We know that mysterious cases of paranormal sightings are getting reported every day of

Certain areas of the world even seem to have more unexplainable activities going on than

others.

Today, we want to take another look at 8 Mysterious paranormal Events Caught on Camera.

This man moved into his new home very recently.

Strange noises and smells kept him on his toes for the last couple of days.

Could he record the reason for all of this ?

house on a different night.

The ghost girls seems to make herself known once again to the new owner.

Michael D. Magee states that he lives in a haunted house.

When he captures unexplainable noises, he walks down the stairs to check where it might

come from.

While this man is having an interview, the camera picks something strange up on the upper

floor of the house, where this mans mother just had passed away recently.

This Paranormal Investigation crew came across an unexplainable dark figure in this hallway.

Another ghost hunting crew captured the shape of an evil monk, who was supposed to haunt

this hundreds of years old bulding.

This woman documented the nightly hauntings that took place in her apartment for quite

some time.

While this girls were fooling around with their camcorder, they caught something pretty

creepy to say

the least.

#243 [Web TV] Tips on Refund Policies - Duration: 4:06.

Hello and welcome, Janet Beckers here with your wonderful Web TV tip of the week.

Answering a question this week from one of our community members, Julie Lewin, who asked

in our Facebook group, refund policies.

Janet, you know, why have them?

Should you be strict?

How long should I go for?

So there's quite a few questions to answer there, but I thought I would just give you

some things to think about yourself.

What is a refund period?

So that says that, you know what, you can have my program and this is usually only used

with things that are not as a service, that's being delivered straight off.

So you know here's my digital product, have a look around and if it doesn't feel right

to you you've got X number of days, X number of months to be able to send it back to me

and say, 'Look I don't want to have part of this.'

And I will refund your money.

Now why would you do this anyway?

Is it because people are expecting when they sign up for your program that they're going

to go, "This is not what I was sold.

This is not good.

I want a refund."

May I hope that is not the reason.

I hope that you are not so overselling, and not being honest, and not giving enough information

that people could make that informed decision.

And I'm sure, you are not gonna do that.

So why have a refund period anyway?

The reason for it is to increase conversions of your sales.

That is the reason these are given.

You know, because when it comes to legalities, every state, every country has their own law

are around when a refund needs to be given.

So for these two, for example, I give a 30-day guarantee.

That is way beyond what is required by law.

But I do that as a risk reversal.

So it is my way of saying, "You know what, I'm taking the risk you're going to log in

and download everything and keep it.

But you know what I'm so confident in what I'm offering you that, you know what, I'm

going to take that risk."

So that's why you're doing it to increase conversion.

So there's one less objection for people to be signing up for your program.

So of course, you deliver when you get there so they're going to be very, very happy with

what they've got.

So when shouldn't you give a refund.

Now there's a few times where I do not give a refund.

For example, if I am providing a one-on-one service, you know, where there is something

with my higher end clients where I'm going to be delivering a lot of my time to them

straight-off there is no refund on that.

And the other reason why you would do that is, do you want people coming into your programs

who have the mentality of, "Oh look, I can just back out of this any time."

When I'm working with people on a higher level, I'm not one to attract people who have that

mentality.

I want people who are all in or all out.

When it comes to digital programs, sometimes people will purchase something and then they'll

now gradually use it over time.

So they may not have that same kind of like, "I'm in for it, baby."

So think about yourself in your business on what things are you more than happy to offer

a longer refund period.

In what circumstances are you going, "You know what, I don't want to attract people

that are even thinking that they want to have a refund."

Or in what circumstances you're going, "You know what, I can't give a refund on this because

I'm already delivering as soon as people sign up with it now.

Before it's even just been a couple of days."

So my question to you, What's your experience with refunds?

Now this is quite a big topic and I will go into this in much greater depth down the track

to be able to give you some really good content on this, but I'm glad to give you just something

to get you started thinking about your refund policies.

Why you have them?

When are you going to keep them? and when wouldn't you have them?Hey, Lot of your comments

The Fundamentals - 9th August 2016 - Duration: 35:37.

Maybe first what we do is because I realized that

it´ll be good to examine some of the terms

that we speak about.

And examine

with direct experience.

rather than conceptual understanding.

Because mostly what happens is that

we feel the understanding of something is good;

when"I have a good concept about it", you see?

But this is not the case.

So maybe we can go through the layers of

this appearance, and 'To What' this appearance appears,

and examine it together

to remove any conceptual baggage about it.

So, when we refer to things like mind,

Consciousness, Awareness…,

you see, these terms;

we don't have to go back to concepts about them,

but as they are heard in Satsang

then you are following along

with the direct Seeing

of what is being shared

rather than some idea of Consciousness or Awareness.

You see?

So, shall we do this today?

We are just examine all these things,

so that we are clear about them; the fundamentals.

Okay, so what is it we mean

when we say 'the world'?

Very often we say 'the world'

or 'this Leela'

or 'this realm of appearances'.

We use all of these terms.

So, can we look now

at this realm, at this world of appearances,

without any conceptualizing?

So, with our eyes,

we can look at the objects around us,

and just be with them.

And if the labeling comes, let the labeling come and go;

don't try to stop the mind.

You`ll see that the mind wants to come

and label everything that is appearing for you;

so you let it come and go

without actually

giving it much attention or belief.

So, can we be with the objects around us,

just as they are,

without any interpretation,

any concept?

Can we truly meet the world in this way,

and not meet an idea of the world?

Examine it.

Look at how we

perceive the world.

So just let this very playfully,

very playfully and naturally

just examine the world.

and see how this appearance

is appearing.

How are you perceiving this appearance?

Notice how

inherently nothing that is appearing

has a meaning.

All the meaning

that something has, has been provided by our mind,

by our thoughts.

What is appearing is just appearing.

Now, all that is coming in this

seemingly outer realm

is what we refer to as 'the world'.

But it is not just that.

We also refer to

that which is appearing

in this seemingly inner realm

of appearances

like memories, imagination,

thoughts,

sensations,

in the same realm of appearances.

Examine your next thought.

How is a thought perceived?

What is the size and shape of a thought?

Do you hear your thoughts or do you see them?

How are they perceived?

Can we find out where it is coming from?

And where it is going?

Where does a thought arise?

Is it inside you or outside you?

How is this energy of thoughts perceived?

The appearance of a thought is the mind.

That which we call the mind

is nothing but these thoughts

and similar energies.

And in the space between thoughts is no-mind.

So, these thoughts are just

one aspect

of these internal 'objects'.

One type of these 'objects' are thoughts.

There are other types of 'objects' also,

like sensations.

It is these sensations

that seem so intimate.

It is the intimacy of these sensations

which makes it seem like:

"I am the body".

But the body is experienced

just as a set of these sensations.

To experience the body is to experience these sensations.

Are these sensations inside you?

Or are you within these sensations?

What is your relationship with them?

Experience the sensations in different parts of your body,

and notice how they are just a different type of energy.

So, it is these sensations, along with the

visual representation,

that we call the body.

Now, there is another type of

sensations, another group of sensations,

that which we call the emotions.

See if it is possible to

bring your attention to

any emotion

that might be present now.

Examine this emotion;

get a 'taste' for it.

Observe that qualitatively

an emotion

is experienced differently

than a thought.

A thought is coming and going very fast.

But an emotion can linger.

This is what we mean by emotions.

Now, we can bring our attention

into our heart,

and move our attention

up to our head.

See if you can examine,

not the sensations,

but the attention itself.

What is it that moved

from heart to head?

In the movement of that which we call attention,

What is it that actually moves?

What is the color of this attention?

What is its size?

Focus your attention on a particular point,

and now let it go completely.

What is this force, this power,

which can be focused

and can be let go?

Observe that only that seems to exist for you

on which

there is some attention.

That which has no attention

does not seem to be a part of your living existence.

Leave your attention completely free.

Now, this is the attention.

Now, gently wait for

a thought to appear,

in its own time.

And observe how attention can go to this thought.

And you'll notice that when a thought is there,

you also have another power,

which is the power of belief,

which means to say whether

this thought is meaningful or not;

to accept or reject this thought.

Play with this power of belief.

Even if the thought is saying:

"I'm not getting any thoughts now".

Notice how you can believe it

or not believe it.

Notice the difference between

attention and belief.

Now,

with childlike innocence,

make a complete effort to stop being.

Don't be.

Just stop being.

Don't understand the request

Just stop being.

You find that there is a sense of Being,

a sense of existing here,

that cannot be stopped.

I Am.

Independent of the thought 'I Am',

the Presence I Am,

this sense of existence, I Am.

'Taste' your own Presence.

This Presence

is what we call Beingness,

Consciousness,

the sense 'I Am'.

Sometimes we even call it God.

Atma.

Rest in this Presence for a while.

If you can't seem to find this Presence,

see if you can stop being.

This Being is Presence.

[Long Silence]

We also refer to this Presence

as the Satguru´s Presence

or the intuitive Presence.

Your holy Presence.

Now, with the same innocence,

just check:

Who is aware even of this Presence?

There is an undeniable awareness of it.

What is the nature of this awareness?

Try to find one attribute,

one feature,

of this awareness.

Are you aware now?

What is the nature of this awareness?

And when we say: "I am aware"

which 'I' is this one?

Who is this 'I'

that is aware?

Is it outside of awareness?

Are you now an entity that is aware?

Or Awareness aware of Itself?

Is there a beginning or an end to this awareness?

Game Of Thrones Season 7 Episode 2 Preview Breakdown - Duration: 6:31.

What's going on guys, Carmine here and in this video we'll be taking a look at the preview

for episode 2 of Season 7.

Naturally my episode review will be out Monday July 17th with a Q&A to follow on the 18th.

I want to watch the episode at least one more time before I give you all my thoughts on

it but so far I can safely say one thing: It was good.

Not amazing but it did it's job and it was good at it.

It was a better premiere than season 6 and...guess what?

it was more than 55 minutes so I'm very very happy with what we got.

However I have a task for you all, I want you, in the comments below, to give me your

own mini review on the episodes but I want you to review it the way I do: go through

each section of westeros.

For example: tell me what you thought about the scenes in the north with sansa and jon,

what about the riverlands with arya and the hound, and so on.

I'll reads as many as I can and who knows, It may even appear on my episode review.

Now with that out of the way lets get on with the breakdown

The preview starts off with Lord Royce telling Jon that the Targaryen cannot be trusted.

Obviously he's talking about Dany so this means that everyone knows she has landed but

the question is, how do they know.

Does she announce her arrival or does one of her dragons make an example of someone.

It'd be interesting to see the different reactions from every single main character and how they

feel about the Targaryens.

It does seem like Jon did get Sam's letter about the dragonglass on the island Dany is

stationed on and decides to ride out there so the meet up with her is definitely possible

because later we see Stark soldiers leaving Winterfell, possibly as an escort.

Next we also have Cersei reacting to Dany's arrival and it looks like she is talking to

those at court about how Dany will destroy the realm.

Cersei may not be wrong here, many believe that Dany does have her own madness and that

isn't a strange thing to say.

The Mad King wasn't always mad so who knows.

Dany may be fine today but then tomorrow she'll be feeding innocent men to her dragons.

Oh wait a minute she already did that in season 5.

Hm.

Not only that but I do hope Cersei blames the wildfire attack on Dany and her dragons

because that would be a little clever on Cersei's part but we'll have to see how they play against

each other next episode.

Next up we have most of Dany's allies at the war room in dragonstone with Yara saying how

they should hit King's Landing now...and I've got to say Yara is pretty smart here.

Dany has overwhelming numbers.

Dany has three nuclear options and she can use all three with ease.

Originally I thought Dany would be following a certain sell sword plot line in the books

where their ships are separated by way of storm on their way to Westeros but it does

seem we're going in completely new territory.

Dany, unlike other people, isn't being combined with any book only characters' story lines.

Her story this season seems to be show only and this is definitely new territory for all

of us.

It is safe to say that Dany most likely won't be teaming up with everyone in that room in

the books.

Tyrion is a good possibility but I highly doubt Ellaria, considering she has been changed

up so much and Yara is also very far away from Dany so it'll be interesting to see them

strategize and sort out battle plans.

The Greyjoy fleet can block the port of King's Landing and the dragons can ravage the Red

Keep.

Shouldn't be too difficult but something tells me Euron will be throwing a monkey wrench

into their plans.

We saw in the trailer that he attacks the greyjoy fleet at night time and later on in

the preview it is noticeably dark in their scenes.

Speaking of that we get a very quick shot of what looks like Ellaria being attacked

or attacking someone and then of her and Yara making out...because we need that.

I guess.

Look you guys had to listen to me bitch about Sam & Gilly for years now but this time around

those two, or at least Gilly, was minimal at best.

Sam was alright, I'll get to him later on.

But is Ellaria and Yara the new Sam & Gilly?

pointless scenes to flesh out something very unnecessary.

My god I hope not

YouTuber the DragonDemands has a video on how the House Martell story line in season

5 was awful and what went wrong with the writing and one of his arguments is that the show

runners have a huge crush for the actress who plays Ellaria and I'm starting to agree.

There is no reason for her to be on the forefront like she is when any of the Sand Snakes will

do but what ever, hopefully it wont be wasted time but I'm not holding my breath.

We also get a brief shot of Dany and Varys and this is weird but...they have never said

one word to each other.

Ever.

So in the next episode we'll finally get a conversation between these two and I swear

to god...they better not be buddy buddy.

To me?

Dany still has never met Varys and he still needs to answer for that assassination plot

back in season 1 with the wine guy.

Not only that but Varys was still loyal to her father before he died.

If there's any two people who deserve a good amount of screen time this season its these

two.

I know everybody wants Jon and Dany but I'm wanting Varys and Dany.

And to close out the preview, we get the ice version of the previous scene with Jon and

Petyr.

I do see Varys as Petyr's rival and counterpart and Dany to Jon so its interesting to see

this.

But my boy Petyr is getting choked out by Jon here and it ain't looking good.

The only reason he is still even allowed to stay in Winterfell is because he has some

amount of influence over the Vale soldiers.

We haven't seen Robin Arryn yet which I find strange but understandable.

Robin likely stayed behind and sent a sizable force of soldiers under Petyr's command.

It's not clear whether or not Sansa told Jon about Petyr arranging the marriage between

her and Ramsay but whatever Petyr did, Jon is sick of his shit.

Normally, Petyr is my favorite character but keep in mind that he is, in the books, much

smarter and rarely, if at all, makes errors in anything he does.

It really does seem like Petyr is wearing out his welcome which I hope isn't the case.

I' do understand that, in order for Sansa to grow as a character, she needs to "defeat"

Petyr but I just don't want him to go down like a bitch.

He is the mastermind of many of the insane things that have happened so far.

But we'll have to see.

We also get some quick shots of Sansa, Arya and what appears to be a very familiar direwolf.

But I'll let you discuss that amongst yourselves.

transgender people are attracted to the female aesthetic but also attracted to

that I know he is bad what was the craziest

or just most off-the-wall answer that you heard that day there were a few

crazy ones I will say that the one one of the ones that stood out the most to

me the guys were asked how long it takes for them to get ready in the morning and

you know you have some guys that don't take long which you have some guys that

take longer than a female would still straight but you know everybody just

gets ready differently but this particular contestant was he had no

shame in his game he said as soon as I wake up out the bed I'm looking good and

it was just funny you know I mean I'm glad that he was so confident about that

it was it was funny okay well my question is out of the three contestants

which witch did you find as as in your opinion

sufficient for your for your choice Oh your taste are you meaning like if I

were to choose someone who would I have chosen right well contestant number one

we got kind of mixed up with the numbers you guys will see on the footage but

contestant number one he was great he his his attitude was right he wasn't

just trying to stunts for her you know and he comes from a pretty good family I

know him personally so I'm kind of biased but I probably would have chosen

him okay so with that being said does that mean that you weren't satisfied

with your friends pick Wow well when I first sat down with the guys and

interviewed them I had a feeling who she was gonna choose just because that's

typically her type and so I don't think that I would have

chosen someone differently just because I know that that is what she's into I

think that anyone else up there it wouldn't have been I just don't think

that that decision would have been genuine coming from her well overall as

a host what would you say what your experience was like did you enjoy it is

it something that you would do again what was your experience that's a great

question I would definitely do that again I would definitely love to

participate in an event like that again it was pretty fun you know kind of using

my homegirl as the guinea pig like I felt like a true matchmaker especially

because I already kind of knew who she was gonna choose so it was it was fun

definitely I would do that again I have a question for you guys she

so when you are dating how do you all feel on dating multiple people at one

time you want to go in this one nobody you take that first Gloria dating

multiple people at once

depends on the definition of dating my definition is sharing a great moment and

being honest so yes I I don't I don't see it as a negative thing to have

multiple partners in dating well um it really just depends I think you all need

to have an understanding if you're dating someone it needs to be understood

that okay hey we're gonna be exclusive if y'all have the understanding that

we're gonna be one-on-one y'all be one-on-one but if there's no

understanding about hey you know we're not gonna do this exclusive then I don't

see anything wrong with dating as long as it's just dating

you know once it escalates to something else then I mean you open know the can

of worms

so basically boundaries are really important very definitely gotta have

vendors what are some deal-breakers for you guys I don't like lying

100% hate lying like I can pretty much put up with anything but if you can't be

honest with me that's a deal-breaker I don't I don't take that at all it can be

the smallest thing to you what does something mean to me I just I don't do I

don't do lies at all well with me it's its loyalty but before loyal loyalty I

would definitely say respect is the deal-breaker major key no minimum
