The True Secret Of The Universe! - Duration: 7:49.

The True Secret Of The Universe!

by Jude Fullmer,

If youre reading this, Im sure youve heard about waking up and ascending.

Do you understand what the end looks like?

Do you know where were ultimately trying to go?

In this article Im going to do my best to explain what ascending truly is, and how

you can help guide yours!

Hello, co-creator!

Thats right, you are a co-creator; aka you are part of the essence of the eternal

original consciousness, congratulations!

Just by being, you are being extraordinary!

Along your journey Im sure youll hear about Nikola Tesla and the great discovery

that the secrets of the universe can be discovered by looking at it in terms of energy, frequency,

and vibration.

Youll wish you understood energy the way he did, then you will begin to uncover the

true meaning of this saying.

Youll also realize that you can not be any more divine than what you already are,

you can only change your awareness of it.

Its extremely interesting how so much of ascending seems to remind me of being

a little kid.

When you are young, you do things seemingly without explanation.

You avoid the dark like the plague, you explore new avenues and ideas such as what makes a

good surface to color on, or perhaps what you can paint with.

You are so new to the world, uninhibited by any lifelong beliefs or previous experience

or fears of future outcomes, you are fully submerged in every moment of your early years.

As you ascend, you realize everything you did that was weird actually makes perfect

sense in terms of energy!

Heres why it seems like theyre related.

As you begin to face your past selves, converging all of your aspects into one, you truly begin

to understand how everything is energy.

You realize that everything is created from the same energy source, but were all simply

separated by the frequency and vibration of our energy.

You realize that nothing is bad because creation itself is beautiful, which is what were

all constantly doing.

But youll understand that in order to have a high vibration and frequency yourself, you

cant include low frequencies within your own person.

Youll begin to face every negative part of yourself and transform it with understanding

into higher vibrations.

Youll realize that both ascension and intelligence seem to be directly related to AWARENESS.

Youll combine everything youve learned to understand the ultimate function of the

human body: to allow as much energy to flow as possible.

I know, that might seem strange, but think of it like this.

Everything is energy, and as long as you are breathing energy is flowing through you.

Youll realize that the negative energies of 3D are simply of a lower frequency and

vibration.

Do you know what frequency and vibration are?

There is a ton of information on both matters all over the internet if you need any info

or reminders.

But all you need to understand here is that the higher the vibration or frequency, the

more energy flow is allowed.

Also, the lower the vibration or frequency the less the energy flows.

Therefore, when you focus on these lower frequency energies which have been deemed negative,

all youre really doing is choosing to lower the vibration and frequency of your own consciousness,

thereby lessening the flow of energy in yourself, which is ultimately limiting your awareness!

Thats right, the secret of full ascension is that you are using your maximum possible

level of awareness, which is always increasing, but is directly related to the amount of energy

your body allows to flow through your consciousness at any given moment by raising the frequency

and vibration of the single point of consciousness that is you!

The truth is, you can access any level of awareness you want to at any point in time,

you simply have to regain enough of your energy and raise your awareness high enough to access

it!

Next you ask, how do you get the highest energy flow?

You have to increase your frequency and vibration, of course!

You need to realize that you are a constant source of energy, constantly deciding where

to put your energy.

As we grow up, we slowly begin giving our energy away to things like money, drugs, lust,

attachment, acceptance, etc., without realizing it because nobody knew to teach us better.

Its nobodys fault, just a learning experience!

But by having unresolved issues with people, or wanting to change the past, or not facing

your shame or guilt, or wishing for the future, or by having many other types of blocks in

your energy you are constantly giving your energy away.

Every moment you spend thinking about Timmy that spilled your juice is energy given to

Timmy.

Every moment you wish you wouldnt have gotten drunk and peed on that bush, youre

giving your energy to your past ignorance.

Every moment you spend denying that you really did start that fight with Stacy in 5th grade,

youre giving your energy away to support this dream of an alternate reality.

As you can see, the common theme in all of this can be understood in terms of time, space,

and energy.

Think of yourself as a single point of awareness.

Now, imagine that you reach back into the past to Stacy, Timmy, and yourself, and give

some of your energy to all of them.

Obviously, we now see that if youre diverting some of YOUR energy away to other points of

space or time, youre not allowing all of your energy and divine essence to flow through

you.

Thus, decreasing your frequency and vibration.

Yet within the problem lies the solution!

By facing these past events, by correcting our mistakes, by forgiving ourselves and others,

we are actually beginning to take back our energy, thus increasing our awareness by increasing

our flow of energy through raising our frequency and vibration!

Because ultimately, being as ascended as you can will come down to being as consciously

aware as you can possibly be, using as much of your full conscious energy in the here

and now moment as possible.

Being absolutely and completely free of any limiting beliefs or thoughts, being unhindered

by thinking of the future: simply letting your divine essence flow through every fiber

of your being with the highest vibrations and frequencies possible creating pure magic!

Now that Ive given you a word of direction, please allow me a word of advice.

We all came to this dimension for this journey!

We came here to experience the lower frequencies!

Weve already experienced the highest dimensional levels possible, this journey is about experiencing

and learning from these lower frequencies.

Although the end will be amazing, dont forget to truly enjoy and incorporate your

highest level of awareness possible in the here and now to help create a magical world

around

you and to enjoy what we came here for!

MBSR Research (UMass Medical School ) - Duration: 3:06.

Scientific research has always been a cornerstone of the work of the Stress

Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness. It is through rigorous

clinical and basic science research that MBSR and other mindfulness-based

interventions have been shown to be effective and useful to people from all

walks of life. >> We would assess people before on various measures, and then

assess them afterwards. The research then went to a much higher level,

randomized clinical trials, to try to really discern in a much more stringent

way what was going on with these people, say at the level of the biology, at the

level of brain function, at the level of the immune system. >> We wouldn't be here thirty

years later if it wasn't for the science because you wouldn't have anything

to talk about. You could just say, well people think it's a good idea and they

like it. >> One of the first randomized trials to test the potential efficacy of

mindfulness meditation was conducted in a steady on psoriasis patients at UMass.

While all the patients in this study were treated with the standard ultra-violet

phototherapy, those in the experimental group were instructed to listen to

guided mindfulness meditation tapes while undergoing treatment. >> The group that

was randomized stress reduction

were more successful in seeing the decrease in the psoriasis than the group that was not.

>> To tell you the truth, I didn't believe it was too phenomenal a result.

The people were meditating between 30 seconds and 10 minutes twice, three times

a week for four months. They were not allowed to take tapes home and practice with

them at home like in MBSR or anything like that. So it seems like, wow, this is

affecting the healing process.

>> Another one was a study that we collaborated with Dr. Richard Davidson

this colleagues at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and that was on a work

site study where we randomized a work force into an experimental group who

took the 8-week MBSR program and a control group who did not take it.

>>And we actually did it with not the traditional MBSR clientele, but rather with a

group of highly stressed employees at a high-tech corporation in medicine. This

study demonstrated that MBSR, compared to a control condition, did indeed change

brain function in specific ways over the course of eight weeks. >> We tested them

with flu vaccine and measured their antibody responses over the course of

many weeks following the course. >> And what we found is that the participants in the

MBSR group showed a significant boost in their response to the vaccine,

compared to the control group. And the the amount that their brain changed

actually predicted how much the vaccine was effective. So this was really a

landmark study in many ways and really I think the beginning of

era of modern research on meditation.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (UMass Medical School, Center for Mindfulness) - Duration: 7:08.

[MUSIC]

MBSR is based on a form of meditation originally out of the Buddhist tradition,

having to do with this capacity to pay attention, and to actually refine

our capacity to pay attention.

>> Mindfulness is like a deeply embodied experience of wakefulness. And we call

that, in common parlance, awareness. And, it, we only are alive in one moment,

and that's this one. Now. >> Using this capacity that we believe,

I believe, everyone has for being mindful,

being attentive in the present moment, in this way. To base a training program,

for people who are suffering, on that capacity to be mindful.

I think that's what MBSR is.

>> It's a deep engagement with the vitality of the moment, and

the appreciation of life. And all of this is done both alone and

as a group, so that it has the sense of the community learning to it.

>> In the MBSR classes, you know,

we get a whole bunch of people together. And people begin to talk about, like,

what's really going on? And there's a great relief. Because,

like, people realize, like, I'm not alone with my anxiety or my depression or

feeling overwhelmed, or, you know, the whole plethora of our human condition.

And so, I think there's a breath of fresh air of people really,

really wanting to have like a meaningful encounter with another human being. And

I think there's a hunger to be, to connect, to be real, to be loved,

to be seen, to be understood, to be respected for

where you are. To honor, to be honored.

>> It's also utilizing the latest in neuroscience discoveries about

something called neuroplasticity. And neuroplasticity is

essentially this idea that the brain can be shaped by our experience.

So MBSR is also because it's repetitive, because people practice when they're in

class. They practice the meditation methods when they're at home.

They practice them in their everyday lives.

Is that there's a kind of mental muscle being built, if you will.

That has real life implications in terms of you might actually handle

situations in your life differently. The things that used to stress you

out might not stress you in the same way. >> Stress is the word

that John used in '79 when he was coming up with the course. It was his word for

the Buddhist term dukkha, which means suffering. But it means that quality of

things just not being right. And it's a great word to use for what we're doing.

We're reducing the effects that stress might have on the body, but really

what we're reducing is the way that people get lost in their pain and suffering,

and forget that there is this inherent capacity to come back to balance and

ease in our lives. And the program

actually accompanies people on a journey through discovering that.

So, to me that's what the MBSR program is, the Mindfulness-Based

Stress Reduction program, Mindfulness- Based Suffering Reduction program.

[MUSIC]

>> I started talking to physicians at UMass, asking them questions like,

well, of all your patients, what percentage of them would you say you help?

And, again, remember. This is now 1979. And they,

I was completely astonished by their response. They said, well, maybe 20%.

15%. And I said, well, what happens to the others?

They said, well some get better on their own, and the rest? But

what if you sent your patients to a place where, like, we could take that time and

help them to tap into deep inner resources that they have

simply by virtue of being human? So I wrote out a four or five page proposal.

And I directed it to the ambulatory care department in the hospital, and

I said I'll do this two days a week for virtually no money, I mean, you know,

just, like, a pittance, and they said yes to it.

We'll try it. And of course we had to decide well what would we call this.

Well, in 1979, you weren't going to call it the Mind Body Clinic. You weren't going

to call it Alternative Medicine. Why don't we just call it stress reduction?

Anybody can relate to that. Everybody can relate to that. Let's make the mouth of

the funnel as big as possible and bring people into the system.

Because most of the people who will be referred to the Stress Reduction Clinic,

they are falling through the cracks of the health care system.

>> I came as an intern.

I was the first intern in the Stress Reduction Clinic in 1981.

>> I started in 1984,

when there was just John and Saki.

It was very informal. John used to test the air quality in the hospital,

just to see if he could breathe, because we were in

the basement over the animal lab. >> The first 10 or 12 years,

we were a pretty well-kept secret. We had no windows. I'd come in in the morning,

and I wouldn't know if it was sunny out or

snowing out.

>> The rooms were small, dark. We were in the faculty conference room.

We'd go through the library. We had to look very professional because no one knew

who we were. And it was wonderful.

>> So I'm lying on the floor of the faculty

conference room in like this first cycle I think or the second cycle. And

I'm halfway through the body scan. And then the door opens and

they're 30 people on the floor. And this troop of people in

white coats walk in.

>> [LAUGH]. >> And

the guy in front, he comes up to me.

>> [LAUGH] >> And

he looks down at me.

>> [LAUGH] >> And [LAUGH] looks around.

And he says, What's going on here?

>> [LAUGH] >> This is 1980.

And I said, Well, this is the first,

the new stress reduction

program in the hospital.

>> [LAUGH]. >> He sees this guy, barefoot and

karate gi, and all these people lying on these colorful mats,

and he's got a retinue of people and he said, Well, we have this room reserved for

this time.

>> [LAUGH].

>> And I said, That's funny.

>> [LAUGH]. >> I thought... I was... I made sure that we had...

...I double checked, I tripled checked, you know. He looks around, and

he says to me, Are these our patients? And I said, Yes they are.

And he said, Then we will find another place to hold our meeting.

Phil's Anthem w/ Calum Worthy | How a Show Becomes a Show - Duration: 4:34.

[CLUB MUSIC]

No, that's not quite right.

Transitioning to the bridge.

And then go right back up to the high notes.

That's my vision for this song.

NARRATOR: Lost Generation is the groundbreaking

new musical series from New Form.

Set in Berlin's nightclub EDM scene,

this murder mystery has it all, including

music written by Grammy nominated Tony award winner

Duncan Sheik.

We caught up with cast member Calum Worthy

to chat with him about what it was like being cast

in his first musical series.

I was stoked when I got the role to film Lost Generation.

I could not wait to get started singing and working

on the music.

Hey, it's Calum.

PRODUCER (PHONE): Hey Calum, what's up?

Hey.

I just wanted to see what time I should come into the studio

tomorrow to record my track.

PRODUCER (PHONE): Why would you?

Your character Phil is the only character that doesn't sing.

I'm sorry, what was that?

Yeah I guess I was a little bummed

when I found out that I was the only one in the cast that

wouldn't get a singing part.

Well, the thing was, I didn't know if they actually

knew I could sing.

So I had to make the call to drop

some hints, very subtle hints around the set,

the producers, and director.

These pipes are warmed up and ready to go.

I'm feeling I'm going to hop in on a harmony.

Phil's your guy, and he's ready with the high C.

[SINGING BADLY]

But it wasn't sticking.

Maybe I was too subtle.

Look, Duncan Sheik's amazing.

Tony award winning, Grammy nominated.

The music in this show is brilliant.

But I decided to do a little song doctoring.

[CLUB MUSIC]

One of the main songs in the show is Anthem,

and it's a beautiful song.

Duncan did an incredible job with it.

This is my anthem.

Beautiful.

I mean, they do a beautiful job on that.

However, this is the version I added.

FEMALE LEAD (RECORDING): This is--

PHIL (RECORDING): Phil's anthem!

This is my torch song.

This is Phil's anthem because the character's wrong.

I loved how Phil's Anthem it turned out,

but I just had to get Duncan Sheik's approval.

So I gave him a call.

DUNCAN SHEIK (PHONE): Calum, your version of Anthem is

a piece of sh-[BLEEP].

Look, I like Duncan.

He's a nice guy.

But we had some differences of opinion creatively.

At this point my only option was to get the cast

to rally around me.

I mean, we're like family.

I think everyone was a little bewildered as to

why Phil didn't have his own anthem.

Ooh.

Oh hey, what's up, man?

Oh, I'm pretty good.

You know I'm working on my song for Phil, Phil's anthem.

So--

Oh, yeah.

Yeah, Anne told me about that.

That's really-- that's really great.

Yeah.

AISLING CHIN-YEE (OFFSCREEN): The Calum situation,

what we're talking-- what we're calling it, comes on set

and he's singing.

He's, you know, disturbing-- like, disturbing

a lot of people.

There's a reason why he's not singing in this show,

and we have professionals doing it.

[DRAMATIC MUSIC]

INTERVIEWER (OFFSCREEN): So, can we expect a song

from Phil in Lost Generation?

I'm having difficulty with that question.

INTERVIEWER (OFFSCREEN): Well, did you

or did you not get Phil's anthem in Lost Generation?

I did.

I did get Phil's anthem in Lost Generation,

and I think audiences are going to be very pleased with it.

This

Amazing Study Shows How Humans Can Sense A Force Field Around Their Body

By consciousreminder

Have you ever felt a force field around your body?

Our brains are aware not just of our bodies but also the immediate space around us.

Now, a twist on the classic rubber hand illusion can make people feel this space a

sensation they liken to perceiving a Force Field.

Neuroscientists have known for decades that our brains contain representations of the

area surrounding us, known as peripersonal space.

This allows us to grasp objects within our reach and helps to protect us.

Imagine you are walking through the woods talking to a companion, when a low-hanging

branch suddenly appears in your peripheral vision.

Youll instinctively duck to avoid it: your sense of peripersonal space has prevented

you from banging your head.

Hard neuroscientific evidence on the phenomenon appeared in the late 1990s in animal studies.

Michael Graziano of Princeton University, New Jersey, and his colleagues recorded the

electrical activity of neurons in the parietal and frontal lobes of the brains of monkeys,

finding that some neurons fired not only when an object touched part of the body, but also

when the object came near it.

When the researchers directly stimulated such neurons, they found that the monkeys would

reflexively move their heads and limbs as if defending themselves for example, grimacing

and closing their eyes, turning their heads to one side and putting up their arms in a

protective posture.

This Amazing Study Shows How Humans Can Sense A Force Field Around Their Body 11

Although no one has repeated the experiments in humans, there is evidence that certain

regions of our brain specifically deal with peripersonal space.

For instance, some people who suffer strokes in the right posterior parietal lobe cannot

sense peripersonal stimuli on the left side of their bodies, but can sense things that

are further away, outside the peripersonal space on that side.

This suggests that there is a representation similar to those found in monkeys in the human

brain, says Arvid Guterstam of the Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden.

Sensory Trick

At least, thats the theory.

Now, Guterstam and his colleagues have tricked humans into actually feeling our peripersonal

space.

To do so, they turned to the well-known rubber hand illusion.

In the standard form of this illusion, the experimenter uses a paintbrush to stroke a

volunteers hand (which is hidden from view) and an adjacent, visible rubber hand.

The stroking is done simultaneously at the same speed and place on both the real and

rubber hand.

Within minutes, most people report feeling the touch of the brushstrokes on the rubber

hand as if it belonged to them.

Researchers noticed that the illusion didnt work if the rubber hand was too far away from

the real hand.

In the new study, which involved 101 adults, the researchers made one important change

to the experiment.

They never brushed the rubber hand directly.

Instead, they moved the brush above the rubber hand, again at the same time as brushstrokes

that touched the real hand.

This meant the volunteer felt touch on their real hand but watched the brush move in mid-air,

say, about 10 centimetres above the rubber hand.

Most volunteers reported feeling a Magnetic Force or Force Field between the paintbrush

and the rubber hand below as if the brush was encountering an invisible barrier. We

can elicit this bizarre sensation of there actually being something in mid-air between

the brush and the rubber hand, says Guterstam.

The volunteers also felt a sense of ownership of the rubber hand.

The team found that the illusion disappears when the brushstrokes are more than about

30-40 centimeters above the rubber hand.

This distance seems to be the limit of the peripersonal space of any given body part.

The illusion of the Force Field also disappears if there is an opaque metal barrier between

the rubber hand and the brush.

Because the barrier makes it impossible for the hand to reach up and grasp anything, or

for anything to hit the hand, the space above is now not peripersonal space, Guterstam speculates.

This is a wonderful study, says Graziano.

For decades, the neuroscience of the parietal and frontal lobes has filled in our knowledge

of the special margin of safety, or buffer zone, around the body.

Now we have a clever way to get at the phenomenon through an illusion that is easy to implement

in the lab.

The fun part about this experiment is that you can do it at home.

Try it out and let us know that you think about it

in the comments below.

And todays episode is fully underway

AKB Team8

BUN BUN 8

Dai Housou

First up

its the comedy skit which has produced all kinds of new characters

The always innocent

Oguri

Okabe

Cho

and Yoshikawa makes four

With seriousness and laughter

they take on the challenge of a murder crime scene skit

[ Detective Yui-nan ]

What's going on?

What's this?

I've gathered all of you here, nothing else

Last night

Okabe Orin-san was murdered by someone

And I'm told only the 3 of you were in this area

in other words

there is a murderer among you three

Well I didn't do it

Me either

Me too

And that means one of you is lying

What are you talking about?

Leave it to me

I can find the truth

I may look like a kid

and have the intellect of a kid

That makes you a kid

I am detective Yui-nan

Yui-nan you've come at the perfect time

one of them is a murderer and I'm unsure what to do

The murderer is

Its you!

Eh? Why?

Yui-nan

And how did she kill Orin-san?

That guitar

well...thats it

Yui-nan

Saying the guitar is it

you're saying that's the murder weapon?

Yes

I see

Indeed

only one person carrying around a guitar is strange

There always has to be a murder weapon

are you feeling ok?

And this is my theory

Orin-chan

last night was cleaning up

When she was cleaning the desk with a dust cloth

Cho carrying her guitar slowly

approached her

When she slowly with the guitar

the moment she tried to put it on the floor

her hand slipped causing a large sound

GYAAA!

So loud

And Orin-chan died instantly

That's how it happened

What are you talking about?

If that were so, it wouldn't be such a big deal

Isn't there a better suspect?

The murderer is

Its you!

Why?

The murder weapon are those sneakers

Sneaker?

How would she use the sneakers?

My theory

is this

Yoshikawa slowly made her way up close to her

And then Yoshikawa slowly took off her shoe

raised it over her head

I get it

there's an iron plate in the shoe and she clocked her

Nope

She put it in front of Orin-san's face like that

Stinks

That's how it happened

I don't think so

It is true I've heard that Yoshikawa-san's feet stink though

But even if you say it stinks

I've heard that smells can't cause death

Is there a better suspect?

The murderer is

Its you!

Me?

But why?

I see, I think that's a suspicious one

But Yui-nan, he doesn't have a weapon

He used his body as a weapon

I see. So its possible he used his muscles to murder Orin-san

And here is my theory

Kasuga, while puffing out his chest

slowly entered the room

That does look suspicious

This man who entered the room

launched a straight right punch at Orin-san

Orin

take this!

But she dodged it by ducking and Orin-san strangled him

GYAAA!

That's how it happened

How did he get killed?

That's the complete opposite Yui-nan

And how did Orin-san get so strong

Orin-san was able to turn it around on him then

That's not right at all

This is a problem, at least

if we had understood the scene we could have figured it out

Orin-san

you weren't dead?

No no, that was just a deep nap

You were only sleeping?

This is what actually happened

After choking out Kasuga

he got up

So up to that point was all real

and from rage he made a demon face

Onigawara

Looking at that I laughed so hard

AHAHAHAHAHA

And we became friends

Together we did the Kasu Kasu Dance

That can't be

Kasu

So this is what happened at the murder scene

And it looked so fun more people joined in

That looks so fun

They joined in

What kind of home is this?

Yui-nan this is strange, put a stop to it

Hey, that looks fun

You even got Yui-nan doing it?

What exactly are you doing?

And when I grew tired

I took a rest just like that

And that's how it happened

How what happened?

There was no murder here. All of you fooled me

But why?

Well that

I had some free time

so I made them do my bidding

and we fooled you

GYAAAA!

How was that Yui-nan?

I forgot that murder weapon line

So that's why you said "The guitar...its that"

Yeah, but

after that I remembered to say murder weapon

Yes you did

You're really not showing any sense of responsibility for that mistake

And you're back as a gyaru

You've done that character a lot

Today with Orin-san and the shoe

putting it in her face

her reaction was very authentic

You truly didn't like that part right?

Starting with rehearsal, I've had to smell that shoe so many times

And well since Yoshikawa's feet really do stink

hai

She freely admits to it

Please cheer for me

To get to know the characters of the members

This corner will allow Audrey to pick their oshimen

This time. What Team8 has picked up in the 3 years since they were formed

they'll announce their idol techniques

First up

its Oda

She must have some techniques

Here are her idol techniques

Idol pose

For idols, when you're getting your picture taken

You have to find a way to put up a rock, paper, or scissors

The others all know but could you explain

The poses. In AKB they take a lot of pictures of you

the pose for those times

Like this. Paper

Or this. Rock

And this.

And just with slight changes you can get a lot of different pictures

I do this one

This is the pose I really like

[ Everyone try this at home ]

Does anyone do something other than paper, rock, or scissors?

Some other kind of pose

Yoshikawa-san

I mouth the sounds [ a i u e o ]

a

i

u

e

o

You're still doing a ton of paper, rock, scissors with that

Wakabayashi-san asked for something different

Don't humiliate him

Next one

Yaguchi

Yaguchi-san

Her idol technique is this

Her excuses for being late

So you're late often then?

But you have excuses for it

I'm always running late

and when I'm late people get mad at me right

and since I don't want people mad at me again

Please get mad at me for being late

So I'm mad at you for being late?

Yes, I'll make an excuse

[ Late meeting in the hotel lobby ]

I'm sorry, please hear me out

Well actually I was 10 minutes early

when I left my room

and I left the room but

that elevator

wouldn't come and I waited for so long

but it still didn't come. I realized

I didn't push it

You didn't press the button?

Didn't press the button

You think I'm an idiot or something?!

That won't work at all

That's actually a terrible excuse

[ Excuse so poor, she should stop using it. Waka oshi ]

Next one

This one's from Honda

Here is Honda's idol technique

I'm good at wiping my nose

Idol technique? What's this?

Its like

when dancing of course

your nose starts running. Everyone's experienced this right?

When its cold out, your nose really starts running

For those times

to wipe your nose without the fans noticing

I can do it well

How does that look? Try it on our stage

Pretend your nose is running

Everyone please sing 47 for me

She just took a wipe there

There was another wipe

Ah, that was a wipe

You were wiping the whole song

[ Let's all wipe properly ]

Next up

Hamamatsu

What's her idol technique?

Whatever it is, make it elegant

Elegant

Yes, that's right

Whatever movement it is, I can make it look elegant

I'm having difficulty picturing this from you

Could you show us then?

Kasu Kasu Dance

No way you can make the Kasu Kasu Dance look elegant

Kasu

Kasu Kasu Kasu

Kasuga

Kasu Kasu Kasu

That's good. Show us a collaboration

Kasu

Kasu Kasu Kasu

have your thoughts reach the members

Bun Bun Shout!

This is an idea for fan participation

The fan will face a member wearing headphones

and try screaming their wish at them

If the member is able to guess what they shouted

they'll win 10 seconds of PR time

The 1st challenger

Saito-san, a big Sakaguchi fan

How long ago since you became a Sakaguchi fan?

I looked at her profile

and she's from Hokkaido just like me

Furano

Furano? Eh? I know that place

Their melons are famous

Furano has the famous melons

At the handshakes we always talk melons

And the words he'll shout at Sakaguchi

Drive date

What about that one Kasuga-san?

Well that's perfect for Hokkaido

Saito-san really got into that driving gesture just now

Now then please shout it in a loud voice

dozo

I want to

go on a drive date

Eh? I don't know what he said

Scream with an even louder voice

I want to

go on a drive date

And that's finish

I may have figured it out

So what did Saito-san scream out. Sakaguchi-san

your answer please

The person I like is

Nagi

That's completely wrong

And you have a pretty high opinion of yourself

[ Saito's screaming didn't reach her ]

The next challenger

Ota Nao

Koyama-kun

Since its Ota's hometown

Koyama-san comes up wearing a Kyoto shirt

Always been a fan of Ota?

When they did their Kobe tour

I went to see Yamada-san

So you used to like Yamada-san

and now its Ota-san

And why did you change your mind?

Towards the end, one of their encore songs

They performed the song [ Vegetable Sisters ]

From then on my eyes were only on Ota-san

She surpassed Yamada-san at that moment then

A surprise to Yamada, he changed his favorite girl

so what will Koyama-san scream?

Please decide on another shirt I should wear other than this Kyoto shirt

That's going to be too long

Can you scream that much?

ganbarimasu

Now then scream it in a loud voice

onegaishimasu

Please decide on another shirt I should wear other than this Kyoto shirt

That's so long

One more time. ganbarou ganbarou

You'll get another chance to yell

But Koyama-san

you look like the towns crazy person

2nd try

onegaishimasu

Please decide on another shirt

I should wear other than

this Kyoto shirt

That's long

And that's finish

Ota-san how was it, do you have a guess?

So long

This is something he wants to do?

Yes that's right

More like a wish

He's trying to get his feelings

across to you

Now then Koyama-san

please tell us what he just yelled out

If she can guess what Koyama-san screamed out

she'll get PR time

Ota-san. Your answer please

I want to go to Kyoto

so how should I wash this shirt?

[ Fail ]

So close

I almost want to say that's close enough

Koyama-san. You could have done this with something shorter

[ Koyama-san's screaming didn't reach her ]

Nostalgic

Bun Bun Song

This member will sing for us today

[ Team8 takes the challenge of singing classic songs ]

Its Kuranoo-san

Who will you be covering today?

From Kumamoto, Moritaka Chisato

And the matching outfit

So for Kuranoo-san

according to staff-san, she's looking for revenge in this corner

That 1st episode will likely remain as part of history

hai

My big mistake

hai

Is it better for you to perform in a group of 3 or by yourself?

Myself

What do you think of what she said?

Part of me feels the same way. Please do your best

That sounded a little bitter. What was that?

Now let's have her sing for us

Moritaka Chisato-san's

[ Watashi ga Obasan ni Nattemo ]

That's a wrap

Kuranoo-san, how was it?

Is someone going to cry every week?

These are tears of joy right?

Why the tears?

You must have felt the pressure this time?

Really with staff-san

sensei stayed with me the whole time

There for you, for all the lessons

And you didn't want to repeat what happened last time

Its such a feeling of relief, I'm so happy

That's wonderful

You did your best

Are you crying?

Is that Yokomichi?

How many people are going to cry here?

Right before her performance

what is it...on stage

when the music started playing

I watched that with tears in my eyes

I was so nervous for her

and she worked so hard

I'm going to let the captions guy handle this conversation

I have no idea why she's crying

And we have a message from the show

Mougi, Gyoten yoroshiku onegaishimasu

On Hulu

all episodes of Bun Bun 8 Dai Hosou are currently streaming

Also bonus footage and

making of scenes that can only be seen on Hulu are there

For details please check the official show homepage

We'll be waiting!

So then that marks the end of todays Bun Bun 8 Dai Housou

See you next week

arigatou gozaimashita

When I went out there on the 1st episode

I took it lightly

Since there were 3 people

I thought if I couldn't do it, we'd still get through somehow

That's what I was thinking back then

Team8

you have the support of everyone

So I thought about doing a song solo

Since I told myself I wanted to do it

and wanted it to be a success

I thought I'd have to work even harder

I'm glad I was able to do it

I cried from the 2nd half of the song...

[ Because of past failure, it created today's success ]

Everyday Greetings - Duration: 4:20.

Hi, I'm Steve

and this is Single Step English.

Today's lesson will teach you

about informal greetings.

Many people

have learned about greetings

from their English textbooks.

For example,

This is a formal greeting

which is very polite.

However, in everyday conversation

we don't use these

expressions when we talk

with our friends

or classmates.

There are other casual greetings

that people use much more often.

Let's watch this meeting

between two friends.

Listen carefully to the

informal greetings they use

to communicate.

Hey! How's it going?

Pretty good.

How about you?

I'm OK.

Good. What's up?

Not much.

In this first scene,

my friend and I used

a very common greeting.

The question was...

And the answer was...

Let's watch the scene

one more time.

Listen once

and then

say each line

as the words appear

across the screen

For the follow-up question,

my friend asked

and I answered

And then, he said

Or...

Let's watch the scene

one more time.

His next question was

And I answered...

Also, I could say...

Not much and

nothing much

have the same meaning.

One more time.

Let's watch the scene

one more time.

Then, say each line as the

words appear across the screen.

Another way to say

the same question is

Or...

One more time

Let's watch the scene

one more time.

Then, say each line

as the words appear

across the screen.

Remember, practice makes perfect.

Baked Doughnuts recipe/Bomboloni al forno ricetta light - Duration: 4:52.

Hi everyone!

There's nothing like starting your day off with a delicious, fresh doughnut and a cup of coffee!

Everyone loves doughnuts, but they are usually deep-fried, high in fat and sugar, they're

not exactly a healthy food - in fact, quite the opposite.

So today, i'm happy to share with you a healthier baked version of the fried donuts.

These homemade doughnuts are made with applesauce, there's very little sugar and butter, and

no eggs, but still so fragrant and delicious.

let's see the ingredients we need:

250g/8.8oz Strong flour, sifted - Bread Flour (Manitoba type), a pinch of salt

160g/5.2oz unsweetened applesauce (for the

applesauce recipe, click on the link above)

50g/1,7oz melted butter 50g/1,7oz brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla powder or extract 50ml/1.7 fl. oz slightly warmed milk

10g/0.35oz fresh yeast or 5g dried yeast 1 tsp organic lemon zest

For the topping: 2 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp olive oil

Now let's make some doughnuts!

First, preheat your oven to 190C (375F).

In a bowl, mix 1 tsp sugar with crumbled yeast, pour in the lukewarm milk, stir to dissolve and

set aside until foamy, about 10 minutes.

In the bowl of your standing mixer, beat together, butter, brown sugar and vanilla on medium-high

speed until light in color and the sugar begins to dissolve.

Reduce speed to low, add the applesauce, the foamy yeast mixture, the lemon zest and mix

just until blended.

If the mixture starts looking curdled or separated, don't worry that's normal.

Change the attachment to the dough hook and gradually add the flour and salt, then knead on medium

speed, until the dough is smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.

Place the dough in a lightly oiled bowl (it can be the same bowl) then cover and allow

to rise until double in volume, about 2 hours.

After the first rise, turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface, knead few times,

then roll out to 1cm/ 0.4 inch thickness, and cut out rounds using a 7cm / 2.5 inches cutter.

Place all rounds on a flat baking sheet, lined with parchment paper, cover with a towel and

let rise until double again.

Bake the doughnuts for 15-20 minutes, until puffed and golden brown.

As soon as you remove them from the oven, brush them lightly with olive oil and sprinkle

with sugar.

My kitchen is completely filled with the wonderful smell of freshly baked donuts, that sweet

delicious smell is impossible to ignore, especially when they're warm straight out of the oven.

If desired, cut the donuts in half horizontally,

then spread with your favorite filling.

These baked donuts are very soft, fluffy, and unbelievably delicious.

Thank you for watching, I hope you enjoyed the video, please leave a '' like '', and

we take a look at mute all let's also

take a look at the break so the bridge

to you could put together there and as

Godzilla comes through that would

probably be like the golden great gate

bridge i'm guessing so Godzilla could

like break the bridge right apart and

rip it apart so let's take a closer look

at what comes with the set you've got

two little helicopters here with actual

all spinning rotors we've got two

fighter jets over there and then you got

some type of log destroyer ships

probably a nuclear you're dealing with

Godzilla and then you have Godzilla

himself this is a really cool little

Godzilla when I first seen the package I

thought everything would be like you

know super cheap because it did look

like you know almost like a dollar store

type package what did a great job with

Godzilla for a set like this actual

moving arms a really nice paint job on

his head for how small it is the legs to

move that leg just pops right off okay

you gotta rethink this hahaha but

anyways not not he is a really cool

looking a little Godzilla if you walk a

fun little set where you could have them

go and destroy stuff

definitely the set wow I like it and

then you have a middle finger so I did

not watch any movies or anything with

noodles so I have no idea who you know

is if you guys know let me know in the

comment section down below so odd he is

freaky looking he always looks like da

one of the alien creatures from the

million movie that with little arms like

big so I mean he definitely looks like

one of the aliens and he is like the

size of Godzilla they could have some

good battle here God villa good brah
