Introverts: 5 Reasons we're Just like Cats
Introverts are known for the cat as their pet.
Introversion is also associated with pet based on some research.
However, it is worth noting to take a personal perspective from introverts on why they like
cats.
If you watch them long enough, you will learn what they like, what they don't like, and
how they might be feeling.
You start to recognize when they're approachable and when they're not.
Cats are introverted in almost every way they approach life, because it's part of their
nature, just like it's part of introverts nature.
I think you'll be surprised to learn how much introverts are like cats, because it's
just not something you think about unless you're an introvert.
So, at least here are some reasons why introverts like cat.
#1 - Selective
Reason number one is closely related to introverted trait.
Introverts do not choose their friends randomly.
They are highly selective in choosing friends that will accompany them.
This is actually a similar trait to cats.
Cats also choose their companion selectively.
That means, they don't go around and lick someone else's shoes.
The reason for that is because cats and introverts do not want to be involved in a relationship
that exhaust them.
They only want to have relationship that last long.
Therefore, cats are just like introverts for this respect.
#2 - Simple needs
It is not too difficult to raise and take care of cats.
Introverts believe that they only need three kinds of necessities: food, love, and quiet
comfort.
Some people translate that differently because there are so many treatments that go along
with the love.
You need to cut their nails.
You need to clean their fur.
You also need to have regular medical checkup to make sure it is fine.
Obesity can pose a big problems, but introverts just like to care this cute creature.
Even without all of those treatments, cats still can live.
However, they will not look so beautiful.
That is to say, the simple needs is for simple introverts.
#3 - They prefer staying at home
This one is another reason why cats are the best for introverts.
Their energy level do not depend on how far they travel.
Basically cats are creature with low level of energy, and it does not need to be spent.
That is why cats prefer to stay at home instead, so does the introverts.
Cats are also lazy.
When we ask them to go out, they usually think twice.
They prefer coiling in the corner of the house and stay there for enjoying the cold ground.
#4 - Independent
You may notice that cats do not like work in a group.
Unlike dogs, they like solitary condition just like introverts.
Even though they sometimes walk in a group, they are quite an independent creature.
They will go separate ways more often than not especially for those domesticated cats.
You also do not have to follow them everywhere because they will be back soon enough.
Cats also do not worry when they roam around the road without you looking after them.
You frequently see and hear cats run away from their owner, and it is one of the proofs
that they are independent.
#5 - Mysteriously magical
This one is purely from the perspective of introverts valuing the cats like unique creature
that loves to travel and do weird stuffs.
Introverts like imagining things, and they always think that cats have super power that
we all do not know.
It is purely assumption, but it makes cats even more valuable than other pets.
Well, at least that's some of the reasons why introverts like cat.

Trump has previously stated that snooping through his businesses would be the red line.
And Mueller appears to have crossed it.
The Trump Organization has repeatedly denied having any business deals with Russia.
This is a blatant fishing expedition to try and scrounge up anything Mueller can use in
a report to recommend Congress impeach Trump.
And it is a way to keep the investigation going on long enough so Mueller can create
negative headlines during the midterm elections.
This would boost the Democrats chances of winning one or both houses of Congress, which
would allow them to proceed full steam ahead with impeaching the President.

- I decided that I was at a point where
I wanted to do something for myself,
and I felt comfortable enough to start out
the Atomic Armadillo Metal Fab,
or, for the people that can't spell armadillo,
a two metal fab.
I decided to start to step away from doing repairs
and custom modifications,
and start getting more to the manufacturing side.
For me, this has just kind of been my dream.
My dream has never been just to build one thing.
It's just been kinda-- wanted to have something of my own.
Something that I hope that at some point in my life
I'm able to employ my friends and family
and people that I find that have talent and can thrive.
Because for me, this is my art.
This is something that is very important to me,
It's taken a long time to get to where it is now.
It's definitely something that I don't think I'll ever stop.
I just can't.
This is my life.
I always tell people that I run solely on luck
because I've had very great opportunities as far as
being able to be employed by people that are very talented.
Anybody that wants to do this stuff,
if there's a will there's a way,
and that's kind of the way I've always looked at it.
And if I couldn't do something,
I've always tried to figure out how to do that
or how to put myself in the situation
to be able to do something like that.

this is the Toyota CH-R it's a subcompact made to transport five people, get good
fuel economy and look pretty stylish too - question is, what happens if it were a
race car with 600 horsepower?
That's what we're here to find out today.
rather than just build a show car
Toyota and partner DG spec wanted to build a race car that actually works
that goal meant a thorough reengineering of the car from racing slicks, brakes and suspension to a
replacement of the stock engine and CVT with a more durable engine and 5-speed
manual transmission both built to withstand upwards of 600 horsepower.
The low front splitter and massive rear wing can create as much as 300 pounds of
downforce so much that the team had to add bracing to the lift gate so it
wouldn't warp under the load. The interiors been stripped down to bare
metal there's a roll cage but there are no front windows. As racing prepared as a
CHR may be there's only one in existence and we aren't the only people driving it
today, so there are some warnings to preserve the lifespan of the drivetrain
the engine wasn't making full power and we were told to shift delicately and
smoothly we couldn't go full throttle in first or second gear and there would be
someone supervising us from the passenger seat and talking to us on the
radio...and we'd only get one lap
it's like my 72 Chevy c10
so I just got out of the art tuned Toyota CHR and the thing that you don't
realize about driving a car like this is it's just sensory overload
the thing doesn't have windows it's really loud inside you've got somebody
talking into your ears through your radio and there's so much to take
in at once it's kind of weird driving position you're up a little higher but
the steering doesn't have a lot of feel but it's very quick and the car is
moving very fast you know we're down a lot less in terms of horsepower versus
the 600 horsepower they say it makes in like full race kill mode they have it a
lot lower because they have a lot of people like me cycling through and they
don't want to grenade the engine but still I'm comfortable with where
it's at for my first lap here at big Willow. There's a lot of tire on that car
and a lot of braking capability on that car so it's being confident enough to
approach those limits and learning how to approach them this is a car that has
downforce so you have to learn how to trust that and know what that feels like and
it's one of the situations we have to go fast or in order to stick harder to the
ground I'm not even approaching those limits yet
they're saying this thing can do you know upwards of 150 and to turn eight
here at big willow which is an absurd amount of speed and I wasn't even
anywhere near that because it's a unique driving experience versus a traditional
car one of the things if keep in mind is I'm shifting very gingerly because this
is essentially a stock transmission it's been treated in a couple ways to make it
stronger and more durable but the skier set is almost like what you get in a
standard Scion tC so with that my shifting is not
something you just bang the gear because that's how you break the transmission
and likewise with clutch use, you have to be very smooth because they're relying
on a lot of OE hardware that can't withstand nor was not designed to
withstand 600 horsepower and you know drivers like myself cycling through it
over and over and over again. Overall a really cool experience and I hope we get
to go back out again soon

Missing Malaysia Flight Finally FOUND!
Tracked Down With BULLET HOLES In THIS Location.
On March 8, 2014, Malaysia Airline flight 370 seemingly vanished into thin air over
the Indian Ocean sparking dozens of conspiracy theories for the last four years.
The internet has been abuzz since that day as internet sleuths have done their best to
piece together the final moments of the doomed flight, but nothing has come to fruition.
For the last three years, investigators have been searching for the lost flight in one
of the most massive aviation hunts in recent history, which involved the help from China,
Australia, and Malaysia.
However, despite their efforts and the millions of dollars spent on searching for the lost
plane, investigators have come up with nothing and suspended their hunt in January of last
year.
For the families that are still searching for answers, the silence has been deafening
as they have been left to wonder what happened that tragic day.
Now, the victim's families are being offered a glimmer of hope after one man claims that
he has tracked down the missing flight, to its precise location and that is not all he
has revealed.
Since Malaysia Flight 370 went missing all those years ago, many people have claimed
that foul play was to blame.
The flight that took off from Kuala Lumpur International Airport, Malaysia, to its destination,
Beijing Capital International Airport in China seemingly vanished over the vast waters not
leaving a trace of evidence.
Then over small pieces of the plane began to wash up on islands in the Indian Ocean,
and on the African coast breathing new life into the investigation of the missing flight.
With that new information, an Australian mechanical engineer who has worked on crash investigations
for the last 25 years says he has been able to find the missing aircraft by using Google
Earth.
Peter McMahon, claims that he has spent countless hours studying images from Google Earth as
well as NASA in his effort to pinpoint the vanished aircraft.
After spending hundreds of hours examining these images, McMahon now feels that he has
been able to locate the plane which he claims is below the ocean's surface 10 miles south
of Round Island, north of Mauritius.
McMahon also goes on to say that the reason why authorities have not "found" the missing
aircraft is that it is filled with bullet holes which would cause more controversy.

The flight – carrying 239 people – vanished en route from Kuala Lumpur to Beijing on March
8, 2014, above the Indian Ocean.
Australia, China, and Malaysia ended an unsuccessful £115 million search in January 2017.
Earlier this year, Malaysia agreed to pay US firm Ocean Infinity up to £50 million
if it finds the plane before June.
Peter McMahon, an Australian mechanical engineer who claims to have worked in crash investigations
for more than 25 years, insists he has discovered the plane.
McMahon, 64, has pored through NASA and Google Maps images since the plane disappeared and
points to Round Island, north of Mauritius.
He believes the aircraft is 10 miles south of the islet, unexplored by investigators.
In one snap, the outline of what appears to be an aircraft is visible below the water's
surface.
McMahon says he sent his findings to the Australian Transport and Safety Bureau, which confirmed
it could be the missing craft.
But US officials reportedly instructed them to stick to their assigned area of the Indian
Ocean.
McMahon told Daily Star Online: "Four Americans were sent to Australia to oversee the findings
of MH370.
They have made sure that all information received has been hidden from the public, even our
government – but why?"
McMahon says authorities "do not want it found as it's full of bullet holes, finding
it will only open another inquiry"
Along with the main section, he claims to have found part of the front cabin south of
Rodrigues Island, also near Mauritius.
Ghyslain Wattrelos, who lost his wife and two children in the tragedy, also believes
the plane was shot down.
He believes Vietnam, Malaysia and Thailand could be withholding vital information.
Ghyslain said: "All the military from these countries have seen the plane if we believe
that version.
Why are they silent?
I do not know, but there are also other countries that have information like England with Inmarsat,
with Rolls-Royce, like the United States with Boeing and like the FBI who went the next
day, and took the pilot's flight simulator and never said anything to the investigators.
"Why this silence?
There is something we do not want to say in this story."
Daily Star Online has approached the Australian Government's Joint Agency Co-Ordination
Centre for comment.'
At this point, there is no telling if McMahon is telling the truth or not, but it does undoubtedly
bring a new theory to the table.
If the plane was shot down accidentally it would explain, why authorities would not investigate
this area of the potential crash site.
No one would want any more issues since this if this were the case an international bruhaha
would ensue between numerous countries.
Hopefully, that is not the case, and the plane just went down due to a malfunction and investigators
just failed to search this area of the ocean.
At this point, all any of us can do is hope that the truth will finally be revealed either
way so that the families can have peace once and for all.

have options but if we also do slash option same thing so what this is its
exactly like the old version of slash toggle where you can toggle chat and
things where you got to type it out but now you don't got to type it out anymore
all you can do is just click it like from here I still wish that they would
um add truce chat um built a truce chat thing so you can disable truce chat
because every time I log on sometimes the truce members bugged me and it
sometimes annoy me don't get this wrong I love you guys but
I just want to get on and just not be in a bad mood cuz sometimes I'm in a bad

mood that I'll actually respond to some of you but having multiple of you

in truce chat or a gang chat truce and gang chat are only for important

something new in the option here it it an animation you can now turn
off the dangle where people try to put the whole thing in front of your face
like some people do when I'm enchanting and some people do when woofless is
enchanting etc etc you can all check it out by yourself blah
there's also a thing called brag and it's there to show off your Op loot or
perhaps some nice loot you've got from a kill or anything that's currently in
your inventory right now and we do not have anything in our inventory that's
kind of cool so I don't want to really waste that in the chat maybe I can do it
in like gang see and just try it out oh okay let me try um brag
testing huh that is kind of cool oh you can click on it okay that's cool okay so
it'll be able to see my inventory on whatever I'm wearing oh oh
sadly we can't see what other people wear but if they ever actually do that
that'll be lit it'll be lit and we can probably like sneak up on them and murder
them we can murder them okay right now I'm not making any correct sound of words

that I did the meteorite hunting as I said in the last episode this episode is
about meteorite hunting we did a few of that I'm going to actually turn some of
it into a time lap and probably the ending part where we talk because
majority of the conversation is something we do not want to share or
something that's just ridiculous and had no meaning to it so yeah um let's do
what about mitredi oh you show off show off they'll all
show up we need to make a meme out of that okay so anyway we got a few quest
let's check out those quest yeah yeah yeah we're gonna go to the
Valentine here we go share the love say <3 in the chat
falling in love finish off ten meteorites, reach maximum
momentum one time, finish off twenty meteorite, finish off 50 meteorite walk ten
thousand block, die with a whitescrolls pickaxe six time I've gotten this quest
almost every week and I'm not doing it this week forget that forget no forget
it we're not gonna do that quest this week
okay maybe okay now the next one is mine two thousands, level up a satchel one time, log
on for two hours on the server, type in oof chat, kill a player who is villian, place
fifty snow block and mine 15,000 coal, eight cosmic token okay I can actually
do that that I can do that I'm gonna need to borrow somebody's coal gen can
i need to borrow somebody to coal gen so now the rest of these it's just gonna be me
doing all this on my own tinkers stuff blah blah we can actually do
somebody somebody they'll do it they little okay sorry my tongue is messing
up right now we can do some of theses later I get an enchant with 10% or less it
that's all my goodness that [IDK] with hard apply 1 million energy all at once
to a single item summon a meteor I cannot do that also we got a few things in
the [meedy?] the mystery man yo mystery man you ain't got nothing good this
week the only thing that I would actually have wanted was probably the
gold ore satchel all I do not have gold ore satchel so it's taking me forever
mine off all my gold ore yeah and it don't frickin expensive to here and it's
frickin expensive to the AH is worth over like two million
but I can buy these but I'm not gonna do that because I want to keep upgrading
our gang stuff we also got Christmas thing we didn't really complete much
quest we probably only just completed one because last week quest was very
very difficult here the lucky four 273 I'm gonna wait
for that later in me an endgame because I don't need that now that's gonna be on
my diamond pickaxe once I get it to prestige five oh my bad
how in the world does my head end up looking down after I open you oh because
I jump all the time okay yeah I jump a lot
okay the next one at the Valentine quest we completed all of this last week which
is really good we can get this and sale it for like 200 a piece two hundred
thousand a piece maybe let's check out ah deep anybody's selling any um like
the ultimate legendary maybe I can tell it ok wait what comes before ultimate
uncommon oily elite comes before - I think elite would be like a million and
then on ok so look at that four million dollars for those satchel 4
million and a diamond satchel ok so I don't think in any way um you know what
we're gonna go I'm gonna go and ask some of our gang members maybe night or
strider because those two are the only one who are mature enough not to spam me
to crap and yell at me like crazy animal no offense guys ok oh yeah ok so

Introverts: 5 Reasons we're Just like Cats
Introverts are known for the cat as their pet.
Introversion is also associated with pet based on some research.
However, it is worth noting to take a personal perspective from introverts on why they like
cats.
If you watch them long enough, you will learn what they like, what they don't like, and
how they might be feeling.
You start to recognize when they're approachable and when they're not.
Cats are introverted in almost every way they approach life, because it's part of their
nature, just like it's part of introverts nature.
I think you'll be surprised to learn how much introverts are like cats, because it's
just not something you think about unless you're an introvert.
So, at least here are some reasons why introverts like cat.
#1 - Selective
Reason number one is closely related to introverted trait.
Introverts do not choose their friends randomly.
They are highly selective in choosing friends that will accompany them.
This is actually a similar trait to cats.
Cats also choose their companion selectively.
That means, they don't go around and lick someone else's shoes.
The reason for that is because cats and introverts do not want to be involved in a relationship
that exhaust them.
They only want to have relationship that last long.
Therefore, cats are just like introverts for this respect.
#2 - Simple needs
It is not too difficult to raise and take care of cats.
Introverts believe that they only need three kinds of necessities: food, love, and quiet
comfort.
Some people translate that differently because there are so many treatments that go along
with the love.
You need to cut their nails.
You need to clean their fur.
You also need to have regular medical checkup to make sure it is fine.
Obesity can pose a big problems, but introverts just like to care this cute creature.
Even without all of those treatments, cats still can live.
However, they will not look so beautiful.
That is to say, the simple needs is for simple introverts.
#3 - They prefer staying at home
This one is another reason why cats are the best for introverts.
Their energy level do not depend on how far they travel.
Basically cats are creature with low level of energy, and it does not need to be spent.
That is why cats prefer to stay at home instead, so does the introverts.
Cats are also lazy.
When we ask them to go out, they usually think twice.
They prefer coiling in the corner of the house and stay there for enjoying the cold ground.
#4 - Independent
You may notice that cats do not like work in a group.
Unlike dogs, they like solitary condition just like introverts.
Even though they sometimes walk in a group, they are quite an independent creature.
They will go separate ways more often than not especially for those domesticated cats.
You also do not have to follow them everywhere because they will be back soon enough.
Cats also do not worry when they roam around the road without you looking after them.
You frequently see and hear cats run away from their owner, and it is one of the proofs
that they are independent.
#5 - Mysteriously magical
This one is purely from the perspective of introverts valuing the cats like unique creature
that loves to travel and do weird stuffs.
Introverts like imagining things, and they always think that cats have super power that
we all do not know.
It is purely assumption, but it makes cats even more valuable than other pets.
Well, at least that's some of the reasons why introverts like cat.

how do you stop saying yes when you really mean to say no I'm sure this
happens all the time when people ask you to do things and you really don't want
to do them or you don't want to commit to them some people kind of get you to
say yes or talk you into something and then when it comes down to it you're
like man I wish I wouldn't I had to do this or which I would have said no or
even tell somebody else uh I wish I would have said no and now you're trying
to figure out how to get out of it so I used to be that person where I would
always be waiting on everyone else pretty much saying yes to everyone I was
like the yes check and once I kind of started realizing what I was doing it
changed for me which is what I wanted to talk to you about today and before we
move any forward I'm so sorry that I was not here last Thursday and now I said
I'm gonna be posting three times a week and I am going to be posting three times
a week part of that is to make myself more responsible in this whole yes and
no phenomena and I talk with my hands a lot I'm trying to stop doing that
but I do it so it's part of me and by the way I'm not naked for everyone that
said I was naked in one of my last videos or I look like I was naked
because I guess you can only see here up um not Nick and I do have clothes on but
you know hair up and it's Sunday and I figured I would be a little bit more
real with you and kind of share with you some things that I'm dealt with first if
you haven't subscribed make sure to subscribe that's really important of
course but second what's your end goal when I'm trying to figure something out
or maybe things aren't working out the way I want it or I want to tell somebody
yes or no I always think of what's the benefit and I hate to say it but I
always say was the benefit for me what's the value I'm gonna get out of this at
the end of the day is it just gonna be some peace and happiness in my heart and
I'm good with that am I gonna get some kind of money am I
going to be made a move that long-term is going to be
really good for my business what is it that you're saying yes - and what is
your end goal do they align this isn't that I do subconsciously by the way well
it's not really subconscious I'd actually say I do it consciously because
I'm constantly thinking is this person good for me will this person be helpful
for my business is this person draining on my business my time is this thing
that I'm gonna buy worth my money or can I use this money somewhere else saying
yes doesn't just mean to people you could be saying yes to buying something
are you planning or taking action and this was something that was really hard
for me I was always planning and I always had these great ideas about what
I'm gonna do and one day this is gonna happen in one day that's gonna happen
and I was always saying well when this happens then I'll take action I can't
really put this into words any easier than to say that there's always
something you can be doing proactively even if you're waiting like on a video
file to upload or something to upload you can be taking action you can be
doing your titles descriptions tags there's so many other things that you
can start the process on maybe you add your video to your blog you go ahead and
get that started maybe you have an email that goes out that week whenever you're
talking about trying to get to the next phase of where you're going and your end
goal you really want it to be dead centered and focus on what can I be
doing to get me there and is what I'm doing in this moment is this thing that
I'm saying yes to or no too detrimental to my business is it helping me get to
the next phase or could I be spending my time in a better way that's my thoughts
okay so this is kind of personal to me I may have shared this a while back but I
figured why not go ahead and talk about it I'm sure some of you also deal with
this but maybe you don't know the term it's called codependency if you're one
of those people where you're always trying
make other people happy and you really are trying to figure out why am I not
happy I went through this for the longest time and I actually had to go
like see the psychiatrist or psychologist I don't know what to call
him but I was sitting in his office one day having a mental breakdown and this
was a couple years ago I just vividly remember it because it completely
changed my perspective I looked up this word because he mentioned me and he said
you keep telling me how everyone else and all these people but I never hear
anything about you and what you want you keep talking about what everybody else
wants and how you're doing all this stuff to make everybody else happy
and so I started thinking about it and I went home and I looked up codependency
and then like I've never went back it changed my perspective about what
codependency is why I was acting the way I was I mean it was something that was
almost engraved in me since I was a child that I didn't realize that like my
parents did or people that were around me so I just kind of like learned to say
yes to people uh you had to kind of like grow some balls and that changed my
perspective so now I will say I'm kind of selfish you always think other people
are working on themselves as much as you're working on yourself and that is
totally not true whatever it is people sometimes are really focused on
themselves and not on the end goal or the long-term
goal so if you have a big goal in the end that you're trying to work towards
there are all these little things that you're doing sabotaging that or are they
putting you somewhere further ahead to where you want to be the other thing you
always think that other people have your best interests at heart especially kind
of me like I said with this codependency thing I've gotten like really better
about it but I always thought oh everybody's working towards a happy
place and they're all just wanting to cheer me on and make my business go
grade and that's not exactly true so I'll learn that the hard way so I
went from being a yes girl to it no girls I'm
no girl and like I said I was always planning around other people and their
plans and now I actually planned around what I want to have happen and I say you
know what I'm trying to write a book or get a video out the things that I want
to have happen to make that goal a reality have to go down at a certain day
at a certain time or within a certain timeframe for me to be satisfied and for
everything to stay on track because there's also other people that are
involved in my process so if one thing goes awry there's all these other little
ripples that happen that sometimes people never see you want to be
consistent which is one reason why I even said hey I want to be a better
person I'm gonna start posting more often more frequently one to get better
faster even at my time like I'm trying to get faster at one time on recording
not to be quick just to be better and just more normal when I'm talking to the
camera because I really want it to feel more like I'm talking to a person versus
just speaking to thin air even though I am speaking to thin air most of the time
when I really wish that we were talking face-to-face we kind of are but I wish
we were really talking face-to-face it's consistency I'm trying to post more
frequently like I said if you haven't subscribed subscribed I'm brandy of blog

media how you can make all of these things work in one big circle for your
business I figured I'd share some business updates to what I'm working on
this week organization I'm trying to get organized this week I've been working on
that but I really have been trying to get a system together and for most of
you that don't have been recording on the road or
maybe had some pre-scheduled content but I've been gone for about half the month
to San Diego and I blew across the country and then drove back across the
country it's a whole nother story which I might share with you if you're
interested in that tell me and my bringing that along or do another
channel I don't know but focusing on my Engel now is really my book I have a
book I mentioned it long time ago and I said it would be able to think in
january/february but I really am gonna put it out now
I suck and I hate that I didn't show up but I really do want to put this book
out it's about branding I'll be sharing more details as they unfold I have a lot
being planned behind the scenes and people that I'm talking to and working
with and so much going on so I'm trying to get back to all my emails set up and
kind of distant from that's pretty much it now you know how to say no in 70s
when you're really saying yes but you may know I'm teaching you how to say no
hopefully this is kind of giving you some perspective about what helps me do
my thing so hopefully I can start sharing more of this maybe we'll do this
on Sundays I may be hosting more often I want to hear what your end goal is so

Hello everyone, in this video i am going to share 2 bread based recipes the first one
is a Italian appetizer bruschetta and the second one is Mexican chilly baked bean toast.
Todays both dishes are vegetarian very simple to make and the best part is you can serve
them as appetizer for any get together or party.
These both dishes are really mouth watering, tangy and are made up with fresh herbs and
crunchy bread toasts.
If you are a vegan just give a miss to garnishing and treat your taste buds with absolute Deliciousness.
First , to make bread toasts for both the dishes i am going to remove brown corners
of bread and cut them in rectangular shape as shown To make my bread toasts extra crunchy
i am going to brush them on both the sides with OLIVE OIL (bruschetta) & BUTTER (baked
beans) resp. and bake them on 350 degree F for 10 min.
You can also use microwave to do so just don't forget to turn sides in between.

Lets start with Bruschetta. to make the toppings i am going to start with plucking few Basil
leaves and in order to retain its freshness i am going to stack, roll and then cut the
leaves as shown.
Then i am chopping 2 green chillies followed by 2 garlic cloves, cilantro , cherry tomatoes,
and sweet onion.
First i am going to add chopped basil, green chillies, cilantro, garlic, followed by salt
and approximately 1.5 tablespoon of olive oil, i want all these ingredients to release
their juices or essential oils thats why i am going to mash them lightly . Then add chopped onion, tomatoes
and mix it well.
You can put these toppings on the bread toasts and serve it as is but i am going to broil
it in the oven for few minuets.
Then i am going to add fresh cottage cheese to garnish.
it balances the taste of dish and you can put it before or after broiling however you
like
and your delicious, tangy and crunchy Italian Bruschetta is ready to serve.
To make baked beans i am using bush's vegetarian baked beans, you can buy it in any grocery
store, chopped green chillies (3), and fresh mint leaves.
In a heated pan i am going to add butter, green chillies, freshly crushed black paper,
give it a toss, chopped mint leaves then add baked beans, little bit of water , 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup,
and some more fresh mint leaves mix it well and
and put a lid on it.
On crunchy butter bread toasts put freshly cooked baked beans and garnish it with shredded
mozzarella cheese and mint leaves. and enjoy spicy, hot, tangy and crunchy Mexican chilly
baked beans.

Mobility Exercises For Powerlifting Part 2 - Duration: 5:07.
What's up guys
This is Ki Cheng, student physical therapist back to you with part two of our series on
Mobility exercises for powerlifting in today's video we'll be working on mobility exercises
Specifically for the upper body especially as they pertain to our chest and our shoulders, so let's get into it

Where we talk about?
mobility exercises for the lower body now with powerlifting
It's really easy to get tight through our chest since we spend so much time doing
bench pressing or even variations of it and
As a power lifter myself as well as working with other people I find that a lot of power lifters get a lot of tightness
And pain through the front of their shoulders
it's really easy when you don't have enough range of motion or
The shoulder blades not moving well for you to get a little bit of an impingement through that bicep tendon
Through the superspinatus and other rotator cuff muscles so by working through some of that range through the exercises
I'm about to show you we can help prevent some of that irritation through some of those smaller structures
So let's take a look at some of them the first exercise. We're going to be looking at is the shoulder pass-throughs
Now with the shoulder pass through our main purpose is to increase our shoulder flexion or the ability to bring our shoulders
overhead by our ear
so you want to do is take a
light PVC pipe or bar as I'm doing here and put a light weight in the middle and
Slowly bring their shoulders overhead, and you kind of notice
I'm going really slow and pausing at the end for about three seconds to as
You can kind of see here, so the mistakes is arching your back
The problem with this is you're getting motions through your thoracic the lumbar spine as opposed to your shoulder
Instead what you want to do is tuck through ribcage down and let Muhsin emotion just come directly from your
shoulder instead
Some basic anatomy review
So when we're benching one major muscle that we're using is the pectoralis major as you can kind of see in this picture?
the PEC is a really large muscle that sits across the front of our chest and it attaches right on to our arm bone the
humerus so the next two exercises
We're going to do is we're going to be moving our arms away from the chest so that really gets a good stretch through
the actual PEC
With the second exercise we're going to be doing is the assisted dips
Now the purpose of this exercise is to work on our shoulder extension
Which is the ability to bring our arm?
behind this as you can see here what I did was I basically took a box and you use to do perform box jumps and
I'm slowly just slowing myself down while I'm betting on my elbows
One of the common mistakes that you'll see is that you'll want to let the shoulders roll forward as opposed to keeping them back and
With this do spending more time just moving your trunk as opposed to natural arm
instead - what we want to do is we tuck your shoulders back and down and
Keep your body relatively straight as you can see on the left side here
I'm letting my elbow splitter out which is not good, but I want to do instead
It's really just tuck the elbows in and keep them as close to me as possible
The last exercise in the series is the dumbbell fly?
I'm just taking a light pair of dumbbells and performing a dumbbell fly and
With the chest as we said before it the pecs and main Grohl
Or at least one of them is to bring our shoulders closer to your midline
So we want to do the opposite by stretching our PEC through this exercise, and you kind of notice as I'm bringing it down
I'm holding it at the end range, but I'm not bringing it straight back
I'm just bending my elbows and bring
Is to save myself from having to do the consensual part of the word?
The goal of this is not to really get stronger through your chest. It's just to stretch out the muscles through the front
So just go slowly and really spend time at the end range wherever that might be for you
So it is true with all the exercises that we've been doing so far
You really want to go slowly?
With all of them slowly lowering down the weight and spending some time
At the end range the point of this is not just to blow through
Like 10 to 15 reps you really want to go slow so that your muscles have time to relax into the end ranges so that
You can become a little bit looser
