what's up everyone that's Adrienne welcome back to my channel and welcome

to today's video it's summer or at least it's almost summer I don't know if

you're out of school if you're even in school or if you're working or what I

don't know what I'm saying besides it's basically summer and I'm so excited I

always know it's summer because I walk into my house and I start sweating

however now that I moved to actually have air conditioning so I don't need to

sweat all the time so now that it's summer I really just

feel like it is a time that everyone wants to get in shape I know I do you

probably do as well so in today's video I'm showing you guys a lot of workouts

that I like to do at home so no gym no equipment necessary that target your abs

your booty and your full body perfect for bikini season I hate even saying

that that's so dumb but basically I've taken my favorite workouts and laid out

for you guys into kind of a two week plan that is on this printable PDF sheet

so if you want to get your hands on this PDF you need to follow me on instagram

and DM me saying that you want it and I will send it to you so I'm gonna show

you guys all the workouts don't even worry but this is just a nice convenient

way to remember what the workouts are and then you can look back at the video

for reference to like see how to do them and then I wrote down day 1 through 14

like what I think you should do on each of those days so we got the full body we

got the seven-minute butt and we got the seven-minute and now of course you guys

I do need to say I am NOT a physical therapist I'm not a doctor I'm not a

trainer I'm not a nutritionist I am in no way certified to be giving you this

advice so like do it at your own risk but these are just workouts that I've

been loving to do recently especially when I come home from a long day or I'm

super tired I don't feel like going to the gym and I want like a more lazy

workout but I still want to see really good results so this is just what I've

been doing and I highly recommend you to do it itself you want to start seeing

some results in as early as two weeks I also recommend continuing these

workouts beyond just the two weeks of course like in order to really really

get in shape the way you probably want to like two weeks is not enough time

let's be honest you can't actually like shed every ounce of fat on your body in

two weeks like that's ridiculous but this is definitely a really good start

so I recommend continuing to do this I also posted a video recently showing you

guys all of my favorite workout and fitness apps on my iPhone so if you guys

want to check that out click the I up here or the link down below and also you

guys again this is just my recommendation mostly for like beginners

starting out so please feel free to like add more reps to these than what I

or like do multiple of them on each day like you can seriously challenge

yourself alright you guys let's get into the workouts

You have to be careful when cleaning the bathroom. with bleach?

This is a problem because it can also bleach clothing or carpets.

Not only that, but you also run the risk of choking.

And if I tell you that you can reduce the number of times you have to clean that

dirty bathroom

And if I tell you that you can still leave the toilet shining, clean and free

of bacteria?

You do not have to worry about blemishes or with suffocation.

It is possible, with only one household product which has been used in cleaning for centuries - vinegar.

Use the white vinegar once for a cleaning general use, and regular use in the toilet,

significantly reduce the time spent on cleaning.

It also puts an end to some of the concerns you may have when using bleach

and other aggressive industrial chemicals.

And, yes, it kills bacteria.

Studies have proven that acid in vinegar kills the bacteria, breaking the outer membrane

bacteria and releasing protons that cause the death of the cell.

And in addition, white vinegar is also safe for the environment.

All you need is one liter of vinegar white, an empty spray bottle and some

other common cleaning items.

To start, pour half a liter of white vinegar in the toilet.

Then fill the empty spray bottle with a little vinegar.

Start the cleaning process by cleaning the outside the toilet with the vinegar of the

spray bottle.

Then get some toilet paper and dip it with vinegar.

Make small balls of toilet paper and place them under the edge of the toilet.

Leave it for a few minutes.

Now pour a little of the vinegar in the pot and rub with a toilet brush.

Make sure that you have scrubbed the places where you put the toilet paper balls.

Finally, wash the bathroom.

Initial cleaning is done.

If you put vinegar in the toilet regularly, it will stay cleaner and

more time.

Try and take bleach from the bathroom without sacrificing its cleanliness.

BREAKING: Obama Traitor Has Been CONVICTED – Could Spend LIFE In Prison.

As American citizens, we all depend on those who work in the federal and state government

to do their jobs, do it well, and do it legally.

After all, they are working on behalf of all Americans and their salaries are paid by the

almighty American taxpayer.

However, doing the right thing is not always the case especially when those people work

and live in Washington, D.C..

Especially when they worked under the Obama administration.

Which is exactly why this new development regarding the illegal activities of a former

Obama staffer will not shock you one bit.

The New York Post reported,

"A former CIA officer was convicted Friday on charges he spied for China by providing

top secret information in exchange for $25,000.

Kevin Mallory, 61, of Leesburg, faces up to life in prison, although federal sentences

are often less than the maximum.

A sentencing hearing is scheduled for Sept. 21.

Mallory was charged under the Espionage Act last year after he was discovered with more

than $16,000 in undeclared cash on a return flight from Shanghai.

Prosecutors said he was desperate for cash and transmitted classified information to

a Chinese handler.

His acts were far from isolated as China actively tries to gather classified U.S. information,

federal prosecutors said immediately after his espionage conviction.

"The People's Republic of China has made a sophisticated and concerted effort to steal

our nation's secrets," Assistant Attorney General Demers said.

"Today's conviction demonstrates that we remain vigilant against this threat and

hold accountable all those who put the United States at risk through espionage."

Public defender Geremy Kamens, an attorney for Mallory, declined to comment.

Mallory's trial at the federal courthouse in Alexandria, Virginia, offered a rare glimpse

into the world of espionage.

Most cases end in plea deals because the government is concerned about exposing secrets, while

defendants are worried about potentially stiff sentences.

Defense lawyers said Mallory provided no information of consequence.

They said he pursued legitimate work as a consultant and reported his suspicions that

the Chinese were trying to solicit secrets to his old contacts at the CIA.

The spycraft, as laid out by prosecutors, was hardly reminiscent of James Bond.

The Chinese gave Mallory a Samsung cellphone for covert communication that was activated

with the password "password."

The phone, with a variation of an app called WeChat, was supposed to delete text conversations

Mallory had with his Chinese handler.

But when Mallory gave the phone to FBI agents investigating his conduct, the phone mistakenly

provided long histories of text chats.

In one text, Mallory wrote "your object is to gain information, and my object is to

be paid."

The Chinese handler responded, "my current object is to make sure your security and to

try to reimburse you."

In other texts, the Chinese handler complains that the information Mallory provides is vague.

Eventually, the handler becomes concerned that his contacts with Mallory may be exposed

and he tells Mallory to stop sending documents and texts.

Exactly what Mallory may have provided remains somewhat unclear.

Prosecutors said they are certain Mallory used the phone to send two documents, and

he may have sent more or handed off more in person during two trips to China.

The information he did provide was top secret and touched on human assets, prosecutors said.

But defense lawyers said nothing Mallory provided is the kind of sensitive information that

relates to the national defense to trigger a violation of the espionage law.

The bulk of it, they argued, was publicly available information.

During the trial, though, lawyers referred to the documents in generic terms, and portions

of documents were redacted.

Jurors were given more detailed information.

In all, prosecutors said Mallory received $25,000.

By comparison, former U.S. intelligence officer Ron Hansen is facing charges in Washington

state that allege Chinese intelligence paid him up to $800,000.

Mallory's trial occurred in the U.S. court's Eastern District of Virginia, which is home

to the CIA and Pentagon and often plays host to national security and espionage cases.

The last espionage-related trial in the Alexandria came in 2009.

Pentagon official James Fondren was convicted and sentenced to three years in prison for

charges involving espionage and making false statements to the FBI."

The Central Intelligence Agency is the premier federal government agency when it comes to

homeland security, national security, and intelligence.

For there to be a leak in their is a concerning issue of the highest level.

These are the people who are tasked with protecting our country from foreign bad actors.

Now we know that one of those bad actors was working from within.

Which begs the question of how many more people are in our government working against us?

It truly speaks to someone's character and integrity their willingness to sell their

own people out, especially for such little money.

While a bribe in the millions might be understandable, but still wrong, the low-level nature of the

compensation he received raises real concerns.

Given that this happened under the Obama administration and his actions went largely unpunished it

raises concerns over what other illicit activity took place that otherwise has gone undetected

and off the radar.

Why is it that under the Trump administration we are hearing about this but under the Obama

administration it went largely unrecognized?

Magic Stamping with Ghost Ink and Rinea + Giveaway - Fathers Day Masculine Card - Duration: 12:35.

Hi and welcome to hedgehog Hollow today I'm back with Rinea and we showing you

another card idea using their wonderful foil papers and their ghost ink I'll

post the first video I did for them up in that top right hand corner so you can

see that as well but today we are we creating a Father's Day card so it

really has to be some of their foils to try and I'm ultimately giving away a

some foils and things on the blog so do hop on over linked in the description

below we'll be giving some of those foils away as well but they certainly

use some of their packs I'll be showing you how special this is so this is a

magical variety pack so it has stars and it has kind of plane pieces in as well

so and that comes in the gold with the Stars and plane and then black with

stars and plane and then the red with stars and plane as well then I also have

the peacock variety pack that does the same to the stars are the same color

both sides so you can see here how that's got kind of that starry texture

to it and then the plane has the gold on the back as the ones we'll be using and

then you've got the purple the green and the blue in here I absolutely love all

of these this is the black piece that we're going to be using today so this is

like foil with gold on the reverse side this is the fuchsia with gold and then

so it's gold on the reverse side which speaks to the packaging and then there's

fuchsia on the top and you can see that this is what we made in the previous

video with some panels like this as well so this is the black that we're going to

be using today and with it I'm going to be using my Tim Holtz travel platform

which is a perfect card-making size and I'm going to be using the Tim Holtz

inventor 2 stamps as I absolutely lovely so these are the red rubber stamp so to

use me in my platform I'm going to lift this panel out so the top comes out I'm

going to pop that back in and I've got rubber facing up because these are

red rubber stamp and absolutely love these I think for men they're amazing

my husband's an engineer to H H and so it's perfect to have something like this

that has this kind of patent designs and things on I think they're really great

fun on here so I'm gonna just hold my paper down with my magnets and we're

going to stump this out this way here another one yeah so position your stamp

where if you'd like to stamp it on your foil then we're going to ink it up with

the Hriniak ghost ink and you want to have some paper towel or some tissues to

hand so I've got some of those next to me as well and so I'm going to ink up my

stamp and it looks like a very pale white ink when you apply it to your

stamp and then I'm going to just flip this over press down firmly okay back up

and I'm just going to add another layer on some of the details in that light and

I thought this would look at its equal with the kind of the silver of the light

showing through

and there's another lovely set there's inventor one as well which has a

typewriter and things on it which I have as well the news going to wait just a

short while for this ink tap so you have a silver foil that has this black

coating on and this ghost ink is going to remove the black coating from the

areas that we've stamped out so it's going to look fab I'm going to clean

that off in just a second I'm gonna remove this out I do have my foil in the

top of these guides so if I need you to pop it back in and we stamp I could do

that easily but these stamps are amazing I haven't needed to do that so far so

I'm just going to leave this for 10-15 seconds so I actually ended up Reese

stamping mine on this and I tried to kind of buff it off and it wasn't

budging at all it seems that the black seems a little bit longer and I just had

a quick chat with friend they're really responsive it's amazing service there

and the black you have to leave a little bit longer so what I did was a patch

test on this end just kind of on the edge of my ink pad and I can still reuse

this area because it hasn't taken any of that ink off of it so what you'll notice

is that the ink goes from that kind of milky white that we had on our stamp and

it really takes on the color of whatever you put down so then you can just take

your towel and we're going to start cleaning off some of this pigment so you

can see here now you do have to put a little bit of elbow grease in but a

piece of kitchen towel works perfectly so whilst the water doesn't help you and

get any of that ink off what I have noticed is it makes my paper towel glide

over my piece much much easier so I'm going to finish just buffing this piece

up

so I thought I would share with you I'm trying here to find things that make my

life a little bit easier and what I found was if I just take a little bit of

alcohol blending solution onto my paper towel and then put it over these areas

you can see how easily this is stuffing up particularly on the black you don't

want to do it too hard because it will take it off in other areas as well but

it also gives it this wonderful halo effect too so you can see here I've got

that beautiful effect so just a little bit of bending solution and a light

touch will be is another way you can do it seems to be on the black it's just a

little harder I assume the pigments a little bit thicker to get that black on

there and then if you get any on your work surface so I'm not working on my

matter or anything because I've been doing some other projects you can see

that just pop some blending solution down and it all just cleans straight off

so it's super simple to create this beautiful area I should also caution you

so I got this wonderful halo effect here but if you keep rubbing too hard with

that blending solution you are going to rub off pigment in other areas so I kind

of did it on certain areas for a distressed look but if you are just

wanting to remove that image just pop a little bit on to there and then just

wipe it across very lightly and you could see how easy that works you can

also take the elbow grease method of course I'm just using my regular

guillotine here nothing special to cut it with won't harm your guillotine

anyway and you get that nice clean cut so this is the atonic Tim Holtz trimmer

here and this is great as you can fit sheet weight in half by 11 through this

which is perfect for us card makers so I'm also gonna just do a little bit more

on this side so and then I'm going to be used some matting layers of course so

I'm going to you first of all let's just measure what we're up to on this one so

it's three and a quarter that I've trimmed it down to by currently we're at

five and three-eighths roundabout I'm going to take this down just a little

bit more I'm going to take off I think this top piece time a bit I'm going to

take this down to five inches because that worked perfectly with my matting

layers so matting wise I have a piece here of the tonic Gold palter - satin

gold which I really really like I find that this is one of my favorite ways to

Matt's I'm cutting it down to three and three quarters and just over five inches

so this is a slightly different size that I would normally work with

I may even trim that down a little bit more but we'll start there then I'm

going to grab my black and create traditional matting layer which is four

inches by I'm gonna just smidge over five times so this is a layer yes

so to stick it down I'm just gonna use my regular funky tape adhesive on here

don't need anything special you just can see you're a beautiful gold layer on the

back as well that you can use I'm just gonna trim this up so it's nice and even

so then we're going to pop that onto your black and we can decide how we want

to do that I think so this is kind of how I make cards as I just put things on

see how they look so on and so on so I'm going to do the same on the black and

then just trim the black down we've got really nice kind of border around that

and then we're gonna stick that on to our card fronts this half a piece of

Neenah solar white that I've scored at five and a half already so I'm going to

just this panel is a little bit heavier because the extra layers so put that

extra piece of tape down and so I always map the layers on my card down flat

because it's kind of less bouncy I find that you'll get a much better effect

like that and then of course your sentiment you can choose whatever works

for you and I grabbed out this metal of cups and I grabbed out this and all

about dad stamp set from my favorite things and so I need to use one of these

and let's have a look some really gorgeous sentiments on here as well so

I'm going to start the sentiment and inside

develop gorgeous France you could use this for a masculine birthday you could

use it for Father's Day all sorts of lovely occasions that you could use it

on you could also stamp something in here you could use lettering across and

I mean I did stamp this piece out as well but just decided to let the card

kind of sing at this here so I hope you enjoyed today's tutorial don't forget to

The scribes who had come from Jerusalem said,

he is possessed by Beelzebul

and by the prince of demons, he drives out demons.

Summoning them, he began to speak to them in parables.

How can Satan drive out Satan?

If a kingdom is divided against itself,

that kingdom cannot stand.

And if a house is divided against itself,

that house will not be able to stand.

And if Satan has risen up against himself

and is divided, he cannot stand.

That is the end of him.

But no one can enter a strong man's house to plunder

his property unless he first ties up the strong man,

then he can plunder the house.

Amen, I say to you.

All sins and all blasphemies that people utter

will be forgiven them.

But whoever blasphemes against the Holy Spirit

will never have forgiveness, but is guilty

of an everlasting sin.

For they had said, he has an unclean spirit.

His mother and his brothers arrived.

Standing outside, they sent word to him and called him.

A crowd seated around him told him,

your mother and your brothers and your sisters

are outside asking for you.

But he said to them in reply,

who are my mother and my brothers?

And looking around at those seated in the circle,

he said, here are my mother and my brothers.

For whoever does the will of God

is my brother and sister and mother.

The gospel of the Lord.

- [All] Praise to you, Lord Jesus Christ.

- The first reading, we hear about original sin.

Okay, the original sin was human beings

not listening to the voice of God.

God told them not to eat of that tree

of the knowledge of good and evil in the center

of the garden, and yet, they did.

And not only did they

not listen to the word of God,

they allowed themselves to be tricked

and then started to blame everybody else.

Okay, nobody likes to admit when they've done wrong.

So when the Lord asked Adam why did you eat,

what did he say?

The woman tricked me into it.

Then he goes to the woman, all right?

Why did you trick him into it?

Well, the serpent is the one who tricked me.

I mean, so it goes on and on.

And that continues to this very day, huh?

But for those who listen to the word of God

and do something about it, they will allow the Lord

to take root into their hearts.

So by our baptism, we were freed from that original sin.

But we still fall into sin, huh?

But God never tires of being forgiving.

God is the one who is always there, always giving us,

and it said there, whoever blasphemes against

the Holy Spirit will never have forgiveness,

but is guilty of the everlasting sin.

That blasphemy against the Holy Spirit are the ones

who are even saying to Jesus, he's got an unclean spirit.

All right, they're blaming him.

He's the prince of demons, he drives out demons

because he's a demon himself.

We hear that and we say how ridiculous, right?

But as people of faith, we then are called

to be in the inner circle.

It said in the scriptures today, Jesus looking around

at those seated in the circle,

those joined around him, and he said,

here are my mother and brothers and sisters.

For whoever does the will of God is my brother

and sister and mother.

Right, not physical family relations.

He's talking about the spiritual bond

that is created by those who listen to the word of God.

So as Adam and Eve in that original sin did not

listen to the word of God, we are called then

to be such faithful disciples.

To listen to the word of God.

And when we do listen to the word of God,

when we act on it, when we live in his love,

the result is good.

The result is unity, the result is support,

the result is the kingdom of God

being made present in the here and now

by his love shining through all of us.

So let us continue then to remain in the circle,

not allow us to be separated from that circle

of God's love, because when we do that,

we, when we are faithful to the Lord,

we are his mother, his brothers, and his sisters.

Together we profess our faith using the Apostles' Creed.

- [All] I believe in God the Father Almighty,

creator of Heaven and Earth, and in Jesus Christ,

his only Son, our Lord, who was conceived

by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary,

suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified,

died, and was buried.

He descended into Hell.

On the third day, he rose again from the dead.

He ascended into Heaven and is seated

at the right hand of God the Father Almighty.

From there he will come to judge the living and the dead.

I believe in the Holy Spirit,

the holy catholic church, the communion of saints,

the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body,

and life everlasting, amen.

- Trusting that God is attentive to the cries

of his people, we now offer our prayers and petitions.

- That our church may be a family of faith

bound together by Jesus' spirit of humble service.

We pray to the Lord.
