SPYING on NORTH Korea! (DMZ - Panmunjom, South Korea) | Alex & MJ - On the GO - Duration: 8:18.I saw Kim.
I said hey!
Alright today we're doing an activity that MJ has been wanting to do
since she saw the show Departures.
Today, we're going to go look for Kim Jong Un.
MJ is excited!
Yes! Because we're going to go see the Demilitarized Zone between North Korea and South Korea.
And to come here, you have to hop on a tour.
That's why we partnered with Panmunjom Travel Centre
who's going to show us around
all day long!
Alright, we have to put you in context.
The tour lasted all day.
We left at 8:30AM and got back at 4:30PM.
Throughout the day, we had the chance to check out a few museums,
watch a few movies,
all of which to explain to us the political situation between those two countries.
Now, just in case you've been living under a rock,
North and South Korea don't get along at all.
They've actually been at War for the past 60 years.
And yes, they're still at War, but they're no longer fighting on the battlefields.
They signed, many years ago, an agreement, something we call an armistice.
When they signed this agreement
they created the DMZ, the Demilitarized Zone,
which is an area that measures 4km wide,
that seperates both countries
and where the political leader can meet and hopefully come to a political agreement to officially end the War.
So because it's a military zone, we had to put the cameras away from time to time
because you're not allowed to film in some spots.
But it's fully understandable. I didn't feel like going to prison. What about you?
Me neither.
On our bus, in our tour, there was a lady who was a North Korean refugee
who we couldn't film for security reasons.
She told us her story and explained that
it could be dangerous for her or even her family who still lives there
if the North Korean Government found out she was living in South Korea.
So for us, the biggest highlight of the day, we couldn't film either.
We had to put the cameras away.
Basically it was the visit of the 3rd tunnel.
Let me explain: North Korea dug 4 (or more) tunnels
between North and South Korea
to invade and attack South Korea.
Long story short, South Korea figured it out
and found those 4 tunnels.
Basically, the 3rd tunnel is accessible for people who want to visit it.
That being said, you can't visit the entire tunnel.
Out of the full 1.6km, you can only visit 265 meters. Why?
Because at the end of that 265 meters they built a wall so that no one from either side could go through.
So we took this little train, it looks like mini roller coaster,
and went down a tunnel. When we got to the bottom,
we could walk all the way up to that wall.
At the wall there's a little whole in which you can see the other side.
Yeah and it's very narrow! When you're going down, it's about 2 meters wide,
the walls are like right there
and you have to wear a helmet. And when you're walking, the ceiling is pretty low.
I'm not very tall and I still had to crouch down.
- Really? - Yes, I banged my head 2-3 times.
...so that's what the helmets are for.
So the coolest thing about this tour is that,
yes you're visiting museums, yes you're visiting historic spots,
but it's not all History. It's also the present.
Usually when we visit museums, it's to learn about things that happened many many years ago,
but here, we're still writing this story.
We're writing History man!
You never know. Maybe in a years time,
there won't be a DMZ.
There might even be a train that travels between both countries.
It might be one nation.
Actually, that's the ultimate dream. They hope for Korea to be one nation
and not 2 distinct countries.
It's pretty cool because there are two spots where we stopped where we could see
North Korea.
We could use big binoculars
and we could see people working, farmers,
and people walking.
They were there
but it's as if it was two separate worlds.
It's pretty unbelievable.
You can also visit the JSA
which really is at the border. It's like a little office
where the leaders meet to talk.
And because there's been big talks between both countries recently,
(they even shook hands and everything)
and the USA have something to do with it,
they closed the access to tourists.
So we couldn't go at this time of year. At this time of History!
No one has control. The government decides.
It just proves that this is real stuff. It's not just a small cute activity.
It's going on for real so we couldn't go. That's what it is.
So if you're interested in this tour, we'll put a link to the companies website
we dealt with in the description below
so you can book your tour.
Go see the border of North and South Korea!
Now obviously, this is not an activity that is full of adrenaline.
It's not La Ronde, it's not Wonderland, it's not Disney World, it's not rafting.
This is what I call museum-hopping.
It's very cultural.
But to me, it's something you have to do if you come to South Korea.
It's super close to Seoul,
it's about an hour, hour and a half drive,
it's super accessible and very easy to book a tour
so it's definitely worth doing!
If you have questions, don't hesitate to send us a message
either on Facebook or Instagram
or leave a comment below
and it'll be a pleasure to answer your questions.
That being said, it's time for us to leave South Korea!
It went by pretty fast.
10 days.
But very nice.
Alright, we'll see you next time, ciao! Cya!
So MJ?
Hey Alex! - Did you see Kim?
I didn't see Kim. But we can see very far away.
I saw his flag.
There's a big flag far back. It's red.
We can also see South Korea's flag. It's white.
We're very close!
You can see the building zone with all the meetings.
The building zone with all the meetings?

AC Milan's Alessio Romagnoli might just be the missing piece of the puzzle for Liverpool ● News #LFC - Duration: 2:10.The AC Milan defender would be an excellent addition to the Liverpool squad.
Many expect Liverpool to mount a sustained push for the Premier League title next season,
and Jürgen Klopp has already strengthened his squad in a bid to close the gap on Manchester
City.
More work still needs to be done at Anfield, however, especially in the defensive department,
and the addition of another top class centre-back will surely still feature highly on Klopp's
agenda.
With this in mind, the Reds should consider a move for AC Milan centre-back Alessio Romagnoli,
who could be available for £52.7 million this summer, according to Italian media outlet
Calcio Mercato.
The 23-year-old is one of the continent's best young defenders, and the left-footed
Italian would be the ideal central defensive partner for Virgil Van Dijk at Anfield.
Romagnoli plays with a certain type of maturity that defies his tender years, and possesses
an excellent understanding of how to defend - as most Italians do.
Standing at 6ft 2in tall, the AC Milan ace is also strong in the air.
He has the total package, and potential to become one of the best defenders in Europe
Whilst £52.7 million seems like a lot of money at first glance, in the grand scheme
of things it actually represents good value, and it could be the signing that transforms
Liverpool into real title contenders next season.
Romagnoli is already incredibly experienced, and if Klopp manages to bring him to Anfield
next season, the rest of the Premier League will surely be casting envious eyes over the
Anfield club's summer transfer business.

"Sydney on a budget" by Natalia from Australia – EF Guest Vlog - Duration: 6:50.Hey guys! I'm Natalia and I am from the channel HeyImNatalia.
Today, I'm going to be guest vlogging on EF's channel
to tell you all about the things you can do on a budget while you are in Sydney.
I've been living in Sydney for the past two years and I've definitely picked up on some things to do
to make your money go a little bit further while you're traveling through Sydney.
I put together a little list of things to do here while you are here studying,
whether it's the best coffee, the best restaurant or the best free things to do.
I've got you. It's all good.
Let's get started with your Sydney adventure.
The first thing you're going to see when land in Sydney is the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
It is absolutely massive. It's the center of the city
and there are millions of people who come to visit that bridge every single year.
One thing you can do while you're here is the Sydney Harbour Bridge climb.
It gives you panoramic views of the entire city and it's amazing.
I've done it myself two times, but it can get very expensive.
Something I have learned since living in Sydney is that
there is a thing called the Pylon Lookout.
The pylons are the four corners of the bridge which you can go inside of
and get, pretty much, three-quarters of the same view that you would get
if you were on top of the bridge, but for a fraction of the price.
You save so much money, but you still get almost the same view.
Something Sydney is very famous for is Bondi Beach.
I'm sure you've heard of it. There's a TV show about it
and it can get really crowded.
I definitely recommend you check out Bondi Beach for the atmosphere and culture,
but if you take just a 15 to 20 minute walk to the right,
you'll find some pretty incredible beaches.
There's a walk along the coastline called the Bondi to Coogee Walk.
It's absolutely free
and you get amazing Instragram photos as you walk down to the coastline.
It's incredible.
Some of my favourite beaches are in that direction,
which leads me to my favourite swimming spot, Gordon's Bay.
Gordon's Bay is absolutely beautiful.
If you just look into #gordonsbay on Instragram, you'll see why.
The waters are so blue on a sunny day.
There are rocks around the edges where you can set up for the day.
Put up some speakers, take some friends and have some drinks.
Hang out there. It's really cool in summertime.
I definitely recommend picking a smaller beach alongside there
as opposed to Bondi Beach where it can get absolutely crazy.
If you guys are looking for a bit of a different view of Sydney
that not a lot of people know about, get off at Milson's Point station,
which is on the other side of the harbour bridge from the city.
There is a place called Wendy's Secret Garden.
It's a cute little garden that's well maintained for the visitors that come in.
It almost feels like you're not in the middle of this massive city.
There's so much greenery. There are water fountains in there.
You can set up a picnic with a view of the Harbour Bridge.
It is definitely awesome.
Not a lot of people know about Wendy's Secret Garden,
so you guys know more than a lot of people who actually live in Sydney.
Definitely check that out. I do recommend it.
Sydney's transport is super well connected.
You've got trains, ferries, light rail, busses and anything that you need.
Getting from A to B is super easy and
I recommend that you download Trip View to use on your phone.
There is a trial version that costs nothing at all,
which you can use to show you how to get from A to B.
Or, you can buy the full version,
which means you can save all the frequent trips you do,
so you can see when your next train's coming and it makes your life so easy.
If you guys get off at Central Station,
you'll see that half of it is the original structure.
It's got high ceilings. It's beautiful. There's coffee there and everything you need.
A short walk or train ride away is Town Hall Station.
I think it's a 10-minute walk - nothing at all.
Right by there is a little coffee place, which I definitely recommend.
It's called Skittle Lane.
It's kind of hidden off the main street, but it's cute and esthetically pleasing and
if you're all about Instagram photos, you want esthetically pleasing coffee places,
and this is the one for you.
Right by that in the gallery is my favourite Japanese place of all time,
If you ever ask me where I want to go for dinner,
I can guarantee you it will be this Japanese place.
It's called Ichi Ban Boshi. They always have the best ramen.
I freaking love it. I'm obsessed!
It's also really budget friendly if you're going out with friends
because you can get a main meal plus sides and a drink for about 20 dollars,
maybe even less, depending on how much you buy.
I definitely recommend checking that out. They are so good and oh ….
I could go for some ramen right now.
If you guys enjoy free things because, when the heck do you get free things?
When they come around, it's the best thing ever.
Make sure you google the "What's on in Sydney?" guide
because they often post free events, which is pretty cool.
Last Valentine's Day, I took my partner to one of these events and it was super cute.
It cost us nothing at all and we did nice little hand crafts.
It was a nice different Valentine's Day.
There are free activities around. You just have to go looking for them
and that is definitely one of the places to look.
Before choosing where to go out during the day,
I think about whether it's budget-friendly, but also whether it's Instragram worthy.
Because if you went there and didn't take a photo, did you actually go?
I know you are going to be sending cute photos back to your friends and family,
so let's make them the best we can.
Head down to the Grounds of Alexandria where they have the cutest little cafés
and the way they serve everything is so cute. It's old country style, all fresh, ….. so good.
They have really good coffee there.
There's a petting zoo and markets there on the weekend and it is just so adorable.
While you're walking through there, it's lush with greenery and flowers.
You can get Instagram photos for free. It won't cost you anything.
There's no entry fee into the grounds.
Of course, if you want food and things like that, it costs money,
but the initial view is free.
Another place you can walk in for free, cute photos is Luna Park.
Luna Park is, again, over the bridge at Milson's Point Station.
You can walk in there free of charge, check out the candy floss,
walk through, see the rides and get cute photos in front of the carousel.
Then, if you decide that you want to go on the rides,
go on the roller coaster or the Rotor, which is terrifying.
You can buy a ticket there. It's not completely budget friendly,
but the initial walk-in and getting cute photos are.
If you're looking for a cute outing for the weekend,
I recommend checking out the markets around Sydney.
Some of my favourites are Marickville and Glebe.
Marickville is more for fresh produce. You get all the freshest vegetables.
There are puppies running around, you get fresh coffee … It's really good.
Glebe is also really cool because
they sell more handmade goods, clothing, and things like that.
So, it depends on your vibe,
whether you're more into fresh produce or finding stuff, where you will go.
There are so many markets throughout Sydney, but I recommend you check these out.
It is a cultural experience in itself. There's live music, people are hanging out
and having a good time,
I recommend it on a summer or spring day when it's nice and sunny out.
Last, but not least, I'm going to tell you where I get my clothes on the cheap.
Now, when I say cheap, I don't mean that they're low quality.
I mean it's brand clothing, but at half the price.
Around Sydney, there are a whole bunch of places called outlets
where they sell clothes for half the price
or 75% off of what they were originally sold for in stores before.
There's a DFO, which is a little bit harder to get to,
or you can go to Birkenhead Point, which is a ferry ride away from the harbour.
There are so many stores there.
They'll have a Lee or Cotton On store set up
and there will be discounted prices - completely and utterly.
You can get much more for your money if you shop at these outlets.
That's a way to save money on things that you need
so you can spend more money on things that you want, like traveling.
Those are some of my top tips for coming to Sydney and saving money
while still seeing and doing everything.
If you guys enjoyed this video, be sure to give it a like and subscribe to EF's channel.
So many guest vloggers come on here
and talk about the cities that you may visit, study or work in. Who knows?
These videos are super helpful,
so I recommend that you subscribe and stick around for more content.
Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you guys later. Bye, guys!

June 5, 2018 | Tuesdays With Terry | Orphan's Promise - Duration: 1:27.Hi everybody! I know that if you have children...grandchildren... you're probably
experiencing what we are school is out and that's a hooray but, if your
household is like our household summer is just as busy and you know what? It's
like that for the kids we serve around the world too. Because when school is out,
we send them to camp, but it's camp with a purpose. Camp with intention. In these
camps during the summertime they still need food, they're still going through
some academic rigors, they're having fun of course, but all of the things that are
a necessary part of camp for your child and mine are also necessary for the
children that we serve around the world. The biggest thing that we do with them
in the summertime is to reiterate the the understanding of who Jesus is in
their lives and to teach them more about his purpose and intention for them. Will
you help us make camp in the summer something special for the children that
we serve around the world? We need your help to do that and so I'm asking you
today to not forget - because it's summertime - that the children that we
serve have needs all year long, but we thank you so much for all you do to help
us bring life into their circumstances. And that's our intention as they go to
camp this summer. So thank you! Thank you, thank you for not forgetting the kids
served by Orphan's Promise!

Bulgarians in Serbia - Duration: 15:33.Can I take pictures? - Sure you can, picture everything.
And who spent the night here? Ekzarh.. <comes from the Ancient Greek exarchos, and designates holders of various historical offices, some of them being political or military and others being ecclesiastical> - Stefan.
This is the house of a king. You can enter. - Without shoes? - Without shoes, don't take them off.
Come in. Here you have a lot to picture. - Yes, indeed.
See, so much to picture. - A lot of history. Vasil Levski.. Stefan Stambolov..
And when did you arrive here? - Today, from Sofia. - Ah, from Sofia..
Letter to Levski.. - Record that, it's beautiful.
From whom is this knife? - It's my grandfather's. From during the war. - For sure more than a hundred years old, right? - More, certainly more.
Maybe it's written from what time.. Here I have a little store for clothes.
This is interesting. A lot of clothes! Are they for ladies? - I also have some for men.
Even for you, see how nice? I'll put on the coffee in a bit. This will match with your eyes.
Do you have souvenirs of Bosilegrad? - I have another house where my sons live, maybe they do. I worked in Germany and built them a house. This is the old house, which we renovated, now we live here.
I have two sons and four grandchildren. - Super. - My sons are from '73 and '74. One studied economics, the other is a teacher. One in Sofia, one in Niš.
I'm happy to hear that. - Kitten, kitten..
You have a beautiful house. - Husband: Where are you? - Lady: We have a guest!
Good afternoon! - This is my husband. Where did you say you're from? England? - The Netherlands.
My name is Dimitar. Nice to meet you. - He came to take pictures so I invited him for coffee.
I'm picturing the history of this place, if you're fine with that. - Of course. Picture everything.
This is the Lukov March. In Sofia. - This is at Sveta Nedelya Square, right? - Yes, from there we walked to the house of General Lukov.
Do you want black coffee like him or instant coffee? - Yes, like him.. So what can I tell you, I'm a nationalist but in the constructive sense of the word.
Do you understand me? - Yes, I understand.
See where you've come. The most Bulgarian house in Bosilegrad. - Maybe even the most Bulgarian house in Serbia. - You could say that, yes!
I'm so happy you're here. - I saw him walking down the street and then he came up here..
And this is Ohrid. - Yes, it is. The smaller church, not the biggest one.
And I'll picture some more here. - Sure.
Let me just tell you what's going on here. This is my father's wedding in '44.
And this is my wedding. This was in the Tsar's Bulgaria. See? More gentlemanly and better quality of this picture. Even the material.
Here we were at a match in Sofia. This is my father. He passed away that evening.
You look good in the pictures. - We're not very photogenic. My wife is though.
At least you look happy. - How happy, I don't personally know. - Happy family-wise! We have children, we have everything.
Speaking of politics, I'm not happy at all. Absolutely not. It's tragic.
How much sugar to put? - No sugar.
So nice that you're here.
The kid said he was filming, so I said come in..
If he wants to spend the night, that's fine. He says he'll go to Vranje later. No sugar for you as well? - Just a little.
Everything about Bulgaria. Also Brăila, Romania, and Moldova. There are Bulgarians there as well, right?
We went there twice. There are many Bulgarians. - In Comrat, right? - In Comrat, Chisinau, Taraclia, where was Tatyana again? Taraclia.
We went there as guests. Very beautiful.
Interesting house, right? - This house is a hundred and thirty years old. Ekzarh Stefan spent the night here. In this room. Did you read the sign on the wall outside?
This is a king's house. - You sleep here, right? And there's the little store. - Yes, we sleep here.
It's fantastic that Ekzarh Stefan slept here. - You can look inside, kid. This is our bedroom and this is where he slept.
Alright, welcome at our table. - Let's have coffee.
<At Vasil Levski statue in Bosilegrad, maintained by Mr. Dimitar himself> He cites Levski - One who falls when fighting for freedom, doesn't die.
Isn't it the second of June today? Referring to the date of death of the Bulgarian poet and revolutionary Hristo Botev).
Yes, it is. I put this sign this morning.
So it's a very historical day, right? - Yes, however..
<Going to the Sveta Troitsa Church in Izvor village, near the Bulgarian border> From what year is the church? - From 1834.
Are there other churches as large in Bulgaria? - There's one in Bansko. Only there.
Almost similar in size. Just that there it's better maintained. Bansko is, well.. - Wealthier. - Yes, that's right.
So who maintains this church? You? - No, we just uncovered tiles and bricks. Then after the renovation, the workers filled the grass with rubble. We then took four vans filled with rubble from there. We cleaned it all up.
For such a big structure, a lot of funds are needed, right? Such as for the roof? - Not just that, the roof is there. But inside, the.. - Murals? - Yes, indeed.
This bridge is from Ottoman times. - Nobody can pass with a large bus now. - We'll get back later to picture it.
Buses can't come here because of this stupid guardrail. <The way it's constructed, inside the curve>
Good afternoon. Nadezhda? You're always here, aren't you? The boy wants to see the church. Are you coming? - Sure.
Get out of the way, doggie.
That's a very big key. - Take it, film it.
This was a school, it's now decaying. This was the center of the region, this village was here before Bosilegrad was.
Is this from bad weather? - No! From carelessness, nobody wants to..
This is the very old school of Kiril.. - How old is it? A hundred and fifty years? - Maybe more.
It was one of the first schools. - There not many buildings like this anymore. - That's the bell. - And this is without any renovation, right? - It has never been touched even.
And that's a semantron, right? - Yes.
Do you want to open it? - Sure, just film it. - Turn the key right and pull the door towards you.
I don't want to break it. - You won't. Turn it right and pull it towards you. - Better you try, you're stronger.
Done. - That's how to do it.
<Lady talking on the phone>
Cheers. You're very welcome, come again. - Cheers to your family. Cheers to Bulgaria.
Cheers to Bulgaria and the Netherlands. Cheers to all. Let it be peace in the world. That's the most important. I hate wars.
Welcome and come again. - I forgot the knives. - Please, enjoy the food.

Zāna Interview | Singer Talks "Call Ya," How She Got Started & More - Duration: 4:25.I called my I guess genre gypsy pop basically because gypsy is like free and
you know just like free-spirited and I like to like bring different elements
from different genres into my music my overall sound image thing
sultry confident strong vulnerable and exotic so I actually didn't want to be a
singer when I was younger I wanted to be like a visual artist like painter or a
sculptor and then singing came along and I was like oh I want to learn sing and I
didn't like want to do it for anyone else but myself like I didn't want to
perform or anything and then the teacher was like oh you should be like in our
performances in the summer so I performed that one and then I was like
this is kind of cool but of course I wanted to like throw up before I go
onstage so that was pretty scary but like after I got through it I was like
yeah this is cool I could do this
there was like Arabic musics my dad is Lebanese and then we had like Croatian
like former Yugoslavia and stuff because my mom is Serbian Croatian the Fugees
especially like Lauryn Hill you'd be 40 Gypsy Kings we love Gypsy
Kings yeah yeah I really like Lauryn Hill
right now probably edge here I'm like obsessed with that sharing like after I
heard kiss me and basically all the songs on that album but especially like
kiss me I love that song I wanted to listen to all of his music like over and
over and over again I think I listened to that album like 10 times in a row and
I never do that so that was pretty crazy I feel like just getting out there like
I was super nervous I said like terrible stage right yeah so I just kind of like
push myself and I do that every time I perform so it gets easier every time and
I think just like putting yourself out there it's gonna help a lot also like
the biggest things like practice your craft like whatever that is if it's
songwriting or if it's singing or playing any instrument or anything like
that you just have to like make sure that you're on it and constantly working
at it there's some days that I'm like really antsy about it and I feel like I
need to write a song like for no reason so then I'll just like sit down and
write an entire song in like 20 minutes then there's other days where like I'm
kind of like upset about something or something's on my mind but I don't
really know what it is that's upsetting me or bothering me so I'll just sit for
like a while and like play guitar and then eventually start writing and I
won't even really know what the songs about and to like way later but yeah I
take inspiration from like everything pretty much when I was younger I used to
write like I used to read a lot and like watch a bunch of movies in seven I used
to write like as if I was the characters like whatever they were going through so
yeah cuz I wasn't really going through much when I was in like middle school or
high school so
Amy Winehouse for sure doll Sam Smith Nina Simone Lauryn Hill ub40 I love them
to Gypsy Kings like I said before yeah
yeah so I wrote call you like about a year and some months ago it was about me
and like my ex and just our relationship and like what was happening because when
we started out everything was so good and like I don't know it was like really
nice and then all of a sudden it just like took a turn for like just the
complete opposite and I'd reach a point where I wasn't even like sad or like
upset about anymore I was just kind of like what's going on so that's the whole
like a lot of questions for you but yeah it was just kind of like a confusing
time and I felt like I just needed to write about it and kind of close that
chapter

There's dogs in my university? - Tour of Victoria University - Duration: 4:26.Hello!
Today I decided
to record a video
which took me
forever to start recording
and to be honest I don't know why
Anyways, today I'll show you guys the university I've been attending
I'm telling you it took me forever to record this video mostly because
today is my last day of classes
Is the last day I'll go to
the uni, at least for classes
since I'll keep attending the uni
and the library to study for my finals
I decided it was a good day
to show you my university
and the library
But I do have to say something
From where I live, that's the student housing
the campus is just across the street
it's super close
and it's the main reason why I'm living here
But it's only one of the campuses
I believe my uni has 5 campuses
here in Melbourne
I know there's three in the city
One is here
And I think there's another one
in a southern suburb
I don't remember
Actually, there are 8 campuses
There are more campuses, this isn't the only one
but all the classes I'm taking I
have them here
So, this is the only campus I'll be showing you
It's the only one I've been attending
for classes this semester, and last semester as well
I also wanna show you I got a new tripod
because the other one I had
makes the videos look extremely shaky
It looks awful how it shakes
So, I got this amazing tripod
in hopes for the new videos not to look too shaky
The building you see over there is the university
I have to leave now
I believe I have a class in 10 minutes
So, I'll show you now how it looks from the street
That's my teacher lol
Look, at the university we have a store of goodies
Something really cool from here is
that there's always something happening
here in the...
courtyard? I don't know how to call it but look
It was a Filipino party
I'm back home
Because I have three free hours
I came home after going to the store
and as you can see I bought my hoodie
I saw it at the store and I thought
I should buy it, it looks nice
And, I also came home to cook something
It's only rice
I thought, I have three free hours so
I might as well go home and use that time to cook something
real quick, and then I'll go back for my last class
which is at 3pm
I'm on my way back homeee
So, I'm here at
I'm so cold, it was freezing outside
I'm back in my building
My day is finally over
at 6pm
The next day
Something I really like about this library is
that when there are final exams
they do activities
so that you can de-stress yourself
they have puzzles
and they also have things for coloring
But the best thing the uni brings during finals are...
I'm really happy I got the chance to study here for one whole year!

You can see my passion about jewelry.
My mother and my grandmother, they had
a historical atelier, in Venice, of historical costumes.
I studies culture for 10 years
at the University of Arts in Venice.
I really love making jewelry and today it's
my work and my passion.
Initially, I didn't want to buy anything. Then on the way here
I lost one of my cat ears, but luckily I
found something identical here. I've bought
several things from his shop and am a happy
returning customer. As you see, I have found what I was
looking for, so I'm happy that my outfit is complete again.
On top of that, I bought a very cute t-shirt for my daughter.
There is an inexhaustible amount of designs
and ideas present here, that people are selling, clothes,
ways to compile your outfits.
It's nice to see so many stalls offering so much handmade
self-developed ideas, that have matured into great products.
It's nice to watch, there's a great variety, many creative people.
We have amazing stall neighbours here,
who helped us set up and who'll help us pack up later.
We help each other out, have fun together
have a glass of wine together and everything
just fits, there's a great community here in this tent.
Every person harbours many different facets and
you're free to live it openly
and to give people an impression of yourself.
Every year, I look forward to this weekend
and it's simply amazing.
The crowd is really nice, it's like a giant family
and that's why it's so much fun being here.

I watched you sleeping in the morning
Kinda creepy to do, I know
Your mom was shouting and the phone rang
As the light, started shining through
They asked me why I like you, asking why I f**k with you
I told them that you're crazy but I think I'm crazy too
They asked me why I like you, asking why I f**k with you
They'll never never never understand what's with me and you
Can't break, can't break, can't break me down
If I'm falling, I'm just falling on you
Can't break, can't break, can't break us now
If you're falling, then I'm falling with you, side by side
If I am dreaming in the morning
It's about you, it's you for sure
You said I'm safer under your wings
Keep me here, and I grow with you
They asked me why I like you, asking why I f**k with you
I told them that you're crazy but I think I'm crazy too
They asked me why I like you, asking why I f**k with you
They'll never never never understand what's with me and you
Can't break, can't break, can't break me down
If I'm falling, I'm just falling on you
Can't break, can't break, can't break us now
If you're falling, then I'm falling with you, side by side
I watched you sleeping in the morning

Uterine Lining Too Thin But Multiple Mature Follicles | Help Me, Doc! - Duration: 9:02.lining is 5.9 which I'm surprised I thought it would be more it was five on
my four-day scan how are you today is Tuesday May 22nd yesterday happy
birthday munchkin if you are new here welcome consider hitting that subscribe
button let's hang out a while if you are
returning what's up Fertility Fam? today's scan day I'm going down to the re gonna get my
mid-cycle scan on and known donor is headed down with me well we'll meet there we
both kind of sign IUI and IVF paperwork and it's either sign it in
front of a witness there or you take it to a notary and just so we keep
everything confidential we decided to do it there a notary it's like one more
witness right so yeah we're gonna go I'm not sure he'll stay for the scan with me
or not we'll see it's up to him but he's getting up and headed down at 8 a.m. so
might as well right I hope you guys are well I missed you guys I didn't vlog on
Saturday Sunday or Monday took a little bit of a break
I'm thought I should rest going into this next part of this cycle so I'm sure
you guys understand but I did miss you I enjoyed chatting with a lot of you
ladies online I love it when you guys leave me comment so it helps me still
feel connected even when a new video is not up so let me know how you're doing
down below I love talking to you guys so yeah I'm gonna get dressed put on
some makeup and head on down and see what the scan holds in store for us how
many follicles how's that lining let's let's hope for at least eight millimeter
lining and at least a one 18 millimeter follicle.Alright, talk to you guys in a bit
hi fam hurts I've made it here and it's a little after 8 and apparently whoever left before that's the room alarm. Let me investigate, I'll be right back. Ok that was an alarm I'm assuming whoever was in
here last time left before it went off when I was in here before they sent like
10 minutes I guess they want you in and out of the room and when you do I
usually won't you out at a certain time the other place that used to just knock
on the door I guess here they just give you a timer all right so the doctor just
left there is on the right side there's less than 10 so it's not gonna be ready
by ovulation and on the left ovary there are two one is 17 millimeters and one is
18 the lining is 5.9 which I'm surprised I
thought it would be more it was five on my four-day scan so but she seemed not
worried usually they want it to be eight before they'll trigger you so we'll see
she said they're gonna call later and they also want blood work again today
which the other place we didn't do the mid-cycle scan so I guess they're
gonna look at my estrogen and see where that is all right so no sir jet she says
I'm not quite ready to ovulate so probably Friday I'm guessing but we'll
see
we're out of here it's about 8:45 right now but I'm not in
good spirits I'm trying to stay positive and it's it's getting difficult I didn't
know what to expect I guess after I got the five point nine lining and I talked
to the nurse before I left and I talked to the doctor she called me they're
gonna give me the labelled dots to wear so I was meant to get it yesterday it
got called him late to the pharmacy so pharmacy did not have it in order
they're gonna have it at 11 o'clock today which is that Wednesday and
they're gonna happen at 11 o'clock I'll wear it and then I go back on Thursday
for another scan on the bright side I do feel like this re is more hands-on and
like more specific to what's happening with my body I don't know if you guys
remember but in my fourth I do aisle and get over here my lining was not thick
enough and they just said oh one two days it should be fine and they didn't
check me again which so we don't actually know if my lining was good or
not on that for thorne we just know it didn't work right so I
do like the fact that this is more tailored she is going to she's giving me
something for I'm going to acupuncture tonight and we're gonna check it again
she also told me to take OB Ches they did test my luteinizing hormone gastrin
a LH and confirmed that I wasn't ovulating that day but she did want me
to check it because she said if I start I'll be like then I need to come in the
next day with known donor and they'll do the into the nation so which is
interesting because normally LP K means like it's 24 hours away right so it
sounds like they wanted to it in front of ovulation not as close to the old
clinic would do it 36 hours after trigger so that was like they were
timing it really really close to an ovulation it sounds like this place
wants to get in front of it which makes sense because it's fresh sperm so it
will live longer than those in sperm I think wasn't one of those 12 hours so
anywhere yeah there's I did talk to my doctor again yesterday
she called me it looks like I heard you're worried about the lining and
here's what we can do here are your options what would you like to do it's I
said what do you recommend and she said I recommend that you put that we take
the matches and that you also keep your acupuncture so it's good in that respect
I just wish the nurse would call me back sooner because the doctor was surprised
she was like oh I already gave the nurse oh I wish I would talk to her yet I was
like no it's interesting to to have known donor in there because he went
through the exam with me because we had developed the paperwork with the consent
forms and he was like who was that doctor that you saw and I was like god
she was the one doing rounds he was like was her doctor there that day I was like
yeah it's Tuesday and she's there on Tuesdays but that's a thing you always
like are introducing yourself to someone and then they've got a stick in your
vagina like two minutes later just an interesting part of this hopefully it
was good for him to see that makes it a little less like awkward what he has to
do or maybe not but just understanding sort of I don't know if I want to say
indignities but just the better maybe it has some dignities strangers in your
vagina the things we're doing for our babies right let's get those babies
ladies um yeah I'm gonna try to cheer myself up I'm gonna take a shower and
then start Wednesday as well vlog okay peace leave drinking was
probably not the right way to go about of it but that's what I did last night I
mean I had a big dinner um not feeling well I don't know if you could hear
congested I was whistling in my sleep yeah I'm gonna try to cheer with
something it's hard it's hard I fully expected to have like eight millimeter
lining at least one phone call I've got two so that's good news right yeah it's
it's hard to prepare yourself for this ride and I think the more I can let go
of expectations the better that's easier said than done baby does to you to make

Hack Linkedin ProFinder - Get Business From LinkedIn - Duration: 3:45.Would you -- a freelancer or consultant -- like to hack LinkedIn's ProFinder? Would
you like to get into the inbox of your key prospects BEFORE everybody else? Some
people even use this hack to avoid the monthly fee that LinkedIn charges,
although I'm not necessarily advocating that. It's a pretty powerful hack...
Even if LinkedIn ProFinder is really working for you, you might want to use
this technique on key prospects. Social media lead generation to get YOU more
leads, more business. If you're unfamiliar with LinkedIn ProFinder, it is
LinkedIn's freelance marketplace, where freelance pros can get business and
where businesses can get their projects done. While I've heard about this hack
from others, Josh Hoffman has a really good video explaining the steps. I'm
going to summarize it here and link to it at the end of the video. There are 2
key steps that Josh advocates for standing out to clients. Let's dive into
those. The first step is to find the prospect's email once you get a promising
proposal through ProFinder, copy the title of the requester, the headline that
describes that person, paste that text into LinkedIn search to find them.
Then see if they display their email under their contact information. If you
can't get it there, put their name and business into Google and search check
out their company's About or Team page to see if the person's email is listed.
Or find anyone's email from the company and use the email format to guess the
requestors business email. The point is to get the email into the inboxes of the
requester before others, even if that person does not respond to you on ProFinder.
Step number 2 is to build trust by SHOWING what you can do for the
prospect. You want to create a proposal, Josh says, that not only tells but also
shows what you can deliver. It also shows that you deliver what the person wants.
Maybe provide a sample blog post, a sample design, and industry tip, anything
that demonstrates your skills. Since Josh is a graphic designer,
he creates a "digital marketing prospectus" which you can see at minute
4:46 in his video. He uses templates from the online graphics
platform Canva and customizes them for clients. He also attempts to provide
social proof, showing the success that others have had with his work product.
Finally he outlines his goals so that they match what the client desires.
I want to thank Josh for this excellent, step-by-step video. I'm putting a
link to the video -- a clickable link -- in the upper right-hand corner here and
also in the description below. If you liked this video, I'd sure appreciate a
thumbs up. If you want more social media lead generation tips to get YOU
more leads and more business, be sure to subscribe to this channel so that you
don't miss an episode! I publish a new video every Tuesday! Thanks for listening!

Set a Big Goal - Overlap #4 - Duration: 25:53.hey it's sean mccabe welcome back to the overlap series I'm going through my book
overlap chapter by chapter we're a few in here this is the book OverlapBook.com
you can find the e-book you can find the audio book all the other
formats but I thought why not also have a video book and that's not exactly
where I'm going through reading the book on video although I am referring to the
book so I'm kind of thinking if I were to sit down with you in person at a
coffee shop and just talk about the things I talked about in my book how
would I share it with you what would we talk about and that's essentially this
series here so we're on part four chapter number four which today is set a
big goal now this whole series obviously these are a little bit longer videos
than your typical five seven minute YouTube videos so I understand that it's
not always convenient to watch long form on video which is why we also make this
series available as a podcast seanwes tv is available to listen on the go
whether you're at the gym running cleaning the house you know whatever you
can listen to these as well so you don't have to be on YouTube necessarily that's
seanwes.tv/podcast you can find a link in the description as well
so let's get into it let's pick up where we left off last week so last week we
talked about auditing your passions so first finding your passion we talked
about pursuit how you can only pursue one thing at a time and you have to
focus you need to pick one thing and go and it's okay if it's not the perfect
thing because it's probably not going to be the thing you do for the rest of your
life anyway so really have a little bit of pressure and pick something and go
with it now you've got all these ideas of things that you might be passionate
about but that's very different from something that you're passionate about
the act of doing so that's what we talked about with auditing finding
something that you don't just think you like doing but you have confirmed this
is something I actually enjoy doing you've spent a couple weeks to three
weeks you set aside the time to actually do this thing and see if you like it we
talked about how passion is found on the other side of resistance no matter what
you do even if you think you like doing it you're going to encounter
distance it's when you see it you see it through that resistance that you know
this is something that I'm passionate about so that's where we left off
now hopefully you have your thing at least that's where we're at in this
process so today we're talking about setting a big goal now why a big goal
because most people don't set goals that are big enough in fact one of the most
common regrets of successful people is setting goals too low and then
accomplishing them it's it's just you know it's disappointing it's like I
could have I could have strived for more so we're talking about sending a big
goal today and I want to kind of you know wipe the slate clean and help you
envision a space you know create a space for yourself to project forward a vision
just imagine you have whatever money you want you can just name a figure and that
amount of money is in your bank just remove all of the limitations so we're
gonna fast forward 5 10 15 20 years into the future I want you to project a
vision of the life that you want spare no expense what does this life look like
what are you doing on a day to day basis where do you live all of these things I
want you to come up with a clear vision and I want you to really think about
this I'm gonna have you do an exercise here before we continue and this
exercise what you do what you write down from this exercise is something we're
going to use next week so it's not optional you need to do this it's very
important we're gonna build off of this this is this is for very good reason so
I'm gonna give you some prompts here some questions to think about if you can
have anything you want if your life can look like whatever you want then what is
your perfect life what is the life you want to have what
is your health like where are you living what car do you own if that matters to
you right what does your ideal day look like what is your ideal day look like
how much money are you making what are your goals at that point do you still
have goals you know what are your ambitions going
when you have the life you want to have so here's the exercise I want you to
create a new note this can be on your computer can be on your phone it could
be a physical piece of paper it doesn't matter but I want you to create a new
note and write today's date at the top whenever you're watching this not when
the video comes out not when you're listening to this but well yeah whenever
you're listening to this even if it's far in the future whatever today's date
is write that at the top now here's the kicker I want you to list all the goals
that you have now at this point you might be resistant I have a lot of
people they don't do this exercise and I keep coming back to it like hey we meet
we're gonna use this next week we're gonna use what you wrote and we're gonna
work from it so you need to write it out but they they're like oh you know you
said write all the goals that you have and that would be just be way too many
it's actually not I want you to write all of the goals that you have and be
specific and here's the thing it's gonna be a lot fewer than you think it's
really easy to convince yourself that you have so many goals and ambitions
because it's just really nebulous in your head but you haven't ever really
stopped to sit down and think and write and articulate them and when you do this
you'll realize you actually have far fewer goals than you thought you haven't
ever written them down so I want you to write them down I want you to be
specific we're gonna do something with this next week so I would encourage you
to do this now hit pause go write out a list just write down goals until you
can't think of any more goals that you have keep writing
when you do that feel free to come back so III know you probably won't you
probably won't do this because most people don't do it but again at least
I'm telling you we are gonna use this next week so I really hope you do this
exercise write out a list of all the goals that you have and be specific so
again the list is going to be shorter than you think I want you to consider
everything you would accomplish if you had no limitations so don't just write
this down like what could you know what can I do within my current situation I
mean no limitations if you didn't have limitations like bill
to pay or you know anything like that if you didn't live where you you currently
live if you feel like that's restricting you no limitations what would you
accomplish what matters to you what are you striving towards what is
your aim what is your purpose what is your passion write down a list of those
goals so we're gonna come back to that next week I really want you to do that
before we go on if you're going to dream dream big so when I was a kid I always
wanted to have a Lamborghini I just thought that was the coolest car I had
little toy Lamborghini cars and I was like I want to own a Lamborghini and
then when I grew up a little bit you know got to be a teenager high school I
lowered that goal I lowered it within the constraints of my current reality
well I can't can't get a Lamborghini so what else could I do I said okay I'll
get a Mustang but I was very specific about the car that I wanted I said it
needed to have fewer than 80 85,000 miles it needed to be under $5,000 I
wanted it to be red I wanted it to be a stick shift manual transmission I had
all this criteria and I spent a really long time working over the summer saving
up money actually for a few summers and you know I passed up a lot of Mustangs
you know I was looking at the classifieds looking online at car
listings and I'm just looking for the specific car that I wanted
III wasn't gonna settle specific car that I wanted many many months pass by
but finally I found it it had 81 thousand miles it was listed
four or five thousand dollars it was a red Mustang and it was a standard
transmission and I ended up getting it for around $3,500 because I had it
inspected and they said you know the clutch is about to go out and the owner
just volunteered to lower the price the amount that the clutch would cost which
was just awesome and so what it showed me is you know
when I put my mind to it and I say this is what I'm going to accomplish I was
able to do it but what I realized a little bit later on was you know what
I lowered my original goal and I accomplished it and it was you know felt
okay it was like yeah I accomplished my goal but it was like now what you know I
I didn't set my sights very high you know a few thousand dollars for a
Mustang I came back to that dream of you know as a kid I wanted to own a
Lamborghini maybe you've got a silly dream something you think that's just
you know that's just that's just a childhood dream I thought I would own my
own Island or something you know that you now think is silly but I want you to
revisit that I want you to go back to that maybe it's not exactly that maybe
maybe it's not verbatim what you wanted when you were a little kid but there's
something there there's there's a seed of something there and I want you to go
back to that I want you to to revisit that I wrote myself a letter when I was
21 I wrote myself a letter I was making not much more than $1,000 a month just
barely getting by very little money and so you know I I wanted I had just gotten
married by the way and you know I said it's kind of a struggle right now I'm
trying to get these businesses going it's not super easy fortunately my wife
was on board she said you know I'm gonna struggle with you we're gonna do this
together but you know not making a lot of money right eating ramen noodles
we had a couch that we borrowed from someone and then they moved and they
needed it and so we were sitting on the floor and our mattress was on the ground
you know we're just eating cheap barely getting by but like we we were happy
you know we had each other and it it wasn't a big deal right but um I I
wasn't satisfied so I was happy but I wasn't satisfied I wanted to not just
get by and so I wrote myself a letter and this letter said I want a job that
pays $3,000 plus a month playing music either either playing music or doing
computer work that I love and at the end of this letter I said I have my new job
I've got it and I actually just sent this to myself in an email I still have
the email saved I had a little label called star
and I just kind of like start it and like put it aside and I said you know
I've got my new job I've got it I didn't know what that would be I didn't know
what kind of job this would be like but it felt like I was really reaching for
the stars like this was as big as I could think you know even the little
plus symbol at the end of the three thousand dollars a month there's like
three thousand dollars plus you know like really stretching myself and you
know looking back on that it's like okay well that's you know I I now make way
more than that but at the time that felt really really
big I was stretching myself as far as I could go and how long do you think it
was before I reached that goal you think it was a few months six months twelve
months well two years later it hit me I was looking at my bank and and because I
was working for myself I didn't immediately know how much I was making
per month like someone with a normal job and a normal paycheck would know because
it's just on their paycheck I kind of had to add up revenue from different
sources and when I did that I realized I had passed three thousand dollars in the
last month and that was a really big moment for me like when I when I first
wrote that goal I was just shooting for the stars like if there's within any
realm of possibility maybe I could possibly someday achieve this it was
just the biggest thing for me but it for me when I set the goal when I wrote the
letter to myself it didn't matter the amount of time it took to get there it
was it was just I'm gonna get there right no matter what I'm gonna do what
it takes I'm gonna work to get there and the important thing was that I'd already
accomplished the goal in my mind but before I got there two years before I
already accomplished the goal in my mind it was just a matter of reality aligning
with my mindset like this is already happening this is already something I
have accomplished now we're just waiting for the rest of the world the rest
of reality to align with that vision and I'm just gonna work until I get there
that was the mindset that I had and where you're at now is a result of the
goals you set prior to this day and the steps you took to achieve them so if
you're not where you want to be look back a few years and ask yourself what
you were doing what were you doing a few years ago what were the steps you were
taking what was your mindset what were the goals that you have and if you're
not where you want to be now I guarantee you when you look back a few years you
weren't taking the steps towards where you want to be you you didn't have that
vision you weren't showing up every day and taking the action so where you'll be
at five years from now is going to be as a result of the goals you set today and
the steps you take to achieve those goals so that's why I want you to set a
big goal I don't want you to set a small goal and then accomplished it you know
like like I did with the Mustang right I lowered my goal I lowered the goal
within the constraints of my current reality that is not the realm within
which you should dream your current reality is not where you should dream
that's that's already within your grasp it's not stretching you it's not causing
you to push beyond where you already are so that's that's why I say dream big
stead a really big goal and we're gonna do something next week with the list of
goals that you wrote out today but we're gonna save a little bit of that I set
what felt like a really big revenue goal for me at the time and then a couple
years later you know just just smashed that right so I've since adjusted things
I've since since set bigger goals but I wanted to share this this quote from
Bill Gates he's quoted as saying most people overestimate what they can do in
one year and underestimate what they can do in ten years so you think you can get
a lot more done than you can in a year and you really jam-pack it
but something happens after one year like most of us can't think beyond a
year like okay yeah there's next year and then everything else after that like
it's we we don't really visualize it right but especially if you're heading
in the right direction you're taking consistent steps those compound you know
if you get 1% better every day I am putting myself on the spot now I don't
remember the math someone can leave a comment and tell me at the end of the
year it's some 4 figure percentage improvement that you have it's not just
like 1% plus 1% it compounds right so if you're taking small steps in the right
direction those steps compound which is why you you really cannot imagine what
you can accomplish in 10 years you will underestimate what you can accomplish in
10 years so that's why your goal should be something that feels unreasonable
right now it should feel unreasonable it should make you uncomfortable right now
where you are first for some of you maybe the the two
years that it took me to reach what I thought was a big goal at the time you
might think well two years is a really long time and that just it just depends
on your perspective it's really not a long time in the grand scheme of things
certainly it not in the picture of human history but neither in in the picture of
your life your life is really long two years this is a small price to pay
showing up every day for two years it's a small price to pay for getting where
you want to go it's it's even six years even ten years is not a long time if you
have the right perspective everything everything about your current situation
can be totally different in six years literally everything I mean it's it's
amazing how different your life can be in a matter of a few years if you set a
goal for yourself you give yourself a purpose and an aim and a drive and an
ambition and a passion and you take a step towards that every single day your
life can look completely different so if you're not happy with your current
situation you can change that you can be a different person you can live in a
different place you can accomplish more it's just a matter of setting a big goal
you've got to get around people where that type of thing is not weird cuz yeah
you are gonna have people around you who ridicule you for setting a big goal
that's ridiculous that's unrealistic okay well maybe it is unrealistic but do
you want realistic results would you rather have realistic results or
unrealistic results I mean if you want to see different results from other
people then you're going to need to think differently than them
you can't think the same way as them at if you want to see different results
that's what I'm trying to say so one of the reasons we underestimate
what we can accomplish is because we think in limited units so we we think in
in terms of linear growth like okay if I do one pushup every day at the end of
the year I'll do 365 push-ups you know we just we add things linearly and the
units within which we think are determined by our current reality so
when we when we think and plan and rhenium and project based on the units
of our current reality we're only able to come up with linear results and your
current reality whatever units you think in are they're making you dream small
they're making you think small right like what's the most money you've ever
made on a single job what's the most money you've ever held in your hand you
know what's what's the what's the biggest product order you've ever had
you know what's the most salary you've ever made what's the most you've been
paid on a monthly basis you know those things are units maybe for you you think
in units of $100 like if something $600 you're like wow that's six of one of the
unit's I think in that's a lot but if you think in thousand-dollar units it's
like 600 that's less than one you know that's less than 1,000 because whatever
unit you think in and we think in different units but generally you're
gonna gravitate towards a particular unit is it that is something that you
have become accustomed to something you've you've become familiar with right
like for me when I had as many I had like eight and eight full-time employees
at one time and our payroll was tens of thousands of dollars a month
it was huge and so the unit I thought in at that time was ten thousand dollars
like all right we need another 10 grand like that that was just how I thought
how can we get another 10 grand let's get another 10 grand admittedly I'm not
to the point where I think in a hundred thousand dollar units right but maybe
you're not to the point where you thinking $10,000 maybe you're at $1,000
maybe you're at $100 but if you think of the unit as a sugar cube like a single
sugar cube that's a unit to you well some people stack together four of
those sugar cubes and they make an even bigger one and that's what they think of
and then other people stack a bunch of those together into you know a 10 by 10
like tray of sugar cubes and other people have 10 trays stacked on each
other and make a mega sugar cube and none of people think of a hundred of
those stacked on a pallet and other people think of numbers of pallets on
barges and other people think in number of barges right it's just or then ports
for the barges it's just its units right eventually when you systematize
something when you when you acclimate to something when you make something that
was previously big feel like your new normal you normalize what's big to you
then you're able to think of it as a unit and when you can think in bigger
units that's when you start to get that that cascading kind of exponential
effect or growth so when you set bigger goals that are outside your comfort zone
outside the constraints of your current reality it's going to feel uncomfortable
but it's going to push you it's gonna push you outside your comfort zone
outside of your boundaries so that these bigger units become normalized to you so
you are able to think in bigger units and therefore you're able to set bigger
and bigger goals what feels like an insane goal a huge massive unrealistic
goal to you maybe something that Elon Musk would scoff at right like he's
talking about being an interplanetary species like he is thinking on a
different level he is thinking in bigger units so point of this is say that you
have so much more inside of you than you realize your potential is far beyond
what you've tapped into you haven't even begun to reach your potential what
you're capable of it's because you haven't pushed yourself
enough you haven't strived towards something bigger you've been comfortable
you've been complacent within the constraints of your current reality
you've become familiar with the unis that you think in every time you know if
you're not making as much as you want to make per month you're thinking in terms
of those units if it's $3,000 a month and you're just trying to get that maybe
you're thinking in $1,000 units or $100 units like ah I'm making 2500 I really
need 3,000 to get by I want to get to 4,000 you know that's the constraints of
your current reality whereas for someone else that's just a rounding error for
someone who's like I got to pay eight employees salaries we need another 10
grand it's like you know 1,500 bucks 1,200 bucks that's nothing right it's
it's inconsequential so what is it that's going to get you to that next
level it's for now it's starting with setting a big goal if it feels
comfortable to you the goal isn't big enough set a goal that makes you feel
uncomfortable and stress yourself so when it feels just outside your reach
like I don't think I could achieve that I don't think I could accomplish that
that means you're on the right track so some key takeaways when you dream big
other people will call you impractical but you can't think like everyone else
if you want to experience different results from them so you can't think
like them what is hanging around with them and talking with them all of the
time going to do it's gonna keep you in that reality it's gonna keep you
constrained you're gonna have to change that you're
gonna have to change your environment you're gonna have to change your friends
you're gonna have to change the company you keep the content you consume the
messages you listen to the books you read the videos you watch the podcasts
you listen to all of that stuff the communities you're a part of the group's
you're a part of the the meetings you go to the friends you hang out that has to
change it's got to change people will try to talk you down from
your big goal that's going to happen expect it to happen now decide not to
care about what they think in fact that's the title
of the next chapter we're gonna get to that next week finally don't
underestimate what you can accomplish in ten years you tend to overestimate what
you can accomplish in one year but forget that you underestimate what you
can accomplish in ten years I don't want you to underestimate that so set a goal
that makes you feel uncomfortable set a big goal all right so that's gonna do it

With Slidestorms you have to be sure - Marcus Tandler - Speak with Persuasion - Duration: 1:24.It needs a lot of rehearsal. Because with slidestorms it has to go like this *klik *klik *klik
If it doesn't go like this, it just doesn't work right. So it's
extremely important that I know exactly what I'm going to say. I mean it's not
like exactly, I don't have to like rehearse the exact words. But I need to
be really sure where certain things are. For example, when I talk about a patent,
I'II show a patent and I need to nail it in one sentence what it does. Because
often times you have this feeling like: "oh did I really get it across the right way?"
"Did I explain it right? I'm just gonna say it again but in different words." And
in this case it doesn't go like this (*klik) anymore, yeah people are just going to
turn off
