facing child sex charges is
behind bars tonight..and is
likely to remain there until his
case is resolved.
As First News Senior Reporter
Gerry Ricciutti tells us a
judge in Mercer ruled
the suspect had violated the
terms of his bond -- and then
failed a drug test after
appearing in court this week.
Days after being able to walk
out of the Mercer County
Courthouse on his
own..William Casey of Girard was
led away in handcuffs afternoon
-- his bond on child sex
charges revoked...The victim's
father telling me he's pleased
with this sudden turn of

Casey is charged with sexually
assaulting his then-11-year-old
victim at a home in South
Pymatuning between late 2014 and
the spring of 2015....Despite
missing a scheduled hearing last
month..his bond had actually
between reduced from
$100-thousand dollars to just
$20-thousand -- and he was
released...But after
appearing in court on
Tuesday..authorities say Casey
tested positive for
opioids..cocaine and marijuana
-- and the judge ordered him to
jail...

A plan that was thwarted when

showed up and put his own life
at risk to try stopping
him.

Hi guys my name is Becky and welcome, if this is your first time thanks for showing up!

Anyway, today I am going to do a tutorial on this eye look, it is a pink rose gold look,
I did my blush in pink, my lip is in the pink and my eyes and so I did this the other day
for work and I was like, I really like that... so I think I will do a tutorial.
Also, I am going to do a review on the Pure Cosmetics and it is not the Pur Cosmetic spelled
PUR that you see at Ulta , this one is PURE cosmetics . This is the buff collection . Anyway,
I got this is one of my subscription boxes and I love it , I know they say it is a dupe
for the Naked 3 pallete, I do not have that one, but I love the pigmentation of this eyeshadow
so anyway if you want to see how I got this eyeshadow look and my thoughts on this pallette
just stay around and keep watching...Ok today's look was inspired I don't know I was wanted
something very pink but golden and sometimes when you do a all over pink look around your
eyes you can look sick or like you have been crying so anyway I am taking the buff collection
by Pure Cosmetics.
Anyway, I will show you the colors I'm using maybe on the side so that I won't make this
video too long.
But the first I am going to go into, oh my lord i cannot see, its called Dune Its the
lightest matte shade in this palette . And I'm going to put this in my upper crease and
I'm saying upper because I have a heavier eyelid and if I just put it in my crease and
I relax my eyes you wouldn't see the color, so I'm bringing it into my upper crease and
then and just blowing out the edges so that there is not harsh lines.
Ok so next I'm going to go into the darkest matte shade , there are only 2 traditional
matte shades, and this one is clay and this one I'm going to put in my actual crease okay
I am going to venture away from the palette for a second and use this Ulta Color coat
and it is in rose gold it is a creme shadow i bought it I want to say that at Christmas
time and its already feeling a little dry so but so see how it looks on my finger I'm
going to actually just going to put this on the center portion of my eyelid I want that
extra pop of gold pinky gold and that's what rose gold is.
so we are cheating a little bit (Music) Ok so once I put that rose gold in the center
of my lid I'm actually going to take the color ha ha ha , I've got to pronounce this mojave
MOJAVE I'm going to put it on a flat shader brush and I'm going to start working it in
my outer lid (music) so Just really so many different shades of pinks and golds now because
I have a heavier eyelid I do bring the deep shade slightly up into my crease then I will
take that same fluffy brush and just make sure its all blended (music) Ok so I am going
to take the two matte shades that I used initially on my lower lash line this is when pinks can
start making you look a little sickly so I will show you what I like to do to prevent
that I used to always be afraid to wear pink for this reason Now I am going to take a little
bit of that darker shade matte and do it more in the outer
So one thing Iike to do when it is all pink like this and I feel like it can make me a
little washed out or tired or like I've had a crying jag is 1. to tightline with a nude
color in my water not tightline sorry use a nude in my water line and then to take a
black eyeliner and make you a nice wing that just kind of breaks it up so whats technically
against your eyes is not the pink so then it won't make you look quite so tired now
I'm going to do this off camera cause I'm just afraid what I will look like on camera
putting this on and also I'm going to do my black eyeliner and mascara and I'll be right
back Ok guys well I have put on my eyeliner mascara and in my tightline did that nude
I believe it is by Rimmel exaggerate and one thing I did forget to do was highlight under
my brow bone so I will stay in this pure pallette the buff collection and I am going in with
Quartz it is a very light vanilla shade (music) and I'm going to pop a little bit of that
same color in my inner corner This portion of the video did not care about hearing a
review on the pallette or seeing swatches on the pallette then you can just say bye
and I won't drag this on any further but anyway I'm going to do some swatches give you my
thoughts on the palette and so anyway if you want to continue to watch if you are about

anyway let's get onto the swatches I was going to swatch and show the colors up close me
actually swatching it didn't realized how difficult that would be on camera I was trying
to contort my arm and turning sideways and everything so I have to scratch that and do
it a different way I'm going to insert pictures that I took of the swatches so that you can
see them on my skin but I also want to show you the palette right now up close okay let
me see if I can get my self in frame okay so anyway all these eyeshadows are pretty
good there are eyeshadow in this palette that I do love there is kick back if you d not
like that then you may not like this palette I don't mind i because the eyeshadows blend
very well together their highly pigmented but at the same time if you get some on your
face you can easily brush it away without staining your skin so the negative would be
the kickback because they are so soft you can see this one right her is chipped I obviously
must have I don't know been beast mode on it at one point Anyway the matte shades don't
have a lot they have a little bit of kick up I guess the most disappointing color right
here it looks like a wine with sparkles and you loose that when you put it on your eyelids
it has a more brown purple shade you don't really you don't really see it let me show
you if I just do like this if you see here if you notice it doesn't look that purple
okay so if you can see right here I just feel like that is just kind of blah
it doesn't pull purple at all that is disappointing to me now and its a little more patchy and
it does stain your skin a little bit but all the other colors I really like the pigmentation
and their true to color I like this palette You have the pinks you golden tans little
bit of gray in there so I think its a pretty versatile palette Do I think its worth I believe
you know what let me check what the price is I do like it it is $50 bucks it is pricey
there maybe some dupes out there I just like the blendability of this palette so if you
are interested you can defintely check them out and if you see a sale and I love sales
so I don't like to pay full price for anything at all but anyway thats it on this swatch
part of the video.
