How to Get Rid of Skin Moles at Home Naturally - Duration: 3:41.
There's nothing classy about the name of this non-cancerous growth: mole.
These ugly landmarks can suddenly appear anywhere on the body.
While they normally don't pose a health risk, they are still a nuisance.
So what are they and why did they set up camp on your body?
They are an accumulation of skin cells produced by melanin.
These pigmented clumps of skin can be black, brown or even flesh colored.
How did they come to be?
Often, it's genetic.
Other factors are sun exposure and hormonal changes.
If you notice moles that don't fit the colors mentioned, and have asymmetrical shapes and
borders, consult your dermatologist immediately.
Some moles have a different agenda; one day they just pack up and go away.
Most people leave them alone, unless they are prominent and cause emotional discomfort.
Moles are often removed for cosmetic purposes but the procedure can be painful, and create
side effects.
Before you schedule an appointment, why not try a home remedy?
In today's video we will walk you through the steps to creating your own remedy using
baking soda.
1.
Baking Soda Paste
In a cup or in the palm of your hand, make a thick paste of baking soda and water;
Apply to the mole and cover with a bandage; Leave overnight and wash in the morning;
Repeat the procedure in the morning, and leave it on all day.
2.
Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar
The acidic nature of apple cider vinegar has the ability to destroy a flat mole's cells.
At first, the mole will turn into a scab, but over time, it will fade away.
In the palm of your hand, combine baking soda and apple cider vinegar
Mix until you have a thick paste; Apply to the mole;
Cover and secure with a bandage; Leave on overnight or just for a few hours;
Once you rinse it away, you can reapply; Repeat the procedure until the mole is gone.
3.
Baking Soda and Castor Oil
This may be the best remedy.
Follow the same procedure as with apple cider vinegar oil and water; just mix one teaspoon
of baking soda and a drop or two of castor oil and blend into a thick paste.
Apply to the mole, apply a bandage and repeat as long as needed.
Tips to preventing the reoccurrence of moles
Those with sensitive skin should be careful when applying one of these topical solutions;
if you have any negative reaction – stop using it.
Avoid excessing exposure to the sun; Apply sunscreen with high SPF if your plans
will take you outdoors for a long period of time;
Never scratch or pick at moles.
Never attempt a do-it-yourself surgical removal Avoid tanning beds
Eat plenty of foods high in potassium and citric acid.
These 2 compounds can inhibit mole growth and can reduce ones already present.

What is a Disney Weenie? - Duration: 4:57.
If you're a fan of the Disney theme parks, you may have come across the term "weenie" before.
If you're not a fan of the Disney theme parks this video has probably already gotten
a little weird for you.
So what is a Disney Weenie and where did it come from?
Walt Disney was obsessed with the design and construction of Disneyland.
That's just the kind of person he was.
While other heads of companies might just sign-off on big projects and let others worry
about the details, Walt gave them the attention that a passion project truly deserved.
As a result, he spent most of his days and nights not only overseeing his company, but
also planning and overseeing Disneyland as well.
So it wasn't at all uncommon for Walt to get home late during those early years.
As the story goes, according to Disney historian Jim Korkis, on nights when he got home late,
Walt would often enter his house through the kitchen since it was closer to the garage.
There, he would grab an uncooked hot dog to give as a treat to their family poodle, Lady.
He noticed that as long as he had the hot dog, Lady would follow him anywhere just to
get to that treat.
Later, when designing Disneyland he realized that the park similarly needed ways to coax
visitors not only into the park, but into different parts of the park.
I guess he knew that uncooked hot dogs weren't going to do the trick, but in any case he
decided to honor his dog Lady and so the structures that would win the attention of guests were
called weenies.
They're also sometimes referred to as visual magnets.
The castles at all of the Disney parks around the world?
They're the quintessential Disney weenies.
However beyond being the element that would pull guests in from Main Street, Sleeping
Beauty's Castle was intended to be the weenie that would draw guests back out of each of
the lands at the park.
You see, when Disneyland opened in 1955, almost none of the lands were connected to one another.
They were essentially dead ends, so guests who wanted to go from Tomorrowland to Fantasyland
had to walk back out to the hub first to get there.
With that design, the castle would be a visual anchor with which guests would be able to
get their bearings and return to the hub whenever they needed to.
The castle wasn't the only Disneyland weenie though.
Virtually all of the lands were designed to have their own distinct weenies to draw guests in.
Over in Tomorrowland there was not only the World Clock at the entrance of the land, but
also a TWA Moonliner Rocket at the back.
Peering into Frontierland, guests would see the docked Mark Twain Riverboat, welcoming
guests into the past.
Fantasyland had the castle of course, and even Main Street USA had it's own in the
form of the Disneyland Railroad station, which acted as a weenie for guests leaving the park.
The only land that didn't have it's own weenie was Adventureland and that was, like
most things at Disneyland, intentional.
The logic behind the decision was that Adventureland was meant to be mysterious and exciting, and
that getting a clear view of what was in store for the land would defeat the purpose of the
land altogether.
This same thought process would be used again decades later in planning the entrance area
of Disney's Animal Kingdom in Florida, with the Tree of Life being hidden behind numerous
winding pathways and foliage.
Beyond just being a visual magnet intended to draw guests in, weenies were also tools
to establish the visual language of the area.
When you look at Big Thunder Mountain, it tells you everything you need to know about
that land's theme, and it's only as you approach the attraction would a newcomer to
the parks even realize it is an attraction.
They help establish the aesthetic language that the area is going to use to transport
the guest to another world, and creatively hides details so that only exploration would allow
them to see everything.
Speaking of hiding, another important element to designing a Disney weenie is knowing where
to place it so that it doesn't interrupt the sight-lines from other areas of the park.
When you're in Tomorrowland, it's important that you can't see Big Thunder because that
just wouldn't make much sense.
You're in Tomorrowland!
Unless of course you can design a Disney weenie to have two different themes from two different
angles.
With a little bit of care and planning, what can look like a creepy Hollywood Hotel from
one perspective, is just another building in the Moroccan skyline from another.
Of course, if care isn't taken to sight-lines and design, as was the case when Michael Eisner
was placing the, at the time, new Swan and Dolphin resorts, you end up with a visual
inconsistency that breaks the theme.
Expedition Everest.
Grauman's Chinese Theater.
Spaceship Earth.
The Tower of Terror.
Yeah, they may have a silly name, but weenies are an important aspect of Disney history
that have guided the design of Disney parks and attractions for decades.

do is I cut them open with the scissors and I just have poured them in here so

like things that are wrapped just because it makes it much easier to

like the foam on the top of your beer so don't be shy here fill it up make it look
like it has a nice head of foam and look how easy is that and that's all there is

How's it going everyone Matt Leighton and welcome back to another video.
In this video we're talking about the home inspection.
Ahh, the home inspection, the most exciting part of the home buying process.
Okay not really.
It can actually be one of the more stressful parts of the home buying experience because
well you find out how healthy the property is.
It's almost like going to the doctor for a physical for the first time in 10 years.
Maybe you have an ache or a pain or maybe you feel amazing but you know the doctor is
still going to find out something about you that might be a cause for concern.
The home inspection is kind of the same way.
Whether it's a 500 square foot condo or a 5,000 square foot mansion, the home inspector
will discover imperfections and faults with the home that you will most likely want to
get fixed.
So what do you do next?
Well in a perfect world.
You as a buyer will submit the home inspection contingency and report to the sellers that
outline the items that are broken or need to
be fixed and the seller will say, 'ahh geez, these items
are broken, I better fix every single one of these'.
No that almost never happens.
It becomes a negotiation and the seller may or may not decide to fix the items.
But for the sake of the argument, let's say they agree to fix the items in the home
inspection.
This could be as minor as caulking, yes I've seen people put calking on the home inspection,
or as major as an electrical issue or roofing issue.
But let's say the seller does fix it.
You as a buyer should be happy right?
Well let's think about it for a second.
As a buyer, if you were fixing the items, you would probably go out and get 3 estimates
from a contractor, choose the middle one or get a referral for a handyman, double-check
the work has been done up to your standards and be happy with the finished product.
Well what do you think the seller is planning on doing for fixes?
You think they're going to go out and get 3 estimates and pick the middle option?
No!
They're going to go out and find the cheapest contractor they can find to do the bare minimum
to satisfy the contingency.
Why would the seller spend a lot of money on these fixes?
They're going to find the lowest option out there.
There's going to be very little emphasis on quality.
So when you go for your final walk-through inspection, that drywall might be repaired
but it might be a sloppy job.
Then what a day before closing are you going to ask to delay settlement to get a better
drywall handyman in there to fix the job?
Probably not.
Which brings me to the better alternative for home inspection repairs.
Money!
Money in lieu of repairs.
This way you as the buyer after closing you get to choose your own contractor, get to
oversee the work, and get to ensure that the job is done.
Well what if I don't know how much a project costs and then I have to estimate?
Well there's this little machine called the google that can help you out with predicting
pretty much any expense.
And how many contractors offer free estimates?
Hmm, I don't know?
All of them…
Asking for a credit instead of repairs is significantly better for both parties because
now the seller doesn't have to run around and fix a bunch of small items and waste their
time making sure that the fixes have been done.
When you are faced with the option, as a buyer, or seller for that matter, on whether to propose
fixes to a home or a buyer credit, I highly encourage you to go with the credit option.
Believe me, it will save you time, money, and a potential headache on that final walk-through.
Now one final thing, if you as a buyer must ask for repairs and there's no other solution,
write in the addendum that receipts will be provided 7 days prior to closing.
You will be shocked, actually you probably won't be shocked to hear that some sellers
forget, or let me re-phrase that…some sellers 'forget' to do the home inspection repairs.
And guys, I love surprises but in real estate, there are no good surprises.
Only bad surprises.
And the last thing you want is when you go to the final walk-through to find out that
none of the items have been fixed.
So guys, please opt for a buyer credit on the home inspection items.
If you have to do repairs, ask for receipts 7 days before closing and you will save yourself
a lot of stress.

When we were in the White House, we had lunch in the West Wing, and there's like a photo
gallery on the wall that Pete [Souza] had set up, and it was pictures from Obama's travels,
his trip to Latin America, and there were a lot of pictures displayed that don't get
released to the public.
They're the archives, basically.
But the story's not over, because I really want to share with you because we're here
in Minneapolis.
And there were three pictures of Prince at the White House, performing at the White House.
Now, I'm sure you guys here were aware and hip to the fact that that had happened, but
most people weren't.
So I said to Pete, "What's this about?"
And he explained that the President was so upset when Prince passed, that he asked him
to put these pictures up to remind him of that day.
I said, "Wow, I didn't realize he was such a fan."
He said, "Yeah, he really, really was."
But what's amazing about the story is what was in the pictures.
So there's a picture of Barack Obama in a suit and tie, President of the United States,
introducing Prince.
And remember, it was a media blackout, so Pete was the only person allowed to take a
couple pictures, and they weren't allowed to be released.
So you see Obama introducing Prince with 3RDEYEGIRL, that's the first picture and he's very composed.
And then the next picture, you see Prince and 3RDEYEGIRL on their own playing.
And the next picture, you see Obama's older daughter pulling him onstage.
And then in the fourth picture, you see Barack Obama has got his jacket off, he's got his
sleeves rolled up, his tie's undone, and he's going like this ... with a wide smile.
And Prince is next to him and he's going ... like, "What you doing, fool?"
And it's a picture of a guy who's just a fan.
I just thought that was so special, and I wish people could see that.
But I looked forward to telling you guys about it.
