Youtube daily report Sep 6 2018

hey guys welcome back now if you haven't

seen some people found some hidden

assets that are able to respond and from

your solo game play or if you own you're

own server no I have put all these items

on one excel document which I will put

my desk cord and you can download it

freely just go to the announcements and

you'll see and near now I have packed

out a lot Layton's that other people

picked out as well and we'll just really

quickly go over them just to see what

kind of things are getting in command I

haven't put all of the items because I

want you to go and check out the

original PS on a phone that's oh he's

got other items in as well because they

want to make it out as if I have phone

this I haven't I was from another

creator who originally done it but

there's other videos of it popping up

and down first of all there's a Santa

suit you can actually wear this as well

and this was part of a video I believe

no there's f you can wear that wear

gloves as well kind of cool just walk

around run around your own server as an

admin that with this then go for it

looks quite cool to honest this will

probably come back in December as like a

bonus skin to find

now there's also horse stalls for legs

does free of them and this as one you

can't actually quite this if there's a

tactical jacket minute you see as he was

short in your vicinity

now this is interesting because this

means you can actually put knaves and

potentially more slots on your character

which we've quite cool because a little

people are complaining that they've got

a lot of slots from the bags with a bag

slowly down so this is something that

could probably push that back a little

bit no I have put this jumper here

because this is quite hard to see now if

I focus then you see there's a lockpick

so I think personally this make men to

play when people have the boxes I'm able

to lock pack it out or the outpost that

no one can get into left a lot packed

for them but interesting to see because

looting as quite easy in all their

places you go to so if the starts

becoming locked areas as well we're

gonna have to use lock picks I'll craft

them or get an ability weak actually

craft that would be quick cool something

now faintly the quays smart now moving

on there's also fresh traps and snare

traps now you can see they're a bit

route for small animals so this

potential is going to help us catch

rabbits so way easier to catch food

there's also rats in the list

so usually catch rats as well know

there's a tripwire and a fresh trap no

they're just here that's hard to see

because there's such small assets now

moving on the zest bad boy it's a trap

wire trap this won't be till it cash

beers and players I'd imagine no I'd

imagine this will be behind a door walk

people walk in when you're fortifying

your PC's and this can drop in top of

them

this is absolute genius honestly this

will bring so much fun to the game get

people to on your base get to walk over

that and drop notice also our fashion

roid know there's a ton of water on this

I mean you can see there's loads of

ponds lakes are often having fashion

there's a PvE element where you can

catch on food and you can actually put

it into this over here wash as a smoker

no just click on there you can see

smoker so you can actually put all the

food and say dust so you could smoke the

fish under me now this is a salted fish

barrel so you can pull put all your

fashion out that would actually keep

them fresh so it's actually quite a good

we're doing it know if you are like an a

person who is going to properly set up a

base and set up near a lake easily kind

of pull away things I've got a bit

common what really useful

there is also a TP then that's just

another make chef we he has to put this

up and place it down quite easily even

when your spoiler and no this is

probably just this is probably the

advantage shelter at a margin because

the shelter is super basic

it's a limb to avoid to a two stacks so

that's the probability the starter and a

base and the only thing is it looks if

it's made out of hay so you don't have

to kill animals to get it there looks of

it if it does come and that as they were

talk to it small cut there's also a

parachute no I don't know whether that's

going to command I think that's make me

an asset that's actually for the server

like games will motor clear but the

vents you may be for respawn and you

come down a parachute in stage you know

like this typical bout Royale stable but

maybe friend game as well because

there's quite a lot of higher cliffs at

one point and there's a dam so it make

you man I can't see how it couldn't

fully because I couldn't find a backpack

for it I feel offended Perisher there's

also this which is the fire brick no you

see they have fire deflector shield I

think this might be for with doorways

and stuff know if the some sort of flame

for it comes and when you've got a base

that's good be something you could use

to fortify and stop or it could just be

a simple thing for if you make a large

fire you couldn't use your own then it

stops the fire from spreading now you

probably hear that a wolf and the

background dome can re equate the Fang

no that is actually a donkey I spawned a

real fun and it was a donkey believe it

or not it's over there somewhere I

wasn't a war for a little bit but it's a

to run over there but still held on no

the Reds s are set though and it as

asked end at will so you can actually

chop this up as well that's like way

cool so there's definitely lot of the

assets and the engine ready to go so

this is promised and this shows that

fangs up actually already there and the

guys could be implementing I'm quite

certain because usually the longest Fang

is getting an asset into system get all

made up

no all I have to do is really hook up

and wreck it - what

they're gonna use it for guys as I said

there's a lot of I do less I'm gonna put

a link below because I don't want to

make it out as if I have been the one

that's phoned us

I've purposely left items out that he's

found as well so contributing over in

check no as I said I will put the full

Excel document and to my desk or the

link is below you can join the don't

would that it's got a quick felt search

as well and you can search through all

the items if you doing all the commands

for your own saw server if you go to G

portal they have a full command list

where it tells you how to do it and

every ATM is on there that's where I got

all the items and put all into this hill

document so guys a quick one totally

different for normally do it and have

some fun with it or you know a lot of

sorcery can spoil all these and and I

will see you in the next one

"Often, the thing you most want it's the only thing you can not have. "

This phrase is spoken by Meredith Gray in the Gray's Anatomy may sound familiar to many,

especially those who are dissatisfied with some aspect of his life.

This is quite true also when we speak of appearance.

Both women and men cosmetic and even surgical treatments,

seeking to improve their attributes.

The size of the breasts, for example, is one of these aspects that bother many women.

For many of them size is important and they end up looking for ways to increase them,

the silicone implants being one of the forms more common to increase some numbers in the

bra.

If you fit this profile, before For a more invasive method, try

some of these totally natural forms of increase breasts:

Fenugreek This seed originating in Greece has the

power to increase breast size when in direct contact with the breast tissue.

This increase is believed to occur because the fenugreek mimics the effects of estrogen

and stimulates prolactin.

To take advantage of the properties of this seed, let it soak in a container of water

during an entire night (or for 8 consecutive hours).

Then gently massage your breasts with this water.

Star anise According to a study done in 1980,

have been used for the purpose of increase estrogen levels.

This hormone, at normal levels, is capable of to aid in the growth of breasts.

It is recommended for this purpose to take the anise-starry tea, for 7 days,

stopping for another 7 days and so on.

Tea is very simple to make: just boil 1 liter of water with 1 teaspoon of aniseed.

Fennel / Fennel Fennel contains phytoestrogens,

vegetables that can stimulate growth breast and milk production

who are breastfeeding.

In addition, this plant is rich in which increase the secretion of estrogen in the

body.

In this case, it is recommended to consume the plant in salads or in the form of tea.

Licorice Licorice has a similar effect as fennel

when it comes to helping in breast augmentation.

The best way to consume licorice is to through tea, mixing 2 tablespoons (soup)

of licorice roots in one and a half liters of water.

Once boiling, turn off the heat, allow to cool for ten minutes, strain and drink.

Pueraria-mirifica A Thai study has shown that 70% of

women who supplemented with Pueraria-mirifica breast augmentation, as well as a reduction in

of stretch marks on the skin.

The recommended intake is through supplements with the plant extract, together with calcium

(which may come from

of food).

Daniel Hummerdal interview on his appointment as Chief Advisor, Health and Safety Innovation - Duration: 8:28.

Interviewer: Congratulations, Daniel, on your appointment. Why WorkSafe?

well I think that through the creation

of this role WorkSafe have demonstrated

a type of safety leadership that I'm

very attracted to it's a type of

leadership that says that whatever we're

doing in the past is not going to be

enough it is not enough to try harder

with the methods and the solutions that

were developed for yesterday's needs but

what we're looking for is somewhere in

the future or some when in the

future and it takes courage it takes a

great leadership team to say that we're

going to create will put the resources

in place to make sure that we figure out

what type of future we want to create

and put that into practice, so I'm

very excited to be part of that team as

far as I know this is the

world's first very unique position to

work as a safety innovation leader from

a regulatory point of view and as such

is of course very open what's going to

come out of it and I'm very excited to

see what type of future will emerge from

from working with WorkSafe as a base and

of course for me as you know personally

I've been working in safety innovation

over the last seven years or so in

different roles internal and external

consultancy and be working with the

regulator in putting new ideas and new

practices into organization is a

fantastic playground a fantastic

opportunity for me to try some cool

ideas and see what happens so I think

that is what really attracted me to the

role when I first saw it.

Interviewer: you have international reputation and following. Why did

you decide to put that behind you and come to New Zealand?

had conversations with business leaders

in particular three or four years I have

in New Zealand and safety practitioners

there as well and I must say there is an

openness and willingness to try new

ideas much more so in New Zealand than

anywhere else that I've been before so

for me it makes a lot of sense to go

there and I also think that this is

combined with some sort of

healthy skepticism of over what is going

on in other countries where the

Kiwis might say that you know we want to

try something before I want to find our

own path into these these questions and

whatever has been going on somewhere

else is not necessarily where we want to

go let's see where we end up and of

course again as I mentioned before this

is a great opportunity for me to

collaborate then with like-minded people

who already are in that sort of mindset

and so I very much look forward to

meeting other people who are interested

in forging a new path for safety in New Zealand.

Interviewer: What will be your primary focus in your new role?

yeah I think there will be a few different focus areas one of them

will be around creating or supporting

case studies around new novel ways of

approaching safety and by novel ways I

don't necessarily mean that we're gonna

stop doing what we've done in the past I

think a lot of what I've been will be

focusing on is to look at what's been

going on the past, traditional safety

management questions like incident

investigations inductions or audits and

so on but see how we can tweak those so

a lot of those people say we have to do

them but they're quite problematic they

don't produce as much value as we would

like them to, so I will engage with a few

organizations who try a few different

ideas how we can get more value add from

those activities then I think there will

also be a an element of trying brand new

ideas ideas that I've read about you

know going on in other workplace

management traditions not necessarily

safety and then put them into practice in safety and see what happens but with

that things like positive deviance or

appreciative inquiry so those things

will be very you know a huge part of

what I'll be able focusing on initially

another part that I look forward to

trying is to really start building a

culture of safety innovation where we

invite the people are interested in

thinking differently around safety and

thinking about theory we can find new

solutions to these dilemmas and

challenges that organizations have

and run workshops or some sort of

innovation sessions in which we help

each other to start trying new things

and then supporting me when they go back

to their organizations to try these

things and and then celebrate the

successes and make sure that we learn

from the things that don't work and also

predict that there's gonna be a few

failures in the sense that well that

didn't work or we didn't get as much

value from that which I'm fine with

I just want to you know put that

disclaimer others are people and I

expect me to fail a bit which is nice

for me but yeah if we can get to that

point where we have just if safety and

vision will come back down just to me

it's gonna be a bit problematic so I

want to engage more and more people in

that and I think is a third component as

well which will be to engage in you know

to have it input into the national

conversation around what happens in

safety and I will bring that innovation

element to it to the very where I see my

role as challenging and putting in

challenging traditional ideas and

putting new ideas into the mix as well

and who knows where that's gonna go

something you will emerge from all of

that it's very exciting to be to be part

of this cutting edge of safety and I

think it's a cutting edge globally that

will attract a fair bit of attention as well

Interviewer: what learnings from your previous work do you think might create some lightbulb moments?

well I think that two components to to

that answer the first one is really that

I am keen to continue my exploration and

application of the ideas around safety

two safety two is really focusing on the

desired outcomes on how can we get more

of those where traditional safety has

being more I can get less of the

outcomes that we don't want to have so

finding practices around that how we can

learn from how such success happens and

make sure that we get more and more of

that that is something that I'm

personally quite passionate about and I

know already a few organizations in New

Zealand that are keen to to put a few

such practices into play, the other

aspect is really to let loose a bit more

of the collective intelligence

collective creativity of the people for

whom

safety matters the most, the frontline

experts how would they like to run

safety if we can give more of an

opportunity more ownership to them to

design their safety practices co-create

them together with leaders and so on and

just see what happens when we locate the

ownership of safety and the

responsibility and the resources for

safety, at the level where safety needs to

happen to see people as the solution to

safety rather than as a problem that we need

to sort of control and manipulate

somehow that is a really cool challenge

that I worked with it in the past and I

look forward to seeing what happens

around that in New Zealand

Interviewer: Your new role as Head of Innovation - what does innovation mean

in terms of health and safety?

it needs to have a practical application

any new idea anyone can come up with new

ideas instead of doing incident

investigation we might hand out popcorn

is that innovation no but it might be

creative but it's not innovation it

needs to add value to those type of

challenges or questions that

organizations face so it's about coming

up new ways of getting that value add so

that is really what's going to be

critical the critical evaluation -

anything that I try does it add value

does it solve the same questions but add

more value than we had before so that is

you know that might encompass other

things like improvement as well it

doesn't have to be brand new disruptive

and something that we haven't seen

before as I mentioned earlier it could

have to do something with trying an old

method but just tweak a few things

change who is doing the investigation oh

where are we doing it what type of

evidence do we need for safety audits

what are the questions we ask just for

tweaks to see what comes out as a

different output at the end of that

UNUSUAL Facts About Mormon Prophets - Duration: 13:20.

I guess I'm starting this one.

You're always awkward when you start it. That's Justin. I just like to start right off the bat.

No Justin's like,

"Okay, so today guys we're gonna talk about" or uh

he'll do like the hahaha laugh, "you know, it's like crazy, you know?" He does, I guarantee, you watch watch for it.

All right, well so we've got

seventeen prophets in this dispensation

starting with Joseph Smith on to President Nelson who is our prophet today, and we thought it'd be fun to kind of

give a couple of fun facts about these guys. About all of the prophets, every single one. We're gonna do it.

So we have our handy dandy list of fun facts here that come from a variety of sources, some are from

LDS Living and LDSFacts.net and lots of different places. Cut, dang it, I'm sorry. What? Yes,

We're borrowing things from LDS living. We love LDS living. They have not spoken about our show at all.

LDS Living has never talked about our show ever. They've never even referenced--

they actually had an article about 3 Mormons who were athletes not at the show 3 Mormons.

Obviously not us. They don't like us,

I don't know why.

Joseph Smith, fun fact I bet you did not know that when he was 14, there was an assassination

attempt on his life.

That's redundant. Someone tried to kill the kid. Yeah, someone tried kill him until he died.

Yeah until he was super dead.

But he didn't die because they shot at him but they hit a cow instead.

That's good. The more you know, the more you know. Somebody tried to kill a 14 year old kid.

It happens. If I were lying about this whole restoration thing,

when people start trying to kill me, I'd probably just stop there

but he didn't so maybe-- Well, they were motivated to kill Joseph because he was evil and he was the devil and

everyone knows you gotta shoot people if you disagree with them.

All right, moving on.

President Brigham Young only had eleven days of formal schooling and then he just stopped going to school.

So remember kids, drop out of school and become a prophet. I'm kidding.

Don't, don't, no bad idea. I'm joking, terrible idea!

Don't do what I just said and after 1862 of Brigham Young also wore dentures.

So yeah. He didn't have a lot teeth. No, he did not have a lot of teeth until he got...

Alright, John Taylor. John Taylor came third we know and Wilford Woodruff, Lorenzo Snow.

But we'll get to them and so John Taylor was in Carthage Jail along with Willard Richards

and Joseph Smith and Hyrum Smith.

Obviously, we know Joseph and Hyrum were killed.

John Taylor, he took some shots. He was shot in the-- there's a list here. He was shot in the thigh,

he was shot in the knee, in the arm and in the hip at Carthage and ultimately he was shot

in the breast pocket.

But was saved by his pocket watch, the bullet hit his watch and that one didn't get him. After the mob left,

Willard Richards was leaving,

he was like trying to like get to leave and he heard John say, "Willard, take me."

Willard Richards took John Taylor into a different room to hide there for a while because he knew the mob was

gonna come back.

He had to like pick up-- It's such a sad story.

Wilford Woodruff had a really cool vision in the St. George Temple

where he was appeared to by a bunch of really, really important figures throughout history,

a lot of founding fathers and Protestant Reformation--

Reformation-- Protestant reformers and they're basically like, "Hey, we helped lay the foundation

right up until the restoration right here. So you should do our temple work. And he was like, "Okay."

That's what happened. That's cool. Alright.

President Lorenzo Snow during his third mission when he was 27,

he presented a Book of Mormon to Queen Victoria.

And it's actually still in the Windsor Castle to this day.

So there's a library there apparently. Yeah, there's a library in a castle and a Book of Mormon's there.

Great story.

All right, let's keep going.

Joseph F. Smith.

Okay. So when Joseph F. Smith was a kid, a mob attacked and they threw a

mattress on top of him and it almost smothered him to death.

The more you know. My gosh, they were always trying to kill the prophets. Yep. Yep.

Also, he crossed the plains as a young boy.

Okay. So Heber J Grant, he was the President of the Church during World War 2. He developed our

a lot of what our welfare program is today...

and...

dude wasn't that interesting as far as I know, we don't have anything interesting to say about him.

No! Cut, cut! So George Albert Smith, you know, I relate to him a lot.

He married Wilfred Woodruff's granddaughter-- which you've done as well. Yes.

And then he left for a mission a week later.

I've never married a girl and left for a mission week later, but I have dated a girl and left.

Where'd you go?

Just left? David O Mckay

David O McKay, all right. Dude was the education

master. So BYU hasn't always been like a formal university

but under David O Mckay, he helped convert it into an actual like four-year credentialized,

is that a word? University. Yeah, Joseph Fielding Smith

before he was prophet, he helped oversee the evacuation of missionaries out of Europe right before World War 2.

Or during World War 2. Prior to World War 2. So right before World War 2

that's what he did. So they got out of there

before the Nazis started...

All right, Harold B Lee was President of the church through the Great Depression and he helped people get jobs in the church.

He helped a lot of people get jobs in the church. It says,

so more than-- oh my goodness-- according to our information,

according to our sources

more than more than half of the members of the church during the Great Depression didn't have jobs and

so also, we talked about Heber J Grant and his involvement in the welfare program

and Harold B Lee also did a lot with the welfare

Program to help people get jobs. You know what's interesting,

I know that like the

stereotype about Mormons is-- it's also this

stereotype about Jews-- that Mormons are just very successful and the Mormons make a lot of money.

And Asians. And Asians.

Yeah, but Mormons for a lot of our history were not these business successful people, they were poor and always, you know

know like not just barely making it through.

And now when you think of a Mormon, you think of like a clean-cut, I've got a lot of money and a good smile.

They're like, "Ah, run!" You know, but for the longest time,

financially struggling, the Church was in major debt. Yeah.

And also

President Lee started the bishop's storehouse which at the time was called the Pioneer stake Bishop storehouse back in 1932

But I think bishops storehouse is a little better

there was a bishop storehouse near my where I used to live in Oregon and

If there was ever a zombie apocalypse, you got to get to the storehouse because it's usually pretty secluded

Well where I lived it was a secluded building high walls concrete had everything you need in there

I had of course stored water at a water pump

It had a little gated fenced area in the back flat land all around so you could you know

Snipe things out if you need to

I went on my mission. I left my family with a zombie apocalypse plan, which included the Bishop storehouse Thank You President Lee

well

You heard of here folks President Lee helped pave the way to survive against zombies

Spencer W Kimball

He was president of the church when the priesthood was given to all worthy males and the ban on black members was lifted

the number of temple temples doubled under president Kimball missionaries increased by 50%

This guy had a lot of stuff done and his most famous quote is we must lengthen our stride and must do it now

So Kimball sort of knew that there was an urgency to you know

Make everything better and he just did it sounds like the Saints responded. Yeah

All right. Answer tab. Benson is interesting before serving as president of the church

He was Secretary of Agriculture in the US government, but who called him it was Eisenhower?

All right, Howard W hunter president hunter served the shortest term

of a LDS president

Just nine months. Yeah, so a lot of people, you know a long time just like a baby

Um, but what Howard W hundred did was also he did something unthinkable

He helped establish

BYU Jerusalem, so right now in Jerusalem

There was a BYU campus there

And that is sort of you know that he was on this piece of land that like everyone wanted, right

Jews wanted it Muslims wanted it Catholics won that Protestants wanted it and they're like they all wanted it and

Then the Mormon guy just got all call. I don't think that and they're like what the Mormons got it. That's not

Okay, we did it. It's right next to the Mount of Olives. This is a holy melt of Olives

So our W hunter helped do one of the most amazing things in church history in my opinion

Right on. Yeah president Hinckley Gordon P Hinckley became prophet in 1995

He was the first prophet. I remember when I was a kid

So president Hinckley is pretty famous for being like he made a lot of public appearances. He was on 60 minutes

Larry King Larry is on Larry laning

He was in the public eye quite a bit gonna be Hinckley helped

Like.how step into like the public eye and like we're the Mormons

This is the leader of the Mormons basically and it's just really really cool

So he does interviews that people are like well, I guess sometimes weird to be thought we're just kind of talking about normal people

So and there's a great picture of him in a fedora

Or the picture from waving with the cane that's such a cute pic, that's great

President Monson who was the prophet when I joined the church

President Monson he

found this really amazing way to combine technology and family history to really make them work together and and helped do a lot for

Church history, you know opening the records getting these digitized

You know, the Joseph Smith papers would not be possible without President Monson and his favorite flavor of ice cream was lime yogurt

Yogurt

Lime yogurt

All right

president Nelson our current profit

So the last time so we all know he was a heart surgeon if you don't know that now

You know last time he performed open-heart surgery was in 1985 in China

He was called as a member of the quorum of the twelve in 1984

open-heart surgery in China

He was called as a member of the quorum of 12 in 1984 and in 1985

He performed his last open-heart surgery because he was a heart surgeon

Previously and so he performed a heart sir. He surgery while he was serving as an apostle which considering all they do

Without their previous careers factored in he was doing a lot also

He made a visit to Mozambique a few years ago with his wife and

they were eating with the mission president there when a bunch of

robbers come in with guns and that they say to his wife were gonna kidnap her and we're gonna kill you and

So they grab his wife they put a gun to president Nelson's head

They pulled the trigger and nothing happens

And they just like

Out of there the Lord is protecting the prophet or the the to be prophet at the time pretty crazy

I think the mission president's wife kind of broken arm, which is unfortunate

but at least president Nelson didn't get shot in the head and that's

Well hot dang well, we've talked a lot about the prophets the modern-day prophets and

Jason Maxiell Tears Up in Emotional Talk with Iyanla | Iyanla: Fix My Life | Oprah Winfrey Network - Duration: 1:46.

IYANLA VANZANT: Because, Mr. Jason...

I'm havin' a hard time understandin' how you look yourself

in the mirror in the mornin' knowin'

what you have put your wife through.

JASON MAXIELL: Mm-hmm.

How do you do that?

I was thinkin' for self.

Are you open to the possibility that you

did it because you don't love yourself?

No.

And what if you're wrong?

Then it will be something of a shocker.

So how do you define love? Maybe that's where the problem is.

My definition of love or what I'm used to have seein' I guess

growin' up is take care of the house.

That was my grandmother, my grandfather, the strong marriage.

What else did you see?

When my grandmother passed away, actually, was when he broke down.

Yeah.

So the man that you looked up to broke down.

(overlapping) (sniffles) (sighs)

Tell me what that is, 'cause that is the first emotion that I've seen from you.

(sighs deeply)

(clicks tongue) (exhales deeply) Because the woman that he loved was sick.

You mean like Miss Brandi?

(inhales)

Yeah.

I want her to be happy. I can't lose her 'cause I'm stressin' her out,

or, uh, because of my behavior, my lies, my cheating, my…

pretty much my everything.

Iyanla Shows How Brandi Maxiell's Husband and Her Father Are Connected | Iyanla: Fix My Life | OWN - Duration: 2:12.

IYANLA VANZANT: Why do you want him?

BRANDI MAXIELL: I said, "I do."

You do?

I said, "I do." I said- I take my vows—

But he broke the vows.

When he first cheated and when he first did what he did…

Uh-huh.

…I felt like we're kids. He's gonna get there. He has it in him.

He loves me like-- I- I wouldn't buy it off what I saw and how he treated me.

(overlapping) Know what that's called?

What?

Denial. (cackles)

Yeah. I was in denial. (laughs)

(laughs) But I'm also, when I look at how you're walkin' around,

as an elder, I'm not willin' to sacrifice you for that

because you are raising somebody's husband and somebody's father.

You, because a man is who his mother makes him.

Mm-hmm.

And a woman is who her daddy tells her she is.

So tell me about your daddy. (chuckles)

(chuckle) Which one? (chuckles)

Well, how many did you have?

My mom met a guy, they broke up, and she got with another guy.

She literally only had sex one time with this guy.

And then, the next week, she got back with my father

and she ended up being pregnant.

You don't know who your daddy is, or you didn't know who he was?

(overlapping) I didn't know. I found out when I was twenty-eight.

But when I had this man raising me,

I didn't respect him either because it was abusive.

What do you mean?

To my mom.

So the man that raised you, that you were told was your father,

was abusive to your mother.

Mm-hmm.

So you grew up seeing your father as an abusive man.

Mm-hmm.

Wow. Well damn, you just married what you grew up with,

somebody that would continue repeatedly, repeatedly,

repeatedly to disrespect you, dishonor you, violate you,

and you come back for more. That ain't got nothin' to do with him, Boo.

The first time he cheated on you was about him.

Every time thereafter was about you.

Τροφοδοτικό για... όλα (Unboxing - Review Longwei LW-K1003D adjustable power supply from Banggood) - Duration: 10:10.

Hello!

In todays video

we are going to open and review

an adjustable power supply from Banggood.

The power supply costs 69,41€ in the Chinese warehouse, while at the same time costs

72,13€ in the American warehouse.

It has a variety of protections

like

protection againist overheat,

overload

and more.

According to the manufacturer,

It can be powered with AC

at 110-220V (50-60Hz)

while it can give us from 0 up to 30 Volts at 0-10A.

Its panels' accuracy is +- 0,5%.

It weighs (with its cables) 1,5Kg.

(confused)

The package includes the power supply, a pair of banana cables as well as the AC power cord.

Oh! Forgot to tell about the instructions! You will also be given a manual with Chinese and English instructions.

It is time to do the unboxing...

Pair of banana cables (they should be put on the small holes of the power supply)

English manual.... (I will show it in the end of this video)

Oh! And the Chinese one!

(unboxing the power supply)

They gave me an AU plug instead of EU. Stupid idiots!

However, I was prepared

Let's "go" to unboxing!

(opening the plastic package)

(unscrewing the screws to go "deeper")

Inside the power supply's board,

we can see a bunch of SMD components,

like SMD resistors, capacitors, and IC's.

Also, the main board is incorporated on an IC.

We can se some transformers,

electrolytic capacitors,

rectifier diodes,

as well as normal resistors (non SMD)

What I didn't like a lot inside the power supply,

was the insulation of the AC cable port.

Someone can get electrocuted very easily...

There are some transistors and triodes, which are cooled with a heatsink each one. The heatsink gets cooled by a fan which is not working all the time.

Testing time...

Volt indicator, ampere indicator, on-off switch

In the video's last part,

we are going to connect a variety of components and make accurate measurments for our final rating.

In addition to the above, we are going to show the manual (English), as I said in the video's start.

First test

Panel accuracy

Panel - Multimeter - Percentage variation (%)

1V test

10V test

20V test

We are going to conduct ampere measurments now...

(keep this)

4,49A test

After completing the first test,

before proceeding to the next one,

we have to calculate the average of percentage variations and compare the number with the one at the product's page.

The reason behind the fact that our number is bigger, is because Chinese people adjuct product characteristics in order to sell them as better quality ones....

They think that noone is gonna do all those measurings to calculate those results.

Second test

Electronic component measurings...

Charging a lead acid battery

LED Diode testing

a colorful one...

Incandescent lamp testing...

DC Motor testing....

Electrolysis with copper sheets....

Finally, the instructions manual....

In my opinion, this power supply is overall (despite the non accurate information) very good.

It is very useful, since you won't have the need of batteries anymore.

You can very conveniently provide whatever voltage you want, and limit the current as much as you want!

There is a small inaccuracy in the given information, but it is still doing very well. It is made from strong metal, and it is as much heavy as it should be, so it is not easy to fall down the floor.

Thanks for watching! If you liked this video, hit the like button, and if you want to stay updated hit the subscribe button (don't forget the bell) for more!

Russian spies may have been seen in playground near Skripal's home before attack - Duration: 3:49.

The two Russian spies accused of the Novichok attack in Salisbury may have been seen loitering in a children's playground yards from Sergei Skripal 's home moments before the 'hit'

Counter-terrorism police have released images of suspects Alexander Petrov and Ruslan Boshirov, charged in relation to the attack

Police cordoned off the playground just 150 metres from former Russian spy Skripal's home after a neighbour reported two "suspicious-looking" men were spotted there on the day Sergei and daughter Yulia were poisoned in March

The playground looks out onto the cul-de-sac where the Russian double agent lived

An elderly local resident who tipped off police about the sighting told the Mirror: "There were some men on that playground I remember that, I remember thinking it was odd

"They were too old to be in there, looked tough.  "I thought it was odd at the time but what am I going to do- call police about grown men sitting on a swing

Then Sergei gets poisoned and I began to think oh god was that them?  "I've told the police this before

I think it's why it got cordoned off.  "I think they sorted themselves out there, watched for Sergei's car to go, and got in and out

"  The playground is also at the end of a popular alleyway that leads onto a road where the suspects were captured on CCTV

The cut-through is heavily wooded and would provide the perfect cover for someone trying to get close to Sergei's house

The local man added: "When you see the cut-through you see why they would have come that way

Discrete. No one is going to see you, and if you do it confidently you look like a local

" Read More Novichok poisoning latest  The playground was cordoned off by terror police investigating the nerve agent attack just a few weeks after the Skripal's fell ill

This could also suggest detectives had uncovered the CCTV of the suspects on Wilton Road by that time and were working on the theory they used the cut-through to get to Sergei's house via the playground

At the time the Metropolitan Police said the operation in Montgomery Gardens was a "precautionary measure"

Deputy Assistant Commissioner Dean Haydon said: "I would like to reassure residents that we have placed the cordons around the park, and officers will be searching it, as a precautionary measure

"  The park was sealed searched by forensics officers before being re-opened a short time later according to locals

Today there was more activity near the playground with soldiers and police officers seen setting up what is believed could be a decontamination centre to process the contents of Skripal's home

Lorries and low-loaders were also seen delivering materials to the site and cabins and other temporary dwellings were being constructed by workmen

Wiltshire Council, who are now in control of the site, were contacted for comment by the Mirror

Press is too well dressed - but a newsroom affair is likely, writes Ian Hyland - Daily News - Duration: 2:30.

When I first heard the writer of Doctor Foster was turning his attention to a drama set in the world of national newspapers, my response was simple: Blimey, if the viewers thought the characters on Doctor Foster got through a lot of wine

If tonight's opener was anything to go by, I'm pleased to report Mike Bartlett's wine radar is very strong

Whether the rest of this drama is as true to life is open to debate.  For a start, the journalists working at the two fictional titles The Post (cut-throat tabloid) and The Herald (saintly broadsheet) were far too smartly dressed for my liking

Plus, there seemed to be a lot of scenes in which journalists were buying each other coffees – out of their own money

If I was being really picky, I would also point out that – perhaps in their rush to not seem too similar to any real-life national newspapers – the graphic designers have created pages that don't really look like real-life national newspapers

There was plenty I did recognise, though. The weasel-like editor of The Post, Duncan Allen, was wonderfully observed

Perfectly played by Ben Chaplin, Allen was all sharp suits, slicked-back hair and unnerving monotone delivery

Bartlett also had a pretty good handle on the news merry-go-round.  Sport, showbiz, police corruption, personal tragedy and political scandal all featured

The only thing missing was an illicit newsroom love affair.  However, given the sparks that were flying between Allen and one of his rivals at The Herald, Holly Evans (Charlotte Riley), I'm guessing it's only a matter of time

Introduction to HR 4 Ya'll - Duration: 1:59.

Hello And welcome to HR For Ya'll

My name is Jem and this here website is about making Human Resources available for all You'll

be going along with me on my HR Journey That's Human Resources for short

While I get my first certification on ECornell Online.

My aim with this website is to enhance my learning in my courses with the help of the

internet

and my local library card

To make HR not seem like the mythical creature we may have believed it to be throughout our

working careers My hope is to do mostly video content since

that seems much more accessible and shareable these days

But there will perhaps be some written words every so often

If you care to venture to my blog I look forward to exploring where my HR Journey

will take me and hope that you will help and expand my knowledge by asking me your HR Questions

- so that I can make this website a resource for many more to come.

Thanks for stopping by and I'll see you next time on

HR 4 Ya'll
