U.S. destroyer sails near disputed island in South China Sea - Duration: 1:56.

A U.S. warship sailed near a disputed island in the South China Sea on Sunday... prompting

Beijing to send navy vessels and warplanes to the area in response.

This marks the second freedom of navigation exercise conducted by the U.S. Navy... around

the island chain, in less than six weeks.

Yu Joonhee reports.

On Sunday, the USS Stethem sailed within 22 kilometers of Triton Island, territory which

is claimed by China, Vietnam and Taiwan.

Pentagon officials said the U.S. Navy destroyer was conducting a routine freedom of navigation

exercise, and said it will continue to do so in the future.

However, experts say the move signifies Washington's refusal to recognize China's claims of sovereignty

in the island chain... while testing Beijing's requirement for prior notification before

entering its claimed territorial waters.

China reacted with outrage, and said it has dispatched navy vessels and fighter jets to

the region to "warn off" the U.S. warship.

Beijing's Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Lu Kang said the U.S. warship was acting in violation

of Chinese and international law, and disrupted peace and stability in the region.

He added that China will take all necessary measures to protect its security interests,

and accused the U.S. of deliberately stirring up trouble in the South China Sea.

The incident comes in the midst of growing signs of frustration by the Trump administration

directed at China, for a perceived failure to rein in North Korea.

The U.S. has been renewing its pressure on Beijing, imposing fresh sanctions on Chinese

individuals and entities suspected of conducting business with the North.

Washington also approved the sale of a one-point-four billion dollar arms package to Taiwan, which

is regarded by China as a renegade province.

President Trump is set to meet with his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping this week, on the sidelines

of the G20 summit in Germany.

Although the pair enjoyed a cordial relationship during their first meeting in February, bilateral

relations have cooled significantly since then... with many observers worrying their

honeymoon period is now over.

HOW TO: MAKE FUTURE BASS CHORDS IN SERUM | FL STUDIO - Duration: 3:44.

Hey guys it's me Arx and today I'm gonna show you how to make a future bass chords.

It's super easy. Just like your mom lol. Also subscribe because I want friends.

Anyway we're gonna be using Serum. I already have the chords laid out and I have a high

pass filter and some reeverb. Here's how this shit sounds like.

So, for the first layer, just do what I do.

Oscillator A, Basic Mini. Unison, 7.

Detune, around 10 o'clock. Wavetable position, 2.

Turn on Oscillator B. Unison, 7.

Detune, around 11 o'clock.

That's it for the oscillators. Turn on noise to give it some kick.

Now for the FX.

Turn on hyper/dimension to make the sound wider.

Turn the mix just slightly up.

You get cleaner sounds.

Also put the gain to around 10 o'clock.

Add some reeverb.

Add some EQ and put up the gain on the right side.

Now we get this sound.

Great. I'm going to put a second layer on this lead.

But first let me set it to an init preset.

Oscillator A, Default. Unison, 7.

Detune, around 2 o'clock. Blend, all the way.

Rand, 3 o'clock.

Oscillator B, Saw Rounded to Square. Unison, 7.

Wavetable position, 12 o'clock. Detune, around 10 o'clock.

Now for the FX.

Turn on hyper dimension. Set the unison to 7 and reduce the mix just by a little bit.

Also put the size down all the way. This is where I forgot to do the same for the other

layer. XD

Wtf am I doing

Add a compressor. Turn on multiband and put up the gain again.

This is how it sounds.

Oh shit XD I forgot to put the notes in lol

Let me put the notes one octave higher and remove the bass notes.

So that's it. Let's see how it sounds in a song.

One weekend,

we were at our dorm but we felt bored.

So we decided to have Relay Tteok-bokki.

My voice gets high when I pronounce R.

It's hard to fix it.

We decided to have Relay Tteok-bokki.

Nobody knows about the rule.

It's like cooking Tteok-bokki while taking turns.

Each person gets 5 minutes to complete a Tteok-bokki dish.

And in the end, we enjoy the dish altogether.

So we cooked together.
