Narcissists love to absorb desperation as the effects of their appreciation.
It is fun for them to make themselves famous or valued while making others suffer.

It is okay to be irresponsible once in a while.
However, narcissists will always do that for the sake of themselves.
They don't want to help you in any way because they prefer seeing you suffer.
That is why they love canceling plans.
They like to put you in trouble.
They also like to break promises.
They really want to put you in a miserable condition and blame you afterward.
They do that for convincing you more that you are worthless.
Unfortunately, some people really believe on the words narcissists have said.
That makes the narcissists even happier, and they can live long with that appreciation
while killing the others.
#4 - Drama queen and king
Narcissists definitely do not have anything else but their false reality.
They want to live in their drama as long as they can.
That is why they play this role at its fullest.
Throughout the drama, you will always be the character that must suffer while they will
perform as the main character.
You definitely need to do what is asked, and you cannot fight back.
#5 - You'll never know where to stand You have no exact position in a relationship.
It seems like you are nothing in your relationship, but you stuck in it.
Your relationship with narcissist actually did not exist, and it was just a trick to
use you.

Summer—glorious summer!
Time to dig in the sand, gulp from the hose, play at the park, and leap with joy!
Unless you're a kid—in which case, find yourself a comfy sofa in a dark, quiet room
and settle in.
This is the season your parents are bombarded with the kind of warnings previously associated
with incoming torpedoes.
The basic message: Don't have fun—it's too dangerous.
"Remember when digging in the sand at the beach was a fun activity for young children?"
asks the website KidsTravelDoc.
"Sorry.
No more.
Based on recent findings, only with lots of do's and don'ts is frolicking in the sand
a healthy activity."
The blog's author, Karl Neumann of the American Academy of Pediatrics, lays out his own don'ts:
"Studies show that children playing in the sand are more likely to become ill than children
merely walking on it.
And the risk of illness increases with digging in the sand, being 'buried' in it, and
digging in wet sand."
Got it.
Keep your kids on dry sand.
No, wait—"Dry sand presents problems, too."
So, Dr. Neumann warns: "Discourage children from lying directly on the sand."
While you're at it, "Walking barefooted is another 'don't.'
Have children wear lightweight, ventilated, hard-soled footwear that covers the toes.
This helps prevent stubbed toes, lacerations, puncture wounds, and burns from hot sand.
Ideally, footwear should be worn for wading in the water."
In fact, why take your kids to the beach at all?
Better to keep them at home on a hard, nonporous surface, free of dirt and obstacles, checking
frequently for venomous spiders, disease-bearing insects, and sewage.
Children should also be in steel-toed work boots.
Come to think of it, chain-mail wouldn't be a bad idea.
But even that isn't enough.
Simply keeping the kids at home doesn't ensure they're safe either, especially if
they make it into the backyard.
Parents Magazine warns that "bees are attracted to flowers, so don't put fragrances or floral-patterned
clothing on kids."
Surely, you've seen swarms of bees chasing children in floral prints.
The American Academy of Pediatrics suggests that if your moppets still insist on playing
outside, the little daredevils at least should "limit sun exposure during peak intensity
hours—between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m."
That shouldn't put a crimp in anyone's day, should it?
The Academy is afraid that kids will get too much sun.
It's also afraid they'll get too little sun and end up with rickets.
A related fear is that kids won't get enough water because…everyone is obsessed with
"hydration" these days.
It's always seemed to me that drinking when thirsty does the trick.
Apparently, I was wrong.
Now there's a product on the market—a water bottle with a wi-fi connection.
The app allows parents to monitor how much water their child is drinking.
The obsessive little gadget even knows if the kids are secretly not drinking
— pouring out water to stop their parents from texting them to drink more.
And an animated character on the bottle's built-in screen grows healthier and happier
the more the child drinks.
Let's hear it for more screen time!
The wi-fi water bottle has yet another great advantage: it keeps the little ones from drinking
the wrong sort of water.
Google "hose water" and you will be drowning in stories linking the stuff to just about
every illness except gout.
Some study, endlessly reported, found that hose water contained "PVC plastic additives,
which can cause birth defects, liver toxicity, and cancer."
Naturally, in these stories there is no mention of how many gallons of water a child would
have to guzzle for any of these issues to ever develop.
Being a kid these days is no walk in the park.
But that's just as well.
Yet another Parents Magazine piece warns that to keep children safe at the playground,
you should "walk away if you see cement, asphalt, dirt, or grass: these surfaces are linked
to head injuries."
So are walls, if you bang your head against them.
My advice to parents is therefore short and sweet: Tell your kids they can't swim alone
or get into a stranger's car.
And then stop reading other safety tips and, maybe—just, maybe—your kids can have a real childhood.

scary and it's I'm a very good driver... Look there's another person coming!

So how would you say the craft fair went?
Actually I think it went really well
in terms of
percentage that we sold based on the number of people that were there
we sold well. I think we sold to 50% of the amount of traffic

person that walked past the stall one person stopped and bought something
so every two people that came in through the door one person bought something
Kath-spaining apparently is something we do after craft fairs!
Umm I....
It was cold
Well, okay so it has been an unlucky day. As you know, our first craft fair got
canceled. Yeah. So we were very reluctant not to miss this one
and I'm really glad we did it because we got to meet Steve and Andy in person that was
really lovely and the stall holders were awesome. Yeah they were all really lovely
we made we made friends which I mean surprised us as much as anyone else and
it was just really good for me to see which paintings people liked and um
that was really nice even if people didn't buy anything it was just really
nice to see which ones they picked up and which ones they didn't and that kind
of just tells me as an artist what to concentrate on even though I'll still
keep doing the ones that nobody likes because but I like them. It was just
interesting for me. Some kind of nine year old ran in, looked at the cards
bought a weird card of cats in a sunset and ran out again and I thought that was
adorable because actually the cat's in the sunset card had been commissioned by
a nine year old friend of mine.
But it was very very low foot traffic. Yeah. So we are talking
It is 3 o'clock now we packed up at 3:00 is what I mean
Its 3:20 - it took us 20
minutes to pack up which I thought was good. Yeah and it only took us about an
hour to set up but in the time between 10:00 and 3:00 I could probably count
very quickly in my head how many people were there
footfall wise yeah so it just oh you don't blame people - about 50
It was terrible weather today for the UK yeah and people were advised to stay at home
which is fair enough because on the way here the car did slide so I think I
am actually surprisingly optimistic because I thought I was going to be
quite um sad about it and then I thought Kath was gonna be quite sad about it but
actually the amount of people who didn't know who we were
not that you'd know who we were but you know... Everybody except for Steve and Andy - come on!
and still bought things because sometimes they do think um you know like
if they didn't know who we were would they stop I think and just a bonus
right at the end and we got our wedding rings polished up for free by their man
on the stall next to us. Hi man on the stall next to us

he was lovely and he does really awesome jewellery made out of old coins yeah so he
takes old coins and then he makes them into rings Oh Anna splainin!!

Alice playing with their new cat toys yes because that would be adorable and

It's quite heavy.
I have an older brother, but

So, he sent me three Shimane sirloin steaks on my birthday
What shall I eat with this, what should I eat?
I thought it over but because I like rice
I made a steak don bowl!
It looks really tasty.
I got a little bit more today than the usual steak bowls that I make
I feel as though I've put the most effort And use the best cooking techniques today
It's been a long time since I made a steak bowl
Then I would like to go ahead with it!
First, I will make garlic rice made with rice cooker
Materials include rice, garlic, consomme
salt, butter, dried parsley or basil
First I will prep the garlic
Make this with a tiny bit less rice
Whatever you feel is the best
Add a little less water than what you would normally use
Today, a bit.
Because of that incident with the rice where I packed in waay too much
I'm using just shy of 6 cups of rice
Garlic minced a while ago
consomme
salt
Mix here and cook normally
Well, OK!
And it is the appearance of meat
my older brother and his wife sent me this
It is Wagyu beef sirloin steak from Shimane prefecture
It arrived in frozen state, first thaw it in a refrigerator
I will leave it at room temperature for about 30 minutes

Cut the onions into a favorite shape
stir fried quickly so I will microwave it's slightly
Pour oil in a frying pan
Stir fry onion and sprouts
There are 3 ?cups? of bean sprouts and it is super large amount
fry at low heat or medium heat
A big skillet therefore its at high heat
t make sure to remove the hairs From the bean sprouts
I skipped this step
Season with salt pepper
GABAN's black pepper is tasty,
It's not coming out because there are few holes
I keep wishing they added more

I keep on using such Giant fry pans
This is the largest frying pan I've ever used

It is 32 ㎝.
Once they cooked through Transfer to a separate Bowl
Put the olive oil in a frying pan
Once the garlic cooks Set it aside
I use plenty of garlic because I love it.
Place meat in a frying pan
Oh ~!
Please fry at low heat ~ medium heat
Cook the best looking side first
Flip it over when you deem it necessary
Cook it to whatever doneness you prefer
Put the butter in the finish
I flavor with pepper
Remove when you're uncertain if you should Try it for a little longer
Remove from pan
Then wrapped in aluminum foil and cooking paper
let sit for about 5 minutes
In a frying pan full of the taste of this meat
I will put the vegetables just before.

Balsamic vinegar
Maybe it's my first time to use balsamic vinegar
I feel as though I leveled up my cooking game
Balsamic vinegar is black.
Stir fry it.
It will be completed when moisture increases
It will also be a sauce so please make it taste how you prefer

The garlic rice from the cooker is done

Add as much butter as you like

I feel as though I've put the most effort And use the best cooking techniques today
It's been a long time since I made a steak bowl
Then I would like to go ahead with it!
First, I will make garlic rice made with rice cooker
Materials include rice, garlic, consomme
salt, butter, dried parsley or basil

It was quite challenging to kill him for the first time with such a low amount of hp. And was quite satisfying to kill him.
So the first kill is the base kill without any flat dmg item. And later on i will show how much faster it gets when you get that type of item at low level
So if you want to kill the first dragon (you're at really early start) then i would say at first get much more hp than i have :)
O, Got a knockback item from him, that's not a good thin in the start, but still you could use it for witches if you don't have anything better
As you can see most of the dmg is done by the leader (wasn't expecting that at the beginning), next TA (town archers), Cannon
So now lets' equip my highest dmg dealer with flat dmg ring that i got a bit time earlier, and let's level it a bit so that the buff will be more noticeable
Notice that the leader had like 218 dmg before he got the ring, and after it's more like 442 so more than 2 times increase :)
That's why you need these flat dmg items at start. And now let's check if there is a change in the battle.
So this is the time when the towers are still doing quite good dmg, but don't get used to that, this will soon change
It's not really worth to invest into towers that stand in from of the castle, better focus on supporting ones, and spend the gold on castle/heroes

Knockback, could be used on Dorothy in the beginning if you don't have a flat dmg staff for her, knockback bow Alice if you don't have any thing better
- mp cost that's a instant mat
poison dmg, ring, still + increase at low level that's a mat, you'll get much better items later on, and i don't really like the poison element
knockback sword for Lisa the same as the rest of the witches, any flat gold item maybe useful only at really early beginning, but even now i will mat this
So i mostly got knockback items :), but even i get sometimes lucky and get one like this, the dmg output could have been higher, but this will still be a great buff
And again i will give this item to the second most dmg dealer that can have an item equipped
Initial dmg was 32, before i hit another dragon, just a couple of levels of the items since that's costs nearly nothing.
15 levels resulted in increasing the dmg output of the item from 41 to 86,
and with the item the giant has 217 dmg (starting from 32) now that's a huge increase :)
Now let's check how the battle with dragon changed since the initial setup.
The initial green dragon battle took 25 sec in the beginning of the video,
Now after getting 2 flat dmg items that's more like 16 seconds
Now that's a great item for Alice (for this level), another improvement, so now the dragon should be super easy
Initial Alice dmg was 21 and giving the item without levelling it gives 142 dmg - that's almost 7 times more,
and keep in mind that we summon couple of these witches at once. Notice that when we add 3 dmg to an item the hero dmg increases for more
That's because we have some skills that increase the damage
Additional information, you don't need much cool down items at this level, and especially you don't need basic cooldown items
Now the final battle for today, and the time it takes is like 12 sec to kill the dragon. The battles took me like 30 minutes
that's all you need for a good upgrade in the early game. After i get a bit more those items I'll show off the full flat dmg dragon build.

we're going to be doing the husband tag Hey... How did we meet?
we met at University yeah so we both went to the same university in
Kenya and when was the first time we actually met? 2008 yeah so we met in 2008 in the first
week when I joined university I was staying in the student accommodation and
he used to always come back with his friends because what one of his best friends used to live there
yeah he's a very good friend of mine, what we used to do is we would always go to the accommodation
pretty much every weekend and after school and since our friend circles are
pretty similar we would obviously meet. so basically this year we're coming on to 10 years of knowing each other
How long have we been married? 4 years yeah close enough we've been
married for three and half we got married in December 2014, Do you remember the date? yeah
27 December yeah I could never forget about it I was scared as hell but yeah we got
married in December 2014 and we got engaged in September 2013 and we got married a
year later. My only advice to all those brothers who want to get
married push through you'll achieve it you know
don't let the nerves get the better of you yeah
so we ended up having a big wedding but Mohamed wanted a small wedding yeah but
again the mrs always wins, you can't always choose what you want you know you
got to make her happy it's your responsibility, it's your role, you win
How did you propose? let me tell you my version of how I wanted to propose I
wanted to go to her dad and ask for her hand in marriage but thank God my wife
was accustomed to Somali culture and she told me you do that you're going to be sent
back home quickly, fast so uh alternatively what ideally did happen is
we had to involve our parents yeah tell them our intentions yeah but at the
time as well Samsam was doing her masters yeah and I graciously agreed
that we wait a year yeah let her finish her studies and then we can
get married so we involved the elders, the elders came, we sat down we had a lunch obviously Samsam's
father was abroad at the time so they sent her uncle, we sat down we talked. We had a very good cordial conversation and then everything was pretty much
sealed and agreed, rubber-stamps.. Good Job, Well done Mohamed
Where did we get married? We got married in Nairobi, Kenya. yeah we got married in Nairobi where did you get married? Where? yeah Intercontential yeah
you have to let them. How long planning the wedding take? ideally it was about a year of venues and get to
understand what the theme of the wedding was ,understand what would be the
official number of guests will be coming but pretty much the last four months were
crucial yes so the last four month is like getting the
place getting, getting the place furnished.
What was our last argument? last argument...
that's a tough one censored, I remember but we're not going to say what our last argument was but I think what most people need
to know like doesn't matter how good your relationship is any married couple
you always like argue and it could be like over the silliest things trust me I
know I'm a veteran when it comes to it. trying to solve the own issues yourselves
don't involve external people who will meddle into your martial
affairs the man should always say sorry first
If I'm watching TV what would I be watching?
she likes crime TV yeah real life crime shows, if you're watching TV you would be watching soccer
football the Arsenal oh yeah you're an Arsenal fan.
What is one food I don't like to eat? sushi, how could you not eat sushi! you like sushi I don't like sushi at all
Mohamed if it's one thing you don't like to eat? I know one thing that you don't
want to eat, what! Ethiopian food yeah as well yeah I don't mind it now how
about the raw stuff no Mohamed doesn't eat so many things he doesn't eat tomatoes, he doesn't eat onions
No onions, he doesn't eat any vegetables like if you have to put vegetables in the food
you have to kind of mash them up like and hide it, huh? vegetables yeah that's
a raw deal I'm getting ,no green peppers, no red peppers, no chilli
