Hey guys!

We're moving!

FINALLY omg I'm so excited!

A lot of you probably know we've been talking about wanting to move for years

for a lot of reason.

But one of the big reasons is we don't have any friends here anymore.

Our last friend who lived close to us moved away... when almost a year ago now?

I guess so, yeah.

Oh my gosh, almost a year ago now.

And we're so lonely!

Turns out having a community and friends for you to go hang out with is like really important

to your mental health, so this has been a really depressing year for us.

We've been trying to go spend more time with friends

like go visit friends, but it's really expensive to travel a lot

so it'd be great if we could live a little bit closer to people we know.

So we're finally moving!

And also we thought it's a good opportunity for us to show some

parts we don't like about this apartment.

Okay this apartment is really beautiful and that's the main reason we picked it

because we have to be here so often to edit videos and I wanted something that

makes me happy while I'm like in here all day staring at it.

So like the colors are beautiful.

I really love the white floor.

I love the blue doors.

I love the colored walls.

BUT this is kind of an old building

And if you start looking closely at things you notice some places where things aren't quite ideal.

So let us show you to our doorways!

I couldn't see your sick moves, Jun

because I didn't have enough room to show your feet.

So yeah, this thing here...

So all of the doorways to every room...

they are too low for Jun to be able to walk through.

So he has to duck going through every single doorway in our apartment.

I mean... I'm taller than normal, but still this is-

Even if I'm like average height, 175cm or something

still this is too low, I think.

When we first moved here I went to the home center

and they have these like- hey can you come here-

They have these like... safety foam corner pads

that are supposed to be for professional stuff

but I bought a bunch and then I spray painted them white to fit in with our apartment

and put them here so that Jun doesn't...

Mmmm... I think seriously though, literally I hit it more than 37

times or something over the past four years.

Although if you look here at the thickness of this concrete beam here

it's quite thick so another issue is not just running into it,

R: And there's nothing I can do to pad this. J: Ahh please don't make me remember that.

Please don't remind me of it.

So this is the door that we use to get out onto our balcony

which is where we store our trash and the cat litter and cat cage.

And it is really freaking difficult to open!

You have to open it from like a really low angle to be able to get a good grip to open it

and even then sometimes it just really does not want to open.

It... it's not great.

And also, the spot where you put your fingers is so shallow

that- well Jun's using his fingertips

but I have to put my fingers vertically

because if you use your fingertips your fingers can slip so easily because it's really shallow

that it just like rips the nails right off of your fingers

which has happened to me multiple times. It's really painful lol

It is not fun!

Our new apartment has a much better handhold so hopefully I won't have to lose nails anymore.

And I'm not sure if you can see here very well. This is single pane glass.

All of our windows and doors are single pane glass because this is just

how old buildings were in Japan. Everything was single pane glass, so as

you can imagine there's no soundproofing with this. There's no heat insulation or

cold insulation. And because the door doesn't even shut all of the way... like

none of the doors shut all of the way... like the heat just goes right out.

The cold air comes in in the winter. If you put your hand here you could just feel like

cold air vents coming in-

Aww, hey buddy.

-which is not ideal

And then also, our downstairs neighbor is a very heavy smoker.

And he smokes on his balcony or in the stairwell or literally everywhere.

J: He's made of cigarettes. R: He is.

J: He just smells like them. R: He's 90% cigarettes.

And the smoke just comes right through these cracks in these doors into our apartment

and it makes us smell like smoke and it's gross.

When we sleep, yeahhh that's an issue.

Um here, let's show you something fun in the bathroom.

So in one of the recent videos we made I showed you guys that they got the wrong

door for this apartment. It locks from the outside so you can

lock someone in the bathroom?!

We asked the realtor when we were checking this apartment

and asked if it's a mistake

and he wasn't sure, but he was like "Yeahh why is it outside?"

But yeah, so that's just how this is.

And they didn't use waterproof paint in the bathroom on the windowsill

so almost immediately after we started taking baths...

...it flakes and falls into our bathtub.

Here Jun, how about you sit on the toilet and show people how big our toilet room is.

There's no room. There's no room for tall people!

I mean it's really narrow even for someone my size.

It's not Christmas yet...

This is my job every morning.

He says that like it's a job but he's the one who bought this

and decided he was gonna do it and flip the day every day.

J: I've been! R: I didn't make this decision.

J: I've been. R: I had nothing to do with this.

I mean it's still big enough for me but it's nice if I can- *thrashes around*

Yeah, this isn't one of the worst things about this apartment.

I'm surprised that there's no screen so every time I keep this door open to freshen the air

in the summer mosquitoes keep coming in.

R: Oh yeah. J: We got this mosquito killer.

We do have a really fancy toilet, which is nice.

But there's no ventilation in here which is also not good.

If you have to go to the bathroom right after someone else sometimes it's not great.

And then the toilet paper roll,

they put it so close to the wall

that when you pull the toilet paper off your fingers like scratch the wall and

then we've ended up with like a whole bunch of little scratches on here

because you just, you can't help it.

Your hand moves in a motion toward-

J: Can you take that guy back?

Haku! C'mere buddy.

J: Also, the next day- R: Hey. Hey. Excuse me. Excuse me.

J: -I moved in and opened the door of the toilet then it just came off like that.

R: Oh yeah, the handles come off a lot. J: Yeah.

I mean, all things considered this is not one of the issues that bothers me the most.

The thing that bothers me the most about this apartment is the water pressure.

This is our kitchen sink. Here, let me turn it on for you, full blast, right now.

WOOBOI

WOOBOI THAT'SA SO MUCH WATAR

It's actually really low.

And the thing is, I don't care about the kitchen sink

R: What bothers me is- J: It bothers me in the kitchen sink.

We have the showerhead that makes like the water pressure the

strongest possible. Like we have the best showerhead for that, and it's still not

strong enough to penetrate my long frickin hair while I'm trying to shower.

So for three years I have been during the traditional

bucket and stool method of filling the bathtub with water and then dumping

it on my head with a bucket to take a shower.

It takes forever. I HATE IT.

It doesn't even get the shampoo out of my hair very well.

This is the probably the biggest issue for me.

It is such a hassle to have to take a bath with a BUCKET

every single time you wanna bathe.

So this isn't a bad apartment.

It's really beautiful and it's really really cheap, too.

We just wish we had more space. And I really want to be able to take showers again

and for Jun to not hit his head walking through doorways.

And I miss hanging out with friends. We're so lonely.

I miss our friends, yep.

This is pretty low.

For poor tall Jun.

No one expected the tall Japanese man cook.

I am gonna miss our spotlights.

We have a lot of spotlights like on this side and the other side. It's really nice.

R: When we first moved in we got LED lights for everything. J: *calling the cat* Hey baby.

They're nice and bright but also really cheap.

J: Hey Poki. R: But I'm excited.

J: Me too.

We're moving to... do you wanna guess?

Jun, do you wanna say where we're moving? I'll give you a drumroll.

☆ Somewhere in Kyushu! ☆

We're moving to Fukuoka.

Right now we're in like... mid-Japan?

Almost pretty exactly center... kinda?

...ish?

R: We're pretty central in Japan. J: Mmm yeah, we're in the middle.

And we're moving to the very southernmost main island of Kyushu.

So this is a pretty big distance for Japan.

Kyushu is kind of considered like really far away from here, yeah.

Wish me luck driving down to Kyushu...

J: Ugh... it's gonna be a long drive. R: I'll drive.

That's one of the reasons that our videos have been extra slow, even considering us

because we've been visiting all of our friends and talking to real estate agents

in their cities and trying to figure out if it would be an okay place to move to.

So we finally found a place in Fukuoka so that's where we're going.

I still have been trying to make cooking videos and I have a few coming up so.

Thank you guys for being so patient with us while we take our time making videos and moving.

We're going to film as much about the moving process as possible

over on our vlog channel Rachel & Jun Adventures.

But that won't be until a few months from now

because we have to go to America

like tomorrow.

SO.

I can't wait to do cat litter DIY.

Oh yeah (x3) Oh that's one of the things I forgot to show you guys!

But that's not about our apartment.

Yeah! Yeah it is! Because this is the size of our apartment.

This is our main litter box. Note its proximity-

R: Yeah, this is our cats' main litter box. J: Our CATS' main litter box.

and I forgot to show you MY desk.

I sit here on the corner of the couch to edit videos- hang on

I always bang my knee on this corner over here.

This is where I sit and edit videos

or play Overwatch

or watch cartoons.

I guess when people watch my videos, my cooking, I always set it around this angle.

It does look kind of wider and spacious I guess.

R: Yeah, whenever we have someone visit us- J: It's just this.

Every time we've had someone visit us they've said "Wow it looked a lot bigger in your videos."

"I thought your apartment was nicer. What is this shit?"

It's like a movie magic sort of perspective thing.

I don't know, maybe because it's white?

J: Yeah, the color does help. Yeah, the white. R: It's a lot smaller in real life.

It's an expansive color.

Anyway, super excited. Omg so excited to move!

so I thought it was masterful you know how Jesus says not only am i

commanding you do not worry but then he builds the case for why

worry doesn't work it doesn't work were any of you here years ago when I wrote a

song from this passage of Scripture it was like it was a country song and it

was called worry don't work and I think it was a hit

before its time and I went into the archives and I brought it out for today

but it's a simple song now there's not a lot to it yet I had that the verses or

the the bridge or any of that but I got the chorus it's uh it's it's called

worry don't work but the chorus says that that you should work but don't

worry work but don't worry because worry don't work you see how I flipped it

work but don't worry why cuz worry don't work now I turn to turn to

somebody next to you and uh sing up to say work but don't worry cause worry

don't work again work but don't worry cuz worry

don't work can we get that on soundcloud

cuz first I thought Jesus was saying you know don't worry like in the in the same

way that the people will say to you don't worry about it you know the people

who don't ever prepare or plan for anything and then they say don't worry

and then they need us to take care of them when they run out of money cuz they

didn't worry about it but he's not saying that at all he's saying that

worry is worthless he's saying that it's worthless he says look at the birds

you want me to be like a bird Lord I'm really sorry but that's very abstract

now don't be like a bird observe the birds so to see the birds where do you

have to look and maybe that's what Jesus is trying to get me to do in this Sermon

on the Mount is to change my line of sight and maybe the reason that I'm

worried like I'm worried I know it's I know it's a lot of deep

reasons I know that there are traumas that can affect us I know that there are

certain things that we can feed our minds but maybe at the heart of it all

it's because I'm looking on the wrong level

now I'm gonna preach this today for whoever has been has been giving

yourself ulcers Jesus said you never see a bird with ulcers because a bird flies

above stuff you don't see worried birds flying around you got Angry Birds but

not worried birds worried birds is not a game worried birds

thing cuz the worried bird knows that if I wake up and do my part there will be a

worm my father knows how to feed me and I Jesus help me with this message so

it's not that things aren't going on in my life that's not the message it's not

that I live in denial of reality that's not the message instead I know where to

look shove somebody next to you say look up cuz as long as you're looking like

this let me tell you what's gonna happen your mind is gonna spin in circles the

worry is that circular thinking it's called rumination it's when it's when

you take a thought in fact that's the actual literal translation of worry in

Matthew chapter 6 verse 25 take no thought or some translations say be not

anxious or our translation says do not worry but the thing that it has in

common is that it all starts with a thought it always starts with a thought

you being in your seat right now while I'm preaching this word started with the

thought we should go to church and then another thought came but the game is

today and then so another thought came well I'll go to the early one and then

another thought came but I gotta get the kids dressed and then another thought

came and you had to decide which one to take and then when you took the thought

the thought brought you to this place where you are one day I'm a preach a

good sermon no it helped me because my mind does

this my mind spins it's uh it's circular worry is circular have you noticed that

and this is what Jesus appeals to he says don't worry about your life don't

worry about what you're gonna eat drink which basically represents survival and

then he says don't worry about what you're gonna wear

how it's gonna look which is status got it survival and status how did he know

that 2018 we were still gonna be spinning around and around about the

same two things how did he know to preach this game-changing sermon that

would reach into our lives how did Jesus see Instagram 2,000 years ago to know

that we are still posting about the same thing that they were worried about in

Palestine we are still posting about what what we ate and what we wear it's

cyclical it's the same we're still worried about the same things and now

it's gluten-free but we are still worried about it and now it's keto but

we are still worried about it and now it's brands but we are still worried

about what diet and dress provision and position survival and status and so we

go around and around and around and around and this is how my mind works

when I get up to use the bathroom because I love diet coke and so at 3:00

in the morning when I wake up my mind starts spinning and sometimes it's in

the middle of the day and sometimes it's in the middle of a meeting and sometimes

when I'm all by myself but my mind starts spinning and worried looks like

this worry whirls around and around and around and around but it starts with a

thought it starts with a thought it starts with the thought my kid's gonna

need braces now my kids only two but one day my kids gonna need braces you see that

one right there how it's growing in crooked one day my kid's gonna need

and by that time because of inflation braces are gonna be

$473,000.223 and then then

when they get the braces they're gonna get made fun of at school and then

they're gonna get beat up and traumatized which is gonna cause them to enter into a

life of a gang to a life of gang the gang violence and then and then they're

probably out of that life of gang violence it's probably gonna lead to

drugs not only will they use drugs they're probably distribute drugs and

then I'm gonna be busted cuz when when and then when you finished all that let

me make it more real life all the other kids are are uh are a little

developmentally ahead of my kid wonder if my kids gonna be able to get in

Harvard probably not you didn't get in Harvard that's beside the point

come on man I had 1100 SAT I wouldn't go into Harvard not even

worried about it or these scenarios it starts it starts with a scenario it

starts with a situation in your life but then what worry does is it starts

you at the place of scarcity and shortage so whatever's wrong and then

you take that thought and then you start spinning and as you spin and spin around

and spin around and your mind spins around and around and around and around

and around and around I want you to notice one thing about all this spinning

that I'm doing I am ending up exactly where I started only difference is after

I'm done tossing and turning and worrying about it but not working on it

and and and not praying about it but worrying about it and calling it prayer

after all this spinning all I end up with at the end of it the only

difference between when I started and when I stopped is now I'm dizzy and I

can't see straight so now I'm going to work the next day and I'm worthless at

work because I'm drunk and dizzy from what I stayed up all night worrying

about that God was already working on oh yeah he was working on it

you know how I know the Bible says that he that keepeth thee neither slumbers

nor sleeps so God was on the night shift I should have been sleeping because

while my mind was spinning God was working

and I'm spinning spinning spinning spinning this is a very dangerous

illustration I am very worried about the possibility of ending up on YouTube

I love you enough to show you this y'all on the front row you ready in case this

turns into an accidental stage dive here I am and here you still are but I can't

see straight so Jesus says look at the flowers and I'm like the flowers

what do flowers have to do with with birds

it's about position it's about position the birds are above it and the flowers

are rooted beneath it but here's what the flowers know that you don't know

here's what the flowers have learned that I haven't learned yet Jesus said

what is it verse uh verse 28 see how the flowers of the

field grow they do not labor or so the word of the Lord for you today is stop

spinning stop spinning you are in a spin cycle right now and it's wearing you out

because you are living on the level of what you can see and feel and understand

and you are living on the level of these streams which will stress you out if you

live in them long enough but if you have a father who feeds you if you have a

father who is above you if you have a father who is the soil beneath you and

if your life is planted in his purpose

for me it's about the expression of whatever can't be expressed by the senses

Art is humanity but nature is art

Artist has the power to show personal ideas with leaving hints

But at the same time artist give free to person who watching it to think in their own perception.

Is metaphor of the life and It's proper subjectivity but with out any judgment

as you can see

she is organizing this exposition. She is an amazing artist

we came to talk with her

also to check her art. We wanted to do some questions to her

actually I already did the interview before starting

we were talking so much

I can answer the questions

i made the interview

what is your opinion about art?

art?

yes

well... I think that

we need something that help us to disconnect from our daily routine

the society is organized in a way that manipulates us

so I think that art opens doors to free you from all those things

it can connect you with beauty when you need it

it can make you think about all the systems and organizations so it makes you think

it can open a door that helps you to breath differently

I think its fundamental

do you paint for yourself or for the people?

that's a good question

I think I painted for myself in the begining

but with the years I had discovered that

the circle gets a way closer whe the other person gets the emotion that I'm trying to fix

and that's...

that's the best

yes

so I think all the artists have the need to communicate to the others

so you just don't do it for yourself. I odn't believe in that

so yeah in the begining I started painting because it was easier for me to communicate

painting more than talking. Because I was really shy when I was a child

and that was the reason why I started to paint

but now I can tell you that when I can connect with people through the painting... then I think thats the best

how did you come to Korea and why?

first time?

yes. first time

first time I came because I'm working with a gallery from LA

she is my main gallery and she is a Korean lady

it was 10 years ago that they told me to try to come for an Art Fair

I didn't expect to have such a success

but the connection with Korean people on my work was direct

and since then I have been coming for different events, exhibitions and really great projects

and do you like the culture?

I love it

you love it?

what is the best part that attract you the most from Korea?

a lot of things

and if you have to choose one which one would you choose?

I feel completely different but in another way with Spain

I think we have in common this kind of open character

I don't know if you are with me

I was about to ask you that question

what can you feel the most from Spanish culture and Korean culture?

when you get in to a restaurant or to a bar in Korea I can get really similar feeling

people laughing, relaxed, they share really easily

we were talking the other day

that they are really noisy compared to the rest of Asian people

absolutelly

I imagine always that I have a thought about Koreans it comes to me people

laughing and talking and touching eachother

a little bit like Italians or Spanish people. Maybe ... Mediterranean culture

before we asked you about the similarities about Spain and Korea

what was the most shocking for you between those two cultures?

I don't know

on my first trip... everything

but the most shocking thing I think it was the way they work

they know how to work as a team very well

everyone knows their role and what to do

and then the strong tradition that everyone keeps

many traditions that mark people, the way they live and the way they interact

which is very different compared to the Spanish way

what is the message that you want to show through paint

I would like to show emotion with the minimum

with just few sources

the minimum decoration possible

a direct emotion

and then I would like to show

truth

do you know what I mean?

not to try to hide myself in a disguise

to be more and more direct

people can be here around 1 hour and a half or even 2 hours. its a very big exposition

so I wanted to also show the concept of "HOME"

also "paint" is like a "home" for me

I would like to invite people

to forget about everyting that is outside

and spend this hour and a half walking around some other things

maybe you can discover something new

you can even feel a bit like in your own home

thats what I would want to reach

all the paints in here have a smile on their faces

almost all of them

and the ones that don't why they don't have it

what is the story behind it?

the ones that don't have a smile?

well of course my life is not always to be smiling

but I try to focus on a positive point of view

I think always even in the hardest times

you can

there is some light, some possibility of

focusing on that part

but sometimes also the contrast between

the characters, they appear not smiling or not so happy apparently

I think my paints have like different layers

you can just stay with the outside or... normally the titles are written in the most

for example in this one

well we just got a phone call and Sarah is stuck in the ditch somewhere

so we hopped in the truck Jose's driving we got a chain so we can pull her out

and we're gonna go help her out I was sound with Jose that when it

starts snowing like this I just love this time of year because it

seems like snow makes you feel like you're in a totally different world and

you look at the roads just like all covered to snow and then and then you

get stuff like this that happens like yeah there's more accidents and people

can get hurt which is not a good thing but when people are just like stuck you

know everything's fine it's just their cars stuck or something you get to go

and help them get out it's kind of a fun event in my mind because you get to I

don't know have an interaction with someone where you get to go and help

them out where normally that wouldn't happen if there wasn't snow

does that make sense yeah it's kinda it's kind of like a firefighter going to

a fire like he he enjoys when there's a fire because he gets to do what's

exciting to him and go in and help people it's not that he's excited about

that there's a fire going on like I'm not excited that Sarah stuck but I'm

excited that we get to kill out into the snow and and try to help her out I bet

It is important for health workers to share information that is useful and easily accessible to patients

In order to increase patients' knowledge and ability to make smart decisions about their health.

In Indonesia, what factors affect reproductive health?

The main problem in Indonesia today is divided into three areas.

The high and increasing rate of infectious diseases

The increasing elderly population due to demographic bonus

And the high maternal mortality, infant mortality and stunting rates

Are there any disparities among people affected by NCDs in Indonesia?

There are some disparities in Indonesia.

For example, Bangka Belitung province has a high prevalence of hypertension,

While the hypertension rate in Papua is lower.

In terms of health resources, the disparity is also significant

As health workers are not evenly distributed from Sabang to Merauke and training is still needed.

How can technology decrease the likelihood of becoming affected by non-communicable diseases?

One area is patient empowerment, where the use of digital technology is quite important.

If we look at the use of digital technology in Indonesia, there are nearly 80 million active social media users.

Therefore consumer health informatics theory is very important

Namely how technology information can be used to convey patient-oriented information.
