I've had lots of quite interesting stuff said to me since moving to Japan but
the stuff that actually surprises me is always about LOOKS.
NUMBER 1
Hey.
Your skin is real white.
I really...look ghostly, right?
...So white.
I should probably start tanning
Tanning??
Well, tanning just ages your skin and my skin is already looking rough
so I don't wanna...
The reality is...
I'm white as man....
so no real surprises that someone finally pointed it out to me.
And BIHAKU* has a pretty long history in Japan *skin-whitening/preventing sun damage
It goes all the way back to the Heian Period (794 to 1185)
although at that time it was limited to the upper classes
Starting in the Edo Period, accessibility to BIHAKU methods rose.
(Just look for the word 美白 in any drug store now!!! )
And Japan also has a history of white foundation (like you see on maiko and geisha)
But there is one way
that having pale skin can be a bit frustrating.
The foundation and BB cream in Japan
just doesn't ever work for me.
ASJLJDLAKZ
And, this is not really because of my pale as skin, but
in Japan shimmery, sparkly eyeshadow is very popular
and I think it's super cute
...except on me. I just look like a clown...
So pretty!
Let's try it!
*sound of disgust*
It looks terrible.
So because of all that
I buy a lot of makeup from overseas.
Which is ANNOYINGGGG.
But this isn't actually just a white girl moved to Japan voluntarily and has random complaints thing...oh no,
the reality is that even some of my Japanese friends have trouble finding foundation here
because they have cool undertones.
But for some reason...
all the drug stores sell is foundation perfect for warm undertones......
And only ever a couple of shades.....
IDGI.
So, have you guys ever said this next one to somebody?
NUMBER 2
Ooo...
Huh?
You have a tall nose.
Oh???????
I'm so jealous of your tall nose~
Thanks?
I actually thought about this one for YEARS.
Because I thought a "tall" nose was the same thing as a big nose.
And (to generalise) in NZ having a big nose isn't seen as attractive.
Because people tend to love this button nose thing instead.
This one. (I THINK? I'M FACEBLIND SO IT'S HARD FOR ME)
Basically I've always figured my nose is pretty big so probably not that beautiful.
It didn't bother me, I just figured it wasn't beautiful.
But when someone told me my nose was tall
sometimes they'd also say "I'm so jealous!"
so I got that it was supposed to be a good thing.
But I was still confused af.
Then like last year I finally got it.
The "tall" part is here (like the nose bridge)
So they mean this is "tall"
I think. Face stuff is immeasurably hard for my brain.
If I'm wrong, let me know!
Pls.
But I think this is a bit problematic (YES PROBLEMATIC AHHHHH)
because it has a strong smell of "caucasian noses are the best noses" to it.
So a white nose is the ideal... is seen as beautiful...
...like, white noses...wow...
And I just...don't think that's right.
This is Japan
There are SO MANY BEAUTIFUL Japanese people who don't necessarily have "tall" noses.
So I just really really really wish that
you guys wouldn't worry too much about your noses.
I really just want to kick this whole dumb ideal off the face of the planet.
*breathes*
I need to calm down.
Just a sec. I'm just editing this part
Like...
I just thought it would be best to check
if "tall" noses are really seen as the ideal nose in Japan.
So I'm going to Ask The Google.
*typing sounds*
really *mumbling* ideaaal....*typing*
*enter key SMASH*
Wow.
Your nose
decides
how pretty you are.
...apparently.
"Nose fetish!"
"With effort, you can change your nose to an ideal nose!! Here's how!"
"Make your nose taller....through massage!"
"What shape is your nose?"
"What is an ideal nose?"
Let's see...
Oh...here we have it. "The Roman nose most common among Europeans is the idea nose."
Yup...I understand.
I think this is
a case of...
"The grass is always greener on the other side."
Yeah...
*sighs frustratedly*
And the last thing.
This is the thing that struck me as strangest.
NUMBER 3
D: What a small face!
/That's the first time someone's told me that.../
/Is it a good thing?/
Oh...
Aw man, what a great small face
I wish I'd been born with a really small face
My face is so big....
A small face....I'm so jealous!
Foreigners are so cool, man I wish I could be like that
/What do I say?/
/IDK/
*makes smol noises approximately agreement*
So, you have a boyfriend?
Oh, you're married?
That's no problem, let's get a drink!
/WTF did that stuff about small faces mean!?/
When I first heard this
I couldn't understand it at all
Was it good? Bad? I had NO CLUE
So I was really confused.
And I asked all my foreign friends
"You know, like, when people say my face is small what exactly does that mean?!"
"WHAT DOES IT MEAN?!"
I kept asking but
The truth is I still don't really get it.
My head isn't that small.
It's fairly long.
Is it to do with the features?
My eyes and nose and mouth?
Like, like, is it this????
And then there's the YouTube comments:
"You have a long face."
"You look like a horse."
"Your face looks like a man's."
"Your face looks like a skull."
are all things people say to me a lot.
So I tried talking to a Japanese friend about this.
So, like, I get called "longface" on the net all the time
why is that such a big thing? Like, why is it so bad?
People say that to you?
I think that's probably...
because
Japanese people have rounder faces than you.
Really?
Probably.
Well, there we have it my face isn't that round.
Because I'm longface!
Is it that?
But, you know, Duncan has a fairly "round" face
and I think it's cute.
It has a kind of babyface vibe that's youthful and cute.
Well, I'm not saying that ideal face shapes aren't beautiful
like the "egg-shaped face" that's seen as very beautiful and balanced.
But the thing is....if I wanted to change my face shape....
I'd definitely need plastic surgery...
I don't have an issue with plastic surgery
but I also kinda think we shouldn't be too tied up in knots over our face shapes.
Or our faces...
Whoever you are, there is something beautiful about you.
Well, I did just say that but...
the truth is
I got so used to Japan
that sometimes
I wanna say "Your face is so small!"
So, guys
look at my rainbow~!
A PASTEL RAINBOW!
YAH.
I became a rainbow again.
UM.

Duncan came to say something
What?
So way back, my high school fr---ah, maybe not friend
my classmate
Stop! Get in frame!
*laughter*
What?
So way back...
Someone who was in my class in high school
she really loved very tall noses
so everyday
in order to make her nose taller
she put pegs on her nose and pulled
NO WAY.
Kinda dumb, right?
That would HURT.
At first I thought she was joking, but
she wasn't joking.
That's actually kinda sad.
She should've just got a nose job!
I guess she was in high school but
I've heard that overseas some people get plastic surgery as young as 16.
Really?
Yeah.
Really.
But doesn't your face change after age 16?
I guess maybe?
NOSE.

Ben Carson is Cancelled - Duration: 3:39.
Ben Carson is CANCELED!
And I've been so unmotivated to talk about this but girl…to have someone who as a child
you were taught to admire for being the gifted hands, he wasn't just the first Black man
or first African American, he was the actual first of all, the first neurosurgeon to successfully
complete the separation of Siamese twins conjoined at the head.
Bruh and now we must say goodbye be cause he is no longer part of our family U-N-C because
slaves ain't ever been immigrants L-E-T-O-M because this just ain't a lapse in common
sense.
Hey guys I'm Jouelzy, if you're new here be sure to subscribe, thumbs up cause yes
that definitely matters, and share because how do people find this stuff…find me?
It's a community, powered by Shop Smart Brown Girl dot com.
Ben Carson, is currently the secretary of housing and urban development.
While we always knew that Dr. Carson was entirely unqualified for this role, amidst all all
the f*cksh*t of number 45 leading us into certain destruction and Armageddon, Carson
reads as a softy, someone to joke about, you're overly educated but still clueless uncle who
you actually have fun debating with because he is so damn ridiculous.
Like he's harmless and really just needs a hug, till this fool got up and ran
a party that is so desperately in need of Black folk that here he is part of number
forty five's camp of token ashy negroes.
Not only are Ben Carson's statements simplifying slaves to immigrants who worked hard to achieve
a dream, plum stupid, it is highly dangerous that the man who oversee's department of
housing and urban development, believes in any faction of this statement.
In an era where many of our urban centers are being rapidly gentrified, this especially
leaves communities of color, you the descendants of those immigrants on the bottom of that
boat, most vulnerable, as areas that whites would never, they're now raising their rent
too damn high in their willingness to overpay and push out the existing residents.
This is the department that oversees public housing, fair housing laws, and you know them
government programs that aide in first time home ownership.
So Carson believing that slaves are immigrants, denies the brutality and totality of the apparatus
that was slavery.
Slaves weren't just some people who slept at the bottom of boat, got a kind of bad deal
but put their heads down got to work and overcame to find their dreams become reality.
It denied they deep psychological impact that passes through generations that continue to
toil in land the hands and oppression of their ancestors built.
Quite precarious, as Carson's mother was a domestic worker who dealt with severe depression
who attempted suicide.
Sir…
This pick yourself up by the boot straps rhetoric is often the lede to pushing cutting back
on government assistance programs, often painted as the cradling of welfare queens and lazy
colored folk, but we forget how much the middle class buys into government assistance especially
when it comes to programs overseen by HUD.
Somewhere out there is a joke about Ben Carson being in the sunken place.
Some white man jealous that Carson beat him out as a Director at John Hopkins has overtaken
Carson's body and now this nonsense from a Black man, formally coveted, protected and
heralded by the Black community is deducing the preservation of our ancestors.
Bye Ben, cancelled.

MOANA - How Far I'll Go (Turkish Cover) - Look what I'll sing! - Duration: 2:36.
I've been staring at the edge of the water
'Long as I can remember, never really knowing why
I wish I could be the perfect daughter
But I come back to the water, no matter how hard I try
Every turn I take, every trail I track
Every path I make, every road leads back
To the place I know, where I cannot go
Where I long to be
See the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me
And no one knows, how far it goes
If the wind in my sail on the sea stays behind me
One day I'll know, if I go there's just no telling how far I'll go
I know, everybody on this island seems so happy on this island
Everything is by design
I know, everybody on this island has a role on this island
So maybe I can roll with mine
I can lead with pride, I can make us strong
I'll be satisfied if I play along
But the voice inside sings a different song
What is wrong with me?
See the light as it shines on the sea? It's blinding
But no one knows, how deep it goes
And it seems like it's calling out to me, so come find me
And let me know, what's beyond that line, will I cross that line?
See the line where the sky meets the sea? It calls me
And no one knows, how far it goes
If the wind in my sail on the sea stays behind me
One day I'll know, how far I'll go

Budget referee caught in ObamaCare crossfire - Duration: 6:49.
Budget referee caught in ObamaCare crossfire.
BY SYLVAN LANE.
The pressure is on for the Congressional Budget Office (CBO) and its director, Keith Hall.
The independent scorekeeper is scrambling to analyze legislation from House Republicans
that would repeal and replace ObamaCare, with a report expected in the coming days.
The office's scores of legislation are often considered make-or-break, with both parties
pointing to them as indicators of how a bill would affect the federal budget and the economy.
But a partisan battle is brewing over the CBO's numbers. Republicans are openly questioning
the accuracy of the offices work as they seek to fulfill their campaign pledge to repeal
ObamaCare.
"If you're looking at the CBO for accuracy, you're looking in the wrong place, White
House press secretary Sean Spicer said Wednesday.
While CBO reports are always subject to debate, the office has never before come under such
fierce attack before a score is even released.
Democrats, meanwhile, are demanding that the House's work on the healthcare legislation
be halted until a CBO score is available.
They have demanded Congressional Budget Offices state the facts before the members
can act upon the legislation except right now, said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi
(D-Calif.). Because theyre afraid of the facts.
The maelstrom has raised the stakes for Hall and his team, who will soon be coming under
intense scrutiny.
[Hall] has the toughest job in Washington right now, said Douglas Holtz-Eakin, CBO
director from 2003 to 2005.
The expectations will be so high, and he's dealing with reality.
Hall was picked by Republican lawmakers to lead the CBO in 2015. At the time, he was
the chief economist at the International Trade Commission and a senior fellow at the libertarian
Mercatus Center at George Mason University. He also headed the Bureau of Labor Statistics
under former President George W. Bush after serving on the White House Council of Economic
Advisers.
Democrats were initially skeptical about an economist who worked for the Bush administration
leading the non-partisan agency, but Republicans were effusive in their praise.
Then-House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) called Hall uniquely qualified with a wealth
of expertise. Tom Price, who left the House to become President Trumps health secretary,
called Hall the right choice to lead the office and praised his vast understanding of economic
and labor market policy.
Now, two years later, Hall and his team are under the gun as they seek to gauge the impact
of Republican legislation that could bring transformative change to the nations healthcare
system.
Theres a lot to do as quickly as possible and at the same time an imperative to do the
analysis carefully, said Douglas Elmendorf, who was CBO director from 2009 to 2015.
People at CBO work very hard to produce estimates as quickly as possible, but people
are unwilling to sacrifice the credibility of the estimates for speed.
Republicans are bracing for the CBO scores impact on their long-promised bid to repeal
and replace ObamaCare. Healthcare experts say the CBO is likely to find that millions
of people will lose insurance if the bill is enacted.
The CBO put Republicans on the defensive earlier this year when it reported that repealing
ObamaCare without a replacement could leave 18 million people without health insurance.
The report was requested by Democrats.
Ahead of the new score, GOP lawmakers have ripped CBOs past work, insisting that some
of the offices scores have been misleading or didnt paint the whole picture.
Rep. Tom Cole (R-Okla.) told The Hill last week, No offense to the CBO, they work
very hard there, but I don't think they're very accurate a lot of times, and they operate
with a lot of arcane assumptions.
Other Republicans have criticized the CBO by asserting that its scoring of ObamaCare
turned out to be wrong.
When they scored how many people at this point in time would be on the ObamaCare exchange,
they were off by about a 2-to-1 ratio, said Rep. Greg Walden (R-Ore.), the chairman
of the House Energy and Commerce Committee, in a radio interview with Hugh Hewitt.
A study from the Commonwealth Fund found that the CBO's estimates for ObamaCare enrollment
were off, but also said the office's projections were closer to the mark than those of other
forecasters.
Republicans have in the past criticized the CBO as failing to adequately take into account
how lower taxes and deregulation affect the economy, arguing in particular that dynamic
scoring better captures the impact of simulative tax cuts.
Over the years, lawmakers in both parties have used CBO scores to attack legislation
they dont like and champion bills that they do.
But Democrats have slammed the decision by Republicans to advance their healthcare legislation
out of committee without a CBO estimate. Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) called
it a reckless decision.
GOP aides have defended their timeline, noting that committees often mark up bills before
CBO scores them. They have said the full House wont vote on the healthcare legislation
until after the budget offices analysis is released.
Former CBO chiefs say its common for the agencys scores to upset lawmakers.
Every CBO director disappoints his own party. It's the nature of the job, said
Holtz-Eakin.
Advocates of legislation always want the estimates to look good, echoed Elmendorf.
CBO rarely produces answers that everyone is looking for.
Elmendorf warned against dismissing CBO altogether.
Its important for the leaders of our government to respect talented and hardworking
people who are making the government operate, Elmendorf said.
The most important thing for people to know about CBO is that its full of very
knowledgeable, very hardworking objective analysts who understand the uncertainty of
the estimates.
The fact that estimates have inaccuracies does not mean that estimates should be ignored.

RESEARCH SUGGESTS VITAMIN B CAN TREAT SCHIZOPHRENIA SYMPTOMS - Duration: 4:44.
RESEARCH SUGGESTS VITAMIN B CAN TREAT SCHIZOPHRENIA SYMPTOMS
BY ALEXA ERICKSONMARCH
Schizophrenia, a brain disorder that affects the way a person thinks, acts, expresses emotions,
relates to others, and perceives reality, affects 2.2 million Americans.
Genetics, brain chemistry, environment, and substance use are all considered considered
to be the common causes for it.
Treatment for the disorder can allow many people to continue on with their lives in
a highly productive and rewarding manner.
But, like many other chronic illnesses, some patients do extremely well, while others continue
to be symptomatic and need support and assistance.
The primary treatment for schizophrenia and similar thought disorders is medication, but
one of the biggest problems associated with this is the inability for patients to follow
through with a medication treatment, along with the concern of how such medications actually
subside the most severe symptoms.
However, new research has shown that adding vitamin B supplements to typical treatments
can be more beneficial in reducing symptoms than standard medications alone.
When used as an adjunctive with antipsychotics, certain vitamins and minerals may be effective
for improving symptomatic outcomes of schizophrenia, by restoring nutritional deficits, reducing
oxidative stress, or modulating neurological pathways, the abstract of the study reported.
The first meta-analysis carried out on the topic analyzed 18 different clinical trials,
and found that higher doses of vitamin B, and doses combining several different B vitamins,
were more efficient at keeping the condition in check continuously.
Currently, an estimated 80 percent of patients relapse within five years from treatment.
Such an alarming statistic raises concern about the treatments available.
However, this new information gives hope, suggesting that vitamins including B6, B8,
and B12 could improve that statistic.
Looking at all of the data from clinical trials of vitamin and mineral supplements
for schizophrenia to date, we can see that B vitamins effectively improve outcomes for
some patients, explained one of the researchers, Joseph Firth from the University of Manchester
in the UK.
This could be an important advance, given that new treatments for this condition are
so desperately needed.
The studies the researchers examined included a total of 832 patients.
Though there were differences between the studies regarding their setup, vitamin B revealed
to consistently help in the reduction of symptoms.
And the sooner it was used, the more effective it was.
Though it is not fully understood why the supplements are of such benefit, researchers
believe vitamins may help boost nutrition levels, lower oxidative stress, and balance
out chemicals involved with schizophrenia.
The researchers hope that the vitamin B supplements may help the common relapses from typical
treatments from occurring.
The patients who seemed to benefit the most from the added vitamin B already had nutritional
or genetic deficiencies, and the studies involved used various dosages and types of vitamins.
Regardless, schizophrenia is an extremely complex condition.
This is why all research and their findings are incredibly important to take into consideration.
There is hope that other beneficial supplements could be of help as well.
Further efforts should also be made to establish the mechanisms by which nutrients
improve mental health in schizophrenia, the researchers explained, and to measure
effects on other outcomes such as neurocognition
and metabolic health.

China's targeting of THAAD intended to threaten S. Korean conglomerates: WSJ - Duration: 2:10.
China has been lashing out at South Korea and one of the nation's biggest conglomerates
since Seoul announced its decision to bring in the THAAD anti-missile system.
Lotte Group is being targeted because it swapped the land necessary for the installation.
But international experts are saying Beijing's economic retaliation could also be intended
for a wider audience.
Kim Jung-soo has more.
The Wall Street Journal reports that Beijing's crackdown on Lotte Group should be seen as
a cautionary tale for other business groups operating in the world's second biggest economy.
The Chinese government's actions have so far resulted in the Korean conglomerate closing
over 60 of its stores in China.
The paper quoted University of Sydney professor James Reilly, who said "China hopes Korean
conglomerates - who exert considerable influence in the nation - will deliver their thoughts
regarding the THAAD missile defense system to the South Korean government" after watching
Lotte's struggles.
Other experts say China's decision to target a specific company in Lotte Group shows how
the country is now capable of implementing a more diverse set of economic strategies.
They say that,... in the past, China only implemented bans on a product-basis.
For instance, up until last year, China had banned banana imports from the Phillipines
after relations between the countries deteriorated over issues related to the South China Sea.
Meanwhile, beginning Wednesday, Chinese travelers hoping to visit South Korea will have to apply
for a visa directly from the Korean embassy in Beijing or Korean consulates dotted throughout
the country.
This is because Chinese travel agencies have stopped offering travel-packages related to
South Korea.
Chinese travelers on group tours to Korea almost always depend on the travel agencies
to take care of their visa applications.
As the Korean consulates can be quite far from where Chinese customers reside, some
watchers say the number of overall visa applications will tumble nearly 20 percent compared to
last year.

hot hairstyles on your hair to come out with different appeals every time.
In this video you will find 3 easy ways to curl your hair.
So click the subscribe button for more videos.
1.
T-Shirt for Tight Curls.
Wash and condition your hair as usual.
Gently comb out any tangles and then blot your hair dry with a soft towel.
Cut a t-shirt into long strips using a scissors.
Roll your hair.
Use a comb to separate a small section of your hair from the rest.
Line up the bottom of a t-shirt strip with the end of your hair.
Roll your hair up toward your roots, keeping the t-shirt strip in place the whole time.
If you only want to curl the ends of your hair, stop rolling halfway up your head and
tie the strips at the place where you want the curls to stop.
Roll your hair under, rather than up, for curls that curve toward your neck rather than
curls that bounce outward.
Let your hair dry.
Wait several hours or go to bed with your hair rolled into strips.
When your hair is completely dry, untie the strips and loosen your hair.
Do this gently if you want tight curls.
For looser curls, run a wide-toothed comb through your hair to separate them into waves.
2.
Roller Curls.
Get some rollers.
You can buy them at any beauty shop or from any dollar store.
Big rollers will create big and lengthy curls while small ones will create small and short
curls.
After shampooing and conditioning of the hair, dry with a towel.
Comb it properly and make sure there aren't any tangles.
Carefully roll it up and immediately put one of the rollers on.
Pin or attach in place according the manufacturer's instructions.
Repeat sectioning and rolling until your head is covered with rollers.
Leave the rollers as they are for at least three to four hours.
Carefully take out the rollers once three to four hours pass.
You'll have amazing, good quality curls.
3.
Sock Bun for Voluminous Waves.
Cut the toe part off of a clean long tube sock.
Roll the sock into a donut shape.
Pull back your hair.
Start with dry hair for this method.
Pull it back in a ponytail at the top of your head and then fasten it with a hair tie.
Spray your ponytail lightly with water to help set the waves.
Hold the end of your ponytail and place it through the hole in the sock.
Wrap sections of hair over the outer surface of the sock donut and tuck the ends securely
underneath it.
Continue rolling the sock down your ponytail toward your head, keeping hair tucked underneath
it.
The bun should stay securely in place once it reaches your head.
Leave the bun in overnight.
Remove the sock and hair tie after 6 to 8 hours.
Gently run your hands through your hair to release the waves.

Koreans hold rival rallies since Park impeachment - Duration: 3:45.
We start with the reaction to Park Geun-hye's removal as the nation's president.
She was impeached and forced from power a mere 30 hours ago.
The Constitutional Court's ruling sparked wild scenes of jubilation among her many critics,...
but anger among her supporters.
Emotions are again running high,... with two big rallies taking place within a stone's
throw of each other in central Seoul.
Let's turn to our Kim Hyesung who is at Gwanghwamun Square,... where the anti-Park group are gathered
for a celebration.
Hyesung,... give us a sense of what it's like there now...
Hi Mark, here in Gwanghwamun Square, tens of thousands of people have flooded into the
streets again.
This time, in a celebratory mood for their 20th weekend rally.
It all got underway around two hours ago, and it's completely different to the previous
19 rallies... where people clutched candles and looked on grimly as they called for the
removal of *then-President Park.
The atmosphere here today is festive as can be.... with smiling faces, laughter and more
importantly, for them,... a huge sigh of relief.
You can see many placards with slogans like "We have won," "Justice has been done," and
people chanting "Light can drive out darkness".
Young people, families, and kids are enjoying the mild spring weather and the festive mood
marked by many humorous costumes and figures.
I got a chance to talk to a few of those celebrating.
Let's take a look.
"I'm glad the court unanimously voted to impeach Park.
Justice has been done.
I feel like spring is here."
"The impeachment decision is long awaited news.
Now our country should move toward unity, elect a new president and really root out
corruption."
The organizers say this will be their last weekend rally for now, but they added that
a few more rallies may be held ahead of the presidential election or when some critical
event takes place.
I see.
Well Hyesung, we know Park's supporters are also holding a rival rally just a few blocks
from Gwanghwamun Square...
What's it like there?
Well, Mark, as you know, the rallies held by Park's supporters became violent on Friday
as protesters clashed with police, resulting in the deaths of three protesters.
So tensions are extremely high in front of Seoul City Hall,... which is just a few hundred
meters from where we are now.
The Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency has deployed more than 16-thousand officers and security
guards.
Hundreds of buses separate Park's supporters from the anti-Park crowd here.
The rally isn't as violent as yesterday's one outside the Constitutional Court,... it's
more of a sadness hanging over the crowd... rather than anger.
The mostly middle-aged and elderly supporters have been waving Korea's national flag, some
dressed in military uniforms, chanting "We oppose the impeachment ruling," "We impeach
the impeachment."
So Mark, over the last four months, both anti-Park and pro-Park supporters poured into the streets
in Seoul, holding peaceful protests that became a symbol of the people's fight for change
as the nation's biggest corruption scandal unfolded.
With the court's ruling that ousted former President Park, this weekend's rally signifies
a new chapter in a history yet to be written.
Back to you, Mark.

Whoa, it's really flat.
Now we're going to cut both cakes straight in half.
Now we're going to use our chocolate frosting to stick these pieces together.
And this is going to be the meat inside of our taco.
Top that on.
That will be our meat.
Now we're going to put on our taco shell.
Taco time.
Now we're going to work on our taco meat.
First what you want to do is get your brown frosting and just coat over it.
Now you just want to smooth it out.
While she's doing that I'm going to crunch up these oreos to add to our taco meat.
This is my favorite part.
Alright I think we're good. Yeah.
I think I'm good too.
Let's sprinkle this stuff on.
okay
This looks awesome!
What do you think? Does it look like a taco?
Awesome. Now time to frost the taco shell.
There we go.
Now for the toppings.
So we will be using a special tip on this frosting bag. It's #352, so it makes it look like a leaf. A lettuce leaf.
There we go.
Oh man this looks real!
It actually looks like a taco.
This is just coconut died green. We also used this on our hamburger cake. You guys should check that one out after this one.
And we used real food coloring to make it green.
Time for our cheese.
What you want to do is get your yellow fondant and a cheese grater.
And then you just, grate the cheese.
Let's sprinkle our cheese on.
Whoa taco time.
Last step.
The tomatoes.
We're going to have this red fondant and rip it into little pieces and make it into a little square.
There we go. It's all done!
Yay!
What do you guys think? I love it! It's my favorite!
Let's have a fiesta!
Thank you so much for making this giant taco cake with us.

Ex-Pres. Park could depart top office as early as Sunday - Duration: 2:03.
An earshot away from the protests... is the presidential office of Cheong Wa Dae... where
ex-president Park Geun-hye is staying for a second day on this Saturday... after the
Constitutional Court upheld the impeachment motion against her.
All eyes are on her next move.
To fill us in our Kim Ji-yeon joins us from the top office.
Ji-yeon,... although she's been removed for her post,... the former president is still
there...
That's right.
Aside from the sounds of the protests a few hundred meters away,... it has been a quiet
day here at the top office.
Preparations are being made for the departure of the ousted president, who is expected to
move to her private home in Samseong-dong, southern Seoul as early as Sunday.
And once she moves into her private home, ex-president Park is expected to prepare her
defense for criminal trials.
She was categorized as a "suspect" by the independent counsel team for charges including
bribery and abuse of authority.
Now that she's been stripped of presidential immunity prosecutors are expected to go ahead
with their investigation into the charges against the ousted President.
They may even be looking at the possibility of putting a travel ban on Park in order to
speed up the investigation.
Also, prosecutors could make another attempt to raid the presidential office, after they
failed to do so before impeachment..., in order to obtain copies of various documents
stored at the top office.
Prosecutors expect the documents will help them get to the bottom of Park's charges and
find out if her closest presidential aides helped cover-up the state-meddling by Park's
longtime confidante.
Meanwhile, back at the top office, Presidential Office staff all came to work today.
Some are expected to hand in their resignations with the impeachment of Park,... although
further details have yet to be announced.
Back to you.

N. Korea excavating tunnel for far more powerful nuclear test: 38 North - Duration: 0:57.
Could North Korea be laying the groundwork for another nuclear test?
It seems that way.... and it could be by far the biggest yet.
U.S.-based North Korea monitoring website 38 North says the regime is excavating a tunnel
at its Punggye-ri nuclear test site, which may support an explosion up to 14 times more
powerful than its last test.
The analysis says there has been a lot of work at the North Portal, where the last four
of the five underground nuclear tests by the North were conducted.
Experts say the excavation will allow North Korea to support additional underground nuclear
tests of more than 280 kilotons.
Just for some contrast,... the North's latest nuclear test in September 2016 was estimated
to be a maximum of 20 kilotons.

ホワイトデーに♡ | テーマパーク / ディズニーメイク♡♡ Theme Park Makeup - Duration: 12:56.
WHITE DAY SPECIAL PART 2!! WOO HOO
If you have a plan to go to theme parks,
I think this makeup look would be very pretty!
I'm wearing Minnie Mouse 's ear thingy
at least I can feel like I'm in Disney land hehe
Well...hopefully you guys can see the pink color on camera
so there're few important things when we do theme park makeup
long wearing
pretty(here I'm doing pink eyeshadow look)
(I usually don't use pink on my eyes)
and it should be easy to retouch
that's few things that I care when I do this kind of look
so today I'll give you some recommendation about
lip products, primer, mascara and so on
so please keep watching till the end ♡
(omg I look so weird lol)
I've already moisturized my face
for primer, I'm going to use this MAIKOHAN primer
it has spf, and it was around 1300yen at PLAZA
apparently this makes my makeup last all day
I don't use this that often though..I guess its good for theme park
it says 'pink beige' so it brightens my face for sure
oops, I think it's way too light haha
oh well... I can fix it with my foundation
I'm using colorstay from REVLON for my foundation
my shade is 200 NUDE
it actually stays on my face all day
blend with a damped sponge
the more you apply, the more it gets easier to come off
so the less is better, keep blending !
I accidentally bought the one for oily skin
so its a tiny bit drying on my skin
I think I don't have to set with powder today
double wear stay-in-place flawless wear concealer from Estee Lauder
this is the color light medium
my under eyes and on my pimples...
blend with the same sponge
this concealer in same color as my skin tone
so you can add some lighter concealer if you want!
here I'm using eye brightening concealer from kiehls
this concealer from estee Lauder is just so good
like I don't even have to set that much with the powder
I'm lightly gonna set my under eye using canmake's
highlighter to brighten my underlies a bit
it gives me a pretty natural glow
im gonna quickly do my eyebrows~
brows done, let's move on to the eyes~
first using NYX jumbo eye pencil as a base as always
but today's color is 'milk'
its a matte white color
white eyeliner, white cream shadow, ,,
just use anything white hehe
I want to use pink today
so this white makes other colors pop
set my lid using the same highlight powder
take this pretty pink color from this palette
concentrate on the center of my lid, but appyling it all over
its has tiny bit of shimmer,
but not too glittery
I think you can also use blush for alternative
take this beige brown
and apply it on your outer corner
take the same pink and put it on your lash line as well
now I'm using bubbly from color pop, such a pretty color
put this on the center of my lid
take this highlight shade from MAC's mineralized shadow
apply it on my inner corners
take this color and layer it on my lash line
using this darkest shade
use it like an eyeliner
don't forget to tight line!
okay eye liner~
sometimes, pink color makes our eyes look
a bit swollen, if you get what I mean ..
so I reccomend you to use eye liner to avoid that
I'm waiting for my liner to dry
curl your lashes and put on mascra
okay so if you are not a fan of eye liner
just do tight line, or draw the thinnest line
and just apply tons of mascara
oh, and I recommend you to use water proof mascara
because you might get wet from some rides
you don't want a mess, do you? hehe
also waterproof mascara holds the curl even more
last time I went to theme park...it was probably...
no it was for sure..
it was Luna Park in Australia
legit its like 100 years old amusement park
it was so old and the roller coaster was scary as fuck
I was scared of the sound of it
it was very small
but so pretty
omg look at this face
haha I couldn't finish this fairy floss
how scary this face...it was so old..
but I loved it
I wanna go to the Disney land..
most of my friends say that they can't stay whole day
what does it mean?!
aren't we supposed to stay whole day?!
probably that's because I wasn't raised in Tokyo hehe
oh hey look at this
let me zoom out for you
can you see the wall art thingy?
these are all signatures of Disney charactors
like Mickey Mouse...
I've got Mickey, Minnie, Donald Duck, Ariel
oh you can't see the Ariel !
that's the prettiest one! my favorite!
I went to Disney on my birthday
and we decided to get many signatures
it was so fun
the line for Mickey Mouse was omg so long
I think we lined up for more than 1.5 hours
nah maybe I exaggerated haha
it was around an hour
now I feel like I want prince Eric's lol
but that corner is my most favorite part of my room
I love it so much seriously
I'm going to bronze up my face using hole bronzer
for blush,
I'm using COCO code from Chanel
woo it's so pretty and gorgeous
im gonna mix this 2 colors
this is so pigmented, I have to be careful
oh wow, that's a bit too much
look how pigmented this is,
I thought I have to put more so you can see on camera
now I have to blend blend blend
for highlight, I'm using canmake
this highlighter is actually really good, and its affordable
let's move on to my lips~
I'm going to use vivid matte liquid in a color mat10
its a pink matte shade from maybelline
okay, so other options for your lips!
so this one is good because its matte and long lasting
you don't have to reapply so often
I've got 2 more recommendations
this one is matte balm from revlon
its like a crayon lipstick
its very easy to apply
also long lasting
and the other one is
addict lip glow from Dior
I've used up this one
I really should get a new one
how can I explain this...
this is just amazing version of tinted lip balm
I love this sooo much
this doesn't have strong pigmentation
but it makes my lip look healthy and pink
it doesn't feel that sticky
I don't know it's just amazing
you don't need a mirror to apply
I highly recommend this
so I think these are so convenient
about the lip glosses,
since it's a bit sticky,
it might be not good if you want to share drinks
and also you might gonna eat your hair
because its windy outside
for retouch, what I recommend you to carry is...
transparent finishing powder (purple) from canmake
this can fix when your under eye got creasy or dark
it also makes your skin a bit lighter because its purple
it's got mirror as well
this brush was affordable as well
(sorry it's a bit dirty)
I think this came with a puff or a sponge?
okay so your skin will get dry because of the wind
so I recommend you to bring a face mist
I usually use FIX+ from MAC
im gonna use it now
like even I use this now, it gets dry afterwards sometimes
so its good to hydrate your skin before fixing it with a powder
but this thing is huge
so I recommend this
Avene water
this is so good, it was about 500 yen I think
it's more compact compare to FIX+
I have no left I have to get a new one
you can use this on top of your makeup
its so refreshing
you might wanna use it when you got sick from the rides
okay so this is the final look
no not yet, I need this
omg I wanna go to Disney land~
thank you so much for watching until the end
I hope you guys like this look
and if you're going to theme park,
HAVE FUNNNN

Vlog 2 - Ecole, annexes et projets - Duration: 10:03.
Hi !
Well, this is the school.
Finally there isn't a lot of people anymore, I think they're in class...
From outside it looks small but in truth it's like twice or three times bigger than our school.
You can see Lison and Audrey.
"Who make fun of you"
Yeah
This is their cafeteria.
So that is what you can have for 2,50 euros.
Well, now you can't see anything because they took everything back...
Special dedication to Clara.
"I tell you !!"
We can show the library ?
They have a pretty cool library with a lot of magazines
I'm uncomfortable...
Ah, this is quiet awesome :
When we sit here there are ethernet plugs and common plugs.
Hold the door ! HODOR !
Now it's official : we can't rivalize at all !
It's very clean
The chief engraving ?
With different layers, like very light and stuff...
"We feel that something's happening, something's happening !"
Do we enter the classrooms ?
Absolutely not.
It's the computers room...
Computers room ?
We just visited the painting and jewellery spaces.
It's like super big.
Super stylish.
It's a former paper mill which have been renovated
into secondary space for the school.
We had to walk five minutes from the main campus
It's really big, there's a lot of place...
It's like our "Annexe" but better.
...because here are very expensive tools.
For the jewellery there's a lot of anvils.
Many equipments, second-hand materials...
Frames.
We're in the little cafeteria of this annex.
The f***ing size of that chalet !
Cheers !
This is our workspace.
All that's behind me.
Hey everyone
Now I've been working in that workspace for two weeks
So I will make you visiting.
Here is the printmaking and lithography workspace.
So let's check it out and then I'll show you where I worked.
They have some f***ing big screens
as we can see.
They have so much ressources here, it's crazy :
two enormous printmaking tables
Many colors
The workspace is super big, like...
...super big.
They have quiet a lot of color choice, so they can mix them.
Really cool.
Then we have the lithography space
just beside.
Engraving on stone plates, I believe.
The presses are quiet impressive.
We can make some cool stuff.
I don't know the process yet
I couldn't do it here because I don't know how to
and apparently it's a specific thechnique.
But I'd like to see how it works.
Now we go in the other space.
Here's a little exhibition room with magnetic walls
to try different ways of show our work.
So cool.
Ok, we're in the engraving workspace
Here some copper, we can pick as much as we wish
to engrave, when we finish a plate we take another one.
They have free-service paper...
There are working students. It's a bit ambarrassing because they're laughing but...
I don't give a damn.
And here we have the area when we put the varnish
Everything's stored, we cleaned everything this morning
We presented our works.
I'll show you some a bit later.
Here's the acid. The acid tub doesn't look like ours :
Three water tubs to clean your plate
and then you put it under the tap.
They have two spots to clean the plates
with, obviously, the White Spirit and a lot of other chemicals to clean them.
Free-service.
Here is the room
where we use aquatint.
and make the plates dry.
Bunsen burner and all.
Now I'll quickly show a few works.
Here are three of the different plates I worked on
A sketch of the plate I engrave here.
So a printing test of my work-in-progress plate with aquatint.
Different printing tests
more or less successful.
This one is successful I believe...
So is this one
This is the first plate I worked on here
and we also have the printing tests
allowing to realize how the final work will look
before continuing the work.
See you very soon in a next video !
