Whis Hinted The Tournament Of Power's Ending? (Theory) - Duration: 11:06.
allrighty guys it is qualm in here today and I'm bringing you another
Dragonball discussion about the tournament of power and many of you guys
were requesting that I use my native voice to talk to you guys in this video
today so I will be granting your request and in addition to this if you guys have
not caught up to where the spoilers are and Dragon Ball super episode 129 this
video will contain spoilers but if you've been on the internet you've
probably already figured out all the possible spoilers because the preview
spoiled it for you so what do I want to talk to you guys about today well I want
to talk to you guys about Wiese and I was rewatching episode 129 and I think
there was a very interesting scene that we had that I think almost nearly
confirms exactly how the torment of power will end and I'm gonna go in depth
about what we said and give my explanations and theories to how this
will all play out into the tournament of powers ending because everybody's
wanting to know how this whole thing will end and to tell you guys the honest
truth I understand that Dragon Ball fans often might overlook things a little bit
deeper than what it's probably supposed to be but I promise you there's a lot of
substance to suggest that there's really a foreshadowing as to how the tournament
of power will end based off of Weesa statement so what did we save well if
you guys remember from the episode when goku was in his ultra insuk state at the
beginning of the episode in the hype between the goku and Juran fight was
starting off between watching all the gods observing everything there was a
moment where we specifically said that there was no one left to help and there
is no one left to heal at this point that's women of power so let's actually
analyze this for a second there's no one left to help he didn't mention Frieza
and he also mentions there's no one left to heal which is pretty much confirming
that after all of the cheat code stamina that Goku has had having you know Frieza
and Vegeta give him energy have others fight on his behalf while he's trying to
recover there's really no other way that goq who's just gonna pull out this
magical cheat code stamina because he's already been breaking his limits even
further beyond in trying to tap into God's power so essentially we siz sayin
that we should not expect to see Goku just getting all of this magical stamina
out of anywhere fred's we've seen before throughout this woman of power and the
most important thing that we said is that when he mentions when the glow from
his eye fades the battle will be decided now what exactly does this mean here
guys well this could actually mean a lot of
things but one of the key things that I definitely think this means is it goes
into the actual technicality of the torment of powers rulings and if you
guys have been following determinate power and if you guys remember from the
Namek arc in Dragon Ball Z we see a huge fight between Goku and Frieza and
ironically freezes still in the tournament of power right now knocked
out cold so it's kind of funny that with all the cinematic time that freezes once
again involved in all of this anyways but the funny part about this guys that
we have to look at two things here the torment of power is a timed sequence and
the last time it was mentioned that there was a matter of time that was left
to determine power it was said that there were two minutes left now the last
two episodes did not mention how much time is actually left over which means
that we have to just assume that is under two minutes that has actually left
for goku to continue this fight with jiren and we also have to look at
something else too guys Goku also just recently unlocked the mastered ultra
instinct state and we have to look at a past history to look at Goku throughout
the tournament of power the first time they Doku use the ultra instinct state
what happened well he ran out of power and essentially Frieza who I'm going to
talk about more later on in this episode or shall I say this video Frieza was the
one to help Goku out with his energy but in this case freezes knocked out cold so
the first time goku ran out of energy the second time goku was running out of
energy but figured out a key way to somewhat use an offensive move with this
Camejo to knock out kefla and then proceeded to run out of the ultra in
sync state again till the first two times goku couldn't maintain this
transformation and now goku is using a new transformation that although it is
mastered and he can now use the offensive capabilities along with the
defensive capabilities and sync with each other
who also doesn't have a lot of experience with this form and by we
saying when the glow from his eye fades the batter will be decided he's
essentially saying that when Goku runs out of this state or he's at least
foreshadowing that will be the end of the Goku versus year in fight but then
you're probably saying to yourself well how does that help universe 7 win well I
think we have to combine a lot of fan theories to really come to a direct
conclusion as to how this ultimately works and I think one of the key things
we have to analyze here guys is we have to look at a theory that has been going
around with Frieza so I made a video weeks ago talking about Frieza
in which I talked about the Frieza ending that everybody doesn't want to
happen and there's this huge theory going around in the community that a
very Toriyama asked way to end the torment of power would be to have Frieza
just sitting in the torment of power and lying down while Goku is fighting
jeering Goku loses they knock each other out and because Frieza is actually the
last person left in the torment of power that means that since Goku and Geryon
essentially knocked each other out Frieza technically won the battle
because his body was still in the ring and hence universe 7 survives and I was
talking to my friend blackened fists and he actually followed up on this theory
by talking about how the wish will be granted and he came up with this theory
that the way the wish will work for episode 131 would be a situation in
which Frieza is knocked out he's sleeping and because of the fact that
Frieza is sleeping he won't be able to get his wish off which means that Goku
and cronin and all of his friends will make the wish on friezes behalf because
Frieza sleeping and then Dragon Ball super will end with the twist of Frieza
ending up in hell the same way that he was at the beginning of the tournament
of power and now he ends up and the whole story can continue the way it
should be with Frieza being dead not getting his wish and ending the way
Dragon Ball super should the same way ended off before and the same way that
Dragon Ball Z eventually ended so that is essentially how a lot of people have
been looking at this but I think that with Weesa statement we can now look at
an alternate scenario as to how this can end
you see I watch a lot of sports right and in a lot of sporting events
basketball and football the sport is ended on a timed schedule so essentially
the way you would look at the torment of power would be to look at each member of
every team as a point for their team so every team has ten points right and at
the end of the time whoever has the most amount of points essentially wins and
the tournament of power works that way because the way the rules works is that
whoever has the most amount of fighters left in the torment of power when the
clock runs out wins now you have to think about this guy's if the torment of
power was just a conventional battle where Goku just has to defeat Geryon in
the end the same way that he's done for multiple villains of the past it
wouldn't fit like the torment of power setting has been developed to be if this
was just a battle to fight for Earth or to fight on a random planet in the
middle of nowhere it wouldn't have the same effect as actually inputting these
actual rules so essentially what I'm getting at here is why would the
tournament of power create these rules if they weren't gonna use them well I
think here's where we actually get these rules put into fruition I think by
analyzing Reese's statement we can come to a conclusion that Goku is going to
run out of energy he is going to be in trouble he is going to dominate Jun with
this mastered ultra instinct state but at the most inopportune time the same
way that go tanks ran out of Super Saiyan 3 when he was fighting against
Super Buu Goku is going to run out of his power but the clock is going to save
universe 7 because although Goku is gonna run out of power and universe 7 is
going to be screwed because Goku and Frieza are still technically in the
tournament of power arena by just the hair that will essentially give them the
win over jeer and simply because of the fact that they outnumbered him at the
very last second and as I've said before the only way to take a character out
like jiren would be to do something like this because jiren is such an uber tier
powerful character that I don't see a conventional way of Goku just
overpowering him as a way to defeat a character that has been hyped up as much
as tyrannous considering how much media Geryon has
been in before determined power even started so I definitely think that
looking at the term and a power setting and rules that's the most realistic way
that we could look at this and if we also look at one more thing here guys
I made a video a long time ago talking about why Goku shouldn't win the torment
of power and the reason why I said that is because it's been an extremely
predictable way for Goku to be the last guy but you guys actually corrected me
in saying something that although Goku is always the hero in all of the moments
or most of the moments of Dragon Ball he's actually never really won a major
tournament other than the 23rd tournament he lost the first one in
Master Roshi he lost the second one the TN he
technically lost the tournament between him and pike on in the other world
tournament and he also left the tournament where they were fighting
against you know mr. Satan in math and Android 18 were obviously mr. Satan won
because he kind of bribed 18 into taking a dive for the battle
so Goku has been exempt for a lot of teach Dragon Ball fights and that's not
even going to Dragon Ball GT where he lost to that weak nerdy skinny kid so
looking at all of that it would kind of continue the Dragon Ball tradition of
Goku not just winning a tournament on his own if you went in a very
unconventional way by having Goku win on a technicality the same way that he lost
on a technicality to TN in the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai and I definitely think
that it might not be the most climactic way for the Dragon Ball super tournament
of power to end I do think it's a very realistic and Toriyama
asked way for all of this to can be concluded so with everything else said
guys that's all I have to talk about in this video today let me know all of your
thoughts on the comments section below I'd and your theories as to how the
tournament of power will end so with everything else said please remember to
rate comment and subscribe and you remember as I always say to have a great
day guys

Quackenstein Hatches a Family read by Kristen Bell - Duration: 5:57.
Welcome to Storyline Online, brought to you by the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.
I'm Kristen Bell, and today I will be reading "Quackenstein Hatches a Family,"
written by Sudipta Bardhan-Quallen and illustrated by Brian T. Jones.
In the darkest corner of the zoo There stood a gloomy shack.
A nearby scrawl read "Keep out all!! Just leave me be! Signed, Quack"
Most creatures lived In packs and herds,
In gaggles, bloats, and litters.
But all alone There on his own
Poor Quackenstein grew bitter.
He was the hermit of the zoo And faced a lonely struggle.
"It isn't fair! My nest is bare!"
He had no one to snuggle.
Quack passed the nursery one day, Where babies laughed and tumbled.
"Everyone has some someone, Except for me," he mumbled.
He spied a small, secluded nook. On impulse, he proceeded.
He bumped his head. "A sign!" It read:
Orphaned eggs, homes needed.
Quack hatched a plan and crept ahead. This duck would not be stopped.
On shaky legs, He chose an egg
And cackled: I'll adopt!
Quack set it on his empty nest. He kept his prize protected.
He'd gently coo, "Dear ducky-poo,
You'll never be neglected!"
Then on one dark and stormy night, The hour had arrived.
Quack heard a crack-- He stumbled back
And shouted: It's alive!
Just then a small beak broke the shell! Quack's heart thumped in his chest,
But then two paws With sharp, curved claws
Thrust through and stabbed the nest.
"I've hatched... a monster! You're no duck," Quack screeched, and went quite pale.
The thing had fur And legs with spurs
And some poor beaver's tail.
The creature lurched. Quack gasped, "Stay back!"
The beast paid him no heed.
Quack tried to hide. He ran outside,
Alarmed and rubber-kneed.
Quack shrieked and sprightly dove behind Some logs out on the water.
But Quack got pushed And saw he'd smushed
An angry romp of otters.
Drenched, the poor duck ducked behind A mama heron reading.
Her babies screamed. The thing's claws gleamed.
It leered and kept proceeding.
Quack shushed the rowdy heron hedge. But birds just ran off blind.
They fled in shock Toward cuddling crocs--
Soon all were intertwined.
Quack rashly rushed and promptly crushed A hugging husk of hares.
"My fault!" Quack cried, But then he spied
The monster's chilling glare.
So quickly Quack hid in a cave, But there he'd made an error.
A furry shape Blocked his escape.
"I'm trapped!" he screeched in terror.
The thing then snarled, "Oh, there you are!" It stalked the trembling fowl.
With sharp claws bared And shoulders squared,
It leaped in with a growl!
Its paws soon squeezed the cringing duck, And Quack thought, "This is BAD!"
His spirit broke When someone spoke--
The thing said: Hello Dad!
Quack could feel his cold heart melt, And how his stomach fluttered.
"You chased me through The great big zoo
To be with me?" he sputtered.
The creature beamed, "Yes, Daddy, yes!" Quack's heart began to sing.
"Come, son," he squawked, And off they walked,
In step, and paw in wing.
Then in the corner of the zoo That once housed Quackenstein,
A space was cleared And there appeared
A shiny brand-new sign.
"Welcome to our happy home. Come by to visit us. Love, Quack" it read.
Below, it said: "And his son, Platypus."
The end.
I chose this book because I really like the rhyming,
I really like the language, the big words,
but more importantly, I love that Quack felt lonely and he decided to solve his problem
by adopting one of these eggs that didn't have a family.
And even though he was initially scared, because the platypus that came out of the egg looked different than him,
he eventually realized that it was the perfect way to make a family for himself,
and realized that he needed that platypus just as much as the platypus needed him.

One Thing Is Needed - Duration: 22:34.
(Singing) I know my God has made the way for
me. I know my God has made the way for me.
ANNOUNCER: Welcome to the Believer's Voice of Victory
with Gloria Copeland and her daughter Kellie Copeland. Learn
the one thing God is looking for from His body
of believer's, being available to spend time
in His presence. Now, here's Gloria.
GLORIA: Hello, everybody. Welcome to the Believer's
Voice of Victory. Kellie's back with us today, and
we're going to be talking about walking with God,
walking in the Spirit. Hallelujah. You know, that's
what makes the difference in this life, is to stay in contact
with the Lord. Hearing, obeying what He says to do always works.
So, Kellie, we're going to be listening. We're all ears.
KELLIE: I--I have to give you a little background about why
we're talking about this right now. GLORIA: Okay. KELLIE: But,
you know, I think when people hear the term, "Walk in the
Spirit," in their mind, they fill in the blank with, "Then
you won't fulfill the lust of the flesh." And then they start
thinking, "Oh, now you're going to get in my business." You
know, it-- GLORIA: Well, you won't fulfill lust of the flesh
when you walk with the Spirit. KELLIE: Well, we aren't trying
to-- GLORIA: We don't deny it. KELLIE: --get in your business,
but I promise you, you want Jesus in your business. GLORIA:
Oh, my, I remember when He wasn't in our business. It was a
sad commentary. KELLIE: It was not good, was it? GLORIA: No.
KELLIE: But, Mom, I'm so excited about this. This--I've--I got
ahold of a message that you did, and it just was so exciting. I
mean, it lit a fire in my life. GLORIA: How many years ago did I
preach it? KELLIE: And so when I got the whole set and listened
to it--it was an eight-CD set. It's called "Walk in the
Spirit," and it wasn't like talking about the fruit of the
Spirit, but as I listened to it, I realized it's from March of
1983. GLORIA: '83? KELLIE: And what is funny is it's 35 years
ago this month. 35 years ago, you taught this. GLORIA: How
could it be--how could I be that old? KELLIE: Well, it was so--I
know. It was so prophetic, Mom. And it just-- GLORIA: Wow, I
need to listen to it again. KELLIE: It just blessed me so
much that-- GLORIA: I know that I don't remember that. When I
got all that about walking in the Spirit, it really helped me
and opened some things up for me as well, so it ministered to me.
KELLIE: Well--and you know what I love about it? You can
tell when I'm listening to this, it didn't come out of your,
like, "Okay, I'm just--I'm going to study so I can preach."
You're preaching--you're--it came totally out of your--the
life flow that was going on in your life at that time. GLORIA:
Praise God. KELLIE: And so we can--we're going to--this next
two weeks-- GLORIA: That'll be interesting. KELLIE: --are going
to be very fluid. We're just going to let the Holy Ghost lead
us in this and let Jesus be in charge of these next two weeks.
So it's not like I have a hard and fast plan, but I'll give you
a little overview. GLORIA: Okay, we'll go with it. KELLIE: We're
going to hear some of that. You're going to get to see a few
minutes every day of that live teaching that you did. GLORIA:
Uh-oh. Was my hair like this? KELLIE: Oh, my word. GLORIA: Was
it big hair? KELLIE: You know, I've been listening to the
audio, so I'm not sure. GLORIA: Oh. KELLIE: I think you were
little hair. GLORIA: Little hair, okay. KELLIE: Like, I
think it was short, but I'm not sure because I've only been
listening-- GLORIA: That'll be fine. KELLIE: --to the audio.
GLORIA: You all can laugh. That's okay. KELLIE: Nobody's
going to be laughing. They're going to be thinking, "Oh,
Jesus, I want that," because even--I--maybe we'll play this
part when you said, "I--" I can't even do it like you did,
Mom. "I want a move of God more than I want my own breath."
GLORIA: Mm. KELLIE: And I'm telling you, it will light a
fire under you. GLORIA: Oh, let's do it. That's good.
KELLIE: And so you were--the context of what you were
teaching is--and you said in this, March '83, "Some months
ago, I began to hear from the Lord about taking an hour a
day--" GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: "--and spending it with the
Lord." So you hadn't been doing that for that long. But you had
been-- GLORIA: Well, that-- KELLIE: That really flipped your
world around, didn't it? GLORIA: It did, it did. KELLIE: And
it--you know, the Lord'll tell us things like that because--for
several reasons-- GLORIA: It always--it always does us good.
You know, you might think, "Well, I don't have time to do
that," but you make time when you're told to do something.
KELLIE: You make time because the things He wants to get into
your life don't come first and then you get all great and then
you can make the time. GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE: He will
pull you. He was drawing you, Mom. And the funny thing is, is
I hear in your voice, when I'm listening, the same things that
I've been feeling for the last couple of years. Increasingly,
I have been drawn into His presence-- GLORIA: Amen.
KELLIE: --drawn to be with Him in a deeper way. GLORIA: Praise
God. That's just called, "Growing up." KELLIE: It's
growing. You said--I heard you say it this
morning on the set, you said, "If you're not willing
to change, you're not willing to grow." GLORIA: That's right.
KELLIE: And so I'm just so inspired, Mom. I want to
thank you for the 35--for the whatever-plus years
you spent up to this point and then the 35 years you've
spent since, walking these things out-- GLORIA: Praise
God. KELLIE: --and growing to a new level, because the
things that you said, they're for today. Like I said, it's so
prophetic. And I'm really believing God. And I want
you to join us and you join us-- GLORIA: Amen. KELLIE: --join me
to believing Him for a prophetic Word-- GLORIA: Thank You, Lord.
Yes, we agree-- KELLIE: --in these next two weeks. GLORIA:
--as touching that-- KELLIE: Thank You, Jesus. GLORIA: --that
we will hear from heaven. We will hear a prophetic Word--
KELLIE: Yes, Lord, a fresh Word-- GLORIA: --in Jesus' name
where--right now-- KELLIE: --from You. GLORIA: --what we
need to hear and do in Jesus' name. KELLIE: Yes, Lord. GLORIA:
Amen. KELLIE: Thank You, Lord. GLORIA: Well, we're looking
forward to that, Kellie. KELLIE: And, you know, really,
the--maybe the surroundings may look different. I mean, the
world certainly looks different now than it did 35 years ago.
GLORIA: Yes, it does. KELLIE: And it certainly looks different
than it did 2,035 years ago, but He said one thing is needed. And
it's still that one thing, that one thing of spending time with
Him-- GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE: --will take you to
everything else-- GLORIA: That's exactly right. KELLIE: --that we
think we need. It's the one thing. And it's so funny to me,
too, Mom. Like, I'm listening to your--to your--to you teach and
preach, and there's so much in it that we've been covering on
the broadcasts the last year or two. We've talked a lot about
communion with Him, oneness with Him. We've talked about Mary and
Martha until-- GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: --I didn't even think
there was anything else about Mary and Martha to learn, but lo
and behold. I don't know if we'll talk about them this week,
but-- GLORIA: Well, I'm looking forward to hearing it, myself.
KELLIE: --I have seen some other things about them. And I
just--they're--you know, these things that He's drawing us into
is just a matter of coming closer. And every time you come
closer, you go deeper-- GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE: --because
you come closer, He comes closer. And-- GLORIA: And every
time you go deeper, you get more blessed. KELLIE: That's right.
And that's His goal. I mean, He wants us--and then there's this
place-- GLORIA: Freer. KELLIE: --where you--anyway, we'll get
into it. GLORIA: Okay. KELLIE: I don't want to get ahead of
myself. GLORIA: Okay. KELLIE: So you start talking
about faithfulness. In the very first part of this series, you
talk about faithfulness. And you--this is--some of these
things, I have written down exact quotes, or pretty exact
quotes from some of these things. So I'm going to read
some of the things that you said and we'll stop and talk about
them. GLORIA: Okay. KELLIE: You said, "God has been working with
us, showing us things to--to take us where He wants us to
go." And this--I love this. You said-- GLORIA: This was in
March? KELLIE: March of '83. GLORIA: 1983, think about it.
KELLIE: "God is not looking for ability, He's looking for
availability. It doesn't matter what you are in the natural. It
doesn't matter what you look like. It doesn't matter how
smart you are or what birth order or what birth privileges
you have or didn't have." You said, "The natural realm is no
problem to God. He's got the ability, and He'll give you His
ability. What He has to do or what He has to have is to get
someone who will make themselves available to Him."
GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE: And you were talking about when
God is wanting to move, God is on the move, He wants something
in this earth, He needs an available person--
GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE: --not an amazing
person. And I love that you-- GLORIA: He's the one that's
amazing. We just have to be connected to Him. KELLIE: Right.
And I think sometimes religion has said, "You better clean it
up. You better get more amazing. You better--you don't
have anything to offer to God." And my prayer is that
by the end of this week and the next week, you'll think, "I
don't need anything more to offer. He didn't ask me for
anything more than I have today." GLORIA: That's right.
KELLIE: I heard Michael Koulianos talking, and he was
talking about being with Jesus. And he said, "The only land mass
Jesus is after is right there, your heart." GLORIA: That's
good. KELLIE: That's the only--that's what He's after.
That's the main thing that He's after. And, of course, He said
one thing is needed. Now, I wrote out here, "You can look at
this with Mary and Martha, but you can also look at this with
Peter," which you go into all the--you know, talking about
Peter and how, you know, many of us want to say, "No," to
temptation. But saying, "No," to temptation is not about just
having a willpower. Saying, "No," to temptation is about
walking with Him. GLORIA: It's a decision. KELLIE: God
said--Jesus said to him, "Watch and pray--" And we'll get into
this later. But I'm just kind of giving you an overview. "Watch
and pray so that you won't enter into temptation at all." GLORIA:
That's right. KELLIE: And you said on the CD you used to think
it meant, "Pray that you won't." GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: But you
said, "Now I know that He's saying He'll prepare you for the
temptation." If you watch--keep your eyes on Him and if you
spend time with Him--like He was saying, "Could you not tarry
with me?" He just--He wasn't--I think sometimes we think about,
"Well, I'm going to go pray," and we think of ourselves as
being kind of alone, "I'm by myself." But He said, "Could you
not tarry with me?" GLORIA: Yes. KELLIE: "Could you not watch
with me?" GLORIA: That's right. That's what He said. KELLIE: And
so He's wanting--He was wanting them. You said, "The idea is, if
you spend time in prayer with Him, then you won't even enter
into that temptation." GLORIA: That's right. That's good.
KELLIE: So even in all of this--I'll--I may repeat this
over and over. One thing is needful, and that's that
communion with Jesus-- GLORIA: That's right. You've
got to share with the Lord. KELLIE: --that time with Him.
GLORIA: You're right. KELLIE: And, you know, Mom, this is how
He's been dealing with me, drawing me. He's been so
patient. He's been so encouraging to me to
be available. But--and when I am available, He
always rewards me. So sometime today, I want to just--and this
week, they're-- GLORIA: Okay, good. KELLIE: --this
little torn-up looking notebook has been so precious to me
because-- GLORIA: The one out of the paper sack? KELLIE: Yeah.
GLORIA: That's what it looks like. KELLIE: It looks like it.
But these things that He's spoken to me when He wakes me up
in the morning--and it's not been every morning, but I feel
like it could have been. GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: Like, my
availability to Him has been the thing-- GLORIA: Now, that's a
key right there. KELLIE: --that increases it or decreases it.
GLORIA: Your--our availability, our taking time to hear from Him
is a key. KELLIE: And He's so encouraging, though. Like, of
course, this-- GLORIA: Oh, it's exciting. KELLIE: --this
one--this one word that I just thought, "Well, I'll start with
this one," they go back, I guess, to about September. It
started where I would just--He would say, "Get up," and wake me
up. And I'm going to be really honest and real with you all,
okay? I'm not there every day. I haven't been, but I'm increasing
and increasing my devotedness. You don't go get devoted to God
and then you're done. GLORIA: No. That's the way you live.
KELLIE: You increase, consistently, your devotedness.
And He doesn't want you to be ashamed of your lack of
faithfulness or devotedness. He's just calling you. You know,
you're blessed. The Word says, "Those who answer the call to
worship," those who hear and answer the call to worship,
we're blessed when we do. And He is calling us. He's calling you.
There's not one person that's hearing me today that he's not
calling. He's calling your name. So when I heard Him call my
name, and He was waking me up--and this may be similar to
how it was for you because He was calling your name and you
just made the decision, "I'm going to get up and pray." And I
want to--I want to hear about some of that. GLORIA: You felt
led to do that. KELLIE: But when He was--how He's been with me
is-- GLORIA: Actually, I was told to do that. KELLIE: He told
you to do it, and you did it. GLORIA: And I'm so glad. It
changed my life. KELLIE: You know what I love about you is
your determination and your decision to do the things--
GLORIA: Praise God. KELLIE: --that He's told you to do.
GLORIA: Praise God. KELLIE: And I think, for me, just to
be honest, I--I struggled with, like, my life elsewhere. And
when I say that, I mean, you know, mom, minister, worker.
GLORIA: Mm-hmm. KELLIE: You know, I had four kids growing
up, but now they're all grown, but now I--as a 50--almost
50--well, I'm 54 and I have a seven-year old in school and
grandkids and-- GLORIA: You just don't get to quit, do you?
KELLIE: Ha-ha, so--and working mom. And while I'm not saying
those are excuses, they can be reasons that you don't focus
where you should. But in my--in my times of devotedness--now, I
will say this: Since He has drawn me in the way--and I went.
I went with Him. GLORIA: Yes, amen. KELLIE: A couple of years
ago, I'm just like, "You know what, Lord? I belong to you."
GLORIA: That's the best thing to do. KELLIE: My days are spent
with Him. I'm consistently in His presence. I talk to Him all
day long. GLORIA: Praise God. KELLIE: I get up a lot and pray.
But I haven't done yet what you--and I told the Lord, "2018,
that's my year." And we taped this earlier in the year. By the
time you hear this, I will say, "Yes, that's me. I'm every
morning," because that's my goal. That's my determination.
GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: But it's also because He's calling me--
GLORIA: It's very rewarding. KELLIE: --and He--He's a
rewarder. And so-- GLORIA: That's what the scripture says,
"He's a rewarder of those who diligently seek him." KELLIE:
Diligently seek Him. GLORIA: Now, when you get up, you've got
a job, you've got to go to work, and you get up early enough to
pray, that's diligently seeking Him. KELLIE: That's diligent.
GLORIA: That's a good description of "diligent."
KELLIE: Can you read that, Mom, look that up? It's-- GLORIA:
Where is it? KELLIE: --Hebrews 11:6. But I want--and while you
look it up, I'll tell you what The Passion says. GLORIA: Okay.
KELLIE: It says, "To those who give all their passion and
strength into seeking Him." GLORIA: Ooh, I like that.
KELLIE: And I thought, "That is such a descriptor." GLORIA: That
is excellent. KELLIE: What do you do and where are your
passions going? We're going to talk about that this week. I
heard you teach this morning, Mom, on this series. GLORIA: You
did? KELLIE: Ha-ha. I was like, "Oh, Lord, you're getting me."
And that's good. He wants us to be pulled in. And the closer we
get to the flame, the closer we get to Jesus-- GLORIA: That's
right. KELLIE: --the more stuff is burned away. GLORIA: The
more--the fire warms you the closer you get to the flame.
KELLIE: And the more rewarding and the happier and the more
blessed-- GLORIA: That's the truth. KELLIE: --and the more
impactful you're going to become. GLORIA: The more you
give to Him, the greater your return-- KELLIE: That's the
truth. GLORIA: --in every area--every area of your life.
KELLIE: And it's not hard. GLORIA: Hallelujah. Okay, what
do you want to read? KELLIE: Hebrews 11:6, what does that
say? GLORIA: Okay, "But without faith it is impossible to please
him--" so that settles that issue "--for to--for to him that
cometh to God must believe that he is." I have so many notes on
this page, I have to--I can't read for the writing. Okay.
"--that he is and that he is the rewarder of them that diligently
seek him." KELLIE: Mm. GLORIA: And then in that same chapter,
it's interesting to see that the great men and women of God did
things by faith. You know, it says, "By faith Noah, by faith
Joshua," you know, by faith. So it's a very interesting chapter
to study well. KELLIE: And the thing-- GLORIA: Abraham. KELLIE:
--the things that we're going to get into tomorrow, Mom--because
what you began talking about is faithfulness. And you said,
"It's being devoted." GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE: And
it's--what we're going to see is--like talking about Moses, it
was faith that made him step out and leave his--you know, do what
God said to do when He came to him in the burning bush. It was
faith that made him step out, but it was faithfulness that
took him into the wilderness for somebody else, because,
actually, he was already free. He was free, but it was
faithfulness that took him back to the place of bondage for him,
back to Egypt where he had been in-- GLORIA: Yeah, yeah. KELLIE:
--where he could have been in--he wasn't in bondage in
Egypt, but he--coming back, he would be. Coming back to it, it
was a place of bondage. GLORIA: Regardless, doing what He said,
regardless. KELLIE: But he was free. But it's faithfulness--you
said on here--on this set, you said, "We've done--we've had a
lot of teaching about faith. And we know how to walk by faith--"
GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: "--but now it's time for
faithfulness." GLORIA: Oh, yeah. KELLIE: And we're going to talk
about that some. GLORIA: That's right. That's good. KELLIE: So
when the Lord's been working with me, Mom, He'll say--and I
think I've talked about this some on the broadcast in the
past, but He'll say--I'll say to Him--I've noticed that it
happens less when I don't say this. And I got busy, you know,
over the holidays and busy traveling and ministering and
bed late, up early-- GLORIA: Yeah. KELLIE: --and I neglected
to say this as often as I had been because I was
saying it every night. "Now, Lord--" I'll set my alarm and
say, "Now, Lord, you can wake me up earlier than
this if you want to." And I noticed that when I--
GLORIA: That's good, Kellie. KELLIE: --delayed saying that--
GLORIA: That's good. KELLIE: --it didn't happen quite as
often, but sometimes it did. But He said some amazing things to
me. So let me just read you a little bit-- GLORIA: Okay, good.
KELLIE: --before we close out this broadcast today. He said,
"My words are life to you." GLORIA: That's right. KELLIE:
Now, I'm just hearing and writing. I have to go back,
really, to see what He said to me because I'm not thinking.
GLORIA: You've just got one minute. KELLIE: "Take them
seriously and take them to your heart. I have mentioned you to
My Father many times. Our heart is for you." GLORIA: Praise God.
KELLIE: "Our plan is to bring you to a new place of complete
wholeness. Don't worry over things--how things have been up
until now. You've not been far away from My plan at any time."
GLORIA: Praise--isn't that a comforting Word? KELLIE: Isn't
that good? GLORIA: Glory to God. KELLIE: He said, "Today,
it's simply a matter of adjustments and grace. You
have that and it is more than enough." GLORIA: That's
excellent. KELLIE: And I think that's true from everybody. We
think we're so far away from the plan of God because of
circumstances. But He doesn't--it doesn't take
Him long to get you moved from where you were--
GLORIA: Oh, absolutely. KELLIE: --to where He wants
you to be. So from His perspective, nobody on
the planet is that far from His plan. And so we're going to see,
these next two weeks-- GLORIA: Praise God. KELLIE: --that His
plan is for us to just come on in. GLORIA: I like the sound
of this. Good. Kellie and I'll be right back.
GLORIA: It's what's in your heart that makes
a difference. And many people have tried to walk
by faith without their heart being toward God, without
their heart being devoted, blameless, dedicated, and
loyal. And it just won't work that way. And that's the
reason that people have been misunderstood that live by faith
and teach the Word of faith. I tell you, even the faith people
have misunderstood themselves. And a lot of times, they think,
"Well, we're really--we're really going to--we're going to
confess this until it comes to pass." Well, if it's not in your
heart, you can confess it until the world freezes over,
and it won't come to pass. It's what's in here. It starts here.
Everything with God starts here. God wants the affections of your
heart. The Bible tells us to set our affections on things that
are above and not on things that are beneath. And we just happen
to have come to a time in God's time, in His timetable, where
that's what it's going to take in order to live above the evil
that's in the earth. The--the world around us is not getting
any better; it's getting worse. So we have to get stronger
spiritually in order not to be affected by it. And people have
been able to live a lot more with one foot in and one foot
out than they're going to be able to live successfully from
here on out. Nobody's been very successful at that. Nobody's
been successful at it, but we've gotten by with it. That's what I
should say. We've gotten by with it more than we can now because
we're at a different time. When God manifests His Spirit in the
earth, He expects more out of the people, out of His people.
He expects more out of you. "To whom much is given, much is
required." And you're in a generation to whom much is going
to be given. I mean, we're going to learn to walk in the
supernatural as naturally as a bird flies through the air or a
fish swims through the water. You're not going to
be conscious of your faith. You're just going to walk.
ANNOUNCER: We hope you enjoyed today's teaching from Kenneth
Copeland Ministries. And remember Jesus is Lord.

Ryan Seacrest Red Carpet Interviews: Who Stopped [LIST] | Heavy.com | SML TV - Duration: 6:32.
Ryan Seacrest Red Carpet Interviews: Who Stopped [LIST] | Heavy.com
All eyes were on Ryan Seacrest as he co-hosted E! Live from the Red Carpet before the 2018 Academy Awards.
People wondered whether Seacrest would get any interviews on the red carpet due to sexual harassment accusations against him (and which he denies).
So, who stopped? Who did not?.
Seacrest did manage to snag some big-name celebs for red carpet interviews, and the list did grow as the night progressed, but as of 7:30 p.m.
on the east coast, the list was missing some of the night's biggest stars (those missing included women like Ashley Judd, Frances McDormand, Meryl Streep, Mira Sorvino, Jane Fonda, and Salma Hayek.
Some of Oscars' biggest male names were missing from the Seacrest list too).
It started out slowly for Seacrest on the red carpet.
"During the first 50 minutes of the network's normally star-studded coverage, Ryan only managed to bag two interviews – with 24-year-old Disney star Sofia Carson and veteran song-writer Diane Warren," noted UK Daily Mail.
The list grew – somewhat – as the evening progressed.
Eiza Gonzalez of Baby Driver also spoke to Seacrest.
Some of the biggest names interviewed by Seacrest were Hollywood star Whoopi Goldberg and Academy Award nominee Allison Janney, who is nominated for her portrayal of Tonya Harding's mother, LaVona Golden.
He also interviewed Mary J.
Blige on the red carpet.
Kelly Ripa didn't just grant an interview with Seacrest; she also praised him on the red carpet, saying, "You look amazing.
We were watching you upstairs in the hotel.
You're doing a great job." He interviewed Common and Andra Day.
Taraji P.
Henson and Tiffany Haddish also stopped to talk with him.
Seacrest posted a photo of his interview with Kelly Ripa and her husband, Mark Consuelos.
Seacrest's co-host Giuliana Rancic was located in a different place during the broadcast, so she filled the time in between Seacrest's interviews.
Seacrest has fought back against the accusations made against him.
Daily Variety reported that Suzy Hardy, Seacrest's personal stylist, alleged that "Seacrest subjected Hardy to years of unwanted sexual aggression — grinding his erect penis against her while clad only in his underwear, groping her vagina, and at one point slapping her buttock so hard that it left a large welt still visible hours later.".
According to The Los Angeles Times, Seacrest denies the allegations, saying in a statement, "I don't want to accuse anyone of not telling the truth but in this case, I have no choice but to again deny the claims against me, remind people that I was recused of any wrongdoing, and put the matter to rest.
Seacrest has also said that he was "cleared by a third-party investigator and said Hardy had repeatedly asked him for millions of dollars in exchange for her silence.
Some people were upset that anyone stopped.
"No one's wearing black.
No one's wearing #TimesUp pins.
Ryan Seacrest is asking questions on the red carpet as if he hasn't been accused of sexual harassment & assault.
Business as usual.
Where'd our momentum go? #MeToo #Oscars90 #Oscars," wrote Alanna Vagianos, a reporter at the Huffington Post.
However, others said that Seacrest should be entitled to due process and his career shouldn't be derailed because of an allegation he denies.
The founder of the #metoo movement had urged E! to keep Seacrest off the red carpet.
"Tarana Burke, the founder of the #MeToo movement, sided with those who think Seacrest should steer clear," reported Vanity Fair.
"I feel like we should be celebrating the fact that people are finally paying attention to what we've been talking about for decades," she told Variety.

South Korea's Moon Jae-in to send special envoys to N. Korea Monday to broker talks with Washington - Duration: 2:56.
Our top story this afternoon...
South Korea's presidential office is sending its high-profile envoys to the North Korean
capital of Pyongyang in less than two hours from now... for a two-day visit.
Head of the delegation, National Security Director Chung Eui-yong, moments ago said
the trip is to deliver President Moon Jae-in's firm resolution towards denuclearizing the
Korean Peninsula.
Our chief Blue House correspondent Moon Connyoung starts us off.
South Korean President Moon Jae-in is sending his top national security adviser and chief
intelligence officer as special envoys to Pyongyang on Monday in a bid to persuade North
Korean leader Kim Jong-un to come to the dialogue table with Washington.
It's only the latest chapter in an Olympics-driven detente between the two Koreas and part of
Mr. Moon's efforts to carry the momentum forward to resolve the nuclear standoff on the Korean
Peninsula.
"The special delegation will take a direct chartered flight to Pyongyang Monday afternoon
for a two-day visit during which they will hold talks with high-level North Korean officials
to discuss ways to establish peace on the Korean Peninsula and develop relations between
the two Koreas."
The Blue House says the nature of the South's special delegation is to reciprocate the North
Korean leader's decision to send a senior Olympics delegation... including his sister,
Kim Yo-jong, who delivered Kim's invitation for an inter-Korean summit.
"Seoul's special delegation will comprehensively discuss various issues especially, on ways
to set the 'right conditions' for U.S., North Korea talks aimed at denuclearization and
improve inter-Korean relations."
A reasonable assumption at this point is that Seoul's special envoy will also carry a written
message from South Korean President Moon to the North's Kim... and the extensive discussions
will include the possibility of a crossborder summit between the two leaders.
The ten-member group traveling to Pyongyang comprises key officials in the South Korean
government in charge of North Korean affairs.
Among them - Vice Unification Minister, Chun Hae-sung, who's been at the forefront of the
latest inter-Korean contact since January this year.
The chief of the National Intelligence Service, Suh Hoon... has been involved in the coordination
of the two previous inter-Korean summits in 2000 and 2007 and the NSC chief Chung Eui-yong
who will be leading as Mr. Moon's special envoy oversees inter-Korean relations, diplomacy
and national defense... acting as the primary contact between the Moon government and the
Trump administration.
A senior Blue House official said one of the special envoys' key missions will be finding
out the North Korean leader's views on various issues and accurately relaying the message
to the South Korean president.
After the two-day visit to North Korea, the special envoys will travel to the United States
to brief officials on their discussions in Pyongyang.
Moon Connyoung, Arirang News, the Blue House.

I am a public relations major focusing on international communications, my interest sparked because I am a dual citizen to England.
Yes so I thought that today would be a good opportunity to talk about that since I'm from Ukraine and she lives in England half the time so we"re going to compare that to American advertising
So my question for you today is what major differences in method do you notice between American advertisement vs the UK
I think the two aspects vary greatly as American culture is more based on Carnivalesque type theme while Britain is more conservative
So dos you think our advertisements are a little more out there than Englands would you say?
Yes I would say here its more the sex-sells appeal while England is going to be more of a creative soft sell
I heard they focus mainly on just getting the products out to the people, is Americna advertising more in our face than in Britain?
Yes I would say America is going to be more consumerism based and materialistic where as England is more based on practical use
So they only sell you things you need or what?
Yes they'll highten other products but it won't be something they feel like you have to have or push to have to stand out or become good in society's eyes
So our products are pushed on us? like if I buy something you're going to feel obligated to buy something, do you think that theme is prevalent in the UK as well or not as much based on the differences in advertisement method
I would say its not pushed as much at all and the class there is not going to be ranked based on the items you have or purchase where American culture is based on those sorts of things vs income
