15 - The crust is the healthiest part of the bread
● Many a parent has told their child to finish all of their sandwich, saying that
the crust is where the nutrients are, or even weirder, that it'll make your hair grow
curly.
The reality is more complicated.
The crusts contain a much higher concentration of a supposedly cancer-preventing antioxidant
called pronyl-lysine.
However, the Maillard reaction that browns the crust also produces a cancer-causing compound
called acrylamide.
So basically, we have no idea.
14 - The oxygen we breathe comes from the trees
● We all remember science classes which showed a picture of a tree taking in carbon
dioxide and releasing sweet, breathable oxygen into the atmosphere.
Now while this model is accurate, it is misleading to think of forests as being the Earth's
lungs.

in the sea, such as the microscopic phytoplankton.

as a particle, but as a wave of probability.

If you replaced our sun with a medium-sized black hole, the planets would continue to
orbit around it in the same way.
6 - You can kill someone by dropping a penny ● You may have heard the idea that if you
threw a penny off the Empire State Building, it would reach such a high speed that the
coin would shoot through the head of any unlucky New Yorker at the bottom, like a money-bullet.
This myth ignores many fundamental facts of physics, mainly that the air resistance on
a flat coin only weighing a few grams would mean its terminal velocity is too slow to
give you anything more than an annoying tap on the head.
5 - Fatty food is what makes you fat ● One of the most unfortunate quirks of

I'm sure you've heard it before, and it's great advice for avoiding pneumonia or hypothermia

Since the moment President Donald Trump released the much-anticipated memo that Democrats were
desperate to stop, there's been massive panic from everyone exposed in the memo.
They knew that with their corruption and secrets out, Trump would hold them accountable.
That seems to be the case now for a judge not named in the FISA document but associated
with it through his corrupt involvement with Barack Obama.
It's been clear for years that Obama used judges and the system to his advantage, even
outside the FISA court.
Since Trump has been president, defiant judges have come out of the woodwork to constantly
overturn the president's policies.
Now, one justice in Texas has been raided and arrested.
Looks like Trump delivered justice this time and not the man on the stand.
Ildefonso Ortiz and Brandon Darby joint reported for Breitbart:
Federal authorities arrested a Democrat Texas state judge after a series of raids on his
courtroom and his home.
Information on the charges and other details of the investigation remain sealed.
The judge is expected to be presented in federal court on Monday.
This week, agents with the Federal Bureau of Investigations conducted "law enforcement
activity" at the 93rd State District Court, FBI Spokeswoman Michelle Lee revealed to Breitbart
Texas.
While she could not disclose the details of the operation or its purpose, Lee confirmed
the FBI made one arrest.
The identity of the person arrested and the charges could not be released until Monday,
Lee said.
Hidalgo County Sheriff Eddie Guerra confirmed the raids to local media shortly after they
began.
The sheriff posted a message on social media about the presence of FBI agents at the Hidalgo
County Courthouse in the 93rd State District Court.
Federal agents, as well as state and local authorities, were reportedly present at the
judge's home in Edinburg.
Judge Rudy Delgado is the presiding judge of the 93rd State District Court.
In this position, he hears any type of state court cases including civil and criminal matters.
As a Democrat incumbent, Delgado ran unopposed in the 2016 general election and is currently
registered with the Texas Secretary of State website as a Democratic candidate for Justice
of the 13th Court of Appeals Place 4.
McAllen Attorney Al Alvarez confirmed to Breitbart Texas and to other news outlets that he would
be representing Delgado who he said is in custody.
Delgado will likely go before a U.S. Magistrate Judge on Monday at the federal courthouse
in McAllen.
At this point, all liberal federal judges who deliberately worked against Trump and
are tight pals with Obama should be investigated.
There's no level they would go that would be too low, as the memo exposed.
Obama, Hillary, and most government officials working closely with them, were likely caught
up in criminal activities.
Nothing stops a Democrat from getting what they want, abusing their power to do it, and
lying to cover it up.
The Monitor explains more about what led up to this arrest:
For months, rumors of a state judge facing a federal indictment had swirled around the
courthouse's hallways and throughout the county.
Alvarez visited Delgado's home Friday evening, where more than a dozen law enforcement vehicles
could be seen from the roadway.
Delgado is currently running for a place on the 13th Court of Appeals, and multiple sources
close to the investigation said the judge was detained at the Falfurrias checkpoint
while on his way to a campaign event outside the Rio Grande Valley.
U.S. Rep. Filemon Vela, D-Brownsville, said all statewide candidates and those vying for
a place on the 13th Court of Appeals had been invited to attend an event in Goliad Friday
night.
The event, dubbed "Turn Our Counties From Red to Blue," was held at the Goliad Brewing
Company on Friday evening.
Delgado has had a problematic career since he was elected in 2001.
In 2002, he nearly lost his job following a DWI arrest in Edinburg.
In 2005, the charges were dropped, but Delgado was re-indicted on evading arrest and misuse
of information charges later that year.
He's also had his share of tragedies during his tenure.
In February 2017, Delgado's son, former Hidalgo County Assistant District Attorney
Ricco Diaman Delgado, was found dead in an Austin creek.
Before his death, the judge's son had several run-ins with law enforcement as well.
In 2007, another one of Delgado's sons, Roman David Delgado, died in a car crash in
McAllen at the age of 16.
The days of government and political leaders, judges, and others thinking they're above
the law and abusing their positions is over.
Politics is not a multimillion-dollar business anymore.
Trump said he was going to drain the swamp and has far exceeded that promised since taking
office.

In a brutal Sunday morning matchup, Adam "Shifty" Schiff (D-CA) accused the GOP of carrying
out a "hit job" on the FBI.
Now, Schiff's career is certain to sleep with the fishes after Trey Gowdy bumped him
off with a brutal response.
Since the House Intelligence Committee released the damning FISA abuse memo on Friday, February
2, 2018, Democrats and deep state hacks have come out in force to condemn House Republicans
and President Donald Trump for exposing their dirty secrets.
On Sunday, Rep. Adam Schiff came out swinging on ABC News with the wild accusation that
the GOP is guilty of conducting an ugly attack on the honorable FBI by releasing the FISA
abuse memo.
The tremendous level of corruption exposed by the FISA abuse memo cannot be understated
and has implicated dozens of former Obama administration officials and intelligence
agency officials in criminal acts.
Schiff is scared to death of what may come out next and appeared on ABC News to condemn
Devin Nunes (R-CA) and the GOP for cooperating with the White House to reveal the truth to
the American people.
When asked if he thinks Nunes and his staff worked with the White House, Schiff said,
"I think it's very possible his staff worked with the White House and coordinated
the whole effort with the White House."
If Schiff had two brain cells left, he'd realize that his ship is going down.
This wasn't a "hit job" on the FBI, it was an act of heroism by true patriots.
Below is the clip where Schiff lays out his accusations against the White House, Nunes,
and the House Republicans.It didn't take long for the "Bulldog" Trey Gowdy (R-SC)
to grab his shovel to bury Schiff with a brutal response.
Gowdy's interview on "Face The Nation," which aired on Sunday morning, had some ugly
truth for the California Democrat.
"I wish that they were equally concerned about what's not in the FISA application,
which is a lot of really important information about the source, and its sub-sources, and
the fact that he was hired by the DNC and the Clinton campaign, and the fact that he
was biased against President Trump.
That is all information that the finder of fact is entitled to," Gowdy said.
Gowdy has railed Democrats for their involvement in the attempted cover-up of criminal behavior
within the Hillary Clinton campaign, the DNC, the Department of Justice, and the intelligence
community.
Gowdy also dismissed claims made by Democrats that the FISA abuse memo might compromise
intelligence methods.
During the interview, Gowdy said that he hopes this abuse of FISA applications and warrants
is a "one-off."
Sadly, I think the future will tell a different story after the Senate Judiciary Committee
releases its own memo on the "Steele Dossier," also known as the "Trump-Russia Dossier,"
and text messages between corrupt FBI agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, who were reportedly
having an affair while working for Special Counsel Robert Mueller.Congressman Trey Gowdy
recently announced that he will be stepping away from his post as an elected official
to rejoin the justice system in some capacity not yet revealed.
Many American patriots hope to see Gowdy appointed by President Donald Trump as the next Attorney
General to replace Jeff Sessions.
In my opinion, Gowdy would be an outstanding FBI Director.
After Christopher Wray threatened to quit his job for being pressured to get rid of
corrupt FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, President Trump should replace him with someone
who isn't afraid of doing what's right.
Trey Gowdy has demonstrated a relentless pursuit of the truth and has the background as a federal
prosecutor, which would make him the perfect choice.
It's unfortunate that Gowdy won't be around in a political capacity to keep Adam Schiff
in check, but perhaps if Gowdy gets a leadership position in the DOJ or FBI, we won't have
to worry about guys like Schiff and the corruption they perpetuate.

PHARMACIES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY.
THE WHOLESALERS THAT WERE GUILTY OF SENDING OR SHIPPING THE
SUPERFLUOUS AMOUNTS OF DRUGS TO WEST VIRGINIA WERE MIAMI
LUKEN AND H.D.
SMITH.
IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A LOOK AT HOW MUCH OF AN IMPACT THIS IS
HAVE, IF YOU LOOK AT WEST VIRGINIA AS A WHOLE, FOR

INTERNAL NUMBERS AGO THAT MAKE SENSE AND I BET THE PEOPLE
OF WEST VIRGINIA DO MAY NEED THAT MANY PAINKILLERS.
THEY KNOW EXACT WHAT IS GOING ON AND SINCE WEST VIRGINIA IS
A HUB OF THAT, IF YOU ARE THE HUB IT HITS YOU THE
HARDEST BECAUSE IT IS EVERYWHERE.
THOSE ARE STUNNING NUMBERS.
TO GET BEYOND CAR CRASHES FOR CAUSE OF DEATH IS MASSIVE

IT'S NOT JUST WEST VIRGINIA, WE ARE TALKING ABOUT THE

IT'S NOT JUST WEST VIRGINIA THAT IS SUFFERING, THERE ARE OTHER
AREAS OF THE COUNTRY THAT ARE SUFFERING FROM OPIOID ADDICTION
WHICH BY THE WAY, LATER, BECAUSE OF STRICTER REGULATIONS TURNS
INTO HEROIN ADDICTION BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SO BADLY ADDICTED
THAT THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO HELP WITH THAT ADDICTION.
WHAT I MEAN BY THAT IS THE WITHDRAWS ARE DEVASTATING.
I WANT TO BE CLEAR ABOUT THE LAST COUPLE OF THINGS HERE.

OF DEATHS FROM MARIJUANA AND THAT SAME TIME PERIOD,
2017 WAS THE ROAD.
NUMBER OF DEATHS FROM OPIOIDS IS 67,000.
THERE ARE SO MANY DEATHS FROM OPIOIDS IN THE COUNTRY THAT FOR
THE FIRST TIME SINCE THE 1960S OUR LIFE EXPECTANCY OVERALL FOR
THE WHOLE COUNTRY HAS GONE DOWN THE LAST TWO YEARS ON THAT
ALONE.
THAT IS AMAZING.
BUT LUCKILY, WE HAVE AN ATTORNEY GENERAL THAT IS
HYPER FOCUSED ON PAINKILLERS AND GOING AFTER THESE
PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AS OPPOSED TO YOU KNOW, STATES
THAT OF LEGALIZED MARIJUANA FOR RECREATIONAL USE.
ALL RIGHT, WE DO NOT HAVE THAT.
WE HAVE AN ASS CLOWN.
JEFF SESSIONS IS GOING AFTER MARIJUANA BUT WORSE THAN

Subway Kegels: Dynamic pelvic floor exercise during commute - Duration: 3:42.
So I was on the subway lately.
I was in Toronto and
I was on the subway and I was hanging on.
It was quite a few people in there, wasn't a lot of seats.
And I was...
checking in with my pelvic floor.
So I'm going to demonstrate a little bit about what it was like.
I've got my BOSU behind me and it was the closest thing
that I could find to mimic
kind of what I was going through.
So...
I'm going to come up onto the BOSU
and...
position my feet about pelvis width apart
which is how I was standing in the subway.
And first thing I want you to do is just kind of check in.
Move around a little or allow the BOSU to move you around.
And I recommend hanging on to something.
Kind of mimicking again what you would be doing in the subway.
And I want you to just check in with your pelvic floor
and I want you to see if you can feel when it engages.
So...do you notice that in certain positions
maybe if there's more sudden movements
that you feel it kind of kick in?
But just pay attention to what your pelvic floor does
when there's movement around.
And then what I was doing was
I was adding on my kegel or my core breath
while the train was moving.
So...I was asking my pelvic floor or my core to respond to
a less than perfect time. So...
usually when we're doing our kegels or our core breathing,
I have you get into perfect alignment
and you coordinate with your breath
and you get your pelvic floor cue.
But in the real world we don't always have time to
stop and take a breath in
then exhale and use our best core cue.
When we can do things deliberately,
that's a good way to keep it in our awareness.
But in real life things happen.
We're on the subway, there's a sudden stop
and you kind of get thrown around
and you want your pelvic floor to be there working with you.
So I was doing my core breath,
so I was activating my pelvic floor
and holding it for usually about five seconds or so,
and allowing it to hold me while I went through
the various movements that happen on a subway.
(inhaling) Then I'd inhale and I'd let it go.
And then I would just feel what was happening naturally.
Then I'd add another voluntary contraction and
move around again.
And it's a nice dynamic way
to train your pelvic floor,
again, in a less than perfect position
because at the end of the day,
we don't always have the time to do that.
So, make sure your pelvic floor has opportunities to
be challenged in a variety of
planes of movement and a variety of movement
in real life situations.
I suggest standing on the subway anyway
just because we sit so much all day anyway,
so why don't we take an opportunity to stand?
So if you don't already have a BOSU or a balance ball,
it's a great way to get some
instability, to find an unstable position
and allow and ask our body to respond to that.
So this is...
I can feel this in my legs.
I can feel it in my pelvic floor up into my core.
It's a fantastic core workout.
So...subway kegels or subway core training,
I think it's maybe, it's the latest,
the newest exercise craze
that's going to take over the world, so (laughing)...
Anyway, that's it for today.
So, if you can today, incorporate some instability
to your base of support
and ask your pelvic floor to come along for the ride.
