Youtube daily report Jun 16 2018

Smells a little funky, too.

That's what Cate Blanchett said.

Georgia Louise is a facialist to the stars who's been attracting attention recently

for using a peculiar product.

When you see how good it is to your face, you

too will run to your local facialist and say, give me the penis.

Even though the nickname is called the penis facial, what we're doing is we're using cloned

baby foreskin cells.

We're all trying to live to 101 and if everyone

wants to look 26, then the future is for sure stem cells.

As a senior beauty editor for Refinery29, I'm no stranger to the extremes the beauty

world will go to on its quest for eternal youth.

In the early 1900's, radioactive beauty

creme was all the rage.

In the 1940's, contraptions called glamour bonnets claimed to

stimulate circulation with atmospheric pressure.

Today, the cosmetic industry is seeking the fountain of youth from inside our own stem cells.

Stem cells are simple, undeveloped cells that help to repair our bodies.

When activated, they can become new, specialized cells, repairing muscles, nerves, even collagen.

Stem cell activity declines as we age, but doctors like Dr. Karyn Grossman, say their

procedures will reactivate stem cells and rejuvenate the face.

Okay, are you ready for your treatment today?

I am very ready.

Okay.

Dr. Karyn Grossman is a board certified dermatologist

and thought leader in the field. She's developing a new platelet-rich plasma, or PRP treatment,

that combines filler with the patient's own blood to erase under eye circles. She

offered to give us an exclusive look.

This has been crazy. This is now becoming our most rapidly requested procedure.

Okay, deep breath in.

We actually draw your blood, so that we can spin that blood down.

We want to get the platelet rich plasma part.

Then we put eye shields in the patient.

Now close your eyes and relax.

Dr. Grossman claims, by flooding the face with platelet-rich plasma, specialized proteins

called growth factors will activate stem cells to create new cells and collagen.

Combined with Poly-l-lactic Acid, or PLLA filler, Dr. Grossman says her treatment takes

facial regeneration to the next level.

We use microneedling to create holes in the skin.

When we're done with that, we create our little magic potion with the PLLA and

the serum, and then we apply that to the skin and we let it sink into the holes.

You doing okay, Dale?

Mhmm.

Do you know exactly why it works so well?

I really think we're in the infancy on how to use our own body to repair and to help itself.

I think there's a lot that we don't know that we're going to kind of see evolve over time.

These cosmetic procedures are still so new, that no one has a sense of how big this field actually is.

But the regenerative medicine market as a whole is expected to more than

double in the next ten years.

Regulation of this controversial new world falls to the FDA, who's had some trouble keeping up.

Because this industry is so new, the extent to which this is on the FDA's radar is — they're probably a bit behind.

Simply because they're super overburdened.

Their actual ability to intervene in any kind of suspect cases is going to be limited.

It's left the industry free to experiment, which is exactly what they're doing.

MiMedx is a company that takes donated human placentas, sterilizes, and strips them to

their innermost layer, the amniotic membrane, for the high concentrations of valuable growth

factors that they then use in an array of products.

MiMedx tells donors their placentas can help to treat a variety of wounds and soft tissue injuries.

But in New York, we met a doctor using it in a very different capacity.

Hi, Dr. Maercks, how are you?

Nice to meet you.

Oh, wow, you've got everything all set up for us.

Dr. Rian Maercks is a plastic surgeon based in Miami, but licensed in both Florida and New York,

who's known for cutting edge and sometimes controversial experiments.

So here we are at 21 syringes in my face.

As a researcher for MiMedx, he's been testing out a placenta product, called Amniaphill, in his practice.

He agreed to let us sit in on a procedure, while he was in town seeing patients.

Just lay your head back.

So we are not in a medical office, we're here in a hotel room.

Is that something you do often, is that normal, is it allowed?

I don't think I should answer that question.

Put your chin slightly down, look straight ahead. Good.

26 year old Melissa Klein is here for what Dr. Maercks calls aesthetic facial balancing,

which involves using large amounts of filler to shape the face, and can cost more than ten thousand dollars.

I've always been very self-conscious about my under eyes and always found myself editing my pictures.

Now I'm finally doing something and I'm very excited.

Dr. Maercks believes the placenta product Amniaphill, will attract stem cells.

Those cells will speed healing and, in theory, extend the effect of the filler.

Of course, none of that is visible.

But what I am seeing in this New York City hotel room, is the very edge of cosmetic dermatology.

Okay so we're gonna get started. Can you just relax? I'm not gonna hurt ya.

Okay.

You're just going to feel cold stuff, like this.

Mhm.

That hurt you?

Mm-mm.

See? Amazing, right?

So we're kind of layering in, very precisely, in the layers around her bone of her orbit,

and making those bags disappear and lifting her cheek.

So you're not in any pain at all right now.

No, I don't feel anything.

Wow. I feel like I'm in more pain than she is right now.

I had to wonder, donors were told their placentas would heal bodies and change lives.

How would they feel, knowing their donation might end up being used like this?

And the good news is we're done.

We know that placenta and cord blood have rejuvenating properties.

It's one thing to know that in theory, but we're still kind of shooting in the dark,

hoping that this is safe and effective, not really even knowing the long term outcomes.

Does using Amniaphill present any risks?

There's a potential for it to get infected, there's a potential for, in the healing process,

for it to cause calcification if there's bacterial contamination, things like that.

But it's a really inherently safe product.

How long will these results last for her?

Well I don't make any guarantees, but for example, I treated myself six years ago

and I look a lot younger and better than I did six years ago.

But there's 100% certainty there's no product left in my face.

It's stimulating the local cells.

That's why I believe my results last years and years.

I'm still a little confused how your results can last so long.

Well I don't use the products out of the box.

As the beauty industry continues down this path, it's important to remember that

our pursuit of eternal youth comes with unknowns.

And with limited regulations and research, it's hard to say at what cost.

It's so crazy.

You know, we're gonna have to take the mirror away from you soon.

I know!

Belief Breakthrough For Dummies - Duration: 8:21.

Hey friends, welcome back. Kris Krohn here and today we're going to be talking

about breakthrough. Financially, when you want to get where you want to go in life,

you're going to get in your own way. And breakthrough is a powerhouse skill

to help you figure out how to break through your own limitations. But there's

not a lot of people that can actually do an effective breakthrough on themselves.

So today, breakthrough for dummies.

So, when I say breakthrough, what I really mean is that, it is our own belief system

that gets in our way and ultimately the whole world has lined everything up as a

possibility but whether you can see it or not, whether you're going to participate

or not, really comes down to your "belief system". So, for example if I believe that

I'm not good at making money, then I'm not going to actually... even though the

opportunities are available, I'm not going to see the opportunities that would

allow me to make more money. Because I have an overarching belief that I can't. If

I believe that making money is hard for example, then guess what? I'm only going to

find that wind of deals? The hard ones. If I believe that I'm not smart then I'm

going to ignore everything that looks like it might take some significant

intelligence to understand. The reality is most of us we're equipped with like a

supercomputer brain, big hearts, fully capable able bodies, you know some of us

have handicaps. But the reality, what you're doing with

your opportunities in life comes down to your belief system. Whether you believe

that you can or you believe that you can't. Because either way, like it says in

that quote, "You're right". Now, I'm a lover of this conversation of breakthrough. In

fact, after I started years ago working with people that would do some

breakthroughs on me, it revolutionized my life, it changed so much. It opens so many

doors that rather than just enjoying the breakthrough itself, I fell in love with

the art of breakthrough. And so, I took myself on a really wild journey to

really learn it and master it. And today, people pay hundreds of thousands of

dollars to work with me, private, to actually give them the breakthroughs

that will let them go where they want with their life. In this short video

however, what I think is going to benefit you the most is to have a brief

conversation about 3 simple steps that will help you break through your

own limiting beliefs. So, the first step is you got to be able to find the

limiting beliefs. I mean the reality is, they're out there but why can't you see

them? Because they're just a part of your operating system. So, step one is to ask

this question, "What is the number one limiting belief holding me back?" Friends,

if you're here because you're learning how to do cryptocurrency, if you want to

do real estate investment, if you're trying to grow financially, I'm telling

you, you have financial limitations and you have barriers. So, you got to ask this

question, "What is the number one financial limiting belief in my way?"

And a variety of things will come up if you're being a good listener. Because all

we're doing here, this first step is just saying, "Become aware of how you hold

yourself back". Well, I believe it takes money to make money.

Is that true? Not necessarily. Perhaps the belief comes up, "It takes money to make

money." So, you ask this question and maybe the idea comes up, it takes money to make

money. And I always like to pause and just ask, "Is this a limiting belief, like,

is it true?" That's how I usually find out. And no, I've done plenty of deals that

don't take any money at all. In fact, I teach courses and show people like you

how to do that. But you know, there are some deals that are going to take some

money and right now if I only believe that there are only deals I can do that

take money that I want to ask you, "Is that limiting belief holding me back?"

Absolutely, it's totally holding me back. So, the first step is, what is the

limiting belief? The second question, "What is the cost of believing that?" Like, what

is the cost of believing in that example that it takes money to make money. Well,

the cost is, there are deals that don't take money but I can't find them because

I don't believe in them. So, even if they were presented, I wouldn't see them as

legitimate or something that was really for me because remember, the only deals

that you believe in are the ones that require money. Now, what a crappy tenth...

Now what a crappy... Now what a crappy catch-22. Like, if you don't have money

but you believe you have to have money to make money,

guess what? You ain't going anywhere. The third question in the process, "What

belief would serve you better?" So, instead of believing, step one, takes money to

make money. Step two, recognizing that it is not

serving me and then it comes at a cost. Then the third step is, "Well, what would I

rather believe?" I do deals that take no money.

I do sometimes deals that take money, some don't take money. How about I'm an

expert, I'm a genius at finding deals that don't take any money. I do deals

that don't take money. It does not take money to make money. Okay, all of those

statements and all those ideas, what they would do is they open up your perception

to the possibilities that already exist that don't what? That don't take money. I'm

going to level with you right now. Last fifteen years of investing in real

estate, I've hardly used any of my own money but it has made me millions of

dollars. How have I done that? Because for every deal you find that

takes money I'll find you one that doesn't. And why would I do the deals

that take money if it's going to lead me to grow a lot slower. I've been able to go a

lot faster in life by not having that belief that belief doesn't serve. Now, now

that you have these three steps let me just take you through another example.

Making money is hard. I ask the question what's the limiting belief coming up,

making money is hard. Just look at it for a moment that might be your entire life

experience or it might be the experience of someone you know. I just want to ask,

"Is it true, like 100% undeniably true?" No, sometimes making money is not hard. And

guess what? Your belief is a preference, it's an opinion. It's not truth which

means it's totally worth what? Changing. Before we do, what's the consequence?Well,

if I believe that making money is hard that I'm only going to find opportunities

where it's what? It's hard to make money. So, that consequence sucks. I definitely

don't want that. Let's move on to the third step. What would I rather believe?

What would empower me? What would be better? Making money is easy? "Oh, that

couldn't be it, that is weird." No, guess what my friend? I want to ask you if it's

a matter of preference, would you like making money to become easier? Then you

have to first believe that it's possible if you expect to see it.

Believing leads to seeing. You want to take this ethereal idea that you have no

evidence for and you want to manifest it in flesh and blood and the physical into

an object or into a circumstance. Then it's going to require belief. Friends, those

are the three basic steps of doing breakthrough and I'm calling it

"breakthrough for dummies". It's just, everyday waking up and asking that

question like a habit, "What is the limiting belief getting in my way right

now?" Number two, "What's the cost of believing that?" And the number three, "what

would I rather believe instead?" Friends, this simple conscious awareness process

I've just shared with you, I've been at thousands of times. I've done it in a lot

of other really deep meaningful ways but if you have the ability to ask these

three questions, you will have breakthroughs. In fact, when you change

your beliefs, the ones that need to be changed and when you start living them

and believing in the new beliefs even if you don't have any evidence that is when

new doors open, opportunities exposed themself and you have a chance to get really

where you want to go in life. I want to thank you for taking the time to watch this

video. Seriously, this is one of the topics that has... You know, breakthrough

has been so useful in my life. It's been so powerful and I want to invite you

right now to actually go through that three-step process and then comment

below this video on what your three questions were. What was the limiting

belief that came up for you? Number 2, What are the costs of it? And then number

3, what did you choose to believe instead? I would love to actually go back

and take a look and see the way that that's impacting you. And with that, I

want to give you a challenge. Do this process every day for 30 days. Because if

you're willing to change 30 limiting beliefs, I think you'll be totally

shocked and surprised 30 days from now, that you have more opportunities, that

you're happier. You're certainly living life more to the level that you want. Now, if

that's useful for you, make sure that you subscribe. We got more videos like this

coming your way to help you be financially empowered, to have the real

opportunities, to take your life where you want to go and if you want to see

Alright, let's get this over with, come on.

Remember in the Sex in the City movie where there's that montage where you see all of Carrie's great frocks in

the back of her closet?

Well this is not that.

But I did manage to get some pretty cute stuff.

All dressed up and nowhere to go.

Not in this city!

Gallery openings are a dime a dozen in this town and the wine is usually free.

How we doing over here?

I love being surrounded by great works of art, art of works.

So the wine, so the wine situation here.

It's all free.

What about these big boys right here, what are these called again?

They're free, too.

You know what my favorite kind of wine is?

Free wine.

Blonde girl racing! Driving on track with the Audi R8 RWS! - Duration: 13:41.

Let's go, I'll drive some laps too

you really show some courage

I didn't expect that at all!

That means, this is your car?

I am so exhausted!

Hi guys, it it's the Motorsport-XL weekend at the Nürburgring

and I'm really happy to be here

because I'm not only allowed to spectate

but also to drive on the track with my own car

I'm not participating in any kind of races

but we have a time slot available on the Grand-Prix track

where I can drive some laps

and a professional race car driver will instruct me how to race

He is participating in the races today

he will show me the track a bit

but before we start, I'm gonna put the stickers on my car which are necessary

so the race marshals know that I'm allowed to enter the track

ok

It doesn't look that good, but it's okay

it just has to fulfil its purpose

Before we start I would like to say thank you to Motorsport XL

Thank you for having me!

And I'm very happy that I can drive on the GP track

I'm so excited, so let's go!

Okay guys, finally we gonna start and Ronny will instruct me

Ronny C Rock is your nickname right?

Ronny finished first in the last race a few minutes ago, congratulations for that!

He is accustomed to the R8

but LMS, not RWS

He will provide some tipps about the track

he knows it way better than I do

okay let's get into the car and see if..

Ronny's face will turn red

Let's go!

Safety first, let's see if the helmet fits

Yes it does

I give the microphone to Ronny now, so you can hear his tipps better

Can you tell me what that means?

the car has the number 1 of 999?

that's the rear wheel drive version

yes, but this edition has got the number 1?

no no, all cars have that badge "1 of 999"

oh

This is one car out of 999 cars, but it's not number 1/999

okay I see

this way?

yes you have to enter there

hopefully the guy will let us in

yes, that looks good

good good

and then right?

yes, and then you turn right

before the crash barrier

and then

turn left here, pay attention to the traffic

other cars may enter the pit lane here

nice

it looks like the lights are green

you can just drive through, but don't go over 60km/h (38mp/h) in pit lane. That is the speed limit here

60km/h maximum, okay

but after that I can accelerate?

Exactly

when we leave the pit lane, there is a 180° corner

you have to put in 1st gear when you are ready

first gear?

yes but not now, wait until you arrive at the corner

stay right here, wait, wait, wait

brake, brake, brake harder!

look

yes, very good

open up

exactly

very good

pay attention, look, look, look

stay at the inner side, look

keep the car at the inside

open up the steering

and...

Brake, brake, brake

Brake harder!

brake harder

look in this direction

less braking

exactly

next corner

attention, open up, open up

very good

yes, pay attention

exactly

brake harder!

move to the right

very good

stay at the inside

car is a bit cold and we heat it up first, right?

exactly! Just like that!

stay at then inside here

focus on the inner side of the corner

when you see that you can open up the steering

open it up at overtake on the left

on the left, wait, attention

attention, attention

always drive cautious

very good!

okay they have a slower car so let's position on the inside

as soon as you can

we can probably overtake on the right

overtake on the right?

wait, wait, wait, let's overtake on the left

left, left, left

yes

very good

just like that. Attention, attention, exactly

look far to the left

steering wheel and your eyes must work synchronic

same with the next corner

look far, look far

yes and attention

brake, brake, brake harder!

Exactly, very good!

look left and stay on the inner side

open up steering

very good

attention, brake, brake, brake, stay on the inner side

don't step on the gas yet

and accelerate!

oh

yes, that's because it is in dynamic mode

look straight ahead

attention, drive cautious here

exactly

drive on the right side

attention, brake, brake, brake harder

Exactly, Like that, 3rd gear

Perfect

Through that chicanery, stay focused

to the left

yes, very good

and brake, brake, brake, wait, wait, wait

look, look, look

no gas

open up the steering

exactly

very good

Brake harder, exactly

1st gear

be patiente here

and hit the gas

very good

stay on the inner side, inner side

very good, next corner on the inner side

Exactly

well done, good job!

move to the right

and brake, brake harder, brake harder, harder

yes, stay left

move right, right

exactly

attention, stay right

no gas

very good and hit the gas

very good!

Nice

to the left

let's cool down the brakes

that's better for the car, so just drive slower and use less brakes

so it's better for the car

okay

the more you know where to look and foresee where to go, the better

your overall performance will get better

the most common mistakes while racing are because of late looking

as a driver you have to look in the same direction where you drive but very early

that focus on looking has to be on time

you have to know early where you want to go

in case you don't know that 100%

then you are cruising around without a plan

in case you know exactly where to drive

your driving line will improve and gets better and better

it will be a more harmonic line

it is very good to have someone next to me who knows 100% what to do

I couldn't do that just by myself

Besides that you already drive very good

Thank you!

Well, you have...

lots of courage

That I didn't expect at all!

and you also adopted all the advices

and implemented those quickly

you improved your skills noticably, that was good!

I need some time to learn the track and all the brake points

Exactly, turn right here

dirve to the right here

Like if you learn anything else, it is all about training and experience

first, gain experience

to get a certain routine in your head

to know what..

exit here?

yes, exit right here

so, this is your car?

exactly

and you have been on the racetrack with this car the very first time?

I was in Meppen too

okay

it is actually not a full blown racetrack but

it is good for beginners

the racetrack in Meppen is ideal for that

it's pretty short and not that fast

exactly

the more laps you can do, the easier it will be

we also have a Porsche GT3

I drove with that car in Meppen too

but that is a huge difference between those two cars

I really prefer the GT3 for the racetrack

I can handle the GT3 better

and it comes with a rollcage and bucket seats and stuff

yes

it is a more appropriate track car

yes, basically a Porsche is more track focused in general

but an Audi

with this spec is not the worst car

I think it still is

a pretty good car and how much HP has it?

it has 540HP

But with rear wheel drive? Without quattro

yes exactly!

it is all a matter of routine I guess

Experience! Of course!

Thank you very much!

High Five!

we all survived, that counts

Exactly, car is still fine. Everything's good!

Smells like brakes inside here

How did she perform?

she performed very good!

really?

I'm impressed

okay, you'll drive the next race

you have to get the helmet off my head

yes

Pull

how?

without camera!

So, how was it?

well

Ronny had to go back quickly, because the next race starts in a minute

I'm very exhausted, because that was such an experience

I've never driven like that before

I didn't know the track

that was a disadvantage

I told Ronny, that I would have thrown away the car without him

I tend to overestimate my driving skills

My level of fearness is too low which is actually a bad attitude

I accelerate for too long and brake too late

I drifted through some cornes a bit

It really is

It is so good to have someone who tells you: brake, brake harder, more left, more right

and

yes, it was super cool but exhausting

I bring back the helmet now the someone kindly borrowed be

I will go to the lounge upstairs to have some food and drinks

That was a really cool experience

I have to tell you something

Something that I really like

is the sound of the AMG

here it comes

Driving on a racetrack costs lots of fuel

that's why we have to refuel here

Claus is refueling the car already

I love to be at the Nürburgring

There is always much to see

Many cars and many petrolheads that are just like us

That is really nice, because everything you see around the Nürburgring

are cars and motorcycles

have you seen that? There someone in a mint car waving at me

Wow, Mint-club

yes, they call us mints

mint people salutes each other

How was the sound of the R8?

from you position?

Yes it was nice! You've been the only one driving around there

and

and the Corvette

They were scared

yes, because they saw you driving on the track

Thanks again to Ronny who had the courage to sit next to me

and we are still friends

it wasn't that bad, he told me that you performed well

for you level of race track experience

which experience?

okay I said enough

I will stop right here so Claus can drive home

I say goodbye!

JEFF SESSIONS IS DONE – THIS IS IT - Duration: 11:33.

JEFF SESSIONS IS DONE – THIS IS IT

Attorney General Jeff Sessions just got some bad news when top conservative radio host

Mark Levin called for him to step down after the FBI raided the office of Donald Trump's

lawyer Michael Cohen.

"The buck stops on the attorney general's desk, even if he recused himself, as he did,

on the Russia matter, this is not the Russia matter," Levin said, according to Western

Journalism.

"The entire department is out of control now."

"It's time for the attorney general to step aside and for the president of the United

States — he can make a recess appointment — not to put in a body or anything like

that," Levin said, adding that his comments will probably destroy a 30 year friendship

with Sessions.

"I say it with the gravest regret, I really do, because I know what it means personally

but I can't — I can't ignore what I'm seeing and what's going on here."

Levin added that Trump does not deserve the treatment he has gotten from the Department

of Justice since taking office, because, "He didn't do anything."

He compared the situation Trump is in with the lack of leadership at the DOJ to the challenge

Abraham Lincoln had finding the right person to lead the Union Army during the Civil War.

"When Lincoln was president, he had trouble finding a good general," the conservative

commentator stated.

"He went through a whole bunch of them, but they wouldn't fight or they were incompetent

or they were too slow.

They were too late 'til he found Grant."

Levin also called for the removal of special counsel Robert Mueller, who he said is damaging

the presidency.

"He's doing more damage to the Constitution than the Russians, and the Chinese and the

Iranians and the North Koreans combined," the radio personality stated.

"There is no justification anymore for his existence."

Sadhguru - drinking excess water is dangerous, Never do that! - Duration: 25:59.

Sadhguru , this

question is coming from Commander Abhilash Sadhguru: Oh!

He is Indian Naval Officer, the first Indian to complete a solo unassisted non-stop circumnavigation

under sail.

He's also an Isha meditator who practiced Shambavi every day on the boat during his

trip.

Sadhguru: He must be some inspiration to all of you

So, two questions.

The first one is: I have heard a discourse by you Sadhguru where you said that drinking

excess water all through the day is not healthy.

What if you don't drink water and you don't feel thirsty for days, is that normal?

The second question: the way the moon and the sun exert their influance on water bodies,

causing tides,do they also exert such influance on human and animal bodies?

Sadhguru: About not drinking water This must have happened to Abhilash

when he was on the ocean.

I want you to understand this.

If Being on the ocean for maybe two months or

three months all by yourself,

one man boat, means you really have to be in tune with what's

around you, many ways – in some ways where you can logically understand,

in many ways that nobody understands but they know it works like that.

Anybody who's been at sea for long periods of time

has this sense.

Anybody who's flying for a certain period of time,

they have a sense with the wind and the air in a certain way

Not all of it is scientific knowledge, not all of it is intellectually correct

but they just know that's how it is and it always works that way

because Like every other creature which lives in water,

they know things which no naval officer will know.

A dolphin or a whale

or a shark knows things about the ocean and water and

its behavior which no oceanographer knows in the world

because it's not an intellectual understanding, you're part of that.

So in some way, someone who wants to go around the world in

a boat all by himself, in a sailboat,

without any engines or anything, obviously you get into tune with water around

you, otherwise it wouldn't really work for you.

First of all, you won't mentally survive that.

Forget about physically making it, mentally you wouldn't survive that

unless there is a certain affinity between you and that element.

So when you're in such a state, you know,

particularly being in the ocean, largely being in the sun,

The respiration process in the skin is greatly enhanced when you are

in a condition like that and you're on the water surface,

so naturally humidity will be there.

You are taking in water – not through your mouth,

but you're continuously taking in water.

If you want to check, you check your weight.

Get into the bathtub, sit there for half an hour and check your

weight, you will be certain number of grams higher

because body will take in water.

So No, I had some nasty joke,

let's skip that So, this body does soak up water,

either with contact or with humidity in the air.

So this ability may not be same from one person to another.

One person may be doing it at a higher rate than someone else.

And those of you getting all creamed up from head to toe,

you must know this that in many ways, you're taking away your contact with the

existence.

Grease up the entire skin, it won't breathe.

When it doesn't breathe, its contact with air and water and world around

you Your general sensitivity will go down.

Your neuronal system, I mean your nervous system will lose its sensitivity

because the contact, the outer… outermost contact is being blocked

up.

So the entire world is taking to this of course now

to block themselves up because they'll… they'll contact the

world through the Facebook, of course Even the bears are going on the Facebook I

heard.

Though that's different but anyway,

your need for water might have come down quite dramatically because

the humid conditions and your own openness to the element could

have done that and its If you don't feel thirsty,

if you don't drink water, nothing is going to happen,

you're going to be fine.

It's only in America, you will die if you don't drink water

Nowhere else, people simply drink water.

When they get thirsty, they drink water, otherwise they're fine even in a desert

It's only in America, in cold climate, everybody is carrying a bottle and sipping

continuously because the marketing machines have done this

to them, that they must drink lots of water.

Excessive consumption of water, especially if it's done in small sips,

body absorbs.

When it absorbs, the sodium levels,

which are very delicately balanced, will drop.

Rest of the body also is affected but may not be s… so noticeable.

But in the brain, sodium levels dropping will lead to swelling of the brain.

This does not mean your brain is growing.

It means Swelling means it's a kind of sickness,

okay.

Not expansion of the brain, it's swelling up because of lack of sodium

content.

Because there's not enough sodium, more water goes into the brain

trying to supply the required sodium to keep the balance.

So more water in your brain means you will slosh

Psychological imbalances will come when

when you manage to absorb.

See, if you drink lots of water at one go, body will decide how much to absorb,

how much to throw out.

But if you keep sipping through the day, body kind of gets deceived

and tends to absorb more water than it should.

But let's say right now, you drink two liters of water,

all of it is not going to go into the system.

What is needed, it'll take, rest of it will be shunted out.

So not consuming water and being out there

is very much a possibility.

Nobody need to drink water simply because you think it's a good thing to do.

That is what the water bottling companies are telling you,

okay.

When you feel thirsty, you must drink water.

Just to ensure you're drinking enough, drink ten percent more than what you actually

need.

Couple of cups more just to ensure that you don't drink less.

If you're not the kind who is carrying a

water bottle with you every minute of the day,

then it's good to drink little extra water so that when the need comes,

you have certain amount of time before you can drink,

that it's not an emergency.

At the same time, when you need water, when you're thirsty if you don't drink,

it'll cause damage to the system.

I would say – this may be very controversial,

the medical fraternity will for sure protest on this

but they will come to it after maybe twenty years or thirty years

I would say if everybody consumes good water in sufficient quantity,

fifty percent of the heart attacks in the world would come down.

Damage to the heart is immense when the water that is needed is not there

in the system.

But when I say water, it is not just about drinking liquid water.

You must eat high water content foods.

If you eat a fruit, it's nearly ninety percent water.

Vegetables and other things are over seventy percent water.

Minimum seventy percent water content must be there in the food that you eat.

But in this part of the world – now it's changing of course,

people are becoming more conscious about these things,

otherwise in this part of the world – what people are eating is very dry food.

Everything that is here is generally dry, only now

I think twenty-five years ago, in this part of the world,

hardly people ate any vegetables.

Vegetarians were beaten on the streets.

Yes!

Being a vegetarian is a crime because they think you're weird

So, very low water content food you eat and it goes and gets stuck in your… like

concrete, it sits in your stomach.

Now you drink water, water, water – that's not going to help.

You must eat high water content foods.

When you consume food, at least it must be level

with the percentage of water content in your own body.

So any food that you eat should be at least seventy percent water content.

So this is why vegetables, fruits must be part of your diet,

so that it is there.

You eat bread, I don't know, it may be it's just twenty, twenty-five percent water

content or even less, depending on the type of bread

you eat.

If you eat meat, it's very, very low water content.

Cooked meat has very low water content.

So when you're on bread and meat, you'll have serious issues

and I'm telling you – doctors may think I am…

I need water up here but they will come to this in twenty years,

thirty years, whatever time they take –

I will tell you if they consume high water content foods,

fifty percent of the cardiac deaths will go from the world.

People won't die of heart attacks.

One reason they're dying of heart attacks is

they're eating very low water content foods.

So people may say, "What about other countries?

Why are they dying in India?"

There also, the same has happened.

What used to be traditional meals and what they're eating today,

it has changed dramatically because they are also rule… ruled by commercial

forces who tell them what to eat.

They won't listen to their bodies, they look at the advertisement.

The big hoarding or the television advertisement decides what

you eat, not what your body tells what to eat.

So, not consuming water in certain situations is okay.

But if there is an indication of thirst, you must drink water.

It's very necessary that you must drink water

when there's an indication of thirst because body has its own way.

When it indicates you need water, you must give it water within twenty minutes

or at the most half an hour, you must drink substantial quantity of water.

If you drink enough water, then body will choose how much to take,

how much to reject.

what's the other question he asked?

Sadhguru: Oh!

Both the sun and the moon have vibrational impact

and also gravitational impact on the water.

Only the gravitational impact of the water is noticed

by most people because a sailor like Abhilash cannot sail

Okay, that's a small boat, it can sail anytime.

But if you have a big ship, you cannot sail without the tide.

You cannot leave the port without the tide.

Right from ancient times, sailors have always looked for tide.

Without the tide, there is no question of sailing in the ocean

– without the help of the tide.

So understanding when it comes up, when it goes down was very, very important.

Generally, to put it in a very simple terms, though the

See, it's the same gravitational pull,

which is managing Planet Earth and moon.

But the centrifugal force of the rotation

and the gravitational force somehow are so perfectly balanced

that they're holding on together.

But actually, the center of the mass is in one place,

it's not in two places.

So it's one gravity managing two bodies, two celestial bodies.

You know, Planet Earth is also a celestial body.

It's a heavenly body – you're in heaven,

missing the whole point If you were looking

If you are standing on Planet Mars, Earth would look like heaven or no?

It is a heavenly body and for sure the best planet on the

in the system at least, in this solar system

It is for sure heaven in this solar system, isn't it?

Okay, we're messing it up, that's different but

it can fix itself.

If we vanish, it'll fix itself pretty good.

If fifty-sixty percent of the human beings disappear somewhere,

let's say they go to Mars you will see Planet Earth will

just revitalize itself and flourish in a big way

because she still has water.

Water has not been lost.

You know, all of you are water bottles.

You You're little more than them

but this is a water body, isn't it?

Hmm?

Seventy percent water, just shake and see So

7.3 billion people.

Let's say on an average, all of them weigh sixty kilograms.

I'm not taking into the heavyweights taking into account the heavyweights

but let's say on an average, sixty kilograms everybody weighs.

Out of sixty, at least forty kilograms of water,

that means forty liters of water per person carrying.

Forty liters into 7.3 billion, how many liters?

It's almost an ocean by itself.

So where is the water?

It's all here It's never left the atmosphere and gone

anywhere.

The volume of water that was here a billion years ago

is still here but all in unworthy packages

So the impact of the sun and the moon,

the gravitational impact is noticed, but the reverberational impact is not largely

felt by people.

But the Eastern societies have seen this in a

as an immense possibility and making use

How to make use of pournami and amavasya or the full moon and the new moon

is an entire process by itself.

If you do not know this, before the British came to India,

pournami means or full moon means three days holiday.

Amavasya means…

New moon means two days holiday.

So totally, five days holiday in a month.

No Sunday, Monday and all this stuff, only by looking at the moon

because this is not just arithmetic calculation, this is a life-related thing that's happening.

Whatever happens to the moon, whatever happens to the sun,

whatever happens to the planet, happens to us

and to be in tune with that, those days you're not supposed to work.

You use those days to stabilize yourself, balance yourself,

raise yourself to higher possibilities and other days you go to work.

So these two days

or even in between, in different phases, it has different ty… kind of impacts –

what is generally noticed is rising of the water in the form of a tide.

Suppose yesterday high tide was let's say at 9:30

(Talks aside: We have few more minutes because we started late?)

Yesterday it started at 9:30, today it will be at 10:20

because there is a fifty minute lapse between the moon's way of doing things

and the earth's way of doing things.

This does it in twenty-four hours, that does it in twenty-four hours and fifty

minutes, so there's approximately forty-eight to

fifty minutes of difference in the ti… high tide

from one day to the next.

So, when you look at this, every…

every monthly, monthly cycle, it becomes a complex affair

to calculate and to be Today of course, it's all being done in

a digital way through the satellites,

otherwise a sailor had to have a very complex kind of arrangement in his head

as to how this is because if you don't know this,

you won't survive.

Many Almost every creature of the sea knows this

very well and the birds which migrate know this very

well and there're some incredible facts

about the navigating birds which travel or which migrate during certain seasons and

get back, as to how they manage this entire process.

The water, the… the gravitational pull of the moon,

it affects the flying objects too, particularly when you're flying on your

own power, flapping your wings.

Even slightest movement in the gravitation and the reverberation affects them.

How they manage this, how they go through this

is a very, very interesting story – not just birds,

even insects because dragonflies in Southern India

every year make a trip to East Africa and come back.

How's that for you?

Safari Dragonfly, this big

every year, they go all the way to East Africa, breed there,

then come up and multiply their numbers about three or

four times and come back to India

And they know the way, they've never missed the way.

All the way they go and come back every time.

But now, the navigational activity on the big ships

and airplanes, they're disturbing them

and many of them are losing their way because the reverberations have changed.

One big jet goes and it completely disturbs and freaks their ability to navigate.

That's happening to I think every creature, including human beings,

that whatever we were capable of naturally is all going away

because of too many gadgets doing things and too many vibrations happening around us,

sensitivity will become less and less.

About the influence on the human mind, human body –

the maximum impact of these planetary objects upon water

and the maximum impact is on the human being, not on the other creatures

because we are vertical in our spine.

If we were like this it wouldn't impact us to the same extent.

Because we are like this we are a stand-up bottle,

because of that the pull is big and the rise of the water affects us quite

substantially.

We know that it disturbs certain people,

certain people get headaches on full moon days,

some people get mentally disturbed and all these things.

The moon or the position of the moon or the gravitational impact of the moon

does not cause either mental imbalance or headache

or any other problem.

It only rises, it only enhances you on that day

because there is more pressure upon your brain, there is more flow of fluids into the brain.

If you are loving, you'll become far more loving.

If you're joyful, you become far more joyful.

If you're miserable, you become far more miserable.

if you're meditative, you become far more meditative.

If you're mad, you become far more mad.

It is not trying to bring any particular quality, it is just that the waters are rising.

Because of that, whatever is your quality right now gets enhanced.

So, the impact of different positions of the moon and sun upon

the human body is phenomenal.

If we go into the details of it, it's an entire process of itself.

As I said, generally people are noticing only the gravitational

impact upon the water but not the vibrational impact.

But today, there are lots of studies telling you that

if you create different kinds of vibrations or different kind of sounds,

the water responds in different ways.

I don't know if we have that video with us.

(Talks aside: Do we?

Can we play this?)

So, depending upon the type of sounds we create, accordingly the water takes on different shapes

and forms and patterns,

which are very geometrically correct kind of patterns

for different sounds.

And you know that the Sheffield University first did this a

few years ago, now people are telling me

NASA has published something, that talking about

they recorded the sound of the sun.

Have you heard about this?

Hmm?

So clearly, sound Aum is coming.

So these things are not new to us, these things something we have noticed

because every cell in this body is solar-powered, okay.

You may call it so many things but essentially,

whether you burn coal or you burn diesel or petrol

or nuclear energy, whatever the hell you do,

essentially all of it is solar energy converted and stored in different ways, isn't it?

If there's no sun, there would be no hydrocarbons for sure,

there's no question about that.

So, the reverberations of…

Yeah So everything that's happening in nature,

whatever shapes and forms that different life forms are taking

is essentially largely related to how the water reverberates,

including yourself.

How the water is reverberating within yourself, that is the kind of form.

Both the physical form and the psychological form that you take

is largely dependent upon this

and thank you very much

28 FBI AGENTS TESTIFY AGAINST HILLARY CLINTON – THEY FOUND EVERYTHING - Duration: 10:44.

28 FBI AGENTS TESTIFY AGAINST HILLARY CLINTON – THEY FOUND EVERYTHING

Hillary Clinton is in full panic mode right now after it was revealed that numerous FBI

officials are finally ready to turn on her.

Right Wing News reported that House Republicans are about to interview three witnesses about

the sham Clinton email investigation.

Bill Priestap, the assistant director of the FBI's counterintelligence division, and

Michael Steinbach, the former head of the FBI's national security division, are both

to testify in the coming days.

It was Priestap who changed the wording in then-FBI Director James Comey July 2016 speech

to remove the word "President" and replace it with "another senior government official"

to hide this fact from the American public.

The third witness is set to be John Giacalone, who preceded Steinbach as the bureau's top

national security official and oversaw the first seven months of the Clinton probe.

It is believed that Giacalone FBI in protest over how the higher-ups were k*****g the investigation.

Giacalone resigned from the Clinton case and retired from the FBI because he felt the case

was going "sideways," which is law enforcement jargon for "nowhere by design."

A total of 28 agents in the FBI are eager to testify against Clinton as well.

"It's a question of basic credibility — Congress, the executive, and oversight

are not seen to have any gravitas or seriousness.

The inmates have been running the asylum and they don't respect, much less fear, their

overseers.

We know we'll be hung out to dry," one agent said.

"And don't get me wrong, there are still a few good people scattered about, but main

Justice and the bureaucrats are running the show, want to run out the clock on this administration,

and keep the status quo."

"This is a great opportunity for senior or [soon to be retiring] guys, not for someone

like me," another agent said.

"It'd be s*****e.

I hate to say it, but neither the judiciary nor the executive branch is wielding any kind

of effective oversight right now, and the top managers know it."

"You still have a ton of bad people in place," he added.

"Unless that changes, and I haven't seen any degree of seriousness on the part of ranking

members nor staffers, I'm not meeting with anyone nor willing to be subpoenaed.

I'm not coming forward until they get their act together.

Right now, it'd be sacrificing a career for cheap political points."

We're so glad to see that Clinton is finally about to be held responsible for what she

has done!

BEST VIEW of BOGOTÁ COLOMBIA - MONSERRATE - vlog 2018 - Duration: 5:32.

Today we're in Bogotá Colombia's vibrant capital city. We're gonna go

10,000 feet high to visit Montserrat the best view of the city

We just got our tickets to the cable car

We have reached the top of Monserrate. Look at that view. Wow!

I am at the top. Behind me in the church. Pilgrims come here. A lot of them crawl all the way up.

And then behind me are mountains

and then on this side, the city.

We thought it was gonna be rainy and cold, turned out to be sunny and warm

so that right there is the government center and then we were right down there

and we ascended about 3,000 feet to get to the top and a round-trip ticket was

16 pesos local currency about five US dollars

I'm at the top of montserrat sounds about to say Mike what do you think

about this view you can literally see the entire city from up here including

now we hit up the streets of Bogota to check out one of the amazing restaurants

in town Cusco

I am at this Peruvian restaurant

and I just got Lulo

it's a drink made of an indigenous fruit

this flan is made of an Amazonian fruite

what's this

this is the peruvian restaurant that we just ate at

it would help if I turn the camera on - we're here in late May the weather is late 60s low 70s

we have Park-like streets and there's a lot of international restaurants we went

to approve Ian's restaurant last night we also walked by Japanese restaurants

and you can see the mountain right in front of us the city is surrounded by

the mountain and it's a very nice cosmopolitan city we are in this

beautiful park-like setting in bogota colombia you were about to board our

flight to Cartagena takes like about an hour to get there now time to board our

one hour flight from Bogota to Cartagena we hope that you enjoyed this video of

Montserrat in Bogota if you liked it hit the thumbs up and and subscribe because

coming up next - cartagena old town!

Tiff in Japan and Korea EP 1 I MUST VISIT Aesthetically Pleasing Places in Seoul - Duration: 21:51.

So we just arrived at our airbnb in Myeongdong

and the first thing that I notice are these closets

where you can put

your shoes

and then theres also another closet

and these just have

blankets

and cleaning supplies

and theres also some hangers

and then there is also another

closet for blankets

and this one is actually a hidden fridge

so we have a big size fridge here

and then down here is the freezer

and then turning to over here

we have the bathroom

so its actually a separate bathroom (rare in korea, usually the toilet and shower head is combined in one space).

this is the shower

theres a shower head down here

and you can close the door.

and then this is the toilet

and the sink

and then as we walk out

here is just the small living area

this can convert into a bed

but its just the two of us we will just keep it as is

here is the kitchen

it comes with a washer

just the sink

and other supplies up there

here is the microwave

a little desk area where we can eat

and then the tv

they also provide us with a pocket wifi

so we can have wifi where ever we go

but we both have our own sim cards

so we wont be really needing that

and then here is just the bed

and there is the view of seoul.

and that is it for our airbnb tour

So right now we are at a place called ShareD Table*

it is located in Seongsu exit number 4

I'll leave in the description the blog post i used to find this place down in the description

go ahead and check that out

but right now we are going to get some lunch

we ordered some noodles and some pad thai

and this place has little different sections you can buy food

so one is just dedicated to just desserts and drinks

another place is for like beer and for little snacks

and another one is for noodles and pasta

and I think they have pizza as well.

So we got 2 different types of foods

we got pad thai and a noodle soup

which I'll show you guys later

Right is the perfect time to get food

It's actually a Saturday

and there's not a lot of people here

so it's the perfect time to go

and the weather is looking pretty nice today

so we thought we would do a little bit of exploring

hopefully after this we might go to common ground again

and see if there is anything new there

and then we are going to make our way to the dongdaemyun design plaza

for seoul fashion week

so right now we currently at common ground

and we are at one of the cake shops called dore dore

where it has the famous rainbow cake

so we just wanted to try it out

This was 8,500 won

so we are just gonna try it out and walk around the common ground

and I'll show you guys that later

so we are going to try the cake now

so this is the rainbow cake here

this was 8,500 won

for this piece of cake

and we are currently at dore dore

in common ground

lets try it out

it's really good

but the cream

is really thick

so if you are not really a fan of that

then it might be a little to strong and heavy for you

but it tastes pretty good though

I don't know if...

each layer tastes different

Let's try it out.

orange piece

no each layer tastes the same

but it's pretty good

so we are currently at common ground

we are gonna go shopping right now

so inside these shipping containers

has tons of little boutique stores

that you can buy stuff at

so we are gonna do a little bit of shopping

let's go!

so right now we are currently at urban space

and so there is 2 places at urban space

there's one thats more of just a cafe

and this one is more of like a "night life" type of place

they have drinks you that can order... cocktails drinks

here's the menu here

and the cocktail drinks you can get it alcoholic or non alcoholic

so we are just gonna get it nonalcoholic

cause we are still going to wander around later

around dongdaemyun

so this place has a ball pit right in front of me

and theres like floaties and everything

it's super cute

and this is like a fun place to go with your friends at night time

so we are thinking about getting the party time

and the cart rider

these are the other drinks that they have here

you can get them all alcoholic or nonalcoholic

and they also have food as well

there's fries, onion rings

and this one is nachos

cheese sticks

pizza, waffles

and just to let you know this place opens starting at 3pm in the afternoon

so we had to go to common ground first and come back here since it was still early

and here is the ball pit

they have like floaties and stuffed animals

just take pictures

and they play music here

such a really fun place to go with your friends

so right now we are at doota mall

its near dongdaemyun design plaza

we are currently at remi cone

and we got this beautiful ice cream for cherry blossom season

it's only like limited time so we wanted to get that now since cherry blossom season, I believe, is starting next week

so there is a whole bunch of cherry blossom items around seoul

and I am going to japan in a few days actually

so we will see more cherry blossom stuff there

but then,

we just wanted to try this out

it's so adorable!

so let's try it out now

so right now we are going to try the cherry blossom remi cone ice cream

I don't even want to mess it up. It looks so pretty.

There's even glitter.

on the cotton candy if you can see it

it tastes like grape

the cherry blossom flower right here

that does not taste good at all

it doesn't really have a flavor but it's really hard

let's try the ice cream

Ok I am going to try the ice cream

It just tastes like milk ice cream

I mean it's not bad

but would I buy it again?

probably not

yea it's like 6,300 won

if you like milk ice cream then maybe you'll like this but

the cotton candy is like really sweet grape flavor

and then the ice cream is just milk ice cream so it's not really the best

yea and tip is that when you come order it right away because it took 20 minutes to wait for

yea we waited 20 minutes for this so probably not really worth it...

so right now we are in insadong at ssamziegil which is like a traditional part of seoul

we are currently at the poop cafe

you can see right behind me

there is a whole bunch of the poop cups

toilet cups

they have toilet bowls

and the urinals

which is super cute and interesting

and then inside has just poop decor

and we got a latte

and ice cream

it has a waffle, chocolate ice cream and here is the mojito latte

so the poop cafe is located at the top of the ssamziegil building

I am going to show you guys what the inside looks like right now

right now we are at sulbing in myeongdong

It is our last day in seoul before we head off to japan tomorrow

so we just wanted to get some dessert before we end the night

so we are gonna try this mango bingsoo

it has mango pieces in it

and I think there is some cheesecake in there too. So we are gonna try it out

So I'm gonna try the bingsoo now

brain freeze!

I personally like the mango one and the strawberry one

they also have this strawberry with green tea one that's in season right now because it's strawberry festival in seoul for spring

so those 2 I highly recommend

They also have injeolmi and green tea and other types of bingsoo if you want to go try it out!

✅ No. Korea has already begun returning remains of US soldiers: 'A truly moving moment in history' - Duration: 3:20.

President Trump revealed that North Korea has already started returning the remains of U.S. soldiers killed during the Korean War

The president had asked North Korean leader Kim Jong-Un about the remains of U.S. military personnel who were missing in action during the decades-old Korean War at their historic summit last week

"I asked him, the remains, I'd like to get them. He said 'yes, we will do that,' " Trump told Fox News host Steve Doocy in an interview with "Fox & Friends" from the White House on Friday

"They are already starting to produce the remains of these great young soldiers who were left in North Korea."  The U.S

fought alongside South Korean forces in the military conflict which lasted from 1950 to 1953, and ended with a truce – not a peace treaty

After 65 years, North and South Korea signed an agreement to officially end the Korean War earlier this year.  There are 7,697 U

S. troops unaccounted for with 5,300 of those believed to have been lost in battles in North Korea or prisoner-of-war camps during the Korean War, according to ABC News

Joint U.S.-North Korea military search teams conducted 33 recovery missions between 1996 and 2005, recovering  229 sets of American remains

"It's exciting, it's special," Richard Downes, executive director of the Coalition of Families of Korean & Cold War POW/MIAs, said of Trump's comments, according to ABC News

"But it's just words right now. Now, some action has to be taken," Downes, whose airman father Lt. Hal Downes has been missing-in-action since his plane went down over North Korea in 1952, said

More than 36,000 U.S. troops died in the conflict and that number includes the missing-in-action.  Trump and Kim signed a statement during last week's historic summit in Singapore, with the two countries agreeing to the "immediate repatriation" of those fallen service members already identified

"People want their loved ones to come home," Chuck Pritchard, spokesman for the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, said, according to ABC News

"If we end up getting remains as a result of this, we will try to identify them and this may bring closure to some families," he said

Actor James Woods reacted to the news of the remains of American troops being returned home as a " heartbreaking and truly moving moment in history

"  Many others agreed. Frieda Powers Latest posts by Frieda Powers (see all)

We're so glad to see that Clinton is finally about to be held responsible for what she

has done!

What's the Beef with Chris and Headlight Restoration Explained - Duration: 1:29.

rev up your engines, I do this because I hate seeing people get ripped off and

unfortunately the Internet's full of people giving advice to people that are

so-called experts, and a lot of them don't know what they're talking about, so

I'm here to try to help everybody else to not have any car problems, to get true

answers what cars are good, what cars are bad, how to fix them, what kind of things

you should do yourself, and one kind of stuff you should leave to a mechanic,

what's the beef with Chris, well it's not a beef, here's the thing I've been a

mechanic for 50 years, and I don't like seeing advice that isn't true out there, Chris

put out a video, about clear coating plastic headlights to make them clear

and shiny again, you don't clear coat them, that fades and cracks, clear coating is

a way that you can sand them down, paint them, but then after a year or so, or

even faster, they'll crack again and come through, I showed why that wasn't a good

reason, now I know Chris he's a nice guy, but I've been working on cars for 50 years

that's almost twice as old as he is, he's got a degree in ocean biology from

Rutgers, so he knows a lot more about fish than I do, but I don't quite a bit

more about cars than he does, so we'll just leave that at that,

so if you never want to miss another one of my new car repair videos, remember

to ring that Bell!

What'S The Best Sleep Position For Sound Sleep - Duration: 3:36.

What's the best sleep position for sound sleep

Only 8 percent of people sleep in the healthiest position for slumber.

In which position do you sleep?

Chances are you sleep like a baby – as in the fetal position, not the idiom – as that

is the most popular of the four main positions.

But is that the best one for you?

Too many people don't get enough sleep – and while there are a lot of more urgent-sounding

diseases out there, there is also an epidemic of sleep deprivation that deserves attention.

Here are the pros and cons of each sleeping position.

In the fetal position On your side, loosely curled, is the most

popular sleeping posture – 41 percent of adults opt to sleep in this position.

This is a great way to sleep if you are pregnant, notes the NSF, "because it improves circulation

in your body and in the fetus, and it prevents your uterus from pressing against your liver,

which is on your right side."

It is also good for snorers.

Caveats • Curled up too tightly can restrict breathing

in your diaphragm.

• Curled up too tightly can also make you feel sore in the morning, especially if you

have arthritis.

Try to loosen up your curl; likewise, placing a pillow between your knees can help reduce

pressure on your hip joints.

On your side On the side, but not curled up, is how 15

percent of us sleep.

This position has some advantages, including a reduction of acid reflux.

It also elongates the spine and helps ease back and neck pain.

Since it keeps the airways open, it is good for reducing snoring and sleep apnea.

Caveat • With one side of the face pressed against

the pillow, it can lead to wrinkles.

(Though I'm guessing that a good night's sleep helps to decease wrinkles.)

On your stomach Seven percent of people sleep on their tummies.

It is good for reducing snoring; it is not good for most everything else.

Caveats • It can lead to back and neck pain, since

it's hard to keep your spine in a neutral position.

• Pressure on the muscles and joints can lead to numbness, tingling, aches, and irritated

nerves.

Koniec sezonu Barw szczęścia. Artur Chowański chory psychicznie? - Duration: 12:03.

W 1884 odcinku "Barw szczęścia" wiadomość o aresztowaniu Chowańskiego dotrze do Zosi i Piotra Walawskiego (Piotr Jankowski).

Ale Zosia szybko wyprowadzi go z błędu.

- Nie, on żyje.

Ratuj siebie...

- Ty wiesz co on mi powiedział? Żebym dokończyła sprawę...Że jeżeli Krzepiński żyje to ja mam go zabić!
