How To Get Down To 10% Body Fat - Duration: 7:10.

hey guys this is Philip and today I'm

gonna be breaking down how you can get

to ten percent body fat and what the

process of getting there actually looks

like so ten percent is that body fat

percentage where you have abs you know

you're lean and you're cut all around

your body and you look great the great

thing about ten percent body fat is that

generally it's pretty sustainable which

means that you can stay lean and you can

have healthy testosterone levels feel

good and sustain it relatively long Tong

now some guys are gonna see their abs at

12% some guys are gonna have to see it

at 9% but generally 10% body fat is a

good range to aim for if you want to

call yourself ripped you know so first

of all let's start off by answering the

question how does fat loss actually

happen and how does fat loss differ when

you're going from let's say 20 to 15%

and 15 to 10% so in both of these

circumstances fat loss happens in the

same way via a calorie deficit so when

your body requires energy it's going to

want to get it from food and if there's

not enough food to provide the energy

that it requires it's going to get that

energy from your own body meaning it's

going to dig into your fat stores when

you don't have enough coming in from

food only consistent basis this means

that you're in a calorie deficit and

that's exactly what you need to strive

for if you're trying to lose fat so the

main difference in terms of the strategy

that you're gonna have to use to get

from 20 to 15 percent versus 15 to 10

percent is that you're more likely to

lose a muscle when you'll leaner so the

more fat you have the faster you can

actually lose fat while minimizing the

chance of losing muscle but as you get

lean under 15% and especially as you

start to get on the 12% your chances of

muscle loss increase this means that

it's going to be a better idea to lose

fat in a slower more gradual way when

you're already leaner so as you begin to

approach 15% especially 12% it's better

to stay under a 500 calorie deficit but

if you're already big and you have a lot

of fat to lose then it can make sense to

go in at 1,000 calorie deficit because

you can lose that fat much more rapidly

you can do more aggressive fat loss and

get close to a thousand calorie deficit

if you already lean but the difference

is that you

really maintain this long tongue without

really starting to getting fatigued and

start to get hungry and losing muscle

mass so if you're going to aggressively

lose fat and use a thousand calorie

deficit and you already under 15%

I wouldn't recommend doing this for more

than four to six weeks max now there are

a ton of strategies that people use to

get lean especially as they start to get

leaner and leaner but let me make it

clear that there's actually no special

sort of strategy or technique that's

gonna help you lose fat quicker whether

that the intamin fasting carb cycling up

in your protein intake you know eating

more frequent meals doing more cardio

doing more weight lifting all these

strategies are actually going to do is

make it either easier or more difficult

for you to stay in a calorie deficit so

some people may find that something like

carb cycling or intamin fasting helps

them get to ten percent body fat but

it's not because these things are

special is because these things made it

easier for them to stay in a deficit of

energy and therefore lose fat so I'm not

going to go through these individual

strategies like carb cycling intimate

fasting because I've made plenty of

content on this before basically what I

want to outline in this video is two

strategies which generally tend to work

well for most people because are simple

adjustments and they are going to work

so the first thing you can do is try

intamin fasting restricting eating all

your calories within two to three meals

is gonna be a good idea because it's

simply much more difficult to overeat if

you're only eating two or three meals so

straight away there can be one really

effective strategy of decreasing your

caloric intake and making it sustainable

long term as you adjust eating less

meals in one day the second thing you

can do is help your protein intake so

protein is going to decrease your

appetite by increasing certain hormones

like pyy gel p1 and decreasing the

hunger hormone ghrelin so more protein

means a lower appetite protein is also

going to help you recover from your

workouts you know it's going to help you

maintain onto muscle and this is

particularly important as you begin to

diet and protein is also going to

essentially speed up your metabolism due

to something called the thermic effect

of food so carbs fat and protein all

require energy to digest but protein is

the most thermogenic meaning the more

proud

you eat and proportion to the amount of

carbs and fat you eat the more energy

you're going to be burning meaning more

protein means a faster metabolism so

upping that protein from point eight to

let's say one gram per pound of body

weight or one point one gram per pound

in body weight as you begin to get

closer to ten percent may be a good

strategy because it's going to help

decrease your appetite speed up your

metabolism a bit and just make it easier

to stick to your calorie deficit overall

getting to ten percent body fat is more

of a mental and psychological game

because your body doesn't want to lose

that much fat it's not inherently

unhealthy to be a ten percent body fat

but your body would much prefer to keep

on to that fat because it's a survival

mechanism um if we're in the wild and

food runs out so it's more of a mental

barrier that you have to get through in

order to diet long enough to actually

get to that body fat percentage so the

main thing you want to do getting to 10

percent is just trust in the process of

eating enough protein at staying in a

calorie deficit and lifting heavy

weights at the gym trying to get

stronger maintaining your strength at

the gym on oil lifts these are the

things you want to focus on and also

focus on your mindset think to yourself

as knowing yourself as an individual how

can I stay the most consistent and work

on improving your consistency because

you're gonna have to be patient and

that's what's really going to get you to

ten percent so ignore all these myths

about certain things being better for

losing body fat or supplements which are

going to help speed up your fat loss

stick to those basics calorie deficit in

enough protein do your weight training

and try to find little strategies and

tweaks in your diet and lifestyle which

are going to enable you to stay in a

calorie deficit and do so in a more

sustainable way so I hope you guys got

Most MYSTERIOUS Places In The World! - Duration: 11:28.

From strange sounds coming from telephone poles to patches in the Earth supposedly created

by dragons, here are 10 places science can't explain…

10.

The Zone of Silence

The zone of silence, often called Mexico's Bermuda Triangle, is a region of the Chihuahuan

desert in the north of the country where radio signals don't work, and, weirdly, compasses

go haywire if they are placed close to the ground.

These strange phenomena occur in a space that's about 30 miles across, in a nature reserve

that's sparsely populated.

For decades, there have been reports of strange lights in the sky, and a heightened number

of meteor showers compared with other places.

This strange effect in this area seems to reach up high into the sky too.

In 1970, an Athena rocket was launched from a US air force base in Utah to study the atmosphere

and, rather than landing in New Mexico as intended, for some reason, it lost all communication

and landed within the Zone of Silence.

The leading theory as to why this is such a strange place is said to be a result of

numerous meteor impacts here which have changed the magnetism of the underlying rock.

Scientists aren't fully convinced by this, though, and many believe that the increased

impacts are as a result of the strange forces here, as opposed to the other way around.

9.

The Hessdalen Lights

About 250 miles from Oslo, the capital city of Norway, is a mysterious valley, known as

the Hessdalen site.

Visitors here have witnessed peculiar lights hovering in the sky.

Rather than having a reasonable explanation like the northern lights, these lights are

usually described as flashing orbs that vary in size from small specks of light to ones

the size of cars that light up the sky.

Some slowly rise into the night over a number of hours, while others streak across the valley

in a matter of seconds.

Pretty weird right??

This display has, of course, peaked the interest of scientists, researchers, and UFOlogists

for decades- especially as it's something not seen anywhere else in the world.

There are theories as to what causes these flashes- ranging from alien contact to natural

layers of metals within the ground that act like a battery and release energy periodically.

There's still great debate about the true reason, though, and for the meantime, the

Hessdalen lights continue to be an awe-inspiring sight for anyone who sees them.

8.

The Taos Hum

Taos is a small, arty community in New Mexico that's been the home to a number of stars

over the years such as Julia Roberts and D.H Lawrence.

Since the early 90's, however, a strange hum has been reported that's turned this once

quiet town into a mystery- with about 2% of residents stating that they have heard the

sound.

Sensitive recording equipment has been set up, but so far it has been unable to detect

anything unusual- and to make things even weirder, various people have described the

sound in a different way- either like a hum, a whir, or a buzz.

Some people have even said that they can't even function properly because of the noise!!

The frustrating thing for researchers is that they can't even be certain if there truly

is a Hum in Taos, let alone what might be causing it if it does actually exist.

Still, it seems like far too many people are hearing something for it to be made up.

For now at least, the Taos Hum remains unexplained.

And now for number 7, but first if you are new here be sure to subscribe and join the

Origins Explained family!!

If you enjoy videos like these, go ahead and give this video a thumbs up!

7.

Bigelow Ranch

Robert Bigelow, the renowned aviation pioneer, had another hobby other than selling planes-

researching the paranormal.

This led to his purchase of the Skinwalker ranch in the mid 90's to head up his research,

but this place, itself, is full of mystery.

Its strangeness was first revealed when its previous owners moved in a few years before.

They were a Mormon family, who had bought the 480-acre plot in Utah with the intent

of living a simpler life.

They soon found things to be more complicated than expected, though, after they had some

scary encounters with wolves, seemingly three times larger than normal and impossible to

kill with bullets.

Furthermore, their cattle were frequently mutilated, with all of their reproductive

organs having been sucked out, and countless mysterious lights in the sky.

These stories, of course, became of interest to UFO hunters, which is why Bigelow purchased

the land- but even if you take the fantastical elements of the story away, science has yet

to explain what remains.

Why were the wolves so much larger here and not elsewhere nearby?

And what was mutilating the cattle in such horrific ways?

The truth is out there but for the time being, this scary place has many secrets.

6.

The Devil's Kettle

The Devil's kettle is a stunning waterfall on the Brule River in the Judge C.R, Magney

state park in Minnesota.

While the picturesque formation has attracted visitors for decades, there's a mystery

about the flow of water here- as it approaches the waterfall, the Brule river splits into

two.

Half of it cascades down to the lower part and continues on, while the rest falls into

an ominous looking dark hole in the hill and, from there, it seemingly vanishes.

But where does this water go?

People have tried numerous methods to find out, even resorting to dropping rubber ducks

and ping pong balls into the hole to see where they reappear, but without any luck.

Many speculate that it leads to a hidden underground river network that leads into the far away

Lake Superior, or perhaps even a vast underground cavern.

No one has dared jump in to find out yet what is happening with that black hole.

In recent years, scientists have measured the water flow and shown that a short distance

beyond the waterfall, the flow on the river is the same as before it has split- which

suggests that the mysterious vanishing water is re-joining soon after its deep dive, but

this still doesn't explain why there's no trace of any objects that have gone down

the hole, and there isn't enough proof to bring any conclusions about these falls.

5.

San Luis Valley

The San Luis Valley, in southwest Colorado, has been an attraction for UFO hunters for

a long time- so much so that it's the home to a UFO watchtower constructed to help people

look out for the unexplained.

Whether you believe in UFO's or not, this place is home to some very unusual phenomenon,

with sightings of lights in the sky being documented all the way back to the 1600's.

People see these mysterious illuminations darting back and forth across the night sky,

and during the day there are accounts of ball and saucer-shaped objects becoming visible

through the clouds.

With so many sightings, there's definitely something unusual going on here but, as of

yet, no better explanation has been put forth about what's causing it.

Science has yet to provide an answer, so for the time being, the UFO hunters continue to

believe.

4.

Namibia's Fairy Circles

For hundreds of years, deep in the Namib desert of Namibia, mysterious circles have been appearing

in the sand.

Resembling a polka dot pattern, they are often referred to as being fairy circles and have

been mentioned in local myths for centuries.

These stories talk of how these red circles, with fringes of grass, are the footprints

of gods- or clumps of land that have been poisoned by an evil dragon that lives underground.

Those explanations are, of course, pretty fantastica.

Scientifically founded proposals for their formation are also extremely varied and researchers

are having a hard time agreeing on their cause.

One paper suggested the circles are caused as a result of termites whose activity underground

affects what's happening on the surface- while Another says the cause is natural competition

between desert grasses.

No one knows for sure, but the phenomenon seems to be spreading.

At first, it was only seen in the Namib desert, but in recent years it has also been spotted

in Western Australia.

These new ones are so similar to the ones in Namibia that it raises the further mystery

of how the formations have begun to spread so far away!

3.

The South Atlantic Anomaly

The earth's magnetic field is not as constant as you may initially think, with one region

showing some very unusual signs.

Known as the South Atlantic Anomaly, it covers a huge area between Chile to Zimbabwe- throughout

which the magnetic field appears to be weakening.

This is a factor that space scientists have to take into account because the anomaly affects

electronics on satellites so much that they have to make sure to avoid it.

It's a known fact that the earth's poles switch, with the last reversal occurring about

780,000 years ago, and some think that the weakening that is happening above the Atlantic

could be the first sign of this happening again!!

The problem is, there's very little historical data available for this area in comparison

to others, so it's unclear whether this is unusual, or is something that has always been

the case.

The strongest theory is that it's happening because of the African Large Low Shear Velocity

Province, a huge reservoir of dense rock that sits about 1,800 miles beneath the African

continent.

It's positioned between the crust and the liquid core and may be responsible for interfering

with the magnetic forces emanating from the center of the planet.

Far more research is needed to fully understand this, though, and it could be key to discovering

when the next pole reversal will occur.

2.

The Sounds of the Northern Lights

The Northern Lights are one of the most stunning natural displays you can see anywhere on earth.

It has long been understood why the colors streak across the sky in the way that they

do, but there's one element to the phenomenon that still can't be explained- the fact

that sometimes they make noises.

One witness managed to record the noises and likened them to the blasters in Star Wars.

He heard the sounds in Sweden.

While watching the display in the sky, he noticed them coming from the direction of

nearby power lines.

Other people have also claimed to have heard things such as hisses, crackles, and loud

claps coming from the aurora.

It seems like the star wars blaster fire sound coming from the northern lights is travelling

through power lines, freaking everybody out!!

The scientific community is still debating the reason why this happens- with many not

even believing it occurs in the first place.

They claim it is just a figment of people's imaginations.

1.

Devil's Sea

The Devil's sea, which is also known as the Dragon's triangle, is just off the coast

of Japan in the Pacific Ocean.

The region stretches from Japan to the islands of Bonin, and also covers a large swathe of

the Philippine Sea.

It's a place that exhibits much stronger electromagnetic waves than is normal elsewhere

on the planet, and this leads to some strange effects.

The first records of mysterious happenings here comes from the 13th century when Kublai

Khan, the grandson of Genghis Khan, attempted to invade Japan twice.

On both occasions, the ships and a total of 40,000 people were apparently lost within

the triangle- never to be seen again.

In the early 20th century, numerous fishing vessels and five military vessels went missing

within the triangle.

This led, in 1952, to the deployment of the Kaio Maru No.5 research ship to investigate

what was happening- but this ship, too, went missing.

The wreckage was eventually found, but there was no sign of what had happened to the crew.

There are a number of conflicting theories about what is causing the disappearances-

because stronger electromagnetic waves shouldn't be causing this on their own.

Some think it could be the combination of hot and cold ocean currents here, or maybe

it's to so with a series of subsea volcanoes- with eruptions proving to be deadly for anyone

passing by at the time.

Further research is definitely needed to fully understand the Devil's sea- something people

are understandably hesitant to do because of the inherent risks involved in traveling

to the area.

Thanks for watching!!

Arsenal behind the scenes: Ramsey contract boost, Emery's transfer priority, tactics & Leno - Duration: 3:50.

We're slap bang in the middle of the first international break of the season, with Arsenal having had a mixed start to the new campaign

Two wins and two defeats from their first two games leaves Unai Emery's side sitting ninth in the Premier League and with plenty to work on ahead of next weekend's trip to Newcastle

Despite the current lull while players are away on international duty, there are still plenty of talking points at Arsenal right now - with the January transfer window, Aaron Ramsey's contract and Unai Emery's team selections all big topics of debate

Our Arsenal writer Charles Watts gave his thoughts on some of those talking points during a live Q&A with fans on Friday - Here's a look at what he had to say on some of what's going on behind the scenes in north London

On Arsenal's January transfer plans.Charles Watts says: "It's tough to say exactly right now, but I'm not expecting Arsenal to do much in January

"A new left-back is certainly a priority, whether that will be something they look to do in January though I'm not sure

A wide attacker is also on the agenda and Cristian Pavon has big admirers at Arsenal, but I still think he will end up in Spain

On Emery's tactics for far.Charles Watts says: "I don't think he's done much wrong, bringing in Iwobi at Chelsea for example was an inspired selection

Starting with Guendouzi as well was a brave call that's been rewarded. I felt the time was right at Cardiff to bring Lacazette and he did that

"But the one criticism I have is that he hasn't used Torreira enough yet. He's got to make that call pretty quickly to bring him into the team because Arsenal are better when he's on the pitch

I would play him over Xhaka I have to say, although I imagine it will be for Guendouzi when Emery does eventually make the decision

"It's tough to really comment on Cech but we've not seen Leno yet, other than in pre-season

Emery sees him every day so there must be a good reason that he is not starting him

On Ramsey's contract talks.Charles Watts says: "In terms of Ramsey, there is still no agreement

But I did hear from someone I trust last week that things were moving in the right direction and that he thought a new deal was not far away - which is a positive

I think he will eventually sign, but Arsenal really have given themselves big issues by letting themselves get into this position again

On Bernd Leno still being left out by Unai Emery.Charles Watts says: "None of us have seen what Leno has been like in training - there must be a reason why Emery isn't playing him

"The fact that Cech is still starting given how uneasy he is with the ball at his feet raises big questions about Leno in my opinion

"We know he is good in terms of his distribution and playing out from the back - so there must be issues in terms of coming for crosses or shot stopping

I did hear that he made a major error in a behind closed doors friendly with Brentford that resulted in a goal

We will get to see him soon in the Europa League and Carabao Cup so we'll be able to judge him for ourselves

9 Ways the Ranch Helped Me to Become a Better Person - Duration: 13:49.

Hi I'm Mike I've talked in the past

about how being here on the ranch has

made me a better person and recently I

received an email from a young man who

was or maybe still is having some doubts

about his own life he wanted to know

what I learned here that changed the way

that I thought about things are moved

through my day and it got me thinking

and now I'd like to share with you my

thoughts and hopefully we can fill the

comments with what makes you a better

person - these are my top nine ways the

ranch has made me a better person on our

wyoming life

welcome to our whelming life as we

continue to explore the ranch life and

escape the ordinary thanks for coming

along with us as many of you know we

weren't raised here on the ranch both

Aaron and I were city kids and then we

became City people but after we got

married family obligations drew us to

the ranch and when we got here we didn't

know jack spit about it in fact before

we came here we were completely

different people I was a vice president

of a large radio group in charge of

programming about 17 different radio

stations I had people under me who

probably hated my guts I had to hire

people and I had to fire people I made

enemies they'd make a lot of friends and

I always looked out for number one that

was me

my job my happiness my hobby is my free

time everything that was important to me

was el numero uno I was for the lack of

a better analogy someone you might call

the rear end of a number of different

animals and I've been called much much

worse over the last few years though I

made a conscious effort to change that

and coming to the ranch was a huge part

in changing my way of thinking about

life now some of you guys may have had

this stuff figured out a long time ago

and for that I'm kind of jealous there

are probably thousands of little things

that can make you a better person but

here are a few things that I've learned

thanks to the ranch and the influence

that it's had over my life number one be

thankful for what you have when we came

here we fell into a life that many dream

of at the time I didn't know that

although my mom was sure to tell me that

I was living and doing my dad dad's

dream job

when Gilbert my father-in-law that

brought us here to the ranch passed away

he left all of us not only a great

responsibility but also the foundation

to succeed we have the equipment we have

the animals and the land for them to

live on and for that we are eternally

grateful the old saying is and this is

the first old saying right here today so

just bear with me is don't look a gift

horse in the mouth and for us

very true good things be better of

course would we like a new tractor

swather or ranch truck sure but we can

get by with what we have we can make it

work the legacy that we were given is

still right here and we're still working

with it number two if a neighbor calls

and asks for help drop what you're doing

and go help them when the phone rings

and the neighbor down the road needs a

hand nothing else is more important at

the moment he or she wouldn't be calling

if they didn't truly need help and

sometimes you're gonna need help in

return that's gonna be the same thing

when you call them you're gonna need

help right now a few weeks ago my

neighbor led me on an adventure that

ended with us trapping and escaped llama

on his property not an easy task and

when he called for help I actually

thought he was kidding but now I know

how to catch a llama a skill that I hope

I'll never have to use again plus he

owes me one

number three stop and smell the roses

okay it sounds pretty cliche but it

really is one of the most important

parts of my day now there there are no

roses out here but we also you know we

want to take the time to appreciate

where we are to take ten minutes out of

our day

it's those moments that are really gonna

matter when you come home from a long

day when you need to unwind do you

really want to be thinking about all the

work you have to do all that stuff on

the project list or would you rather be

smiling because you took ten minutes for

yourself take a break

find a place to soak it in and realize

just how lucky you are

number four let go of the anger inside

these Corral's I have had some of the

most frustrating days of my life and

around here there are many things that

frustrate you a broken tractor or a cow

that doesn't want to move and it's easy

to let those things get under your skin

and in all reality it's actually okay if

they do get through that get the job

done move it on and let go move on to

the next thing and don't let the anger

stay with you when we first got here I I

did I got really mad a lot I was very

frustrated because I didn't know how to

do things I got angry I yelled and I

stomped but like I said luckily we

weren't filming any of it because it

wasn't pretty

now I almost laugh it off because in the

long run around here it's just another

day number five admit your mistakes and

learn from them I screw up all the time

how the day goes by that something

doesn't happen the way I want it to

sometimes those mistakes cost times

sometimes they cost money but after a

mistake is done there's no going back

use your mistakes to learn something as

simple as remembering to put a jack up

on the baler or as complex as losing a

calf because you didn't give the correct

treatment fast enough everything in life

is an opportunity to learn adapt and

overcome

number six surround yourself with people

who have your back

you can try going at it alone some

succeed with that mentality but most

don't when it comes to the hosts that

are gonna stand behind you no matter

what happens they can come from anywhere

all you need is people who share your

same goal they can be your friends your

co-workers sometimes even complete

strangers when you need advice they're

the ones that are gonna give you honest

feedback that feedback even though

sometimes it's harsh to take will make

you stronger and better here on the

ranch we all work hard together to

accomplish whatever we can dream of hi

McKenzie can you can you do me a favor

can you tell me what it is that makes

you a better person well hold on clear I

only have one microphone here okay what

is it that makes you a better person

they getting smarter in school yeah you

want to talk grace you don't want to

Lincoln what makes you a better person

okay you want to go get shoes what did

you say you want to get down what do you

have to say I might get smarter in

school you get smarter in school and

that makes you a better person

I agree the smarter you are what get get

let Hitler speak what kittler speak yeah

there you go this is my team

number seven don't forget to thank those

that pave the way my dad passed away a

week after my 13th birthday

and what were twenty years later was the

very first time that I ever visited his

grave Aaron and I went out we replaced

his original handmade headstone with a

new one and ever since then I have had

that headstone with me right here in the

shop this stone for years was the only

marker of my dad's existence besides me

I guess until I came here to the ranch I

didn't have the courage to go to his

gravesite in Oregon and see what I had

been avoiding for 23 years and I got the

chance to thank him for the spark that

he gave me that allows me to live this

life

in the same way I visit Gilbert's grave

almost on a weekly basis he's buried

right here on what used to be part of

the ranch before this was donated as a

County Cemetery

I mean he's as close as he can get and I

come up here and I thank him for

allowing that spark that my dad put in

me to continue to grow into a passion

for ranching

number eight don't put yourself in a box

if you want to do something different

then do it don't be the norm I'm sitting

inside a chicken brittle when we came

here we had no idea how to be ranchers

we learned what we could but I can tell

you that we don't do it the same way

that every other ranch from the world

does it we love to try new things and

some seem silly and even if you are a

rancher or a firefighter or a computer

salesman you can still be more help we

became YouTube creators that found a

whole new life a new talent and a new

passion number 9

nothing worth doing is ever easy another

cliche but one that's true enough once

again don't be afraid of doing something

the hard way when and if you find an

easier way to do it you're gonna

appreciate it all the north hard work

will pay off maybe not with money but

with personal growth experience an

old-fashioned grit while we're at it get

a little dirty because sometimes that's

the only way that chillip ever know true

accomplishment

I'm gonna stop there so why only nine

ways why not ten well because I want you

to round out the list please comment and

tell us what makes you a better person

is it getting out and going for a walk

every night for our younger herd members

is it cleaning your room when mom or dad

tells you to what is it that makes you

somebody that you would want to hang out

with my hope is that this video gives

the sender of that email to me a glimpse

into what not only helps make a better

person but what makes us all better

people we all have room for improvement

but then again nobody's perfect and no

one should expect you to be if they do

they aren't worth wasting your time with

this video actually falls into that if

somebody asks for help category you go

and help them and I'm trying to do just

that thanks for taking your time to help

me also

the ranch was what I needed to make

myself a better person but for you it

could be anything a basketball court a

hobby or just a box of Lego's it doesn't

matter if you have it in you to change

how you think then that's all you need

friend of mine said time spent planning

is time that you aren't doing so go do

it and you won't regret it until I see

you again have a great week and thanks

for joining us in our Wyoming life

CANON EOS M50 MIRRORLESS FIRST LOOK - Duration: 6:14.

what's up everybody its Meech you're

tuned into on the radar what we cover

health fitness and tech this is a radar

alert I currently just got these two

boxes in this one I actually don't even

know what it is I think I kind of have a

clue I think I definitely know what's in

the white box under it so let's get this

open and see what it is I hope it's what

I think it is because I really need this

right now for what's in the box under it

so uh okay yes this is definitely what I

thought it is it is the canon mount

adapter it is an adapter ring and that

pretty much means that there's a camera

in this next box so let's just cut this

the suspense out let's see what this

thing looks like first before we get

into all that you know I just messed up

the whole suspense thing and all that

this is just an adapter ring that you

know it's nice yeah okay let's get into

the box this box drum roll yeah it is

the Canon EOS m50 it is a mirrorless

camera it's the brand-new camera on the

market this is my first entry into

mirrorless cameras so I'm definitely

excited to try this out and see what all

the hype is about I've been using a DSLR

Canon 70D and 80D cameras like I said

I'm just gonna be my first mirrorless

cameras mirrorless camera so I'm gonna

see what the hype is about definitely

you know as you can see you get the

strap you get the battery you get the

camera it's so even get to the camera

yet but this is just a battery get to

strap the booklets all that good stuff

so can we finally get to the body please

what else is in this box what is this we

already saw okay the lens obviously the

lens this is

yeah okay okay can you take it out the

package already you take it too long

he's stressing me out

it's a lens yes it's nice it comes with

a EFM 15 to 45 millimeter lens I want to

see what the body of the camera looks

like okay now you showing me this the

school is nice to target port can we get

into this oh this guy takes so long so

long so long you'll take it out the

package homie ah there we go

alright so it's the cannon m50

mirrorless camera this looks nice it's

all white designers looks nice and

cutting in little gray tones on the on

the features okay got all the little

typical buttons and features and all

that good stuff that looks like okay you

put the the bottom has the camera I mean

the battery port and the memory card

lens the memory card lens as the memory

card port

he can't even get the battery in it

cooked Joe this dude man it's not that

hard to put a battery in alright this

dudes making things look difficult it's

not that hard

alright so what's this right here okay

this is kind of hard to open so we're

just this nice little little texture on

the back of it this has a flip screen if

this dude wants to actually open the

flip screen and show us the flip screen

this dude is not a perfection okay nice

you know like the other Canon cameras

the ATD the 70d has two articulating

flip screen so you can vlog and all that

good stuff that's definitely a good

thing a lot of these mirrorless cameras

from what I see don't have the the flip

screen so that's definitely a plus

that's one of the one of the reasons why

I went with this this particular camera

because of the screen it's very

important for me so as you can see the

lens goes on and this is why I bought

the the lens mount because with this

camera you can actually add this has its

own set of lenses which you can actually

adapt your other lenses if you have the

bigger DSLR cameras with the lens mount

I mean with the lens adapter you can

actually use your other Canon lens

lenses with this camera which

which is a great plus so here you see

you have your ports HDMI all that good

stuff

this also has a mic port I was rambling

so much I'm not sure if I showed the mic

port yet so on this side this is the

part we can't get open but trust me

we'll get it open it does you know you

can't stick a mic in there so that's

nice this is the camera I'm really

excited to try it out it has dual Auto

pixel and eye detection autofocus that's

24 megapixel sensor it does shoot in 4k

that's 120 frames per second it's good

for slow motion I'm gonna put this this

is my 85 millimeter lens on this is one

of my favorite lenses as you can see

what the lens adapter goes on it looks

looks pretty cool like that um so you

know we'll get into this if you haven't

subscribed subscribe and hit the

notification button so that you can be

updated when I post these next videos

and get into this reviews and all the

different stuff we're gonna dive deep

into this hit the like button subscribe

so you can and hit the notification bell

so you can be updated when I upload

these uploads so that's it

thanks for tuning in till next time stay

focused stay fit once again I gotta say

please hit that like button it's just

part of my outro and tune in next time

to see what else pops up on the radar

salute

you

you

Foreign girl turns Samurai: Trying to fight like a real samurai in Japan - Duration: 13:46.

Wow so cute! She is a real cutey!

Draw the sword sidewards.

Hello everyone. I am Cathy Cat from the YouTube channel Ask Japanese.

One cultural gem that foreigners love about Japan are:

SAMURAI!

I saw a lot about Samurai in Anime and Manga.

Today here, in the middle of Tokyo...

there is a place where you can learn Samurai fighting techniques.

I will try it out with you. Let's do it.

Did you ever want to be a samurai?

Well if you are in Tokyo you get a chance to try real Samurai fighting skills.

And that's my cue to try and be a Lolita Fashion samurai.

My sensei has become very famous on social media.

What?

Apparently I need to watch a movie beforehand...?

Ok.

Wow that's so fast!

There is a Maid samurai! So cool!

She is super cute.

I will get to meet her?

Awesome!

I want to become as cute and strong as she is!

On that note let's go to meet her!

So I came to the Shinjuku cosmic center to meet my Samurai Maid Sensei.

Let's learn samurai skills.

Hello...

This is impressive!

There are all kinds of people training here.

Sorry I came here looking for a samurai maid...

Where can I find her?

That was me.

Oh my gosh. That super cute maid was a boy?

Well. Dofu Takizawa is not only a maid samurai popular on social media

he is also a master of Tenshin-Ryu martial arts.

Can I ask you some questions then? - Of course.

Let's do an Ask interview. - Bring it on.

Why did you become a maid samurai?

I didn't really mean for this to happen. I did it as a joke at first.

I thought the mix of maid and samurai was pretty cool.

I put it both together and filmed a movie on my phone.

But when I put it on my twitter it got very popular.

That was the start of it all.

It really went viral.

Yeah I got about 35,000 retweets on Twitter.

Wow.

What are you teaching here?

I teach a martial art called Tenshin-Ryu.

It has a 380 year old history.

There are many students. - Yes it doesn't matter if you're male or female.

We also occasionally have some foreigners here.

There are also many young students learning here.

What surprised me is that you are not using wooden swords but actual blades.

That's right. We use actual swords, but they are not sharpened.

They are blunt but they have the real weight to wield it.

That way you learn how to wield a real Japanese sword.

Students learn how to be careful with handling them.

So it's a real Samurai technique? - Yes you can learn that here.

Seeing you in the maid clothes... you are ... not very tall.

With 157 cm I am not tall but...

the average size for men in the old Edo period in Japan was 157cm.

Men in those time were wielding those swords being the same size as I am now.

You look like the hero of one of my favorite anime. - Really?

Rurouni Kenshin (Samurai X) wasn't tall. - I think he was 156cm.

Yes I think he is only 1-2 cm smaller than me.

I am not as cool as he is. - You are! - Thank you!

Just seeing the video, I got really excited. - Now it's your turn Cathy.

Let's practice it.

Will I become cooler? - You will. Don't worry.

I'll try my best.

What shall I do first? - I would like you to practice in this fashion but...

Might be hard to move in though. First, get changed into something comfortable.

I got you sensei! I will do my best today.

I got changed....

- This looks easier to move. - I feel so embarrassed in this... (>///<)

Let's wrap the obi sash around you. - Okay. Please do. (>///////<)

It's important to have a tight obi belt to hold the sword in place.

And we are good to go!

What's next?

This will be the sword you are using today.

What I can already get a sword? - I will fit it to you.

Normally you would wear a fan, the short Wakizashi and the long Daitou sword.

Since you are not wearing Hakama clothes, you will just carry the Daitou.

Even beginners will start with a real sword?

Yes beginners will practice in sporty clothes, the obi belt and a Daitou sword.

For special skills, like fighting when sitting, we use the small swords.

Please teach me from the start.

In Tenshin-Ryu, when drawing the sword, the cross-guard needs to be in your center.

When drawing a Japanese sword, you first have to cut an opening.

Open the sword mouth?

You first have to split the sword from the shaft with the thumb on your left hand.

That's what it means to cut the opening.

Before drawing the sword, you always have to do this movement first.

Don't have your finger in the middle, you might cut yourself.

Open it up sideways like this.

Add your right hand to it, as if you're putting your hands together to pray.

Then you pull the shaft backwards.

At the same time, your right hand pulls the sword out.

This is really long... - Pull the shaft backwards.

This is hard.

This is the first step of drawing a sword.

This sword is really heavy. - This is actually a lighter one.

- This is light?!?!? - They are generally around one kilo.

- How heavy is yours? - Around 900 grams

This one is around 700-800grams.

What!?

How to hold your sword. Generally you use your right hand.

Your right hand goes on top and the left hand supports.

The way you hold your hand we call "The mouth of the dragon".

Dragon mouth? - Yes.

Your hand will be placed away from the cross guard. Just below. Like this.

The palm of your left hand grabs the end, then wrap your fingers around.

That's it. You can move your hand up a little bit more.

The end of the sword should come to the middle of your palm.

Then wrap it round tight.

Like this.

Why do you need to distance you fingers from the sword's guard?

Imagine you are fighting, and your guards touch like this.

When one guard pushes under the other, your index finger will get injured.

That would hurt.

That's why you hold slightly underneath the area, so you will be fine.

I see.

This is how you hold it up.

This is the correct way to hold a Japanese sword.

The Dragon Mouth pose.

Next, how to sheathe a sword.

After using your skill and fighting an opponent, there might be blood on your blade.

You first have to shake off the blood.

The sword tip is generally on the same height as your eyes.

A bit like this.

And the end of your sword comes to the middle of your body.

After fighting you will lower the blade...

You don't quite touch the ground, draw a slight curve in the air...

Then shake off the blood.

Your hand should be as high as your chest.

Then pull out the sheathe.

Then almost lean the blunt edged against your shoulder.

Make sure you got the mouth of the sheath prepared like this.

Hold it with your index finger and thumb.

Then lean it against your shoulder, slide it over your hand,

Pull the sheath down more, yes.

Then gently slide the sword in until it is about in the middle of your body.

Hold it like that with your index finger.

Align your legs, keep watch if your opponent is still alive.

Don't let go of your sword yet in case he gets back up.

Generally you don't push it all the way in. You first check if your opponent is done,

Slide your hand down, to then finally give it the last push and lock it in.

That's when you finally push it all the way in.

Still, don't let go of your sword.

Slide your hand downwards. Last step is letting go of the sword.

That's how it is done.

I didn't expect putting the sword away would be so difficult.

It's a bit cruel, but in the old days you needed to keep checking if your opponent is still alive.

You could only put your sword away, if he wasn't a danger anymore.

Today you need to learn how to draw your sword, do a skill and sheathe your sword.

By the end of today, you need to be able to do it all by yourself.

Can I lean a fighting technique too? - Ok. I will tell you one.

It's called Jujiken.

Please teach me.

You step forwards, and there will be your opponent.

He might be attacking you or you might be attacking him.

You need to hit him in the upper area of his body. Chest, Throat or Arm.

This is a skill that teaches you how to do that.

You drew the sword, and one leg is already in front.

Then you cut him sideways.

Then you flip your wrist upwards.

Then you move it towards the ceiling.

Then you step forward and cut downwards.

One leg is on front, withdraw now.

And then sheathe your sword.

Have your other hand on the obi sash.

Pull out your sheath.

Close your legs.

Push it in.

In the next video I will challenge my sensei to a duel.

Will I be able to defeat him or not? Don't miss part two!

💖Bassinet Diaper Cake for a Baby Shower How to Video Tutorial - Duration: 10:03.

welcome to the bassinet diaper cake for

a baby shower how-to video tutorial in

this video will show you step-by-step

how to make a bassinet diaper cake for a

baby shower gift

hey it's Stacey here from Stacey Jane's nappy cakes

if you're new here then make sure

you click that subscribe and

notifications button so you'll notified

each week when new content like this is

available and make sure you stick around

and watch it through as I have a special

offer available to all my viewers at the

end of this video so let's jump in and

make a bassinet diaper cake together

I'll run through these items very

quickly but you can find a detailed list

of what you need in the description

below you're going to need to buy 21

disposable diapers or nappies a baby

wrap a face washer plain bib and a

comforter soft toy the other items that

you're going to need will be an 11 inch

cake board a stapler and some staples

some fall back clips and some pegs

string scissors rubber band just two

standard rubber band fabric glue poster

board which we've cut into a 10

centimeter wide with one meter long

strip 16mm double satin ribbon and 38mm ribbon you'll also need some

cellophane which is 1.2 meters long by a

meter wide or a large cellophane gift

bag and some ribbon for decoration

okay so step one you're going to take your

nappies and we're going to make the base

of the diaper cake

okay so step one you're going to take

bassinet diaper cake so this consists of

your nappies and make the base of the

13 nappies as the base then you're going

to take three of your nappies and flip

them in to end this just flattens them

out and makes them a little more even

then going to pop them onto the end make

it the messy end of your cake and wrap

this with some ribbon string push the

corners in and then make sure that you

do this up nice and tight

then the remaining five nappies we're

going to roll up and loosely tie with

some string

just even those out a little bit okay

now that becomes the base of your cradle

now step two we need to take your

baby bib now make sure that your bib is

of a reasonable size if it's too small

it's not going to do the job right we're

going to need your rubber band we're

gonna take the top five

nappies that you've rolled and just

place you're bib over the end of that use

your rubber band and secure the bib in place

now we're going to take a

comforter take our comforter and we're

going to lay this on the base of our

cakes this is step three lay this on the

base of the cake now when we do this

make sure that you've got a good enough

gap for the headpiece of your bassinet

to sit in there now we're going to take

our face washer we just give our face

washer a little fold over so that if

it's got one of these ribs we don't want

that showing so we give it a little fold

over and then gonna place it on our cradle

cake just like that and now we go ahead

and we tie all of this together now

while I'm tying this up and while you're

watching let me know in the comments

below if you've ever tried making one of

these bassinet diaper cakes before or if

you think you might like to give it a go

now that you've seen this tutorial

right so that's the comforter all tucked

into the bassinet diaper cake okay so

step four you need to cut your poster

board so that you have yourself a strip

that's about ten centimeters wide by

around about a meter long and then we're

going to take our baby wrap and lay our

baby wrap out onto the table

then place your poster board on to the wrap and

then we're just going to wrap this nice

and tightly all the way to the end to

make sure that the ends are within that

strip fold this end over to where the

cardboard starts to give that a nice

clean finish

now you're going to take your cradle

we're gonna wrap this around it needs to

be nice and tight and you need to secure

it in place to start with so grab a pick

line up your neat end so this end that

we've got here we're going to line that

up with the back and then bring take his

little legs out and then bring your wrap

around and we're going to give a nice

pull to get it nice and tight secure

that with your peg and then you can get

your string to tie that together

so that's the basis of the diaper cake

in now we just need to decorate that

with some ribbon

straighten up your ribbon now while

you're waiting for the glue to dry you

can make the little bow that goes onto

the front of this that's pretty simple

I'll have another tutorial for you if

you just click up here you'll be able to

see that will take you straight to

that tutorial now that you've made your

bow you can attach this one to the

actual front of the nappy cake so you

just grab your peg bow and some glue

pop a little bit of glue line your peg up to

the middle and then place your bow in

the top just like that

once you glue is dried you can remove

all of the clips and the pegs and now

it's ready for cellophaning the

tutorial to cellophane your diaper cake

for presentation can be found if you

click just up here as promised if you

would like to order a DIY kit for this

bassinet diaper cake you can use the

discount code on the screen now and

click this link up here to go straight

to the kit and if you're really time

poor then I have a done-for-you version

that you can order and have shipped

straight to your recipient store

anywhere in Australia you can find that

here just click on this link thanks for

watching today and if you haven't done

so yet please hit that subscribe button

[ PDD#1 ] - Es-tu certain ? - Duration: 7:36.

When you have to choose when to dig

to do your sand castle

one thing is sure and certain

you have de choice

but you always have a definitive opinion

at the end

and it's normal, other whiles

you'dnever build that sand castle

Like in your everyday life

you have definitive opinions about things

I'm sure

It also mean that with all the possible

solutions,you're sure

that you've find the best one

But, in which extent are you sure about

that?

Hi so I tried to think at which extent

I know nothing about the world

And I wanted to share it with you

so don't hesitate to tell me what you think

because I really want to have your opinions

about the fact

I means when

something is disturbing you please tell me

It's important

I'll start with a simple principle

There are 7 billions people

one earth okay ?

Everyone has it's own vision of the world

a different vision of the world

As a principle I'll say that everyone

has his vision I mean if you take a subject

And you take

all the possible shades

There will be a moment where

two personns will disaggrea

And I think we can say that because

even in political parties people that are reunited because of their opinions

can disaggree on some details, SO !

Let's take the people that can have

a clear vision of reality I mean people

that are more that 3 years old and let's

not take those who don't have a clear vision

because of their illness for example

let's say we are

4 bilions

What a mess ! it's really a lot

If you have a definitive opinion there you

make a cross on 3 bilions 999

millions 999 thousand 999 opinions !

What a mess of what a mess ! But not only ! If 2 personns

talk to each others,

a third opinion can appear !

In fact

A third opinion can appear composed

of the opinions of the 2 persons

that where there before. So while taking 4 billions

of people there many combination

of 2 people possible

When I say many

it's really a lot

I will give some numbers later

Remember only that when

you have your opinion and you talk to someone

the final result is not

2 different opinions but just 3 opinions

that are your opinion, the opinion of the other one

and the opinion which is a combination of the two

Yeah we can say 1+1 = 3

in other therms

when you let the door open to others opinion you

get way more than

what you could expect

and I think you see what I

want to say next, we can combine

3 , 4 , 5 people

and even 4 billions of persons

What a mess ! So let's start again

If you meet someone you have 3

opinions that are coming

And when you meet a third person

You can compare his opinion with

the first opinion, the second one

the third one but also

building an opinion that is

the combination of the opinion of the 3 people

that's a mess ! To share it simply

It's like if you were looking at a

window like this

and when you compare your opinion with the opinion

of someone else

It's like if at the end

you were all looking at a bigger window

composed of the window of

each persons at the beginning

And now you'll tell me ! Damn

how many thing do I miss every day

If you take 4 billions of people

and all the combinations possible

of 2.3.4.5.

2 Billions 910 millions 2 heundred and 13

We miss 10 atthe power of 1 billions

200 millions possible opinions

What a mess ...

I know

that this number is really a lot

but to make you understand

we estimate that

there are only 10^87 atoms in the universe

If we could compare our opinions

with everyone, we would have 10^1200000000

opinions possible

What a mess ! To be really simple

when you have

a definitive opinion on something

we miss all of this

That also mean that it exists some things

that we didn't even imagine

But we already close the door

with our define opinion ! I think it's not

over

sometimes

we change opinion

without discussing with other

just because

of our experience

for example

or whatever, it can happen

that without interact with someone

we can change opinion, Pay attention

Big mess incoming ! If at a moment

you have that much opinion possible

at a next moment everyone can have his opinions changed

and so you have 10^blablabla

new opinions possible

that's a lot

really a lot

And just to know that there are some

opinions that I never

imagine that it would be possible

to imagine that they they would be

thinkable. Just to say something

because

we are not able to

do all the connexions

at the same time when we

meet someone

and I don't think it's

possible otherwhiles

I think that i we

were doing

that in real life

everytime we will talk to someone

*boum* epilpetic crisis

with all the differents possibilities

connect everything

is not possible

To give a pictured speech

let's say that

all the possible opinions are the stars

that you see in the sky

There really are a lot of start that we don't see

Tey are the solutions that we can't imagine

but there are some

that you can see

just by looking

directly or by looking at it

with a telescope for exemple

and all of this thing

is possible only when you open your eyes

litteraly , If we had to give

a conclusion to all of this,

What would it be ?

If At the end if we want to have

a define opinion on something

We should really open our eyes

because we are never sure of nothing

You can feel that you're sure

but just the fact that you know that

there are some thing

that you have never imagine and that you will never imagine ... So

Tell me what you think of it

This video is now over

Well ... I'm not that sure ...Bye !

CANON EOS M50 MIRRORLESS FIRST LOOK - Duration: 6:14.

what's up everybody its Meech you're

tuned into on the radar what we cover

health fitness and tech this is a radar

alert I currently just got these two

boxes in this one I actually don't even

know what it is I think I kind of have a

clue I think I definitely know what's in

the white box under it so let's get this

open and see what it is I hope it's what

I think it is because I really need this

right now for what's in the box under it

so uh okay yes this is definitely what I

thought it is it is the canon mount

adapter it is an adapter ring and that

pretty much means that there's a camera

in this next box so let's just cut this

the suspense out let's see what this

thing looks like first before we get

into all that you know I just messed up

the whole suspense thing and all that

this is just an adapter ring that you

know it's nice yeah okay let's get into

the box this box drum roll yeah it is

the Canon EOS m50 it is a mirrorless

camera it's the brand-new camera on the

market this is my first entry into

mirrorless cameras so I'm definitely

excited to try this out and see what all

the hype is about I've been using a DSLR

Canon 70D and 80D cameras like I said

I'm just gonna be my first mirrorless

cameras mirrorless camera so I'm gonna

see what the hype is about definitely

you know as you can see you get the

strap you get the battery you get the

camera it's so even get to the camera

yet but this is just a battery get to

strap the booklets all that good stuff

so can we finally get to the body please

what else is in this box what is this we

already saw okay the lens obviously the

lens this is

yeah okay okay can you take it out the

package already you take it too long

he's stressing me out

it's a lens yes it's nice it comes with

a EFM 15 to 45 millimeter lens I want to

see what the body of the camera looks

like okay now you showing me this the

school is nice to target port can we get

into this oh this guy takes so long so

long so long you'll take it out the

package homie ah there we go

alright so it's the cannon m50

mirrorless camera this looks nice it's

all white designers looks nice and

cutting in little gray tones on the on

the features okay got all the little

typical buttons and features and all

that good stuff that looks like okay you

put the the bottom has the camera I mean

the battery port and the memory card

lens the memory card lens as the memory

card port

he can't even get the battery in it

cooked Joe this dude man it's not that

hard to put a battery in alright this

dudes making things look difficult it's

not that hard

alright so what's this right here okay

this is kind of hard to open so we're

just this nice little little texture on

the back of it this has a flip screen if

this dude wants to actually open the

flip screen and show us the flip screen

this dude is not a perfection okay nice

you know like the other Canon cameras

the ATD the 70d has two articulating

flip screen so you can vlog and all that

good stuff that's definitely a good

thing a lot of these mirrorless cameras

from what I see don't have the the flip

screen so that's definitely a plus

that's one of the one of the reasons why

I went with this this particular camera

because of the screen it's very

important for me so as you can see the

lens goes on and this is why I bought

the the lens mount because with this

camera you can actually add this has its

own set of lenses which you can actually

adapt your other lenses if you have the

bigger DSLR cameras with the lens mount

I mean with the lens adapter you can

actually use your other Canon lens

lenses with this camera which

which is a great plus so here you see

you have your ports HDMI all that good

stuff

this also has a mic port I was rambling

so much I'm not sure if I showed the mic

port yet so on this side this is the

part we can't get open but trust me

we'll get it open it does you know you

can't stick a mic in there so that's

nice this is the camera I'm really

excited to try it out it has dual Auto

pixel and eye detection autofocus that's

24 megapixel sensor it does shoot in 4k

that's 120 frames per second it's good

for slow motion I'm gonna put this this

is my 85 millimeter lens on this is one

of my favorite lenses as you can see

what the lens adapter goes on it looks

looks pretty cool like that um so you

know we'll get into this if you haven't

subscribed subscribe and hit the

notification button so that you can be

updated when I post these next videos

and get into this reviews and all the

different stuff we're gonna dive deep

into this hit the like button subscribe

so you can and hit the notification bell

so you can be updated when I upload

these uploads so that's it

thanks for tuning in till next time stay

focused stay fit once again I gotta say

please hit that like button it's just

part of my outro and tune in next time

to see what else pops up on the radar

salute

you

you

Santi Cazorla thanks Arsene Wenger for his 'incredible gesture' before leaving Arsenal - Duration: 1:40.

Santi Cazorla admits he is 'eternally grateful' for Arsene Wenger's decision to give him a new contract with Arsenal before the start of his injury nightmare

The Spaniard's last appearance for Arsenal was in October 2016 and he faced the prospect of never playing football again after requiring 10 operations to fix an Achilles injury

But before the start of his long road to recovery, Wenger, who described Cazorla's injury as the worst he had seen in football, took the decision to award the midfielder a one-year contract extension

Cazorla did not make an appearance during his final season at Arsenal and returned to Villarreal this summer after being released by the Gunners

'Arsene always supported me,' Cazorla said in an interview with The Guardian.  'He renewed my contract before the first operation, which was an incredible gesture

'He called me in: 'Santi, I'm going to give you the optional year. It's here, sign it, have your operation with peace of mind

'  'That helped me focus on my rehabilitation without fear.  'I'm eternally grateful for that

Serena Williams's game penalty at U.S. Open final sparks torrent of reactions - Duration: 6:19.

By Tramel Raggs September 8 at 8:42 PM Naomi Osaka's historic title at the U

S. Open was convincing and well deserved. But her opponent, Serena Willams, and tennis fans alike were left wondering what was going on after a bizarre circumstance cost Williams a game in the second set of Osaka's 6-2, 6-4 win

[Naomi Osaka upsets Serena Williams, who received game penalty, to win 2018 U.S. Open] During the second game of that set, Willams received a violation from chair umpire Carlos Ramos for receiving coaching

Ramos's rationale was that Williams's coach, Patrick Mouratoglou, made a motion from the stands that appeared to instruct Williams to go to the net more frequently

The 23-time grand slam champion vehemently argued the call, with some of her protests audible on the ESPN broadcast

"If he gives me a thumbs up, he's telling me to come on," explained Williams. "We don't have any code, and I know that you don't know that and I understand why you may have thought that was coaching, but I'm telling you it's not

I don't cheat to win, I'd rather lose." Seemingly motivated by the violation, Williams went on a mini-run to take a 3-2 lead, but her momentum was stymied after Osaka produced a critical serve break

Williams then slammed her racket to the ground in frustration and was assessed a second violation from Ramos that resulted in a point loss

Down 3-4 in the set, Williams told Ramos, "You stole a point from me and you are a thief

" Ramos interpreted the remark as verbal abuse, and awarded a game to Osaka, putting the eventual winner one game away from victory

[Jenkins: At U.S. Open, power of Serena Williams and Naomi Osaka is overshadowed by an umpire's power play] "You owe me an apology!"Serena was fired up with the official in the final set of the US Open final

pic.twitter.com/r6RSbrirnV— ESPN (@espn) September 8, 2018 After the call, Twitter lit up with reactions

Fans, members of the media, celebrities and casual observers weighed in, with the match and Serena shooting to the top of the site's trending topics

You cannot continue to degrade a person and expect them not to finally pounce back

@serenawilliams has consistently displayed perseverance and grace but she is not to be made a fool of

" (via ESPN) pic.twitter.com/9MqhnAja20— Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) September 8, 2018 Osaka played the way you have to play to beat the greatest athlete of all time, but it should never have ended like this

An umpire's feelings should never decide a game. Serena is absolutely right that men say a lot worse things and never get a violation

Bad moment for sports.— Michael Skolnik (@MichaelSkolnik) September 8, 2018 Two things can be true: 1

Serena did not lose because of Carlos. She lost because Osaka played lights out better than she did

And stayed composed.2. The game penalty was absurd, and this is a devastating end to the tournament

— Lindsay Gibbs (@linzsports) September 8, 2018 Serena is right. I was there. And worse, he was baiting her

Not just for Serena. But for the raw familiarity of what she endured and for women who are Serena all day, everyday

With poise and patience we rise above being wronged by power-tripping men. #WeAreSerena— Jehmu (@Jehmu) September 8, 2018 Anyone saying Serena was out of control with the ump has no concept of how passionate and competitive sports can be at this level

She's out there playing her guts out, not going for an afternoon tea.— Ramona Shelburne (@ramonashelburne) September 8, 2018 The chair's ego in this situation not only penalized Serena Williams but also deprived Naomi Osaka of the spotlight (and smile) she deserved

#USOpen pic.twitter.com/VEDzDucP0y— Arash Markazi (@ArashMarkazi) September 8, 2018 Congratulations to Naomi for playing your very best today! What happened to @serenawilliams will resonate with women everywhere—especially women of color: too often, when we speak up, we are penalized

Serena, today you gave us just one more reason to admire you as the very best!— Juliana Stratton (@RepStratton5) September 8, 2018 Despite the loss and the torrents of emotions surrounding it, Williams displayed plenty of class and grace in defeat

Perhaps aware of the fact that the situation could overshadow a first-ever Grand Slam title for Osaka, Williams first stood up for her opponent during the trophy presentation, then for all women during her media availability

Big Brother star Rebecca Jane fears for contestants after she was left suicidal - Daily News - Duration: 9:15.

Big Brother star Rebecca Jane says she fears for this year's contestants after her own stint on the show left her suicidal

Rebecca, 33, claims bosses did not support her emotionally when she got death threats

And she warned them to take extra care of Corrie star Ryan Thomas , 34, and ex-Emmerdale actress Roxanne Pallett , 35, in the wake of their controversial bust-up

Rebecca said: "Roxanne may have done something stupid but she still needs protecting

"I worry how much of Ryan's distress we haven't seen either. Are show bosses editing out his lowest moments to make themselves look better?"   – later apologising when footage showed he was just play-fighting

She was bombarded with death threats from trolls and traumatised Ryan has been in tears on the programme

Rebecca told how she suffered anxiety after coming under a barrage of abuse when she was evicted from last year's show

Pal and Love Island star Sophie Gradon helped her through her breakdown.  But Rebecca was left devastated when Sophie killed herself in June aged 32 after battling her own demons

Rebecca said: "I know Sophie's anxiety was 100 per cent heightened by appearing on reality TV and she really struggled with trolls

"I'm one of very few people who understands just how anxious an experience it is

"I should have been stopped from going into the house. I've never known anxiety like it

I was a complete and utter state. I could barely leave the house when I got home

"It wasn't until I spoke to other people who'd been in the house that I realised it's normal to feel like this when taking part in a reality TV show

"Ryan is going to struggle when he comes out. He is going to have a real big problem with trusting people, too

"Reality TV clouds your judgment of people and messes with your head.  "I talked to the producers openly and they sold me the programme almost on the fact they were going to look after my mental health

"They say their aftercare system is fantastic and how proud they are of it. It's nonsense

"They told me I'd be under private mental health care for a year."  Mum-of-two Rebecca, from Clitheroe, Lancs, got death threats following a feud with model Chanelle McCleary during her stint on the Channel 5 show

She claims producers failed to show footage of Chanelle befriending her before slating her to other contestants

The pair were sent back to the house to have it out in front of the cameras after they were evicted

Rebecca says she received more than 35,000 abusive tweets in one night as a result

She said: "The people I trusted and liked the most in the house turned out to be the people who were saying stuff about me behind my back

The producers put Chanelle and me back in the house on purpose because they knew we'd kick off

"I had a lot of people on my side but also had people telling me I should die, sending me death threats and calling me every name under the sun

"  Rebecca was so upset she almost missed the show's final. And she needed the help of the show's psychiatrist to go on stage

She said: "I was told I'd been put in a separate hotel from my housemates because no one liked me

I was devastated.  "My faith in people had been lost. I spent a solid 24 hours crying my eyes out

"My agent told the care team I wouldn't go to the final because I'd been affected so badly mentally by the whole thing

They weren't interested and they didn't ring me. When I got there, they put me in the same green room as Chanelle

It was a horrific experience."  A worried friend called police to her house because he was so scared she would kill herself

She said: "I didn't sleep for five days. I had to move friends in because I couldn't be on my own

"I remember walking into a road and not caring if someone knocked me down – and I have two young girls

"I'd just cry and I wouldn't be able to tell you why I was crying. I sent an email to the producers and said I needed to speak to the psychiatrist I'd seen

"  She claims they refused her request despite being told she would have aftercare for a year

Rebecca was eventually prescribed antidepressants and has arranged her own therapy

"Because of my experience on the show, I always think people are going to hurt me, mentally and emotionally

My therapist has helped me see that it isn't right," she said.  But she was dealt a further crushing blow in June when pal Sophie, who was on Love Island in 2016, took her own life

Rebecca, famed for founding an all-women detective agency to nab love rats, refused to believe the tragic news at first

"I found out through Twitter . I'd typed out a message to her saying, 'Sophie, guess what? There's a fake news story going round that you're dead'

Something stopped myself from sending it. I thought I'd better check and it was true

"I was in massive, massive shock. I still can't believe it. I spoke to her two days before she died

She seemed happy.  "I cursed myself. When my mental health was bad, she said she was sorry it had been so bad for me

"That's what really upset me afterwards. She knew I'd struggled and she still didn't say anything when she knew she could

You always think, 'What if she'd picked up the phone?' I'd have gone straight up to be with her

"It's not weak to speak about how you feel. I tried to cover it up at first and for a long time I didn't realise how ill I was

"  A CBB spokeswoman said: "Big Brother takes contributor welfare extremely seriously and has robust assessment and welfare systems in place

"All potential contributors are thoroughly assessed by psychologists and a team dedicated to contributor welfare is on hand to support housemates both during and after the series

"  A Love Island spokesman said: "All of our islanders are offered psychological support before, during and after their time in the villa

"We take our duty of care very seriously."

Why the iPhone 9 may not be the budget Apple phone you were hoping for | Tech News - Duration: 2:27.

APPLE's forthcoming iPhone 9 may not be the budget device you were hoping for if a brand

new report is to be believed.

Apple is widely presumed to planning the announcement of three new iPhones at its forthcoming hardware

event on September 12.

In addition to showcasing a direct successor to the current iPhone X that could be called

the iPhone Xs, Apple is also expected to show off its largest iPhone ever.

It has been suggested this device could be called the iPhone Xs Max and come with a 6.5-inch

display.

Such a move hints Apple may ditch the Plus branding that has become synonymous with its

larger devices since the debut of the iPhone 6 Plus back in 2014.

But much attention has been paid to an alleged third device Apple could unveil at its forthcoming

hardware event.

This iPhone is expected to be a cheaper piece of hardware that still flaunts an all-screen

design but does so while forgoing certain premium features to allow for a more affordable

price tag.

Some have predicted this device will be called the iPhone 9.

The hardware has been predicted to arrive in a multitude of colours by publication Macotakara.

The outlet declared the iPhone 9 could sell in white, black, flash yellow, bright orange,

electric blue and taupe variants.

iPhone 9 has also been said to feature an LCD screen instead of the OLED technology

used in the current iPhone X.

And alleged prototypes of the device shown off by Marques Brownlee on his YouTube channel

showed the phone only arriving with a single camera sensor on its rear.

But the iPhone 9 may not be the budget device some fans were hoping for if a new report

is to be believed.

Macerkpof, citing people familiar with Apple's pricing plans, declared the iPhone 9 could

cost €799.

And this is presumably for the baseline model with the smallest amount of storage.

This means the device may not be as incredibly cheap as some had hoped.

TrendForce previously indicated the 6.1-inch iPhone 9 will come in both 64 and 256GB models.

The market intelligence firm added the device will come with 3GB of RAM compared ago the

4GB of RAM present in the iPhone Xs and iPhone Xs Max.

💖Bassinet Diaper Cake for a Baby Shower How to Video Tutorial - Duration: 10:03.

welcome to the bassinet diaper cake for

a baby shower how-to video tutorial in

this video will show you step-by-step

how to make a bassinet diaper cake for a

baby shower gift

hey it's Stacey here from Stacey Jane's nappy cakes

if you're new here then make sure

you click that subscribe and

notifications button so you'll notified

each week when new content like this is

available and make sure you stick around

and watch it through as I have a special

offer available to all my viewers at the

end of this video so let's jump in and

make a bassinet diaper cake together

I'll run through these items very

quickly but you can find a detailed list

of what you need in the description

below you're going to need to buy 21

disposable diapers or nappies a baby

wrap a face washer plain bib and a

comforter soft toy the other items that

you're going to need will be an 11 inch

cake board a stapler and some staples

some fall back clips and some pegs

string scissors rubber band just two

standard rubber band fabric glue poster

board which we've cut into a 10

centimeter wide with one meter long

strip 16mm double satin ribbon and 38mm ribbon you'll also need some

cellophane which is 1.2 meters long by a

meter wide or a large cellophane gift

bag and some ribbon for decoration

okay so step one you're going to take your

nappies and we're going to make the base

of the diaper cake

okay so step one you're going to take

bassinet diaper cake so this consists of

your nappies and make the base of the

13 nappies as the base then you're going

to take three of your nappies and flip

them in to end this just flattens them

out and makes them a little more even

then going to pop them onto the end make

it the messy end of your cake and wrap

this with some ribbon string push the

corners in and then make sure that you

do this up nice and tight

then the remaining five nappies we're

going to roll up and loosely tie with

some string

just even those out a little bit okay

now that becomes the base of your cradle

now step two we need to take your

baby bib now make sure that your bib is

of a reasonable size if it's too small

it's not going to do the job right we're

going to need your rubber band we're

gonna take the top five

nappies that you've rolled and just

place you're bib over the end of that use

your rubber band and secure the bib in place

now we're going to take a

comforter take our comforter and we're

going to lay this on the base of our

cakes this is step three lay this on the

base of the cake now when we do this

make sure that you've got a good enough

gap for the headpiece of your bassinet

to sit in there now we're going to take

our face washer we just give our face

washer a little fold over so that if

it's got one of these ribs we don't want

that showing so we give it a little fold

over and then gonna place it on our cradle

cake just like that and now we go ahead

and we tie all of this together now

while I'm tying this up and while you're

watching let me know in the comments

below if you've ever tried making one of

these bassinet diaper cakes before or if

you think you might like to give it a go

now that you've seen this tutorial

right so that's the comforter all tucked

into the bassinet diaper cake okay so

step four you need to cut your poster

board so that you have yourself a strip

that's about ten centimeters wide by

around about a meter long and then we're

going to take our baby wrap and lay our

baby wrap out onto the table

then place your poster board on to the wrap and

then we're just going to wrap this nice

and tightly all the way to the end to

make sure that the ends are within that

strip fold this end over to where the

cardboard starts to give that a nice

clean finish

now you're going to take your cradle

we're gonna wrap this around it needs to

be nice and tight and you need to secure

it in place to start with so grab a pick

line up your neat end so this end that

we've got here we're going to line that

up with the back and then bring take his

little legs out and then bring your wrap

around and we're going to give a nice

pull to get it nice and tight secure

that with your peg and then you can get

your string to tie that together

so that's the basis of the diaper cake

in now we just need to decorate that

with some ribbon

straighten up your ribbon now while

you're waiting for the glue to dry you

can make the little bow that goes onto

the front of this that's pretty simple

I'll have another tutorial for you if

you just click up here you'll be able to

see that will take you straight to

that tutorial now that you've made your

bow you can attach this one to the

actual front of the nappy cake so you

just grab your peg bow and some glue

pop a little bit of glue line your peg up to

the middle and then place your bow in

the top just like that

once you glue is dried you can remove

all of the clips and the pegs and now

it's ready for cellophaning the

tutorial to cellophane your diaper cake

for presentation can be found if you

click just up here as promised if you

would like to order a DIY kit for this

bassinet diaper cake you can use the

discount code on the screen now and

to the kit and if you're really time

poor then I have a done-for-you version

Paul Burrell says Harry's emulating Diana by freezing out Meghan's dad - Duration: 3:12.

Princess Diana's former butler Paul Burrell says Prince Harry is 'taking a leaf out of his mother's book' by freezing out Meghan's father Thomas Markle

Burrell, 60, described how the 'apple doesn't fall far from the tree' when it comes to Harry, explaining how Diana would have been 'furious' if someone had betrayed her trust

He also suggested that Meghan, 37, has 'something Diana never had' as she navigates her new role as a member of the royal family, as she has 'a man stood beside her who truly adores her

'It comes after Burrell, who previously also served as a footman to the Queen, said that 'somebody has to fix' the situation when it comes to Meghan and her father

Speaking to new! magazine about Harry and Meghan's approach towards Thomas Markle, the former butler said: 'I've been in similar situations where people said things about Princess Diana, and the way she dealt with it was by freezing them out

'It looks as if Harry has taken a leaf out of his mother's book. Diana said, "Once someone burns the bridge of trust towards you it's very hard to repair it

" He added: 'Harry is his mother's son and the apple doesn't fall far from the tree

'She would be furious if someone betrayed her and the only way she could deal with it is to cut them off completely'

Burrell also described how life is 'not going to be easy' for Meghan, but said the Duchess of Sussex has 'something that Diana never had - a man stood beside her who truly adores her'

It comes after he previously commented on how Meghan might have longed for the fame that her new role has brought her, but that she should 'be careful what she wishes for' as 'sometimes it is not all that it seems'

In the interview for Yahoo News weekly six-part series, he also weighed in on the Royal Family's treatment of Thomas Markle, saying there is 'no protocol' for dealing with in-laws

Burrell said: 'Poor Thomas Markle doesn't know how to behave, he is lost. 'I think the best thing he could do is stay quiet and try and reach out to his daughter

Somebody has to fix it. Before it gets more broken.'Thankfully Meghan's mother has survived with dignity and style and that's the way forward

' The former butler also urged Meghan to 'get on with' having a baby, describing how 'time is marching on', and predicted that the duchess would fall pregnant in her first year of marriage
