-RUSTY: Hi! It's Rusty from Pickleball Channel, and I'm excited to be here with Phil Dunmeyer at the
Tustin Pickleball Courts. Phil is a 4-time national champion, the author of Pickleball 5.0.
And we're going to bring you a new episode of Skills and Drills. So, Phil, what are we going to show folks
today? -PHIL: We're going to look at a great game for drilling and practicing
the serve, the return of serve, and the third ball drop shot. -RUSTY: So,
let's break it down.

-PHIL: To set up the drill, you place a line 5 feet from each baseline
from sideline to sideline across the court. You can use yellow rubber
lines, you can use painter's tape, or whatever your facility allows.
There will be 2 teams of 2 players, and each partner will be diagonally
opposite on the other side of the court. The purpose of the drill is to practice
a deep serve, the deep return of serve, and the good
drop shot into the kitchen. The lines provide a clear target area,
helping you to practice with a purpose and improve your shot accuracy.
Here's how the game works. One team is active, and the other team is watching,
waiting for their turn. The first player is going to try and hit a
deep serve. If they hit the deep serve into the 5-feet area
from the baseline, they get 2 points. If it goes into the front 10 feet
of the service area, they get 1 point. If their serve is short, into the net, or
out of bounds, they get 0 points and their turn is over. If the serve is
good, the partner is going to try to hit a deep return into the back
5 feet of the court. If they do, it's worth 1 point, and if they don't, it's
0 points. For the third shot, the partner is going to attempt
to drop shot into the non-volley zone. If they do, it's worth
3 points. So, the maximum points for each turn is 6 points.
After your turn is over, the next team goes.
The turns go in a clockwise fashion. You can play to whatever point total you want.
Here at Tustin, we say first team to 50 points wins.
For larger groups, you can just add more teams and rotate them through the
cycle. A deep serve forces your opponent to make a more difficult
return of serve and delays their transition to their non-volley zone.
A deep return gives you more time to transition to the non-volley zone line,
and forces your opponent to make a more difficult third shot.
This also delays their transition to their non-volley zone line.
A good third ball drop shot neutralizes your opponents' advantage
at the net and gives you time to transition to the non-volley zone line.
Working on these shots will really help you improve your game.

Hello it's Minnie!
Today I have my new original character and a snowflake design!
Just before the snowy season ends
There will also be a short animation at the end of this video, so I hope you enjoy!
I'm going to start with a peel of base coat and then apply a gel base coat and cure for 30 seconds
Next, I'm going to apply a blue cat eye gel polish from Madam Glam
I'm going to hold a magnetic stick close to the nail
and taddaa~!!
I'm going to cure it for 30 seconds
Would like the color to be stronger, so I'm going to repeat the same steps one more time
Apply a gel top coat, then cure
On my ring finger, I'm going to hand paint the snowflakes
When I'm drawing a snowflake I always imagine a clock
then I draw lines connecting 12 and 6, 2 and 8, 4 and 10
On each line, I'm going to add 3 arrow heads pointing towards the center
Connect the centermost arrows together
And that's it for the basic snowflake
I'm going to add some more spikes to make it look more realistic
I'm going to cure it for 30 seconds, and then I'm going to apply a small amount of glitter polish on top
Wipe off the sticky layer with alcohol to compete!
On my pinky and thumb, I'm going to apply the same glitter polish that I used on top of the snowflakes
Now I'm going to hand paint my new character inspired by a snow fox
And his name is Helix
After drawing the rough outline I'm going to fill the head using the pale skin color acrylic paint
Using dark gray, I'm going to start drawing the facial parts
Mix white to the dark grey then draw the outline of the hair
Paint the hair with a super light gray
I'm going to paint his clothes with the same colour
Paint his cheeks with pale red
I'm going to draw his tail wrapping around his body
Paint the white part of his eyes
then paint the iris with blue
Add some shines with white
I'm going to paint his hair using the same colours as his eyes
Add a few snowflakes
Draw the eyebrows
And this is his caterpillar friend
Apply a no wipe gel top coat to compete!

Arsenal and Liverpool.
The 25-year-old is widely regarded as one of the best goalkeepers in the world and has
kept 18 clean sheets in La Liga this season, level with Barcelona's Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Arsenal are reportedly considering a move for Oblak as Petr Cech's long-term replacement,
while the Slovenia international is also on Liverpool's shortlist as Jurgen Klopp is

Oblak's current deal with Atletico runs until 2021, but he does have a £88million
release clause in his contract.
'It's tough to discuss the future,' Oblak told Ekipa.

and only meant for becoming popular and seeking off people's interest
or just an illusion from natural event

If revealed we only get a slight chance of knowing the actual things
as these clips are hard to fing out

some ancint drawings of Egypt suggest that
aliens landed on Egypt about 6000 years ago and are responsible for their advanced development as a civilization

As anything beyond our own local galaxy cluster is not imaginable to us
as the dark energy is expanding the universe and moving things further

N means number of civilizations in the milky way galaxy to which communication is possible
R* means average rate of star formation in 1 year
fp means fraction of stars with planets
ne means number of planets that can support life
fl means fraction of planets that can go on to support life
fi means fraction of planets to support intelligent life
fc means fracction of life that can develop communicable technology
L means length of time to realse detechtable signals to space
as the value of the actors are variable
the result changes according to the change of each factor
the range varies from 1000 to 100 million alien civilizations
according to the kardeshev scale
Civilizations are classified into 3 types
Thsese are Type 1, type 2 and type 3 civilizations
in type 1 civilizations
the living beings can util 100 percent utiization of the available planetary resources
wheres humans of the earth can make only 0.73 percent of the available planetary resources of the earth
again type 2 civilization can make full utilization of the energy of it's own star
A type 3 civilization is called a glactric civilization and can colonize the entire galaxy
After all these thing the question comes
Where are all these aliens?
This is the Fermi paradox
If you don't know
A paradox is a proposition
which can be acceptable with some reasonings but
leads to logically impossible events
and nobody has a answer to it
the Fermi Paradox was proposed by Enrico Fermi
One possible answer to it maybe the great filter
To make thing simple
it is such a barrier which is hard for a life or civilization to overcome
for example
let's think the filter was behind us
then it may indicate that
it is very hard for life to develop and evolution of species to take place
however bacteria can servive in extreme conditions
agaiin let us think the filter is ahead of us
then it may indicate that civilization can exist only upto a certain limit
The cause maybe nuclear wars
highly advanced technologies to solve problems
and if activated they can destroy everything
and the civilization is doomed
advanced super intelligent AI
or climate change
If this is the case we may have hard times finding aliens even with advanced technologies

First we have to find out what these people claim with their videos and how they are supposed to work.
In the description of every video on the YouTube Channel "Eko Languages" there is this sentence:
"Um es zu benutzen, einfach das Video abspielen bevor du schläfst…"
(To use just play the video before sleeping…)
That is unfortunately not enough for me.
If you read further in the description, you find more information, but you have to scroll a lot.
At the end of the description you find these sentences:
"Die Idee ist es, dass man so ausgeruht wie möglich sein sollte.
Setz deine Kopfhörer auf, wenn nötig.
Die beste Zeit ist gerade, bevor du ins Bett gehst.
Dann ist dein Gehirn angeblich aufnahmefähiger in diesem Zustand.

Sleep has nothing to do with it.
What really happens while you sleep?
You don't really learn anything while you sleep, but these videos can still be helpful.
It is widely accepted that memories are solidified in long-term memory while you sleep.
If you learn something directly before you sleep, your brain will save these memories first.
Do that every night for a week and you will learn German.
My critique
Can these videos teach you German? Yes.
Can they do it while you sleep? No.
Can these videos put you to sleep? Definitely, yes.
If something sounds too simple, it probably is.
You can't learn while you sleep.
Practice, listen, read and speak German as often as possible.
Then and only then will you be able to understand, read, and speak German.
You can only do these things while you are awake.
Therefore you can only learn these things while you are awake.
When and how you do that is your decision.
If one method doesn't work for your, you should try another method,
but have enough patience to see if the first method really isn't working.

The representative delegation from Kazakhstan got acquainted with the string transport.
In the course of the meeting, there were held the negotiations personally with General Designer of the string transport Anatoliy Yunitskiy.
The workshops of the SkyWay pilot production facilities are continuously being supplied with the new equipment.
We will get to know the latest news "firsthand": directly from the SkyWay production workshops.
San Marino Secretary of State got interested in Skyway during his past visit.
In his interview, he said that SkyWay is the transport technology of the future and, if approved by the citizens, he intends to implement the project within three years.
The 10th stage of the SkyWay project development has been successfully completed, and there is little time left before the start of the new stage.
In anticipation of this event, let us recall the main achievements of the company for the past period.
Let's look at these events in more detail:
During the period of 12-14 March 2018, a delegation from Almaty, Kazakhstan, visited "String Technologies".
It included the representatives of the government bodies and private enterprises interested in cooperation.
In the course of the meeting, there were held the negotiations personally with General Designer of the string transport Anatoliy Yunitskiy; the guests visited the pilot production and the EcoTehnoPark in Maryina Gorka.
The focus was, of course, on the prospects of the string roads construction in the southern capital of Kazakhstan.
For Almaty, its nearby suburbs and settlements, as for all major cities, the logistics issue is one of the most painful one.
The possibility of implementing the SkyWay targeted project from the metro station "Kalkaman" to the city of Kaskelen was also being discussed during the visit.
The particular emphasis was placed on the public-private partnerships within the framework of the project implementation.
Several other promising areas for the application of the string transport in the region were also identified.
We will follow the news of the planned prospective cooperation.
The workshops of the SkyWay pilot production facilities are continuously being supplied with the most advanced equipment.
One of the last machines, put into operation,
was the HAAS lathe-turret, on which, after completion of all necessary starting-up and adjustment works, the company's specialists set up the production of the first batch of components for the SkyWay rolling stock.
In the very near future, this machine will be further equipped with tools for more flexible processing of parts of different classes and different configurations.
The installation and application of the new equipment will allow the company-developer to independently manufacture all necessary components without resorting to the services of contract organizations,
which in its turn, will significantly optimize the production process, shorten the time of the manufacture and cost of products, and also reduce energy and logistics costs.

The parties agreed to exchange visits of technical experts in the coming months, which was enshrined in the Protocol of Intent, signed by Mr. Michelotti and Anatoliy Yunitskiy during the meeting.
The distinguished guests also visited the production site and the SkyWay EcoTechnoPark, leaving enthusiastic feedback about what they saw in the Book of Honorable Visitors, which is in the Museum of the String Technologies.
For the politicians of this scale, in general, it is not characteristic to initiate such projects, and this fact shows
how much the State Secretary of the Republic of San Marino appreciates the SkyWay innovative transport.
This is a very important point in our development, as it can lead to a concrete start of the construction of the first SkyWay targeted project in Europe.

Today I have my new original character and a snowflake design!

I'm going to start with a peel of base coat and then apply a gel base coat and cure for 30 seconds
Next, I'm going to apply a blue cat eye gel polish from Madam Glam
I'm going to hold a magnetic stick close to the nail
and taddaa~!!
I'm going to cure it for 30 seconds
Would like the color to be stronger, so I'm going to repeat the same steps one more time
Apply a gel top coat, then cure
On my ring finger, I'm going to hand paint the snowflakes
When I'm drawing a snowflake I always imagine a clock
then I draw lines connecting 12 and 6, 2 and 8, 4 and 10
On each line, I'm going to add 3 arrow heads pointing towards the center
Connect the centermost arrows together
And that's it for the basic snowflake
I'm going to add some more spikes to make it look more realistic

After drawing the rough outline I'm going to fill the head using the pale skin color acrylic paint
Using dark gray, I'm going to start drawing the facial parts
Mix white to the dark grey then draw the outline of the hair
Paint the hair with a super light gray
I'm going to paint his clothes with the same colour
Paint his cheeks with pale red
I'm going to draw his tail wrapping around his body
Paint the white part of his eyes
then paint the iris with blue
Add some shines with white
I'm going to paint his hair using the same colours as his eyes
Add a few snowflakes
Draw the eyebrows
And this is his caterpillar friend
Apply a no wipe gel top coat to compete!
