Have you ever heard a friend or family member describe a disheartening experience they had
and then felt badly for them? Perhaps you got angry for them, felt sadness because of
their situation, or simply felt empathetic? Alternatively, have you ever walked into a
room or joined a conversation and felt an overwhelmingly heavy or dense energy? From
an energetic perspective, that�s because we�re all interconnected to one another
and we�re vulnerable to other people�s frequencies.
It is said that you should choose your five closest friends wisely for this reason, because
their vibration will affect your own. I would argue that you should exercise caution when
choosing your sexual partners for this exact same reason. It�s not uncommon for people
to leave a one night stand feeling exhausted, �dirty,� or simply unlike themselves.
These feelings could arise for personal reasons, such as our own insecurities, our egos, and
our judgements regarding ourselves and others, but it could also have a lot to do with the
energetic implications of having sex!
What Happens to Your Energy When You Have Sex
If you�re having sex with someone, an act that physically connects you in the deepest
way possible, it makes sense that their energy would be imposed on you. Furthermore, it is
said that when you have sex with someone, their aura leaves an imprint on you that is
difficult to energetically cleanse yourself from. So, what does this mean in terms of
modern sex culture, where it�s not uncommon to sleep with multiple people?
Well, if you�re sleeping with someone who has slept with ten people in the past, and
that individual hasn�t cleansed themselves from their former partners� energies before,
you may be susceptible to eleven people�s energies.
Sometimes, after having sex with a new partner, people report that they feel �different.�
This is because your aura connects with your partner�s during sex and you exchange energies
with one another, so your energy is usually slightly different after having sex. If you
have sex with someone with a high vibration, intercourse could raise your vibration; likewise,
if you have sex with someone with a low vibration, sex could lower your own.
However, just because you feel badly after sex doesn�t mean that you�ve just had
sex with a �low vibe� person. Any feelings of guilt are ultimately a product of the ego,
causing us to judge ourselves for our actions. Experiencing guilt after sex is also a feeling
perpetuated by society, especially in relation to women, as female sexual energy was suppressed
and discouraged by society for a very long time, and still is in some parts of the world.
Yes, you could take these feelings as a sign that you perhaps shouldn�t sleep with that
person again, but you must also take responsibility for your own feelings and use this opportunity
as a chance to gaze inwards. Ask yourself: Why am I feeling guilty or some sort of �negative�
emotion surrounding sex, and does it have anything to do with my ego, my partner�s
energies, or societal pressures? Even though we are susceptible to other people�s energies,
at the end of the day, we can control our own frequencies, but in order to do so we
must observe what�s affecting our energy in the first place.
Plus, we shouldn�t judge people based on the vibes we get from them. To be clear, we
should never judge anyone, and if you think you�re residing on a higher vibration than
others, that could potentially be your ego talking, not your soul.
We�re all at different stages in life and going down different paths; that�s the beauty
of the human experience! We�re not all meant to endure the same experiences or have the
same interests, so of course we�re all going to give off different frequencies.
There�s a big difference between judging someone and feeling someone out. If you�re
�vibing� with someone and you feel like you�re on the same wavelength as them, so
to speak, then odds are you are! That doesn�t mean you�re going to have all of the same
interests or be at the same stage in life, but maybe you�re giving off similar frequencies.
The best you can do is to not judge others and trust your intuition, because ultimately
your soul knows.
Despite this, I still believe it is healthy to have sex, especially if you�re cleansing
yourself energetically. I believe sex can be used as a tool to deepen our inherent love
and connection to one another and to ourselves. We are so much more than our physical bodies
and sex is a lot more than just two bodies colliding for pleasure and reproductive purposes.
I think that sex is meant to be an intensely spiritual practice, one that can sometimes
offer you more pleasure than the actual orgasm itself through practicing tantra.
Tantric Sex and Taoism
Tantra is the Sanskrit word for �woven together,� and through the study and practice of it,
you can come to understand yourself and your partner better on a spiritual level. After
all, by exploring yourself sexually, whether that�s on your own or with a partner, you�re
ultimately just learning more about yourself, and thus more about Source.
Both tantra and Taoism encourage different methods of creating and building sexual energies
between two partners for spiritual enlightenment. Although tantric sex is typically practiced
with a partner, I believe that, through this practice, you can come to understand yourself
better. In fact, a neuroscientist recently conducted a study which suggests that orgasms
feel so good because they allow us to access an altered state of consciousness (read more
about that in our CE article here).
One of the ancient practices within Taoism is controlling the male ejaculation during
sex. Taoist practitioners believe that the loss of ejaculatory fluids equates with the
loss of vital life force (or �jing�), so by learning to conserve the sperm, men
can redirect the energy of the orgasm throughout the body. In a world where the goal of sex
is often only to get the male to ejaculate, these Taoist practices would be valuable to
experiment with.
This doesn�t mean that men should never orgasm; it�s simply a spiritual concept
worth practicing on occasion that can actually bring more pleasure, when practiced correctly,
than ejaculation. Some Taoists believe that by redirecting the energy upwards toward the
crown chakra, it can provide nourishment to the brain. In modern sex culture, some people
refer to this as �edging,� although many men may do this for different reasons.
Women can also redirect their sexual energy by moving it upwards, and play with different
breath work techniques, although this wasn�t studied in ancient religions nearly as much.
However, sex was viewed as an empowering act for females, as they can bring forth life
and act as �tutors� for their partners during intimacy. Women were and still should
be viewed as equals to men during sex, so it should be noted that these practices are
only useful when both parties are consensual.
Whether you�re having sex or not, or regardless of who your sexual partner is, you should
still try consciously cleansing yourself from other people�s energies. Even if it�s
�positive� energy, at the end of the day, the only energy you want lingering around
you is your own.
How to Cleanse Your Aura
It�s scientifically proven that all of our bodies emit an electromagnetic field, commonly
referred to as an �aura,� which plays a very important role in understanding our

I�m not saying you shouldn�t sleep with anyone, nor am I saying you should only sleep
with people who are completely similar to you. I believe we can learn a lot from really
diverse partners, but it�s still important to be mindful of this information and how
it affects us at an individual and soul level.
Sex is a much bigger and more complex topic than the mainstream media and porn industry
make it out to be. Sex can be messy or enlightening, emotional or detached, grounding or invigorating;
but no matter, it�s always both physical and energetic, which is why it�s so important
to cleanse ourselves afterwards.
Sex isn�t about what it looks like, it�s about the feeling you get, the energetic shift
you experience, and the intimacy you share with your partner. We are so much more than
our physical bodies, and believe it or not, sex can actually teach us that! Expressing
ourselves sexually can not only improve our connections to our partners, but our connections

ANTHONY ALBANESE: I want to raise with the assistant minister the gap
between the government's rhetoric and the reality.
In relation to City Deals, there have been three proposed by the government.
Two of those, Townsville and Launceston, were simply matching previous commitments that
had been made by the Labor opposition, dressing them up with the same amount of funding—many
months afterwards—and dressing them up as somehow being City Deals.
When it comes to Western Sydney, Blacktown is not even included in Western Sydney.
And there has been no substance, no advance of any real plans there, at the same time
as there is, again, no funding in this budget for rail through Badgerys Creek Airport to
the north and to the south, from Campbelltown up to the north-west, connecting with that
western line.

The DEPUTY SPEAKER: The member for Grayndler is entitled to be heard in silence.
The assistant minister and the member for Chifley will remain silent.
Mr ALBANESE: Thank you, Mr Deputy Speaker, but the assistant minister shows his vulnerability
by his actions.
I also want to raise the issue of infrastructure financing, and the government's establishment
of the Infrastructure Financing Unit, or the IFU, as we like to call it.
This is a solution looking for a problem because, as Infrastructure Partnerships Australia have
said very clearly:
We cannot identify any currently proposed infrastructure projects which are commercially
viable and not already attracting finance; therefore we cannot see how the IFU will increase
the pace of infrastructure project delivery That is what the peak industry organisation
have to say.
What is worse is that the unit has been established using funding cut from the actual infrastructure
budget—money that was put aside to build roads and railway lines is now being used
to create another bureaucracy in the Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet.
Of course, Infrastructure Australia is already mandated to perform the task of financing
of infrastructure.
I ask the assistant minister: is he aware that section 5C, part 2 of the Infrastructure
Australia Act 2008 reads as follows:
… Infrastructure Australia has the function of providing advice to the Minister, Commonwealth,
State, Territory and local governments, investors in infrastructure and owners of infrastructure
on matters relating to infrastructure, including in relation to the following:
… … … (f) mechanisms for financing investment in
infrastructure; And indeed, that is what it has done.
The Gold Coast Light Rail line was a $365 million injection from the Commonwealth which
led to a project worth over $1.2 billion being constructed, a PPP, organised with Infrastructure
Australia's support—with support from the Commonwealth.
Similarly, innovative financing arrangements were already in place, with an agreement between
the Commonwealth and the Queensland government for the Cross River Rail project.
They were in place—and a board was actually appointed for the Melbourne Metro project;
again, using innovative financing but not pretending that something can be done for
nothing.
The fact is, Mr Deputy Speaker, that when you look at federal infrastructure funding
under this government, it goes from $8 billion in 2017-18, the next year down to 6.2, the
next year down to 5.1 and down to 4.2 in 2020-21.
What is actually happening is that the government is refusing to invest in infrastructure.
What is actually happening is that the government is not engaged in cities.
And they are onto the assistant minister—who gives the same speech at every forum, and
he will give the same one again in a couple of weeks at the Australian Financial Review's
National Infrastructure Summit—where there is nothing actually of substance to back up
the engagement.
They abolished the Major Cities Unit.
They have not engaged in important projects like Cross River Rail, Melbourne Metro or
Western Sydney Rail along that north-south corridor that is required to open up access
to those jobs.
I say to the minister: why has he sidelined Infrastructure Australia by establishing the
Infrastructure Financing Unit to do the job that Infrastructure Australia, under its legislation,
is tasked to do?

They had come close to the point of no return. The team went on to reduced contracts; they basically shut down for six months while all the other syndicates were building and sailing their boats.
The partial closure meant they were late building their boat and to Bermuda while everyone else was training. It looked like a case of bringing a knife to a gunfight.
On top of that, Team NZ parted ways with skipper Dean Barker and other crew/team members in a messy divorce. They persevered on a pygmy budget of about $75m versus Artemiss 120m ($186m) and Ben Ainslies 100m ($176m).

They kept only their design team working during hibernation - a decision that has paid off handsomely in Bermuda - but were robbed of a qualifying regatta in Auckland.
Partly as a result, they found themselves offside with Oracle and the head of the Cup event, Sir Russell Coutts. Oracle set about gathering the other challengers round them, much as a mother duck fusses over ducklings.
They welded challengers to their will by promising them regular racing in the Americas Cup World Series and, possibly, a Cup regatta every two years instead of the more usual four or five years.
The teams, seeing guaranteed employment through regular sponsor exposure, bought into this with only Team NZ refusing to sign the agreement, thus leaving the door open for a different approach should they win in Bermuda.
That resulted in the Kiwis being frozen out not just by the defender but by the other challengers - hence Daltons lone wolf quote. It was a stance some challengers may now be regretting with New Zealand sailing into tomorrows Cup match.
The defender always stacks the deck in the Cup but never quite like this, with Oracle racing in the challenger series and chief duckling SoftBank Team Japan, skippered by Barker, training with Oracle after elimination.
Thats like the All Blacks having a practice match against England after going out of the Rugby World Cup.
But this time Team NZ are not belligerent over Oracles manoeuvrings, deliberately standing on their dignity. Theres been a myriad of minor hindrances and irritations but they have chosen to remain mostly silent.
One example is the fact rookie helmsman Peter Burling has had to front press conferences when event organisers changed the rules from skippers having to attend to helmsmen.
It is difficult to think of any reason for this other than to put pressure on the newbie.
unless it is that cheeky Team NZ skipper Glenn Ashby presented Spithill with a legal kingpost at a presser last year (the kingpost being the item Oracle were found to have cheated with during the 2013 Americas Cup World Series).
However, sources close to Team NZ say they are delighted with their design advances.
The Kiwi foils are the most radical and perhaps most effective; their wing is trimmed differently from everyone elses; and their hydraulics system seems to be the most efficient on view, although Oracle also seem strong in that area.
The Kiwi cyclors are part of that. Some of the other boats seemingly run out of hydraulic power late in races, as the grinders ran out of gas. The cyclors often dont seem to be pedalling flat out, suggesting plenty in reserve.
ETNZ may have the fastest boat but through this regatta we have seen how a mistake can sink a race. OTUSA are also undeniably quick and efficient.
Spithill is an aggressive and experienced match racer; Burling is not. OTUSA will not make the mistakes Artemis made. ETNZ start the match a point down; Oracle have had three years to hone their machine. There is no doubt who is favourite.
But if things go the other way this time, the conversation about whether a comeback from impending closure is better than a comeback from 8-1. well, what a good debate thatd be.
Pre-race press conferences at the Americas Cup have served up some gems in the past, so the question being posed before the latest edition was would Jimmy The Pitbull Spithill take a pop at Pistol Pete Burling?.
The answer was a slightly disappointing no, not really.
Sure, Spithill as usual served it to the media, this his opening gambit: First of all its great to be back here. Ive really missed you guys over this past couple of weeks as you can imagine. All those brilliant questions..
But he immediately changed gear and spoke glowingly of the Kiwi challenge: Id like to congratulate Pete and Team New Zealand obviously getting through a really, really tough qualifying series.
Its been tough sitting on the sidelines watching the racing. But man, I think it exceeded all of our expectations and I think we are going to see it go to another level - if thats possible..
Spithill reckoned it had been very much to the Challengers advantage to have such a highly competitive regatta while the Defender could only look on.
You do what you can in training but as athletes theres nothing like real competition, said the 37 year old skipper.
Not that Oracle hadnt benefitted from monitoring the racing: We put in a lot of work. Weve been watching and learning from these guys as theyve been out there.
Weve tried a lot of different stuff on the boat - techniques and sailing - so for us its been a great period..
While Spithill danced around questions about Oracles alleged second boat he was more forthcoming on the issue of support for Oracle Team USA and its primarily Australian crew.
He reckons they have two countries pulling for them, the United States and Bermuda: Its pretty obvious who Bermuda wants to win so home field advantage can really play a part..
For his part Burling played the staunch Kiwi card: The fans back home are unbelievable.
It just makes us proud to be New Zealanders and representing a country Ive grown up in, and really love sailing in, and living in, with all it has to offer, said the 26 year old helmsman.
To be here racing for our country with them behind us just gives us the extra bit of motivation..
One point both helmsmen agreed on was that nobody at this stage can pick a winner. And that, of course, is the most compelling aspect of this 35th Americas Cup. As ever, we wont know until we know.

Scrivener iOS 1.1 Update (new features) - Duration: 2:30.
Literature and Latte have released an update for Scrivener's iOS version this week, so
let me give you a quick summary of what's new.
Hi, this is Bela from the Writer's Territory and in this video we'll have a quick look
at what's new in the last Scrivener iOS Update.
If you're new to Scrivener for iOS and you want to get an overview first, there is another
video about that, go to the description below and you'll find the link there.
Alright, new stuff in version 1.1:
It's two main things really, well, in fact it's three main things but two of them are
visible and one is related to technical witchcraft that is happening in the background.
The first major addition is that Scrivener's iOS version now has a dark mode.
That's easier on your eyes if you like to write in the dark or you have to write through
the night because your deadline is coming up.
For whatever reason, to activate dark mode go to the settings and you'll find the magic
switch there.
The other major addition is that you can now add emojis as file or folder icons.
It's been possible before to choose from a variety of icons to give your files and
folders a little more personality, but now you have a custom field where you can enter
anything you want, including emojis.
You find that custom field when you go to the inspector and then down below tap on "Icon".
You can still choose from all the other icons if you want or you enter an emoji, or several
of them, in the custom field up top.
That's a nice addition to markup your files and folders when you want to keep track of
their status, content or you just want to make them look nicer…
As of now those emojis won't sync to the MAC and PC versions of Scrivener, but it seems
this will be included in further updates later this year.
As for the technical changes, Dropbox has switched to a new API so the code had to be
adapted so that syncing will continue to work seamlessly.

i think i'm one of the eligible person to talk about this
its been 2 years since i started doing youtube,
i have 29 subscribers so far
of course im grateful but when i started doing this youtube thing
i was like "within a month im gonna get thousand subscribers, in 6 months ten thousand subs,
in a year , i'm gonna be fifty thousand subscribers"thats right my goal's like to go big
im talking about millions of subscribers here just like "big youtubers"
after i started this youtube channel , at first few months, i had posted lots of videos and i deleted lots of videos
because some of my videos were not funny enough.
who am i kidding ? most of my videos were not funny enough.
these things were going on and on , i post video -wait for3-4 days- no views? then this video should be deleted.
my interest on uploading videos started to decrease gradually ,
at one stage i was like "whats the point of posting videos? im gonna delete it for sure "
it took me lot of months to realize , all my videos that i've posted on youtube channel were not based on my niche,
i've done all that just get subscribers
posting videos what people want to see not what i like
now i'm thinking i should have posted videos i like not what get me more subscribers,
maybe if i did that , like minded people would watch,subscribe,like.
of course it would've take lot of time to build my channel , but atleast i would 've enjoyed doing that.
you know what? i should give it a try, its more like why i quit youtube rather than "why people quit youtube?"
most of us start doing youtube by watching big youtubers,
"get fame", forget about their hard work to get there, i mean "Instant fame"
adsense revenue, lots of subscribers.
i once belonged to that kind of population ,maybe still i am, somehow tricked myself to believe that i have moved from there?

The Mexican national team is ready to get rolling in Russia.
After winning the CONCACAF Cup playoff against the United States to earn a place at the 2017 Confederations Cup, El Tri are carrying a strong squad into the practice run for the 2018 World Cup.
Mexico not focused on Ronaldo Mexico competed in the 2013 Confederations Cup but lost its first two matches against Brazil and Italy and, despite topping Japan in the final group game, was bounced before the knockout rounds.
Things look a bit more friendly this time around, with the opening match against Portugal looking like the most difficult of the side's three group games.
WHAT IS THE CONFEDERATIONS CUP?
The 2017 FIFA Confederations Cup is an eight-team tournament, split into two groups, with Mexico in Group A alongside European champion Portugal, host nation Russia and Oceania champion New Zealand.
Group B features South American champion Chile, African champion Cameroon, World Cup champion Germany and Asian champion Australia.
The two groups will compete in a round-robin format with the top two teams after three rounds of group play advancing to the semifinals.
WHEN WILL THE KNOCKOUT ROUNDS BE PLAYED
Should El Tri advance past the group stage as the Group A winner they will face the Group B runner up on Wednesday, June 28, at 2 p.m. ET, with the match televised in English on FS1.
A second-place finish in Group A would see Mexico face off with the Group B winner on Thursday, June 29, with the match slated to kick off at 2 p.m. ET on FS2.
Lozano, Chicharito silent against USA The final and the third-place match will take place Sunday, July 2, with the third-place match kicking off at 8 a.m. ET and the final set to kick at 2 p.m. ET.
The Confederations Cup will open with a match between host Russia facing New Zealand on Saturday, June 17, at 11 a.m. ET on FS1.
Arguably the most anticipated group match will take place on Thursday, June 22, with Chile taking on Germany at 11 a.m. ET on FS1.
