Youtube daily report Jun 20 2017

Who will win this epic battle between the brand new Level 6 PEKKA and the max

Level 45 Barbarian King. What is going on guys Judo Sloth here and welcome to this

episode where we are facing off the brand new Level 6 PEKKA against the

Level 45 Barbarian King. Now this is the developer build guys, that is how we're

able to showcase the update gameplay. Welcome to the channel for all of you

newcomers, make sure to subscribe for more Clash of Clans content and hitting

the notification bell will notify you of each and every one of my videos. Now you

can see the PEKKAs here waiting to pounce on that Barbarian which is

sleeping, who do you think will win guys let's get straight into this. We're going

to do a few different battles, verse them against the King, the Queen, the

Grand Warden bit of fun, let's dive straight into the King first. Alright

guys so we have the Max Level 45 Barbarian King over there protecting his

altar. We're now going to bring in the Max Level 6 PEKKA. Here she comes towards

that King. The King is under rage wanting to get that first strike, who do you

think is going to win this? The PEKKA getting their extra level here on to the

Level 45 Barbarian king. We can't quite see her health but the King is going

down fast, tiny little bit extra health, and the PEKKA goes ahead and wins this

challenge. How about we switch it up and we use the King on offense including

that ability. Now we have the Level 6 PEKKA inside of the clan castle, sitting

in there nice and smug after winning that first battle but let's bring the

King in to see if he can get his revenge. The PEKKA there straight out getting

the first hit onto the Barbarian King. He's going down rather quickly but we

are going to go ahead and press his ability, check out all of them Barbarians

on to the PEKKA and she goes down pretty quickly. Let's see if the Archer

Queen can fare any better than the Barbarian King. Here we are then guys, the

Archer Queen vs the PEKKA. The PEKKA took that first battle against the

Barbarian King quite comfortably and the Barbarian King with his ability

was able to get the victory. The Archer Queen going down so quick there. Pretty

good damage onto the PEKKA but just too much health for that Archer Queen as she

stands there all dazed, knocked out by the brand new Level 6 PEKKA. Let's see if

the Archer Queen and the ability can do any better. So again we have the Level 6

PEKKA inside of the Clan Castle. Archer Queen in here to try and take her out.

The Archer Queen going straight on to the Clan Castle, but the PEKKA not messing

around, getting them hits in. Archer Queen almost

went down there but as we press her ability and she goes invisible, that

PEKKA has no chance. How about we verse off 2 PEKKAs versus the King and Queen

simultaneously. So not a surprise so far that the Max PEKKA has taken out the

King and Queen but when we switch roles and the King and Queen had their ability,

they were able to get their own backs. So the PEKKAs, taking charge of this at the

moment, let's take a look at how it looks against both the King and Queen at the

same time. So the Max King here going down to the PEKKA on the south, the

Queen having no chance up there to the north. The PEKKA then coming down to help

her friend and take out the Barbarian King at the bottom. The PEKKAs

absolutely smashed it. How about we give the heroes a little bit of a hand. How

about this for a helping hand then guys. What we've done is taken the Grand

Warden on defense, right in the middle of the King and Queen to see whether he can

give them any reinforcements in taking down these 2 PEKKAs. So as they come

in towards the King and Queen, the Grand Warden there just providing that extra

damage to the PEKKA up at the Queen. Who is going to win? The PEKKA just about

does it. Grand Warden might be able to take it out before it comes and smashes

that statue. The King and PEKKA at the bottom still going ham on each other.

One PEKKA goes down, another comes to the Grand Warden statue, is he going to

get, it is she going to get it. She indeed does with a tiny little bit of health.

Now this will be the final round of this challenge. What we're going to do is have

2 single targeting Infernos, the brand new Level 5 single targeting Infernos,

against the Level 6 PEKKAs. Now I think in order

to make this fair, let's go for 5 PEKKAs guys. Let's bring in 5 PEKKAs

on to them heroes. We've just seen that 3 of them was just able to take them

out, but will 5 be able to get past them single Infernos. Wow PEKKAs going

down quickly there to the single Infernos. They are going down awfully quick, we've

got through the heroes obviously with the 5 of them, there's one left but it

is going down quick to them single Infernos. How about we have a bonus

round actually and put all 9 in to see if we can take down these Infernos.

Okay guys so last attack of the video, make sure to leave a like if you have

enjoyed it. Here comes all 9 PEKKA, against this little troll base we have

set up. Taking on the King and Queen with the Grand Warden and Inferno

Towers there. We had 1 PEKKA make it to the Inferno Towers last time so I

think, yes we're definitely overwhelming these Inferno Towers. That wraps it up

for this one guys, I've been your host Judo Sloth, make sure to subscribe for

more Clash of Clans and until next time, peace out guys. Stay tuned for more Clash

of Clans.

which made Wolfenstein 3D, an instant hit in the 90's..

Just like Modern Future.

Doom is everything great about first person shooter games.

The development started in 1992, when most of you were still a wet spot in your daddies

pants..

Which is why the Doom's series is ranked by Next Generation as the 19th top game of

all time.

And despite many copy cats, Doom is still the classic.

SO YA FUCK YOU QUAKE, JUST KIDDING!

Number 2: Goldeneye 007 Based on the 1995 James Bond GoldenEye movie,

this FPS which was released for Nintendo 64 in 1997, is as old school as POGS.. remember

Golden Eye is credited for transitioning from the standard Doom like style, to the more

realistic style of FPS..

N best believe ya boy was playing as Odd Job, straight pwning noobs with that golden gun.

How to learn a language with movies and series ? - Duration: 3:36.

Hi there! It's Luca from MosaLingua.

Today I want to discuss a very fun method for

learning a language watching movies and television series.

At the end of this

video, you'll know how to really watch movies and TV shows to improve your

language skills.

I've been using movies and series to learn languages for years.

For example, I have to say that without Friends, my english would not have progressed so

fast as it did during my university years.

Before moving on, I need to tell

you something to straight up: if you are thinking that you can learn a language just by watching

a movie or a TV show, you're going to be disappointed. This method really works if

you are going to use it as a complementary tool and if you really

have some basic skills. You still need to learn vocabulary and try to speak as

much as possible. But if you want to improve your listening skills and pick

up a new vocab, then movies and series are your best friends. Now let me give

you some tips to get the most out of this method.

First ban dubbed movies and series.

From now on, only watch movies and series in the original version with

subtitles. At the beginning it's totally normal to have some troubles following

them. Eventually your brain will learn how to guess what is going on based on

context clues. Second: turn on the subtitles. If you are a beginner

it's okay to start with subtitles in your native language.

Then, as soon as you can switch to subtitles in the target language. Spend

as much time in this phase as you need to, and when you feel ready

turn off the subtitles.

Third: do not read the subtitles. You have to resist the

temptation to read the subtitles all the time. You need to train yourself to use

them as a visual aid. Otherwise you lose the interest of this method.

Another tip: do not look up words. If you hit the pause button frequently then you'll get bored.

Because your movie will last much too long.

If you really want to, you can keep a notepad next to your popcorn. Write down

some words and expressions you would like to look up afterwards.

5. Be regular and consistent. As always try to practice with regularity.

I recommend 2/3 movies per week or if you prefer series you can even watch an

episode every day. Because each one only lasts 40 / 50 minutes. And then, my final

tip: start with movies and series you already know quite well.

Of course it's easier to understand a movie or an episode of a TV show that

you're already familiar with. This way you know it will keep your interest and you

will already have some ideas of the plot so you will be never completely lost.

That's all for today! If you want to find out what the best movies and series are

for learning a language, click on the link below. Thanks for watching and

before you go, make sure you subscribe to our YouTube channel because we have a

lot of other surprises and tools to share with you. Take care and have fun!

DIY ✿ Летние серьги с цветами ✿ Summer earrings with flowers ✿ ENG SUB - Duration: 8:59.

Hello! I'm Karina Formanova. Welcome to Evrazhka Studio.

Today I propose you to make this very showy summer flowers earrings.

I'm pretty indifferent for jewellery with flowers, but these earrings is a must in my summer collection.

And I hope they will appear at yours soon.

Full list of all necessary materials and tools is in the description below.

I took two colors of series "Chiffon" of "Artifact" clay: "Ripe Papaya" and "Honey Paste".

They have a light transparency and are ideal for flowers.

The clay must be sufficiently elastic and not too soft, otherwise it will be very difficult to make flowers.

Knead a small piece of each color and make a Skinner blend.

Cut rough edges and cut the layer into squares of 5 mm.

Wear a glove to avoid fingerprints, and sticking of the clay to your hands.

Take one or two squares of the same color, roll a ball, and pull the ball into a drop.

Cut the drop in a half with the broad side with a thin, sharp blade.

Cut through until about the middle of the drop. Slightly move apart halves to sides and cut the drop again.

Move apart all petals a little.

Take a dotting tool and flatten each petal.

The main stress should fall on the edge of the petal.

Then it will be thin, and the flower will seem to be more neat.

And thick base of the petal will not allow the flower to break.

It is very important to choose the right diameter of the dotting tool.

The ball should be slightly bigger than the future petal.

If the ball is too small, the thin edge of the petal just will not work.

But if the ball is too big, it will crush all petals together.

It is also very important for the clay to be not too soft and sticky, and the blade must be very thin and sharp.

Then future petals will not crease and stick together during cutting.

For making center roll out a thin cane of slightly darker clay and cut it into small pieces.

Take a headpin and insert it in the center of the flower for making a stem.

Drip a small drop of the liquid clay.

Roll a piece of dark clay into a ball, put it into the flower center and press it with a dotting tool.

If liquid clay get out a little under the center, there is no biggie, it will become matte and will be almost invisible after baking.

In this case, I do not recommend to glue the center without gel, because it will greatly reduce the strength of the flower.

Put the flower into a stand for baking.

If you don't have a headpin, you can take a usual pin with a loop.

Straighten the loop,

bend a small tail and press its sides.

Make the same thing on the other end. Cut the pin in a half.

We have got two little pins with loops.

You can insert them into flower the same way as nail pins.

For making a bud just roll a drop and cut it into four pieces.

Insert the pin in the center and close its petals.

If it's necessary, push lines once again.

If you have never sculpted these flowers, please do not worry if you couldn't to cut a drop into four equal parts from the first time,

and petals will come out crooked and sloppy!

This is perfectly normal.

Try again and again, and you will succeed. There is nothing complicated in this technique, you only need to get your hand in.

Make 30, 40, 50, a hundred flowers, and finally they will turn out perfectly smooth and accurate.

Make required quantity of flowers and buds this way. The lighter the clay, the finer petals must be.

Bake flowers for 40 minutes.

I decided to make some darker flowers, so I made another blend from dark pink to light.

And made flowers and buds from it.

Prepare dark green, slightly transparent clay for leaves.

Roll a cane and cut it on six identical pieces.

Roll each piece into a drop, flatten it slightly and put it on a leaf mold.

Press it with the other half.

Bend the leaf a little and sharpen a tip. Make a hole for assembling with a needle or a toothpick.

Make six leaves and bake them for 40 minutes.

We need to make a loop for assembling on each flower.

Bend the pin at the base by 90 degrees with a pliers.

Cut off the excess wire leaving a tail about 7 mm. Bend the loop.

Make it with all elements.

Everything is ready for assembly.

In the end I have got about 90 flowers along with buds and six leaves.

Divide flowers into two approximately equal piles.

They should be equal as the number of all elements, and by the ratio of large and small flowers.

Cut a piece of chain with a length of 15-20 cm.

I suggest shaping twigs simultaneously at the both ends of a single chain.

It will be much easier to make them the same.

Firstly hook one bright bud to the end of the chain.

Hook two buds a little higher.

Next it is the turn of small bright flowers.

Slowly assemble twings volume. You can hook elements to the chain or the loops of adjacent elements.

Check twigs on all sides to never have big bald spots, and for individual flowers not to stick out too much.

Friends, if you want to see more of my videos and to help channel development, welcome to Patreon.

All details are in the description below the video.

When the twigs are collected, hook leaves with jumprings.

Detach unnecessary chain, leaving one empty link on each twig.

Hook earring findings on these links.

Earrings are ready!

These earrings are perfect jewellery for summer! They look incredible with bright summer dresses.

And you will not stay unnoticed!

Despite the amount of metal, the earrings are not heavy. Weight of one earring is only about 8 grams.

Friends, if you haven't subscribed to the channel be sure to subscribe, there is a lot of interesting things.

Also you can find me in the group Vkontakte and Instagram, and I have a separate group on Facebook for English-speaking subscribers, so add as a friend.

Your comments are welcomed and hope this video was useful for you.

Thank you all my patrons for your support.

That is all for today. Thank you all for watching and bye!

Reporting : ASTRO(ENG SUB, 아스트로) Special Edition, [K-pop Zum In] - Duration: 7:13.

In today's K-Pop Zum In, we'll talk about "Wanna be Your Star," ASTRO!

"Fantagio"'s genius entertainer nurture program, "i-Teen," has given birth to various celebrities,

such as Yoo-young and Yeo-reum of "HelloVenus" and Choi Yoo-jung and Kim Do-yeon of "I.O.I."

Through this audition that lasted for 3 years since 2012, Fantagio has found and educated teenage would-be idol stars every year.

Through social media promotion, it has shown how the "i-Teens" are growing.

During the process, in the "Lotte World Rising Star Concert" that went on for 8 weeks starting Dec., 2014,

the boy group "ASTRO" was able to be formed by 6 members selected from the survival concert.

In Aug., 2015, "ASTRO" made their pre-debut through their web drama <To Be Continued>.

With "This Month's Date" and "Meet U Project," ASTRO has been meeting their fans face-to-face,

thereby embracing lots of fans even before their official debut.

Later, in the reality variety show <ASTRO, OK! Spring Up!>, which was aired for a month since Jan., 2016, "ASTRO" signaled their beginning.

With their 1st mini-album <Spring Up> released on Feb. 23rd, 2016, the team made their official debut through a showcase.

In their debut showcase, ASTRO officially declared their fan club,

"Aroha" meaning, "the one and only fan of ASTRO" and "ASTRO / Heart / All fans."

With their debut album <Spring Up> that marks the first chapter of their "Four Seasons Project,"

ASTRO showed off the fresh charms of members on the stage with an average age of 18 back then, along with strong basic skills unlike a newbie group.

In that same year of Jul., ASTRO released the title song <Breathless> of their second mini-album <Summer Vibes>.

With the song, they were recognized as "Cheongryang-dol" that means the idol group is fresh and cool like a soft drink.

In their third mini-album released in Nov. of the same year titled, <Autumn Story>, they got the nickname of "First love-dol" with the title song, <Confession>.

In Feb. of 2017, ASTRO released their first special album, <Winter Dream> with the title song <Should Have Held On To You>.

With the song, ASTRO showed off more mature side, and expressed their gratitude to the fans with their song <You & ME> dedicated to their fans.

From now on, let's look at some of the members of "ASTRO," the "Little Stars."

First, there is main vocalist MJ, who is Kim Myung-joon from Suwon City, Gyeonggi-do Province, born in 1994.

MJ is the stage name he uses based on his real name Myung-joon, and he is in charge of high pitch ad-lip parts with his stable vocal skills.

MJ is a former trainee from JYP, selected through its official audition, and was able to get into Fantagio by showing his great will, losing a whopping 10 kilos.

Although he is the eldest in the group, he acts like the youngest, and is full of energy, earning him the nickname, "Happy Virus."

MJ is also good in variety shows with his comic skills, and has multiple talents that gave him the nickname, "Impersonation Vending Machine."

Next is Jin Jin, the leader of the team and the main rapper. He is Park Jin-woo from Goyang City of Gyeonggi-do Province, and he was born in 1996.

His stage name Jin Jin comes from his nickname "Jin Jin Dol-e," a famous webtoon which he was named after for similar looks.

He makes the rap parts himself, which is highlighted with his deep husky voice.

Before his debut, he used to be in a house dance team and competed in a street dance contest. His drum skills of 5 years is also very good.

Jin Jin is slow when moving and is known to be a bit clumsy, losing his things every now and then, but his kind heart and embracing leadership is good for the team.

He also has a nickname, "Gang-a-Jin-Jin," as he likes "Gang-a-Ji," a Korean word for "puppies," very much.

Sub-vocalist Cha Eun-woo was born in 1997, and is Lee Dong-min from Gunpo City of Gyeonggi-do Province.

His role in the web drama <To Be Continued> suited him so well that he uses the character name "Eun-woo" as his stage name.

With his handsome, cool guy looks, he is called, "Pocari-man," "cartoon guy," and also "face genius."

He is also called as "White T-shirt Guy" as his white T-shirts looks in one of his performances was great.

He is also "Cha-phaGo" with his perfect preparation skills at variety shows,

and is a "Dancing God & Dancing King" - earning him the nickname, "Cha-Dumchit" as he did a "Du-Dumchit" dance.

Currently, he's majoring Acting For Theatre, Film and TV at SungKyunKwan University.

Main dancer and sub-vocalist Moonbin was born in 1998, in Cheongju City of Chungcheongbuk-do Province.

With a tall model-like figure and big dance moves, Moonbin is considered the "master key" of ASTRO with his dancing, singing skills and good outlooks.

When he was a child, he used to play the younger version of TVXQ U-Know Yunho in their music video <Balloons>.

With his 7-year-long training period, one of the longest period among trainees, Moonbin is called, "the ancestor of Fantagio."

He has great a smelling sense, and can distinguish members through their scent.

Moonbin is also the big brother of YG trainee Moon Sua who appeared in <Unpretty Rapstar>.

As Moonbin looks both like a puppy and cat, his nickname is also "Meongnyang-e."

Lead rapper and lead dancer Rocky was born in 1999. His real name is Park Min-hyuk, born in Jinju City of Gyeongsangnam-do Province.

Rocky is the stage name that means he'll be a trustworthy person like a rock.

With his professional dancing and rapping skills, he also has unexpectedly great vocal skills, which makes him the "capable man" in ASTRO.

He has various talents, as he can make raps but also come up with dance moves for the group's songs.

With his powerful talents even as a child, he showed off his jazz dance, ballet and tap dance skills at <Korea's Got Talent>.

He also represented his Province of Gyeongsangnam-do Province as a Taekwondo player, and had won a grand prize at a piano competition.

Rocky is also very fond of doing beauty masks, and has great interest in beauty and fashion. His nicknames are "Undefeatable Rock," and "Dance Maniac."

Lead vocalist Yoon Sanha is from Seoul, and was born in 2000.

Yoon Sanha has nice vocal skills and taught himself how to play the guitar, which he plays very well.

Sanha is the "ultimate weapon" of ASTRO, and the "beagle-beauty youngest who've grown so fast" of the team with his amiable traits.

Among his family, he is also the youngest among three brothers,

and began to pursue his dreams of becoming a singer influenced by his father, who also wanted to be a singer.

During his debut days, he used to capture the hearts of older girls with his fresh charms as a middle school student.

Now, he is called, "Maknae On Top," meaning the youngest is on top, surpassing the older members.

Sanha really likes french fries and is afraid of insects very much.

Whenever he posts his pictures on social media, he always posts 4 at one time, giving him the nickname, "Four-cut fairy."

Since their pre-debut days, "ASTRO" has been showing off various activities for their fans.

With "Makestar," a global K-wave crowdfunding system, they have achieved 343% of their target amount for their "first photo book project" in Dec., 2016.

In Feb. of 2017, some of the project profits went to their subway advertisements in Hongik Univ. Station, commemorating their 1st anniversary.

By selecting 100 people among the project participants, they held a special signing ceremony, as well.

In early 2017, ASTRO celebrated their 1st anniversary with their great aerobics skills in MBC programs such as <Idol Star Athletics Championships> and <My Little Television>.

Having their showcase starting from Chinese Taipei to Hong Kong and Singapore, ASTRO finished their first Asia tour successfully.

ASTRO is one of the most powerful boy idol groups that people have high expectations for in the year 2017!

Brad Anderson's Lunch Break / s5 e7 / Michele Bustamante, CIO, Soliance - Duration: 5:46.

(tires squeal)

- [Narrator] It's lunch time,

and this Brad Anderson's Lunch Break.

(lively music)

I get invited to attend tech events

all the time in Las Vegas,

and whenever I can, I like to make the quick trip

from Redmond and meet with other tech leaders,

and learn about what they're doing.

(lively music)

Today I hit the road with Michele Bustamante,

the founder and CIO of Solliance,

a bonafide cloud expert,

and a long time tech executive.

(lively music)

(piano music)

- Hey.

- Welcome, Michele, how are ya?

- Wow, this is awesome.

Who wouldn't wanna get in this car?

- Right?

In Vegas, in a Cadillac, with Elvis.

- With 500 horsepower.

- Exactly.

- Let's see what this puppy can do.

- You are a busy person.

You are this incredibly sought after speaker

at events like this,

but you also have a day job, in that

you're the co-founder and the CIO of

a software consulting firm called Solliance.

- Yup.

- But you're also a long time executive,

and a Microsoft MVP,

- Yeah, I-- - And a regional director.

I kinda didn't get the memo that you didn't have to

try everything in tech. - You ever sleep?

- Yeah.

- Believe it or not, I make it work.

- Tell us about your company.

- Yeah, so Solliance is a consulting firm.

We're basically a coalition of partners,

and what we do is we assemble teams of experts

and make it look like one team by making sure

we have the leadership around it.

- We're gonna play a little game.

- Tell me.

- The game is called 'this or that'.

- Okay.

- I'm gonna give you two topics--

- K

- And then I'm gonna give you some descriptions,

and you're gonna tell me, you know, is it A or B.

- Okay.

- Okay, so it's slot machine or presidential candidate.

- Okay.

Oh, this is gonna be fun, this is a great year for that.

- Gives a lot of speeches.

- Presidential candidate.

- Indeed. (ding)

Inspires confidence at first but always disappoints.

- Presidential candidate.

(ding) (laughs)

- Is full of money and covered in germs.

- Presidential candidate.

(laughs) (ding)

- Owned by a giant corporation.

- Presidential candidate.

- Alright, (ding)

I'm doing a trend, here.

(laughs)

Was portrayed by Robert Redford

in the movie, 'The Candidate'.

- Oh.

Wait a minute.

What was the other one?

Presidential candidate, or?

- A slot machine.

- Slot machine.

(ding) (laughs)

No...

- So what advice do you give to people on that...

On what should move to the cloud, what shouldn't, kinda--

- Right, so people used to be nervous about

going cloud at all, show me it's safe.

But, now what I see is I have all of these companies

that have, you know, questionnaires from their customers

saying, "How do I trust you in the cloud?".

And you have to like, you know, prove that you have DR,

and that you have, you know, backup,

and that you have good procedures that are secure.

But, we no longer have to answer the question of,

"How do I trust the cloud?", so now it's more about,

"How do I migrate safely?",

and data is always the first story.

You know, let's make sure that you can

leverage that data in the future.

- Yep.

- By treating it as, not a liability, but an asset now,

and then the rest flows from there.

- So when you speak at a conference like this,

and you do this a lot,

can you remember what it was like at your first one?

- What was it like your first time?

what was going through your mind?

- I can tell you that.

When I first started out in this industry,

I was just a developer, hardcore,

and I got really sucked in by it, right?

So, I couldn't work enough,

and I got invited to do these different things,

like teach a class.

First class was like 30 people.

My voice is shaking, you know,

and then I was fine once I got the eyeballs of the people,

I'm like, "Okay, good."

And I decided, after some years, that, you know,

I admired some of these people in the industry.

People we know, like Carl Franklin,

I remember seeing him speak, and I remember thinking,

"I wanna do that one day."

So, I asked this guy who was the chair of this conference,

BCDC, could I come to the conference?

And, I actually said, I think, "You don't really have

a lot of women speakers, I'd like to do this."

And he said, "Just send me some topics."

So, like an idiot, I took the three hardest possible topics,

thinking I wanna get in--

- Might as well go all in.

- No, I wanna get it, I gotta give him some

really good meaty topics.

So, I was doing things at work like D POM optimization,

you know, STL, and WIN I-NET, you know,

communication libraries and things like that.

So, I offered a talk on each of those thinking

one will be a fit, and he accepted all three.

(laughs)

- So I'm like, "Oh, okay." - Wow.

- Now I gotta get three speeches ready--

- Yep.

- And it's my first time, that's lovely.

- Yeah, that's intense.

- So, I get it all ready,

but I over-prepare for the first one,

and I remember, like, getting into the room

before the guy was coming off stage,

there's 300 people in the room,

the lights are shining on this guy,

and I'm sitting there,

and I literally think I started having a panic attack.

- Sure.

- So, then I got up there,

and again, voice shaking at first, 'cause it's like,

lights on you, 300 people.

- Oh, yeah.

- And, it's a funny thing, it's like this fight or flight,

you know, I was over-prepared, and that was the key.

'Cause I knew exactly what I needed to do, so--

- If you're confident, it becomes second nature, it's easy.

- Exactly.

Had I not been prepared, it could have gone south, right?

- So, do you find yourself now, when you do it...

It's just fun?

- Yeah. - And you get up there,

and you just have fun with it.

- It is, it's true.

- [Announcer] Next time on Brad Anderson's Lunch Break:

- I think the whole 'Women in Tech' subject is so complex,

that there's a lot of ways to attack that one, right?

Leadership at the top, if they're bought in,

to diversity...

And this goes across all kinds of diversity,

without just talking about women.

You know, then it will happen.

I think we just built our first outtake.
