thousands upon thousands of accounting

gonna change let's just say assets equal

liabilities plus equity that's the basic

accounting equation and that's always

gonna happen assets what do you have in

the business which we have cash from a

thousand dollars that equals the

liabilities plus equity liabilities is

who who you would owe it to and the

equity is who owns like owner's equity

who owns who owns the assets does the

company own the assets or do you owe

someone but that's not the this isn't

the let's just say it's assets a

thousand equals retained earnings of a

thousand that's under equity and so be

like it

this could be like a general a general

ledger or a general journal so after

that let's say you withdraw $500 cash

for personal use the question I got was

how does this balance in the base

account

basic accounting equation and this is

also the balance sheet the basic

accounting equation is also the balance

sheet well let's make a journal entry

from this withdraw $500 cash what is

cash cash is an asset let's go to DC a

blur

mmm asset in the positive if it's going

so an asset if it was going up we would

debit it now I go through DC a blur I go

all through it in different videos so if

asset increasing you have an asset

credit it would be increasing debit if

debits have to equal credits we we with

draw five hundred dollars for personal

use so that would be a drop a width drop

for personal use that's what with that's

what a withdraw is it lessens

woodie's it's for personal use it's not

a business expense and you're taking out

of the money you're taking out you're

taking out money of a business for your

own use so it lessens the owner's equity

it lessens what you have in the business

does that make sense like I just want

you know if you're starting out new in

the accounting you're gonna be going

really fast like oh like I don't

understand anything and if you keep

going like that you're never gonna know

anything if you just slow down

that's what work for me I know in the

beginning the problems will take longer

but you will know the basics fronting

back and that's really what you need to

know in accounting so just just try to

slow down and think about what's

happening now give it some big number

just you know try to make it small like

a thousand and five hundred is

manageable in your head but anyway so

withdraw $500 for cash the personal use

now that's gonna be a draw $500 so

there's our debit there's our credit and

that's our journal entry for this

transaction right here now let's put

this in the general ledger the balance

sheet or whatever this is right here the

basic accounting equation let's do that

so you know if cash is a credit of $500

then you know it is in the is decreasing

decreasing $500 which would equal cash

of $500 that's our assets

$500 cash equals

and now we have what are we going to

whatever unit where does this draw of

500 dollars go withdraw 500 dollars well

a draw that's why DC a blur is good in

and that's why I like it in this fashion

because draw is a cross from equity so

if you think about it equity owner's

equity what the owner has in the

business it's his I'm taking on withdraw

for personal reasons you're reducing the

equity and that's exactly where it would

go it would go under the equity section

of your assets you would have a draw of

$500 and that would be a negative

you'd be reducing it because that's what

that's what a $500 draw reduces retained

earnings so you'll be left with five

hundred dollars of equity of five

hundred dollars of equity you'd have a

thousand thousand retained earnings -

500 draws five hundred dollars of equity

$500 assets equals zero liability plus

five hundred equity and you know

everything I said here might not have

been perfect and I do try my best

accounting is just a lot a lot a lot of

practice a lot of practice and the good

thing is there's rules and the rules

don't really change in the basic

accounting but anyways this is CPA

Well she lost to the 20-year old half

accused a Serena of cheating like getting

getting coaching from her coach in the

audience but when you sit in the

audience your arms are always flailing

what does that mean coaching from a

coach? Plus she's out there playing

tennis. Who's squinting and looking at you

know arms flailing? [laughter] Who's doing that?This woman

is at the top of tennis.

so she ended up confronting the umpire

perhaps you've seen if you haven't

that's what I'm here to remind you of

take a look. I don't cheat. I didn't get coaching. How can you say that? [booo]

You need to you owe me an apology. You know me an apology.

I have never cheated in my life.

I have a daughter and I stand what's right for her and I never cheated.

And then she took her tennis racket and

furious well you know not for nothing a

being sexist and I think he is. Before

the sexism. How many times have we seen

think this was sexism sexism however

when you're black you always have to

think is there an undertone of racism

shower changed into your civilized

clothes and come back out there after

people putting stuff in your head but

Cardi and Nicki fought on Friday night

at the Harper's Bazaar icon party at the

Plaza Hotel darling

oh yes no they were not at the tunnel on

a Friday night you know who are you

women I'm I'm embarrassed for both of

you

and as far as I'm concerned there is no

winner. You know Cardi ended up first of

all they walked in they both

look great you know working the red

carpet and their stuff. Cardi ends up

leaving with no earrings one shoe on and

her meat slumped. [gasp/laughter]

In the meantime you know those white

people sitting there I like what sorry

it does become a black-white thing up

some particular point like like I'm

embarrassed for you and I'm embarrassed

because you get given them exactly what

they sometimes think about us. Do you

Like I've never gotten a Daytime Emmy

for best talk show host but if Abby, the

new girl over -oh please please - if Abby

the new girl at The View - wins and she

will because she's attached herself to a

winning show - I'm not gonna lump her meat

I am NOT going to throw shoes. I would

say congratulations Abby. I am this Susan

anyway Cardi takes her shoe off and

throws it at Nckki but one of the

security guards caught it and so Nikki

wasn't hurt apparently the thing on her

that knot on her head was given by one of

the security guards from Nicki's camp

who was trying to I mean just a mess

just a mess. And then and then afterwards

Cardi posted a rant implying that Nikki

insulted her parenting. Who cares. Who

cares.Kids used to be off-limits but in

this in this day and age when the entire

world is imploding even they're not

off-limits people criticize parenting

skills all the time who cares you know

what kind of parent you are. [applause] Who cares?

Well lucky for us we've got a special

guest correspondent here she's been a

friend of our show for a long time so

there covering the awards? Yes so I was

there reporting on the red carpet for

Access because this is the event during

Fashion Week I mean you were talking

fashions elite all gathered at the Plaza

in couture. So both of these women

hit the red carpet I interviewed Cardi

first so that's a photo of our interview

there I have to say she was in fantastic

spirits she talked about the baby she

talked about other projects she actually

was super humble saying that she used to

have to sneak into Fashion Week and now

she's sitting front row at Tom Ford

with Anna Wintour. Great spirits. Super

confident. Very very calm for Cardi. She

walks off continues to do other press.

Then about 15 minutes later Nicki hits

the carpet everyone goes crazy because

she's in this beautiful dress this is

Alexandrov OTA she comes in good one

also it was a girl good one I kind of

couldn't keep my eyes on I was like oh

oh okay

so we were talking again very calm and

cool for Nicki super subdued and I was

like wow she seems so chill on the

carpet this is gonna be a great night

for the both of them they both look

amazing. I think they're in a great

place right okay then she finishes press

okay within maybe five or ten minutes I

hear screaming and commotion. Do you run?

Oh girl I grab my phone and I run to the

balcony and here's what I

here's what I saw Nicki's dressed as

bright red so I'm like where's the red

dress where's the red dress right I know

this is coming from Nikki and Cardi yes

right so I put myself right under her on

the balcony and I shoot up and use your

footage [appluase] back alive a bit right there

okay right there's a lot of rumors but

you got to get the facts that shoe was

thrown at 10:53 p.m. on Friday night. [laughter applause]

okay

For the record she left the Plaza, walked

right in front of me I shot this video

of her walking out at 10:54 so this

happened swift and quick so everyone's

saying that there was this whole

altercation these two girls were so far

apart there was no way that Nikki or

Cardi even touched each other that bump

on her head definitely came from a

security guard the rip on her dress also

I think it was in the tussle. They ripped

the back her booty was showing. Whole booty

I put a little peach on it on Instagram

because I didn't want to disrespect her

but here's the one thing that I noticed

okay I'm Puerto Rican and where I come

from if you're wearing earrings and

you're about to throw down what's the

first thing you do? Take off the earrings.

That's right girl

you take out those earrings. Is she

wearing earrings when she's leaving the

Plaza? Nope

so it's my theory that she took out the

earrings and she knew maybe what she was

gonna do but regardless it was mayhem.

People were going crazy and then I

waited of course cuz I wanted to see

when Nikki was like. And Anna Wintour was like ah no more black

anymore no more and then Nikki left at

about 11:25 totally unfazed you saw the

photos this is her leaving the Plaza and

it was like nothing happened but I have

to say I could not yeah nothing happened

nothing happened but I have to agree

with you it's a shame that this happened

because both of these women don't have

to do this I don't care if you're at

Applebee's or the Plaza

don't fight. Right. Stop it

why I fight. Anyway the woman who posted

online you know a picture of him being

job shamed working at

working at Trader Joe's anyway so Tyler

Perry hired him it's official Tyler came

forward and offered him a role on his

right now we had a long summer everybody

I could do enough bumbling and fumbling

for the whole show out here I don't need

encouragement. Yeah so so okay so and

then Mac Miller died tragically over the

weekend he was found in his home with a

suspected drug overdose and he'd been

struggling with addiction for quite some

time he talked about it himself he was

arrested for drunk driving as recent as

May now you know he was with Ariana

Grande for like two years and people

were online blaming Ariana Grande for

Mac Miller's overdose which is horrible

like why did you leave him he really

loved you blah blah blah then you know

you went off and now you're with

the guy from Saturday Night Live you've

moved on with your life in the meantime

Mac has lost his life. She's not to blame.

Listen in every relationship the door is

there for a reason you open it when you

don't like what you see and you close it

behind you. [applause]

I really did miss you guys over this

summer but I have to tell you like we

went on this 10-city tour to promote the

show I ate my way through ten cities

oh please you know when you get to UM

San San Francisco you have to have the

seafood when you get to Chicago you have

to have the deep-dish pizza when you get

to Atlanta you've got to have collard

greens black-eyed peas and you know I

ate my way through the summer so that

was one big thing that we did and the

other one was that me and Kevin dropped

Kevin off at college and I was shocked

because you know I'm emotional I'm a

crier I didn't cry I'm actually because

I'm I'm happy for him like you can't

spend the rest of your life being what

your parents want you to be the only way

you learn had to be who you want to be

is but leaving them and going someplace

so he's not someplace close enough for

driving back and forth but he is close

enough for airplane flight so only

reason why he's home today is because

and you would think he's here to support

his mother- season 10 and everything - but

no selfish he's home to pack up some of

the things that he's left behind you

know his more clothing and stuff and had

the love to ask me to do it he's been

down there for a month he calls up "mom do

you think you can pack up you know some

of my stuff?" No. First of all I don't

know what your stuff is you got so much

stuff damn you

sneakers every place clothing every

place you packing you know what book

yourself at flight come home only thing

I could do is make sure boxes are here

and you pack up that crap and get back

And Aretha Franklin passed away while

we were gone that was very very sad you

she as you know was one of the dear

darling interviews of this show she

didn't fly so she made me fly to her she

was absolutely sassy and lovely we drank

tea the interview was online I

interviewed her during season two of our

show she made me wear a fascinator and

she said oh I want high tea with you

then I want I'd say she dictated

everything which was fine. It's Aretha

you know and so she's got a whole lot of

stuff that they're putting on auction

you know everything from the gray felt

hat you know the famous gray felt hat to

the jewelry and stuff and so I was asked

this morning in my morning meeting do I

want anything and I know I mean she gave

me the gift of life but first of all she

always watched our show so she knew this

show chapter and verse but she gave me

Vera Vera Bradley luggage uh-huh yep no

she gave that to me and so to me that's

that that's the gift that's gonna keep

on giving immediately now it means

anymore. Rest in Peace Ms. Franklin.

So Bobby's got this sister her her name

is Leola and she's furious about the

movie she claims well first of all you

know the movie was produced by Bobby and

his wife Alicia so that's why you saw

perhaps a watered down version of things

that could have been more watered up it

depicted whit Whitney according to her

as a villain and Alicia as a superhero

who came in and saved the day and Leona

lashed out on Facebook saying the fakest

movie I've ever seen that is not Alicia

yes Whitney was feisty but she loved

Bobby. She's evil you're sleeping with

the devil. Well you might take away from

the movie was clearly Bobby and Whitney

were super in love and super silly with

each other behind there's all that

dancing and it's super silly with each

other anyway I've got no more to say

regarding that you know [applause]

but apparently apparently this Leola is

currently shopping for directors and

writers so she can do her own movie that

she wants to tell us the real the real

and the true you know what I don't care

I mean at this point I don't care you

know do you want to see the real in the

okay so now Denise Richards who I always

called saint-denis she's the one with

kids that she put up with um Charlie

Sheane's mess all those years well she's

joining the Real Housewives of Beverly

Hills. Reportedly they gave her a four

over the weekend to this actor Aaron

Pfeiffer. I don't know who he is. Do you

of Beverly Hills I just think and Denise

has been here before Denise is just a

lovely woman and lovely doesn't cut it

on reality TV.

that she's got her father who she adores

she's got these adorable kids with

Charlie Sheen. She lives in a very

civilized home.

Why I Pray the Rosary September 10, 2018

The Lord asked Carol, our administrator, to please explain why she prays the rosary.

And it's a vision.

It happened on August 28, 2018.

It begins: For the sake of those who are struggling with some of the concepts and Truths Jesus

has been sharing lately, I wanted to share some of my own Path of Learning in these things.

I was born into a non-Pentecostal, Protestant home, and lived in this kind of church environment

the first 55 years of my life.

In my life, God was in Heaven, never rising from His Throne.

Jesus was sitting beside Him.

I had received Holy Spirit into my life when I became 'born again'—but He wasn't

to be spoken of after that.

And Mary… was that sweet girl on the Christmas cards every December.

I wasn't just sure who that 'woman in the stand-up bathtub' was I'd seen on

the lawns of some of my school friends.

But I'd been warned not to speak of it.

I knew there was something missing and I longed to find it.

But none in my family or circle of friends cared, or supported, my searching.

As for other members of the various churches my life led me through—I barely dared to

speak of the things I'd always wondered about.

I married and began having children, and the Lord made it very, very clear that I was to

homeschool these five young souls.

At the time, this was a frightening departure of 'what always was' in my life!

My father was furious.

My husband uneasy.

I was convinced I was going to destroy their lives.

But I obeyed God.

Isaiah quotes the Lord, saying, "My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways

My ways."

How often He proves these words in our lives!

The Lord used my obedience to Him in this to start opening up the 'box' I'd been

taught, all of my life, to carefully keep Him in.

From that point on, slowly and quietly, Jesus began to put me in situations where running

to His heart was the only solution, the only place of Peace.

The Scriptures, alone, just weren't enough - I needed the Savior who walked through them,

too!

He brought books to my attention that I knew were Truth, but would have scandalized those

who insisted on keeping a Bible and a highlighter between He and I.

He would bring a friend here, another there, who understood things I could only ponder.

I was beginning to believe in things I would have be castigated for—had my 'other friends'

found out.

But I knew these things were real.

And I wanted to know more.

One day, not many years ago, He brought a friend who could pray over me in a language

I had long thought would be 'scary'—but instead flowed over me with great peace and

beauty.

It was like being immersed in a living symphony.

And I began to yearn to know Jesus as I'd never allowed myself to know Him before.

The day I was Baptized in the Spirit made all the Truths I had suspected come alive!

The 'box' was now torn wide open, and I wanted ALL of Him.

I began to seek Him, and everything that was a part of Him, with all my heart, mind, and

soul.

Almost at the same time, I began to wonder about many of my past teachings, thoughts,

and beliefs about Jesus, Father God, Holy Spirit.

The Cloud of Witnesses (indeed, who were THEY?).

And "shhhhhh!

Mary…" (she who was never spoken of).

I realized my ideas were not only very, very biased and limited—they were dead wrong.

I wanted to know the Truth, and nothing less.

Then, just five years ago, Jesus allowed me to experience a massive 'sucker punch'—so

horrific, I nearly lost my Faith entirely.

But as always, He took what Satan meant for evil, and turned it to good.

As part of my healing process, He led me to join a School of Prophecy.

During the very first class, Jesus opened my spiritual eyes and ears, and I began to

experience the world He lives in.

A world I'd only dreamed of entering—once I'd died and gone Home to Heaven.

We began to have many journeys together.

At the same time, He introduced me to our dear Clare :0) As our friendship developed,

I found that Clare was from the 'other side of the street', so to speak.

SHE knew all about the things I'd been taught to run rapidly away from: 'Catholic things.'

She encouraged me to read biographies of people I'd never heard of before.

Like Faustina.

Josepha.

And a man named Padre Pio.

I fell in love with these brave and gentle souls.

I admired their tenacity in hardship, and marveled at how close, how intimate, their

relationship with the Lord was!

All my life I'd been told that we needed to draw people OUT of 'that church'—so

they could be saved!

But THESE people knew Jesus in a way FAR exceeding any I'd ever read about in the 'approved'

biographies of men and women known to my sterile, ecumenical world.

Now, Jesus began tearing down, brick by brick, what I later realized was a demonic stronghold

of Religion.

Still attending the Prophecy school, I joined a class called Visiting the Third Heaven.

As the class proceeded, I found myself on the Sea of Glass.

This was a bit of a shock.

After all, FATHER GOD was here—I sensed it.

MY father had been a hard and angry man, and in my mind, Father God was always someone

just like him.

Jesus was MUCH safer.

But the next thing I knew—I had been drawn not to the feet of the Father—but up on

His very lap!

I was frightened!!

How could I be here??

What was He going to do!

I felt my feet begin to wiggle—and when I looked down, I saw that I had become a little

girl of 5 again, dressed in a frilly, fluffy dress—complete with white ankle socks and

black, patent leather shoes.

Even more astounding, I was being snuggled right up against Father's chest, directly

over His heart, nestled into the crook of His left arm.

He smiled at me, and spoke to me with such tender love, I knew I had found my Papa.

And so, in His Everlasting Kindness, Papa began taking me up on His lap now and again

to explain things to me.

To help me find the Truth.

To help me see how different things are in Heaven compared to the Earth.

Always and always, when He does this, I see myself as a little child.

This is how He wants us to listen and learn from Him.

Trusting.

Innocent.

Willing to believe Him, no matter what we may have 'thought' before.

One day, I was sitting on Papa's lap, talking with Him about something that confused me.

Mary had been coming to my prayer corner in the mornings, and had indicated that it would

please her, Jesus, AND Papa if I were to consider praying the rosary prayer.

I found I didn't understand at all why they would ask me to do that.

Wasn't saying the words of a prayer—once—enough?

I had already been struggling through the Mercy Chaplet.

But this was MUCH longer!

Was I willing?

I asked Papa, "WHY do you have to repeat the words, over and over again?

What did it all mean, Papa?"

He didn't answer me that day.

But out of obedience to what they had asked, I found a musical version of this prayer (music

made the Chaplet easier for me.

Why not this, too?) and began using it to pray along with, once a day.

One morning, I was in worship at my prayer desk, and I had my music on shuffle.

To my surprise, a rosary began to play.

And a vision:

I saw myself—as a little girl again—sitting on a blanket in the middle of 'my' meadow,

in the Garden of my Heart.

This is where Jesus loves to come to walk and talk with me, where He tells me He finds

peace and joy in my little presence.

It's just a simple meadow, but I am always on a soft, pretty blanket in soft, low grass.

Myriads of flowers cover the field surrounding me; tiny, delicate blooms of lovely, pale

colors.

So, I was sitting there, examining round white stones, one by one.

In the background was playing, "Hail Mary, full of grace.

The Lord is with thee.

Blessed art thou amongst women, and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus.

Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death."

At each repetition, I would pick up another stone, look at it—maybe polish it a little

with the corner of my pinafore—and lay it on top of many others in my ever-present white

basket beside me.

(I usually have this basket with me when I see myself as a child.

The Lord brings many surprising things out of that basket!)

Each of these stones was different from the next, and it was obvious they represented

something very precious and cherished.

By the start of the second decade, I stood up from the blanket with my basket in hand,

took the stones, one by one, and lifted them up to Papa.

And they turned into beautiful, pure-white doves and FLEW up to Him!

I laughed in delight!

I understood: each part of this prayer WAS a prayer, in itself.

Each time I offered another stone, another Hail Mary, I knew that someone was going to

be touched by my little prayer flying up to my Papa.

I was 'helping' my Papa somehow, with this simple act of obedience.

The vision shifted in the third decade.

Now I was wandering around the field, carefully choosing just the right flower to add to my

basket.

Each flower represented something I could offer to my Papa, though I didn't know just

what yet.

Suddenly, I was on a beach, just next to the water.

At this point, a Glory Be was playing.

"Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning,

is now, and ever shall be, world without end.

Amen."

The words moved my little soul with great love, and I stood looking up into the sky,

praising Papa with all my heart.

His Creation and the beauty and glory of it overwhelmed me.

I could FEEL the majesty of the ocean, His Presence in the air, the motion and power

and pounding of the waves...the sun on the sand.

My heart bonded to Him in His entirety.

The Hail Mary's resumed, and I began walking the beach, looking for tiny shells and bits

of pretty stones, and putting them in my basket.

There was joy and anticipation now to have precious things to offer to Him!

I was beginning to understand.

In myself, I had nothing but what He, Himself, had designed and formed.

Nothing but what He first gave me.

But as He opened my eyes to where and what these treasures were—NOW I had something

to give back to Him.

Each treasure I found was encapsulated in the words of the prayer.

Each repetition of the prayer was a perfectly formed offering to Him, to be used to touch

the lives and souls of the people of this world.

As I understood, I rejoiced that I had SO MANY chances to offer these things to Him!

In just one prayer…

Another part of the prayer began: "O my Jesus, forgive us our sins.

Save us from the fires of hell.

Lead all souls to Heaven, and especially those most in need of Thy mercy."

Now, as I had each time this prayer had been sung before, I would stop whatever I was doing,

close my eyes and pray with all my little heart "Jesus.

Be kind to them.

Help them get better!

Heal their hearts and souls so they can come to know and love You like I do!"

I was understanding even more the power of these heart-felt words, and I sang with great

gusto!

Even the seagulls of the air seemed to join in with me this time.

Now, on the fourth decade, I found myself in a forest.

The woods were dark—and a little scary.

The sounds weren't calming, like at the sea.

I still wanted to have offerings for Jesus and Papa to give to others, but finding these

started to hurt.

A bug bit me…

I bruised my little fingers moving a heavy stone, but found a treasure beneath it—and

placed it in my basket.

A branch scratched my arm while I was reaching for another.

I twisted my ankle climbing over a log, and cried out in pain!

But just beyond it a treasure lay.

I couldn't see them, but I knew my Heavenly Family was somewhere nearby—so even though

it wasn't pleasant, I kept looking.

My basket filled up again, in spite of my sufferings.

Or maybe even—because of them.

Finally, the "Glory Be" began!

"Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning,

is now, and ever shall be, world without end.

Amen."

I set my basket down and danced with all my little heart, twirling and singing.

My dress flew out in a perfect circle around me, my hands were raised now, clapping, DELIGHTING

in You, my Holy Family!

It had been scary, but I had persevered.

And now I could feel You all smiling at me.

The final decade began.

This time, I was standing alone on a street corner.

Walking around and past me was a never-ending crowd of people.

Busy people, like on the downtown streets of Philadelphia.

They were all just walking by me, not paying any attention either to me or to each other...

They all looked worried or sad or lonely.

I stood there with my basket over my arm, now filled with the flowers I had picked earlier

in my meadow.

I wanted so badly to give one of these precious flowers TO these people.

But they wouldn't have it.

Over and again, with each repetition, I would hold out a flower and smile at someone passing

by.

Most of them didn't even see me…

No one accepted one.

With tears flowing down my cheeks, I finally lifted the entire basket up to my Papa—and

they disappeared.

I knew that HE would find people that wanted them.

A final Our Father prayer is near the end of this particular version of the Rosary.

While this was being sung, my vision ended.

I found myself playing in a creek, back again in the Garden of my Heart.

I was standing on a large, flat rock in the middle of the water, watching a school of

little, colored fish swim along, giggling as they brushed by my fingers and slid in

and around my toes.

There is a large boulder at the edge of this stream, and Jesus was resting up against it,

playing a lovely tune on His flute, as He often does.

Mary was sitting next to Him, just watching me play, with a loving 'mama' smile on

her face.

Papa was standing there as well, with one hand on her shoulder.

His eyes sparkle when He is pleased!

We were a family, enjoying a 'break' in the weary work of praying, suffering, and

offering for the sake of His other children.

The ones that need Him so much.

The ones who haven't yet discovered that He is Love Itself.

Because Jesus had been the one to start the rosary in the first place, once it ended,

a new song began.

This is one He often plays for me, from Julie True: "I humble myself before You, God.

Like a little child...

Like a little child.

Give me the eyes to see from the vantage point of a little child.

Where everything looms large around me.

Where little things are really exciting!

And no worries.

No worries…"

How perfectly this song reflected my whole vision!

And so, I thank you again, Papa.

How tenderly You have shown me my 'why', because I was willing to set aside 'what

everyone said.'

In my flesh, and according to what I had been taught, these prayers had seemed odd, or even

foolish and ineffective.

I had believed that my man-made little efforts, thoughts, prayers, and ministrations were

somehow more important than the very ones You gave to Your People, because this was

the way the world and the oh-so-divided church had trained me to think.

But I have set aside those opinions now, and have come to understand that Your ways, Your

wisdom, what You provide, what You ask of us, is always beautiful and to be cherished

- far above the judgments of men.

Now I understand that this simple offering of prayers has been given to the Father, because

of the Son.

Now His mother has the 'fuel' to bless many with graces.

And now I know that You hold these words and this little effort of obedience in high esteem.

Just because I took the little bit of my time to offer it.

What a mystery!

What a Joy!

You are beyond comprehension, Lord...

But I so enjoy these little bits of glorious 'peeks' into Your world.

Fast Food Chain Could Outdo Nike On Outrage With Nasty New Buttons Workers Wear

Burgerville is a fast-food chain in the Pacific Northwest with around 50 locations.

Recently some controversy has been brewing because employees started wearing politically-charged

buttons at work, offending customers.

The company changed its policy to ban such accessories and now the worker's union is

demanding that the employees be allowed to piss off and alienate as many customers as

possible.

This is from Fox News:

"Burgerville employees are going to have to express themselves with a little less flair

now that the restaurant chain has revised its button policy after several employees

came to work wearing political pins, offending some customers.

Originally, the small Pacific Northwest burger chain did not have a written policy in place,

which led to workers wearing "controversial" pins like "Abolish ICE" and "No one

is illegal" while on shift.

Now the fast food restaurant is creating a policy to keep its facilities "inclusive."

"Some of our employees have been wearing buttons expressing their political views at

work.

While Burgerville had a long-standing verbal policy prohibiting the wearing of personal

buttons, we did not have a written policy about this.

The company is adopting one that represents our long-standing commitment to creating a

universally welcoming and inclusive environment for our customers and employees alike.

We are instituting an updated uniform policy, and buttons and other messaging – both political

and personal – will not be allowed.

It is a policy that is common in public-facing businesses and is in alignment with our mission

to Serve With Love," said the company in a statement.

This all started when some super-white employees at a Portland, OR (where else?) location were

sent home for refusing to take off their offensive buttons:

A restaurant chain in Oregon is receiving customer backlash after employees started

wearing politically charged buttons that read "Abolish ICE" and "No one is illegal"

— much to the company's dismay.

Late last month, Burgerville sent home 10 workers from its Montavilla location in Portland

after they refused to take off the pins which, supervisors said, violated company policy

that bans "controversial" pins.

However, one day later, the company gave the employees back pay and let them return to

work with their protest buttons after the union called the policy a form of "white

supremacy."

This is no BS, the union really did call this policy "white supremacy."

"Yesterday, a new policy came down from Burgerville corporate: no "political" buttons.

Corporate explicitly singled out Black Lives Matter and No One Is Illegal buttons as "too

controversial" to be worn at work, and only buttons about wages and working conditions

would be allowed.

Burgerville's new policy is, simply put, white supremacist.

When bosses tell workers they are not allowed to support Black Lives Matter or to stand

with undocumented immigrants, they are siding with"

The basic deal is the company never had a written policy against employees wearing these

stupid buttons and now they do.

This has prompted this ultra-reasonable union to demand that workers be allowed to offend

costumers at work:

As you can see, the union is also demanding that Burgerville put an end to white supremacy

and abolish all prisons.

These are probably things that a small burger franchise lacks the power to do, but whatever.

Unions are dumb, but this particular one lacks even a hint of human intelligence.

If these employees are allowed to offend and alienate customers, those customers will simply

stop coming to Burgerville.

If customers stop coming, employees will be laid off.

What this dumbass union is fighting for is their members to

be put out of work.

will because she's attached herself to a

insulted her parenting. Who cares. Who

Access because this is the event during

Fashion Week I mean you were talking

fashions elite all gathered at the Plaza

in couture. So both of these women

hit the red carpet I interviewed Cardi

first so that's a photo of our interview

there I have to say she was in fantastic

spirits she talked about the baby she

talked about other projects she actually

was super humble saying that she used to

have to sneak into Fashion Week and now

she's sitting front row at Tom Ford

with Anna Wintour. Great spirits. Super

confident. Very very calm for Cardi. She

walks off continues to do other press.

Then about 15 minutes later Nicki hits

the carpet everyone goes crazy because

she's in this beautiful dress this is

Alexandrov OTA she comes in good one

also it was a girl good one I kind of

couldn't keep my eyes on I was like oh

oh okay

so we were talking again very calm and

cool for Nicki super subdued and I was

like wow she seems so chill on the

carpet this is gonna be a great night

for the both of them they both look

amazing. I think they're in a great

place right okay then she finishes press

okay within maybe five or ten minutes I

hear screaming and commotion. Do you run?

Oh girl I grab my phone and I run to the

balcony and here's what I

here's what I saw Nicki's dressed as

bright red so I'm like where's the red

dress where's the red dress right I know

this is coming from Nikki and Cardi yes

right so I put myself right under her on

the balcony and I shoot up and use your

footage [appluase] back alive a bit right there

okay right there's a lot of rumors but

you got to get the facts that shoe was

thrown at 10:53 p.m. on Friday night. [laughter applause]

For the record she left the Plaza, walked

right in front of me I shot this video

of her walking out at 10:54 so this

happened swift and quick so everyone's

saying that there was this whole

altercation these two girls were so far

apart there was no way that Nikki or

Cardi even touched each other that bump

on her head definitely came from a

security guard the rip on her dress also

I think it was in the tussle. They ripped

the back her booty was showing. Whole booty

I put a little peach on it on Instagram

because I didn't want to disrespect her

but here's the one thing that I noticed

okay I'm Puerto Rican and where I come

from if you're wearing earrings and

you're about to throw down what's the

first thing you do? Take off the earrings.

That's right girl

you take out those earrings. Is she

wearing earrings when she's leaving the

Plaza? Nope

so it's my theory that she took out the

earrings and she knew maybe what she was

gonna do but regardless it was mayhem.

People were going crazy and then I

waited of course cuz I wanted to see

when Nikki was like. And Anna Wintour was like ah no more black

anymore no more and then Nikki left at

about 11:25 totally unfazed you saw the

photos this is her leaving the Plaza and

it was like nothing happened but I have

to say I could not yeah nothing happened

nothing happened but I have to agree

with you it's a shame that this happened

because both of these women don't have

to do this I don't care if you're at

Applebee's or the Plaza

don't fight. Right. Stop it

were online blaming Ariana Grande for

Mac Miller's overdose which is horrible

like why did you leave him he really

loved you blah blah blah then you know

you went off and now you're with

the guy from Saturday Night Live you've

moved on with your life in the meantime

Mac has lost his life. She's not to blame.

Listen in every relationship the door is

don't like what you see and you close it

I really did miss you guys over this

summer but I have to tell you like we

went on this 10-city tour to promote the

show I ate my way through ten cities

to Atlanta you've got to have collard

greens black-eyed peas and you know I

ate my way through the summer so that

was one big thing that we did and the

other one was that me and Kevin dropped

crier I didn't cry I'm actually because

I'm I'm happy for him like you can't

spend the rest of your life being what

your parents want you to be the only way

you learn had to be who you want to be

is but leaving them and going someplace

so he's not someplace close enough for

driving back and forth but he is close

enough for airplane flight so only

reason why he's home today is because

his mother- season 10 and everything - but

no selfish he's home to pack up some of

the things that he's left behind you

the love to ask me to do it he's been

down there for a month he calls up "mom do

this morning in my morning meeting do I

me the gift of life but first of all she

always watched our show so she knew this

show chapter and verse but she gave me

Vera Vera Bradley luggage uh-huh yep no

she gave that to me and so to me that's

that that's the gift that's gonna keep

on giving immediately now it means

As it controls virtually all aspects of your life, the brain is one of the most vital organs

of your body.

It is also one of the most nutritionally demanding.

Keeping the brain healthy requires a wide variety of minerals, antioxidants, and vitamins,

one of the most notable of which is vitamin B12.

Cobalamin, known more popularly as vitamin B12, is one of the eight B-vitamins.

These nutrients are known as a collective whole for helping the body to absorb energy,

but individually, they perform distinct functions and benefit specific parts of the body.

Cobalamin, for instance, helps keep your bones strong and your eyes healthy.

But where vitamin B12 truly shines is in maintaining proper brain function.

It is linked to processes related to memory and concentration.

It is also an important requirement in the formation of serotonin and dopamine, neurotransmitters

vital to the regulation of moods.

In fact, low levels of cobalamin have been associated with depression.

Furthermore, reduced levels of vitamin B12 are linked to symptoms of schizophrenia.

These include social withdrawal, the inability to express emotions, and apathy.

Some experts believe patients suffering from these symptoms need to monitor their vitamin

B12 levels for the rest of their life.

Another proof of cobalamin's important role in brain function is how a lack of it can

lead to symptoms akin to those suffered by people with Alzheimer's disease.

Once the deficiency is addressed and the patient is administered sufficient vitamin B12, the

symptoms dissipate.

Interestingly, there is evidence that supplementing with cobalamin and other B-vitamins can reduce

the impact and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease and dementia in general.

One study from Oxford University found that the combination of cobalamin, pyridoxine (B6),

and folic acid (B9) can improve brain function.

This cocktail can also reduce the shrinkage of the part of the brain commonly affected

by Alzheimer's disease

Where can you get vitamin B12?

Cobalamin is not abundant in plant sources – it usually occurs in meat and dairy products.

If you want to get enough of it, you will need the following in your diet:

Organ meat – Beef liver is one of the best sources of vitamin B12, with just three ounces

providing more than 10 times your required daily value of the nutrient.

Seafood – Three ounces of clams contain more vitamin B12 than beef liver.

Fish – Trout, haddock, tuna, and salmon are among the best fishes to eat if you want

vitamin B12.

Dairy – A cup of milk and eight ounces of yogurt can provide you with more than 10 percent

of this nutrient's required daily value.

Chicken and egg – They don't contain as much vitamin B12 as beef, but they are ideal

options for those who are watching their intake of red meat.

If you are a vegetarian but want to obtain the health benefits of vitamin B12, then you

need to raise your intake of nori seaweed.

It is the only vegetable source of true vitamin B12 – others, such as fermented soy products,

may contain B12 analogs.

These are nutrients that the body mistakes for actual vitamin B12, preventing true cobalamin

from getting absorbed.

As it may not be practical to eat a lot of nori, you can take supplements instead.

In its natural state, vitamin B12 bonds with protein and is broken down in the stomach.

As a supplement, vitamin B12 occurs in free form, which means it is readily absorbed by

your body even without the aid of protein.

Kyon: ... Taniguchi, you're overacting. The line needs to be said with a bit more gravitas.

Kunikida: Hey Kyon, why don't you try acting then?

Kyon: That's crazy talk. There's no way I'd learn my lines in time.

I knew my resistance was futile, but I had to at least make a token effort.

Taniguchi: No, you could. You've looked over the script a couple of times since last night.

Kunikida: We've got too many actors playing multiple parts at the moment, it could be confusing for the audience. I can handle things backstage by myself. I'll be fine.

Taniguchi: Right, it's settled. Asakura, Kyon wants to act too!

Asakura: Really!? You'll be a huge help!

Kyon: Hold, wha!?

Good grief. How do I keep letting this happen to me?

And so, the clock continued counting down to 2:00 PM, the time when the curtain would rise for the second show.

I'm going to be providing you with a bunch of helpful resources that will help you in

your food blog starting journey towards the end of the video so stay tuned.

The first step I'm going to cover is how to choose and register your own domain name for

free.

To have a blog you have to have a domain name.

Step 2 I'll be going over how to choose a hosting provider.

To have a blog you have to have hosting.

Step 3 is getting your blog set up for free with the most popular blogging software today.

The blogging platform is WordPress.

If you want your blog to rank, reach success, etc.

WordPress is the way to go.

Let's get started.

The first thing you want to do is head on over to Bluehost via the link that I provided

This is where you can select your hosting plan.

You'll see three different options.

You'll see a Basic plan, Plus plan, and a Prime plan.

I recommend going with the basic plan, and then you can always scale up whenever you'd

If you have more than one website, then you'd want to choose either the plus plan or prime

plan.

I'm going to choose the basic plan for this tutorial as this is most common.

Go ahead and hit the select button on whichever plan you would like to use.

We are now brought to a domain page where we can choose the domain name that we want

completely free.

Or if you already have a domain name, you'd enter it in over on the right.

For the new domain you can select if you want it to be a .com, .net, .org, etc.… .com

is the most popular domain extension so I'd recommend going with a .com if you can.

I'm going to type in a domain here and click the next button.

You are now brought to a create your account page.

This is where you will input your information.

We have first name, last name.

Business name is optional.

Put your country address information.

Put a phone number and lastly the best email for you as you'll get emailed a receipt

of payment and a copy of your login credentials, etc.

Below that you will see package information.

You'll see account plan.

This is where you can select the term for your hosting package.

You have 12 months, 24 months, 36 months, and 60 months.

As you can see you'll save money the longer, you purchase your hosting for.

I'm going to select the 12 months package.

Setup fee is free.

Domain registration is free.

Let's Encrypt SSL is free.

This SSL feature is a free SSL Certificate which makes your site secure with the green

bar and with the https.

Domain Privacy is an addon that I highly recommend.

It will prevent telemarketers and marketers getting a hold of your personal contact information

and bugging you with their services.

The domain privacy will show Bluehost's information for the site and not yours.

Sitelock security find is security for your WordPress website and protects it from hackers.

I'd unselect this as there are really good free alternatives.

You'll see Codeguard.

Codeguard creates daily backups and allows you to restore your site with a click of a

button in case something happens.

There are free alternatives that work just the same.

SEO Tools Start you can keep unselected.

This addon will submit your site to search engines and provide a report on your site

ranking and keyword rankings.

Submitting your site to search engines you can do for free.

This isn't necessary to have.

All of these addons are completely optional and up to you to get.

As you can see you're saving a lot for this hosting package.

Below that you will input your payment information.

I'm not going to fill this out for protection of personal information.

Once your information is filled in you want to select the I have read and agreed to Bluehost's

privacy policy and terms of service.

Now click the submit button.

You are now brought to a page where you will choose a password for your Bluehost account.

Click the create your password button.

Input the password you would like.

Click the I have read and agreed to Bluehost's Privacy Policy and Terms and Condition and

click the next button.

You will be directed to a congratulations page.

Click the blue login button to log in to Bluehost.

Bluehost is also going to at this time email your dashboard login information to the email

address you provided.

You will now see pick your Theme.

Bluehost has a bunch of awesome free WordPress themes to choose from.

You can select a Theme now if you want too or below the Themes you can click skip this

step.

If you choose a Theme now, you can always change the theme you pick without any problem

at a later date.

I'll be going over this in more detail, later in the video.

Once you choose your free Theme or click skip this step you'll be at the page here stating

all done.

Click the button that says start building to start building your blog on WordPress.

Once you click that and log in you will be at the WordPress dashboard.

This is what the WordPress dashboard looks like.

It'll ask you a few questions as you can see.

If you don't need help just click the, you don't need help option.

Once you do that you will see this page.

You will see blog posts where you can add new blog posts.

You will see where you can add new pages to your blog.

If you want to change your navigation menus, you can do so easily, and if you are going

to sell products on your site, you can install Woocommerce to do so.

On the far left, you will see tabs.

Hover over them and get to learn them.

Posts is where you can add new posts.

Pages is where you can add new pages.

The media tab is where your images will show that you upload to your blog.

Comments is where you can view comments people leave on your blog.

Plugins is where you can install plugins for your blog.

Almost any customization or feature that you would want more than likely there is a plugin

already made for it.

Appearance is where you can change the look of your theme or change your theme to another

one or a Premium theme.

Select Themes when you hover over appearance.

It will showcase free WordPress themes to you can choose from.

If you select most popular, it will show you the most popular free WordPress themes.

Hover over a Theme and click install and then click activate to make the Theme your WordPress

theme.

You should also see add new theme on this page.

This is where you can add a new theme if you got it from another site or it is a Premium

Theme.

A great resource I have used for several years and recommend for professional WordPress themes

that look like an award-winning design agency did your blog is Creative Market.

You can easily browse WordPress blogging premium themes.

Click on them and get a live preview of Themes as you can see here.

In the top left of your WordPress dashboard, you will see welcome here or your site title

towards the top of the page.

Click this to view your site.

To login to your WordPress dashboard, you can do so via the Bluehost CPanel or by typing

in your domain name with a slashwp-admin.

Just input your login credentials to be logged into WordPress.

Another great resource that is helpful and used by over 500,000 users is the drag and

drop editor called Elementor page builder.

Elementor page builder makes starting and creating your WordPress blog easy.

You can make edits by dragging and dropping.

Search elementor page builder on the plugins page and install and activate it if you'd

like to try it out.

Elementor has a free and paid version.

of the free and paid versions.

Another great resource to check out is Fiverr.

Fiverr is a great place to get tasks done for just $5.

It is helpful if you need a logo or something done.
