Youtube daily report Aug 2 2017

as you know the voter was a tremendous problem and now close to 80 percent

stoppage and even the President of Mexico called me they said their

southern border very few people are coming because they know they're not

going to get through our border which is the ultimate compliment so Kate that

might have been the ultimate compliment for Donald Trump but it also might not

have happened the President of Mexico Enrique Pena doe released a statement

today saying that he has not spoken to Donald Trump recently over the phone but

we know that the last time they met was at the g20 summit on July 7th in Germany

but Mexico is saying that they have not spoken to Donald Trump since then so

we've reached out to the White House for more clarity on this but they haven't

gotten back to us on when was the last time they spoke but if they didn't speak

as Mexico says they did it then we're not sure where this comment came from

that Trump said on Monday

The Real Reason You Don't Hear From Antonio Banderas Anymore - Duration: 7:18.

From the swashbuckling Zorro to the gunslinging mariachi, Antonio Banderas has been a household

name for decades.

He remained a constant on our screens over the years, reprising the role of Zorro and

joining big budget franchises in Shrek and Spy Kids.

But recently, his status as a genuine A-lister has come into question.

We don't really hear much from Banderas nowadays, and here's why.

Typecast

Although Banderas took on some pretty varied roles in his early acting days in Spain, his

transition to Hollywood almost immediately pigeonholed him as the Latin lover with the

sensual voice.

Even his actions scenes feel like he might just start getting sexy at any minute.

"Not bad."

"Not bad at all."

No matter how much makeup you put on his face or how many things are exploding, Antonio

Banderas is never more than one tango away from taking you to bed.

It's a tag that's followed him his entire career, even though he's often tried to shake

the typecasting with movies like Assassins, The 13th Warrior, and 2011's The Skin I Live

In, in which he played a deranged surgeon.

Unfortunately, critics haven't been particularly kind to Banderas' latest work.

Of the last ten Antonio Banderas movies reviewed on Rotten Tomatoes, eight of them have scores

of less than 50 percent.

In 2014, he turned up in The Expendables 3 looking to work on his action chops…

...but the film was bashed by critics, and the verdict was just as bad when Banderas

took on the lead role in Automata later that year.

In their review of the apocalyptic sci-fi film, The Wrap said that Banderas was "all

wrong" for the part, criticizing him for being "shouty where he should be stern, confused

where he should be clued in."

Franchise player

When Antonio Banderas signed on to play Puss in Boots in Shrek 2 in 2004, he probably had

no idea how popular the character would become.

He showed up again in two more Shrek sequels and no less than five animated specials, not

to mention his own spin-off prequel in 2011.

It grossed over half a billion dollars at the worldwide box office, but eventually the

franchise was bound to run out of steam.

Similarly, Spy Kids finally fizzled, and Robert Rodriguez's "Mexico Trilogy" reached its conclusion

with Once Upon a Time in Mexico.

Antonio Banderas has plenty of other solid film credits, but for nearly a decade, his

acting work rested heavily on franchises that ultimately reached their end.

But no matter what, Banderas always has a fallback:

"You can make anything sound sexy."

"Really?"

"Okay?

And seductive."

Side gigs

Since 1997, Antonio Banderas has been creating his own line of men's fragrances alongside

Spanish fashion and cosmetics giant Puig.

In 2015, Banderas also announced that he had signed up as a student at the famous London

fashion school Central St. Martins.

He told the school publication, "I'm going to continue doing movies and producing, and

I want to direct more – but there were other things in my life that I was interested in."

What were those things?

If you guessed 'capes,' you'd be… yeah, you'd be right.

Antonio Banderas wants to make capes.

"Zorro!

The legend has returned!"

On top of his fragrance and fashion side gigs, Banderas is also a United Nations Development

Program Goodwill Ambassador and he has his own foundation, Tears and Favors, which provides

support to cancer patients.

In other words, we don't see him so much any more because he's super busy with his commitments

away from Hollywood.

Family time

In 2014, Melanie Griffith and Antonio Banderas released a joint statement confirming that

they were bringing their near-two decades of marriage to a close.

Banderas saw this as an opportunity to turn over a new leaf and has been busy spending

more time with his family.

He told E! News:

"My life changed very much during the last two years, personal reasons.

The possibility of reinventing myself was there, and so I said 'Probably this is the

moment that I can do this.'"

Banderas also revealed that both his step-daughter Dakota Johnson and his biological daughter

Stella helped him get through the process.

"I told my kids sometimes, but in fact, the reality is I learned from them more.

They were not very obedient, but I learn from them."

Leaving Hollywood

In 2015, Banderas left the bright lights of Hollywood for the UK countryside.

He currently lives with his Dutch girlfriend Nicole Kempel in a tailor-made eco-mansion

that set him back more than $3 million.

Looking back, it's hardly a surprise that Banderas chose to leave the States, as a few

years earlier he and his then-wife Melanie Griffith tried to buy an apartment in world

famous New York apartment building "The Dakota" only to be turned away because Banderas was

Hispanic, according to a lawsuit.

The suit suggested that the board made cruel jokes about Banderas upon receiving his application,

claiming he wanted a first floor apartment so it would be easier to buy drugs off the

street.

Health concerns

In January 2017, Banderas was rushed to a hospital near his home in England after suffering

"agonizing" pain in his chest during a workout.

The Spanish star initially dismissed the incident as an "episode" and tweeted a photo of himself

and girlfriend Nicole Kempel with the caption "Enjoying nature after a little startle."

He later confirmed that it was indeed a heart attack, and that he had to go under the knife

to fix the problem.

"It was a benign attack.

It hasn't caused a-ny permanent damage and now I'm in a recovery period.

It's something that happens every day to a lot of people.

I didn't hide it, but I didn't want it to receive more importance than those suffered

by other people."

While that's great news, studio execs may think twice before casting him in long-term

roles, which is a real shame for both the actor and his fans alike.

What's next?

One reason that Banderas chose to move out of the spotlight was to focus on his writing.

He told The Sunday Times,

"I am not a party person anymore so I have the space and peace to write and really get

inside my own head.

I'm working on several scripts."

Whether any of the screenplays he is currently writing will come to fruition is anyone's

guess, but what we do know is that Banderas hasn't given up the ghost on acting quite

yet.

He'll star alongside Adrien Brody and John Malkovich in a "Reservoir Dogs-style thriller"

called Unchained, play an aging rock star in the action comedy Salty, and headling the

upcoming revenge thriller Stoic.

He might have been out of the picture for a while, but Banderas looks like he has enough

left in the tank for a few more rolls of the dice.

And if that doesn't work, there's always capes!

Heart-Wrenching Marriage Proposals That Will Make Anyone Cry - Duration: 4:35.

When it comes to proposals, there's no such thing as over-the-top.

While some couples might prefer to keep things low key, even when it comes to their engagement,

others might honor the magnitude of the occasion with well-planned and personalized proposals.

For these couples, the proposals were so elaborate and touching that it's hard to imagine the

wedding could compare to what was pulled off to put the aisle run into motion.

The Disney princess treatment

When Eric decided to pop the question, he drew inspiration from his and Katherine's

favorite Pixar movie, Up.

Since both of them are nurses, they don't have the luxury of working normal hours, so

the big event was held after they both finished the night shift at their local hospital.

Eric and his family worked through the night to set up a ton of colorful balloons and made

a replica of the gut-wrenching "My Adventure Book" moment from the film.

He really went above and beyond and presenting her with both a photo collection of their

memories together as well as a compilation video before getting down on one knee.

To make sure it was even more perfect, he had a violinist play the movie's theme music

all the while.

"Three, two, one, goooo"

A skirt and a plan

Fashion and romance are unlikely bedfellows, so for Claudette, when she pointed out a puffy

pink skirt that she liked at the store one day, she had know idea she was setting up

the basis of her proposal.

Her boyfriend Jonathan used that style cue as an inspiration for the entire setup and

sent her the skirt, along with some necessities and a note that told her where to show up

in her fancy new threads.

It was then that Claudette found her future husband waiting in what can only be described

as a fairy tale land.

That's when he popped the question and there was not a dry eye in the pristine park he

chose for such a lovely occasion.

This is the exact kind situation we need waterproof mascara for, gals.

Flying high

Despite the hustle and bustle, airports can be pretty romantic.

At least, Dania thought so when she decided to pop the question to her long-time girlfriend

Morgan.

With the help of Morgan's family, she arranged to turn their arrival home from an anniversary

trip into the perfect proposal.

As the couple headed for the airport exit, the couple's families came out of hiding and

held up a sign while Morgan's back was turned.

Then, when their song came on to get her attention, that's when the waterworks started flowing.

The swoon factor was so intense everyone needed a group hug afterwards.

"la la la"

An artful event

Faking an art gallery showing might sound simple enough, but when you have no artistic

talent, it can get pretty tough.

This is what Sean attempted for his girlfriend of four years, Daniela.

While the artwork that took up the gallery walls might seem amateur at first, each piece

of art was somehow related to their relationship.

Daniela didn't flinch at any of the pieces or even seem suspicious that something was

off until they were shown a digital installation by the faux artist she realized she was the

muse of the gallery.

She nearly fainted when Sean got down on two knees and asked her to be his bride.

As if that wasn't romantic enough, after she said yes, Sean had yet another surprise in

store for her upstairs as all their family and friends had gathered to join in on the

celebration of their big night.

Now, that's what you call a work of art.

Hitting a homerun

Cameron Hill and Melissa Dohme are a prime example of how love can find a way to shine

through the darkness.

The two met under devastating circumstances, after Melissa was attacked by her former boyfriend,

who stabbed her dozens of times across her body.

Most people might not survive such serious injuries, but Cameron was a paramedic and

firefighter who responded to the scene and helped keep Melissa stable until she reached

the hospital.

The two reconnected several months after the incident, fell madly in love, and Hill ended

up popping the question at a local baseball game.

Melissa was chosen to throw out the first pitch of the season, and assumed they picked

her because of her inspirational story.

Little did she know that Cameron had other plans for her moment on the mound.

Rather than sit in the stands, he ended up bringing the ball out to her, after writing

her a little message on it first.

"Ladies and gentlemen, let's hear it for Melissa and Cameron."

And, yes, their wedding was just as inspiring and heartwarming as you might expect.

Jeep Wrangler Rough Country Rear CV Driveshaft (2003-2006 TJ Rubicon) Review - Duration: 3:55.

This is for those of you who have a Rubicon, whether it be Unlimited or Standard length,

again, there's an option for both of you, and have 4 to 6 inches of lift on your Rubicon.

Today, we're gonna talk through the installation of this driveshaft which is going to be a

very simple one out of three wrench install.

The U-joints on a driveshaft are a wear item.

Jeep knows that you're going to have to remove the driveshaft to change those out from time

to time, so they make getting this bolted up and getting it removed very, very simple,

and the whole process shouldn't take you more than an hour to complete.

But we'll talk more about the install in just a second.

Now with the Rubicon you don't have a slip yoke on the back of the transfer case, so

you're going to have a mounting flange on the back of the transfer case.

And the case is naturally going to be a little bit shorter, so when you get into that 4 to

6 inches of lift range, you're not going to have to install a slip yoke eliminator like

those non-Rubicon owners.

However, you are still going to have to get an extended driveshaft because that lift is

going to extend your drive-line lengths.

And especially when you're off-road, you're at full droop, or you're really flexing the

suspension, you wanna make sure that you're not maxing out the driveshaft angles, as well

as your driveshaft length.

This driveshaft in particular is going to be significantly stronger than your factory

driveshaft.

It's also going to, of course, be longer.

It's going to bolt right in place, and this one from Rough Country is going to be less

expensive than a lot of the other ones on the market.

This is going to be a steal driveshaft that has very heavy-duty U-joints, which make it

about 200% as strong as a factory driveshaft.

Like I said before, this is going to have a mounting flange and U-joint setup that will

bolt directly into your Rubicon, so you're not going to have to buy any sort of adaptors,

any sort of yokes.

This will bolt right up, making it very easy.

In fact, this even includes all the hardware that you need.

As with most other driveshafts, the U-joints in this driveshaft are grease-able.

However, these aren't going to be your traditional Zerk-style fittings.

These are the flat-style fittings, so you are going to need an adaptor for your grease

gun if you don't already have one.

So to get this installed in your Jeep, again, is a very simple one out of three wrench install.

You can start on the axle side by removing the four smaller bolts that hold the U-joint

straps in place to keep the driveshaft attached to the rear axle.

Once those are removed, you can switch to the transfer case side, removing the four

bolts from the flange, and removing the driveshaft completely.

Now the driveshaft may be stuck in place.

You might have to give it a little bit of a tap with a rubber mallet, depending on the

last time that it was removed.

Once you have it removed, you just reverse the process to bolt your new driveshaft in

place.

Start on the transfer case side, installing the bolts, then move to the axle side and

installing the straps.

Now be very careful when you do remove the tape that's on the axle-side U-joint.

The U-joint caps can wanna fall off without that tape on there, and if they do you're

gonna have needle bearings everywhere and it's gonna be quite a mess.

So be very careful when you remove that tape to ensure that everything stays in place.

This driveshaft is gonna run you right around $375, and some of the other ones on the market

are going to be more expensive.

Now some of those other driveshafts are going to be possibly a little bit stronger.

You can get a custom-built driveshaft, a custom-length driveshaft that, of course, will be more expensive.

But for an off-the-shelf driveshaft that is going to work with 4 to 6 inches of lift,

that is going to bolt directly in, and is going to be stronger than factory, I think

this one isn't a bad price.

So that's my review of the Rough Country Extended Rear Driveshaft fitting your 2003 to 2006

Rubicon, that you can find right here at extremeterrain.com.

How to protect your computer from malware and hackers 2017 | Malware protection tutorial - Duration: 8:48.

There is over 600 million malicious programs in existence today, and each day additional

390 000 malwares are being created.

How do you possibly protect yourself from malware when it's present in such huge volumes?

You can become a victim of cyber attacks without even being a primary target of the actors.

It's like being caught in the middle of cross fire during armed conflict.

Since 2005 there have been at least 7,756 breaches, and that's just the ones that

were made public so far.

If you've owned a Yahoo account, your login credentials have been on sale on

the darknet since 2013, as details of about one billion Yahoo users have been stolen by

unknown hackers.

If you had a Google account in around 2010 you might have been trapped in the cyber espionage

campaign that was orchestrated against the search giant and 34 other US tech companies

in order to gain sensitive intelligence.

Companies are often reluctant to disclose their failure to protect their data, because

of fears of public outrage and fallout of shares prices.

You as an average user are just like an innocent civilian in the middle of a conflict zone

left to the will of those who are fighting.

With such a high frequency of successful breaches, clandestine nature of cyber warfare, and the

eternal uncertainty of your cyber security, the most rational outcome is to assume that

you are always a target for someone and that your security have been compromised.

Even if you can satisfactorily prove your integrity now, in the current cyber state

the best cyber security defense strategy is to assume a breach will eventually happen.

No matter how you prepare, if a skilled enough hacker wants to get you, they will get you.

The best you can do is to make sure they can't do anything once they manage to breach through

your defenses.

This is cyber warfare.

It's another addition to our capability to potentially destroy the world, alongside

other weapons of mass destruction such as biological weapons, chemical weapons, and

nuclear bombs.

But unlike with other types of destructive technology, cyber weaponry doesn't have

a non-proliferation treaty or containment agreement.

Just like with nuclear bombs at the begging of the cold war, everybody is stockpiling

their cyber weapons and nobody is bound by internatitonal restrictions on their usage.

But what's more troubling about cyber warfare that's not an issue with say nuclear weapons,

is that anybody can develop destructive capabilities.

Not just governments in advanced economies, but even small non-state groups acting for

their own interests.

Only a handful of states rich enough to afford nuclear technology have also developed nukes.

But anybody can become a hacker with potential to take down the whole grid overnight.

Successful hackers can be as young as teenagers.

Currently the cost of cybercrime exceeds $400 billion every year.

That number is going to soar to $2 trillion in 2019, and will hit $6 trillion mark by

2021.

This is, of course, excluding the potential ramifications of large scale attacks on critical

infrastructure.

Cybercrime is the biggest threat businesses face today, with around 20% of SMEs that have

become targets of cyber criminals.

This is to illustrate how futile it is to rely on a single product to protect your digital

assets.

Cyber security is not a product, it's a process.

There are no "ten tips to protect yourself from malware".

You have to redesign your mindset to be always prepared to defend your valuable part on the

cyber space.

If there's a commercial antivirus program that advertises to you protection against

99.9% of threats, even if that were true, you are still unprotected from 7,000,000 malwares.

There are so many vectors of infection that it's impossible for skilled cyber security

experts to cover them all, not to mention average users.

Fortunately, there are key basic principles around which most malware types are programed

and which you can follow to keep yourself protected against cyber threats.

You just need to understand these principles and implement changes to your protection against

malware accordingly.

In order for a program to be installed it requires administrative privileges.

Unix-like operating system architecture offers this option to you by default.

Most popular operating system based on Unix are Linux and MacOS.

Windows doesn't provide this separation, which is a problem.

It is strongly advised that you limit your usage of your device on root access as much

as possible.

Use non-admin accounts whenever you don't need to install new software.

On Linux, installed programs do not get administrative privileges unless you specifically approve

it by entering your password.

So even if a malware infiltrates your computer, you would have to grant it root access in

order for it to do any damage.

No system is 100% perfect, so even Linux has its vulnerabilities, but its amount is minuscule

compared to Windows.

There are countless of ways how you can install Linux alongside your Windows or MacOS, without

losing any data.

The best approach for maximum security is to use Linux for day-to-day browsing, communication,

email, banking, etc., and use other operating systems only when you have to use a software

that doesn't run on Linux.

Bear in mind that your device is almost always connected to a network.

Even if your system is protected, you might be connected to a vulnerable device that can

allow a malware to spread to you.

Beware of the network security you are connected to.

Never do things on a public wifi that you would do at home.

Don't send any passwords through an untrusted network.

Never trust anyone with your data.

If you think of cyber space as a battlefield, take encryption as your armor and shield.

Always use encryption and encrypt everything you can.

Without it, you are going naked against fully armed soldiers.

For this I would suggest that you install HTTPS Everywhere and Ublock Origin add-ons

on your web browser.

Whenever you are logging-in into your account, always check the website's encryption and

certificate.

If it doesn't match, don't proceed with entering your login credentials.

Assume that someone will get a remote access to your device.

Encrypt your hard drives so that even if you were hacked, the attackers won't be able

to read your data without privileges.

You can even encrypt sensitive files with separate passwords with programs like Veracrypt.

To protect your data from getting remotely encrypted by ransomwares, back-up everything

regularly on an offline location.

Change your thinking from passwords to passphrases.

Make them long but memorable.

I am talking about at least 25 characters long.

A phrase like "JakePaulis200%savageandwhiteboi" is a 31 character long passphrase that's

much harder to break than something random with upper and lower case, numbers and symbols,

and can't come from a dictionary, which you will have hard time to remember.

For messaging, emails, and voice and video calls, only use those services that offer

end-to-end encryption.

Never trust Facebook, Google, Apple or Microsoft, with the integrity of your data.

They are primary targets of every major cyber attack and their business model is to build

backdoors for every government request and sell your data to whomever is willing to pay.

Services like Protonmail, Tutanota, Signal, or Jitsi are viable options that give you

significant security and privacy.

Consider transferring to those as soon as possible and secure them with unique passphrases.

For more information about these services, checkout my online privacy tutorial where

I explain more in detail about how you can secure your data.

Compartmentalize your security.

Never use the same password twice.

That way you'll prevent spill-over hacking.

If a hacker gets password to one of your accounts, the first that will come to their mind is

to try them on other platforms.

Two-factor verification has a great value but if you have to use SMS, at least use a

Sim card that doesn't have your real name on it.

Check for security updates of your software on daily basis but never think that's enough.

Remember how the NSA tells companies not to fix certain vulnerabilities for them to exploit

and weaponize.

And we know this because the almighty NSA itself was hacked.

If even the organization with the biggest cybersecurity budget in the world is susceptible

to hackers with enough patience and skills, everybody is basically naked in the cyberspace.

Don't rely solely on your anti-virus software.

It's advisable to have it installed, but it won't replace your habits designed around

probability of successful breaches.

For example, because Linux has such a secure architecture, most systems are well-off with

just a good firewall configuration and don't need to bother with installing an anti-virus.

Encryption, separate root and user access, regular updates and backups, and constantly

aware mindset will get you further than you think.

No other operating system that you can get is doing better job at security than Linux.

Remember security is adding layers that will increase the time it takes to break in, and

thus decrease the motivation of the attackers.

If somebody can't bruteforce your passwords because they are so complicated, and can't

get root access to your device, or read your encrypted files, they might be quickly turned

off and move on to the next target.

Or it will simply increase the cost of their hacking to the point it might stop being beneficial

for them.

This tutorial is not excessive.

But it will get you started.

There are so many new threats being developed and each one will require attention.

So I hope this will get you on the right track on how to protect yourself from malware.

Jane Harvey - Misty - 1959 - Duration: 3:23.

Look at me

I'm as helpless as a kitten on a tree

And I feel like I'm clinging to a cloud

I can' t understand

I get misty, just holding your hand

Walk my way

And a thousand violins begin to play

Or it might be the sound of your hello

That music I hear

Makes me misty, the moment you're near

You can say that you're leading me on

But it's just what I want you to do

Don't you notice how hopelessly I'm lost

That's why I'm following you

On my own

Would I wander through this wonderland alone

Never knowing my right foot from my left

My hat from my glove

I'm too misty, and too much in love

Don't you notice how hopelessly I'm lost

That's why I'm following you

On my own

Would I wander through this wonderland alone

Never knowing my right foot from my left

My hat from my glove

I'm too misty

The Hammer Song and The Tower of Pain Nanbaka English Sub【ナンバカ】ハンマーソングと痛みの塔 - Duration: 4:26.

Louder and louder, even louder

A voice rings out in song in my tower of pain

Who is that there

Clinging to the top?

I collected the small pains I wanted to throw away but couldn't

I put them all away and filled the first box

It's not painful now

If someone's looking, that is

Is this too much to be forgiven enough to be treated kindly?

I collected things I threw away and things I found

And stack up the full boxes

Looking sidelong at passers-by

I stacked up the tenth box

Oh, so that's not enough

Nobody seems to be looking

Then I've got to make it even taller

So the whole world can see!

Higher and higher, even higher

My tower of pain that birds can reach

I climb up to the top

Who the hell am I to feel like a king?

I looked down at the curious onlookers gaping at me

They look like ants from here...

I stacked up the hundredth box!

Ladies and gentlemen, this is my pain

I'm up so high

Your consolation can't reach me!

I know I'm special

Everyone's looking up at me

I was chosen by a lonely god to come up here

Higher and higher, even higher

My tower of pain will reach the clouds

I sit cross-legged at the top

A king who feels like he's a god!

All I can hear is the wind

I stacked up the thousandth box

Looking down made me dizzy

My ladder fell down!

Then I felt really lonely...

Like no one was looking at me...

I was so scared that I couldn't speak

Then suddenly I heard the hammer song!

Knocking each one down in order

Someone was singing a hammer song!

Everyone wants to talk to you!

Come down to the same level!

Louder and louder, ever louder

A voice rings out in song in my tower of pain

Clinging to the top...

Is a god with a runny nose

Just me, feeling like a god...

Just me, upside down...

That's the truth

Who is it?

Thank you for watching!

Why You've Been LIED To About Eating Carbs (PLUS: 2 best times to eat carbs) - Duration: 5:32.

Hey, everybody.

Shaun Hadsall here, the owner of Get Lean in 12

and stubborn fat expert for people over 35 years old.

In today's video, I'm going to do part two of my series

on the myth that carbs are responsible for obesity

and today's most deadly diseases.

The fact is, strategically eating more carbs

the right way can optimize hormones and help

you burn more belly fat.

And I proved this in the last video

when I used these four examples.

The Tarahumara and Kitavans Indian tribes eat 70% carbs.

There is literally zero obesity in these tribes

and they had zero disease.

And I don't know if I pronounced them the right way, by the way.

Japan and China are a perfect example.

They still eat 50% to 60% carbohydrates till this day,

and they have a longer life expectancy and lower obesity

rates and lower disease rates than the rest of the world.

Then there's the Blue Zones, these

are the areas of the world where they have more people living

to be 100 years old than anywhere

else and the majority of them thrive on a high carb diet.

And the last most powerful example,

was the 60-day potato diet, when Chris Voigt protested

against the government removing potatoes from the school lunch

program.

He ate nothing but potatoes, 20 potatoes a day for 60 days

straight.

Obviously, he was cooking them in a healthy way.

He wasn't deep frying and eating French fries,

but when he was done, the results were profound.

He was 22 pounds lighter and his glucose, cholesterol,

and triglycerides all responded better

than they would have if he was taking a couple of prescription

medicines.

So I would never advocate eating all potatoes like that,

obviously, but it just goes to show you

that carbs don't necessarily make you fat,

you just have to make sure that you

focus on the right choices, the right timing,

and the right combinations.

Now, in the right choices-- if you're a high intensity

exerciser, you going to want to stick with most paleo

type of choices.

Now, most people think that potatoes and things like squash

and I mean, I think even certain ripe fruits really

aren't considered paleo, and I don't understand why.

A caveman could have easily found a piece of squash,

picked it, cooked it, and ate it,

could have easily dug up potatoes and ate potatoes,

and depending on the area of the Earth that they're on

and what season it is, they could have easily eaten

lots of seasonal ripe fruits.

So these are the high carb foods that can

help you burn more belly fat.

You just have to understand how to time them the right way

and how to combine them the right way.

So things like potatoes, sweet potatoes, steel cut oats,

brown rice and white rice if you're a high intensity

exerciser, ripe bananas and ripe fruits,

these are the types of high carb foods

that can help you optimize hormones when you eat them.

Because if you go low carb all the time,

it only takes about a week before you

suppress all your critical fat burning hormones.

So by eating carbs and timing them the right way

and combining them the right way,

you actually reset your body's fat burning hormones.

So there's two best times to eat carbs.

The first one is after a workout.

Remember, after a workout, the muscles

are like a sponge that's been wrung dry

and it wants to soak up nutrients

because you've depleted all the stored energy from your muscle

tissue and your liver tissue, and we call this stored energy

glycogen. And what ends up happening is post-workout,

they want to suck up nutrients.

So you can eat lots of your favorite carbs

in the post-workout window.

You never have to worry about them

being spilled over and stored as belly fat on your body

because your body's muscle tissue and liver tissue is busy

replenishing that stored energy.

The next thing is combinations, and this is the key.

So when you eat carbs in your post-workout window,

you want to make sure that you combine it with a lean quality

protein.

You can obviously have vegetables any time you want.

They don't make people fat.

Never heard of veggies making people fat.

So just make sure that you combine it

because when you eat a carb by itself,

it sends a high insulin spike.

And when your insulin is elevated, remember,

that puts your body into a fat storing environment.

So make sure you have some protein with your carbs.

And then, the second best time to eat carbs--

if you work out in the morning on an empty stomach--

is the night before about two hours before bed.

By eating a high carb meal and again

combining it with some type of lean, quality protein

about two hours before bed, now you're

giving your body the energy that it

needs so that when you wake up after sleeping all night,

if you want to train in a fasted state,

you have the energy to power through that workout,

but you still get to take advantage

of being in a fasted state, which

allows your body to release more fight or flight hormones.

These are the hormones that are responsible for helping

you shrink fat cells to lose more belly fat.

So hopefully, this gives you a snapshot

on why carbs are not responsible for obesity and today's most

deadly diseases.

Now, you just have to make sure that you're moving right

based on your age category.

So if you got something out of this video,

please do me a favor.

Click the Like button and share it

so we can spread the word about why carbs don't make you fat.

And then somewhere around this video

I put a link that you can click or tap

and you can get instant access to a free report called "The

Over 40 Stubborn Fat Sequence."

And this is a 12-minute protocol specifically designed

for the hormonal condition of people over 35 years old.

So if you're in your 40s, 50s, or 60s,

you're going to want to get your hands on this report

because in 12 short minutes, it will show you

how to elevate your metabolic rate up to 48 hours,

how to reactivate your declining fat loss hormones,

and how to potentially increase growth hormone 400% to 700%

So thanks for watching this, and keep going strong.
