Abigail joins the roster next week.

Street Fighter V's character roster will grow next week when Abigail arrives as a DLC fighter.

Capcom announced today at Evo 2017 that Abigail will arrive on July 25.

There will also be a new stage, Metro City Bay Area, as well as story and battle costumes.

You can see all of this in the trailer above.

Abigail will be available through Street Fighter V's $30 Season 2 character pass, which also

includes Akuma, Kolin, Ed, and one further character to be announced later.

Abigail is from the Final Fight series, and as you can tell from the trailer, he's a big

bruiser.

Professional Logo Design Tutorial In Illustrator | Satori Graphics - Duration: 10:06.

in today's professional Loo design tutorial in Illustrator we're going to

be using circles to create this contemporary logo design so follow along

with satori graphics and create this logo design yourself using Adobe Illustrator

welcome back to satori graphics everybody home of graphic design content I hope

you weekend went well and are you ready for today's professional logo design

tutorial yesterday I sent out my weekly to throw graphics newsletter and then if

you are subscribed received three free geometrical vectors as well as snippets

of info on my content to come if you want to subscribe to my newsletter

head over to satori graphics. net also in the newsletter was a notification I'm

going from five videos per week on this channel down to four so Monday to

Thursday this is because I find myself with a very little time at the moment

and instead of rushing I want to keep my content of a high standard I may be able

to squeeze in a fifth video now and then there's going to be at least four videos

every single week on this channel for this professional logo design tutorial

we need to create a new document in the straighter and then open up both a

pathfinder window and the aligned window as we're going to be using both of these

quite a lot for this logo design

so let the ellipse tool and make sure you have the stroke selected and not the

color fill hold down shift on your keyboard and create a perfect circle

like so and hold down the alt/option key that you placate the circle and make it

a little bit smaller than the original one now select both circles and use

these two functions in the align window Center the smaller circle within the

larger one select both circles and a hit command or control G to group them or

you can head up to the top and group them here

duplicate the group of two circles two more times so you now have six circles

in total like I have here select all of the circles and then use the two

functions in the line window I'm going to use here duplicate a circle and then

make sure it falls perfectly into place on the inner circle with the right hand

side as I'm doing here I line them and then do the same for the other side now

a circle guide to set up perfectly for creating a professional logo design in

today's tutorial select all the circles and then grab the shape builder tool

this tool is going to really help make things easier for us making our logo

design in today's Illustrator tutorial by default the shape builder tool has a plus sign

above it this is what we want to begin with simply click and hold on the click

as you go along the path where we want the logo to join to get our whole shape

if you make a mistake hit command or control Z

this is the shape we want for our professional logo design

now how done the alt/option key and you'll notice that the minus symbols

above the cursor this will our stem remove lines and shapes we do not want

for our logo design you must hold down the alt/option key the entire time you

select and draw over the area's you do not want to use make sure to pay close

attention to your entire design in removing all of the shapes and lines

like here for example there are a few anomalies we can use the direct

selection tool to select and remove them

once you've done that I flick the logo design mark over to a fill as a pastry

stroke now the gradient fill here and change the direction to 90 degrees you

can choose whatever color you want to put the gradient your professional

but I'm going for shades of blue we want the darker shade of color at the top of

the logo design and then on the bottom and lighter version of that color I'm

going to make the bottom of my design close enough to white but not exactly

weight

now we're going to add some shading to our laser designing list right there

to make it look that more professional to make the left side appeared if you

come at the top of the midsection we can add a power of shadow with the pencil

make a shape similar to mine here add a gradient fill to this section and then

change the direction of the shadow so it's coming from the left edge then on

the right hand side lower the opacity down to zero

on the right side of the logo design we can do the same again the pencil shape

will not be as white here and thus you need to make the Great India more smooth

by making the light in the shadow contrast not to your best

I've added one more shading area the bottom the logo design here using the

same method as before finally we just need to add some logo type to our design

to finish the professional feel to it I use a triangle shape in the place of the

a in satori so I simply wrote out satori without the a and I change the

curling to 900 the font I went for for this logo design was gill sans I find

that something sans-serif' robust and thin doesn't look professional for logo

designs to make the triangle use the polygon tool and I use three sides I

flick the triangular through a stroke and resize it to fit a logo type

once happy you may want out on this trick of your design and create that

lens of the type and there you have it a professional logo design complete with

Ike Cosplay Tutorial: Part 7 Belt - Duration: 6:29.

Hi guys!

I'm Alex from Sanzu Fabrications.

In this video, I'm going to show you how I made Ike's Belt.

This is another part in my Ike Cosplay Series.

So without further ado, let's get into the video.

I admit, Ike's belt drove me crazy.

It seems like in every reference picture I found, pieces changed color, or materials

would change, or in some cases, entire seams would appear, reappear or change color.

There comes a point where you need to settle on a design, so I resolved to not stress out

over the design by creating my own.

I felt that if I kept enough of the main characteristics, the belt would still be identifiable.

Before the smaller details though, I had to construct the main piece.

When I did my original sizing for Ike.

I was sure to pattern out the size and shape of the belt as well.

I did this with the tried-and-true plastic wrap method.

For anyone not yet familiar with the method, it's pretty much Kamui Cosplay's armor patterning

technique.

This call for wrapping an area of the body (in this case, Ike's waist) in plastic wrap.

Then covering the plastic wrap with masking tape, drawing on the seams or details, and

then cutting it off of the model.

I decided to transfer this model onto poster board for durability, but this is entirely

optional.

Also remember that when you're patterning items for clothing, to add seam allowances.

Since I had already used Duck Cloth for Ike's vest, I decided to use the same material for

the belt.

Although leather would have been more accurate, the duck cloth was easier to work with, and

I liked this particular color.

I traced the pattern for the larger side areas onto the cloth and cut it out.

White it looks like Ike's comes together in the front, I decided that mine would come

together in the back.

That way, I can Velcro the back shut, and focus on making all the details on the front

look good instead of worrying about them being functional.

In some reference pictures, there is a simple raised area right before the center divide,

but in other images, it's a completely different color.

I elected to use a separate gray material add a little more variation to the look.

I traced out the area that would be covered and added seam allowances before cutting them

out.

Now here's something to look out for.

I didn't mark where I wanted the end of this gray area to be.

I measured where I wanted the gray material to extend out to, and then marked a full seam

allowance inward.

Next, I placed the gray fabric piece upside down, pointing in the away from its intended

place.

I then stitched over the since edge.

When I marked the area, I subtracted the seam allowance, but when I stitched the two pieces

together, that same seam allowance was added back.

Now when I fold the fabric over and press it with my iron, and extends to the exact

place I wanted it.

At this point, I rolled over the edges and hemmed them.

Now it was time to join the two sides together.

I originally planned to join the two sides of the belt together with a rectangle of brown

suede, but I found the suede was far too flimsy on its own, so I added a backing of Duck cloth.

I cut the duck cloth at the exact size I needed the center panel to be, and the suede to be

a little larger.

This allowed me to fold the suede over the top and bottom edges before stitching them

down.

Next, I overlapped all three panels.

The center panel went on the bottom, with the side panels on top.

Since I didn't measure the center panel very accurately, I just used my original pattern

as a guild.

I pinned it all in place and the sewed the pieces together.

In the reference images, there's a large defined seam along the inside.

I tried to accomplish this by doing a straight satin stitch along the sides.

Honestly, I hated how it looked, but what's done is done.

I think with everything else done, it doesn't look too terrible though.

Next, I had to add the little straps across the center.

I just cut a couple strips of duck cloth, and hemmed them back.

I then attached them to the belt by using the button setting on my sewing machine.

Quick and easy!

These little "metal" fasteners are actually scraps from when I made the clasps on Ike's

vest.

They're just squares of craft foam painted brown and then painted gold.

They were glued onto the belt with a little bit of Supertac.

Now came the little gray pads on the side.

I definitely took some artistic license with these.

If you want something accurate to the reference pictures, you could glue some craft foam to

the back of gray fabric, and then stitch around it, but I opted to make something more functional.

I realized Ike had a lot of clothes, but no pockets.

That's right- I just added pockets to the belt instead of padding.

This was as simple as cutting out a pair of gray fabric squares, hemming them, and then

stitching only the sides and bottom to the belt.

We're almost done!

The last bit of sewing was... yup, the belt loops.

This wouldn't be very effective at holding up a belt without loops.

Again, these were just two rectangles of duck cloth that I hemmed.

I then folded over the top and bottom of the strips and sewed them onto the belt.

Finally, I added a bit of Velcro on the back to hold everything closed.

And that's it!

Ike's weight belt is finally done!

While, I did dress this up with a spare belt from around the house for a photo, I'll most

likely find a cheap thrift store one that looks a bit more accurate.

How To Ask Sellers The Right Questions On Your First Day Of Making Offers - Duration: 10:53.

In this video I'm going to show you how to ask sellers the right questions on your

very first day of making offers.

This is just sort of a cheat sheet for anyone who's making offers and needs to make sure

they get the right questions answered.

And this is also something that you can give to a telemarketer if you hire to deal with

your leads and they can ask all the questions and then all you have to do is go in and do

the close on the leads that are most qualified.

If you go into the CRM in the Automarketer, and let's just take one of these leads here

and you look at the, look at the lead properties it'll start with, there's no properties

here, and you can add a property.

If you add a property it'll ask you to name that property.

And I've got a, I added a test property here, so I've just called it Test.

And if I go to this Test, it opens up a questionnaire.

This questionnaire gives you access to a lot of really great information.

First of all, it tells you to fill in the information, it tells you what you need to

do.

It also gives you the different things that have happened in this particular timeline,

the different messages they've received, the different phone calls you've made to

them, the different notes that you've made, whether or not they're in the follow up

system, and you can scroll down this section here and you can read all about that or you

can type in a date range and find it there as well, or you can search for a key word.

You can also search for it by the type, if whether it's a call or a note or whatever,

you can find notes within this section.

Then you can scroll down here and this is a place where you can upload property images

so if you take pictures or they send you pictures you can upload them and keep them in the system

with the property.

This is going to be your property sheet, so all the questionnaire information is going

to be here and all the information about the property is going to be on this page and you

can keep it all in one place that way.

But if you scroll down to this, this actually has dialogue that you can use if you're

brand new at this, or if you've got a telemarketer who's doing it, "Hey, I'm Joe.

You responded to my email about, or my text about selling your house rent to buy.

I'm an investor and I'd like to make you an offer.

We buy homes a couple of different ways."

And it goes in through this text and it allows you to start asking them questions.

Now, you're going to want to get their information, their contact information.

You're going to want to get the address of the property for sale.

And one of the things we've added for this property for sale information is it allows

you to verify these addresses and then get more information about them.

Let me type in real quick and address of a property that I know about and we'll verify

and then I'll show you the different types of details that you can get for that property.

All I typed in real quickly was the address and the zip code and then click here to verify

property address.

And it goes into the database and looks for that address through a Google database.

And it also finds it on the map.

So now I can find it easily on a map alone.

I can also save my progress so I don't lose this information.

If they live at this property then I can apply these changes so that it shows up up here.

If I already have written on in here and I want to apply it down here I can copy it from

up there.

So it gives me this information and makes it all very quick to access it.

Now, the other thing that this does, once I log this information in, I can pull it up

on Google Maps.

So I pull this up, it actually opens up a new window on Google Maps and now I can see

a picture of the property in question which is pretty cool.

And of course, you know, you've all used Google Maps before, so you can look up and

down the street and you can find out more about it.

And you can find out where it's at in the town that you're in.

So, it'll give you a better idea about where these properties are.

So it makes you look a little bit more intelligent and a little bit more aware of the neighbors,

the neighborhood that you're working in.

So that's the Google Map.

But it also has a way to link into Zillow.

And Zillow pulls up another map and it shows the address, it shows bedrooms and baths on

it, it gives you the Zestimate, so that's the guess that Google has on its value.

It gives you information about the property, the square footage and when it was built,

what they think the rent is going to be, the Zestimate on the rent.

These are all really handy pieces of information if you've never been into Zillow.

This is really nice to have.

Also, down below, you can get other information.

You can get tax, history on the property, you can get which school system it's in

and you can also find similar homes for sale to start looking at comps.

So Zillow's a really nice thing to be able to open up.

Google Maps, you can open up, and you can also open up Rent-o-Meter and you can see

what Rent-o-Meter says on the estimate for their rent as well.

So this suddenly puts you into a great place with this process to give you a pretty good

idea of what's possible.

There's another button on here called "Selling Options" and if you open this up this is

all the options that you have for selling this property, or that the seller has for

selling these properties.

If they continue to sell it For Sale By Owner, here's the brief explanation, but you can

also open this up and you can see the pros and the cons of selling it For Sale By Owner.

You can see the analysis of why you might want to do it.

And you can almost read this stuff to them as you go.

Because remember, one of the things that you're going to help them with is to understand exactly

what their options are so that they can pick the best option.

Maybe it makes sense for them to continue selling it For Sale By Owner.

Maybe it makes sense for them to sell it with a real estate agent.

This shows what it means if they sell it with a real estate agent, what it's going to

cost.

They show the pros and cons of it.

And it gives it a little bit of an analysis so that you can appear intelligent about this

particular option, even if you're not an agent.

You want them to know what their options are because often the type of offer that we make

is going to be the best option for them.

It also shows them how to do a fire sale or a short sale or doing subject to, land contracts,

and lease options because these are all the options that these people have.

And if you understand what these are and you read through them and you become conversant

with them, you'll be able to speak intelligently to your sellers.

Now, before you pull up this selling options section, you probably want to ask the rest

of the questions, or at least have your telemarketer do it.

So you want to find out how much they want for the property, how much they think it's

worth.

How did you come up with the price?

You want to find out if they are just guessing or if they're using comps, or if a realtor

told them or if they're using a Zestimate.

You want to have a pretty good idea of where that value came from so you can know whether

or not they're being realistic.

You want to know how much they think it'll rent for.

You've got the Zestimate if you go to the Zillow window, on the rent, but you'd like

to see what they have to say.

You want to know whether it's vacant or not, does it need repairs?

And if it needs repairs, how much is that going to cost?

And you want to know how long they've owned it because that'll give you a pretty good

idea of what they still owe on it.

And of course as you go you want to continue to save your progress.

Do you have a mortgage on the property, yes or no?

How much is the balance on that mortgage?

What's the payment amount?

Usually we're asking for a PITI, principal, interest, taxes and insurance.

How many years left on the pay off and what's your interest rate?

All these things are valuable.

And, also, is there a second mortgage on the property?

Are the currents on time?

If they are, or are they late, because this'll affect the way you can make the offer on it.

Why are you selling?

What is their level of motivation?

Why are they trying to sell it or what are they trying to accomplish?

How can you help them accomplish what they're trying to accomplish?

Do you have to sell it or would you consider keeping it?

Again, it's a motivation question.

And, also, you're helping them understand whether or not they want to keep it or not.

And if they don't, they've got to start thinking about what they're going to do

if they're trying to sell it For Sale By Owner, because we know that For Sale By Owners,

85% to 95% of them don't succeed.

Which means they either have to take it off the market, sell it with a realtor, or do

some other option which is a thing that we're going to suggest.

Are you moving out of the area, and where, and how soon do you have to move?

And then this goes into some other things, other questions that you can ask to find out

if they're willing to do lease option, or if they're willing to sell it on terms.

And it gives you an opportunity or your telemarketer an opportunity to schedule a call.

So if you're brand new at this, sometimes it's nice to do this two-step process because

it gives you time to get off the phone, or, you know, look at their situation and try

to determine, okay, what's the best offer I can make them that would make sense for

me to make me a profit and still solve their problem and be able to think through it clearly.

Because when you're just getting started sometimes it's hard to think on your feet.

So being able to do it this way, it sometimes is easier and certainly it's easier if you

have a telemarketer who's doing it for you who doesn't have the kind of closing skill

that you're going to have to develop in order to be able to work with these folks.

So I'm not going to spend time reading through all this right now, but this takes them through

a dialogue process to qualify them so that if they're working for you as a telemarketer,

you're going to know whether or not these are real leads or not.

And then down below we've got information down here where you can put the bedrooms and

baths.

Eventually we're going to try to set this up so a lot of this is populated for you directly

from Zillow.

It's not in that situation yet.

So you can add all these details here and put additional comments and then you can save

it.

And then what you can do is email this data to the accountant holder, that's you, or

the person who signed up for the Automarketer, and it's going to put all this information

into an email and send it directly to the account holder which is a really handy thing

to be able to do.

That way you can, they can send you a hot lead immediately and you can follow up on

it.

So the beauty of this system is that anybody can start with this and almost on your first

day you can start asking the right questions so that you can do a proper analysis of their

deal and then be able to make them an offer based on the zero down structures that I teach.

And it doesn't have to be just the For Rent Method, doesn't have to be just lease options.

It can be subject to, multi-mortgage, land contract, assignable cash offers or lease

options.

So you've got a lot of different zero down structures that you can work with if you understand

the structures.

And this lead sheet will give you all the information you need in order to make any

of those offers.
