No one knows what Jay Z's latest Tidal project 4:44 is but according to a report from HipHopDX
it may have just been given a release date.
Posters and billboards for 4:44 started showing up in Hollywood Friday teasing a June 30th
date.
The ads also included Jay Z's name stylized and it has a promise of an exclusive release
via Sprint.Tidal.com.
The joint Sprint and Tidal site serves as a landing page promoting Sprint's six-month
complimentary Tidal Subscription.
Earlier this month the two companies detailed their partnership after the NBA Finals with
a 4:44 trailer starring Lupita Nyong'o, Danny Glover, and Mahershala Ali.
The only info we have on 4:44 came from Vic Mensa in a recent interview with Real 92.3
saying,
"It's an important number, It's symbolic.
It means things and people will find out . . . I actually don't know any types of timelines
or anything."
The Roc Nation artist also coyly said that he might have heard some new music from Jay.
The last album we've heard from Hov was way back in 2013, hopefully we can trust the date

When will you visit London?
Probably we will skip London because we already were in Brighton

Actually it wasn´t so expensive beacause we got nice price of flight tickets
We ordered them half a year before the flight for 300 EUR per one return ticket
It included 24 hours transfer in Taipei where we spent a night
The three week stay in Bali cost around 400 EUR
There are really cheap accomodations (6 EUR per night) and food as well so it is great for low budget travels
For everything we paid around 800-1 000 EUR

TOP 10 Most Brutal Torture Techniques Ever - Duration: 5:40.
Torture has been a brutal reality for many unfortunate people. But the most unsettling fact about torture's brutality isn't its existence, but the way people have injected a perverted sense of creativity (and even pleasure) into the creation of devices designed to inflict pain. To prove our point here are the 10 most brutal torture techniques ever devised.
Saw Torture In this method, the victim is hung upside down, so that the blood will rush to their heads and keep them conscious during the long torture. The torturer would then saw through the victims' bodies until they were completely sawed in half. Most were cut up only in their abdomen to prolong their agony.
Hanged, Drawn, and Quartered During medieval times, the penalty for high treason in England was to be hanged, drawn and quartered in public and though it was abolished in 1814, it has been responsible for the death of thousands of people. In this torture technique, the victim is dragged in a wooden frame called a hurdle to the place of execution. They would then be hanged by the neck for a short period of time until they are near-death (hanged), followed by disembowelment and castration where the entrails and genitalia are burned in front of the victim (drawn). The victim would then be divided into four separate parts and beheaded (quartered).
Rat Torture Being in an enclosure with rats is torture enough; but apparently, this is not enough for medieval times. One of the most sadistic of all torture techniques involved having a cage with one open side strapped against the victim's body. It would then be filled with large rodents and a heating element which would be placed on the other side of the cage. The rodents' natural instinct led them to flee the intense heat. In order to escape they would burrow through the victim's body with fatal results.
Cement Shoes The cement shoes were introduced by the American Mafia when they executed enemies, traitors and spies by placing their feet inside cinder blocks and then filling them up with wet cement. Once it dried, the victim would be thrown alive into a river or other deep body of water.
Rope Torture A rope is the easiest to use of all the torture devices since it is easy to find and can easily be fashioned to inflict a number of terrible retributions. For example, it could be used to tie the victim to a tree leaving the victim exposed with no way of defending himself from animals or other humans; it could be used to hang victims at the gallows for entertainment purposes while ultimately inflicting death; and it could be fashioned to restrain the victim's limbs while attaching the other end to horses who would them be made to run, consequently severing the limbs.
Guillotine One of the most notorious forms of executions, the guillotine was made of a razor sharp blade attached to a rope. The victim's head was placed in the middle of the frame as the blade dropped, severing the victim's head from the body. Since the decapitation was considered to be an instant and painless event (at least less painful than the other torture methods), it was often considered the most humane method of execution.
The Rack Designed to dislocate every joint of the victim's body, it was believed to be the most painful form of medieval torture. This torture device was made out of a wooden frame with two ropes fixed to the bottom and the other two tied into the handle on top. Once the victim was bound and placed on top of the rack, the torturer would proceed to turn the handle. Eventually, the victim would be stretched till his limbs where dislocated. The torturers, however, (just to make sure those limbs where indeed dislocated) would continue to turn the wheel until the limbs where completely torn off the victim's body.
Tongue Tearer Looking like an oversized pair of scissors, it could effortlessly cut the victim's tongue. Their mouth would be forced opened with a device called a mouth opener, and then the iron tongue tearer would uncomfortably twitch the tongue with its rough grippers. Once a firm hold was maintained, the screw would be firmly tightened and the victim's tongue would roughly be torn out.
The Brazen Bull Also known as the Sicilian Bull, it was designed in ancient Greece. A solid piece of brass was cast with a door on the side that could be opened and latched. The victim would be placed inside the bull and a fire set underneath it until the metal became literally yellow as it was heated. The victim would then be slowly roasted to death all while screaming in agonizing pain. The bull was purposely designed to amplify these screams and make them sound like the bellowing of a bull.
Impalement Given his name, it should come as no surprise that this was the most favored method of execution by Vlad the Impaler. In 15th century Romania; the victim was forced to sit on a sharp and thick pole. When the pole was then raised upright, the victim was left to slide down the pole with their own weight. It could take the victim 3 days to die using this method and it has been said that Vlad once did this to 20,000 people all while enjoying a meal.

and only arrived two weeks ago on the Moselle. They documented their travels on the internet.

You can cycle everywhere, nobody is stopping you to go whereever you want.

She worked in Taiwan as a math tutor,
but today she has much more fun with graphic design.
I like to paint. Especially when we travel I have many ideas.
Because riding bicycle... because as a traveler riding bicycle, it's very boring sometimes.
And then you have many fantasies in your mind to make it more fun.
The most exciting part about their journey was always the encounter with the locals...
... for example in China but also in the Middle East.
... then we rode through Iran for three months...
... through Gorgan, Sari and Qom, Isfahan...
You traveled through Iran by bicycle? - Yes - Isn't that dangerous?
No, why should it be dangerous?
Most people confuse it with Iraq or think of the Mullah-regieme or terrorists or something like that...
... but actually it was completely safe for us as tourists.

There was always some dirt on my back, but I didn't want to spend any money, so...

Germany of course has an advantage in cycling infrastructure,
so you see all the designated cycle routes and there are signs everywhere that tell you where to go.
In some countries the traffic is really bad, like in Central Asia, the drivers are trying to kill the cyclists.
But here the drivers are very friendly to cyclists, and more understanding.
Both have little interest for the sport, the bicycle is mostly just a way to travel.
In so many parts of the world we recieved these small gestures of kindness and friendlyness again and again.
Somebody would just come up to us and say "Hey, I saw you on the road...
... here, take these mandarins, they are from my garden."
And like that we have a bag of mandarins on our handlebars.
So I think Tibetans and Iranians are the most friendly people. And also Taiwanese!
We don't know where our home will be, and we will just see what happens.
It is well possible that we will like another part of the world...
... and that we decide to stay there.
My parents passed away already so... now my home is where Stephan is.
He's my home.
Both of them will cycle this weekend towards England. Of course also with Warm Showers.
I also learned to value this website.

English mistake made by those who speak

but please don't, because I really do
mean it -- I totally appreciate the fact
that you are working to improve your
English. If this is the first time
you heard that then I hope you'll go

if it is the first time, this is how it
works. I show you a slide and on the
slide there are two sentences: One is
the correct way that someone who speaks
English as a mother tongue would say it,
the other is the wrong way that someone
who speaks Spanish as a mother tongue
would say it. Your task is to decide
which one is correct. Please do that
now. Read the sentences, listen to me read
the sentences, pause the video, think
about your answer and I will talk about
the answer in the slide that follows
this slide.
You're in good
company if you got this wrong or you just
happen to take a wild guess and get it
right. What it means is that you need
to start studying to get past this
mistake. To start you off on that
process I've given you three sentences
to study from. As I always say,
because it's truly important, you should
memorize these sentences, you should
review them -- really drill them into your
brain -- and you should put into practice
what you've learned through speaking or
writing or both. It's always a good

MY WASH DAY Routine for HAIR GROWTH | Start to Finish! - Duration: 9:46.

since I put out these last few videos I've gotten a lot of new subscribers so

that's all I've been playing lately so let me know what you guys think about

even pick a favorite so I'm finally getting my wash day routine up for you
guys this is going to be my full wash day routine from start to finish I do
have two older videos I think of my wash day routine and the methods are
pretty much the same but for this wash day routine I really wanted to include
tips for you guys on how to promote hair growth and grow your hair so in my night
time care routine that you guys seem to love by the way thank you guys so much
for all the love on that video in that video I also shared tips for hair growth
and how to stimulate inactive hair follicles so I'm going to be kind of
doing the same kind of thing in this video so wash day pretty much sets the
tone for my hair for the whole week I try to wash my hair or cleanse my hair
weekly but I don't always use shampoo you can use whatever products you want
to use I'm just going to share what works for me so the first thing that I
like to do is detangle my hair I have to detangle my hair on dry hair now I used
to on wet hair but I did realize that the Denman brush and
anything with a lot of bristles was just too harsh for my hair I have sensitive
hair I have sensitive everything I'm using my wide toothed comb on my dry hair
so although it does have some kinks in it it wasn't that difficult to comb
through because I try to keep my hair moisturized so after detangling one
thing you guys can do to maximize your growth potential is pre poo so pre
pooing is basically coating your hair or getting your
hair prepared for shampooing like I said I did not shampoo once a week I
only shampoo my hair when I have tons of build-up and I'm not going to lie my
hair was super dirty on this wash day because I was waiting to shoot this
video for you guys so I'm pre pooing my hair with oils so that the shampoo
doesn't strip my strands I need as much moisture as I can get I'm low porosity so
my oil mixture consists of the main choice multivitamin scalp
nourishing growth oil I really like this growth oil because they claims to
stimulate slow and inactive hair follicles and it also is supposed to
unclog blocked pores so I'm also using castor oil and this is not jamaican
black castor oil this is just good old castor oil so this one has pretty much
the same benefit as jbco and then I'm also using like the mother of all oils
this neem oil is so bomb you guys have a lot of regenerative properties so it
really helps to stimulate those hair follicles again promoting hair growth
and then I'm also using one of my favorite oils which is olive oil I get
extra virgin olive oil you guys should already know what's next
I'm going to be heating up this oil concoction and I used to do it in the
microwave I don't know that that's that you need the nutrients so I decided to
start taking a regular Tupperware with boiling water and then putting my little
ceramic cups with the oils in it in that heat of the oils so I distribute it all
over my scalp in the front in the back I really try not to miss one little
centimeter I really make sure to saturate my scalp if you guys haven't
added oils to your regimen and if you're trying to grow your hair and you're
trying to get it thicker or even if you're trying to promote hair growth in
an area that like a bald spot or something like that or if your edges
have thinned out oils are such a great way to do that once the oil is all over
my scalp I like to give myself a nice scalp
massage and that helps increase the circulation on your scalp it helps to
promote hair growth and it really just helps to stimulate all of those cells so
then I just focus the rest of the oil onto my actual hair and onto my ends so
I cover my hair let's get back to health trapped in the
body heat and I just sit like that for an hour and a half I already know that
watch they can be such a long process so one of the ways that I kind of cut down
that time is by preparing my deep conditioner mix while I'm free-flowing I
personally like to mix up a couple of my favorite zine conditioners with a few of
my favorite essential oils so not only does this help save your coins because
you're missing the product with other things so you're not using them as
quickly and you don't have to repurchase them as quickly and you're going to get
so many more nutrients and benefits by adding things together so I actually see
that my feed conditioner mix as well just like might recoil I do this because
it helps with penetration which means I'm getting the most benefit out of my
view conditioner mix and I love the soft texture that it gives me it really helps
me kind of glide through my hair when my hair is wet and when I just watched it
so an hour and a half later I hop my ass into the shower and it is time to
cleanse my hair for this wash day I am actually going to be using a shampoo and
I'm using two different ones so I'm going to start by separating my hair
completely with water it does take a little bit longer because my hair does
have all those oil light so once it is pretty saturated I go in with the first
shampoo which is the protein free low porosity one because this one is a
little bit stripping I only focus it on my scalp and on those areas where I just
had a ton of build-up the suds are really only focused on my scalp so I'm
going to just keep working that in and I did just want to quickly mention that if
you guys wash your hair in the shower or even in the kitchen sink or whatever you
do it please make sure to use some type of hair stopper especially if you live
in with your mama or your parents so because I started with so much product
build-up I am going in with a second wash now my second wash is going to
focus more on adding back in nutrients to my hair so I'm using this shampoo by
Alafia it's a featuring Rosemary's tumeric and neem oil shampoo so with
this shampoo I am actually going to get it on my ends
going to work it's too much into my ends but I do make sure to get it all down
the length of my hair so I can get all those added nutrients my hair has come
such a long way from when it was really damaged and I'm so happy that my curls
are starting to come through somehow you see some progress with my hair all I
really want is to wear wash and gos every day of my life which I won't do
but that's all I want that's it that's all I feel because I typically will Co
wash or just condition my hair when it's wet during the week I don't need to
follow up my shampoos process with a conditioner so I'm moving straight to my
feet conditioning mix so I'm just going to distribute that all over my hair and
I really make sure to focus this on my dry areas my middle section like I said
in my nighttime hair routine it's not loyal
it gets really dry and I think that's pretty typical for us so I'm just going
to make sure to focus the conditioner in those areas my ends really need love so
I'm focusing on my ends as well my roots just everywhere you want to make sure
you're using all of your hair the nutrients the love the TLC all of that
then I just wrap it up into a bun and again I cover my hair with a plastic bag
to trap in some of that heat and that moisture while I finish my shower once I
get out of the shower I like to put a cotton t-shirt over the bag and then I'm
using my hot head deep conditioning cap I had this for probably two years now
and this is just my old faithful so using heat during the deep
conditioning process have made a huge difference for me and that was my
personal hair and I think it's because my hair is low porosity and I do have a
hard time with moisture once that heat is on there honey it just opens those
cuticles and my hair really accepts all of the deep conditioning mix I don't
even know if you can leave the conditioner on for too long is that even
the thing I do condition for one two three
or more sometimes depending on what I'm doing so once I rinse out the deep
conditioner mix I follow up with my nighttime harrassing and I do have a
separate video on that so check that video out if you want the full process
all of the details I'll link it in the description box you guys can see my hair
as I'm way stressing this in my curls really starts to pop they start the clip
in certain areas I am still working on my ends but the back middle section of
my hair has never looked so good so moisturized as it does after I've done
this full process I just use the oil into my scalp not too much I am NOT
playing when I say that scalp massages will help with your hair growth and just
really help get that blood circulating and getting everything kind of on track
balanced and at the end of my watch days i braid my hair up so I didn't do French
braids for this particular watch day but I don't do French braids every single
night I'm going to do my next time here we've seen every single night so
cornrowing your hair is not the best option for people with sensitive edges
sensitive hair fragile hair fine hair any hair that's going to break off
really easily it's not the best idea to cornrow it often so please please just
laugh if you want to braid your hair at night because like I said it just helps
with hair growth for me okay we are finally done that's my watch there we've
seen that's what I'm doing currently try some of these tips out let me know how

Actually it wasn´t so expensive beacause we got nice price of flight tickets
We ordered them half a year before the flight for 300 EUR per one return ticket
It included 24 hours transfer in Taipei where we spent a night
The three week stay in Bali cost around 400 EUR
There are really cheap accomodations (6 EUR per night) and food as well so it is great for low budget travels
For everything we paid around 800-1 000 EUR
Next question is Where do you get money for that?

EAT MORE, WEIGH LESS : How to improve your metabolism - Duration: 3:50.
Hello everyone, and welcome back on my channel !
Today, I'm going to share with you how I managed to eat twice as much as I used to, and this, without gaining weight; and which principles you have to follow in order to do the same.
For a long time, we thought eating more meant be in a better shape.
Thus, men & women started to reduce their intake; their lost weight, they were happy : but suddenly they hit a plateau and they did not understand why.
We then started to eat even less and less and banished any "treat", only eating what was green and looked like salad.
THANK GOD we don't have to get to that stage. You are even going to be able to eat way more, without gaining a single pound.

Not really haha. Let me explain this to you clearly and simply :
First, you need to understand why you hit a plateau when dieting. It is a physiological response : your metabolism slows down when you reduce your calorie intake.
Your body adapts to the amount of food you are consuming, pushing you to reduce more and more if you want to continue to lose weight.
Moreover, food posses what we call a "thermogenic effect", meaning the act of eating itself burn calories : so the less you eat, the less you burn.
Finally, losing a lot of weight in the first place due to a drastic diet really harms your metabolism, that won't be as efficient as it used to be - and even way worst.
What can we do then to end this vicious circle ??
The first thing to do is to start "Reverse Dieting", which means we are going to raise progressively our food intake.
How to do it practically ?
You first need to increase your daily calorie intake by 50 week after week.
If you are currently eating 1700 calories, increase it this week to 1750, 1800 the next one and so on.
If you do not count calories; don't panic : it is not crucial. Start for example by eating a bigger breakfast, adding an egg for example; then the next week eat a bigger lunch and so on.
Increase in priority your carb and protein intake because these are the ones who suffered the most from a diet phase.
- So can I increase my calories my whole life ?? - Not really, except if you want to have the opposite effect !
You have to increase your intake week after week, and control your weight at the end of every week to make sure your weight is staying steady.
You will then reach the maintenance level, meaning you will burn as much calories as you are consuming.
If it increases too fast, you will just have to reduce a bit the amount you increased.
Personally, I do not weight myself because I do not think your weight is a good indicator of your shape. I've never felt and looked best than with more kilos on, because muscle is heavy, so you can definitely just check your progress with the mirror and not weighing yourself.
Ok, then, can we start ??
Yes ! We're good, you know the main principles.
I will just add a last advice : you can pair the food part with the training one; not by doing cardio but by strengthening yourself in order to increase muscle mass, which improves your metabolism even more.
Does that mean we can eat more :)) ?

I just found out that there is a diplomatic crisis going on
in the Middle East
I am not sure if this is also news for you guys
since June 5th several middle eastern countries
have decided to break diplomatic ties
with Quatar
but why?
Well, according to some of the governments of these countries
in the middle east
Qatar is funding
ISIS
Relationships with Qatar were already
fragile
because first of all Qatar maintains diplomatic relations with

Hello everyone and welcome back to my channel!
In today's video i'm going back to the pix2pix fotogenerator but this time, with a twist.
If you haven't watched my first video, the link is in the description box below
or in the right corner of the video.
Anyway, this time, I asked my boyfriend to draw 5 drawings using this program
BUT, I asked him to send me the output image only
Because... I want to guess what he meant to drew and recreate the drawing
, only looking at the output image and following what I see.
And once I'm done drawing, I will discover the original drawing he did,
and compare them to see if they look alike.
Okay, let's start with drawing number 1!
This one looks pretty straight forward. Looks like a guy with short hair, glasses and big ears.
Now, on to drawing number 2!
We have a grumpy looking character, with very spiky hair and some sorts of scars on its forehead.
Moving on to number 3!
This one looks like a very square character, with a big smile and what looks like glasses.
I have a feeling I might know what he meant to drew.
But let's follow the lines and see where it goes.
On to drawing number 4!
I have to be honest, I'm not sure what's going on here.
It looks like a potatoe with hair and some whiskers.
And finally, drawing number 5!
This one is just very confusing... so I have no idea what the original is going to look like!
And done! Now, it's time for the reveal!
For number 1... it's pretty much what I did. This one was easy :)
The second one is... oh okay! So that's not a scar but his hair and he's not grumpy but smiling, oops haha
Number 3 is... Spongebob! I knew it... But most of the elements got lost so... that's okay.
I like my little toad lady as well.
Fourth one is... A CAT?? What?
I mean i guessed it could be an animal, because of the whiskers.
And last one is... A snowman... really?
Well i guess that explains the 3 weird dots on its belly.

This looks kind of tricky. If only I'd had the foresight to bring a weapon of some sort.
Racing the platform up this column would be much safer with some method to defeat the hornets, I'm sure.
That was a "Wind Potion". The practical effects are that your controls are wonky for several seconds.

Okay, so, mental note: Try not to do THAT again.
I suspect this tunnel is for players who fall through the quicksand and get to start the level over via that springboard on the first platform.

for Spanish Speakers' where each week I
talk about, in detail, one common
English mistake made by those who speak
Spanish as a mother tongue...and this is
the 34th video, so video number 34.
I know I say this every week, and
probably you're doubting my sincerity --
but please don't, because I really do
mean it -- I totally appreciate the fact
that you are working to improve your
English. If this is the first time
you heard that then I hope you'll go
back and watch the other videos and
you'll hear this every week. Okay, and
if it is the first time, this is how it
works. I show you a slide and on the
slide there are two sentences: One is
the correct way that someone who speaks
English as a mother tongue would say it,
the other is the wrong way that someone
who speaks Spanish as a mother tongue
would say it. Your task is to decide
which one is correct. Please do that
now. Read the sentences, listen to me read
the sentences, pause the video, think
about your answer and I will talk about
the answer in the slide that follows
this slide.
You're in good
company if you got this wrong or you just
happen to take a wild guess and get it
right. What it means is that you need
to start studying to get past this
mistake. To start you off on that
process I've given you three sentences
to study from. As I always say,
because it's truly important, you should
memorize these sentences, you should
review them -- really drill them into your
brain -- and you should put into practice
what you've learned through speaking or
writing or both. It's always a good
idea to go outside of these videos and
try to learn more from the world out
there.
