's tried so much

self-development he's read the books he's gone to a ton of seminars he's

tried all these things and what I did was I solved it in under 10 minutes in

under 10 minutes I solved it like that and you may have seen me saying videos I

can solve any emotional behavioral pattern you go through in under an hour

I don't BS I get it done every single time and I can say that with

certainty because I've got a track record of results, so tune in I'm gonna

be running you through it and hopefully you can really relate. alright so

pretty much what I'm gonna do is you tell me what is holding

you back, then we will break that down and we'll find out what sort of subconscious

blocks you have so don't freak out. So it's no meditation session? No, none of that.

What this is is finding the root cause so we're gonna find out

the root cause of what holds you back really fast and then later on I'll teach

you how to actually turn it into a strategy so it goes away, yeah sound good

yeah that's so good. So what do you feel is still holding you back at this current

point in terms of thought patterns emotional patterns any self sabotage, any

procrastination anything like that anxiety, stress, procrastination definitely, umm

and I tend to fall back into into patterns of went out back one of us like

comfortable and I was just sitting at home watching YouTube playing video games and

stuff like that ummm that's like it it's kind of an addiction for me this whole

social media YouTube especially now what I think I'm getting for that is that I

usually watch people that are having conversations mm-hmm people that I would

like to hang out with as well that's kind of me connecting with people

because I don't have many people in my life that I can do that with at the

moment mm-hmm just hanging out and I think that's what I'm really missing

like guys that I can hang out with yep that are like minded of course, that I'm gonna

click with and that's why I want to build this business yeah so really what

it comes down to is lacking that sense of connection you'd say yeah cool and

then if you feel that connection isn't there you might lead to like

procrastinating like YouTube stuff like that yeah so even what I sit in my

office at WeWork, like after a while just like you know I just need to talk to someone talk

to me yeah and that's what I often do feel like just going home you know umm, cool

and the irony of that is in order to bridge that gap to actually build the

community you want you need to be able to connect with yourself right to go

forward because otherwise will never happen there's always gonna have this

gap so how what was your relationship like with your mum, now the reason I've

come out of nowhere it seems like it doesn't make any sense where I've said

now your mother what's their relationship like is because I've seen

so many times and I realised this within the first 30 seconds of talking to the

client that his relationship with his parents is the primary issue here

because that tends to be the most common in regards to their connection and as we

establish just in that previous moment the connection he lacks with himself is

what's holding you back to push through self-sabotage and to really kick his new

business venture off okay so I have realised at the very initial stage what

the core is but I'm leading the client slowly towards that solution so I

do this quite often and what you're about to witness is he has a bit of

resistance and that's because I just delve into so much absolute truth that

he gets a bit of shock and that's okay and I slowly lead

him back to the answer. Ummm, pretty troubled yeah it's pretty okay now yeah but I

definitely hold some grudges yeah so it was there ever a time when you're

a kid I'd say between the ages of I'm gonna say 4 and 10 where that's just

most common where you felt like you know what I thought I could really am not

loved here I feel like I'm not really connected to maybe some experience where

if you think back to you like man that really sucked and I came to the conclusion

I was felt you know unloved or left out um there's no specific thing that

happened but there was always a lot of trouble in the family yeah

parents got divorced, what happened was that when I was I was with my dad yeah

he was always

on my mom and I had this really bad image of my mom okay

and they say my father when I was at my mom yeah she would just talk bad about

him and then what I grew up with is pretty much my parents are pretty bad

yeah but at least I had my siblings yeah my sister yeah okay

so you felt like maybe that connection with your mother wasn't quite there where

it could have been ah yeah yeah yeah i think so, okay so what you

may find is like upon your own reflection which is what I'll tell you

to do but there may have been minor instances where any one time you

concluded that that connection was frail with your mother and there wasn't that

love and connection and the problem is what's happened is over that period of

time in your subconscious of you interpret that as this break in the link

right breaking the link of that love and what happens is if you haven't dealt

with that subconsciously that counts as like almost a mini trauma or some mini

event which is like that really hurt and it does hurt and so some people trauma

is as extreme as when I've dealt with people who have been raped and on the other

ends of the spectrum it might be as bad as maybe just your parents you know

not completely being there for you yeah and as a result what's happened and you

probably told me a few grief is you find at times you may just be about to go

forward and then you pull yourself back a little and it's because of an absence

of that love and connection with A) yourself which often is caused by

breaking the link really because it was never established with your

mother so for example now you're finding you're going forward with this business

yeah but something you always feels the need to go to content or procrastinate

and you think about if you go forward you have to face the fact that maybe

that loving connection won't be there because if it doesn't fall for it if

things don't work out yeah and then use subconsciously self-sabotage with

procrastination right that's possible yeah that's very possible.

Now really pay attention here so this split moment that he says well that's

possible that is his last ego's defense okay so really what I'm doing here is

I'm freeing him from his ego and freeing him from a conscious mind not the type

of ego you think where it's very extreme and very flamboyant but rather than one

that beats yourself up so as I'm speaking to him and he says well it's

possible he's whole body language changes his tonality changes he cringes

up into his small version of himself and basically what's happened is I've just

smacked him with so much truth so much hardcore truth about all these

behavioral patterns I've summed up his entire identity in what's been about

five minutes and it's such a shock to his conscious mind that he can't

logically keep up subconsciously he understands all of it he resonates with

it perfectly and noticing he's having snippets of that freedom of that relief

and this is basically me just weeding out the last bits of his ego and you'll

see as we go he finally accepts that part of him and that is able to take

place as we go on. Do you find you finally feel that sometimes it's like you go forward and

something pulls back, ummm

yeah I think so, umm when I yeah I want to start taking action and then sometimes I

think it's just just a waste of time or waste of my time is is actually gonna

work? this is yeah this is actually gonna work? Like that's a question I'm asking

myself like if I wouldn't know this works and it's all gonna work out you

know of course I would be doing it but yeah it's it really comes down to like

wanting that comfort again of like you know just in my little shell and I just

you know. What we've just addressed here is the internal certainty the client

lacks and as a result he's seeking external certainty in the pieces of the

puzzle moving forward he wants to have the business all planned and mapped out

before stepping forward because that's the certainty he lacks within himself

that's the void he has in himself so the problem is it's completely contrary to

what it means to be an entrepreneur which is having complete certainty going

forward and being okay with any uncertainty that arises so what we're

really doing here is establishing that hey this lack of connection has led to

your inability to move forward and as a result when you can't afford what do you

tend to do you tend to procrastinate or just take some other means of filling

your time and do you find sometimes you sit with yourself and it's bit hard to

just be calm, yeah yeah I think I've always been like that

yeah like just be happy with where I am now

and you find you get a bit of that high achiever sort of syndrome where you like

I need to do more more MORE yeah yeah and it always becomes higher outside yeah

like where I am now is where I want it to be couple years ago yeah not a couple years

ago a year ago yeah so now I'm here now what's the next thing this is not enough

yeah yeah I know I'm feeling I'm trying to fill that void yeah me to try myself

to be happy now and already be like hey never achieve anything I should be happy

but yeah really struggling to do that yeah so what you'll find is most

traditional advice will tell you to do positive thinking just all these things

yeah do your life right problem is if that voids there subconsciously you'll

never fix up so it's actually about going back from going back to that root

cause yeah so what it actually comes down to its facing what it hasn't been

dealt with which is years of really not coming to any real conclusion about that

relationship with your mother and probably possibly your father as well

when I cut it off here what we do is we go in design a completely custom

solution for the client here and we make sure he's got a bunch of step-by-step

things he can do to make sure this change actually sticks so what I just

done is I've broken it open I've just broken the pattern completely taking his

conscious mind his ego thrown it out the window

and now what I'm doing is teaching him how to make it stick so he's left the

office in his state of absolutely just pure bliss where he's just happy he's

calm and he's being is authentic so I just teach him how to make sure it never

comes back and it's a very step-by-step process for him you won't have any more

worry you're gonna have any anxiety I'm prompted yeah totally you'll have that

gut feeling back which what will that allow you to do? So much that's right

yeah help you start a business, everything makes everything easy and enjoyable as well

yes that's it man, how do you feel? That I know what to do now so yeah I

don't want to do it but it's not comfortable,

but it's simple yeah yeah but that's like the most important thing

I feel different around you already I feel like ahhh Leon is being Leon and that's

that's why I felt the need to to help you yeah yeah yeah like

there's so much tension in me as well like not like tensed all the time like

there's always a little bit of tension you can't just you know I can be

sometimes yeah whenever on certain people but you know and also for example I have

like problems breathing and stuff like that like becomes very physical yeah

like you know and usually when I think about my my business um what I want to

do I don't get excited like yeah let's do it

I'm like okay yeah no how am I going to to do that? I kind of want to do it but also

there's always that stress that comes with it look like what if I don't

achieve it like what if I yeah what if it's gonna fail yeah like you know it's

not like hey let's just do it I love it I love doing it and then you know that's

all that matters I don't care if I succeed like I can't that I succeed like

I need to succeed in it like that's where the stress comes from the ball

like okay it's succeed yes I have to make it work so

it's really coming back to a good baseline where when things don't work

out okay so myself so happy yeah versus that baseline where you're like oh

yeah big difference and now I remember you

said we said authenticity is what's gonna nail you to be way above the

competition yeah now you can do it with ease you'd have to try anymore

yeah I'm just getting from the camera I guess in that moment you were pretty

like in shock right you're like so much is happening so fast

so I guess run me through what you've figured out now after that session when

you calm down a bit um so I'll actually I always knew that I had these these

grudges and you know I knew that I should fix it you know this relationship

with my parents but that is tied to my business and my procrastination and me

being worried about my success maybe in stress all the time and kind of anxious

and you know worried about my results and stuff like that that really made it

such an important thing for me to fix this issue you know I like just call my

parents and talk to them like because I can do all I want to I can prove my you

know stop procrastination all that type of but right that's all coming from

that issue if I fix that like that's that's the one thing that I need to fix

yeah and then everything else everything else falls into place

so yeah I like it and I'm just like I need to do more of that stuff

what else is in me that is holding me back that I need to fix what other

relationships do I need to fix what what other you know things from my past I

actually holding me back today and on to do that what else can you create now

yeah yeah and I'm just excited about like once I fixed that and I have that

conversation what's gonna happen in my business how am I gonna feel every day

like how's my sleep going to improve because I'm struggling with sleeping and how's

that gonna improve and all that type of stuff like like this could be the game

changer that I needed like literally I like yeah I don't know what to say like

I just I just want to get going and start fixing that stuff

and also dive more into that yeah I'm looking forward to go on this journey

now and really figure out what's what's in it for me and I think what's

important is love you wanna touch on so is this moment where you you opened up

and then you close it up and you thought I tried to say maybe I don't know if

that's it when really I was spot-on I'm always second-guessing myself yeah

and that probably also comes from that you know yeah I'm worried about also

making clear statements of like I think it's this it's like really you know

even with my business like I want to do this but you know I'm not sure I'm just

testing know I know that I want to do this you know think yea when when we

started talk about that I was just like oh that's what I you could see a

scene as well where I started shaking and like my voice are cracking up I was

like you know and fact that was really liberating like I'm I'm really relaxed

right now and I feel more like myself now and I'm not thinking as much as just

like yeah awesome
